We spent a year and a half working with the nurses and Dr. Brabec at RRC and had a very positive experience! No need to travel to another city for top notch care. The nurses and staff were amazing (Cheyenne, Becca, Jessie - many others) We ultimately did one round of IVF and our baby arrived last month. Dr. Brabec knows how to give her patients the best success rates and also shows so much care and empathy. The office is BEAUTIFUL. The lighting is comfortable in the exam rooms and they play calming music. I highly recommend RRC if you’re seeking fertility support.
I have mixed feelings about this clinic. They did our initial workup and four rounds of meds/IUI, but we ended up choosing a different clinic for IVF (IVFMD in Irving, Texas), which we strongly prefer. RRC certainly helped us along in our journey, but it wasnt the smoothest, kindest, or most collaborative experience with Dr. Brabec or the nurse practitioners. They also were not willing to support our pro-life beliefs in preserving even our poorly graded embryos when we discussed IVF.
Dr. Celeste made my husband feel uncomfortable by touching him throughout the entire appointment. When I got the bill for the first(and only) initial visit and were charged $387 + $159 (for prolonged visit additional 15 minutes). Total bill was close to $1000 ($450 after insurance). There has been 30-40 minutes where me and my husband were just sitting in the room by ourselves and I could hear doctor in the next room talking to another patient, so i feel like they are double booking patients for their time. Also found a clinic that costs about 1/3 less for iVF with 20% more success reported to the national database. (Dr. Lydic). Good luck to everyone who is trying to get pregnant and dont let clinics like this one to take advantage of you financially.
Everyone here is amazing! Dr. Brabec, Becca, and her team have educated in and been alongside us through everything making us as comfortable as you can get with infertility. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking to start your family! Thank you so much for successful transfer after few times failed in different clinic. Will come back again for next baby.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. We spent roughly a year with RRC and after one round of IVF, we are now expecting our first baby. I had nothing but a positive experience with everyone that I came in contact with from the front desk to the incredible nurse practitioners (Becca and Jessi) and nurses (Cheyenne). We were always welcomed with a smiling and positive attitude. We have one embryo left, and will not hesitate to come back to RRC for our next baby!
People were really nice in person, over the phone sometimes rude and uncaring. They do great work but are very expensive. I paid over $1,000 for 2 five minute appointments for example haha.
Overall fairly happy with how my care has gone throughout my IVF journey at RRC. I do have a few suggestions that I think would improve the level of patient care that they (and other reproductive endocrinology providers) are able to provide.Fertility treatment is a financially, emotionally, and often times physically draining process. I think that this office (and nearly every other fertility provider out there) would improve upon this massively just by assigning their patients to a patient care navigator - a person who can help answer questions and direct patients to the appropriate resources. When looking at RRCs reviews (and those of their competitors in the area) communication is one of the BIGGEST patient complaints I see (and one of my own complaints about how this process has gone). Giving patients a designated person they know they can turn to when they are uncertain would address that without creating an unnecessary burden on the nursing staff/nurse practitioners/Dr. Brabec/front desk staff members. In an ideal world your fertility treatment team would include a dietician, a mental health counselor, a physical therapist/athletic trainer so that patients can be addressed WHOLLY in this process and be healthier because of it.I felt like there were minimal discussions to make decisions as a treatment TEAM that includes the patient during this process. From the patient side of things, it very much feels like you are being given a to-do list with little explanation why you are doing them and weighing out the risks/benefits/necessity of various pieces of the treatment process. With these things in mind, I still find the treatment I have received so far to be on par with industry standards and will continue on with treatment with their clinic in the future.
Horrible experience. I was never told my doctor was retiring. I found out he was retired and long gone when I showed up for my retrieval and the other doctor was doing it. Yeah, probably something that should have been mentioned to me. I was billed for extra monitoring. When I questioned this, the lady was incredibly rude and condescending. Excuse me for asking for an explanation for extra suspicious charges long after the fact. Rather convenient that several of these reviews mention their “extra” monitoring charges. You have no idea at the time someone was providing “extra” monitoring. For what exactly? My treatment plan had not changed and I wasn’t having any issues. If they were legitimate charges, then why the attitude when I simply asked the lady to explain. Not my first (or last) time doing IVF and this entire practice was by far the worst.Altogether horrible experience here. I left a review on Facebook. They sent me a nasty response, stating I wasn’t a patient of theirs and blocked me. Funny since I wish I had NOT been a patient of theirs! Next stop was KU - I now have a one year old - no thanks to this miserable practice. I was treated very well by the KU staff. Stay away. Your time and money is precious and this place doesn’t care about either one. Rude and unprofessional all the way around!
