I’ve been going here for a couple years and I have absolutely loved it. Great office, great employees, friendly knowledgeable staff…however I attempted to make an appointment following a positive pregnancy and I was scheduled for an appointment 5 weeks later to confirm the pregnancy. That would have put me at 9 weeks pregnant receiving my first appointment for prenatal care. I found this completely unacceptable so I immediately contacted a different OB practice and was able to get in right away.I have never had a problem getting appointments at this office in a timely manner other than this time…really makes me wonder if this has something to do with the new abortion law in Florida.I think this is negligent, unsafe, and completely unacceptable from an OB provider.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Full Circle. I’ve had many negative medical experiences in the past and the way I was treated by the providers here was truly healing. I felt heard and respected and like there was collaboration on decisions throughout my pregnancy and that carried into labor. They really helped navigate potential issues I might face and really individualized plans for me! Missy was on call when I delivered and she was such a calming presence during my birth and listened with great empathy and helped guide me in decisions I had to make during the process. She was so encouraging during pushing! She made my birth experience wonderful! Missy was also super proactive to prevent tearing which I greatly appreciated. Will be forever thankful to Missy for making my birth a positive experience and helping me walk away feeling empowered and respected! I can’t recommend Full Circle enough :)
I keep coming to write a review and then stopping because I feel like there aren’t adequate words to describe how thankful I am for the team at Full Circle. Everyone there was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The front desk ladies were always helpful, the nurses were always kind, the midwife’s were absolutely amazing and the ultrasound techs were very thorough. I felt taken care of pre pregnancy and all throughout my pregnancy and delivery. A big thank you to Jane who was with me while I was laboring and Dr. Muney who was there for delivery!
I had a wonderful experience with this practice for my final pregnancy. With some hesitation to change my plans, I switched over to Full Circle halfway through my pregnancy because I wanted to try for a VBAC and the other practice I was with was dimissive and did not take this goal seriously. Dr. Adams has truly created a special and empathic practice here; I felt heard and respected at each of my appointments, which felt (unfortunately) so refreshing for prenatal / OB care. I was seen very promptly for each appointment and never felt rushed through each consultation. I delivered just a couple days ago at HCA Memorial with Full Circle and cannot say enough great things about the midwife Jane Palmer who delivered my healthy baby boy with the most encouraging and calming demeanor. Despite a long labor and a complication, I had a successful VBAC and I know that I couldnt have done it if I had a different team. Thank you, Full Circle! I have so much gratitude for your team.
Wonderful experience all around. From the first intro appointment where Dr. Adams took her time and listened well to my history and my first birth story to her encouragement for my future to a few months later finding out about baby #2. All of the nurses and midwives were kind and caring throughout and answered any questions I had. The delivery went super well with much respect and support.
Literally cannot recommend this place enough. From the front office staff, to Quinton in the billing department, to the midwives and Dr Adams this place is a Godsend! They are kind and gracious and helpful to everyone who steps foot in the building. My pregnancy care was top notch and my birth experience with Missy was all that I could have asked for. The ladies at the front are nice and personable and Quinton in billing helped so much with fixing my pelvic floor therapy bill! The building is clean and modern too Love this place.
I saw Dr. Adams for the first time today and from start to finish I could not have been more pleased with my visit. The office is beautiful, the staff is sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Adams is an extremely skilled provider who was able to provide an immediate solution for an ongoing issue I had been dealing with. I will absolutely recommend her to friends and family.
We had such a wonderful experience with FCWC- through all visits and through the labor and delivery process. Dr. Adams and all of the Nurse Midwives were so incredibly attentive, supportive, and caring. I wish OB’s all over would take notes at how they do things! 😄 I have had some negative experiences at ob/gyn offices in the past and I just never experience that here, which is such a breath of fresh air!! I was nervous going into the process with my first birth and wanted a calm birthing experience. Even though my birth plans didn’t go exactly as I imagined, I felt supported and calm every step of the way and really appreciated how they do truly care about your preferences and experience while also making sure your medical needs and attention are met. Lauren was excellent and helped us deliver our healthy baby girl , helped me get her in a good position, and made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Dr. Adams also took excellent care in my after birth which makes me so grateful we chose them for such an important experience and time in our lives. We have since temporarily moved from Jax but we will be moving back and 1000% will choose Full Circle for future pregnancies and care. Thank You for the incredible work you do Dr. A and Full Circle team!
Full Circle is the absolute best! I was able to have a VBAC and the birth I always wanted because of them! The front desk, medical assistants, midwives and doctors are all SOOO kind and caring. They truly care about you and your questions/concerns. Delivering with them at HCA was absolutely amazing. Thank you Full Circle for everything you have done for me and my family!!
Honestly, I’m so happy other people had an enjoyable experiences with this clinic at first it was great. I loved the doctors and I had no complaints but everything changed during my third trimester. During which I had developed preeclampsia and was not tested or informed about the risks. I went in for a normal check-up everything was fine, I had swollen feet but otherwise great I came back two weeks later and had gained 17 lbs in that time and I had swollen feet, legs, arms, and eyes my entire body had become extremely swollen in such a short amount of time the doctor directly asked me about the weight gain and told me it was abnormal to have a gain like that in such a short period as I had not had any gain like that during my entire pregnancy but I told her nothing had changed in my eating habits so I was unsure why that had happened. She just told me I was probably eating too much salt or sugar, they did check my blood pressure manually at this time and it was normal so they just assumed it was only a weight issue and nothing else. They never tested my urine for protein and I was told I just needed to monitor my food intake and how much I was eating in regards to sugars and salts. After another week I noticed my son wasn’t moving as much after I drank a coffee in the morning which I did not do often but when I did he would jump around. I called the clinic at 12 to see if they could just monitor his heart and let me know he was okay, they told me they couldn’t see me until 3 pm as they were fully booked however, the representative told me if I could not feel my baby kick I needed to go to the hospital.Once I got there I was checked in, they did some tests and found that my Blood pressure was in the 260s, I also had a large amount of protein in my urine and was having contractions even though I couldn’t feel them. I had developed severe preeclampsia due to being active and not taking the necessary precautions to monitor it since I had not checked or told about preeclampsia prior. I ended up having to perform an emergency C-section at 33 weeks pregnant and had to be put to sleep due to both my son and I being high risk. My husband wasn’t even allowed in the room with me. My son was born at 3 pounds 5 ounces. Once I woke up I was told had I waited an hour I might have lost my son, had I waited a day I might have had a stroke and possibly lost us both. My son was in the NICU for 21 days. At this point, he is doing well thankfully and I have not been in contact with the clinic as it still breaks me a lot of angry when I think about everything that was not done, I thought long and hard about writing this review as I don’t normally write bad reviews. But as I thought about it I realized I would want someone to speak up if they have concerns and know that it might be something bigger than they think. I will not be going back to this clinic or suggesting them to others, While the doctors and staff are extremely nice and I do believe if you have a healthy pregnancy with no complications they would be good they do not take the necessary precautions to ensure safety for you or the child and for that reason, I have to give them the review I am now writing and I will not be returning when I have my next child.I had attached a photo of my face the day I went to the hospital vs 6 days after giving birth all the swelling was water weight from the preeclampsia.
First time at this practice yesterday, and was impressed by Dr Mauney’s bedside manner. She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk to. Probably the best doctor Ive ever come across. The nurse was really nice too. I’m so happy to say I’ve found my new obgyn!
I am so thankful that I made the switch the Full Circle and 100% recommend them to anyone that is expecting. Everyone that I have met there has been supportive and helpful during my pregnancy. The midwives and nurses are so compassionate and caring. I never once felt apprehensive to ask a question or for support during my pregnancy! Which was not always the case at other providers. They supported my decisions and eased my concerns in times of worry. Which was so important to me! I can’t thank everyone that worked with me during my pregnancy enough and huge shout out to Dawn during my labor and helping me welcome my sweet baby boy into this world!
The staff at Full Circle welcomed me warmly and has treated me with an energy like friends/family. My care over the last year has been what I’ve always wanted/expected from a care team. Any questions/concerns I had were treated with respect, and the time was taken to provide quality answers/guidance/support. I will always give praise to Midwife Missy Rogero for the incredible and unwavering birthing support… she coached me and my partner, and helped him deliver our baby… forever grateful.
I have never felt more cared for by a doctors office. Each midwife/doctor/nurse has been informative, helpful, and caring. The billing department worked with my family (Quintin was exceptional to work with) to be sure we did not stress about medical bills and were very helpful! I felt like I could own my pregnancy experience and they were all for our family and stacked hands with what we wanted for our birthing experience.
Stopped in for a consult. Very friendly staff, and the facility is fantastic. Dr. Adams and the crew really have a gem here, and the welcoming environment is a big plus. One stop for OB-GYN is a huge plus.
I was recommended by my neighbor after moving to Jacksonville. I have been nothing but satisfied! I first came with just a regular gyno apt and felt safe, heard and taken care of. I then revisited because of a miscarriage and everyone was very consistent on the portal with communication & the ultrasound tech was fabulous and empathetic. I then quickly got pregnant again with twins and yet again Dawn was consistent and helpful over the portal and getting my lab work in so I could get my hcg levels done. The ultrasound tech that confirmed the pregnancy was so sweet and knowledgeable. The front desk is always kind and helpful. I just had my virtual visit with Dr.Adams and her presence alone is warm and inviting. I’ve never felt so comfortable and heard while talking about previous pregnancies and this current one. I am so happy I was referred here! These are women’s women & they obviously love what they do and are here for you! 100/10 experience so far!
Full circle womens care has been amazing during my first pregnancy from the beginning; being understanding through hardships, and it has been truly incredible working with each provider. I am grateful for Quinton in the billing department for he has been a blessing. We thank the Lord for helping us find this place no place is perfect, but just being willing to help those in different life situations is amazing! Thank you all truly!
Full Circle was an amazing OBGYN. They were extremely attentive and easy to work with. All the midwives were phenomenal. Giving Lauren a special shoutout because she was perfect during our delivery. This place and these people truly care about your preferences and will do everything they can to allow you to deliver the way you want. Full Circle is a no brainer!
I will forever be eternally grateful for Anah and the Full Circle staff. Anyone who undergoes an unplanned C Section can have a lot of birth trauma and face a lot of “unknowns” about delivery when becoming pregnant again. I was determined to have a VBAC for my second birth and Anah made it happen. From my first appointment with Dr. Adams I felt at such peace about my pregnancy and she gave me such confidence about wanting a VBAC. Fast forward 9 months later, I woke up in active labor and called their after hours line. I spoke with Anah and she said “it sounds like I will be seeing you soon!” Being in labor can be nerve wracking when you are hoping that it will end in a VBAC, but you are unsure. Anah came in the room to see how things were going, and she said it looked like it was time to have a baby “right here” and she helped me make it happen! Throughout laboring down and pushing she was so encouraging which helped so much with my confidence and believing in myself. She kept telling me how strong I was and what a great job I was doing. We were able to push in different positions and after just 20 minutes of pushing, we were greeted with our team green baby- a boy! There is no better feeling than a redemptive birth to show yourself that your body is powerful and that your body is capable. I am so thankful for every single provider that I met and how thorough they were with all of my questions- and followed my birth plan to a T! Thank you again Anah and FC!
I just had my 4th baby, and it was my first time delivering with Full Circle Womens Care (new to Jacksonville). From my very first appointment with them, I knew I would have a different (and way better) experience than my other pregnancies. Everyone there is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the sweetest front desk staff, to the understanding and helpful billing department, to the nurses and midwives who treat you, they are all fantastic! They truly listen to your desires, answer any questions, and support a low intervention pregnancy and delivery. I soo badly wish that my experience with all of my babies had been with them. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else!
