I hate to do this but I came to this establishment because they had 5 star reviews. While the lady was nice, my appointment did not go well. She stuck me three times, trying to draw blood. the second time she stuck me she got a good flow, but something went wrong on her end my blood was everywhere (floor, chair, arm rest) but in the tubes. safe to say i never got any blood drawn. I did get a refund tho.

Hi, me again. It’s been a week & my arm is still bruised & tender after the mishap that happened where there was 1) only one worker present & 2) the appointment ended in my blood dripping into the floor & blood never being able to be collected.Soon after I was sent a text message offering me $100 off to get the test redone because the owner had seen my last Google review, & I agreed on a second chance. After requesting that the test be done by someone else, I was assured that the lady that dealt with me the first time wouldnt be at work during the week, so I scheduled for today (Wednesday).Today I go early, walk into the establishment & the lady is indeed working today, but isnt the only person there. There was another lady that I think is the manager. While checking in I was told that they were only going to offer $100 off the total (not including or honoring the 20% discount that was applied to my total when I went last week). I expressed that I felt like my service should be free, so the least they could do was add the 20% along with the $100 off, due to the traumatizing experience I had last week and the lady basically laughed at me like I was being unreasonable for my expectation and said no $100 off is the best they can do. So once again, I left.I truly hope that nobody ever has to experience what I did trying to patronize this business.

The staff is very friendly and energetic, Rhonda was my technician who was helping me out. She prioritized what she needed so I was comfortable and Amber worked around my schedule to make it as easy as possible. Would highly recommend getting any tests you need done here as it will be efficient and an an overall pleasant experience.

Amberly was SO wonderful and so helpful and that was by far the easiest most painless blood draw I have ever had. Beautiful facility and really nice people. I will absolutely be back!

I used this location for a lab test kit I ordered online. The kit was shipped to my house, and I was able to bring the kit to this lab for the blood draw. The blood draw was done by Amberly. She was incredibly nice, and the draw itself was quick and uneventful.

Very quick and easy. In and out in under 20 minutes! My wife has NEVER had good experiences when getting blood work done due to fine veins, and Amberley was able to draw blood first try. To be perfectly honest, I believe that may be the first time thats ever happened for her... We will definitely return for any future bloodwork! The pricing and invoicing is also simple and convenient as well! 5/5, 10/10, best experience with needles shes ever had.

Good experience. I had to get multiple vials of blood tested to see if I would be a donor match. Amberlee collected all the needed vials in just a few minutes. No pain whatsoever.
