You all are amazing, I didnt care about the wait , it serves a purpose to think of actions ,but Dr Rachel and whole Team thank you for your services and care I felt really in good hands. Everyone there was super professional and helpful and helped with nerves , I trust this place . Very Clean , privacy, great customer service from starting from receptionist till the end with discharge nurse , Thank you all so much again , you are very deserving of this review. Also I’ve been here twice and even 6 years ago still the same amazing customer service, . (People do not judge this place on wait time) this place has been consistent.

The staff is always very nice and accommodating. They are always knowledgeable and even things that are stressful and complicated they explain it in such detail that puts you at ease. Even if the wait is long they are on top of customer service so it doesnt make it unpleasant. The doctors and the medical assistants and the lab tech are also equally as professional and thoroughly explain everything in detail. I like if theres something that they dont have or know theyre able to come back and find the answer. The doctor that I seen Chelsea is great and amazing at explaining any questions that I have her bedside manner is superb.

Just had my IUD removed. The girls at reception were kind and helpful, Beth was my doctor and she made me feel so comfortable, the removal went so smoothly and I’m very grateful for her professionalism. Many thanks Ladies.

I have been going here for 3 years now. I always feel so comfortable there. It is always clean and everyone is nice. The nurse that drew my blood was so gentle, I didnt feel a thing. The nurses that did intake and took me in made me feel like a human being. The doctor was sooo attentive and really listened to my concerns and answered every question I had with care and didnt make me feel judged. Just like all the doctors, she looks me in my eyes when talking and takes the time to assess what is needed. I am grateful to have found this place. I know the day was long for these ladies but I thank them all for their kindness and professionalism.

What is the point of an appointment if you dont even get seen on time!? I have a scheduled appointment here at 930. I arrived 30 minutes early so i got here at 9. Its been 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment what the fudge cakers. So frustrating! Expect to wait way past your scheduled time. All this wait time just for a shot😑

I have nothing but great things to say about all the staff. From the front desk to the doctors and even the staff drawing blood. Everyone has always been very professional , nice and always helpful when I have questions and concerns. I’ve been going here for a year now, and all the practitioners are so knowledgeable . I never feel talk down to and it makes it easier to come back. Thank you ladies and of course the few gentlemen. You guys are all amazing.

If youre looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience to handle your womanly needs this is your place! all the ladies are so nice even the reception. Everyone is ready and willing to answer any questions . They all seem to love what they do. Today, I had the opportunity to interact with Tauri and Shaneice and they were prompt,compassionate and sweet. Ive been here a couple times and I never feel rushed or as if they are not listening to my concerns. Ive been to other providers and always feel like Im being judged or like the staff hates their job. but not here! I DEFINITELY recommend coming to these beautiful people.

Staff is fine, wait is ridiculous. You set an appointment for a reason, it shouldnt be 2 and a half hours waiting in the waiting room for 15 minute appointment.

One word: Nick! If youre worried about getting your blood drawn, dont be. He is professional and quick! He found my stealthy veins not once but TWICE! Thats a record 👏 The other staff at this location were amazing as well! Highly recommended 👌🏾

The ladies at FPA are all pleasant individuals which makes the environment way better. It’s easy to have both casual and difficult conversations with the employees there. They’ve always answered my questions with grace even when I think my questions are silly.

I had a good experience at FPA womens health in Long Beach today, everyone was very friendly and attentive since the moment I got there. All services I needed and then some were done with no problem and wait time was normal length. Overall good experience. Thank you to All Staff!

Its a good place with lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to get your family planning needs.

The staffs, providers, phlebotomy, front desk are all very friendly and professional. They are fast and informative. Just great all around. I love coming here for my womans need.... its just a great environment.

Been going here for more then 15 years and they always attend to whatever problem I have and they always greet me well.

Everyone was very helpful and positive. I was nervous for my appointment and the PA did a great job of answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. Working in health care myself, I find it very important to find providers that care and make you feel like you’re at the right place and in the right hands. I can definitely say that I felt like I was in good hands and that they would do anything to make sure I had all the information I needed before leaving my appointment.

A coworker recommended this clinic to me.. Since then I love going to them 🥰 They are really friendly, they seem passionate about their work. The most important thing for me they don’t take long on the appt.