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Full Circle. I was referred to them for their “holistic/natural” approach to pregnancy and birth. This wasn’t my experience. The office staff wasn’t the best, sometimes rude. My boss would never let me act the way that some of the front staff members acted. My pregnancy was fairly straightforward, no crazy symptoms or scares. Around 35 weeks I went in for a routine appointment. My blood pressure was high (white coat syndrome), I was told to go directly to the hospital. I asked why…I felt completely fine and explained its most likely high because I am nervous and I had to pee really bad before getting here (I drove an hour to their office). The midwife told me it could be preeclampsia and it’s serious. I asked her what other symptoms come with preeclampsia. I had none of them. So I told her I’d monitor myself at home, I have a blood pressure cuff and can keep an eye out for the other symptoms. She insisted I go to the hospital, told me 3 times she wasn’t going to change her recommendation. Basically made me feel like I was putting my baby at risk by not going to the hospital. This was the first issue I had, but brushed it off. Next appointment, another high BP reading because I’m nervous (all my BP at home have been completely normal…I even took pictures to show them). The midwife (same one as before) literally tells me I am going to die and my baby is going to die. Not something you want to hear. My husband came to this appointment with me because he also had questions. We both researched A LOT about preeclampsia so we both were educated on symptoms, diagnosis, and risks. My husband asked the midwife questions about pre eclampsia and brought up an article from the NIH. She responds back with, well we go by ACOG guidelines and avoided the question. She also made a snide comment asking if my husband had any more “articles from the NIH” he wanted to bring up in a sarcastic tone. Very unprofessional. During all the appointments I had with Full Circle, my husband and I were always polite when asking questions and addressing our concerns. Every appointment from 35ish weeks I was told I needed to get induced and if I didn’t I was putting my baby and myself at a very high risk of dying. Keep in mind, blood pressure is completely normal at home and the only abnormal test I had was slightly higher protein content in my urine. The last appointment I went to, the midwife (different one than before) asked how I wanted to move forward since I obviously am not going to do things their way. Once again very unprofessional. I politely responded and let her know I plan on going into labor naturally. At 43 weeks (pretty sure my due date was off) my water broke and I went into labor. After laboring at home for a few hours, we left for the hospital. My husband calls Full Circle to inform them we are heading to the hospital. The doctor says she didn’t know I was still a patient at Full Circle. Definitely not what a pregnant laboring woman wants to hear! After hours of laboring, I am ready to push. The doctor comes in, barely helps direct me on pushing. I obviously needed guidance on how to effectively push because baby was barely moving down. She left for an hour while I was pushing. I finally birthed my baby, thanks to my amazing doula (Naomi from Agape Doulas). The doctor also pulled the placenta out instead of letting my body naturally deliver it. In the postpartum room, the midwife from Full Circle came in. She didn’t seem to care we were there, just spitting out postpartum protocol. She didn’t say congratulations or really actively interact with us. Stark contrast from the HCA staff. Overall Full Circle was disappointing and unprofessional. I feel like the other midwives just fall back on textbook protocol instead of logically thinking about the patient and the situation front of them. I think all the staff from Full Circle could use a course on customer service and how to talk to patients.
I have been on my Journey since 2021 with Full Circle. From starting with my ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and talking through my previous births with Dr.Adams, along with medical records we both agreed I had a fair shot at a vaginal birth! I was extremely sick with hyperemisis resulting in home health care to maintain hydration. I went into preterm labor at 24 weeks and a previa was discovered. The team was nothing but helpful throughout my pregnancy and I ended up delivering with Dr.Marrow (the only provider I hadn’t seen) and I absolutely loved her. She was absolutely what I needed to achieve my VBA2C. I fell pregnant around 9 months postpartum and there we were again. Only this time my mental health was at an all time low and my ability to have any faith or confidence in myself had completely disappeared. One afternoon I sent Dawn an email and my phone rang around 7pm. She was calling to check in on me and was concerned about some things I was dealing with. Having her as a provider during my pregnancy and ultimately her being the one who was present during delivery was a blessing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her, everyone in the office knows I’m there to see Dawn! 🤣 In no way did she baby me or not treat me as an adult but her demeanor and care through sometimes unpleasant conversations was the force I needed to get through my pregnancy. I also am truly grateful for Cindy as well, while we had only seen each other 2 or 3 times during my pregnancy she was just simply amazing. She was the one call when I was sent over for an induction due to a failed NST and BPP. She sat in my room like a friend talking over lunch. She was so easy to connect with and my husband really liked her as well. Never once did she force me to make a decision and she assured me that as long as baby and mom were looking good we were in no rush to deliver. She truly is a beautiful person and any patient who is lucky enough to to be with her will see that! Also a big thanks to Lauren for helping me find a mental health provider who could truly help! Thank you full circle for my two different but beautiful births. Here’s to two successful VBA2C!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Full Circle and the staff! Dr. Adams is so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about her patients. The doctors and midwives are incredible as well and care about the patients. Every doctor and midwife answers all my questions with care. Quinton in billing is AMAZING! I have worked with him on a complicated insurance item and he has been so kind, responsive, caring and has explained everything to me in detail so I understand. The patience he has is amazing. He has worked tirelessly on the insurance item and has just made me calm throughout the process. I feel so taken care of at Full Circle by every member on their staff. I am so thankful to be a patient here and deliver my babies with Full Circle!
Thy Doctors and midwives at full circle are phenomenal. The care you receive is something I have never experienced with other practices. My birth was an amazing experience with them and I could never sing enough praises of this group. Every doctors office has its flukes at some point but this office truly cares for the women in their care and it shows! Also want to add that Quinton from the billing team is AMAZING! Ive worked with him several times now and he is quick to follow up and take care of whats needed. Ive had awful experience with past office billing teams and he is such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Full Circle for all you do!!
Do NOT be fooled by this place! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!EDIT IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLYThe professionalism was nonexistent and the disregard for care was also. It’s unfortunate I didn’t get to experience what other patients who visited this establishment raved about. I encountered the complete OPPOSITE. My advice would be consistency in ALL PATIENTS not just a SELECT FEW
My wife is treated here and managed by Dr. Adams team and they are a very good, respectful and professional team that I truly recommend to other families. Thanks again to the whole team, and to Liz, Amanda, Karina and specially to A’unyae Williams in the front desk!!
Never mind the environment being as beautiful as a day spa, the staff at Full Circle all around from the front desk to the patient rooms are compassionate and they all SMILE! This tells me it’s a nice work environment for the staff.I see Dr. Nancie Marrow. She Rocks! I’m a new patient, mid life stuff and have some other medical matters that play into my healthcare. Dr.Marrow actively listens to patients, identifying quickly the concerns and prioritizing them with the patient. She is clear and concise communicating risks, testing and medical even naturopathic options. She provided resources and even a coupon for the new prescription. I felt supported. Dr. Marrow’s nature, her character during my visits were consistent and at all times supported the patients, my preferences, my choices! This was probably my first experience with a provider and office in 49 years that I felt wellness, wellbeing and a thoughtful approach to care planning were fully integrated and obvious. What was most impressive for me as a patient was I did not have to advocate for myself and what I needed. Dr.Marrow’s approachable, her intellect is equally balanced with a best in practice bedside manner. In her authentic nature she demonstrates excellence. I hope other providers get to learn from her.I also had an ultrasound at this office. The technician was supportive and compassionate and well.
Dr. Adams an her team are amazing. From the very start Dr.Adams has been on top of my health how she can help. I have been dealing my situation for years due to the lack of help from previous providers. My first encounter with Dr. Adams she was able to see the issue and implement a plan. She provides action an results. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr.Adams
I gave birth to my first and probably my only son in March. Of course using FCW at St. Vincent’s hospital to give what I had planned for, a natural birth with possibility of using an epidural. I checked into the hospital at 7cm, contractions were normal, few minutes apart, but water was not broken. Pain was unbearable so I received an epidural to sleep that night. My cervix was checked that morning & I was at 9cm. The nurse accidentally broke my water around 7am. Once I hit 10cm, we attempted to push. Nothing happened. Again, nothing. Again, nothing. We tried different positions, taking breaks, and even tried lowering the epidural dosage. Keep in mind changing positions cause my epidural to not work on the left side so I was balling my eyes out from the pain until my family helped me move out of that position because the nurse didnt show up to help when we pressed the button for assistance. The next time we tried pushing, my babies HR started to drop. They shrugged it off & said “oh he didn’t like that”. The FCW midwife suggested to vacuum my kid out. I said no. My mother had mentioned a C-section twice to them & they ignored her. I mentioned a c-section, they stated that’s a last resort. So I was at 10cm for 7 HOURS. No amniotic fluid, no baby movement. The midwife had come back in and stated I wasn’t a good candidate for the vacuum & asked if I wanted a c section now or several hours from then. The time was around 1600 when I was prepped to give birth via c-section. My child was born not breathing due to the cord being wrapped around his neck for so long. All I heard was “he’s out” and silence. No cries. Nothing. He was in the ICU for several hours and we were told by the hospital pediatrician that if we had waited any longer, the situation would’ve ended differently. I asked Dr. Adams if my baby could’ve been born naturally, to which she stated no, the cord and the position on the pelvic bone prevented him from moving. Had the midwife wouldve listened to my mom or I in the first place, my first birth wouldn’t have been traumatic. They waited last minute and my baby could’ve been killed. Please, do not use this clinic to give birth. They will brush your worries aside during child birth.
Dr. Jane Palmer is the best OBGYN provider that I have seen in the past 7 years. She is so calming and knowledgeable when answering my questions and addressing my concerns with my health. I highly recommend her to any patients, no matter what age even if you are not pregnant. Dr. Jane took great care of me during my unplanned visit and treated me so kindly. She’s the best!
I want to preface this review by saying that I cannot speak at all to the competence of the OBGYN’s at Full Circle and have in fact only heard great things. And I hope that the staff that I had run-ins with were just having a bad day. However, the rude and unprofessional treatment I received compelled me to write this, in the hopes that it can provide some constructive criticism.I am 12 weeks pregnant and my husband just accepted a job offer in Jacksonville, meaning that we will be moving next month(October). After several recommendations from friends, I decided to call Full Circle in the hopes that I could start receiving care for my baby in November. They told me that I would have to come in for a “meet and greet” before they admitted me as a patient. I’ll admit I may have come off as a bit difficult, not knowing when exactly I’d be moving (other than it would be by mid- October) and also unable to provide insurance information since we still didn’t have that from my husband’s new job. So, while frustrated that the receptionist was cold and offered no help in scheduling the meet and greet for the latter part of the month, I also understood that my situation was complicated. After talking to my husband, we decided that I’d make a special trip in early October for the meet and greet. I called back to make this appointment and the receptionist said she was looking at a calendar, but it took a while and finally I was transferred to a nurse called Liz who, as if she were talking to a misbehaving child, said, “You’ve already been told that you can’t have a regular appointment until you know when you’ll move and schedule the meet and greet” Angered, I explained that this was the reason for my call, and that I’d make a special trip to Jacksonville if need be. The receptionist had clearly been complaining about me around the office. Rather than schedule me, the nurse said she’d “talk to the Doctor and get back to me” and then never called back. I was shocked by such rude, unprofessional behavior, and hope no other patients or potential patients are subjected to it. A listening ear and a little compassion go a long way in customer/patient service.
Full circle is nothing short of amazing- Unicorn type care in this medical world! From the office staff, to the nurses, the midwives, and doctors, I have had an incredible experience throughout my second pregnancy. All of the midwives and doctors are personable and professional. I saw all of them by the end of my pregnancy. Missy and Dr. Marrow delivered my little guy (who had plans of his own) and they both made me and my husband feel safe, heard, informed, and cared for. My prenatal and delivery experience was phenomenal across the board. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
It’s taken me a few days to think of all the ways to tell you how amazing this office is!!!! They are wonderful in every way. They are timely, patient, knowledgeable but most of all caring. They care so much for their patients. I had a c-section with my first son (different office, different doctor) and was able to successfully have a VBAC with my daughter. It was the best working with this team. They encouraged me every step of the way. I highly recommend these ladies. One other thing I’ve worked with all of the midwives and doctors and they are the absolute best. Everyone has their favorites but they all are my favorite. The front office staff is amazing!!!!!! My husband who beat me to write a review was very impressed by the staff.
