Went to this Urgent Care last night for a medical issue I was having causing me extreme pain and I was barely able to move. Let me tell you this place was absolutely amazing. The doctor was so sweet and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was going on. The nurses and the receptionist were absolute sweethearts and made me feel at ease and very welcomed despite it being late at night. I was there an hour and a half before they closed and they were not rushing me and genuinely took their time to make sure the problem was fixed. I ended up needing two shots, and was put on some medications that I was able to purchase from them directly which made life so much easier since I’m just visiting for a Disney trip. After the shots, I was really sore and crying (to be expected with the type of shot I was given) and they were all so caring and gave me an ice pack and let me keep it too. Needless to say, I was finally able to sleep last night with no pain and I woke up this morning feeling so good and amazing. I highly recommend this place for urgent care! They definitely showed their professionalism and caring which was much appreciated in my time of pain and need. As I’m typing this I’m at Disney enjoying myself pain free! Thank you so much to the doctor and staff working last evening, you guys make a difference for sure. Also, the price was very reasonable as if I went to an emergency room it would’ve been way more pricey.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was quick, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I didnt have to wait long before being seen by the medical staff. The nurse was thorough in taking my vitals and made me feel at ease. The doctor was extremely attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns. They provided a clear explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I understood everything. The entire process was efficient without feeling rushed, and I appreciated the compassionate approach.Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received! The staff were knowledgeable, the environment was welcoming, and I felt well cared for during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt medical attention.
An amiable and polite gentleman greeted me at the front desk. I believe that first impressions are very important and I came in nervous and was relieved just by our short conversation! I didnt wait long. The nurse explained everything he would do and was professional and friendly! The Doctor came in, looked at my legs, said I had to look up a protocol for treatment, and walked out. He came back and said I would need two injections, and he could give me medication to take home! Explained what they were and left. The nurse administered injections painlessly and said I should take 5 minutes in case of a reaction! I felt fine and left after 5 minutes!
Went yesterday to this clinic feeling awful. The staff was so professional and helpful. It did take awhile but I definite left feeling way better. Only drawback was they don’t take insurance but we will file with our insurance. Either way was worth it to get back to enjoying our vacation. Great stall! Alex went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
The staff themselves are very helpful. they walk you through what’s happening, what the cost will be and what to expect at every turn etc. they also make sure to make sure you know in advance what things will cost and that they are a company that doesn’t take insurance. They don’t push it, they don’t worry about you saying no, they ever recommend you to the nearest hospital if that works better for you. however, I’d say they are severely understaffed. I saw 2 people at the desk and the dentist. I arrived at 9:30pm , there were 2 other patients checking in and I didn’t leave until 11:30. I know it’s a walk in clinic so you never know how long it will actually take, but with such a low number of patients that seems like a long time to wait to me.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The minute you walk in they explain everything to you from pricing to what to expect, Alex came in the room to see my wife and WOW! What a professional and caring person! He really knows his stuff and got my wife feeling better right away, now we can continue to enjoy our vacation. 100% recommended.
Place was dirty, staff was unprofessional, doctor was terrible didn’t even exam my child properly. Doctor was too busy talking with staff about his personal life and couldn’t be bothered. He himself had some hygiene issues and had a pungent smell of urine. The nurse who administered a shot to my child caused more harm because she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The wait time was ridiculous and I was the only one there with my sick child. When I arrived to the pharmacy they had my child’s information all wrong, so that caused more of a delay and frustration. Had staff been more attentive that could have been avoided. Worst experience of my life, I would never recommend this place to anyone!
The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful, you do not want to have to visit here when on holiday, but they were reassuring and professional, my symptoms were checked and tests carried out, I was seen by the doctor, and given the necessary medication . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them if you need urgent care. Thank you to all the staff
We were down here for vacation and I had to take my son to the urgent care for an ear infection he was very thorough in checking and explained everything that he would give us medicine wise. Had no problems and the nurse was really good as well. Couldn’t have picked a better place.
Took my daughter with an ear infection and was seen very quickly. Doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to prescribe an antibiotic to collect at local pharmacy.Very fast, efficient and friendly service and very reasonable price too, cost much less than I feared it might.Highly recommend
On vacation with my family and needed to see a doctor for a chest cold that was getting worse. Had a great experience with this place. Their website made it quick and easy to book an appointment, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, was seen immediately and was given the option of receiving antibiotics at their location rather than going to the pharmacy and taking more time away from family and vacation. Was in and out in 30 mins with medication on hand. Very happy I went to this location.
Here for vacation and volleyball tournament, and my son got a horrible ear ache. Went to the website, made an appointment, and got right in. The doctor was working at the front desk and helping his med assistant/nurse to reduce our wait time. Was very transparent about cost (gave us the option to wait and follow up with PCP). He also gave us directions to the nearest pharmacy for prescriptions if we wanted to use insurance. Doctor made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We received great care!!
Do not go here. Me, my daughter and mother and law all became sick on vacation. This was the nearest urgent care. We waited for 2 hours to get checked for the flu, a basic diagnosis. The doctors didn’t check my daughters temperature because “she’s under 18” nor did they even listen to my heart because the doctor left his stethoscope in the main room. They also didn’t swab us until after hours of waiting. The care here is an absolute joke. We walked out eventually. Do not waste your time.
They were absolutely amazing. I burnt my hand a week before our vacation and thought it would be ok. But it started looking bad. Went in and they saw me right away. Got me the antibiotics I needed to help my ailment. Quick speedy knowledge and understanding staff. Thank you for the help.
I went in this morning with excruciating toothache. They gave me injections- within an hour the pain was all gone, and I was able to carry on with my vacation!
We were on vacation in Orlando and the weather here was aggravating my asthma also a post nasal drip. I used up my rescue inhaler in a matter of 4 days without realizing it. My HCP was not here so I had to find someone out of network and the everyone there was very friendly, helpful and it was quick. I was able to get a new rescue inhaler. Thank you everyone one at Urgent Care 24/7 Orlando.
Seems like a scam to me. The provider won’t prescribe anything, even something as simple as an inhaler to treat asthma symptoms. They can only “refill” medications, and refuse to prescribe new medications. With that being the case, I’m not even sure what they’re in business to do. Not worth your time or money, go to a CVS or Walgreens.
IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR VACATION GO HERE!! I was treated by Alex who an absolute gentleman and professional! Go online to get an immediate appointment and all visit specifics!I went from thinking my vacation was over to back on track within 24 hours! DO IT!!
Quick, clean and efficient! The physician was very thorough in the exam and was able to diagnosis and treat my symptoms. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. The Urgent Care also provided a 24/7 CVS to pick up my prescriptions.
They advertise they take appointments, but it means nothing. An 11:15 appointment and I did not see a doctor till 1230. They push expensive tests and treatments in office to make more money, instead of sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Does not take insurance. “Doctor” was very unsure of himself. Did not see competent at all. Very long visit for an earache.
What a life saver! Last minute COVID19 test needed for cruise out of Cape Canaveral in 30 hours! CVS/Walgreens pharmacy closed over the weekend. We are here in the Orlando area driving from Houston. Searched Google maps for COVID19 rapid testing near me and this place popped up. Gave them a call at 7:30pm and got an immediate answer that “yes” they will do it at anytime! 24/7 with results in 15min for a charge of about $150! They do not take insurance but will give you proper documentation receipt that you can use to send off to your insurance for a refund if covered by your insurance company. Wife and I got there and few people were there waiting to see physicians and we were taken right in after filling out little amounts of documents, swabbed genteelly by nurse (no jabbing way up in the nose…just the edge), then waiting for about 15 minutes for negative results and documentation as evidence! Out! Easier than pulling teeth 🤭!
My son got an ear infection when on vacation. Went to the 24/7 clinic. VERY QUICK, friendly and affordable. A HUGE thank you to the clinic staff! You saved our vacation!
**Beware** Gross place with rude employees. Came in with my 9 month old who was crying with a fever and the front desk rep (I think his name was Michael) was super rude. They don’t take insurance which is fine but we have dealt with our son who gets ear infections and Michael who isn’t a doctor kept telling us how much our visit was going up and up in price instead of just getting the doctor to check our sick son. He said my sons had “hotness” instead of referring to his fever. We left and will never go back. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND***
My wife had 104° temperature and the flu and they took great care of her. Service was quick kind and professional and they worked with us to find a pharmacy that was still open and took our insurance . We went back the next night because we were concerned she had pneumonia. It turned out she was clear and since all the doctor did was listen to her chest they didnt charge us for that visit. Overall a great experience using this company.