Dr. Brabec, Becca, and all the staff have been amazing. Everyone is so kind and the nurses are so helpful answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Brabec and her team! Having been a patient at another fertility center in Minneapolis it’s night and day difference and I’m so glad I found RRC💜
I’m honestly surprised at some of the negative reviews I am seeing. I’ve been going through treatment with rrc, after they were the number one place recommended by my Obgyn.I have had absolutely no issues with communication or billing to date, like some of these reviews. To be honest, they were extremely straight forward about the costs from the very first appt. The reality is that infertility treatment is expensive. That’s not a secret and as frustrating as that fact is, it’s not something in my experience that RRC has tried to hide. And just like in any medical field, sometimes additional fees may arise.I have had a smooth process through my entire treatment so far and have nothing but good things to say about everyone I have had contact with.I can only imagine how difficult of a field this is to be working in. We all want to grow a family and have strong emotions and feelings surrounding that desire. I think the staff handles all that they have to deal with as smoothly as possible, while providing realistic expectations (good and bad) of what the outlook is.I highly recommend them for anyone going through the ivf process and am grateful for all they do.
Ill start by saying I now have a healthy one year old from this clinic, so Im very thankful for the science - but Ive found it could have been a lot less stressful elsewhere. I had to switch clinics because my insurance will only cover treatment from a Center of Excellence, and I was informed RRC did not meet those expectations this year. I was dreading the switch because trying to get anything accomplished at RRC is a hassle - no one is on the same page, different staff will tell you different things, and there are always caveats. Nothing is easy at this clinic - from making appointments, to never-ending fees, to the god-awful portal you have to use for everything. As miscommunication issues came up throughout treatment, no one was ever accountable. No one ever apologizes. That would have gone a long way. From a clinical standpoint, most of the staff seems really hesitant to give straightforward answers to questions and concerns. Its as if theyve been told: say as little as possible in case we get sued. Ive only had a few visits at my new clinic in Olathe and I cant believe how much more easy-going and efficient it is. I wish I would have started there.
Beware Husbands when going here. Once step foot in here the husband is an outsider. My wife and i come here for treatment. Was told multiple times they couldnt tell me anything because i wasnt the patient. The couple is the patient. I have never felt so useless in my life. Husbands are just a check book to this place. Not to mention you cant get ahold of anyone. The doctor was very rude with clearly no people skills which is baffling due to this being one of the most stressful times to a coupleUPDATE 7/29/22Still no reach out or even comment from RRC. More proof the dont care about the patients. We have since switched clinics and have been amazed at the difference. We were even told we were put through a ton of unnecessary and expensive testing/medications. BE AWARE!UPDATE 2/24/24We switched to MRC in Lenexa. That place it top notch. They remembered our names and felt like family. I am now watching my 4 month old son sleep. And they encourage fathers to come along every step of the way. Unlike RRC. This place is a joke.
Ive been a patient at RRC since 2015. I have two beautiful children as a direct result of their care and expertise. They set clear and concise expectations from the beginning, and rooted for us every step of the way. The nurses and staff are genuine and caring and Ive been treated with nothing but kindness, respect, and empathy during some of the most difficult years of our lives. Infertility is a merciless experience but I cannot thank RRC enough for giving us the gift of family.
RRC has been a huge part of our life for the past 4 or so years. We have had no luck having a successful pregnancy locally and we decided to travel 4 hours (one way) to go to RRC because we were so pleased with our initial appointment. Dr. Brabec is fantastic, straight forward and to the point and was helpful in getting us to where we needed to be to have a successful pregnancy. Their front staff are the sweetest, most genuine people Ive ever met and the rest of their staff/nurses/techs are so great. We now have done IVF twice and have two beautiful babies from them. I refer anyone going through infertility to have an appointment with them.