I came into this facility for the first time a few weeks ago and I have absolutely no complaints. It’s a really beautiful, spacious, clean facility with lots of parking! Everyone at the front desk, Brittney, Kathleen, and Dr. Marrow were such a pleasure to interact with.I came in super emotional and stressed about my situation and everyone was so kind, my anxiety subsided before I even met with Dr. Marrow. All of my follow up appointments have been just as great! Dr. Marrow and the team have been great responding in a timely manner whenever I submit messages through the portal and super helpful whenever I call the office.I’m really appreciative to have a doctor who looks like me and that takes my concerns seriously! It really means a lot! Thank you so much to the entire Full Circle staff, I’m super grateful 💕
The medical staff is superb! They did an amazing job delivering our baby girl! They are truly caring! Cindy is amazing! We love her!Their clerical/secretaries are terrible tho. & their scheduling system is also terrible.
This time of year I look back to those I’m thankful for… THANK YOU to the entire Full Circle medical team, US techs, staff and Quentin in billing for all your support, care and quality service! I’ve had two full pregnancies and two successful beautiful VBACs with this team. I believe a great team is made by their leader, Dr. Adams, I’m so grateful for her. God bless you all!
Can’t say enough about Full Circle! From the front desk to nurses to midwives to Dr. Adams and Dr. Marrow, every office visit is full of kindness and efficiency (I appreciate both!). But, have to brag on Midwife Cindy. Due to pre-eclampsia, I had to be induced 3.5 weeks early (which was definitely not on my birth preferences). Cindy knew how badly I wanted a natural, unmedicated birth and sat by my hospital bed empathizing and assuring me she would do everything in her power to keep it a vaginal birth. I feel like any other provider would’ve jumped to a c-section after the 40 hours of labor with very little progress, but Cindy was patient and encouraging which helped me relax and I truly think is what helped our baby come despite seemingly little progress. The amount of time Cindy spent with us, the way she gently delivered our daughter, and her encouragement/advice post partum has been pivotal in this new chapter. So despite a very unexpected birth with many interventions, it was still the most beautiful and special experience and I chalk that up to the best provider of all time!
It’s hard to explain how amazing Full Circle really is. First of all, I’m never there longer than an hour. The team is incredible about being efficient with their patients’ and their time. It’s a well oiled machine! But you genuinely feel the personally touch from each person. Today Jane and Keisha handled my OB physical. You just feel heard and cared for, even if you’re there for a small checkup. The whole front desk team are friendly, helpful, funny and friendly. Amanda, Liz, Karina, and A’unyae -THANK YOU!! You always brighten my day and make coming to the doctor and stress-less and enjoyable event. Cannot recommend Full Circle enough!!!
I had a really bad experience with my pervious obgyn, I was looking for somewhere new, due to this being my 1st pregnancy. This was my 1st call and they moved mountains go get me in and have been amazing ever since.
I love full circle women careI love doctor Adams so much she is the bestAnd i love cathleen too she is so professional and makes me comfortable when she did the ultrasound
I cannot say enough nice things about Full Circle. After a traumatic c-section with another practice and a second trimester twin miscarriage with a second office that did not handle things respectfully or professionally, I did my research. I came across Full Circle and knew they would be my physicians. I unfortunately had another miscarriage once transferred to their care, but Dr. Morrow was there with such care and comfort. She reassured me that I would have another baby. And I did. My plan was to have a VBAC, and they supported me every step of the way. In the end, I decided not to attempt a VBAC. Due to babys size, not being dialated at all at 39+6 and severe polyhydramnios, I was too scared to risk another traumatic c-section or the health of my baby and/or myself. But I had an amazing and healing gentle c-section. I was able to watch Dr. Morrow bring my baby boy into the world and hold him immediately. I felt so comfortable during the entire operation. I truly did not think a c-section could be so beautiful, but it was. I also can not thank Carol enough for being my biggest supporter during my pregnancy, as all I wanted was a VBAC, but she also made me feel so at peace with my decision to have a c-section. When the time comes for our next baby, I will attempt a VBAC again, knowing that I have their support. Thank you to everyone at Full Circle for being so compassionate, supportive, and honest.
We love Dr Marrow and Dr Adams. They really care about your overall health. Our overall experience with the change from St Vincent’s to memorial hospital was great. Had a great experience with all the nurses and hospital staff.
FCWC is the best of the best. Brand new, super clean building, check-in process is easy peasy. Jane is wonderful! I love being a patient here :)
When I first came here for a medical concern, they had no solution just suggestions and had me take tests, lost my pee for a pregnacy test and never called. when I called to make another appointment since they did not solve my problem I asked about the test and they said it was lost, no call. Then made me an appt w another provider after having me undergo testing that wasnt necessary when I had the appt with the dr she said it was a simple medication swap. this took months of back and forth and 3 appts to learn the solution was an easy fix. Also I was placed in a room where I could hear every word in the room next to me revealing all of that patients medical information and felt so uncomfortable that others could hear mine. door opened several times during an exam, which again, uncomfortable.Every time i try to call this office they act like it is impossible to get any information. They will refer you to the portal which takes 24-48 hours for a response, apparently their staff doesnt communicate to the doctors at all except through IM. Ive had medical concerns, prescription issues, general questions and they make it seem like no one can help, even the pharmacist says its ridiculous to get ahold of them for anything. Not the first place id recommend, staff is kind but service is awful.
Delivered baby boy at HCA Memorial with Full Circle Team & doula service! This is my first baby & I could not have felt more taken care of!I specifically chose Full Circle for my OB, Midwife team because I believe in Dr. Adam’s vision within the practice. While at first I was apprehensive about the shift of hospital to HCA Memorial, I knew with the full circle team I would be in good hands. However, I was proven wrong and felt even more supported with the HCA Memorial nurses and doctors. They were responsive & provided all forms of laboring that I hoped for, including a birthing pool!I would highly recommend full circle’s services! They truly care not just for baby but for moms as well & that has had a lasting impact on my first pregnancy, labor and delivery story!
I have been with Full circle during my entire pregnancy and now 4 months postpartum! I love all the ladies at the front desk Liz, Aunyae, and Karina, they have all helped us with appointments and payments. My favorite provider is Missy and Dr.Adams did such an amazing job on my c-section while providing so much comfort!
Dr. Adams is the most phenomenal physician ever. From the cleanliness of her office to the kindness of her team, she will always be my first choice for an OBGYN. She understood my desire to have a VBAC and ensured not only my needs but wants were met as well. Her bedside manner is top tier!!! My grandmother passed away while I was giving birth and not only did she empathize with me, she was extremely attentive and made me feel as if I was her only patient receiving specialized care. If I EVER and I do mean EVER (lol) have another little bundle of joy, Dr. Adams will definitely be my #1 choice for care!!!!!
This group has really went downhill over the years. My wife really enjoyed working with the doctor there, but she left her last appointment in tears complaining that the office staff AND doctor were both rude to her. She’s referred countless people to this team so to be treated in such a disturbing way was hurtful and completely unprofessional. They need to do a total revamping of this place. It’s terrible now. We are looking for another group to deliver our first baby.
Thank you to everyone who helped me through my pregnancy and as I gave birth for the first time. The care I received has been exceptional, the team even helped me figure out what I wanted for my birth plan and encouraged me to do my own research. Thank you Missy for encouraging and empowering me while I was giving birth. I gave birth naturally like I planned and it couldn’t have gone better. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience where I felt safe and cared for.
I highly recommend Full Circle Womens Care. I tell everyone to make their ob/gyn appointments with them. Even have changed my insurance so they will be covered. Their new office is so nice. Even the bathrooms are made with a womans needs in mind. Every single person that works here makes you feel comfortable. You never have to wait long and still are gave a sufficient amount of time in your appointment, never feel rushed. You can see any of the providers and you know that you will be well taken care!
Love this practice!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. ☺️Everyone is so knowledgeable, patient and understanding. They really listen to you and I feel like my family and I are truly cared for!Quinton is amazing as well! He has been working with me to figure out insurance and billing and has been a great ally when it comes to figuring all of that out! He deserves a raise, lol!
I just had the most amazing ultrasound appt, during our 20 wk anatomy scan, with Kathleen. She throughly explained everything we were looking at while giving us a beautiful experience. She even printed out pictures with cute little messages. That was the best ultrasound we’ve ever had! Full Circle so far so good! 😀
I absolutely love this practice. I have delivered 2 babies now with full circle, Dr. Marrow doing a C-section due to my first babies breech position & inability to turn & for my second birth- I had Midwife Carol & Dr. Marrow supporting my desire for a VBAC- which was a success, we did a version to flip baby earlier on- & day of it took almost 30 hours of active laboring & a few complications- they continued to support me instead of suggesting a c-section like most doctors would have recommended or forced. They guided me to make the decisions best for me & my baby. It was long & hard but so worth it. Carol was amazing- all the midwife’s are but she has been treating me for years & I felt so at home having her by my side. She was positive & encouraging & just who I needed. Of course- Dr. Adams is also amazing. Can’t say enough good things about these wonderful doctors & midwives- I am so thankful for them for helping me bring my babies into the world safely & always supporting my wishes. If I were to have more kids in the future- I know it would be with their care. Thank you full circle!
My wife has been a patient of Full Circle Womens Clinic since September 2022 & during our whole pregnancy. From the front desk to the midwives to Dr. Adams herself, yall have treated us with nothing but respect & professionalism a the way through to the birth of our beautiful baby boy & even post partum! Big shots out & much love to Liz, Aunyae, Karina, Missy, Dr. Adams & all the other women staff here. I highly recommend them for all of your pregnancy needs & God bless you all!!
This was my first visit to Full Circle and also my first visit with Dr. Adams. First, the facility itself is beautiful, and huge. I was called back as I was still checking in, 5 min before my scheduled appointment time, so their staff seems very efficient. Then there is Dr. Adams…what a kind human. She spent easily 45 min with me, discussing all of my concerns and working with me on a game plan. I’ve never felt so heard by a physician and I’m so hopeful that she will do all that she can to get me where I want to be. So excited for this change and to continue working with her!
I have been a patient of this practice for almost 2 years. I came to the office for pelvic floor therapy after my first child and stayed because they helped with other postpartum issues I had. After every visit I had with their team, I left feeling heard and that there was a care plan in place that met my needs.I worked with Dr. Marrow for my first visits and the Dr. Adams and the midwives for my second pregnancy. Everyone was incredible. Wait times in the office were a mere fraction of other practices I have used.Lauren was incredible during the labor and delivery of my second child!! I cannot rave enough about how she made sure my needs were met but also worked some magic to turn my son so he was in the right position for birth. So far my postpartum care after birth #2 has been stellar and I know that will continue. They have earned a patient for life!! ❤️❤️
It’s so refreshing as a busy women to not have to take the entire day off to go to the Doctor.I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I drove up to the beautiful building and walked into an even more amazing waiting room. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was done by 12:10. I saw Dr.Marrow within ten minutes of my checkin. She was patient and was thorough with all of my next steps. I didn’t feel rushed and am happy that I listened to the referral of a retired doc who suggested this practice to me.What a great experience. Thank you so much!
Amazing place. I’ve had one birth here and am in my first trimester with my second. The office is respectful and attentive. All the providers are wonderful! Dr. Mauny especially. She really cares and listens.
I was an OB transfer to Full Circle and from the moment they accepted my transfer I felt welcomed and comfortable with every midwife I saw. They were accepting of my birth plan, educated me on my options and recommendations for a natural birth, and gave me the tools I needed to actually have a successful natural birth! The front desk staff were great as well! You don’t get that very often!
