This place is awful. Brought my 13 year old daughter here as they were sick and primary has no appointments. Mistake. The girl up front has the personality of a communion cracker. These folks are so loud, laughing and joking and hooting and hollering. I’m all for happiness but ifYou can’t spare that when dealing with patients then don’t keep it to yourself while they are sick in these rooms waiting for hours on in. Zero hygiene. The PA was actually really sweet. Not impressed with the facility as a whole though. The cleanliness was not it. Lots of stains, spills, dust and buildup
The provider was great in treating my issue. My gripe is the new scheduling system they have after merging with Go Health. I went to this place a year earlier, when it was Novant only, and it was first come, first served, as it should be. Now they have this online sign-up for spots and people clog them up, most don’t show and the front desk hesitates to give you a wait time and can become easily frustrated if you press for one. It’s mostly the fault of this online sign-up system but the front desk staff could be more patient and professional. They seem to want to discourage you by giving you a long wait time. If you go, just be patient and you’ll be seen earlier than told.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Miscommunication to the extreme. Felt as if it was theft with how my initial issue wasn’t resolved and was then told that I would have to make ANOTHER appointment and pay ANOTHER co-pay just to have my initial concern resolved. Inconsiderate. Was also told that if my symptoms persisted then I need to see my PCP, which was unavailable for a week and a half to two weeks (hence why I went to an URGENT care). Was also told I could go to the ER (for an ear infection? Really?) I think the ER has higher emergencies to attend to than that. What a joke.
No wait and friendly staff. I arrived 15 mins early and was out before my appointment time. The staff were all terrific! Highly recommend!!

Great walk-in clinic. In and out within 40 minutes without an appointment. Nice, professional people that fixed me up. Will return if need be.
I had to take my 2 yr old bc she was sick and her Dr couldnt see her. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. The Dr & nurse were awesome & very clear about whats going on with my baby. We definitely will not have a problem going back if needed
I went there today not thinking I could get in with my primary care. The doctor kept saying he didn’t know what was wrong with me and that I need blood work to be done they do bloodwork he just didn’t know what he was looking at so just dismissed me. I got in with primary care and I need an X-ray not bloodwork. Unless you just need a standard test do not go here
Took my husband here for general illness he just wasnt feeling good, of course the first thing they did was test for Covid and Flu, then proceeded to tell him they couldnt test his blood or urine because he had surgery 7 weeks prior....ummm wth!!! This was Saturday so Tuesday we went to our primary office and he has a kidney infection. 3 days later thanks but no thanks never again waste of time and 70$ copay
Was seen by someone at the Cotton Grove location who didn’t introduce herself, nor was I given any paperwork after the visit. Went in with bronchitis and this caregiver recommended I go to the hospital for a cardiac work up……so I did not receive any treatment. Thanks bunches. Apparently if you are “of a certain age” that’s her ‘go to’ recommendation.
PA told me he couldnt help me before he ever looked at me. Went for suspected sinus infection, he never looked in my nose. He was right, he certainly didnt help me.
The staff was so friendly and inviting. PA very knowledgeable and thorough. Quick!!!
What the heck is wrong with this place? This is the second time between our experience and now my daughter’s with my grandbabies with them saying nothing is wrong and go the same day to their pediatrician to find out both my grandbabies have ear infections and back in October my oldest daughter was only tested for strep and told they couldn’t test for anything else and I took her later on that day and found out she had the flu!!! Get better ppl in here that aren’t dismissive now or this place is going to be in a ton of trouble for absolute and complete negligence bc there’s no other words for it besides that. Not only that my daughter had to go back by there and she over heard a conversation where a couple was mad bc the day before the doctor there missed signs of either a heart attack or stroke. This place is ridiculous!!!
🥰🥰🥰I love this location. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. My son prefers to come here as opposed to his pediatrician. He likes that they are thoughtful and takes his feelings into consideration. Its always a pleasure visiting this facility. Now!!! If you are having trouble hearing🤦♀️... let me tell you, Ms. Ladatal is who you want to see, okay!!! I hadnt been able to hear properly for two months before my visit here. First off, let me tell you this was no one and done task for her. This wax was stubborn, but she did not fold under pressure, and it didnt take long, and when I left, there I could hear a mouse pee on cotton as my grandmother would say😂😂😂. Anyway, this is my location of choice. The female physician is phenomenal and very informative, with effective methods that yield results. 🤔Listen, if I sound like a fan right now... thats because I AM!!! 😁😁😁. Good day
Was so impressed with the doctor, he was genuinely concerned, and took all the measures needed to make sure I was informed on what was going on and could happen and what to look for and to do if things got worse. He called in meds right away. I would def go back.
Pushed me through their system, knowing they could not treat the issue only the hospital could. They should have told me up front that is integrity. But apparently, they dont have integrity. I waited and paid for services I didnt receive. Basically they stole money for a service I didnt receive. Never again dont trust yall. I personally have always had a very good experience at this location! HOWEVER, I made my mother an appointment on 12/26. She has a lot of health problems and had a very bad urinary track infection and she pleaded with the medical provider to please make sure to contact her if HE started her off on the antibiotic that was not appropriate based on the culture. They did NOT! She got increasingly worse AFTER several days & almost had to be hospitalized and after multiple attempts finally, was able to contact someone at the clinic and they changed her medication. Very disappointed with her experience.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The NP Nancy Perez listened to what was going on with me. It was a great experience
PA didnt even read my chart and kept giving me attitude about going to the ER because I said one of my symptoms was shortness of breath. Said they dont do bronchitis testing at urgent care, which is a lie because all the other times Ive had bronchitis, Ive been tested at an urgent care. They did ABSOLUTELY NO TESTING whatsoever on me.Prescribed me benzonatate when we talked about a steroid - its not a steroid, just a cough suppressant. Which he wouldve known wouldnt work if hed read my chart and seen I was asthmatic. I specifically went to a Novant urgent care because all my information was already in the system.I didnt even receive paperwork stating that Id even been seen by someone. Waste of money and time. Extremely rude when talking to (both the PA and the receptionist). Charged me 70$ to be dismissed. Dont even bother going to this one if thats how the person seeing patients is going to act.
They yell personal information/questions across the lobby instead of asking you to step back to the desk. They take cash payments, but don’t have any change. Tell you to walk next door to the grocery store and come back with exact change. Thankfully one person who works there understands how to split payments between cash/card, the lady he was helping take my payment literally told him right in front of me “They tell me if it’s too difficult make them go to the store for change.” I’m sure this is upper management but still it’s ridiculous. Train your employees how to use the system for splitting payments better or provide them a functional cash drawer. The lobby is dirty and the thermostat was set to heat on 73 despite it being a warm sunny 60 degrees outside, so was sweating on top of being sick while waiting. The unprofessionalism is outstanding! Glad there are other urgent care options opening up in Lexington, this was the only one for years so it has been our go-to but not anymore!