Took my daughter for not feeling well. She had the flu b. Insisted on giving her shots that her pediatrician said were unnecessary and not needed. Then the attending decided to berate me bc I did not want to be seen. $491 later and worthless shots she still came home with an ear infections. Would not recommend
Staff was friendly. However, I had an appointment for 11:40 (I was NOT a walk -in) & I was taken into the office for triage after waiting 20 minutes. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for the RN to come see me, at which point she took “rapid tests” and told me I had to wait another 20 minutes again for the results. I came for a strep test and I had had an appointment for which I pre-registered all my info prior to arrival. The fact that this process took over an hour is absurd.
Super fast! Accessible, friendly and accommodating. Would also recommend for toddlers/kids. They were great with my son who had a nasty ear infection.
We had a wonderful experience! We brought my 2 year old son in after he got sick while we were on vacation, and everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!
Brought 5 year old in and found out after we ubered there that they do not accept insurance. Were nickled and dimed for EVERYTHING. She tested positive for flu B and the doctor suggested my husband, myself and 2 year old check in as patients for a preventative dose of tamiflu but would be $55 per person. We found out after our 5 year olds vomiting worsened and we called our home doctor that she was prescribed with an adult dose of Zofran AND tamiflu. Hoping this review saves someone else time, money and the heartache of your sick kids symptoms worsening from their carelessness.
I waited about an hour past my appointment time, but that’s to be expected this time of year close to the theme parks. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The doctor and nurse were friendly, smiling, understanding, they listened, and they showed compassion for my situation. Without health insurance, I was in a tough spot financially, but the doctor was patient and never rushed me through the decisions I had to make for treatment. I had to consider cost as well as the need to feel better quickly and even though I was flustered and had a hard time making the decision, the doctor answered all of my questions calmly and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or that I was a bother. When you don’t feel good the last thing you need is a doctor being brisk and rushing you out the door before you feel like you’ve been heard or had all your questions answered. I hope I don’t need to go back to Urgent Care anytime soon, but if I do get sick, I would definitely go back to this location. Their chill vibe, thorough explanations, and patience earned my trust. Thank you!
Amazing staff and Doctor. Was able to get an appointment right away within 30 minutes they were amazing and helped me with my pain. I’m so grateful for them.
I went into this urgent care due to the great reviews. As soon as I walked in, the nurse told me that the urgent care does not take insurance? I think this should be posted in a more conspicuous manner on their main page so they dont turn away sick patient that need urgent care immediately.
Went in for a rapid PCR COVID test and was treated horribly. The woman at the front desk was not only rude to everyone who walked in but was also bad mouthing co-workers. They are price gouging for the test so it was $199! The woman who did the test did not wash her hand prior to doing it. There was trash all over the place in addition to trash being on the little table that she put my test on. I was told I could wait 30 mins for my test results but had to wait 2 hours before they could print results. They would not email or fax and of the result papers. This is the worst urgent care! It is on the second floor of an office building. I never received or was given the consent for treatment papers prior to my test. Dates are off by 2 days on my paperwork. I was required to sign a decline treatment at the office despite never being offered any sort of treatment.Do not go here.
Really liked the staff. Only down side was they do not take insurance. I understand why tho has someone who has work in a Dr office before.
Everyone was kind and gave me a warm a welcome! The doctor was professional, patient, and ensured I was taken care of. 100% recommend
WARNING ⚠️⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE!CAME IN WITH EAR INFECTION AND THEY WANTED ME TO GET A SHOT COCKTAIL WITH DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS, THE PRICE WAS 200 DOLLARS. I DECLINED AND WANTED AN ORAL PERSCRIPTION, THE DR RUNS 🏃♂️OUT OF THE ROOM AS IF HE WAS UPSET THAT I DECLINED THE SHOT. HE TOOK FOR EVER TO COME BACK TO EXAM ROOM, WHERE HE AGAIN SAID THAT HIS MEDICAL DIRECTOR WANTS ME TO GET THE SHOT! I DECLINED AGAIN!THE PRICE WAS 164.$ FOR THE VIST AND 9 DOLLARS FOR ANY PERSCRIPTION SENT. HE SENT IN 4. I THINK THEY PREY ON PEOPLE IN PAIN.. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE PHARMACIST AT CVS FOR THE DISCOUNT ON MEDS.PS. THE DR WAS ONLY A NP
The medical service was excellent but I’m very disappointed that they would not accept my insurance and now I have to do all the paperwork and hope and pray that my insurance will reimburse me for all the money I had to payout for their services…also they did not tell me upfront that any prescription they call in for me would cost me $9 per prescription (payable to them) on top of the cost of the medication I will pay at the pharmacy, kind of sneaky if you ask me.
I called to ask some questions to see if they provide the service I need and just got hung up on. She said telling me the answer would violate hippa laws when I just wanted to know what might be included in the consultation. The associate spoke very condescending to me when Im asking about a sensitive and difficult matter. Too bad I didnt get her name, but it was at 3pm today, Sat April 20th. Thanks for making my decision easy for where not to bring my business.
Beware! Made an online appointment. Showed up for my appointment. There was one person in the waiting room. Upon entry I was informed that “this is a private clinic and we do not take any health insurance.” I was told, based on my symptoms I would need a a visit at $99., a Covid test at $89. and a flu test at $89. After I agreed to those terms I was told that even though I made an appointment I would have to wait two and a half to 3 hours because they were busy in the back. I wouldn’t be there had I not been sick on a Sunday so why would I want to sit there for 3 hours after I drove 40 minutes through traffic and booked ahead? I even told them I had another appointment later at another urgent care but cancelled it because this appointment was sooner and I don’t feel well. My advice is if you are not feeling well -stay far away from this place!
My son got something stuck in his ear while wearing protective ear gear..They were able to get it out immediately and bring this Family Peace..Thank you to your great team!!
Husband woke up sick on Disney vacation today (Day 1). They got him back, figured out what he has and got him a shot and meds all done and out the door. Pretty positive hubby will feel better by tomorrow and our vacation will not be ruined!! Thank you soooo much! This wife is sooo appreciative that our young children’s first trip to Disney won’t be wrecked!
Not a fan. Spent more than I needed to on tests I didn’t need. Not many people on staff. Miss quoted coast of prescriptions by 175 %.
Was there last night and saw Dr Deepa. She was fantastic and caring. Would highly recommend!
They were all amazing to me. And very careful as well. Highly recommend this place! Thank you
Nailer Moreno was very attentive and thorough. Took time to explain findings and recommend actions.
24/7 was awesome. Got what I needed. Front office was helpful and nice. Overall felt more like a check the box mentality instead if genuinely caring. After waiting I was asked what pharmacy I wanted it to go to but I had to ask what they found out. Didnt walk through really anything, just paid and left. Go here if you need to but if youre looking for some extra bedside manner and care, not sure its here.
Do NOT waste your time!! $148 (x2) to be seen for myself and daughter. Basically to check our weight and temperature. No flu like symptoms but they wanted to swab anyway. Once turning down the swabs, we waited a long time before the nurse came back to say that we are done. No one came back in to talk about the diagnosis or treatment. They sent prescriptions to a pharmacy without telling us. After asking what they sent, we found out it was a z pack (which probably won’t touch my sinus infection). We get to the pharmacy and they sent my daughter’s prescription in liquid form (she is way old enough and weight wise able to swallow pills). I called back to ask to have it switched to pills and they would not! This whole visit was a joke!!! Do not waste your time!!!!I’d give it 0 stars if I could!
Great staff! No wait time! Very kind and professional doctors!
Flew in from Utah. I came in with strong symptoms of a UTI. The employees were SO kind and I appreciated their urgency. But unfortunately I was prescribed the wrong antibiotics. I understand that this can happen, but then after two weeks of waiting and being told I needed to be patient for my culture results, I finally called to find out it had been lost. This prolonged my discomfort and the treatment of my uti. I was at Disney World at the time. Again, great people but I felt like I got practically nothing after coming here, if anything I was worse off after paying out of pocket. They did refund the culture which I appreciated. Maybe it’s just bad luck.
I had a really great experince here. I came here 2 days ago from NJ while on vacation here and the staff was very kind and understanding. Although I was anxious about getting a shot Shelby was a rockstar about doing it and made me feel great. I loved her and Dr Depas kindness, care, and personalities. I got the meds I need and I am starting to feel better! Id reccomended this place.
Kind, patient, and helpful every time we have gone. The Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and wonderful. Alex, was great on my most recent visit. It really eases my mind to know that they are there when we need them.
First, everything here is self pay. Walking in the door is $128 and then each test costs beyond that. I had a terrible experience with the staff here, and Im not sure if its because theyre short staffed at night or not. We waited over an hour just to get the attention of the front desk clerk and then had to go over everything we filled out online already before being informed that insurance isnt accepted. That notice should be posted on the door and included online before you make an appointment.