My experience here was awful. We never even met the doctor. We sat there for hours to be told that what we did for our living child was pointless and low tech. I am fed up with reproductive doctors and just wanted a second opinion on our situation. Instead we got shown a powerpoint that tried to sell us IVF. When we asked questions about the other options we were just told that it wouldnt be worth it. I think what really set me over the edge and to write this review is the fact that I got charged $100 for going 15 minutes over our appointment time. We were there extremely early, so it has nothing to do with that. The only reason we went over is because we sat in an office where someone went over how much IVF would be and then tried to get us to sign up for it on the spot. It was disrespectful and felt dirty. No one cared about our already depressing situation.Bottom line is, they dont care about your situation they just care about the money. Reproduction is BIG money. Its gross.
Like a previous poster, I have thought long and hard about whether to post a public review of RRC. My wife and I have been to multiple fertility clinics (because of relocating to different states) and have never seen medical billing done in such a deceptive manner. Reading some of the other reviews it appears to be a pattern. They make less from insured patients than cash patients, so they are reluctant to run bills against insurance. On certain occasions, we had to ask multiple times to get them to run insurance. Additionally, every month we were having to ask the front staff to not bill us for extra ultrasounds that we did not want and they were not doing. This clinic was much more expensive than our previous experience at the Texas Fertility Clinic, and the attention to the specifics of our case was subpar to nonexistent. I know it seems like there are limited options to receiving family-building care. However, I would urge you to look elsewhere. For example, there is a midwife that does IUI in Lawrence, KS, and they travel to the metro for clients. Sometimes it is difficult to find, but other options do exist. We went to RRC because we thought there were very few alternatives, but in retrospect I would rather travel to another state to see a different provider than use RRC again.
From the front desk staff, to the lab technicians to nurses and doctors everyone was fantastic. Over the span of the 8 years we spent with them we received nothing but the best of care. I always felt that they cared about us as individuals, and that our plan was tailored to us and that we were never lost in the shuffle. I cant thank them enough for giving us our 2 miracle babies: one as a spontaneous pregnancy 7 years ago (go figure) and our most recent one as a embryo frozen for 6 years. This place is top notch and Id recommend them to anyone!
Disappointing. We have friends that enjoyed their experience but unfortunately we can’t say the same. We felt like they never knew who we were when we came in or properly documented our appointments to better prepare for the next. We expressed our concerns and were met with excuses. They experiences some turn over while we were clients. If you are looking for a caring doctor, Dr. Brabec is not warm and fuzzy. She gave up on us without providing any closure or alternatives. We found a new doctor that is able to perform the procedure she could not. Schedule multiple consults before selecting your doctor!
Acknowledging that fertility issues are very emotionally charged, and we didn’t have the outcome we wanted, I waited to give an objective review about my experience as a patient and the person coordinating care, insurance and payments for treatment.I quit coming to RRC and have spoken with friends about their experiences with other fertility clinics in the KC area (Blue Sky in Lees Summit, for one) and I think people need to seriously consider other clinics before spending their precious time and money at RRC.My biggest frustrations were the front desk, specifically Heather, their poorly functioning app, poor communication and lack of service. I also had a bad patient experience on my fourth round of IUI when the ultrasound person came in and cheerfully asked “so you’re doing your first round of IUI?” Not a deal breaker in terms of returning but it was discouraging. The front desk was typically an awkward and frustrating experience. I would ask questions about the long list of forms and “homework” I was responsible for and they made me feel dumb and like an inconvenience. The app they direct you to use was never accurate in terms of which forms, results or billing notices I was managing. On top of that, the prescriptions I needed were not called in each round. Apparently they call in a standing prescription and then it was on me to call the pharmacies and coordinate. This meant one round of a time sensitive injection wasn’t going to be able to ship in time and I had to go to a specialty pharmacy in the metro and pay roughly three times the amount to get it same day. After four unsuccessful rounds of IUI, I knew I wasn’t going back because they’re awful to work with from the admin side. I never got a follow up call to see how the treatment went or to schedule next steps. I never heard from them until a month later when they sent me a bill because our insurance denied a claim (we had a job change and therefore new insurance). Typically, providers would call and ask for updated insurance. From what my friend has said, Blue Sky has a dedicated insurance facilitator, they schedule your appointments and manage your prescriptions better, they know your name and follow up to help you decide next steps. For something as emotionally/time/financially sensitive as this, you deserve to use a clinic that cares and has good tools and processes in place to make the experience less stressful.