Best experience ever!I made the appointment online. The staff was ready when we got there. The staff was the most courteous medical staff I have ever dealt with. They were very attentive to me and especially my daughter. To sum up my visit I will be back if needed and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs medical assistance!!!!!!!
Have acute upper respiratory infection and now have developed acute bronchitis. Tested negative for strep. Really hoped for an antibiotic but doctor would not give. Im 72 years old and cant remember being this sick this long. I have always been given an antibiotic for the same symptoms in years past and didnt stay this sick for nearly this long. However, I was given some amazing cough medicine which is allowing me to finally get some rest. Like being able to pick time online and not having to sit and wait when so sick.
The few times Ive been there have been positive and quick. The doctors listen to you and give their best medical advice once youre diagnosed. Ive had good experiences while there.
Very polite, kind, efficient from check in to check out. Family Practitioner was very professional carefully explaining and asking questions. I was more than pleased with care and attention to me.
My husband and I both caught a nasty viral sinus/chest infection and went here to be seen. The nurse was super informal and unprofessional with the initial phases of the visit, which shouldve been my first red flag. The doctor on shift blew us both off and tried to claim it was just allergies when I had literally been running a low-grade fever the days before and our congestion was clearly infection... But the doctor wouldnt listen to us and kept blowing us off. I will NEVER come here again, and I shouldve known due to my familys bad past experiences here as well, but our typical family doctor couldnt get us in same-day. Convenience is not always worth it.
What impressed me: Ease with setting up the appointment on line, the friendliness of the doctor and staff. Minimum wait time.

Went in there yesterday morning with my daughter running a temperature, sore throat, headache, a cough and nauseous and the doctor only tests her for strep and says there’s nothing more he can do or test her for. I take her to her pediatrician office bc clearly something is wrong with her and they tested her for flu and it’s positive! This was highly negligent and complete ignorance on this place part! I usually never have issues with this place for things of this sort but I’ll never go back after this! Not only was this negligent to the patient but also to those she exposed herself to after being there bc you didn’t think to test her for flu with her symptoms and fever and high heart rate in there? I’m flabbergasted honestly!!