Walked into the office and there sign says it’s $99 for the doctor visit and was later charged 30 extra because they wrote a prescription (the damn medicine cost less then that. What’s the extra $30 for). Not very helpful at all and tried to prescribe the same medication again which I declined, and then say we can give you shots which will cost 200 but doesn’t even know if it will help. What kinda doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing. Since I was unsatisfied with the solution, he just said go to ENT. This place is a rip off and should close down asap
Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Had to take my 2year old while on vacation and they had us in and out quickly. 10/10 would highly recommend if you find yourself needing an urgent care away from home.
Has 24/7 in the title but is literally not open 24/7. They are closed from 12-8:00 am and we wasted time trying to get care when we needed it.
Amazing place !!! i will come back here over and over again !! the staff was absolutely terrific. they were very busy and were somehow able to make me feel all of the persons in the waiting room feel like a priority ! i am an administrator and travel frequently for work. i will refer all of my employees and coworkers to this facility for any and all care. the cost was worth its weight in gold. the team worked like a well oiled machine. my wait time was less than any er and the treatment was on target. the nurse practioners were co comforting and truly caring, the paramedics were fast extremely knowledgeable. although they seemed to have a large influx they each took the time to sit and explain any and all information i asked to quell fears and or questions !
Do not treat you for what you have. Make you take unnecessary tests and charge you for it. Nurse practitioner said I can prescribe you an antibiotic if you take a flu test. Had no symptoms of the flu, just wanted more money. Also overcharged us for a treatment that never happened. After my mom suffering for 3 days she got home and went to another doctor. Turns out she had walking pneumonia, had to get steroid, Nebulizer treatment, antibiotic. Do not take loved ones here.
Absolutely fantastic care given. Would recommend to anyone who needs an urgent care.
Everyone was kind, patient, and informative. They shared very useful information about controlling costs since they do not accept insurance - with these tips and the essential care that I received, this was still less expensive than a covered ER visit. They were also good about promptly calling in my prescriptions and the overall wait was not bad considering they are very understaffed (as most medical facilities are these days). I felt absolutely horrible that morning and by afternoon I was already feeling better and continue to improve today. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me on what is supposed to be my vacation!
I live in California and am in town for a work conference when I started to not feel well. I was able to book an appointment very easily and was seen quickly. They are up front about the payment and even provided me with an itemized bill to send to my insurance provider to see if they can reimburse me. Definitely not ideal to be so far from home and having to deal with this but everyone was amazing.
“Privately” owned location that does not accept any insurance. $108 just to be seen. This spot caters more towards the tourists.
To me the doctor was good and was very helpful and very knowledgeable about her information. Now it is not cheap but this day yesterday Saturday I had good service. To me they were honest about the prices up front. Yes had to wait for my results of my covid test more than 40 minutes the nurse said sorry. No place is perfect but this was good. The male guy in the front needs better manors but not bad.The doctor gave me good medicine for sinuses, she felt my throat and more. The nurse lady was very nice to me, cant remember her name but she had glasses very nice. Some of the other staff needs to smile more.
Making appointment was super easy on line. Was a little awkward when I arrived as atmosphere was not particularly welcoming at reception. I am not used to USA healthcare, felt anxious and unwell so could have been misunderstanding but same staff member checked me out at end and did not seem to be aware of my anxiety regarding my situation and I felt he was unfriendly/unhelpful in his manner. When assessed by medic her attitude was amazing. She listened, advised and was beyond helpful. I would use this service again and recommend it. Thank you.
Great experience. Friendly staff and very fast service.
We went to this Urgent Care and everyone was friendly and attentive. Our 2 year old had an eye infection that wasn’t getting better on its own. The female doctor who saw her was very kind and gentle, very understanding when our child was having a bit of a meltdown. The office/admin workers were also excellent and kept us up to date. This is a pay per visit service, but I believe the prices are fair. Coming from a Canadian health care system which is crumbling right now, these are a good option.Thank you!
My son and I had an awesome experience at 24/7 urgent care. The wait was a bit longer than expected but the service made up for it. Brenda greeted us as soon as we walked in. Her welcome was very warm and inviting. The male EMT who took my sons height, weight and vitals was amazing as well. The NP who performed my sons physical was so nice. She explained everything to my son and I in great detail and she even showed him how to check for hernias in the future. Thanks guys and gals! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
They dont take insurance, but they go above and beyond to help you out! Im so happy! Their prices were decent too! I was expecting it to be a $300 morning , but only $180 for seeing the emt, doctor, getting meds, and leaving! Took a bit more time, but worth it!
Only place i could find open overnight in the area! Parking lot was a bit scary due to the lack of cars and people around! They do not take insurance! But i left feeling a lot better! :)
Went here at 3am before our last day at Disney. Woke up feeling awful after going downhill all day. From the phone call I made to them making sure the were open… to the minute I walked out the door, total satisfaction. They were kind, caring, professional, efficient and honest about the pricing which I knew going in and at each test they took. The staff was great, doctor great. They treated me with the works to get me feeling better (that I wanted) and now I’m going to enjoy my last day at the park with my family even if it’s low key…at least I can go and feel so much better!!) If you can afford it, GO here. I am so glad they were there for me.
I had a fantastic visit at this urgent care. I suffered a wound while traveling overseas and it became infected. As soon as I got off my flight I rushed over. I was met with warm greetings at 1 AM and felt as if I was in great hands! Carl and Miguel took careful care of me! I don’t live in the Orlando area. However, if I did, I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needed it. The prices are fair and the treatment is timely!
At first, I wanted to go to an Advent Health urgent care as they take insurance & have my medical records, however, my issue couldnt wait until they opened and I needed immediate attention before 9am and this was down the block from me.It was my first time going to Urgent Care 24/7 and upon entering the facility on the second floor, it was very quiet, with Noone in the waiting room. As a Native New Yorker, turned Floridian, my suspicion heightened and I was nervous that this was not going to be a reputable visit, especially with all services paid out of pocket.I ate my words immediately upon meeting the front desk attendant and physicians assistant (the only 2 people I saw in the entire facility). Both knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. The waiting room, bathroom and examination rooms were all clean. The facility is larger than meets the eye. The price tag for my particular visit was high but other run of the mill visits have lower costs. As I was leaving, more people started to trickle in and I am grateful that I was able to get the help I needed.
Service is terribleI had a dental emergency which they advertised they have 24/7 so I made an appointment online to go in at 9 am when I got there they said the dentist isn’t there until 6 pm so I left and went back at six with an appointmentAfter waiting for an hour and ask the front desk person what’s going on they finally inform me that the dentist isn’t there yet and he should be on his way but isn’t 100% sure he’ll be there at all. I decided to wait, I’m ok vacation and wanted my gums without pain and also had a surgery a week before so I really wanted to see someone to look at my problemAfter waiting another 15-20 min they l go me in in one of the rooms, and after another 20 min wait they finally give me something for the pain, still no dentist in office according to them, then they informed me that the dentist will be there but he’s gonna se somebody else first, ( at this point) I’m starting to wonder then why did they give me an appointment at 6 if apparently they see you on a first come first serve basics which I’m fine but then don’t make appointments, second they advertise they have zero to no wait time!!!! I’ve been there so far for 2 hrs then after probably 40 min the dentist comes in and starts talking to me and without proper looking into my problem ( we saw my mouth without any instruments) for 2 secs literally and said I might need a root canal and that they’ll take some x-raysSo I kept on waiting, and after 15 more min of waiting I’m done and just said to the front desk that I want to be dischargeTotal time of waiting was 3+ hrs and seriously really bad service. Somebody should’ve told me since I got there that the dentist wasn’t in there and that I’d have to wait and then I’d been properly informed as to what to expect
They were about 75 dollars more than going to an urgent care that accepted my insurance( they dont take any). However they saw us right away when the urgent care had a 3 hour wait, they advised us how to save money on their fees and the PA and Doctor were wonderful. I tested positive for covid, first time and they both sat with me and laid out an entire plan of attack for medical conditions. They are open 24/7 and I highly recommend them.
SCAM!!! I took my son here for ear pain because we live out of state. The offices are dirty, staff are not wearing masks despite a sign stating you must and everything feels dingy. The receptionist took vitals. And the physician (if he even has credentials I am having serious doubts) diagnosed my son with an ear infection but refused to prescribe him antibiotics unless I paid hundreds of dollars for a culture. First off, there is not need for a culture because we know that the head cold he has caused the ear infection. Second, this practice would never see my son again so they would not need this type of information. I told him that I would prefer his pediatrician to make this decision when we got home. I called the doctor out after he told me he would prescribe and then send the results of the culture but then backtracked when I declined the culture. He refused to give my son antibiotics. Essentially he denied a child who was in pain with a diagnosed ear infection medicine to make it better unless I agreed to do an expensive culture. This is all pay for service and they don’t take insurance which means the doctor profits from this. We immediately left and when I went to put this review on the app we booked through the appointment was suspiciously gone and it appeared as if we never went. No surprise that they have better reviews if they prevent you from sharing a bad experience.