We worked with RRC and Dr Brabec for both of our successful pregnancies. All of the staff are professional, give honest feedback about your options, are transparent about cost, and are always open to questions. I really appreciated how quickly they give you results of your tests and their efficient appointments. We will always be grateful for the staff of RRC.
All the Drs and staff here are wonderful, honest, and thorough. Dr Brabec is who we chose and she is intelligent and knew what we needed to do without question. She doesnt waste your time and addresses each case individually (not using one size fits all approach). We are so glad we chose this clinic! They helped us have the best experience and and achieve our miracle baby! We would go here again in a heartbeat. It was truly a great experience.
Dr. Brabec knows what she is doing and the nurses at RRC are incredible. I think the nurses make the place and do an excellent job of not treating you like an ordinarily patient, they are personable and they truly care. My nurse made me feel like I was in good hands and Dr Brabec knew exactly what I needed to do to get pregnant. After completing one full cycle of treatments I got pregnant. I highly recommend this place for anyone that has fertility issues and is tired of feeling tossed around.
Doctor Brabec and her staff at RRC are superb! We started seeing her 6 years ago and have had 3 successful pregnancies. Her attention to detail, knowledgeable and compassionate staff, and desire for success are what make them such a joy to work with. They truly care about their patients and greet you by name each visit. As with every infertility journey, there are ups and downs, but RRC strives to make it the smoothest ride possible. I cant say enough good things about them!
My husband and I will be forever grateful to RRC. Experiencing infertility was something neither of us could have ever predicted. When going through this phase you find yourself to be anxious and angry sometimes. The compassion and kindness we received from the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond for us. No question was a stupid question. They return your phone calls quickly and spend as much time with you as you need. We were patients for over a year before we had a successful embryo transfer. Visiting a Doctors office as much as we did during that time the staff started to feel more like friends then staff. They always remained positive and thoughtful to our feelings when there were days of bad news. We have been blessed with a daughter who will be 6 months soon. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Phipps, Dr. Brabec, the wonderful Nurse Practitioners, and administrative staff for all that they did for us. My husband and I plan to try and have another child and if we have to go through IVF again I do look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at RRC.
We loved the care we received at RRC. They are very professional and care about their patients. We are so grateful for them and wouldn’t have our little guy if it wasn’t for all their help. They have built an amazing staff who are passionate, caring, and have a heart to help others! We are looking forward to going back for our next embryo transfer!
I started going to RRC in June 2015 after having a miscarriage and being diagnosed with PCOS and Stage IV Endometriosis. We had been unable to get pregnant for 4 years and were tired of other doctors telling us to just wait and see what would happen after another year. Im so grateful we got a second opinion and were referred to RRC. Dr. Brabec and Rebecca were very upfront with us about our options and understood our frustrations. The ENTIRE staff was amazing to work and interact with EVERY visit. We refer to them as our second family and got to know each of them on a first name basis. They celebrated with us when we found out we were finally pregnant! Thanks to the team at RRC we are expecting our miracle rainbow baby in less than two weeks!
