My visit was fine as far as the reason I went in. I got a DOT physical. Everything was done very well, quickly & efficiently. Very friendly staff. My problem is, I have gone to this clinic for the physical for the last 6 years. It always cost $50. Now that AFC bought them out, the exact same physical & process cost $175. Thats outrageous. Nothing in the work put in changed, but the price hike is criminal. The staff was great & were totally professional. But I wont go back next time, nor will I go to AFC for anything again.
Lisa and Maryann were amazing! This was by far the greatest experience I have ever had at an urgent care and I have 3 little ones so I’ve been to plentyyyy lol. They were friendly, upbeat, and made sure I was okay. You can tell they really care about the patients they see. We need more Lisa’s and Maryann’s all over! Especially being a woman of color we don’t always have the best experiences going to doctors offices. Thanks ladies!! 10/10 would recommend this place
Dr. Daniels pretty much accused me of lying when the question about medication was unclear. I really silent appreciate that. There were two people at the front desk one being a female who was very nice and one being a male who was a little rude. I went there to do a DOT SCREENING but i would not recommend at all. All the females working there are very nice, the men, not so nice.
Great customer service all around!! The receptionist was very friendly, the nurse was very thorough and polite. The doctor made me feel like I mattered. She was thorough and very attentive. The overall visit time was great compared to most urgent care visits I had in the past. Thanks for everything!!!
Mary Ann and Bailey You’re so kind and so patient and attentive to my concerns, symptoms, and needs. I always leave their practice feeling very well advocated for, listened to, and taking care of… in regards to the medical professional care they bring to the table. I have gone to other urgent cares in the Madison area for the last nine years. My family and I will always come back to these guys. They do care about their patients, If you are someone who is new to the adult life/anxious about starting your medical experiences on your own… these are the gals for you!!! If it is a long wait, it’s because they are busy and their service is WORTH IT! So buckle up and get ready to be taken care of!!
Mary Ann was awesome! She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She made sure to act on my issues promptly and gave me all the resources I needed to follow up with the referrals I was given. She also stressed to reach out to her if I had any concerns or issues. Definitely recommend this location. The best immediate/urgent care experience I have ever had! Thank you!
Wonderful service today from check in to check out. Mary Anne, our nurse practitioner was fabulous along with the X-ray tech, the staff that checked our vitals, and the one who tested is. Just want to say they were very friendly, polite, and caring!! I recommend this Urgent Care.
This medical facility is great and well-organized. That they can attend your medical needs and queries base on emergency cases or just for employment requirements.Hope they will open more franchise clinic within closer to our home vicinity.
I had a very pleasant experience here, from the time I walked in to the time I was discharged. Bailey who took my vitals and ask me what bought me in. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns and the reason I was there, as well as nurse practitioner Erika. She listened and went above and beyond to get to the root cause of why I came there to be seen. She seem more concerned than my own PCP, if you come to this urgent care I will definitely recommend Nurse Practitioner Erika and Bailey. You will not be disappointed with your visit. Kudos to these two wonderful people. And had a great experience with the xray technician as well.
I am new to the area, and I needed to have blood work completed, everyone at American family care was super nice!! The provider Mary Ann was very sweet and friendly! Lisa was amazing at drawing blood, no pain whatsoever. Front desk was awesome. No complaints! It was a great experience! Definitely going back.
Long wait although the NP and lady that took X-rays were great and thorough. Very pleased.i waited for X-ray results and called the next day 4 times left vm and spoke to receptionist for my results for chest X-ray and still have no results. That is disappointing and not sure if I would go back to this facility but I want to know if my ribs are broken and in a lot of pain and apparently that is unimportant to contact me in 24 hours to even give me my results. This is ridiculous and after paying for help and help they have no consideration for giving me the results. I would not recommend. This is beyond unprofessional. I won’t go back.
I went to the facility because I was not feeling well. I left and felt slightly worse. Upon arrival the reception staff was not welcoming. No sense of caring was demonstrated, it was as if I bothering them. The electronic documenting for intake was great. The triage nurse was friendly, but the equipment she used had exposed wires and was not working properly. They never did get my vitals, even when I was taken to the exam room. The Nurse practitioner spent all of 6 minutes with me without touching me once. As I was explaining why I was there, there was eye contact but I don’t think she listened to much of what I said. She gave her diagnosis and I was discharged.