A couple years after having my baby, I needed pregnancy and birth records for my delivery, and I contacted FCWC. They referred me to New Beginnings, who referred me back to FCWC. I have spoken to both numerous times, and neither have been able to get me any documentation of when I gave birth, or been able to help me find a path to get them. After months of trying to get my records, I ended up giving up and had to go on with a medical procedure without any history. Fast forward to now, I need my records again, and given that I have no idea how to get them, I’m just going to share my birth story instead. The experience itself, is something I will never forget of course. First, they tried to give me a due date that was based on a conception date that was wrong. They said they were going off of the babys size in the ultrasound, but I told them that I 100% knew the exact conception date (the deed was only done once within a large span of time, the exact date was known). They ignored this for a while, and the plan was to induce me if I didn’t deliver “in time”, even though they had my due date documented earlier than it should have been. I did plead my case to Dr. Adams, who did listen and she did adjust the date for me. Second, throughout my entire pregnancy I was adamant about wanting minimal drugs. I went in to labor at 6am on my exact due date, and was fully dilated by late that morning. My Doctor said that she was just going to give me a little something to speed it along, which seemed completely unnecessary considering everything was going as smooth and quickly as can be. Note this was a couple days before a holiday. I told her no. It wasnt in my birth plan and I reiterated that I did not want that. Not too long after, she did it anyways, without my consent, I believe it was pitocin. Mind you, I just went in to labor that morning, everything was going perfectly, and my contractions were already close together. I delivered a healthy baby with a healthy weight that evening, but I did tear and I was injected with something that I did not need or consent to.I will add this, I looked at their website today and don’t recognize any of the Doctors names as my Doctor, so I don’t believe she is there anymore. Also, I see that Dr. Adams is there and she was incredible though everything, but unfortunately she wasn’t my Doctor. Whenever I spoke to Dr. Adams, I felt like she actually listened and cared. So that’s my story. And now I sit here years later needing my records again, with zero hope that I will ever see what happened to me that day. It’d be wonderful if someone could find them and then reach out to me.
There are not words to truly express my appreciation for Dr. Adams and her team for their prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care of my third baby. From the first appointment with Dr. Adams I knew this experience would be different from the rest. Her undivided attention, caring and relatable personality, and knowledge was unmatched to any provider I had seen in the past. I appreciated the providers seeing me as an individual and not labeling me with the ‘geriatric pregnancy’ term. Their care for me through my gestational diabetes diagnosis was exactly what I needed - support, encouragement, resources, and help - not alarmist and fear. With their help, I was able to manage my numbers with diet alone. I had a wonderful birth experience with a midwife and the most gentle follow up care in the weeks following with phone calls and 6week appointment. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience.
I would like to compliment the white glove service I receive from Dr.Adams. Dr.Adams is they best doctor Ive ever encountered, no stone goes unturned. She loves what she does and it shows she will definitely educate the patient. Im always greeted with a smile and my concerns are never overlooked I love her. ❤️
Today was my first visit since I had to find a new OBGYN and I loved it so much. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and I didnt feel like just another patient being rushed in and out to move onto someone else. I felt heard, understood, and cared for. I am excited to be a patient with this practice and I look forward to walking through my future pregnancies with them as well! If youre looking for an excellent practice that is kind and LISTENS to you and works with you-this place is it!
Let me start by saying I attended Full Circle for 5 years and never had any issues. I saw Carol for all of my well checks and she is truly one of the best. I absolutely loved her until the end. I was with Full Circle through 2 miscarriages and both Dr. Adams and Dr. Marrow did a D&C for me and I felt well cared for and in good hands. I did not have any issues with Full Circle until my recent pregnancy (had my baby 5/9/22).I found out from ROC that my pregnancy was high risk when I was 18 weeks along. I learned that I would need to be hospitalized around 30-32 weeks for placenta and vasa previa (a rare and possibly dangerous condition). I had only seen Dr. Adams thus far and assumed she would continue to see me and perform my c-section. My high risk doctor told me I needed to see Dr. Adams to discuss my situation. However, Dr. Adams was unavailable to see me (even when my high risk doctor called to see if she could get me in). I couldnt get an appointment with her. I shared my concerns with office staff and told them I wanted to see Dr. Adams before I was hospitalized. They messaged and told me they would make sure but said I needed to wait until my next appointment to make another appointment. When the time came they told me Dr. Adams had nothing available except for a virtual appointment once I would already be hospitalized. After several past losses, a subchorionic hemorrhage that caused severe bleeding and learning I had vasa previa this was an extremely stressful and frightening time for me. More stress was added by not being able to see my doctor.Dr. Marrow was available but I was under the impression I would be under Dr. Adams care. If this wasnt the case I guess I also just wish there was better communication. I had no idea who would be performing my c-section or that it might be either one. I no longer felt like Dr. Adams really cared about me. Carol was still wonderful but wasnt someone that could do my c-section. I wanted to see the doctor that would be and wanted to be reassured I was in good hands and know the plan for a successful delivery. It took me such a long time to have my rainbow baby and I was really saddened by my experience. For years I was so excited about delivering with Full Circle. However, at 30 weeks my high risk doctor was able to get me in with Dr. Glas at River City OB and I left Dr. Adams practice. River City went above and beyond to get me in before I was hospitalized and I was finally able to breathe. There were a couple other issues too with my ultrasounds at Full Circle that caused me some distress but its too much to go into.Last, I did ask to speak to an office manager about my issues, yet they took over a week to call me back.If your pregnancy is smooth sailing I think you will probably be happy here. Their midwives are wonderful. However, if this is not the case for you as it was for me, I would seek another practice.
Ive been a patient Dr. Chandra Adams for years! Shes not just an amazing physician but a very compassionate and kind person as well! She always takes the time to answer any questions and to really listen to what youre sharing. Very blessed to know her and her wonderful practice! Very happy for her growth at her beautiful new location.
My doula recommended Full Circle to me. I really wanted to try for a natural birth and wanted a practice that supported that. I was treated like an individual throughout the process. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Every care provider I met made time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. My birth was exactly as I wanted it to be, Cindy guided me through it with a calm energy and belief that I could get the job done. I am so grateful to have had my baby with Full Circle.
To say that this place is just a “great place” it’s an understatement. I learned of this practice from my sister who had given birth with the help of Cindy. She assisted with my sister’s water birth, it was a HEAVENLY experience to say the least. When I began coming in to the practice I was very nervous because it was a new network, new personalities, and new attitudes but these women supported, educated, and comforted me every day of my pregnancy and afterwards. Dawn and Dr. Adams were very gentle with caring for me on delivery day (I was induced to carry out with a VBAC). It seemed like the scariest thing given I had delivered my last child 18 months ago by c-section. They both explained in detail the process and what to expect. They never forced me to do anything I was not comfortable with and there never were any misunderstandings. I knew what was happening before, during, and after labor and delivery. I’m very particular about who cares for me especially knowing that I was bringing a baby into the world—the energy needed to be top tier. These women exceeded my expectations. These women are Heaven sent. If you are looking for a comforting, well-educated network of professionals, DO NOT THINK TWICE about these women. AND Dr. Adams is a WOMAN OF COLOR, which is more defining and comforting for me personally.
There are just so many amazing things I can say about this place! The office team is friendly and the best part is I’ve always been in and out for my appointments! No waiting around for forever to be seen. Any messages I’ve sent on the portal were responded to promptly and I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome my labor and delivery experience was with Carol. As a first time mom you hear all of the horror stories but I am happy to say that I can be a mom with a birth experience that was done with a team that was encouraging and warm I certainly recommend Full Circle Women’s Care!
I’ve been a patient at full circle for years. With a history of rough pregnancies. Each and every person I’ve encountered has been supportive, patient and kind !From an emergency C section to routine gynecological experiences , I’ve never left feeling unsure or as if I wasn’t heard. If you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere I personally understand how detrimental that can be and how apprehensive it can make you when choosing an OB.But Dr.Adams & Dr. Marrow , and of course the midwives Carol & Kim Are EVERYTHING.They truly are on a mission to make bringing our children into this world a safe and happy experience for baby & MOM . 10/10 definitely recommend.
I have been going here for about 4 years and had both my babies with FC. I highly recommend them for not only their prenatal care, but I can also say that I have been very impressed by their communication, understanding and help in working with insurance and billing questions. Their response time is fast, they have a recorded track record of actions taken, and have even shown me grace when there was a consistent billing issue that kept coming up on the insurance end. They are an advocate for their patients and understanding of the challenges that can arise not just on the medical side but also the billing side.
Im absolutely floored by some of these reviews. Ive had the best experience at this office and had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Marrow and Dr. Adams. The entire staff has been more than friendly and the portal response to messages is faster than expected (even after hours). Ive even had 2 televisits to accommodate my work schedule. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have always taken the time to listen to me and provide guidance.
I spent my pregnancy with this wonderful practice & just had my VBAC baby! More times than not I saw Carol as my provider for my check ups. She took her time at each appointment, answering all my questions and listening to all of my concerns. If I had an issue, she was on top of it everytime! I got lucky enough to go into labor and have her be the on call provider that night! I was going for a VBAC & with carols patience and calmness about her, I was able to succeed that with her help! I was in labor for 27 hours, had SO many emotions, second thoughts and worries and Carol was there to mellow me out and help me stay confident and positive until the end. Thank you so much Carol! I am forever thankful for you & this entire practice, you all are all so amazing! I felt & still feel beyond empowered after being able to have my baby boy vaginally!
I recently switched OB care to Full Circle and it has been the best decision. I have had 4 previous pregnancies, 3 that went to full term and all delivered in different states with different providers. Full Circle absolutely knocks OB/GYN care out of the park.Every appointment I have had so far I have seen a provider at the actual time of my appointment and have been given more than enough time to ask questions and discuss whatever I’ve needed to. When you sit down with one of their providers you never get the feeling that they are rushing you out of a room or that you are just another number. Dr Adams and her entire staff have perfected their practice and I am so thankful to have found them!
I transferred to Full Circle around 34 weeks because I had doubts about being able to have the birthing experience I wanted with my previous provider. What an amazing decision! Our son (first baby!) was born Nov 4th, 6lbs14oz with Cindy. We did not have the chance to meet prior, but I couldn’t have felt more supported. I was able to have the natural birth experience I wanted and Cindy kept encouraging me that I could do it even when I didn’t feel like I could.Thank you so much! I could not be any happier with how everything turned out.
Where do I begin. Dr. Chandra Adams and her team was immaculate. From the prenatal visits, to the weekly visits, up until it was time for me to deliver my princess. I delivered my daughter natural and I thought I was going to lose it at the end but I tell you Dr. Adams, made everything worth the pressure and pain that was endured. The way she cared for me was amazing and I would recommend her for all your prenatal needs. Thank you so much Full Women’s Circle.
I had an amazing experience with Full Circle!! They helped me achieve the VBA2C I had so desperately wanted since the day I walked in. They were supportive from the start. Never doubted me. On the day I went into labor and started pushing, Carol Radmeyer attended my birth and coached me with pushing. She was so patient, so helpful, so encouraging, so SWEET! The whole process felt peaceful, even if I didn’t seem like I was peaceful myself lol. I asked after an hour of pushing if I was making progress, since I felt like an hour was too long and may warrant a repeat c section, but Carol said I was doing great, and there was no rush. Hearing that encouraged me to keep going & 30 minutes later, baby was here! All the other providers are amazing as well!! The whole team is just great. Highly recommend. 💛💛💛
I had a wonderful working with the staff at Full Circle Women’s Center from the time I came in for my first visit, until after my labor and delivery. The staff is amazing, and everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout this exiting time. I look forward to continuing to work with them for my regular OBGYN appointments. I highly recommend Full Circle Women’s Center!!!!!!!
I loved my experience here. My mom went her for her pregnancies and I went here to prevent them! I love Dr Carol and will truly tell you the truth and help you with a lot of care. It took a couple of tries with birth control but she was really great and I got something else and its been a huge blessing. Very nice environment and kind staff even in the office. I like that I see the same kind faces. They have really improved a lot over the years. Im really pleased and have no complaints.