I didn’t even make it back to the doctor because the front desk staff was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. I made my appointment 6 months ago and was given a price over the phone and via email, who I could bring with me, and what to expect. When I arrived at the office I was told they might not be able to see me because I did not call them back to confirm. However if I don’t show up they charge me a cancellation fee. She hands me paperwork I have already filled out and sent back via email. And I comply because I would like to see the doctor. I was shamed and talked down to because my spouse could not make it and my best friend came instead. When I brought my paperwork back to the front desk she said we are still checking to see if we can even see you today. After I go sit back down another front desk lady comes to tell me it was going to cost 4 times the amount I was quoted over the phone and via email. AFTER they have told me I probably can not be seen today. I looked at her frustrated by the situation and said no. She told me she would have to charge me a cancellation fee anyway. She would not let me leave the office until I paid the cancellation fee. I called the office two hours later to talk to their office manager and the front desk would not send me to their voicemail and said they would take a message and they never called me back. It’s been over 7 days now. Going into an office like this is a extremely uncomfortable and frightening anyway without the extra disrespect you receive from the front desk. If you allow your front desk staff to act this way, what’s to say the doctor is any better? I have never been treated so poorly at a doctors office in my entire life. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
We had the most unpleasant experience there and really feel obliged to share with those who’s considering getting treatment from this facility. The staff are super cooperative and responsive while we were making the appointment. We really hyped up our hope before we walk in there. However, it’s all downhill from there. Our first consultation section was consisted of endless waiting and the impatient, almost insulting attitude of Dr. Brabec. Later on we were billed for overtime, even though we spent most our time waiting on the doctor. Dr. Brabec had suggested some treatment approaches that are quite different from my current doctor. Since I’m not a medical professional, I won’t elaborate on that.ROUGH is the only word I can think of on how Dr.Barbec operated all my tests.
I am 34-year-old and i was diagnosed with endometriosis at 24 yrs. old i have been trying to get pregnant for 7 years, I was very careful when I decided to choose RRC i read all reviews for a couples clinics before taking a decision, so finally I made the appointment and wait 4 months for the preliminary visit with Dr. Brabec, so they ad ultrasound and send to do several tests and then she found a cist and fallopian tube closed so she said we need to fix this issues before IVF so due that my endometriosis had increased to stage 4 I had a laparoscopy surgery with Dr. Swan so them to remove the cist and fix my tube and clean endometriosis has 5 months and i am waiting for the second appointment to go through IVF with Dr. Brabec, at first appointment Dr. Brabec answered all my questions and she explain detailed how the process will be and had very nice experience with the staff.
We are so grateful for everyone at Reproductive Resource Center. Dr. Brabec and her team are INCREDIBLE! The entire staff is friendly, caring, and brilliant, and we were treated more like family rather than a patient. RRC was encouraging, optimistic, and forthright throughout the entire process. Infertility is most often a time filled with anxiety and despair, but RRC made us hopeful and excited in creating our family, every step of the way. We also LOVED, LOVED, LOVED working with Ashley and JJ! Robin and Wanda are the BEST, and they make the initial process, scheduling, following up with lab results, etc, super easy! They are always so kind and caring!Because of RRC, we have a super healthy, incredible baby boy! I encourage anyone struggling with infertility to reach out to RRC. They are definitely the best!!!
I loved all of the staff at RRC! The doctors, ultrasound techs, nurses and even the ladies at the front desk are all amazing. I had one IVF cycle and egg retrieval at RRC which resulted in 6 eggs retrieved and two embryos which were transferred fresh and resulted in twin girls! Thanks RRC for making it possible to give my son baby sisters!
5 stars is not enough to express my gratitude to RRC, Dr. Brabec and their entire staff (especially Marci.) We found RRC after a bad experience with another Dr in a different town. RRC was incredibly caring, thorough, detail oriented and easily accessible for questions and concerns. We conceived both our son and our daughter through Dr. Brabec and I also have twin nephews thanks to her. I will forever feel blessed to have been under her care for such a personal and emotional circumstance. I refer them to every person I encounter who needs reproductive assistance.
After 4 years of infertility RRC helped my husband and I become a family. They answered all my questions and did not hesitate to bring me in for additional ultrasounds when I was concerned. We plan on bringing another child into our family and will be using RRC again. Thank you to the staff of RRC for making our dreams come true.
I was blown away by how much kindness, heart and knowledge makes up this practice. Dr. Brabec, the nurses and the staff treated myself and my husband with such respect throughout the IVF process. We ended up pregnant with two healthy babies and have Reproductive Resource Center to thank for the additions to our family!
My husband and I are so glad we went to RRC. Our first IVF cycle worked and we now have a 3-month old baby boy. The doctors and staff at RRC are very helpful and accommodating. Fertility treatments can be stressful and so they make sure you get all the support and information you need.