Absolutely wonderful, speedy, and professional experience. I booked my appointment online and was seen immediately upon arrival. Filled out simple paperwork and front desk staff were friendly and to the point. Reasonable costs and you are informed that you can file your paperwork with your insurance company. My prescriptions were called in immediately and I picked up within the hour. So so happy with my experience and this location comes highly recommended.
I just started a new job, and my insurance hasn’t kicked in, so this was a good option for me, especially since I needed to be seen late at night. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The practitioner was wonderful and very clear about medication options and pricing. I definitely would recommend for the uninsured or those who do not want to deal with ER wait times.
Joel was amazing. Roughly 12 months after my visit he helped me figure out and manage my payments. It took some time, let me tell you. I probably drove the poor man to drink with my questions, but he was amazing and answered everything. He never gave up until the question was answered. Also, when I did the visit everyone was super nice. This is def the place for emergent/urgent care. 🖤
I needed urgent care for allergies and sinus problems while on a Disney World vacation. Found this clinic on Google maps. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I found the attention that I received to be excellent. The nurse practitioner was so thorough and helpful. She listened to me and her treatment was excellent. I’m glad I came here and only a few hours later I feel better. As others have said in reviews, they don’t file on your insurance and expect payment immediately. I didn’t mind that because the care I received was worth it.
Every staff member who contacted me was kind, patient, empathetic, and very thorough in their questions and treatment. Was seen right at the time of my appointment. Staff made me feel like I was the only patient being seen. I was advised of the cost before the end of the appointment, based on what had happened and what was going to happen. The final bill was the same amount. Would wholeheartedly recommend 24-7 Urgent Care.
From the front of the office to the physician, these guys are excellent. Very professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They do not deal with insurance. But I talk to my insurance beforehand and since we are on vacation they cover the visit 100%. They only needed me to send them a copy of the explanation of care and a receipt. Everything has been nice and easy. Best urgent care ever!
The best walk-in clinic I have ever visited. I called and asked about pricing (they don’t take insurance but that’s fine because I don’t have any) and they were up front about costs before and during my visit. The guy at the desk (Ferdy?) was so friendly when I walked in it put me at ease immediately. The PA was also a total sweetheart. The nurse practitioner was so personable and kind. I can’t rave enough about the staff. Usually you go to an urgent care and they act like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. I never felt that here. They don’t pressure you into procedures or tests but give you all the information and let you make an informed decision. They gave me discount prescription cards and discussed different payment plans. Fortunately I could afford the bill but they are very understanding that it can be a struggle to pay for healthcare. I would not hesitate to come here again.
It’s never fun being sick when your out of town on vacation. The staff did great about getting me in and taken care of. They explained well what to expect as charges before we got started. I feel like I received very good care and was able to leave the clinic with the medications I needed to get me better. The only complaint I have is how long it took to get the paperwork, prescriptions, and bill ready. I went on Christmas Day, so I’m sure that played a role in my experience.
Great service except they were over an hour behind on appointments due to staff calling off. If they were on time I would give 5 stars. The gentleman at the front desk was great and the doctor was awesome, she was so kind and thorough with my granddaughter. I would recommend if you are from out of town.
LPN who did my intake and vitals was clear, kind, and competent. I cannot say enough good things about the Nurse Practitioner. She was so thorough and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to give me additional information and tips to manage my condition moving forward.Making an appointment on line was easy. The itemized bill was easy to understand. As I left, I was encouraged to take a card and call if I had any other questions.I was apprehensive at first because of the plain exterior but found myself in good hands.
I visited this urgent care on a weekday, and I made an appointment online in advance. When I arrived, I was told that there would be a 1.5-2.5 hour wait. I was also told they didn’t accept any insurance. When I asked if I had to stay in the waiting room for the entire 1-2.5 hours, the worker said, “Yes, we don’t call patients.” I am giving them 2 stars because they recommended another urgent care that saw me in a more timely manner.
Front staff left a little to be desired on friendliness, but I’m from TN so my expectations are probably a little different than most. The nurse practitioner we saw was amazing though. Very helpful and nice. We got back quickly and was out the door in about 45 minutes, which is important with a one year old. Great job!
Care was rapid but it felt like I was just being upsold on more and more tests to rack up the bill. The doctor did not like when i refused unnecessary testing given we were only in town for vacation and could follow up with our primary doctor. I did consent to a culture after my negative strep test but never received a call with results. When i called for the results, I have been on hold for 1.5 hrs and still waiting for an answer. This is unacceptable when Ive already paid for the service. At this point 1.5 wks after my visit, the results are not even relevant. My advice is to avoid any test without immediate results.
The staff was friendly and professional. The wait was reasonable and within the parameters of fair. The facility itself was overall clean. The waiting are could have used some attention as there was some debris on the floor that needed to be cleaned up. The Nurse Practitioner Debra was great. She was thorough and attentive. The care plan administered was appropriate and reasonable I would definitely recommend this walk in medical center to others.
We just waited 2 hours after our appointment time to be seen. NP told us she couldn’t help us and sent us to ANOTHER urgent care because of the private practice rules they have in place. We begged for someone to come in our room to help our daughter several times. After sitting with the door open for 45 minutes we were finally seen and sent elsewhere. They did not charge us but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Fast and professional. Not cheap, but every other urgent care in the area had crazy long waits, so it was well worth it to not take up a full day of vacation. Highly recommend.
Being English we are use to the NHS so this was a new experience. The speed of service and professional manner was incredible and well worth the money. Thank you for being brilliant and providing quick and professional care
Went in with my toddler to get him examined for starting a PreK. This urgent care is small, but has very kind and caring people working there! They Tried to do everything as fast as possible and were super careful to my child. He enjoyed the exam, even though he is usually scared) I would definitely go back again myself and recommend to friends.Thank you guys for a great job!
They were pretty much on time. It wasn’t packed but a constant steam of people. It was clean and orderly. I visited a different urgent care prior to arriving at 24/7. I left that place because it was packed with a 2 hour wait in your car and more expensive. The office is cut and dry… IT’S A LA CART!!! You pay for every test and prescription as needed. You can always say no thank you. If you understand that going in then you know what you’ve signed up for.We saw a nurse practitioner who was thorough and detailed for what it was. Our kids are young but they were handled well! For something like infection, virus or belly ache I would go again. Anything serious or exploratory I would go to the ER.FYI… many of the urgent cares are privately owned and may not accept insurance or deny some insurance…. That’s how I got here. No insurance is excepted. We didn’t want to keep riding and calling. One person in our party went to ER (we were done at least 2.5 hours) before them and we went here and paid a minimal fee for speed, thoroughness and peace of mind.
Went to this place on Oct 15th because it was a 24 hr urgent care place. I am not from the orlando area so I just googled urgent care and this place was close. It was pretty early in the morning around 5-530 or so for our visit. My daughter was throwing up all morning. We were leaving disney world after a week of vacation heading home. We were seen pretty quickly as we were the only ones there. The front office personel were nice and helpful. The physician that saw us, Im not so sure of. He came into the room and was ok, but then I noticed he didnt wash his hands and did not put on gloves to examine my daughter. He kept on and on about having me pay for a covid test. Well I was not going to spend $150 on a covid test when she is just throwing up. The physician did insist many times for the covid shot but i declined. My daughter got a shot and a couple of prescriptions for nausea. Not that satisfied with the service feeling like I was pressured into getting a covid shot when there were no symptoms of it.
Very professional and up front about their pricing. They do not take insurance and they will go over all of that information with you prior to you being seen. If you are not looking to pay out of pocket or if you are not looking to save time then go to the ER, this is not the place for you if that is your case. Medic Ferdy and Provider Erin were amazing. Quick and friendly service. Will be back!
The staff did an amazing job and told me everything they were doing before they did it. The PA Lindsey was amazing and very personable. They do not take insurance but they tell you that up front. So it can be costly but they give you all the right treatments and meds to get you feeling better! They give you the proper paperwork so you can file the paperwork with your insurance for at least some reimbursement. I would recommend this place in a second! In which I already have to several people!
From the receptionist/emt/super woman working up front to the physician and radiologist the service was exceptional. Their willingness to listen to patients concerns and symptoms to let them know ahead of time if they’d be able to treat them is unlike any other urgent care. Usually urgent care places love to take your money first and then run tests/x rays/labs and then say oh I’m sorry you need to go to the ER. But not at this urgent care they let you know up front prior to payment if they’d be able to treat you based off your symptoms. I appreciate that kind of honesty. Thank you again for the fast service and the great care I received.