Had a LEEP procedure here and it went well. The whole staff is great here. The doctor, anesthesiologist & medical assistants that helped me were the best. Very caring & attentive.

The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Theyre great about reminders and making changes to appointments when necessary. I have had several checkups, IUD implant and other procedures in a speedy and considerate manner. The facility is very clean and well staffed. Thank you for providing such great service!

Amazing and caring staff here. The worst part was waiting but once I got in, the staff made me feel so taken care of.FYI, watch out for the weirdos that stand outside the facility trying to hand out flyers and bothering people about their religious beliefs. Personally, I think security should be hired to keep these people off the premises.

Came in for a pap today. The staff was very friendly and the Nurse provider is very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions regarding my exam. I Highly recommend this place 👌 For your female needs and wants.

If I could lower the stars to BELOW 1 I most definitely would. The receptionist is rude the actually Dr is rude. They called me for an annual made me an apt and I get here and they dont do anything because I had on last year. I dont see why they made the appointment. I told them multiple issues and they were ignored and redirected to nothing they were just ignored. Definitely need to reevaluate staff and give customer service classes because this is rude and ridiculous. No help for women. The only one nice was the black man who drew my blood and the lady named Tauri. A big revaluation needs to be in place at the Long Beach location.

Honestly, this place is amazing, sterile, and quick. The nurses really care about their patients (nick being the most supportive when I told him I was scared of needles). I needed some medical assistance and they were quick and very helpful with every step of the process. If you don’t have insurance, they also provide green cards! Definitely recommend if you need help and fast. BOOK YOUR ONLINE APPOINTMENTS BEFORE VISITING!!!!

Nice staff, very respectful, & clean!! was my first time, took about an hour plus to see the doctor but other than that it was a smooth appointment!!

I’m currently uninsured, and after going to Planned Parenthood for some pelvic pain and being dismissed by a doctor that just wanted to get me out of the office, I was nervous. I used to go here when I had insurance, didn’t know they offered free services for those who needed it at the time. But I’m grateful. The wait time is a bit longer than I experienced with other doctors, BUT, once I was inside the room, they took their time with me. I never felt rushed. They listened. They checked on a few extra things I didn’t schedule when I booked the appointment because I didn’t know to do so. I ended up with more answers and information than I expected. I feel like I have a better understanding of what’s going on in my body, and I feel like I can come back with more questions without being dismissed.

The office staff were professional, courteous and organized. The office was very clean and the NP listened to all my concerns. An added bonus is that they were also very efficient. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

Every member in the facility really knows how to make you feel comfortable. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve gone to my GP and felt misunderstood. I’ve come to FPA for years, the LB location is my fav. I never wait too long to be seen and everything is always well explained.

Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and answered my many questions. I was seen quickly, in and out in under an hour for my annual checkup. The ultrasound technician was especially thorough and explained everything really well. Before my appointment, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire about my mental and emotional health, as those often times impact our physical health. No other doctor I have seen has done such a thing, and I was really impressed by this initiative and I think it is super important that all doctors do something similar.

This was my first experience here I was very skeptical because of all the reviews I read and was expecting such a bad service but I was so glad I was welcomed and treated so well here. All the staff were nice and I didnt feel judged at all for the reason I was there, I was given options and I dont regret coming here at all.

Hello, I choose this clinic in 2019. I definitely would not recommend this clinic. I had insurance at this time. I wanted to have a procedure done. I spoke with their billing representative, and was told that the customer was only allowed to pay for a percentage for certain procedures and their insurance would cover the rest. Their Billing Representative communicated this with me and my insurance. Two months later she then disclosed that my insurance did not cover it. Which lead this bill to go into collections. They are very negligent and do not possess basic communication skills. Im utterly disgusted with this company. I have reached out several times regarding my concern, but management didnt have the decency to contact me back. Ladies beware!

I have been a patient at FPA for years. Although Ive had one doctor during that time that I didnt care for, overall- the staff is extremely sensitive, caring, and attentive. Yes, it is a clinic and wait times can be long. Its best to schedule an 8 am appointment for this reason. I was out by 9 last visit. They also have an excellent phlebotomist whos been there for years. Hes very efficient and has a great bedside manner.