I was recommended Full Circle for my first pregnancy as I wanted to go as naturally as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience! Dr Adams, Dr marrow and every AMAZING midwife was more than supportive of my wants. They educated my husband and I every appointment about any concerns we had. I never once felt nervous about my birthing day because I felt so at ease and in such great hands. I had my little girl unmedicated and naturally as I wanted and it’s all because of their guidance and support. I can’t thank these ladies enough for the wonderful experience we had, and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to feel heard about her wishes for her body. Also a huge plus is I never waited more than 5 mins on my appointment dates and they always answer the phones, communication was never an issue.
The care that is given here is genuine, for your good and your baby’s health primarily, and thorough. I really appreciated feeling listened to and I always felt their desire and willingness to cooperate with my desires. The birth was hard and I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
This is a wonderful practice! I had my second baby seven weeks ago and had a great experience. I love the balance of midwives and physicians who work diligently to create such a positive atmosphere for women who choose to birth in a hospital setting. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and well-rounded. Overall, it was a great place to birth.
If you need an OBGYN that listens to you and will make sure you are comfortable with every service they provide, go to Full Circle Women’s Care. From my regular OB care to delivering my first baby girl with Dr. Marrow at Ascension’s South Side, I believe I received the absolute best care that I could have asked for. Dr. Marrow, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing delivery you helped me achieve. You’re the best!
Not quite sure where to begin... my experience with Full Circle for my first pregnancy was incredible from beginning to end. The office staff, MAs, OBs and midwives were always so friendly and welcoming. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment (most of the time I didnt wait at all). My birth experience did not go according to plan at all due to an emergency induction and the midwife on call (Cindy) was informative, patient, and kind every step of the way. She carried out my wishes and did so with care and understanding. I never for one second felt rushed for my labor to progress more quickly. Everyone was on babys time and in due time, she made a beautiful grand entrance! I was so glad to have a vaginally birth after Im convinced with all my risk factors, any other practice wouldve done a C section. I am SO grateful I chose to switch from another OB practice to Full Circle in my 2nd trimester. I tell everyone I know to go here now! 5 stars all the way!
This obgyn office has been above and beyond amazing for me throughout my whole pregnancy! Every practitioner and all the staff are so kind and caring. There’s never a wait and you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients! For the most part i see Carol Rademeyer at my appointments and she is the sweetest woman ever. She has been so kind to me and has really made my pregnancy experience wonderful. I’m so glad i found this place!
This office is an absolute joke. Everyone is horribly rude (besides Dr. Adams, who I saw once to confirm my pregnancy) and management could care less to try and solve any issues, despite all the complaints submitted. Your concerns and/or complaints WILL NOT be answered. The front office staff makes you feel like scum, I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism. I have been trying to transfer out for an entire month with no luck in getting my records until I paid for them, go figure. I received every excuse in the book as to why my other office hadn’t received my records. The billing for prenatal care is sketchy. Providers are extremely pushy despite how many times you express concerns for said treatments. You are just another dollar sign walking through that door. Please, please, please save yourself the time, stress and pure disappointment, pick another office for your prenatal care.
An AMAZING practice with EXCEPTIONAL care!! I came to Full Circle Women’s Health because of the great reviews I saw online and it was the best decision I made with regard to choosing a provider for my pregnancy. Dr. Adams and Dr. Marrow are awesome and have a wonderful team of midwives that truly put the patient first. I had a TWIN vaginal delivery, yes TWINS with Dr. Adams and Carol (midwife) and I couldn’t have asked for a better labor and delivery experience :)
The care throughout my pregnancy was incredible. Everyone is kind and listens to your needs and wants. Early March I had the most incredible birth experience through Full Circle at the St. Vincent Southside family birth center. Anah attended my birth and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE, because of her, the staff, and everyone’s willingness to follow my birth plan I was able to rock a vaginal birth after TWO C-sections! I could not have asked for a better more healing experience.
I have seen Dr. Adams twice. The first visit was a consultation and then she preformed my ablation. I called to schedule an appointment several months later for what any woman would feel was an emergency and I was told it would be over two weeks before I could be seen. Reluctantly I went ahead and scheduled the appointment because I did like Dr. Adams. When I arrived for my appointment I was 7 minutes late because I drive from Saint Augustine which is over 45 minutes away and there was construction I didn’t take into account. The front desk lady checked me in after finishing her conversation with her co-worker which officially made me 9 minutes late. I was then told I would have to wait an hour and thirty minutes because Dr. Adams took two patients who supposedly arrived over 30 minutes early to their appointment. I asked the front desk girl to please go talk to Dr. Adams and let her know that I had my nineteen month old with me, I had been having severe discomfort, and I lived 45 minutes away; She could have easily ask the patient who wasn’t scheduled for another twenty minutes if they minded waiting until their appointment time. Any patient would certainly understand. She came back out saying that Dr. Adams was going to continue to see the other two patients before me. I manage a dental office and I know we always give the patients 10 minutes and then a courtesy call before filling their appointment slot. People have to take time off work and traffic situations do occur. I can’t believe that a Dr. Adams wouldn’t see me considering the pain and toddler in tow considering she was supposed to have another 21 minutes with me. Their lack of compassion and professionalism was very discouraging. The point to signing a paper saying if you don’t show up for your appointment you will be charged is to avoid this very situation while ensuring Dr. Adams still gets paid for her time. Dr. Adams can’t be concerned about her patients if she is running her office this way. Extremely disappointed, I had thought since she herself was a working mother she would be compassionate and understanding, but she allowed me to walk out of the office in pain without as much as a simple phone call.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!The follow up response was unfortunately a bunch of reasons listed to why I couldn’t be seen. I would have taken the six minutes that was supposedly left of my twenty minute appointment considering that’s generally how much time she has spent with me in the past, but of course I wasn’t offered that either. Dr. Adams should have know I was dealing with something considered an emergency when I called I to make the appointment I should have been scheduled more than twenty minutes. I did go into specific detail of my concern. Especially since I was pushed two weeks out for an emergency. The twenty minute allotment is out there for her to make money, not address real concerns. I now know why there are all the terrible reviews. I wish I’d had taken the time to read them before I invested myself in this poorly ran office. Oh and they can respond to a review, but can’t follow up with a phone call.
I cannot say enough amazing things about the wonderful team at Full Circle Women’s Care. They have felt like extended family ever since Dr. A delivered our daughter in 2017. They have stood by us and supported us through our highest highs and our lowest lows, and the birth of our son in August was no exception. In a whirlwind birth that could have not been more unlike his sister’s, I showed up to the hospital at 8+cm dilated and was holding our sweet rainbow baby less than 45 min later. I was so happy to see Carol’s face, and she did such an amazing job of trying to keep me calm and focused as we worked together to bring Ethan into this world. At Full Circle you are heard and respected by a compassionate team of professionals who will support you and advocate for you every step of the way. While we are happy to say our family is complete, we are still sad to know that our birth experiences with Full Circle are over. They have given us our two greatest gifts and I cannot sing their praises or thank them enough. They will always hold a special place in our hearts.
At 28 weeks pregnant I decided to change OBGYNs and was accepted into Full Circle Women’s Care for my last trimester of pregnancy. As a first time mom switching practices this late in pregnancy made me extremely nervous and fearful of the unknown. However I was met with love and support right away. Moving to Full Circle ended up being the best decision for my family, pregnancy and baby, we were provided the greatest care possible at every appointment and achieved the labor and delivery we knew was best for our family. We welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world in March with the help of Dr. Adams, he came fast, early, and ready to meet us! Full Circle supported our unmedicated and natural birth plan and worked with our doula to provide us the best and safe labor possible. While at my original OBGYN practice it was met with resistance and concern. Whatever birth plan you chose, Full Circle will provide you with the education you need to make the most informed and safe decisions for you and your family. I am so grateful I found a practice that honors woman’s autonomy, supports safe and natural practice, and provides a midwifery model of care as well as has the lowest cesarean rates in the area! This is hands down the best practice in Jacksonville and I am forever appreciative of them helping bring me the biggest blessing into my life in a way I knew I was made to do! Thank you Full Circle!
I was a little surprised by some of the other reviews. I feel like some of the “bad reviews” definitely did not reflect my experience with these doctors/midwives/staff at full circle during my last pregnancy. When I was searching for an obgyn with my last pregnancy I was close to tears trying to find the right fit, and this practice was absolutely perfect. And immediately put at ease (during a pandemic), I made my first appt and before I left each time I would make a new appt and show up. I was quoted a fee for their service and paid. Never once had an issue with sending a message through the portal, I always was met with an answer (during all hours)…
After having two previous C sections for breech presentation, I knew that on my third go round that I wanted to do everything possible for a different outcome. After researching and becoming highly impressed with the low c section rates at full circle, I decided to switch practices. Full circle welcomed me with open arms from my first 8 week appointment and began, even at that early moment, to encourage and support me in achieving the natural birth that I wanted. At around 25 weeks, Carol, nurse midwife, recommended chiropractic care to support good baby position. I went religiously and was in disbelief when at 30, 34, 36 weeks etc that my baby was head down! The midwives were so kind in reassuring me of baby’s position and offering quick scans to ease my mind. They really go above and beyond.I never felt pressured by a deadline to have the baby as we neared the due date and we discussed natural induction methods that I began around 38 weeks. At 40 weeks and 4 days I went into labor naturally. I labored at home for about 24 hours before heading to the hospital with my spouse and doula. Cindy Williams was on call that night and, although I had only met her one time previously, I instantly felt safe as she was confident, calm and compassionate. I was able to deliver my son unmedicated and with only a tiny tear needing one stitch. I am still in disbelief of my birth story and have full circle to thank for believing in me. I cannot recommend them enough 😀
This is our second baby with this practice, and I am again amazed at the incredible care we received. I love Full Circle because of the extremely thorough care yet holistic and naturally minded approach to pregnancy and childbirth. Lauren delivered our first and now our second baby, and we were again wowed at her ability to maintain peace in the room, provide encouragement, and suggest positions to get baby in the best position for delivery, and ultimately help me labor and deliver my baby as naturally as possible. I could honestly rave about this practice from every angle- every single provider we saw was knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and contentious.
Such a great place. Everyone here is so sweet and caring. I came here for a VBAC. The doctors and staff were so knowledgeable with everything. We tried about everything to move baby down and I labored for some time but I didn’t progress, Dr. Marrow recommended a repeat c-section. We both cried together. Dr. Adams did my belly birth and made it so peaceful and everything I could imagine. I’m so grateful that these ladies gave me the opportunity to try and experience labor. My daughter and I are very healthy and happy. Couldn’t have done this without Full Circle. Thank you ladies! ❤️❤️
Super thankful for Carol and the way she so beautifully and gracefully helped me in my last two deliveries. She is really incredible. My husband and I have said multiple times this week, after delivery, how thankful we were to have her last Thursday and Friday walking with us through labor and delivery. Thank you Carol!
This facility was recommended to me and it’s unfortunate, that everyone involved is highly disappointed. At my initial visit I was not heard, I was not listened to. The professionalism of the staff is not what you would expect. As I proceeded to tell Dr. Adams and Lauren, the technician, that I was not sure of my last cycle they proceeded to examine me. After examination they immediately told me that I was having a miscarriage, or an ex topic pregnancy. That I shouldn’t expect for the pregnancy to be a viable one and expect bleeding in the next coming days. I was also recommended to resume all of my normal medications because it would not matter. I’m not quite sure how this assumption could be made with unknown dates of a missed cycle. As a woman who has previously had a miscarriage this news was devastating to me and my husband.Thankfully, because of my faith, my husband and I did not stress for the next seven days until our next appointment. We were able to see another practice who was also flabbergasted at how we were treated by Dr. Adams and her staff. The new facility, was able to confirm pregnancy with a viable baby with a heartbeat. Their imagery was also 10x better than the poor quality machines at Full Circle. I’m unsure if it’s the machines, or unskilled technicians using them. I brought this to the attention of Lauren Holtz and Dr. Adams they both looked at us as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. We even brought pictures of the sonogram from the other facility to them and they still questioned it. When I brought to their attention the possibility of my baby being killed by resuming medications that I should not be taking while pregnant they immediately canceled my next appointment and did not want to hear or acknowledge anything that I had to say.Not only is this unprofessional, but it is irresponsible and should not be tolerated.
