Unlike other reviews, our experience with Progenesis customer service has been nothing less than perfect! We emailed them before they opened, asking to have our results uploaded into our patient portal. Within the hour, we had been contacted twice (once by the automated service and then once again by their support team). Andrea even offered to contact our IVF facility in order to get the correct paperwork over to us! They are quick and friendly and we are very pleased with their customer service! We knew our IVF Doctor wouldnt have chosen a business to handle our embryo testing that had less than a 5 star customer service team! Thank you Progenesis!
I have to agree with the other 1 & 2 star reviews. Customer service is not horrible i can not be worst, you can call 100 time and nobody is ever available to take your call... Please ask your doctor to use a diferent company for this kind of testin. Mine was sent on January 30th today is the 13th still not avaialbe accordind to the doctors office and customer service well.......
Horrible customer service. I have called over 5 times in the past month to ask a simple question and everyone keeps telling me I will get a call “within the hour”, “by the end of the day”, “within 24 hours” and no one returns my call. I have lost all trust in this company.
Bad customer service and saying past due immediately after service without a grace period.