I had such an awesome experience at FPA Women’s Health Long Beach. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen I was in and out of there. Ashley, Chelsea and Diana were so helpful and so kind. Don’t believe the bad reviews you read on here. Thank you FPA Long Beach for your great service and friendly staff.

This Clinic is better than my own personal doctor. I was assisted, able to explain my need then get them met with the most care and professionalism ever. The nurses were polite and understanding, the doctor was a great communicator. I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic.

I honestly love this place the staff was amazing sweet and friendly they make you feel at home. Great place for women’s health. DO NOT go here for mental health!! You’ll be dead before they care to call you for mental health that they offered! I gave one star because their std & birth control services are awesome. BUT they could care less about your mental health!! It’s been almost TWO MONTHS since I have pleaded for their help with my mental health! I have had to call them 3 times to see why no one has called me regarding my mental health! PLEADING TO THEM THAT I NEED MENTAL HELP!! They STILL have not helped me nor called me for therapy!! Going on 2 MONTHS! Why even offer mental health services?? My last call to them was this morning & I got hung up on when I started crying to the lady at the clinic who answered my call & told me she would transfer me to a manager “She will see if the manager wants to talk to me!” Exactly her words AFTER I told her how severe my depression is!!!

Dr. Stewart was amazing! Huge thank you to all of the staff who were very welcoming and reassuring for my appointment! I look forward to future appts with this FPA WH location.

I had a great experience especially now with COVID-19. I thought going in I was gonna wait for a while but as soon as I checked in I was seen right away. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I had many questioned that was answered, they truly helped me a lot. I couldn’t have had a better experience! They really do care about your health and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I had a very good experience. I had my colposcopy taken here and doctor Chelsea was very sweet and knew what she was doing.I had a colposcopy 3 years ago in my home country Austria and it hurt so much that I was crying and screaming so I really dreaded having to do it again. I told Chelsea about my bad experience and she was very empathic - made me feel right away that I was in good hands and she examined very gently so that I felt no pain, only slight discomfort (which really the best case scenario at a colposcopy). I highly recommend being examined by Chelsea and I’m really glad that I went there.

While having to come to the clinic for anything reproductive health wise may be nerve wrecking, i have to say the SERVICE here is straight forward and 100% exceptional. All the workers that i personally encountered were warm welcoming and had down to earth personalities.( helped to relieve any anxiety i had) The service i received, I had no idea what to expect and of course had to mentally emotionally prepare myself but after receiving my service i have absolutely no complications or complaints whatsoever and i feel good to know I was in good hands. And the phlebotomist had God hands, 1 sec pinch no pain. I have to commend this facilty for exceptional performance. They all work well.🙏🏾

Everyone who works here was so kind and understanding when I went for an infection I had. The only complaint I have was the wait time but I dont mind that much since there were quite a few patients there. Regardless they apologized for making me wait and were very quick to do their job when I was called in.

So good to me. Everyone was so nice, treated me well. Very appreciative of that. However, the Armenian LVN Virgene is a little rough in personality. She could be a little warmer. She seemed annoyed and bothered. She just discharge, everyone else including doctor n med assistants were nice to me and respectful.

Not everyone who visits this place has an appointment for a termination.Some of us visit for hassle free birth control. Abortion isnt the only thing FPA offers. The people standing in front of the building harassing anyone who enters, are the only burden. They make the experience nerve wrecking every time.The staff is helpful and very respectful.

Awesome Place!!! Very professional!! Everyone on staff was absolutely amazing!!!! Very nice , very friendly. I would recommend to anyone. Special shout out to the phlebotomist Nick for drawing my blood and finding a good vein to get it out of seeing as I have very difficult veins!!!! Lol Amazing service overall!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The wait was pretty long, but that staff was great. Kevin did a great job taking my blood. I literally felt nothing. They were very kind and answered all of my questions.

The providers at this clinic are wonderful! We came here after finding out I was pregnant and not being able to get an ultrasound anywhere else to verify that I did not have an ectopic pregnancy. They saw me for three consecutive weeks while ruling out any complications or early signs of miscarriage. Each time I was treated with respect and empathy. I’m happy to say that my pregnancy is healthy and progressing normally, with many of my fears alleviated due to the wonderful care I received at FPA.