Everyone was very nice! The nurse practitioner Daniel was very attentive. He was the only provider there, but still did a great job and didn’t let it show!
My overall experience was great! I scheduled an appointment and completed the registration paperwork online prior to my visit. I was seen with 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment and visit completed within 30 minutes. While waiting for my discharge paperwork, I received confirmation from my pharmacy of having received my RX. I could not have asked for a more efficient visit. Thank you!
Thanks to Lisa and Maryann for great service. **Update 8/17/2024**I am incredibly grateful for Daniels prior ER experience and the acute care he provided to my son, which saved us a trip to the ER. The entire staff was attentive and professional, ensuring we received the best care possible. As a nurse myself, I can confidently attest to the exceptional care offered by Daniel and the rest of the team. Thank you!!!
New to the area this was my first time going here. Very friendly staff, and the Dr came in fairly quickly. I was in and out of here with little to no wait time on a weekend. Also thought it was pretty neat they use an app for check in, and you can see your place in line.
Fast, responsive, professional and friendly. My hand was smashed in a door. They patched me up, took x-rays, and stitched up the wound. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with everyone as they helped me.
Wow! Great first time visit! Needed emergency stitches and looked for a place open Labor Day. AFC Madison took a online appointment with a window for me to be seen. I was seen at the time given by a friendly, professional NP. The office staff was efficient, pleasant and I was on my way in 1 hour and 8 stitches!
Mary Ann and Bailey were AMAZING and could not have taken better care of me. I felt so heard and actually cared about as a person while I was with them. They’re genuinely looking out for the patients best interest and that’s always the kind of people I want taking care of me and my family.
Staff was great from in processing, triage to CNRP. Had a great experience. Thank you for being open on a Sunday. Great experience when not feeling your best.
Wait time was not bad but the Customer service at the front desk was not it. They didn’t greet me when I came in. It was like no one really wanted to be there. I felt I had did something to them the way they just wasn’t customer friendly at all, it was as if I was a bother to them and they didn’t care. However, the nurse was great! I just think they need more CX service experience in the front because they are the first people you see when coming to get service. They are the frontline and don’t set a good example. I told my kids as well leaving out that I won’t come back to this location again because I just didn’t appreciate the service. I didn’t feel welcomed, AT ALL!
Lisa and Maryann are amazing! They were so kind and patient. Maryann explained a lot about medications I didnt know, regarding my high blood pressure and gave a lot of helpful information.
Actually an excellent place to go if youre not feeling well; however, one person can make it not such a good experience. When a NP asks you how long youve been on blood pressure meds and before you answer, under their breath they say probably forever, theyre stereotyping a race of people. Should never happen, especially from a so called medical provider. Lots of good caring staff members, just that one pickup
Mary Ann the nurse practitioner and Beth have been amazing. Super friendly staff, made sure my concerns were addressed, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything Id need to take care of myself and when I should come back in or go to the ER if my condition gets worse. Would totally recommend coming to this one! 10/10
Alexis and Ollie were phenomena help at the front desk!!! Our NP was equally phenomenal; she listened to our needs and fulfilled each one. GO TO THIS AFC!!!
Went in for a sinus infection that had been lingering for about 6 weeks. I had seen two other doctors with no relief. This doctor was very compassionate and caring. She listened to me and knew exactly what was wrong. She prescribed medication and told me exactly what I needed to do. Within hours, I was feeling better than I had in weeks. Thank you!
Have always had a great experience with this location. I highly recommend. As someone who works in Customer relations, their front staffing personnel, could be more friendly. Just saying ....
I was beyond impressed with the care I received here! Scheduling an appointment was easy, and staff were very professional. But the real call out was the clinical care I received!! CRNP Mary Ann Randel was incredibly thorough and compassionate. She ran blood work and a serious of rapid tests. She expressed concern, without alarm, over elevated levels in blood work, and wanted to ensure that we quickly addressed not only this issue, but also my level of discomfort. She and the nurse, Bailey, worked together seamlessly. They communicated well with both each other and me, and were genuinely kindhearted caregivers. I highly recommend AFC Madison!!!