Please beware of this place I do not recommend this place to anybody. This is my first pregnancy and I will NEVER forget the horrible experience I had here. Let’s start with the front desk receptionists, they are so rude and unsympathetic it’s ridiculous the black woman that sits to the right of the receptionist desk in the back laughed in my face and made smart remarks and called me a child while i’m stressing about getting my records transferred because i’ve been waiting almost 4 WEEKS to get my records and i’m a couple days shy of being 20 weeks pregnant, she needs to be fired. I have been trying to get my medical records transferred for almost 4 WEEKS!! The lady said it’ll take a week for them to be sent I even called within those weeks to confirm that they’ve been sent and they claim they sent them. Eventually I called to get them printed out for me to pick up since they were taking so long, they said that they would call when they’re ready to pick up I waited almost 3 days and no phone call. I had to take off work just to catch them before they closed to try and get my stuff sent over to my new office, it’s just so crazy how my stuff FINALLY gets sent over after I had to leave work and go up there. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady told me she was in a meeting and I told her ok i’ll wait for her and she said ok then as I go to sit down another lady (the same black lady as mentioned) jumps in our conversation for the third time and says that she’s not there. These people are evil and they don’t care about they’re patients even before this situation happened I could already tell they didn’t care about me or my baby just based on how I was treated. This place gave me such a hard time and caused so much stress alone I will never forget it, I pray that nobody else goes through what I went through.
The entire practice is AMAZING!!!! High risk pregnancy & I never felt scared/afraid. Dr Adams & Marrow are the best hands down. They are on top of everything, really care about their patients- wish I would’ve delivered here with my others!!Front desk & nurses have been more than accommodating as well!Would give 10 stars if I could :)
For nearly 15 years, I entrusted a particular network of physicians (OB-GYNs) to help me take care of my female wellness through scheduled visits, annual pap smears, etc., only to find out some short time ago in 2020 that my health and well being was truly neglected. There were things going on within my female organs that I was never informed of. Nonetheless, my life changed and faith restored upon meeting Dr. Chandra Adams. Meeting her has truly been a divine appointment and I havent looked back since. Upon meeting her for my first appointment at Full Circle Womens Care, I knew that I had found a OB-GYN physician that genuinely cares about her patients; passionate about our health and wellness; and willing to consult and support me on my desired journey, along with providing a healthcare strategic plan to get there. Dr. Adams exudes a level of professionalism, sense of calm, and expertise like none other. As an African-American woman, it gives me great comfort, joy, and peace in knowing that Dr. Adams makes a conscious effort to connect and communicate with her patients. She listens intensely and cares about what concerns me. At Full Circle Womans Care, it exemplifies compassionate healthcare providers united in delivering patient-centered care. Additionally, the environment is quite welcoming and pleasant. My experience has been nothing less than epic and my life is changed forever for the better. The best is yet to come!!
I thoroughly LOVE this practice. I started going here when my hubs and I found out we was expecting our first child, and the entire team was phenomenal! Carol ended up delivering my baby and she was sooo amazing and supported me all the way with having a completely natural and unmediated childbirth. By the time my boy was born the entire staff new me and my husband and never made us feel silly or inferior for asking all 10000 questions that we had as new parents. They were professional, yet still made you feel like family. They create an environment that empowers every woman to have the birth she wants. I’m now switching over to them as my regular OB!
Dr Adams is awesome! My wife just completed her VBAC and everyone in this staff was completely astonishing. Love this crew! 100% recommend 1000 times over.
I’ve been a patient of this office for years now and overall I can say my experience has been a good one. My only complaints would be dealing with billing and some miscommunications at the front desk. While I was expecting to have Dr. Adams or Dr. Marrow during delivery, I actually ended up delivering with Dr. Yeykal. Prior to delivery, I had never met her in the office so I didn’t know what to expect but I can truly say she was exceptional! Dr. Yeykal is one of few doctors who genuinely care about their patient’s needs. I look forward to seeking care from her in the future.
I moved here from South Florida where I was established with a practice for 15 + years. It was so hard to find a practice I felt comfortable once I moved up here and feel so lucky to have found Full Circle! I couldn’t be happier with all the physicians, midwives and office staff :) We just welcomed our beautiful daughter via c-section by Dr.Marrow and it was a great experience all around thanks to her and all the midwives!
Dr. Adams is the best obgyn. My midwife Carol was excellent as well. I was able to do a successful Vbac. Thank you so much for your support and patience!
I have found the practice for me. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the check in team, to billing, and of course the doctors and their professional technician team. Please trust them when they ask you to meet their entire team. Dr. Marrow and Carol were both major parts of my journey and I truly felt like I was part of the decision making process of my care. Dr. Marrow is a knowledgeable, relatable, down to earth, and a skilled surgeon. I had to have an unplanned c section and I have healed beautifully with a minimal scar. Dr. Marrow only proceeded with the c section once I was truly on board and it was indeed necessary. I had seen Carol for most of my visits, and she in turn never made me feel rushed, took her time with my millions of questions (sorry!) lol and filled me with lots of confidence and educational materials as I navigated my way into motherhood. Thank you Dr. Marrow and Carol for making my first experience a positive one.
Amazing staff and providers! I had preeclampsia and they were patient throughout my induction that lasted 29 hours from start to finish. Even though she was not on call Dr. Adams was monitoring my BP and vitals from home throughout the night. Most other providers would have done a c-section but Full Circle allowed me to safely deliver a beautiful healthy daughter with minimal intervention for my condition.
I dont understand why there are negative reviews here. I have never received better care in my life and would recommend a place for women to everyone. Evelyn and Dr VanScriver were both in the delivery room when I gave birth to my daughter. They were so wonderful to us and helped me get through it naturally, just as I planned. The billing office went above and beyond when half way through my pregnancy I changed insurance plans. They changed appointments around so that I never had to pay out of pocket for an appointment. If youre looking for a supportive OB/Gyn office, this is it.
I ended up with this practice after it was bought from another provider. My OB care has been ok, but my recent pregnancy has been the worst experience ever. You meet the doctor on your first visit so that she can ensure you sign a promise to pay paper and tell you your estimated costs. After that no appointments with her. The staffs kids are ALWAYS running around the office. There were also 2 medical conditions that they missed that the delivering hospital discovered. Then I bring my son in to do a circumcison because they only perform them in office (I’m sure it has to do with money) They tell me to pay 325 up front and they will place a pre authorization hold on my card and release it once the insurance company pays. They lied of course, now I can’t speak with a billing rep for 5 days. They charged my card and haven’t even submitted my claim to the insurance company. And they can’t provide me with a receipt showing what I paid for. Carol and Kim have great personalities, but this place definitely places billing over care it’s very heartbreaking.
Friendly people and superb technology. But when it came down to my wife needing medical accommodation paper work I was met with a lack of empathy. I was told the paper work couldn’t be filled out because a lack of E.R. visits. And my wife was diagnosed over the phone through a supervisor of the office but she said it was from Dr.Adams. Other than that pretty cool place. I hope your experience will be better than ours.
My fiance has been trying to reach out to set up an appointment for a whole week and every time before 1pm and after 1pm. Every. Single. Time. they hang up the phone or transfer to the after hours line. This is the worst care in patients I have seen. Dont waste your time with these people.
Called weeks ago to be transferred to a midwife from my OB. I am already established as a patient and was waiting to get records sent over. Called today to go ahead and schedule an appointment which Im not due for one until May. Today Im told they arent taking transfers anymore for August due dates, yet I have spent weeks preparing to transfer and deliver at St. Vincents. Never again! I heard nothing but good things about this place and now Im seeing the bad reviews were right! Now I have to start all over and Im already 22wks! The healthcare system has taken a huge dump and its very sad! Always about running a business and getting that money, its not about the patients anymore.
Was referred to this practice as somewhere to go for the most “compassionate care.”I had to stop in a day before my actual appointment to sign a form, and my children and I were asked at the door to mask up. We didn’t have any masks, and we were NOT OFFERED one, instead the front desk reception, said we can buy one for $1. If a practice is requiring masks, they should PROVIDE them.I’ll be filing a complaint.
Im not sure if the office staff has changed since I gave birth but I can definitely say theyre not acting the same. Ive called them over the course of 2 wks leaving a detailed message every time yet have only talked to a person once and not by them calling me back. I even left a message twice on the office manager line. From the convo I did have I was told they would try to fit me in or give me a reference. Having had worked in doctors offices I know busy is busy and if your patient list is full its full. Yet I could really use the reference which I have told them over and over in my messages. Only to be ignored since then.Despite the office staff Im very sure of the fact that the women behind the scene (Dr. Adams and the ARNPs Carol, Lauren, and Jordan) are still AWESOME! In July of 16 they (Dr.Adams and Carol) helped me give birth to a beautiful little girl and the little complications we had doing this process they took me through with ease. These providers are warm, kind, and straightforward. I really loved and appreciated them through my pregnancy. They really made my 1st pregnancy fairly easy and Im sadden that I wont be experiencing my second with them.
I tell anyone who will listen that switching to Dr. Adams practice at Full Circle Womens Care (at 32 weeks pregnant!) was one of the best decisions of my life. I am always heard and respected and I had the most incredible birth experience with my daughter. So glad to be there for baby number 2 coming this summer!
I had my first pregnancy experience with the staff in 2009-2010 and had no complaints other than I think they didnt do my sons circumcision correctly. Im pregnant with my second son and besides that one issue i preferred to have the same staff deliver my second son. Theyre always kind and I feel comfortable with the staff.
This practice and Dr. Adams are nothing short of amazing. They supported my decisions and offered me alternatives to what is considered the norm, which is exactly what I was looking for. Even through tough situations Dr. Adams made us feel as good as we could have given the scenario. The entire staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend.
They don;t answer phone after hours. They wont see my wife when she is sick, They refer her to a normal doctor. They wait to handle insurance discrepancies upon arriving for appointment which wasted 1 hour of driving and 2.5 hours of work for my wife and myself. Doctor Adams is great, but Full Circle wont be taking car of us any longer. Front desk girl seems untrained, and never asks patient to leave urine sample... she didnt even know what to charge us as a copay ... Like all places, some people like me will have trouble and others will think its the best place ever.
This is the women’s care I always dreamed of. I wish I had been here for my first two births! The shared decision making and evidence based care you receive is definitely worth my drive from Middleburg to the SS. Two weeks ago I went in for a ECV (external version for breech babe) scared out of my mind but Dr Adams, Carol the midwife and my doula Kelly were such an amazing team. They were calm, made me feel part of the procedure and never talked over or around me, which has been my experience with past practices. My hope is that all women may have the same experience of empowerment and strength that this office gives to women, no matter what their circumstances and decisions have to be during their care! I cannot say enough good things and love for these providers!!
I came to Full Circle after an amazing clinical rotation. I knew I wanted a practice that was for safe birth practices and holistic care. I knew when the day came I wanted a VBAC. Well, that day came and after a 3 day TOLAC... WE HAD SUCCESS! I was able to birth my beautiful baby boy vaginally and without complications. I had a goal and dream and this practice made it work safely and without a feeling of this is not on our schedule. This practice puts mom and baby first, safely of course... By far the best OBGYN practice in Florida and beyond!!!
Its been 3.5 years since I attended FCWC and I must say I love this office and the staff. My doctor was the very best I could ask for. I went in thinking I was having a miscarriage and was even scheduled to have a DNC performed. Everyone up until I began going to FCWC pretty much could not find life in my baby but my doctor didnt lose hope. She was the final decision maker and she not only found my baby still fighting, he was stronger than ever. My midwife cried with my daughter and I because we thought we were going to have to give everyone the bad news that day. Aamiéré (pronounced Amir) was born full term (40 weeks) on 4/5/17. This office saved my life by caring for not only my needs (being high risk) but my babies and my older child needs as well. I would recommend anyone with child to attend FCWC because they are awesome!