The staff was very friendly and super efficient. They took me right back and got things started. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 star rating is because they don’t take your insurance, they give you paperwork to file it yourself. I was very pleased with the staff and the care I received. Everything was explained to me and I was given the option to decide what tests I wanted to have done and what the cost for each would be.
Long wait times, horrible customer service. Ended up leaving- as the staff were terribly rude. Had an appointment and was not told the wait time was 2 hours. Was told only 3 patients were ahead of us. One actually cancelled their appointment after waiting an hour, and they too had an appointment. This place had no urgency- or compassion. I would not recommend!
Terrible. Its as if they dont want to work. I called up there and the male who answered was quick to tell me about how they dont take insurance before asking about why I needed to come. He then told me the price for an xray for my daughter. I took an UBER there because I am here from out of town. As soon as I walk in he says the xray machine is not working and sends me across the street. I asked why he didnt say this when I called and he said it must have been a call center who told me that. It wasnt a call center. It was him. The Advent childrens hospital is across the street. If you are taking your child, just go there. At least they care and want to work.
A get-it-done urgent care. We brought our 5-year-old in at 3 am and they were very efficient and friendly. They do not take insurance, but their prices were less than our out of pocket anyways. They’re open about their pricing in advance and are great at giving a ballpark. I think the walk-in rate for middle of the night was $130ish, and testing on top was reasonable. It’s not fancy, but we were comfortable there and really- we needed middle of the night urgent care AND they had no wait. Efficient, friendly capable. Would go again if needed.
Best customer service and medical care in the medical field I received in Central Florida. They were fast and friendly on the phone and in person. They were patient enough to explain everything to me testing, billing, documents needed to fill out, etc. I was going for covid testing and they were extra mindful to keep me from exposing myself to any areas other patients would be present in. I got my results in less than 30 minutes. Overall Id definitely recommended them again. In the past Ive been hesitant to get help when sick because Ive dealt with rude, impatient, or apathetic treatment elsewhere. I experienced the best care here and Im so appreciative being I wasnt feeling well.
At 24/7 Urgent Care, the care was professional, honest and caring. The staff brought forth an atomphere that had warmth and attention towards those in need. The clinic was busy, but everyone that I could see was helped in a appropriate, quick and helpful manner. Patients where the first priority for assessments, testing and the checkout process was very thorough. They saw everyone as important and special as the next person. I was very impressed and will come back if needed. Thanks 24/7!
Made an appointment online for 9:30. Finally saw the doctor at 10:30, who was very short with us. Then waited another hour for a shot. As we left we saw only two other patients there. We were very confused why it took so long when no one was really there. We were from out of town so they called in the prescription to a pharmacy close to our hotel. It wasnt close. It was 15 minutes in the wrong direction. We then had to wait for the pharmacy to get the prescription. Turns out they never called it in. I had to call them back and ask them to send it. Took 4 hours from the start of our appointment to getting back to our hotel. Only reason its not a 1 star is because the nurse who gave the shots was so kind and helpful!
I think the professionalism could have been a bit more. The first guy that did the testing told us that what my wife was experiencing usually results in a positive covid test which I found very disturbing. Any hope we had for a negative result was immediately dashed adding to unnecessary fear. We could hear the workers inside talking very loudly about some other case which prompted me to inquire about the remaining time and I felt like I was answered a bit rudely by the nurse but in the end she proved to be very helpful and efficient. I would recommend as the overall service was somewhat speedily processed.
They dont take insurance and wouldnt see me for an office visit without a 100+ dollar covid test even though I had already tested elsewhere. Felt like a cash grab and not helpful when I was just trying to get a Drs note regarding my laryngitis. Not to mention Covid tests are literally free right behind them at CVS! I understand its their policy but Im writing this review to save someone else the time (or potentially money) wasted.
What a shitshow. My fiancé and I went in for an ultrasound (time sensitive, which was repeatedly emphasized and made absolutely no difference). The scans were supposed to be ready and emailed to us 1-2 hours after the visit, and it is a week and a half later and nothing has been done. Not only that, but nobody has reached out. Weve had to persistently call multiple times a day to try to get answers, and even that has gone nowhere. Weve been transferred from person to person and nobody cares. My fiancé has been in pain for over a month and this gross negligence/incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. Do not come here if you need immediate or time-sensitive care. I cannot express my disappointment enough.
The team was very helpful in figuring out what test we needed to proceed on our trip (all the various options of tests but needing one that our cruise line requires). They were personable and professional — and at 6:00am in the morning!Recommend for convenience and proximity to Disney Resorts.
We had to take a trip to urgent care for our daughter while we were on vacation and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were quick, upfront about costs, and thorough in the treatment plan. All of the staff we encountered were super nice! This place is a gem.
Nurse practitioner was super helpful. We are away on family vacation and my oldest needed some attention. My husband took my son so she was glad to get on the phone with me and explain everything. Clinic close by and made appt online super easy! Much needed when you are away from home!
Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else! If you don’t have insurance this is definitely the place for you. The staff is very kind and professional. The doctor was extremely informative and helpful. I am skeptical about doctor offices because they often do not take POC seriously, specifically Black women. This was not the case here at all. I told them what was happening and they took me seriously and listened. I felt better just talking to the doctor/nurses, they really made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back if needed and recommend this urgent care center to others.
I brought my daughter in to be seen, she wasn’t feeling good for the past 3 days. They were very pleasant and we were taken care of immediately. We didn’t have to sit and wait like most urgent cares or ER’s. The provider and paramedic that took care of us did so quickly and provided great care. The best part was we didn’t have to leave and go to a pharmacy to get our prescription filled, we were able to buy our antibiotic right there. Thank you Urgent Care 24/7! We will definitely be back.
My son woke up with a horrible ear pain from an ear infection so we searched for the closest urgent care near our hotel and found this one. From the minute we walked in the front desk was very comforting and helpful. Got seen very quickly and received the meds he needed and by the time we got discharged already had a call from the CVS around the back letting is know his antibiotics were ready. Great experience, they made what was a stressful time easy to manage and get us back on track to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
I was seen on 01-01-22 by a wonderful provider named Stephanie. She was so personable and kind. I didn’t wait but maybe 15 mins from time that I registered to being examined. Entire visit was no longer than 1 hour max. I felt I got in and out and I appreciate this place being here when I needed care most.
Great experience. Though they don’t take insurance and it’s expensive. They were the best option at 3am when I couldn’t take the pain. I am grateful to their team for there patience and assistance to get me feeling better so quickly. Highly recommend.
Great people here. My daughter was sick and needed fluids and the whole staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.Note that they do not take insurance, but they do communicate all pricing very well and you can decide what you want to do.
We are overseas travellers and due to unforeseen circumstances we were out of our prescribed medications. We called at Urgent Care at 1.00 am. Ashley and Stephanie were caring and compassionate to our needs. After a thorough examination we were both issued with prescritions for our respective medications. We highly recommend the Clinic to anyone seeking after hours medical care.Thank you Ashley and Stephanie for your professionalism.Joseph & Marie
Did great job helping daughter on weekend evening.
Very helpful, informative, and fast! Very happy that our experience was quicker and easier than expected. Front desk staff and medical staff were both very friendly and helpful. They offer rapid PCR testing (even for infants) with results in under an hour! They don’t take insurance but will provide a super bill for reimbursement. The rapid PCR is $199, but that isn’t out of the ordinary for this type of test.
Super Helpful! Nurse donna is so awesome and she was so nice to me. She is also very efficient and was very gentle in putting in the swab in my nose for covid testing. Thankful that you guys are available to offer urgent care… Donna is amazing! God bless your facility!
The doctors were very friendly in patient with my daughter. They also were effective in her treatment. Immediately after my daughter received treatment, she was back to her original self. They also gave me coupons for my daughter prescription! If I got it from their office it would have been 80 dollars but they sent me to the cvs in the same plaza and it was $1 and some change! They also did a follow up call to make sure my daughter was okay! Thanks docs!
This Urgent care was fast and professional. Altho they do not accept any insurances. You pay with cash, visa, master card, etc. prices wasn’t that far fetched. The nurse practitioner was wonder. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone who needs medical attention before going to the emergency room. Some cases you will need to go straight the Emergency Room.
Current CDC recommendations for Covid positive are 5 days isolation and 5 days mask wearing. My handout stated 14 days quarantine. I made decisions based on false information. But- the facility and the staff were fantastic. The location was convenient and easy to find. I wish the best for all. I was asymptomatic and fared this experience easily except for being caught out of town.