I am so happy I came to this clinic. I was on my 3rd try on trying to get a Paragard (copper IUD). My first 2 experiences were horrible the pain was excruciating so my OBGYN was unable to get it in. She then gave me Misoprostol to dilate my cervix for a smoother insertion. But still unsuccessful the pain was intolerable. My sister recommended this place so I decided to come and I am so glad I did. Jennifer was the NP on duty, she made me feel so comfortable, and made the process so fast and with minimal to no pain at all, it was so quick I could not believe it! She is the best and Im glad I did not give up she is truly a blessing! Also the staff is really friendly and extremely helpful. The wait is a bit long but so worth it.Also the phlebotomist is so good didnt feel a thing. They usually have a hard time with me.

Worst location!!! Staff unprofessional, rude, and wait times are 4-5 hours!!! When attempting to obtain pathology report I was given the run around. At first i was advised the nurse practitioner would be able to relay the results but the results werent in yet. The receptionist, Irene, continued to speak over me when asking her questions and kept giving me attitude. No sense off customer service or empathy what so ever! Then the nurse told me the doctor is the only one who can read results back to me, who wont be in for another ENTIRE WEEK! I am waiting to see if i have cancer! You would think they would have more of a sense of urgency and care. I have never had to wait 2 weeks for life or death results. I will not be returning to this facility!

My experience was an overall great one! Fun, talkative staff. Everyone that I hada the pleasure to talk with they were very informative and made me feel comfortable do be dealing with a very professional staff and knowledgeable staff. Will def be going back for future appointment.

Okay so this place is horrible my first time being pregnant didn’t answer any of my questions, they seemed really judgmental towards me to idk it was weird, I had to pay out of pocket and the fees are way too high for the experience I got, they had trouble reading my ultra sound couldn’t even tell me how far along I was, they gave me all kinds of answers…like first im 3 months then 5 then 6 or 7. I know they can’t be for certain but still they seemed clueless about what they were doing the ultra sound tech idk her name but she sucked and the nurse that came to evaluate me or whatever also horrible very rude and clueless didn’t answer any of my questions seemed like they just wanted me out of there ASAP. I felt so scared too, because you know it’s my first time being pregnant and I felt they couldn’t tell me anything I had questions about if im doing things right if the baby seemed okay they had no idea they didn’t seem to care at all again very rude and judgmental just an all around bad experience I know it’s a clinic but still it was just horrible!! Do not recommend!!! the nurses don’t what what the hell they are doing, especially the ultra sound techs they are horrible. Do not I repeat do not go there for a ultra sound maybe they specialize in other areas but do not go there if you are pregnant or expecting to be lol or at least do not get a ultra sound from them!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here especially for it being a pretty tough visit for my first time. I was scheduled to get my nexplanon removed from my arm and when i got it in my arm almost 9 months ago, it really really hurt so my anxiety was through the roof. I didn’t get it put in through the doctors here but at a doctor through kaiser. she didn’t numb me enough and just put it in me without asking if i could feel it.however, my doctor was fantastic and when i told her about my experience she waited and worked with me. she was talking to me the entire time calmly about my weekend plans to distract me. it was the easiest process i’ve ever gone through.i’m really glad i found fpa women’s health and i plan on coming back in the near future.

I showed up at 10:25 for a 10:40 appointment for D&C. I waited for an hour which is typical for most dr appointments no biggie. I was worried it was going to be an all day visit, but it was actually pretty quick. I was out of surgery by 2:15pm. They were professional, friendly and answered my questions.

Polite, helpful staff. (Especially good phlebotomist - Im always told my veins are hard to find but it was fast & almost painless here) I went Wednesday around 10am. All together, the wait time, pregnancy test, blood work, getting my first-time-patient info down, giving me a Health Access Programs card, and getting a birth control prescription took just under 2 hours. It was all free, so I think it was worth the wait. Just bring a book or sumn. The waiting room is beautifully designed, and spacious.

Big open space office so social distancing is easy ... the nurses are nice and knowledgeable... only thing I wasnt a fan of was the doctor who prepped and put in my birth control implant, not too sure she knew what she was doing when it comes to placement and the lidocaine placement either. It really hurt and the 2 other times I had it done at another place it didnt hurt because the lidocaine was injected through out the area of the implant. The doctor here put it literally in one spot and so I felt most if the implant going in.