I should have read the reviews but me being stubborn and wanting a African American dr didn’t work out. Little to no Communication I’ve seen and talked to DR ADAMS once out of 9Months. It’s to late forMe to Switch but I’m going to be perfectly honest with the next mother I meet and tell them do not come to this OBGYN. I should’ve went to River city obgyn. They don’t work with you they don’t follow up they don’t remind knowing that things have changed within the last year they will drop you immediately if they can just know this is my last child working this establishment.
My wife was going here for Endometriosis. The doctors have been great but the office manager is playing extortion. My wife needs surgery. They called about scheduling a date, she called back and no one picked up. Left a message. She got time off work and got everything ready. Called back a week later to confirm, finally after 12 calls she gets ahold of someone. they said she never left a message and scheduled someone else. No apologies were given and told she could have a date a month later. My wife wrote a review on the situation. Now the office manager calls us directly for once go figure. Tells us my wife in not welcome. She cant see her doctor anymore, she cant have surgery there now, they deleted her records because she wrote a negative review. For a place that claims to care for patients this is so cold. My wife is in pain, bleeding internally, crying, hysterical. This isnt caring behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Upon showing up for an office visit, the person checking me in inisisted that I pay my co-pay. I explained that I had already met my out of pocket maximum for the year, but I was told I could not be seen unless I made the $40 payment. I very much needed to be seen, so I reluctantly made the payment, and then for the next few months attempted to get the money credited back to me.. I finally had to get my credit card company involved, and after several attempts to reach the office manager, several months later, they finally agreed it was not owed and credited back my account. This was not the worst of the issues. I had some fairly basic lab tests done for a possible bacteria infection. Their office billing department coded the labs as experimental, so naturally my insurance company refused to pay for the labs. This took NINE months to resolve as the lab insisted it was the Drs office who needed to properly code the testing requested, but getting the office to resolve this, with messages left on several occasions, was also repeatedly ignored. Eventually it was sent to collections from the lab, and was never taken seriously until leaving a complaint that I would share my experience with my social network of women and a negative online review. Only then did the office properly code the labs, and I was no longer responsible for the bill. I decided since they resolved the issue, I would leave well enough alone, however a few months later I attempted to schedule my annual exam, and I was informed they will no longer see me due to the unprofessional message that was left. I used no fowl language, just a clear and professional statement saying I would share my experience with all of my women friends, if they did not bother to return my calls and help me resolve their mistakes. Only then did they take notice and fix their mistakes, but are now penalizing me for this threat of sharing my story with others. Beware of using their services, the office staff is less than helpful, even if the mistake is theirs. You may be overcharged and improperly billed as they tried to do to me.
I switched to this office during my pregnancy after a bad experience elsewhere and I love them! They made the transition very easy and did most of the work in getting my records for me. All four of the doctors/midwives are super supportive of my hypnobirthing/all-natural birth plan and genuinely seem very open-minded and flexible as to what my wishes are. All of them take the time to answer all my questions and never seem in a hurry to get anywhere else. I think Lauren is my favorite as shes the most enthusiastic. Dr. VanScriver is the most difficult to schedule time with but Ive found her to a very genuine person. Dr. Phoenix is more matter of fact but very knowledgable. Evelyn is probably the most mother-like and seems the most caring. Overall I love them all and will be happy to have any of them deliver my baby. I would give 5 stars but the only thing is they are not very good about calling you about lab test results. Ive almost always had to ask about them or call myself but in all cases its been a no news is good news philosophy Im assuming. Im sure theyd call if any of them came back bad! Also another thing to note is Ive always had the doctors call me back after speaking to the emergency line about stupid concerns Ive had and theyve never made me feel bad whatsoever for calling after hours.
Unbelievable what this practice did. At 31 weeks, this practice discharged my girlfriend for her changing her commercial insurance to Medicaid. Even having high risk factors, they referred her to specialists who dropped her as well because she had no primary OB that would see her so late in the pregnancy. To top to all off, the delivery was paid for in full and we were told we would not receive our money back because of deductible costs our insurance did not cover. She needed her care transferred to UF Health and that has been a nightmare on its own. Ethics is not their first practice or even competence.
VERY DISAPPOINTED in this office and how I was treated. I am pregnant and was a patient here until I was completely kicked out without any notification whatsoever for missing one virtual appointment and they would not take me back in. I spoke with a office representative Brianna regarding this matter and she blamed me and showed no remorse or attempt in taking care of me as a patient when they decided to kick me out because they “assumed I went to another office”?? No phone call was made to me to confirm this ? No notifications of this decision sent?During this crucial time a specialist that COMMUNICATES with their patients and GUIDES you through a pregnancy is a MUST. I pay a lot of money for my healthcare and I am very disappointed to say I did not receive proper communication from these professionals, no guidance, and no care for me as a patient of their office. As a first time mother or for any pregnancy I would not recommend coming here.
I used FCWC for my prenatal care with my first baby and everyone was absolutely amazing. All of the midwives and staff were super friendly and patient with me throughout my entire pregnancy. There was not one question they werent able to answer. I HIGHLY recommended this office!
Too holistic.... Never aver get back with me about test results, though require to provide bunch of information for that.I usually pay very little for the visit, I asked and the receptionist told me that thats ok, and my insurance covers it and now, the year later, they bill me almost $400!Doctor Slade refused to do ultrasound when i started to bleed on my 8th week of pregnancy. She did a strip test at told me that I Am Not Pregnant!!! I miscarried, had D/c at the ER the same night... and the pregnancy test was positive for the two consecutive weeks after Dc procedure... I guess it is “holistic” to refuse ultrasound to a bleeding patient.
I had a phenomenal experience as a patient at Full Circle Women’s Care. They provided attentive and thorough care both while pregnant and postpartum. I would recommend this practice without hesitation!
At first I loved this practice and overlooked multiple red flags like being misdiagnosed with something I do not have nor have real symptoms of and having 2 different appt for IUD insertion and the provider not being able to successfully insert after NUMEROUS tries. The last straw was when I was 7 mins late for an appt and it was cancelled by the provider, not the front desk staff. The lady at the front checked me in without a problem, however a staff member from the back informed me that the provider cancelled my appt. When I asked for the late appointment policy I was told I couldnt be more than 10 mins late, I was only 7 mins. Also, this policy is not listed anywhere and they could not give me a legit explanation for the cancelation. I notice multiple reviewers stating this same thing happened to them in the review section. The reviews are true, find a different facility with providers that care.
Spoke with admin staff for a follow up on appointment after an urgent hospital visit. After explaining my concerns I was placed on hold for 30mins. I hung up and called back, no one answered. I called again and told her I just called and was placed on hold for 30 mins, she said ok, hold on.... And immediately placed me on hold for another 15min. Then proceeded to ask me why I called. Placed me on hold again just to tell me the person I need to see is not available.Update: A few hours later they called, not to inquiry about the service their staff provided but to tell me I am no longer allowed at full circle women. If giving others knowledge about the potential poor service theyll receive gets me ban, Im ok with that.
They are terrible. They treat you like a number and never tell you what to expect just to “go look on their website”. They diagnose me with gestational diabetes then because I send a message “coming off angry” which I was because the prescription they sent over to Walgreens Walgreens didn’t even receive so I ask how to use it and why don’t they have it, they pawn me off to another doctors office to get me set up on check ups for GD but that they other office could take weeks to reach out to me! So my son and I am suppose to just wait and God forbid If we need immediate attention oh well..... also since I posted this review they have decided to drop me as a patient instead of trying to what they can do to help me be more comfortable AT 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. Just wow. And will take ZERO responsibility for anything just talk around circles.
I have gone to full circle womens care during my 2 pregnancies in the last 3 years. Both great experiences. Dr Adams. Lauren, Carol and Jordan are all so personal and knowledgeable. Im so glad I found this practice.
I was recommended this clinic by a friend and wanted to try it out. I never got to unfortunately because after calling 5 times in 2 days, I was placed on hold and never spoke with anyone. This is very unprofessional as the recorded line says to select 1 if you are in LABOR or would like to make or cancel an appointment. What happens to the women in labor, by the time someone answers the phone the baby will be starting their first day of high school. This is disgusting.
The worst office for your needs. Very unprofessional, do not care for their patients needs nor emergencies. No walk-ins, which is very inconvenient. The staff will not work with you to reschedule. Ive had to cancel appointments due to emergencies and they marked them as no shows even though I called ahead of time. No communication between staff. They could not even help me log into my online portal while I was out of town. The worst. Save yourselves a headache.
Very patient-centered, whole-person care, with a focus on helping every woman achieve the birth the desires! I moved to the area while pregnant. My previous practice has encouraged and supported my desire to have a VBA2C. I was an ideal candidate for a VBA2C, but when I moved to the area, NO ONE would allow me to try a VBA2C. A friend had used an amazing doula, Kelly Googe, so I contacted her and she suggested Full Circle. They have been a DREAM. All of the things other practices told me weren’t in the policy (delayed cord clamping, father catching the baby, immediate skin to skin, etc) were standard practice at Full Circle. Every appointment I walked away saying “they really understand and support exactly what I am trying to accomplish!” I held my breathe for delivery day fearing it would be too good to be true. It wasn’t! I was able to achieve my VBA2C exactly as I had hoped and it was a DREAM. Every step of the way, they were walking me through the process, and the Midwife Lauren who delivered my baby stayed with me from the start of pushing for the entire hour until my baby finally emerged. No other OB I know of would have been there the entire time. SO grateful for this awesome experience and so grateful for Doula Kelly Googe for referring me to Full Circle!!!
So far my experience has been great! They have a wonderful online portal where they keep all of your exams and results available for you to see. Dr. Adams always adds a personal message too. They are flexible with scheduling and really seem to care.
Outstanding care! I have had two pregnancies & births with them along with my routine womens care. They take the time to educate and explain. They embrace your opinions and value your perspective. I wholeheartedly trust these women. - Thank you!
Where do I begin? I was prescribed progesterone to stop my period and no one informed me it would cause me to bleed profusely. I called the on call doctor line at least 3 times within an hour and did not receive a call back within the 20 minutes specified on the voicemail. How do you have an on call line that no one picks up? Then I called the clinic and tried to get in touch with the clinical manager. First, I was sent to the vm. The next time, I was out on hold for 10 minutes by Kayla, before being sent to vm again. Third time, I finally was sent to the clinical manager, who said I needed to come in. When I got to the office, Secretary told me I had a 30$ balance my insurance hadnt paid from last visit. Im standing in front of you bleeding through my tampon and pad and thats what youre choosing to talk to me about? The nurse practitioner saw me for 5 minutes and was not helpful. I dont know if you guys realize that you are healthcare providers and need to treat your patients like actual human beings. I will make sure I never set foot in your establishment and make sure no one i know does either
Ive been going to A Place for Women for my annual exam for years and never experienced any problems, until this past year when I started having terrible pain on my left side abdominal/ovary area. I went in to have my annual exam and for them to look into my pain. When she did my pap smear, she (Dr. Pheonix) noticed I was extremely inflamed. I received one antibiotic and one anti fungal for my inflammation. I bled all day after the pap smear and when I called to tell them (because I was worried), they told me to take an ibuprofen for the inflammation. They kind of just shrugged off the fact that my cervix was inflamed and scheduled an ultrasound for the pain I had/have on my left side. After going to the ultrasound (which is a contracted ultrasound technician, the doctor wasnt even in the room with me), they didnt find anything as to why I am in pain and told me it was GI (Gastrointestinal) related. and to go see a GI doctor. They never did any additional exams about my inflammation. I really felt like I was taking up too much of their time and they didnt want to deal with me.So, I just got back from a different doctor at Womens Physicians of Jacksonville to get a second opinion and he was WONDERFUL. He was very in depth and personable. He took samples to look at under the microscope and did a second ultrasound. He found that I have an infection that is causing the inflammation and prescribed me three different medications. He felt my left side and concluded that Ive pulled something while exercising and referred me to a physical therapist. He also had me schedule another appointment with him in a month so he can check my progress.A Place for Women is fine just for annual exams, but as I found out, anything more than just an annual exam seems like youre annoying them. Maybe theyre too busy and cant take the time to give you personal care. But, I definitely wont be going back.