I came in at noon on a Saturday. I was told that the wait would be 2.5 hours when I was 25th in line (which pretty ambitiously estimates 6 minutes per patient.) At least I was allowed to leave and shop while I watched the countdown. Ultimately it took 4 hours, but staff was friendly and I eventually got the steroid I needed.
When You arent feeling well, this is the place to go. I went in with an ear infection. Staff was understanding of my pain and discomfort. They got me in and situated and it was a quick diagnosis. Most Drs just assume they know whats wrong or dont listen. These Drs do not. They listened to what I said and acted accordingly and thoroughly. I did not feel rushed. I am now on the mend and highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful visit at Madisons AFCI went in for severe foot pain that had been holding me back as a mom for about 6 weeks. My nurse helped explain things to me thoroughly and was in full support for giving me options and letting me pick how I wanted things to go with my injury. They exceeded my price expectation, I was able to be seen, get two shots, an x-ray, and a prescription for just over $300 which is cheaper than 1 month on most insurance policies. They helped to baby sit my 1 year old with a positive attitude so that i could attend the x-ray. The care I received from everyone was a blessing, and is already helping to reduce my pain levels and discomfort at home.
I appreciate the process to check in and fill paperwork is digital. I was a walk in on a busy day so it was a bit of a wait, but Erin Burress NP was amazing, patient and listens. Had to do a blood draw and Kornelia is the one person in the last 10 years of my life from any lab or clinical facility that took less than 5 sticks to draw blood. It took her only one try!!!!! The previous woman here took 3 which is still better than some of my past experiences elsewhere. I hope everyone has as good an experience as my first time experience here.
Service was faster than other urgent cares that I have been to. I like the use of digital technology, complete paperwork via phone link and the virtual wait list queue. The NP came back quick and they sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Total wait time was approximately 1.5 hour.
This was my first time going to AFC and I have to say the service was excellent. Everyone was professional. It was quick and the nurse practitioner Mary Ann was phenomenal. I would definitely go there again if I have any urgent issues.
I was impressed that they were able to do tests like EKG, blood pressure test and blood work where I got the results right away, except for 2 test for thyroid and electrolytes had to be sent out. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough with her examination.
I was there for over thirty minutes before they called the first patient back and that was just to get vitals. They told the patient that he would have to return to the waiting room until a room was ready. That isnt too unusual, but no one else was called for another twenty minutes and patients were checking out. I left and went to a different urgent care.
Lisa was very sweet greeting me! Schonna was great and explained everything very well. Everyone was super nice and polite and seems like they enjoy their time working here!
Lisa Gongora was amazingTook care of me, treated me very well like I was home love this gal she is so sweet and adorable..
Both Lisa RN and Dr. Mary were amazing and made my experience at the clinic wonderful despite feeling sick . Their demeanor and bedside kindness was just one of a kind! Please keep up the great work!
The staff were attentive. I didnt have to wait long. The Doctor that saw me was professional, listened well and didnt rush me. (I cant remember her name) Even checked my blood pressure a second time because I have medical anxiety. Overall good experience.
What an awesome experience, although we were in attendance due to my little one’s illness! Shelby and Bailey made the time spent in American Family Care Medical Center 🏥 an effective and expeditious one. The interactions with my kids were very pleasant and easing, as well. Thanks, AFC!-A Grateful Father
Bed side manners are almost null & void at a lot of Dr offices, BUT.... I love this urgent care. Took my son today for having nose bleeds & chest pains, they made him feel so comfortable. They are faster than the ER & keep things moving. Everyone, from the receptionist up front Ms. Ollie, Erin NP, & nurse Bhumi were all great. Its been consistent every time Ive went. 10/10. Give these ladies a raise.
Ollie at the front desk was super sweet. Lisa and Maryann did a wonderful job in the back....kind and very knowledgeable.
This is the best place to go if you need help. I have been so sick for the last month. Each time I go they make sure the find out what’s going on with me. I appreciate them so much. Thank you all so much. They are so kind and helpful. I thank God for AFC.
Very disappointed. I have been to this facility many times and always received good care. I’ve been to AFC for a chronic issue that I’m having and there has never been a problem. Well, the last 2 times that I have been there, I was seen by Daniel Nailor, CRNP. He told me today that I will not be treated if I come back for the same issue and that I need to see my regular physician. I told him that I have an appointment but it’s a few months away. He told me that I need to get another doctor. Then preceded to tell me other alternatives to help with my issue. I tried to explain to him my history but he was VERY DISMISSIVE and I felt DISRESPECTED. If he would have listened, maybe he would’ve gotten a better understanding. He made me feel like I was asking for narcotics….which was not the case.
