Osceola Community Health Services at Poinciana

Very excited to start my care with the Osceola community family as a new resident to Central Florida. The staff was very warm and inviting. As a new patient I felt very comfortable. The receptionist Zulieka was very kind and provided a smooth check-in process. My triage nurse was also very gentle and patient in getting me prepped to see my new doctor, Dr. Jacqueline Mclaughlin. Dr. Jacqueline was so inviting and in great spirits that she made me feel like we knew each other for a long time. As a provider she provided lots of valuable information needed for my pregnancy and answered all questions asked. I am very happy I chose Dr. Jacqueline and team to be with me throughout this pregnancy. The one thing I do wish I had was the opportunity to have Dr. Jacqueline deliver my baby, but she has assured me that I will be in great hands during that time. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had an excellent experience with the call center. They were ready to help me and quick to do so as well. The staff were super helpful and friendly and made you feel very comfortable. The doctor takes time with their patients to go over everything that needs to get done and helped with. It was a good experience and i highly recommend this clinic.

I had a very good experience. As you first arrive the front desk Zuleika welcomes you with the best energy that good vibe, my daughter loves her and gets happy every time is time to go to the clinic. she is very professional, she has help me thru my appointment. Dr Burrell is the best pediatrician for my daughter, really attentive, and hears all you have to say. I love this place. Keep up Zuleika i will always be greatful for you and all you do to help others. Great and really clean clinic.

The best and most rewarding part of my visit was the fact that Zuleika was very informative, patient, and understanding. Zuleika knows what she is doing and what I needed. The worst part is the fact that I waited over three hours just to get my son’s lab results. Who waits that long just to be seen for lab results that should take no more than half an hour. I will definitely find another pediatric doctor for my son.

My daughter is a current patient with Dr Cano and I was very pleased with how she treated my daughter. It was so easy and fast to schedule an appointment. The agents from the call center are very helpful and efficient.

Im here for Womens Health Services. Parking was easy, check in was quick and easy. As I filled my paperwork (electronically with my phone :) I watched as other women came in and quickly got called and taken care of. Which is great to see! When I finished my forms I got called about 10 minutes later and was greeted by the most awesome nurse! Great attitude, super friendly but also gentle and listened to all my concerns. Then we get to the cherry on the Sunday!... Dr. Jacqueline Mclaughlin!I see why there is a long wait to see her! She is the nicest Doctor I have ever met, knowledgeable and really listens and did not rush the appointment. I am so pleased with this office. I had not had a doctors office experience like this in a looong time!!

On my visit with Suzanne, she listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

I absolutely love Zuly!! She is hands up the best!!She’s very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and caring about every patient that she services….unfortunately, Sandra is no longer at this office but she as well was great! Zuly and Sandra worked so well together as a team. Zuly works hard every day & completes all of her tasks while helping everyone. Zuly you’re the best at what you do!!

Great staff! Call center Agent “Xiomara”was very efficient and helpful, every time that I call to scheduled an appointment with my doctor is very easy and fast. Thank you for all of you guys do!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get ahold of this office to have my blood pressure meds and breathing treatment meds refilled for an entire week and all it does is ring for 5 minutes then someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. Disgusting behavior for a medical facility. You guys just reminded me why I never choose community health services as my primary care physician. And the first chance I get you guys will be off of my card.

I want to Thank Dr.Cano and the Referral staff Katherine for always following up and assisting in making Gastro appointment that was considered to be a Stat appointment. Dr. Cano is always caring and takes her timd to explain any questions or concerns.

Why does one appointment take 3 hours if my Appointment is at 11:15am I expect to be out the lasted 12:30 not at 2:00. I rescheduled my son appointment 3 times because of the waiting time. When people are barely in the lobby waiting

My son was denined to be seen from dr cano for a video visit from an emergency visit i made . When i said she cant just pick and choose when or when not to see her patients it doeant work like that.. the nurse hanged up on me..

Every time I come here I always get forgotten and they make you wait at least 4-2 hours just for ur appointment and last time I was here they forgot about me and cancelled my appointment when they forgot you it makes you feel paranoid.

My boys see Dr.Cano she is a very professional and has great bedside manners. Scheduling team is always eager to help and availity.

Great place I have 6 kids, the staff is always helpful and Zuleika who work in the front is the absolute best ! Very happy to have all my children come here .

Ive been seen with Dr.Joy in Osceola for the last 2 years, she is a great doctor. Her staff is very Friendly.

I saw Dr Hajeer for the second time today. He is wonderful! He has a great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable an attentive to my unique needs. He listens and its hard to find a doctor that actually pays attention to the small details. He great! I highly recommend him.

Im giving this a bad review because how dare they tell me my children needs two parents to bring my children to an appointment that they need! sounds like discriminating to me! I wont stand for this place acting like everyone has two parents ??? How can you assume this how can you assume that anyone has any help at all ?I have 5 children I raise them alone ... are you saying its illegal to raise my kids alone ? Please make this rule make sense??

Irresponsible. Unprofessional. Cancel appointments just because. Very inconsiderate of other peoples time and lives. Have a feeling that theyre not even real doctors. This place is TRASH! 100%.

Have fun trying to get someone on the phone so that you can make an appointment and even if you push for the option for them to call you back without losing your place in line, they never do.

Absolutely next to impossible to get an appointment!!! When ask for admin to address issues, theres no one to speak to. sad

Whenever I have an appointment with the pediatrician, my children are seen more than 1 hour late. As a patient, you have the obligation to be on time for your appointment but they are always late. Even with the room empty. And when I make the appointment as telemedicine, they change it to in-person. Terrible service

I do not recommend them at all. I came in the morning just to have the doctor fill out a document for my work. They gave me an appointment for 1pm and it was still 4pm and they did not give me the document and I had to pay an additional $25 plus $30. $ for the doctors consultation and I was late for work, it was a horrible experience 😡

I have had 2 appointments cancelled, one in November and the other in December. They put me on a waiting list and then want me to accept any appointment they give me even if I cant attend due to the day or time. I havent seen the doctor since my 10th week and Im currently 19 weeks old.