Ease of location, the front girl who obviously was working two-three hats , checking in and bringing patients back was wonderful. Not once did she seem flustered, professional the whole time . The doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and treated me quickly. He was also very knowledgeable and polite. This crew was amazing and definitely deserves recognition and reward !

This was the first time I visited Lexington Urgent Care. I was surprised to get an early appointment when I went to the website. From the time I walked in, the front desk assistant was very nice. It wasn’t crowded. Only one other person there. I saw Dr. Ward on my visit. He was very Professional, and Patient with me. Asking all the right questions regarding my illness today. That’s not the kind of Urgent care I’m use to. Dr. Ward comes right on in to see you. Don’t have you waiting for 15, 30, 45 minutes. Now that’s what I call urgent care. Thank You All So Much! I’m Feeling better already 😊
I couldnt have asked for better care. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a prescription. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice from the front desk to the doctor.
The PA that I saw, Burnie Little, was probably one of the best physicians Ive ever seen. He was very nice, to the point, and did a great job explaining things. The lady that checked me had a little bit of an attitude for some reason, but she may have just been having a bad day.
This was a very disappointing appointment First they wanted to charge me $65 and Ive never had a copay anywhere for any doctor. Second, the doctor/nurse practioner seemed as if he was either having a bad day or hes had enough of seeing patients with the same issues! His bedside manner wasnt the best. He seemed as if he would have preferred to be anywhere but there! I really dont think Ill be going back there again! The only plus is he did send something to my pharmacy after saying I needed to continue using something OTC
Refused my insurance! I arrived very early and let them know - I was rudely told to take a seat and wait. When I approached the front desk to hand over my insurance card (BC/BS) the women at the front were extremely RUDE! They wanted me to pay out of pocket - even while my insurance carrier (who they accept) was on the phone explaining that the exam WAS covered! They insisted it would come back denied - meanwhile the patient next to me came in with a state funded insurance and taken right away. I would never go back to this establishment - because if I did not pay at the time they would refuse my medical care! Gladly take my insurance elsewhere

Nothing but good things to say. I thought I was having a mild allergic reaction/infection? And they were able to work me in on a busy Saturday. They actually took me 1 1/2 hours BEFORE my appointment. Which was great! Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the doctor were very nice and empathic and knowledgeable. If you need to go to an urgent care, I highly recommend this location.
I went in very sick on Tuesday, tested me for Covid, and it was negative. I asked should he also test for the flu he said no. Very nonchalant about everything. Now I have to go back today and pay another $75 copay to be seen again because I’m not any better.
The NP was wonderful. She explained everything with lots of detail. I always have a much better experience with an NP than I do with an MD. They had me feeling so much better in 45 minutes.
Terrible service. My wife went in to have some chemical burns checked out and they wouldn’t look at her. We initially went in and nobody helped us, with workers going around but nobody acknowledging our presence.Then when someone finally speaks with us they say there’s only two people working and that meant they couldn’t look my wife over. There was literally only one other patient in the building. As a health professional i feel like you should want to help people as much and as best as possible, otherwise why are you in such a field?Healthcare professionals that don’t care about providing health care services. Disgusting
I made an appointment at this office. Front desk staff was great and the nurse was awesome! However, when the PA came in I was in for a rude awakening. The PA was in the room with me for maybe 4 minutes at most and after explaining my symptoms did not even order a flu or COVID test to be sure (even though I was having flu and COVID-like symptoms). Seems like a lack of thoroughness and a lack of care for patients. I won’t return. Went to my doctor afterwards and got much better care than from the PA at this place.
The doctor my son seen when he was sick was amazing! He genuinely was concerned, He truly cares for each of his patients. It’s hard to find a good doctor that loves their job and puts their heart into it!
I received great service, having an appointment, got me and out in a timely manner. But I heard the receptionist state to walk ins that their wait would be 2 - 4 hours. Lesson learned is not to just drop in. I also wonder about their fees, we have used other urgent cares, and with insurance, was charged $20. This urgent care charged me $50. I probably will not use them again.
Today my family & I went to this Novant Urgent care in lexington, NC. I will never go again & definitely would not recommend. We’ve been sick 4 days. (My NP at work did an assessment said go to urgent care). No one took our vitals signs, the PA Side Mack never checked my lung sounds. Did not even ask me to open my mouth. Absolutely nothing. Only my 1 year old temp, O2 & pulse checked. We did not need Covid test. He never laid hands on any of us. However I clearly told him any time I cough up green thick mucus it’s always an upper respiratory infection for me. He said no you have a sinus infection get Sudafed at your pharmacy. I never once said sir I am a nurse and I know my body.I like to see how other Clinicians treat people of color. Completely brushed off. Welp tomorrow we will be going to our real PA with Atrium in Winston Salem. This was horrible treatment. Sudafed and high blood pressure does not mix. Yes I check my bp everyday. I pray lexington gets another urgent care. A complete waste of my time we still have to go to our pcp tomorrow. This establishment really dropped the ball.You should not have to say what you do for a living to receive proper treatment. I am a nurse. I would have never thought I would be diagnosed without an assessment. Novant y’all dropped the ball.
The urgent care doctor, Dr Janet Weinberger was thoughtful, considerate, gentle, & professional. She communicated every step of the way regarding delays, procedures, and follow up. She also gave me after visit paperwork which was helpful. The receptionist was very prompt in getting me situated.
We went last night for our daughter. They were extremely busy so the wait time was a little long. Everyone was friendly and you really couldnt ask for a better doctor at an Urgent Care. We have seen this same doctor several times throughout the year and he is always very nice, compassionate, and good with our kids.
Novant is my primary physician. Made appt online with Novant urgent care on a Sunday to have my wrist checked and x-rayed. I called to see if I could come in earlier and the SECOND the UC found out my wrist pain was the result of a motor vehicle accident the previous day, they said they would not see me. I told them I was a Novant client but they said they would absolutely NOT see a vehicle accident because they would not get paid. The woman was absolutely giddy floored. when telling me this. I was floored. Forced to go to different groups hospital ER to be seen.
Went there and never had a problem before today. The receptionist was rude. Told me to sit down until she called me. I sat there 15 min before she acknowledged me. Then when she did, she told me she didnt know if I could be seen. They had 2 patients. She told me I could sit and wait but again I may not be seen. I told her I didnt know I had to have an appointment, she said you dont but they have a thing called hold my place. Said just like that. I left. I wont be back.