Mary Ann and Lisa - helped me so much, very patient and thoughtful! Mary Ann took the time to get to understand my concerns, talk through all the options for treatment, and answer my questions. 10/10 would recommend.
American Family Care in Madison will get you right!!! You can’t beat same day appointments, streamlined check-in, and service with a smile. Not to mention, they actively listen…and hear you! They were extremely courteous , kind, and professional. Just trust their process! It’s definitely a good one!!!
Soooooooooo slow!! #9 in line to just get a steroid shot for poison ivy.. I’m writing this as I wait.. checked in at 9:22 and it is 11:35 !! Still waiting.. this is just so ridiculous!! I’ve been here before and it has never takin this long for something that should’ve been takin care of in no time.. I understand having to wait your turn but this is unacceptable
AFC Madison is staffed with calm and considerate professionals. After an efficient check-in, I was expertly assessed by Phoua and Etheridge. Everyone took their time to ensure all issues were addressed and directions understood. I am in good hands using them as my primary care team.
I did the service provided on their website that lets you setup an appointment time beforehand. At first after setting up my appointment online. I didnt realize that I had set it for virtual which was not my intentions, however I received a call very promptly for my virtual appointment. She asked me if I had wanted to do a virtual appt or if it was set by mistake. Im glad she asked which I loved because of course I did mistakenly set that appointment. She informed me how to go back and set for in person appointment. Once I arrived I only waited maybe 5 mins maybe and then I was able to be seen. The nurse practitioner was great! I loved how welcoming she was and very friendly, which unfortunately at places isnt always the case anywhere anymore these days. I would like to finally thank everyone working with us today!!! They made my day much more pleasant with their understanding and efficiency!! Highly recommend them!!!
Lisa was great!! Had me in and out in no time and was super friendly! 10/10 would like to have Lisa agin!
Lisa Gongora and NP Daniel Nailorwere ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Quick getting back, cracked a few jokes and were very professional. They’re awesome
They took care of me quickly and efficiently. They made sure I was very safe, they were so polite and generous with their time. I won’t hesitate to go back again.
Had a little of an issue during checkin. The person continued reading from his phone as I stood patiently waiting. However, the other desk person more than went out of her way to complete my registration. I had excellent care during my visit.
Was not triaged properly and had to wait an hour with glass stuck in my arm. When I was taken back, they didn’t seem to believe there was something lodged in it — they got 4 x-rays another hour and a half later. The doctor came in another 40 minutes after x-rays to tell me, yes, indeed there’s something lodged in there, but we won’t touch it you’ll have to go to the ER.I am normally one to be sympathetic with healthcare workers, in particular, but this was bad care beginning to end. If they had listened to the nature of my injury, I would have been seen much sooner. If they had believed there was something lodged in it, they should have said “we wouldn’t treat that anyways, go to the ER.” Before I paid $175 for, in the long run, a 3 hour delay to my care and a tetanus shot.
Lisa and Shonna were absolutely amazing. Made my visit super quick and easy. Definitely will come back here for all urgent care needs :)
I was in HSV visiting from PA and began to experience flu-like symptoms. Arrived at AFC and was greeted courteously by the receptionist. I followed his instruction to accept his email on my phone to complete the required registration. I was notified by phone that I would be the next third person to be seen. I received quality and friendly care and service from the nurse and doctor on call. I highly recommend AFC to anyone seeking urgent care.
Highly disappointed with the check in process. Unacceptable to have to check in on a phone or at all yourself when you are not feeling well. What do the clerks do? All auto ation is not good automation. My BP was high and it was disregarded and they said that the system was not working. You are in a Medical facility where Care is the premise and I was not treated with care for my concerns. Unacceptable and concerning.Everything isnt meant to be automated. When you arent feeling well that creates issues.
Maryanne is amazing! I work in an urgent care and come to AFC just for her. The Madison,AL location has some great staff. I love that they take their time, explain everything clearly and don’t rush you out the door.