My husband and I have three IVF sons. Our oldest is 14 and our twins are 10. I highly recommend Dr. Brabec and her wonderful staff. She made our dream of becoming parents come true. She can do it for you too.
Im writing this review because I feel it is important that other women/couples are warned before choosing to go to RRC for their fertility treatments. My husband and I had researched and felt like we had found the best clinic for us, we made our appointment with our PCP and had all preliminary testing done before our initial appointment which was scheduled for 6/19/19 with Dr. Brabec. On Wednesday (6/17/19) I received a call from Marge one of the NP’s to give her a call about some very important information regarding my appt. on Friday. I received the message after hours so I called her first thing Thursday morning- she started going over what would take place at my appt. complete medical history, physical exam, ultrasound…. then she says, “I have to verify, it this height and weight correct?” I said, “yes, it is I suffer from PCOS.” She then begins to break me down little by little with the following statements:“Ok, we WILL NOT see any woman who has a BMI over 40, we WILL NOT offer any diagnostics or treatment to a woman of your size! You should really call your insurance provider because I bet, they would cover weight loss surgery, because they prefer “THEIR PEOPLE” to be healthy. Now, are you still wanting to come in tomorrow even though there is nothing we will do for you?” I replied, No (in tears). She said, “Ok, because some people are just adamant about still keeping their appointment even though there is NOTHING, we will do for them.” I said, no that I suffer from PCOS (which is in my medical records, patient history and why my husband and I are going through the IVF process in the first place!) and I am very aware of my weight and I have been working with my doctor on losing weight. (I am sobbing at this point, which was even more frustrating.) She then says, “Well, I sure hope you’re having regular cycles (again I have PCOS) and if not, I hope your doctor is prescribing Provera to make you have a cycle because a woman of YOUR SIZE is likely to get uterine cancer! Once you reach 10lbs of the weight goal of a BMI of 40 feel free to give us a call back. Want me to go ahead and get you off the books for tomorrow?” I said yes, she said “Great, take care.”I have never in my life felt so low and mortified as I did after that phone call. I called my husband in tears, he said we wouldn’t want a clinic who has people like that in charge of our care or our future children’s care! With the support of my doctor, family/friends and therapist I decided to call and speak to the office manager, Erica. Well, she did what I expected. “I’m sorry for your experience, it’s really hard when deciding to make that call, do we call and cancel ahead or let people come in and tell them then?” I said, I don’t have a problem with the call being made- what I have a problem with is the way I was treated and talked to! No one and I mean NO ONE deserves to be treated, degraded or humiliated the way Marge did me. She was the most crass, insensitive, rude, unprofessional with absolutely zero compassion individual I’ve ever encountered. People pay thousands of dollars with the hopes of becoming parents, infertility is already a scary and emotional experience the last thing a woman needs is to be made to feel like she is unworthy, or that it is her fault that she cannot become a mother. We are more than your facilities success rate, we are more than a statistic- we are HUMANBEINGS with REAL FEELINGS! Erica said she would make sure to talk to Marge about this situation and she was sorry. Well, Erica I hope you do, I hope your facility makes it a TOP priority to have some education and training on what you really are there to do- you are a clinic who is supposed to be helping people become families, you’re in one of the most sensitive and most precious areas of medicine. We expect more of you and your staff- and to be honest you should too. Thank you, for again creating a negative stigma around a woman of size, causing her to feel unworthy and undeserving- great job, Marge! Strive for better, RRC!
Rude and un-workable front desk/schedulers/doctors. We scheduled our appointment a month and half back. Since both the partners have to be there, I scheduled my time off etc. One week before the appointment they call and try to re-schedule the appointment. Whatever they suggested didnt work for me, and the next best available is a month and half from the original appointment. They refused to consider any other closer dates to the original appointments (they mentioned, doctor has some other surgery scheduled during my original appointment). That doesnt make sense! Then why did they schedule me for that time in the first place, or is it our appointment isnt a priority and got bumped out?The one who called, Nicky said I spoke to your wife three times. You guys are not the only ones who are busy, she called and I had to call you guys to see if there a way we can work out the schedule, since it is you who re-scheduled the appointment. Our original appt was Dec 13 in the afternoon at 1:00pm, they asked in the AM. I had already taken time off for that afternoon. They wanted us to come in the morning, which doesnt work. Asked for alternatives, they said Jan 23 2020 optimistically or best case, some time in Feb 2020.If you get an appointment, it is not even a guarantee that you could see the doctor? Would highly recommend avoiding this place. I havent seen a more unprofessional and rudeness from a person who works for a doctors office. This is an indication of how your experience would be with this clinic, the best/worst part is we havent even set foot in their clinic. Good riddance!!