Dr. Janet Weinberger and Kristina Cummings went beyond the call. They stayed late to get me stitched up and comfortable after my injury. Even after their co-worker left right at quitting time without telling them she was gone...they continued on making the necessary calls for follow-up and making sure with a consultation call to make sure all was as as it should be. Having a set appointment time worked very well and was easy to set up, I got in to see the provider quickly and was treated very nicely by all the staff.
Had a severe laceration at home while I was by myself with 2 small kids, had to rush to urgent care with my 2 kids and the staff was very understanding of my situation and even helped me with my infant while I was getting stitches in the room! Every one there showed excellent care and compassion while also working efficiently to get me out! Definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The Staff Was having a conversation about how they are overworked and how they are so tired of being there , one of the staff members even made a comment about needing to smoke a cigarette even though she doesnt even smoke . She was very rude to us . She became this way when she explained to us that it was a 3 hour wait and we said we would wait , she was angry , my father had an ear and throat pain and after the doctor saw him he said he couldnt prescribe him with anything because it was probably covid but my father does not have covid . He also declined to do a Covid test and they still went ahead and did one didn’t even call back to let him know the results. Which by the way it was negative !! They were just trying to diagnose him with something that he doesnt have… This was such an awful experience . I dont recommend this to anyone. Do not waste your time here ! Tip to the staff if you feel like you’re being overworked maybe y’all should consider getting a new job and it should fix y’all’s attitude.
I went to this urgent care after hitting my rib and it bothering me for a week, it made a popping noise when I took a deep breath. I was told my rib was bruised although a hairline fracture cannot be detected through x-ray. Even after showing the doctor the popping she was adamant that it was only bruised, said she didn’t know what was popping. After hurting a few nights I went to the ER only to confirm that it was a hairline fracture, going here was a waste of time and money never again. If your condition could be ambiguous in any way I suggest going somewhere else, they won’t give too much effort common diagnosis is their specialty here.
I had an excellent, effecient experience. No long wait times and everyone was polite and helpful. My information was taken and inputted quickly. I would visit again without hesitation.
I made an appointment online, and my wait time was mere minutes. I was greeted by perhaps the sweetest young lady around, and I told her so! Wish I knew her name, but I felt so bad, I wasnt paying attention to details. Then.....I saw Doctor Beam! He listened to me.....her really listened, and after giving me two prescriptions, he GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE FOR THE YEAST INFECTION I WAS DOOMED TO HAVE AFTER TAKING AN ANTIBIOTIC! Just when have you EVER had a doctor think about what could happen after you leave THEIR office? I went in for a sinus infection, the beginnings of bronchitis, and ribs that hurt from coughing so much. I have other problems with my lungs, so this may not be the course of action for you, but I was given a breathing treatment, and an injection (cant remember what it was) but my cough has almost completely gone away, and its only been 9 hours! Dr Beam was just fantastic! If I could give 10 stars, I would. It was a great visit from start to finish!
Called to get a price for pretty simple process and was told minimum up front is $135 now and would be billed the rest, this is with no insurance. Obviously some dont like to be billed for things such as this.. treating a possible patient as an insurance company. Sorry wont ever return. I ll live with what it is. Or find a Dr that actually can do the right thing. I refuse to be charged whatever the office wants to add on or claim they have done.
Very poor service from time walked in until I left. Have been a few times. Couple ladies up front wana help then you have the other 2 that just go out of their way to not be helpful and talk to you like your stupid. And explain to you how complex their job is and its not to look after me thats my family Drs job. Btw I went on a Sunday just to ask for a prescription for the excat same thing they had givin me 2 weeks prior. All I wanted was make things easy me not miss anymore work but they definitely didnt wana make things easy. Heard excuse after excuse so I left still feeling just as bad as when I walked in. And the medication I ask for was I have been getting perpetual hiccups for days and I just wanted them gone. All they had do was give me same prescription for same thing they give me 2 weeks before. Just awful I have a place 10 min from my house thats useless as far as being helpful like thier job is supposed to be, help others!!!
I was very pleased with my visit, the nurse and provider both were extremely pleasant and showed genuine concern for me. I couldnt have been more content with my experience here, and I greatly appreciate their kindness when I was feeling my worst.