Lisa was fantastic ! She was able to find my tricky veins in one punch shout out to Lisa. The rest of the staff was very kind too
After signing in, I waited approximately 30 minutes and was seen, temp, heart rate, weight and blood oxygen measured and moved to exam room. Brief wait less than 5 min. before the Nurse Practitioner checked me over and got my symptom history (for worsening cough x 2 weeks). Very straightforward, easy to talk to and then he was gone and a nurse brought me prescriptions info and headed me out the door. Under an hour with no appointment; just what I needed!
I went in for a severe upper respiratory infection on July 19, 2024 and saw Dr Hall. She was great and gave me 3 prescriptions to help with the sickness. I was prescribed a cough syrup to help with the burning productive cough and started taking it as directed by the doctor that morning after the visit. It was 10mL every 6 hours for 7 days. Clearly written on the bottle and the sheets they sent me home with. After about a day and a half, I was already through half the bottle, which made sense because the bottle only held 140 mL (140/10/4). I assumed it would be no problem to call and ask for a refill since this one bottle would not get me through the 7 days that was directed. I was wrong. A woman called me back, who clearly had very little medical knowledge as she could not even pronounce the medication correctly, and essentially accused me of overusing/abusing the medication because pseudoephedrine is used in narcotics. Seriously? I actually laughed. I am a young woman home from college just needing help with this painful, treacherous cough. The lady then cut me off, put me on hold, and transferred me to the nurses line. I was accused again of overusing the medicine even though I had clearly stated I was using it as directed by Dr. Hall. She told me to buy over-the-counter cough medicine and said there was nothing the Dr. on call that day could do for me. Absolutely horrible. I hung up the phone feeling defeated and offended. I will not be visiting AFC in Madison any longer.
Lisa was quick, kind, and very professional. She made us feel welcomed and got us in and out with no problem.
Went with an animal bite. Nurse practitioner insisted I go to ER because of possibility of rabies. Would not give me the antibiotic that I needed. Said the ER would do it. As it turns out after four hours at the ER, it was stated that a squirrel bite does not require rabies Vaccine. Had your facility done any research They would know that. Then I would not have wasted four hours at the ER.
I regret to say that my experience with this doctor’s office has been extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. The staffs communication is severely lacking. Messages and calls often end in “ We will call you back” and then nobody calls back or they call back 8-10 hours later. We were told to get OBGYN approval for a specific medication. Once My wife received OBGYN approval for a specific medication, the clinic waited until the OBGYN was closed before calling us back and stating they won’t prescribe it and to reach out to the OBGYN. Why even ask for us to get approval if they knew they wouldn’t prescribe it in the first place? I also had some lab work done and still haven’t received a call back with the results and it’s been months.Overall, I cannot recommend this doctor’s office. The consistent underperformance and poor communication make it a highly frustrating and unreliable choice for healthcare.
I went into American Family Care Madisin, AL feeling pretty awful with a sinuse infection and related issues. EVERY person I encountered at this office, from reception throughout the visit was so caring, helpful and attuned to my discomfort. AFC will absolutely be my choice if needed in the future.
MARY ANN RANDEL & Mrs. LISA , was a very good help today , they was working at a great fast pace . I really recommend coming here for a physical , check up , etc . THANK YOU GUYS for providing me with great service today !!
Dr Daniels was simply amazing. He exhibits a wonderful bedside manner. I will ask to see him again and will certainly refer him to others. He even called at the end of the day to make sure thar I was OK. The overall experience was good. Bur Dr. DANIELS was the icing on the cake. Thank you Doctor Daniels.
Great place to get checked out quickly. Went in on Memorial Day with a sinus infection and Daniel and his staff took great care of me. Left with a steroid shot, antibiotics and Flonase prescriptions. Feeling much better today!
Their front receptionist was very negative and had a piss poor attitude. I called to come in and get a pre employment drug test and he told me they cut off at 5 pm. I was in front of his window just before five and he would even acknowledge me standing there. At 5:02 the other receptionist said she would go back and see if they would do it and he was shaking his head no. Then said he told me they shut down at 5 with attitudesI’ve been here before and it was very unorganized. Stay away the other AFC are by far better and friendlier.
Melissa, Blake, Shanika, Ally and Gabe were all so nice, professional and caring. They addressed all my issues and explained everything fully. They were so helpful, I will be back!