Everything was pretty straightforward. In and out with the exception of a pretty long wait in the beginning to get initially seen. The staff were very friendly and personable. My health concern was resolved rather quickly. They dont take insurance, but are fair with the pricing in my opinion. I would recommend them
I would like to thank Kyle(LPN) and Ken(NP) for being absolutely awesome. They were very caring, professional, and funny which makes a great atmosphere for patients in need. This was the best team of medical staff I have ever been around. The prices were great & reasonable as well. Once again, Thank you very much for being open 24/7, you’re greatly appreciated!
They were so quick and efficient. Very caring and took my concerns seriously. It was a very fast visit and the pricing is very reasonable. I got an itemized receipt afterwards to try and submit to my insurance. They sent my prescriptions to the CVS behind their office and it was a very good experience overall.
NOT an actual 24/7 establishment. They denied my young daughter medical care even though I had an appointment scheduled during their business hours. Also the place looks extremely sketchy, we would not have come all the way here had it not been a necessity. AVOID!!
Absolutely rip off of a place, never again. The services provided were subpar, they wanted to send us home without thoroughly investigating the issue. They were rude when we requested more tests even though we were paying for everything out of pocket. Later when we requested an itemized bill to submit to our insurance, they gave us the run around and made us wait around for 2 hours. The rudeness, mistreatment and added stress did nothing but worsen my symptoms. Save yourself the “headache” and don’t go there.
Rather slow. Appointment was at 10:30a and didn’t get called back to the room until after 11a. Staff seemed more concerned about getting Starbucks. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very nice once we got to the room.
On vacation, got an infection in my finger but didn’t want to go to the ER. Urgent Care 24/7 Orlando took me as a walk-in, was back in a room within 5 for vitals and seen within 15. Outstanding staff, kind and attentive. I was in/out less than one hour. FYI, they don’t take insurance, just direct payment but the cost is fair and I’ll be submitting my invoice to my insurance company when I return home.
I went for a covid 19 test while in FL for family vacation. This location was quick to see me even without an appointment. They were very friendly and efficient. They do not accept insurance but they offer PCR results in 30-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.
My daughter started with an ear pain and fever on our first full day in Orlando. I googled this place and was surprised at how quickly I could get an appointment. When we arrived to the “clinic” the parking lot was dark and the office was on the second floor. As soon as we arrived to the desk, the “receptionist” was very rude and condescending. No where on the internet page does it say “we don’t take insurance and was quoted for $405 to start with.” For a place that requires mask, she was wearing it on her chin.” As a Healthcare professional, this is a sad representation.
Mary is awesome! Every team member we worked with was absolutely amazing! Quick, inexpensive and straight to the point. X-rays on site, results and prescriptions all ready before we left! I don’t want to go back, but if I need medical care, I’m headed here first. Thanks guys!
The care here is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this urgent care. The NP and medical staff were compassionate and willing to work with me and get treatment started right away versus waiting for test results to come back. The staff here went above and beyond my expectations to make me more comfortable. I am very pleased with their service.
I recently arrived at this place to take a rapid antigen test for Covid-19. I did not realize until I got through the door that the cost for this was $149 and that no insurance was accepted. It wasn’t mentioned at any point in the booking process, snd I couldn’t find pricing info on the website, either. You can get the same test for $50 less elsewhere.Has I known ahead of time that they were charging and took no insurance, I would not have wasted 30 minutes of drive time each way plus gas to go here. I’m not mad that they’re charging, but that they don’t bother to tell you this until you’ve made it through the door. I’m beyond livid about this.Avoid this place like the plague. You can get better last-minute service like this elsewhere for less.
Went there after my son had a fever we were unable to keep down even with medication. Was told they don’t take insurance and that it would cost around 200$. Waited for over 90 minutes to be seen only to be told it would be closer to 500$ for flu test and 800$ If positive. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Wasted 2 hours here for nothing. Rio off and shady business practices. Stay away!!! Scam
My wife had an 11:15am appt today. Early bronchitis. We got there 30 minutes early. Filled out the forms. Went in the patient room at 12pm. Interviewed with nurse practitioner. We were told their xray machine wasnt working. Cant do a chest Xray. Then he left. We sat for over an hour. Nobody gave us an update. So, we stood outside the patient room. No one talked to us. The other patient rooms werent occupied. So, we left. Nobody said anything to us as we left. A disorganized mess.
Great visit. The appt. was long. (2 hour wait). But my diagnosis was addressed and I’m feeling better already. Erin, the nurse practitioner, was very knowledgeable and provided medication to address my problem. She was very pleasant as well.
I had an allergic reaction while staying at a Disney park resort and this Urgent Care was close and I got right in. They were kind and treated me immediately (it wasnt an allergic reaction that affected breathing). I got a prompt diagnosis, was treated,9 had my medicine filled and was done. Ended up having to call back due to pharmacy issue and they took care of it immediately. Highly recommend!!
This place really saved our vacation. My wife broke her tooth a few months ago and ignored it. She developed bad pain on our trip, we set up a appointment thru the website and got in within a hour. The dentist was not available for procedures but the doctor on staff was able to provide a couple injections and prescriptions to get her pain/infection under control long enough for us to get home
I was able to walk in and be seen right away. Was asked what my dental problem was and filled out some forms. Was told what they could do for me and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy of my choosing. I would recommend them to everyone.
Arrived to Disney last Monday. Got off plane with sever leg pain. I saw Lindsay late Tuesday at the clinic. She was very professional, supportive and sympathetic to my needs. Two shots, prescriptions, heating pad, cane and wheelchair I was able to enjoy my trip to Disney. I was very anxious going to an Urgent Care out of state but feel I got the best care. I would highly recommend this facility!
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The building is easy to find and they give great directions over the phone. The waiting area is very clean. I recommend this urgent care facility and would definitely go back if needed on my next vacation.
Staff was super helpful. The front desk EMT Fred was super kind, and the NP Ms.Debra was extremely informative, patient, and understanding, she provided me with executional care. I was very pleased to have my concerns addressed in such a pinch of time … on a Sunday morning,24/7 Urgent care/dental was there for me! If I ever have to address any issue that is too small for an ER or not applicable for an ER visit and or I can not make it to my PCP on a weekend or holiday I’ll pay them a visit again…. Hopefully no time soon! Thank you Urgent care 24/7. The fees where explained to me well before and services where rendered so this I can feel comfortable with my decision, my Rx was sent w/in a timely matter, happy they have a payment plan for those who are tight on cash. Also nice to know that they are not too limited when it comes to dental emergencies!!!! Thank you 24/7 urgent care/dental.
They dont take insurance, so you have to pay up front, then submit through your own carrier. Wait time was about an hour over all, they took us right in and did the preliminary, but then waiting for Dr./PA to come in to diagnose, then come back to discharge, then waiting to pay! Our follow-up instructions were written on a paper towel! Hard to find! Its around back of a building! You think you have gone the wrong way and then you see the sign! Only had 6 chairs in waiting room! Staff was friendly and they are open 24 hrs! I had a question when I got back to my hotel room and called them back, but it went to a different location, so they had to call me back, which they did within 30 minutes.
I am so thankful for this medical facility! Wonderful staff and providers. From the moment I walked it, to the end, they were friendly, kind, and efficient. Will definitely make note and come to them whenever Im here on vacation and need a doctor. Thank you!!
We had to take our son there around 10:30pm because of a rash. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. We were the only ones there, so everything moved fairly quickly. We are from TX, so having to take a son to a place that we were not familiar with and have them be as nice as they were was a comfort for us and our child.Be prepared though, they do not take insurance, so we had to put the cost of the visit a credit card.
Check-in was quick & they were very sympathetic to my pain. Explained how their clinic worked, etc...then got me in a room comfortable before finishing up check-in. Oden, (Owen ?) check-in was wonderful. Stephanie came in right away, talked with me, checked me out & put in the orders. Only time we really waited, was for the 2 injections drawn up. Stephanie & Oden/Owen both explained the injections, possible side affects etc... Oden/Owen asked if I was comfortable with him giving me the injections or did a want a female. I was just fine with him & he did well!Brenda checked us out & verified the pharmacy my Rx were sent too. I would recommend them.
Visiting an urgent care was not part of my vacation plans, but thanks to a corneal abrasion, it was necessary. The staff here was very friendly and efficient! They were also mindful of my finances as this is a privately owned urgent care and do not file insurance. They had me back to my vacation quickly!
They got us in with very little wait. The staff was professional. They were up front about the cost of everything, and they took care of our issue without a bunch of unnecessary expensive testing. The location is great, less than 15 minutes from our Disney hotel.
Super helpful and accommodating staff with a pediatric patient. Explained all of the various testing cost options to us ahead of time. Simple to make an appointment online and a quick, easy car ride from Disney.