I was very sick and had never been here before. Staff was friendly. Since I did not have an appointment, I couldn’t be told a wait time. I was seen fairly quick as a walk in. Dr. Ward was nice.
The medical team was compassionate, cordial, and thorough. I was in and out under 30 minutes with a diagnosis and treatment plan! Thank you!
I showed up around 11 am without an appointment with 2 symptoms and “strongly” encouraged to make an appointment or wait possibly 6 hours. I took the 5:40 appt. Upon returning I was told that I could only be seen for 1 or the other but not both because there was limited staff there. How does the patient decide which is worse or related. This location is very inconsistent with service and not exactly sure why. Disappointing for Novant

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I live in NJ but am in NC often to help with my grandsons. I always wind up there because my allergies always get bad when I visit. I never have any problems. Wish urgent cares at home were like yours.
Took my husband here to be seen, we were fairly certain he had the flu. Doctor walks in and the first thing he says is sorry there is nothing we can do for you here, we cant treat you. Website says you treat cold/flu, he sent us to the ER and even they want to know what this clinic is good for as they are always sending their patients there. Waste of time and building space if you cant treat patients. Tylenol/Motrin and script for Tamiflu...Wow who knew the treating the flu was so complicated....
If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. I loved working with Dr. Mosier and the staff was very caring and patient with me. He is one of the best doctors Ive ever went to for care. He listened and made sure I was comfortable with the medicines I needed.
Ladies upfront were very welcoming which always great when you come in hurting or feeling ill. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, but the same time personal. Keep up the awesome work!
I dont like leaving a negative review but thats all I have. Tried to go to Thomasville Urgent Care but they are only seeing Covid cases (stupid). Got to Lexington 45 minutes before they closed. Intake nurse was not friendly (Kristina C) had to have xrays on my wrist (she was better about that). FNP came in (Charlene W) said she didnt see anything but she was working the next morning and would call after radiologist looked at xrays. Didnt hear anything all Sunday morning. Called and left VM at 1 pm. It is now 7 pm and I still dont know if a have a broken/fractured wrist or not. Next time Ill take my chances at an ER now matter how long the wait.