The doctor is Unprofessional and carelessness. I confirmed with the receptionist before the consultation that they do gender selection, then doctor told me they dont do gender selection, wasted my money and time for consultation!! i cant accept the fact that they refused to provide IVF using gestational surrogacy despite i am undergoing medical treatment that might possibly jeopardize the fetus of birth defects or to mother the risk of having diabetes if left untreated for whole pregnancy. Who would want to spend lots of money to do the GS if there is safe option available, I see no hope in this clinic, so discouraged and disappointed!
Thanks to RRC and Dr. Brabecs team, I am holding my 3 week old son, Liam. My husband and I doubted that having a child together would be in our future and yet here we are. Thank you so much, RRC. You are miracle workers.
I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Everyone was so caring and helpful while guiding me through the IVF process. Love the quick responses to questions and easy access to labs and my plan. I am forever grateful to this practice for helping us grow our family!
Dr. Brabec did not educate me or provide any information about me having stage 4 endometriosis. Another doctor, 1.5 years and two failed IUIs later, reviewed the surgical report with me and informed me that I had endometriosis AND provided me education on how it impacts fertility. Though Dr. Brabec did not perform the surgery in which the endo was found (it was a fibroid surgery that she recommended), she should have followed up post-surgery as it was critical to my fertility.
Loved every second of the experience!!! The team at RRC is nothing short of Tremendous!!!! They are all so sweet and caring!!! Each person really cared about your experience and truly wanted to do all they could to make sure you had the child you so badly want!!!!
There arent enough words to express how grateful we are for ALL the amazing people at RRC. The staff at RRC treated us like family as we embarked on the journey of a lifetime - becoming parents. I cant imagine going anywhere else.
Dr. Phipps isnt helpful. He made me get a bunch of test done then when my results came back not to his liking I never heard from them again. I called and email d to see what the next steps were and they never contacted me back. I wasted thousand of dollars and months of my time which is very important when it comes to IVF.Go to Midwest Reproductive Center PA in Olathe Kansas.
I paid about $600 for the first appointment and I can only see a nurse. She told me my chance of getting natural birth is 1%. 2 months later I talked to my OB, she said it is very low and unprofessional to say anything like that. I was depressed for a while because of what the nurse said. This place IS TERRIBLE.
Great experience with dr brabec! My last two baby wouldn’t be here without her and I wouldn’t be pregnant now! Highly recommend
Would not work with me unless I was willing to do a transfer now. Worst clinic ever
Every person at RRC is kind, caring and exceptional at their jobs. They remember you and treat you with compassion.
The doctors and office staff are on top of it. I am so happy to know they dont let anything or anyone slip through the cracks. Highly recommend them.
Having difficulty getting pregnant is a very hard and emotional time. Thanks to the staff at RRC for never letting us give up hope!
I feel coming with a lot of information from another reproductive dr we should have had a good shot but no, they went backwards from the start and cost me a lot of money and time.
RRC gave us the confidence that we could have a family. We wouldn’t have our son without them.
Fantastic place. Very friendly, very helpful, lgbtq friendly. Never made us feel any less than anyone else. Would and have recommend this place!!
Marg was extremely rude and mean. She laughed about some news she had to tell me and I felt that was extremely unprofessional. I will never spend thousands of dollars here!!! Take your money elsewhere!!!!!
Loved Dr Brabec! Got pregnant quickly with first IVF cycle
Would highly recommend RRC.We got the results we wanted and couldnt be happier.
This place is AMAZING!! Great staff and atmosphere!! I hope to go back for baby #2 soon!!!
Worst service I ever had very unpleasant experience
What can I say I love coming here