I had only one visit with Dr. Adams, but it was the best Dr. visit I’ve ever had. She took her time to go over everything in such a caring way that was impressive. It was well worth the wait and I’ll surely be back. Highly recommend!
Dr. Adams and all the midwives are amazing! Absolutely plan to go here for future needs as well. Cindy delivered my baby at St. Vincent’s in September and I couldn’t ask for a better experience
Ive seen multiple different physicans here and Dr. Adams is my absolute favorite. She will make you feel comfortable talking about anything and is VERY non-judgemental. You have to wait longer to get an appointment with her, as she is typically very booked up but it is worth the wait to have such an amazing provider.
Amazing clinic! Amazing nurses and midwives! I had 2 babues in 2020 and 2023 with Cindy Williams and Carol Rademeyer! Both were amazing, caring, informative! Thank you so much!
Heard wonderful things about this place and was interested in scheduling a gentle c-section after finding out our baby is breeched at 39 weeks. While their motto is for every woman at every stage of life it really should read for every woman who isnt on Medicaid.Bummer.
They are more concerned about getting paid than actually helping you. You will find out when you start having real issues and questions with your pregnancy; they will be showing their cold and irresponsible attitude and careless behavior. They had only one good doctor who left them 2 months ago. Now they are left with a bunch of underqualified nurses who dont even know how to operate the ultrasound machines.
Very clean beautiful place and has amazing service! From my experience it was very easy and smooth, highly recommend it for any OBGYN needs. I recommend Dr. Michelle Rogero she was incredible.
This place is a joke! My wife and I have been going there for a couple of months now and have finally had enough of their rudeness and arrogance.1. After a very difficult time getting pregnant, Dr. Ava Phoenix told my wife that the pregnancies were not making it out of the tube. Are you serious?2. One of the nurses there is completely incompetent and should be fired. She instructed my wife via phone to take an Rx that was not prescribed to her and would have had a detrimental effect on her getting pregnant. My wife told her she must be mistaken (my wife is a Dr.) and that she must be reading from someone elses chart. The nurse insisted it was her chart and told her she needed to take the Rx. There were other issues regarding this nurse as well.3. We have been having some insurance issues and my wife needed to talk with the office manager about what was going on and how to remedy the issue. She left a message and had no return call. My wife called back and asked to speak with her but the staff told my wife that the office manager would not accept her call or call her back.Clearly this is the most unprofessional office I have run across in quite some time and would not recommend anyone go there.
Terrible place. The front desk is rude. And they did not resolve any questions. I qualified for medicaid in the past. I really wanted to go to this place so I was willing to pay any amount out of pocket. They dropped me right before my appointment because they will not accept self pay from anyone that qualifies for medicaid. I told them I will pay cash. The medicaid was in the past. I wanted to just to keep my appointment. I really wanted to go to this office but now im devastated. Now im calling places left and right to find someone who will accept self pay.
I literally have stopped coming to this facility due to the lack of respect and attention that the doctors and office staff give patients. Not only have i mentioned to office staff twice that their phone goes automatically to after hours voicemail in the middle of the day, but they have pretended to care and never fixed it. My last visit didnt even happen. I was given an appointment time that I was 10 minutes late for due to family obligations. When I got there the receptionist said I was lying about my appointment time because they never give 12:15 appointments. She said that I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and that the doctor couldnt see me because she had another patient to see. I went to my car and got my appointment card and showed her where the last receptionist gave me a 12:15 appointment and she told me she doesnt know why because they never give appointments for that time. Then I asked her if it was possible for me to just wait because it was the only day I had off, she said no because the doctor was going on lunch after she finished her appointment. By this time its 12:25... they close at 5pm. So I asked if it would really take 5 hours for the doctor to see one patient and eat lunch. She cut me off and asked if Id like to reschedule. I kindly told her I wouldnt schedule another appointment at this facility if it was 2035 and every other doctors office was closed.
I received a bill after I told them that I would not need their services anymore. The bill does not indicate what I’m being charged for. Most places have codes by the charges or a name of the service provided. I choose another practice because the doctor has a bad attitude and the staff never answers the phone. If you call between 9-11 good luck reaching anyone. When they finally answered I canceled all future services.
Great experience! Dr Marrow and Adams are AMAZING! Dr Marrow delivered my baby via c section and discussed EVERYTHING with me and made me feel so comfortable!
My first appointment was cancelled in person after I drove 30 min there and confirmed it 5 times. My second appointment was fine, until I got a call saying they lost my pap and wanted me to come back to redo it. Im sorry, Ive never had that happen, and no I wont be coming back.
Ive seen multiple members of the staff here for years (yay to getting older, haha!) and the Drs and other clinical staff have all been absolutely top notch.Dr. Adams, Dr. Marrow, Cindy and Carol are so kind and positive and have been so good for any concerns Ive had. I trust them and that cant be replaced easily.
Amazing experience with Dr. Adams and the Full Circle team. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and presented us with all the information needed to make great decisions. Highly recommend!
Been there twice Dr. Naicie Marrow very unprofessional..First appointment in October It was not good maximum 10 minutes.2cnd appointment was for a Transvaginal exam $217.50..Naicie isnt cordial, friendly or professional..neither are the girls at the front desk...horrible service..If it wasnt for patients you ladies would be out of a job.Im a cash paying patient paid in Cash Before every appointment.. If not No service..almost $400 for 2 visits never had a full conversation with her.. horrible. Thank God for receipts..just received a bill for $217.50.All about money
This has seriously left a bad taste in my mouth. I was scheduled to have surgery on the 12th. I’d left several voicemail and IM message saying I want this date. I requested days off from my job and getting my self ready for the surgery only to find out that the office manager Colette Dispinseri drop the ball and didn’t schedule my date. All I got from her was excuses and not taking ownership on her mistake. Now I have to sit here and waiting another month in pain b/c she messed up. This very unprofessional.
This office is the epitome of the modern day healthcare system. You talk to the doctor for 5 mins, get all sorts of unnecessary tests ran, still have the same problem you came in with and owe $200 btwn the office visit and the testing company. Horrible! I called to complain only receiving a vmail msg from the office manager, NEVER got to actually speak to the doctor, Ms Adams I believe. I know they are busy but I felt like there was a time when Drs once cared, not anymore ..
Not the place for this woman! Slade and Phoenix hated me, actually told Vanscriver they refused to see me. Evelyn was rude to me toward the end of my VBAC. Dr. Vanscriver put Essure in me, and when I started having problems with them I contacted her office and she refused to see me! Dropped me as a patient! Told me if I wanted my Essure removed she would not do it, Id have to pay $6000 and go out of state to do it. I even begged her to do a hysterectomy and she said no! She doesnt care about patients, just money.
Thanks to the care, knowledge, and patience of the team at Full Circle Women’s Care, I was able to achieve a VBAC (with Midwife Lauren) birthing a 9lb 2oz baby boy (yes 9lbs!!!). Almost 3 years prior, I had an emergency C-section and knew I wanted a vaginal birth experience the next go around. After seeing several recommendations for Full Circle, I decided to switch my care to them when I was around 3 months pregnant. From my very first appointment, I knew I had made the right decision. I was immediately encouraged and educated on how to best set myself up for success.Throughout my prenatal care, the interaction with the staff was always pleasant and I always felt comfortable asking questions. Response using the patient portable was timely and sufficient and I always felt my needs and concerns were respected and tended to. In particular, there was a point when I needed to talk out a decision and I requested for Midwife Carol to call me. She did so and provided me with the most calming words of encouragement.During the laboring process, I felt so much support from the team. Dr. Marrow even took the time to give me short and sweet words that carried so much weight as I labored. Lauren was amazing as we entered the active and pushing phase I greatly appreciated how well she worked with my doula and how she interacted with my husband.I highly recommend Full Circle for more reasons than I can express!
I love this practice. They truly care about their patients and I am so happy I found them. I had a successful VBAC with them back in 2016 and am pregnant again and am so happy to be back.
Dr Adams is the best! However the office manager and Dr M don’t ever respond to phone calls or portal messages. I highly recommend Dr Adams!!
When you know, you just know!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home! Dr. Adams showed interest in who I am and what I needed!!! I appreciated the humanness and professionalism that was shown by the entire staff. I highly recommend Full Circle!
I am so thankful for the above excellent experience with full womens circle. Specially the 2 best in my opinion ms. Cyndy and Ms. Lauren. They went above and beyond and always answered all my questions. Ms. Cyndy was the one that helped deliver and it was Gods sent!I highly recommend them!.
Every time I come here I feel listened to and seen. The staff has been outstanding since day 1 (2 years ago). Thank you all for always providing exceptional services.
Dr A and all midwives are amazing!
Very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.
They have been great to work with! Even worked with me through some insurance issues. Great service.
Very caring from the time I walked in, Dawn who seen me was informative, listened explaining, the nurses asst extremely kind , I would recommend any woman to be seen were people care ,thank you so much ❤️
This is such a lovely place the ladies in the front are so wonderful. I’m actually excited every time me and My Wife gets to come to this place.
Dr. Henry and her staff go above and beyond for their patients and offer the finest physician services. Highly recommend.
The medical staff is qualified but the front off staff is just rude. For such a joyful occasion in one’s life, no pleasure talking to them.
By far the best ob/gyn office. They always listen to the patient, they are NOT dismissive, they are caring and kind.
They canceled my pregnant girlfriends appointment because she left a 1 star review. The front desk never answers the phone.
This practice is soo amazing and the providers are incredibly amazing!! They take such great care of you and treat you like family!! So happy I found this place!!
The doctors and midwives here are amazing, we delivered our first baby with them and plan to see them when we are pregnant with our second!
Great doctor! So much more than just an OB. Go to her with any GYN problems you may have. Chronic Vaginitis/ IC. She knows her stuff.
Dr. Adams is kind, authentic, and insightful. She really cares and doesn’t make you feel rushed.
Nothing but a great experience. No long wait and addresses all my concerns. Would definitely recommend
Every person in that office, down to the front desk and assistants, is amazing! They are all kind, well-informed, and have made every experience with them comfortable.
I have been going to the office for years and absolutely love the environment and energy. I know that my concerns are heard and that we will come up solutions together. I would highly recommend this office!!
Full Circle went above and beyond for my wife and baby at every step of the way. Couldnt recommend this practice more!
My frist experience with this place and I wanted to call before wasting my money for something they cant provide for me. I bet going there in person would be better but over phone was a worst experience. I didnt get my questions answered fully and they keep putting me on hold and I waited 48 minutes and 30 something seconds to get minimum answers. I just need help.
The office staff, and Dr Palmer are the best. Very patient and knowledgeable
This place is a joke. Had two appointments with them and that was it. My last appointment was in October. They owe me $350!!! The lack of communication with this office is ridiculous!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one!
RUNNNNNN! Do not I repeat do not go to this place!
Terrible place to try and get a appointment to. On hold for 20 minutes and did the online appointment that said they would call you in 48 hours and it has been a week and a half and still no call. So disappointed.
Highly recommend! They are efficient and professional.
Been going here for over 3 years, I have had no issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, I would recommend coming here if you are in need.
Dr.Adams and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I hate going to the doctor....they changed that!
Best staff ever & I feel a lot calmer knowing baby & I are in good hands.
Very friendly front desk. Great doctors.
Dr. Naicie Marrow is a goddess. 🥰
Only giving 1 star, because zero isn’t an option. Will never go here again.
Best OBGYN in Jacksonville, hands down.
Don’t do it.
They took good care of my wife
Midwives in FL. Excellent resource for womens health.
Everyone here is great! Been going here for years!