I’m here at Disney on my honeymoon and needed some help managing an illness. They were understanding of my situation, knowledgeable in their solution, and friendly.I woke up this morning and I’m literally 100% better with their help.Thank you!
Had to do the dreaded PCR test for international travel. Looked at all the testing spots around Disney and after trying to speak with a couple recommend online I got in touch with Urgent Care and a gentleman named Carl who was patient and informative at 5:30am on a Saturday. They are 24/7. Had the whole family in the next day at 9am with no appointment for about 20 minutes and went about our day to pick up later that night. They can do a PCR in 45 minutes. It’s expensive but the place is clean and professional. I mentioned the negative reviews and they informed me it was due to a massive increase in demand over the last 3 weeks which they were unprepared for. If you need a quick PCR for travel I’d recommend just dropping by in the off hours between 10pm and 7am. You’ll have your travel docs in an hour.
They don’t take insurance but for the service they provide it is worth it to submit it on my own. Every other urgent care I tried to go to was dirty and had a 4 hour wait. I waited about an hour but everyone was so personable and listened to everything I had to say that it was worth it.
When first arriving I felt like a burden to the staff and especially the doctor. The doctor was very focused on the money aspect of things rather than his patients wellbeing. After telling him multiple times that I wasn’t worried about the money, he became rude and still focused on the cost of care. I had to leave the office without receiving care and go elsewhere. I strongly do not recommend going to this place.
Theyre extremely upfront about their fees for COVID testing, strep testing and more. Ive heard good things. That being said. If youre broke and sick, this is definitely not the place for you lol. It definitely is very expensive. And they dont take insurance. At least thats what I was told at the front desk when I walked in. I didnt stay, but they guy was nice and said if I didnt find anywhere else to come back and theyd take care of me. I believe him. But they really do charge an arm and a leg because its privately owned. Just a heads up.
Absolutely horrible! We looked everywhere to get a COVID test done and came across this location. We called to make an appointment and the only time we was able to book was 2:30am also being 20 min from where we live. While making the appointment we specifically asked if the test would be free of charge and we was told that yes it would be. We just left and we was asked to pay $149 each! Waste of time ! Now I have to postpone going to work even longer due to lack of correct information and to locate another test site!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were seen promptly and had a prescription called into to the CVS right next door that was ready within 30 minutes. Having a child with an ear infection while traveling is never fun. But the office got us in and helped us so we could finish out our vacation and fly home.
I took my son in for a rash on his chin and neck. The receptionist immediately sent out a nurse who took one look and sent us to a pediatric ER at a nearby hospital because she said they were pretty bare bones and felt it needed more attention. At first I was grateful that they didnt waste my time/money with a wait and visit to then tell me that and also worried that something was really wrong or else they would have looked at it, but something just seemed off. We waited over an hour at the ER to see a triage nurse who then rolled her eyes that we were at the emergency room for a rash and said it was very strange that an urgent care couldnt handle it. There were lots of people that were there before us still waiting and people that had come in after us that were being taken back ahead of us because they were more critical. Knowing we would continue to be bumped because it didnt seem like a true emergency, I scheduled a telemed visit with another pediatric urgent care and left the emergency room. Literally as soon as the telemed doctor saw my sons rash, she diagnosed it as impetigo and prescribed an antibiotic that has worked quickly to clear it up. So Im mostly just confused how this wasnt something that could have been handled at this location and quickly saved me time and probably money because Im sure Ill get a crazy ER bill just for the triage nurse to take his info and vitals.
They were 100% up front about payment even tho they didnt take insurance. They definitely talked and took the time to help and ask Relevant questions.(VA doesnt do that nor did my last urgent care I went to) they were quick and took care of me best experience Ive ever had at any hospital type facility thanks guys if u got the cash pay up and get taken care of if u need the help. If ur a veteran so what VA will pay you back just need to be on top of it(might be a month) would recommend.
This place is one of the best urgent care we have been to. Great communication and excellent service. Highly recommended
Went in for a rapid PCR COVID test and couldn’t believe that this is a legitimate clinic. The man at the front desk was not wearing his mask properly and was constantly sniffling and coughing, which made me think he probably shouldn’t be at work. The cost of a PCR is outrageous at $199! I did not see the man who completed my test wash his hands prior to doing it.The only positive about this clinic is that I was able to get in quickly and received my results within 30 mins.
They charged me $150 for a COVID test that came back negative. I didn’t trust the results, so I got tested again the next day and it came back positive. I was told it would take 20 minutes for me to get my results and was instructed to wait outside. After an hour, I went back to the front door and rang the bell, only for the doctor to claim that he “didn’t know I was still here” even though I was waiting exactly where he told me to wait. So not only did they waste my time, but I wasted $150 on a test that didn’t even work.
I don’t think I want to go anywhere else other than here. I have tried many urgent cares nothing compares to this office. As a covid patient they treated efficiently. They are prepared! They have treatments and cater to my needs. I got breathing treatments, IV, therapeutics, you name it. Great Drs and nurses. They don’t take insurances but it’s worth avoiding going to other places that are packed and less efficient. I will comeback again even though I have insurance for other places.
1 yr old was smashing on head so I wanted to get him checked for ear infection. They said also required to get and pay about 200 for covid and flu test and I could not decline them. Also said covid test had to be in 12 hours which is insane and not part of any official protocol. They can not treat covid or flu in 1 yr old so it was just unchanging on their end.
When I pulled up I was second guessing my decision, but as soon as I rang the bell and the door opened I understood I was being my by a staff that wanted to help my illness. The staff clearly explained cost practices, listened, we’re attentive, made a treatment recommendation, as well as gained my agreement. Having a facility that was able to help at 3am was welcomed!
I got a sore throat while on vacation, and was worried it would turn into a fever and take a turn for the worst. My husband and I started driving and I got an appointment for 5 minutes later online. We walked up and were immediately greeted by the person behind the counter who explained the process and payments.I sat down with the paperwork and the doctor/ nurse/ technician (I’m not sure what to call him!) came up to us and asked us about why we were here, etc.He explained that I could just get a rapid test for strep throat and then decide if I wanted an in person consultation. I decided to do that, and was shown into a room.I was given the rapid test, it came back negative 7 minutes later, he took time to discuss what it could be if it wasn’t strep, and that he wasn’t worried by what he saw in my throat and through my voice and my tonsils, etc.Even though we weren’t charged for an in person visit, I really felt like I was listened to, checked on, and was given superior experience very unexpectedly.
Do not go to this Urgent Care Brand, they do not tell you that they dont accept insurance until you are in the back.
The LPN at the counter was so nice and polite. I made my appt online at 10:50 for an 11:15 test. I was out and had results for my rapid before 11:40. I was very impressed. This was perfect for my last minute test for travel after another lab lost my original testing.
This place is an absolute joke. My husband and I were on vacation when he started feeling bad. When filling out their paperwork, it asked if a COVID test was needed, would he like to have one done or decline. We marked decline because we were sure he had a sinus infection. When she finally got to the room and asked about his symptoms (fever, sore throat, congestion, headaches), she stopped him at sore throat and said I’m gonna have to COVID test you in order to do any further treatment. We were out of options so we agreed. BUT she never even checked his breathing, ears, nose, or throat. She also came back and said he was positive, but for some reason she had marked Negative on her paperwork. SUS.We were only given recommendations for vitamins to take. She wouldn’t look any further at him for other reasons he was experiencing those symptoms.I have never been to a clinic that didn’t check any vitals and at least glance at ENT before making a decision on what tests to run. Don’t waste your time. The only reason they don’t have much of a line is because you pay out of pocket (no insurance accepted). Just go to one of the other clinics and wait all day, I’m sure they have got to be a better experience.I would put no stars if google would let me.
The Nurse last night and the paramedic with the tattoos in his arm was great. I will definitely be back when I’m sick. Great bedside manner and professional, funny, & kind. We had a long stressful day and made it there like at 10 at night and they were still as attentive as if it were noontime. My finger was messed up and she fixed with a poke of the needle 😩, but it was worth it swelling almost gone 😀. Highly recommend!
Maybe its because I failed the first time trying to get a COVID test for my flight home, but after what I experienced from a different clinic, this urgent care facility was a literal walk in the park!!! Staff were super nice and friendly, Mike at the desk was a hoot, as was his coworker who did the nasal swab (very gentle) and I barely had to wait for my appointment.
Went for a Covid test. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is the services were fast. Safety, however, should not be overlooked to increase turnover time. My son was asked to go into a room to get swabbed after the previous person. I know for a fact that nothing was wiped down because the staff member told us to go into the room while she walked out with the previous patient and swab in her hand. No one sanitized the room. The trash did not have any wipes in it. I had to wipe down the chair myself. Was told to come back in 1 hour for results. They cannot send results to email I provided due to “HIPPA” or call the number that I provided on the form. I don’t think this is a HIPPA issue, think it’s more of a “I don’t want to take the time to share the results” issue.