I just wanted to thank Dr Alexander Simopolous and his staff at FPA in Long Beach , for taking such care of me. I’ve been having a female problem for several years and having gone through 4 gynecologists in Texas and in CA, he was able to diagnose my problem in the first consultation and was able to determine a course of action right away. I had my surgery last week and it was a success. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and a resolution to my problem. He is a brilliant doctor with the ability to identify any issue right away! He is also very gently and caring with the best interest of the patients in mind and a caring staff on hand.His office staff is also very helpful and professional, especially Erica. She was so caring and friendly who made my surgery very comfortable.I highly recommend Dr. Simopolous for all your gynecological needs !

Do not go here. omg. they LOST my blood work so I had to come in again and re-do it. when i came back for the follow-up they didnt know why i was there and tried to charge me for redoing it (after Id waited an hour to be seen).another time i called about my birth control (just trying to change the cadence of when i picked it up so that my insurance would cover it) and i waited 1 hour with 5 different people trying to help me and was eventually hung up on. I called back and was spoken to rudely by the manager even though i was calm and polite- especially given how annoyed and rude im sure the average person would have been. good god. never seen anything like this. i will say, most everyone that works there is nice, but dang :(

This place does not even deserve one star. Horrible horrible horrible the staff does not know what they’re doing but you can’t blame them because their manager (Angie)is rude and does not know what she’s doing! she obviously needs to go back to school. Definitely un qualified for a manager’s position. I had two separate appointments with this place and each time I was turned away because they said I did not have a proper referral. I spoke to my OB/GYN and my insurance and each time they said I had everything right whatever was going on was on their end and they were not doing their job right! They wasted my time they didn’t tell me until the day of each appointment that they couldn’t see me instead of telling me a week before or days before when I spoke to them on the phone to ask if everything was good and they said yes!!!!!Don’t waste your time don’t go to this place not only is everybody rude and unprofessional they’re pretty dumb too! Can’t begin to tell you guys how frustrated I am with these people. And this rant is me actually being nice! They hung up on my primary doctor twice and blocked her calls because they know what they’re doing is wrong. Already put in a complaint with my insurance company I really hope this place gets their license taken away!P.s ( Vanessa )was the only nice/decent person working there. But unfortunately Angie refused to let me speak to her!!!

Nurses were super kind and tried to make you feel comfortable. I went to planned parenthood in Whittier before and that place is trash. This place, though wait time was a little long, did accommodate me and made sure I was well looked after.

Really pleasant experience, I had an IUD put in, the staff was super nice and the doctor was great. But it did take 1.5 hrs for the whole appointment to happen. Overall a really good experience!

Don’t go to this clinic very unprofessional I got in birth control here and never mention i won’t stop bleeding for many days when i called they said they don’t know when i was going to stop bleeding why didn’t they mention this I got my first depo shot at a it her clinic and never experienced this!!! last time i come here

Highly recommended professional kind staff office. Today was my first time ever going to FPA. I got refered by a friend who used there services recently. My appt was for 825am. I was the first one. I got a D & E procedure. I was in and out by 950. Speedy recovery fast process. Everyone made me feel comfortable. They do not say your buisness out loud. Place to go.

I wish I could I could give less than one star honestly. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and everyone in the waiting area was seen before me and I arrived at my appt before them. When I asked the receptionist about it( who was very nice) her Co worker cut her off and got a bit of an attitude. Let me say that again,,,I was on of the first people in the waiting room, with an appt booked, and still got seen last. Is it because Im black.? Feels that way.

I was apprehensive to come here because I had seen the number of bad reviews but this place was great. Staff was very friendly & answered any questions I had. My appointment was at 8:20 am & I was out by 10:30. Would recommend this place to others for sure!

Ive been calling for 2 weeks for just a copy of my ultrasound and they keep telling me the person who is suppose to give it to me will give me a call back ( i call every day) . it doesnt take long just to look on a damn cumputer get someones file and print it out there making it so difficult . & the wait is horrible even with an appointment. Do not recommend

Horrible wait time. They literally sit & gossip at the window. The service is not the best because they say your business out loud. Both times I set early appointments and didnt get seen until 2 hours later. Ive only delt with one professional lady who was very informative & didnt have any problem answering my medical questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND, even with appointment, its no different!

