Usually they do well and I appreciate their help. This time I went in to get my regular shot and all was well and fine. Later, my insurance declined my services stating that my provider was out of network and I owed full payment for my last visit. Every single other time I have gone, my bill was covered. Apparently, this last time I went, they had a “fill-in provider”. They didn’t tell me anything about the different provider or that she wasn’t covered on my insurance. I called to see if there was anything we could do to resolve the situation and the manager was rude and resistant to even help out. They told me that I should’ve been told at the desk about the change (which I wasn’t). It should be standard to let people know that providers may or may not be covered on insurance.
The people there were really nice, they informed me about everything perfectly, they double checked with me if everything was clear. Actually treat you like a person with feelings so I would totally recommend it.
Went in for an STI screening without an appointment and they fit me only had to wait about 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was polite knowledgeable, and courteous. I dont have health insurance and they were able help with financial assistance towards the cost of the tests.
They squeezed me in for the next day when it was an emergency and answered all of my questions over the phone. It takes a while for anyone to answer, and there was a wait when I got there, but the patience and wait was well worth it. Everyone was so kind, and made me feel a little less anxious. I believe the nurse who helped me was Emily, who was a temp from salt lake. I’ve tried this procedure two other times at different locations with no success and the pain was unbearable. Although there were some complications during the procedure (not the nurses fault) they were knowledgeable on how to proceed and successful and much much less painful. I live closer to the Ogden location but I’ll be making the drive to Logan because I had such a positive experience here.
Usually they are pretty good and I haven’t had any issues up until this point. I needed to go in for testing so I stopped by and the lights were off and the doors were locked. It’s 3 pm on a Tuesday when they say they are open from 12pm-6pm. I tried calling, no answer. Like, I made the drive to them because their posted hours said they were open and it’s not a holiday. It’s appropriate to be open when you say you are open or least put a sign on the door stating a reason for the closure so I’m not just sitting here frustrated that I clocked out of work, wasted the gas, and my time.
Always so helpful, the people that work here are truly dedicated to keeping a very comfortable environment and atmosphere. They are so willing to help in any way they can, and I am so grateful to be able to rely on them to help me maintain my reproductive health.
Somewhere that will affordably treat UTIs when you dont have insurance 🙌 They got me in immediately, listened, got me treated. Good atmosphere and much more considerate treatment than Ive gotten at some doctors offices. Thank yall.
I absolutely love this place! its a great place to get affordable healthcare, birth control, and testing done. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind.
The kindest and most validating staff Ive ever met. Honestly was put at ease and was so grateful I talked with them about birth control.
Planned parenthood isnt just abortion. I just got married and cant afford birth control and guess what? Its free and you can help pay for it when you can like I do? They dont just abort babies. They help people who cant afford things. I say props to you planned parenthood.
People need to seriously STOP accusing this place of abortions. THEY DONT DONT DONT DONT DONT DONT perform abortions there. Do some research as to save yourself from looking like the ignorant bigots you are. Planned parenthood is an excellent institution for people seeking birth control and std testing. Saying youre against them for that makes you evil as hell and you deserve to burn there.
Terrible place. Always understaffed and everytime for the last 8 times I have gone in they cannot do testing because of staffing issues. Also very hard to get them on the phone to tell you this before you come in. There hours are wierd. They also keep raising there rates on the testing!
I love planned parenthood! They have helped so many people in so many ways. They even hVe helped me!
Staff always makes me feel very comfortable and makes sure my needs are beyond met!
Incredibly helpful and well informed. They did everything they could to help me get what I needed in a way I could afford it.
Glad theres places like this because birthcontontrol would normally cost me almost $50/mo
Thank you Planned Parenthood for providing much needed services to our community.
Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and informed.
Ive tried for THREE days to get a hold of someone, but no one answers.
Great staff, very knowledgeable & respectful.
Very kind and caring staff.
Horrible place! Do not go
