I had a great experience when I visited the clinic but now its been a month and Ive been unable to receive my test results. Ive called twice and asked them to leave me a voicemail or email with the results but they havent - they keep directing me to the my health app that doesnt contain the results or really work. Staff is not that knowledgeable on how the app works either