All the ladies at the office were really nice. Ultrasound tech answered all my questions and NP made me feel really comfortable with the whole process while being non-judgmental. Highly recommend!

Yes...This place helps to get rid of your problem. However good luck trying to get in contact With them case of an emergency after your procedure. They give you a (Emergency phone number) witch is not even for their office it’s for Santa Monica! They transferred my call only to be keep waiting and no answer. That was day time by the way. After hours forget about anyone calling you back.

It took long time but its understandable due to the virus going on , the nurses n doctors are really nice ,friendly, an we could feel free on asking any concern or question we have. Thank for making us feel comfortable

I was really blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. I was really nervous about getting my first abortion and they treated me with such genuine care. Very professional. And a very quick and easy process. Thank you guys! I’m very grateful

Couldn’t become a surrogate because these people only hold your records for “3 years” and then they get rid of them. Just FYI if you need your records for any reason GET THEM NOW. Ridiculous.

I went in for a leep procedure woke up and was sent out within 10 minutes I went to use the restroom I passed a huge clot than got sent to a room with other women lady asked if I was bleeding I told her yes she said I shouldn’t be than sent me home I sat in the car for an hour driving home went to stand up blood poured out of me ended up going to the ER needing emergency surgery they didn’t cauterize after is what they told me at the ER why didn’t they take it serious that I told her I was bleeding clots were passing straight out of me I could have died trying not to die from cancer than I almost die from treatment is pretty traumatizing

I went to get a birth control implant removed. I was extremely nervous but the doctor was so gentle and talked to me the whole time. Even complimented me!! Highly recommend!!

There really nice and the doctor does a good job and communicates good I will recommend friends to go and I will be going again 😁

Im not sure about the other reviews but my first time here was really nice, quick and supper welcoming! I will not go to another place but this one, and they are open all 7 days ! 5 star for me!

Very helpful informative staff. No one was too busy or unprofessional to help me with needs or questions. Very fast and effective. I would choose FPA women’s Health over planned parenthood.

Horrible service.. appointment was for 11:15.. why is it 1pm and still havent been seen. Ridiculous! ! But yet the staff talking about where they are going for lunch. . Really professional, while you have others who havent eaten foe at least 8 to 10 hours before their appt.. would never recommend this facility..

Do not go here they do not care about what the patient wants only what will get you out of there office fasterI asked for a birth control method with the lowest amount of hormones they gave me a prescription for a medication not covered by my insurance then they change it to one that has even more hormones, unbelievable. Not to mention it took them 3 weeks to even do soI am truly disappointed

Clean facility. All staff was very nice and helpful. Made everyone feel welcome. Nurse Chelsea was so Kind and made me feel very comfortable

This place, to me, is better than Planned Parenthood. Less wait time. Larger waiting area. My insurance called for a hefty copayment, they did everything they could to cancel my insurance so I could receive free medical services.

This place has lots of parking space, the building is clean and the staff is friendly and fast. They have great hours, this the first place I know of that is open over the weekend so thats amazing only thing is they dont allow children here.

The staff was friendly. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is good timing for a doctors visit. I especially love that they are open Sundays.

It is 11:40 my appointment was at 10. there were only about three ladies in here when I got here at 10 and so far they only had me sign papers and got my weight. I can only imagine what a busy day looks like here probably people camping from the day before.: wow a empty waiting room and they still can get the job done..

They don’t allow guest to use restrooms. You have to walk to a near by restaurant even if you’re waiting on a patient. I’ve never seen a medical facility like this.

Does not take out of state insurance. Did not let me know prior to my appointment so in order to receive treatment had to pay out of pocket. Fees are extremely high.

Efficient & kind staff. Noticed the spot in the bathroom where you deposit urine cups could have used a wipe-down but thats my only complaint.

I give 1 star for this location because the staff was not helpful to me and my wife at all. They didnt let me inside to translate for my wife because she couldnt speak English. I had to talk to her on the phone to figure out what was going on with her.