I came here instead of going to the clinic near me because of all the good reviews. The man who helped me (Kenneth) was the kindest person Ive ever met at an Urgent Care facility. I appreciate the empathy and excellent customer service I received during my 2am visit. Thank you!
The office staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. After making an appointment online and coming 10 mins before the scheduled appointment time the front desk rep stated to come back in 30 minutes that they are busy .I come back in 30 minutes to then be handed paperwork to be filled out to then find out the starting cost of the visit is $149 and they do not accept ANY Insurance! As i leave i hear other patients upset with the service . Being told to leave or come back since they are backed up /busy and someone will try to remember to call them if they wait in their car. I would advise any seeking urgent care go to another facility that has the time to attend to you .
Marcus and the staff at Urgent Care were fantastic. They most certainly have patients best care first and worrying about the bill last. I wish we had a location and staff as wonderful as this in Wisconsin. Hats off to you and your staff Urgent Care, super impressed!
Deserves negative stars if possible! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Will never be visiting here again. The nurse was as kind as she could be but the Dr. “Debra Christianson” was rude, pushy, disrespectful, and flat out unprofessional. Told our 12 year old that they “enforce aggressive practices” to “heal quickly” and that they “don’t allow for time”. Forced him to speak and answer questions (that should not have been asked in my opinion for what we were there for or for any reason really) when he was clearly in pain. She was arguing with the staff and talking badly about them to us, which was the ONLY time she even acknowledged we were there. Came in and out multiple times. Couldn’t decide what she wanted to prescribe him, changed her mind on it several times. Took pictures of our child to send to a “medical professional.” Seemed to only be worried about COVID and a list of vitamins. All in all I’d say you are better off using google than that sorry joke of an office. This poor excuse of a “Doctor” needs to be taught how to speak to children and quite frankly communicate with adults in general.
I booked a Covid test online. I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was polite and professional. My options were explained to me. My test came back in about 1/2 hour and was negative. I was given a copy of my results and went on my way.
Was seen right away very nice staff
Our dauther had a blatter infection. We walkt in without a reservation. The ladies ware very vriendly, en take a urine sample. We are from Holland, and we are very happy we choose urgent care. We get All documents we neet doe The inserance. We hope we dont have to go back. But of its nessesery, we defenetly go back here. Fam. Van Delft
Excellent and efficient service from you walk in and all the way through. Front desk served with a smile and was very helpful. The doctor’s Bedside manners was great and he was detailed in explaining. Would definitely recommend this location.
Doctor RuJab Zaza and Dental Assistant Julissa took amazing care of my while I was on Vacation! I am afraid of the dentist - but they made me feel so safe and took great care of me. Took my tooth out with NO PAIN and was able to head back to my Vacation =)
These guys were absolutely amazing!!! No one wants to get sick on vacation, but if you do, this is where to go. They were kind, caring, and blew us away with how quick and professional they were. They even gave us a packet to take with a prescription check list and vitamins for each day. I can not recommend them enough!
If I could give zero stars for this clinic I would! We were from out of town and chose to come to this clinic when our son developed a fever. I wanted a strep test. The PA was somewhat rude and extremely pushy for us to get a covid test. Im in the medical field and I really felt this was not covid. She made us feel like she couldnt treat him unless he had a covid test. It was ridiculously expensive, outrageous. We didnt want to go to another clinic so we went ahead with the test. It was negative just like I thought. She treated him for sinusitis. Only after finishing and going to settle the bill did we realize a charge had been added for their prescription services. We were billed $48 for them to call in 6 scripts to the pharmacy. I was wondering why he needed so many meds, now I know why! One of which ended up being over the counter and he only needed the antibiotic. The other 4 sit here unused. The PA was also very rude to the pharmacist who wanted to help us with cost by splitting the dose of the antibiotic, which she denied. And they dont bill insurance of course because they wouldnt allow these sneaky charges. If you have any other choice for a clinic in Orlando I suggest you go elsewhere and stay away from this clinic. I am very unimpressed that they have to take advantage of people in such sneaky ways.
I wasn’t feeling well at all and found Urgent Care 24/7 through a Google search. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. That was nice. PA Kamilia Ait Belkacem was great!! She asked me a lot of questions to really understand my needs and recommend the best treatment. I felt cared for. :) I would recommend using their services!
Our daughter became ill while on vacation and this practice provided excellent care for our little girl. They explained everything prior to service and the nurse practitioner and nurse were wonderful.
Made an appointment for 5:15 am to hopefully avoid long waits. My foot has been hurting and it’s difficult to get regular appointments due to Covid. Set the alarm to get there only to be informed that there was no provider. Obviously their appointment system doesn’t mean anything because they could have called me to let me know.
Amazing experience!! In and out quickly and wasn’t very expensive!! $200 out the door with added meds! Very compassionate unlike several other urgent cares I tried earlier. Wish I knew about them 12 hrs prior!
After waiting in line for 30 mins was told by the lady at the front that they wouldn’t even see me because my cut already looked infected. So if that was the case, then I should have atleast been able to have someone do something about the infection. Instead, I was turned away and no one would even assist me. Terrible practice. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Everyone in the waiting room was waiting on a Covid test so I guess they’re just too busy with Covid tests to be able to treat actual emergencies.
From major pain to painless quick and easy. Doctors and nurses were all great. . They were very personable and informative. They got me I and out to enjoy the rest of my vacation
Seen quickly, treated quickly, friendly caring service.
Great experience. Very professional
They don’t accept insurance, ok. There is no follow up on results. Called back for test results just to be left on hold for a lengthy amount of time and transferred several times. Whoever was operating the switch board/ receptionist couldn’t manage to turn the tv or radio down in the background, you could hear commercials so it wasn’t employees in the background. They’ll take your money and fix the issue on the surface. Take your money, time, and well-being elsewhere! I forgot to mention it is dirty. Bandaid wrappers, needle caps/covers on the floor, paper on exam table looked used. The bathroom was disgusting. Update- never received a return call with test results. I feel like I have been “scammed”…
This place is a scam! Stay away! There’s no way they should have 4 1/2 star average on Google reviews. Yelp users only give it 2 stars on average. And that’s two stars too many. We were vacationing in Florida and my wife went to the Orlando facility to be checked for possible Covid infection (results were positive) and they charged her $199 just for the test. They do not take any insurance. A nurse practitioner sat clear across the room from her and didn’t even bother to listen to her lungs or examine her in any way. This employee then suggested various vitamin regimens that she could go on. She purchased the vitamins from a CVS “conveniently” located on the other side of the building for $100. When my wife later checked with her family physician, she was told that vitamin regimens after testing positive for Covid are useless. Then the employee tried to convince my wife to enter into other programs offered by this scam organization. When my wife declined, she was forced to sign a waiver indicating that she did not agree to this treatment.
It was my first time here and it was because I put the wrong address. First you need to take an elevator or stairs which I dont mind but the elevator was discusting dirty the place is ok but it doesnt look like its been sanitized. The receptionist not to friendly. When he called me he just ask what your here for and we dont take insurance. I then said ok thank you and I left. I was so happy to leave that place. I was there in error because input the wrong address. I can say the place to go for urgent care is in lake Buena Vista urgent care they are quick and they are friendly and caring for the patient. I dont know how doctors are in this urgent care but the place needs a makeover and a friendly and caring receptionist. Have a good sense of humor with your patient, will never go to this urgent care.Im glad that I went to lake Buena Vista urgent care they are the best!!
The worst. I walk in and I am greeted by a young man who I begin telling the symptoms I have for my sinus infection. He was more concerned with handing me a mask than listening to the answer to his question. After putting the mask on, he proceeds to tell me the Dr. can see me but in addition to an examination, the Dr. would have to do this, and that, and run testing for this, and give me a Covid test if I havent had Covid in the last 90 days or a test in 24-hours.After listening to his spiel, he then says,By the way, we are a private practice and we do not accept insurance of any kind.I felt like that should have been line number 1. Why would I pay full price for all of your different medical events when my company provides health insurance? No, thank you.
Professional and quick. Doctor Parker was awesome and really made us feel like she cared. She even followed up the next night to see how my gf (the patient) was doing after 3 shots and tests plus tons of rest and antibiotics. would go again. Highly recommend
Honestly one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to. Incredibly thorough. Staff was super nice. It was convenient and quick. Only downside is it’s cash/credit on the spot. They don’t run insurance.
They were very nice even short staffed they worked really hard to address everyone and move as quickly as possible. Thought the wait was going to be 3 hrs but they were moving. It’s like u went to place with common sense and they’re very nice and direct. I’m not from here but I would actually go them all the time.