If zero stars was an option…Walk in should not be a descriptor used for this clinic. Website checkin is useless for anything other than to get address. I made the assumption that quality care and patient respect would be here because of the Novant name being on the facility. Needless to say that was an incorrect assumption on my part. No accountability as their walk-in list is a sheet of paper no electronic checkin for time stamp and tracking. And agree with others assessment of the staff being rude. After sitting for 3 hours in my car decided I’d be better off sitting in my primary care physicians office as I would at least be cared for and seen today by people who I know
Called ahead of time and explained my situation. I was assured I would get seen. I get there full everything and wait. 5 walk-ins go in after I show up. Then I was told because I don’t have insurance that there was nothing that could be done for me. Thanks a lot Novant for letting me down. Guess it’s off to the ER to get hit with a $4000 bill.
It took 3 days to get into an urgent care clinic. You had to make an appointment and the website wouldnt work and no one would answer the phone. When I finally had my appointment they were more worried about covid than my symptoms. The employees should have been tested, they were coughing continually. The other was to busy to even write meds down I was taking and told the nurse practitioner loudly in the hall I was on a list of medicines.WHAT is an urgent care clinic for I ask?
Didnt know that I had make an appointment but only had to wait about 45 minutes being a walk-in. I was diagnosed with Covid and the doctor was very thorough in informing me about it and the prescriptions I was given. Very pleased with the visit.
Went to get seen for a burn. Was not told anything on how to treat my second degree burn other than to apply silver cream. Called a week after with question on how long I should still keep my burn bandaged and was never returned a call. Also wanted to know how which symptoms to look for to know if it was being infected. Instead of told I would receive a call. Two days later and still nothing. I called on the 3rd day and was spoken with an attitude and was given instructions by the front desk worker on how to treat the burn. When I asked if she was a Dr? And she replied no and I mentioned why was she giving medical advice if she was not a dr. After going back and forth with her the dr was finally on the phone yo only tell me they would have to see me again in person to answer my questions. Which meant another $100 for the visit. After them being unprofessional and not given the best treatment. I told them I would not be giving them more money to see my burn when they quickly charged me $139 for the visit when I first went but couldn’t be courteous enough to return my call or answer my questions. They do not care about their patients the only thing they care about is money. I will never step foot in this urgent care again. Unprofessional staff and drs who don’t care.

I drove an hour to this location just to be denied by the providers for COVID-19 testing. My child has been in direct contact with an infected person, no any health is also my primary care physician. Safe to say, my family and I will be going elsewhere for our medical needs for now. I am beyond disappointed and feel as if they aren’t handling the situation correctly and will be contacting corporate.
0 stars. Horrible. Dont bother going. We were told that walk-ins arent seen because they only see them when someone with an appointment doesnt show. So much for being a walk-in based care center.My husband literally needed urgent care today for an infection that could enter his bloodstream if he doesnt get medication and he received NOTHING from this facility. He wasnt even seen after he explained the situation to the receptionist. He was told he can wait 6 hrs and probably still not be seen today or leave.So much for urgent care! This location is MEDICALLY NEGLIGENT!UPDATE:Spent a long time writing an email explaining my experience today and sent it to the email address that GoHealth told me to contact in their reply below. I got an e-mail back saying they only accept internal emails or emails from an approved senders list.So clearly the Were so sorry, please contact us response is only to save face on Google reviews. They have the email account set up to where they dont even get the complaints! You cant even make this up. Its insulting.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
Friendly service and my appointment was on time. Test were done in an appropriate timely manner. I was in and out of there in 30 mins and that works good with my busy schedule.
Made an appointment and from the moment I entered, everyone that I saw was very professional. I was in and out pretty quickly, given that X-rays were taken. I would highly recommend Novant Urgent Care.
These losers didn’t call in my Dad’s prescription, wouldn’t answer the phone (causing us to have to drive across town to have them do their job) and then lied about being the only one there (hence their inability to answer the phone). Save yourself the trouble and just go to the emergency room.

Tested me for covid and only covid and sent me away. I had already had covid in last three months. Gotten all the way better and gotten sick again. They were only concerned about covid not the flu or anything else. I tested negative. They were not thorough is what I’m saying.
Worst experience from an Urgent Care. Charlene was my NP (Nurse Practitioner). If she is working go somewhere else! Extremely rude and doesn’t want to hear what the patient has to say.
The receptionist was really rude. Told me I would have to wait to be seen cuz I didnt have an appointment. I went right at 8 am when they opened... Not a single person in the parking lot or waiting room. Said I could come back at 10 for an appointment... I left and probably wont be back.
Have to say I would never go back Ive been sick with a fever for three days and all I needed was a covid test they said 2hrs and was going to cost like 200 dollars then after waiting 3hrs they still said its going to be longer and they never even put me on the waiting list to be seen. That was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had
Staff was wonderful.However, website states they have lab facilities which is not true. This office is good if you dont require much more than a bandaid. I didnt know anymore when I left than I did when I arrived.

Tried to be seen for a case of Rhabdomyolysis. Was turned away because they dont do lab work.If you cut your finger off, dont come here, they likely wont see you because they dont do x-rays either.