I went in, thinking, I fractured or sprained my forearm on the top of my arm. The staff was very friendly, but I will say it does not go as fast as you would think it would for an urgent care. If I had something that was broken I would probably go there. They got me in pretty fast if you want me to be honest, but I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours.
Long wait time but friendly staff. Mary Randel did a great job being friendly and helping me with my diagnosis ❤️
Checked in online only had to wait little over an hour, they were prompt and sent me on my and called with results so I wouldnt have to wait. Excellent service and xrays can be done on site.
Got us in super quick and we were in and out for the sports physical. Only complaint was that when I scheduled the appt I asked if they took insurance and they said yes, however upon arrival they told me they did not take insurance and I had to pay for the appt. That kind of miscommunication is a bummer.
They told me it was a 2 hour wait. I waited 4 hours to get medicine to relieve my migraines I’ve been having for over a week. Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, he prescribed me cough medicine when I came in for migraines. I asked for a steroid pack because my headache lasted for over 3 hours that morning and he denied my request. Don’t waste your time going here.
New in town, so I visited AFC for care. I had to wait maybe 30 min to see a doctor, but was grateful to get in. They ran some tests and gave me a prescription. Very pleased with the quality of care.
My name is Tameka McMillan and I had to attend AFC for a DOT physical. The staff here is really amazing. I went in for my visit and it was completed in a timely manner and everyone was so nice. Thank you, AFC staff.
I visited for back pain from an accident as well as a broken large toe. I was given the medicine for my healing but not for my sharp pain. I begged for meds for a week but was denied twice. It is unacceptable allowing a patient to suffer debilitating pain which affects his work and daily functioning. Won’t go back.
Lisa gongora 50,000 stars was amazing I feel like I can be best buddies with them her love it
Eve and Mary Anne were awesome! Had a very smooth experience at the urgent care. They were so kind and friendly. Mary Anne answered any questions we had.
This was my second time visiting AFC and I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I must. I tested positive for Covid at home the day before I came, and after 3 hours of waiting they finally took me back to a room where I waited some more. A nurse came in, swabbed each of my nostrils maybe once or twice, left, and then 15-20 minutes later came back to tell me I tested negative when I’ve had all the symptoms of Covid. They couldn’t tell me exactly what that meant but prescribed me stuff for congestion anyways. I knew I had Covid, so I went home and took another at home test, which I tested positive for. Overall, I know they are a busy center, but making sure procedures such as Covid testing are done properly are very important. Also striving to make sure you know what’s wrong with a patient before they leave your office is also very important as well.
Don’t bother, go somewhere else. They made me pay 15$ for a copay. Normally that’s no big deal but they only explained it was for a copay on insurance after it was paid after I explicitly asked them to do self pay. Then they wanted to go ahead and charge me another 85$ to have 3 lines on a form filled out and signed for university. They made me wait an hour and a half despite only having one other patient in the whole building. After wasting that time, I told them I was unwilling to pay 85 for nothing and after 15 more minutes they gave me the 15 back. I did not even need any vaccinations, they just referenced my blue card, and the staff kept looking at me like I was an idiot for needing this. Everywhere else I have done it (for university or employers) did it without charging me and had far nicer staff.
I love the online check-in, and the online registration. I arrived at a fairly busy time, but they still got my diagnosis Within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was professional and friendly and helpful. The NP took plenty of time to answer all my questions.
This was my first time to visit AFC Madison. They were highly recommended by a friend. I was suffering with a tooth abscess without any medication and it was a holiday weekend. I was uncertain if they would see me for a dental issue. However, I was seen and examined, and was prescribed an antibiotic. The staff was helpful and efficient. The NP was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to me thoroughly and showed genuine care. I am very grateful for the care that I received on such short notice.
They were helpful and took tests for possible issues. The tests were negative but was given suggestions on what to do for my sore throat.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times, but today’s visit was by far the best. Lisa and Mary Ann were beyond amazing. The efficacy and level of care received was impeccable.
Got checked in very quickly and smoothly and saw NP Mary Ann. She did awesome— Very personable, smart, fast, and great suggestions on how to address my issues. Have been to AFC several times in the past, and remain impressed and would go back again. Thank you –--we really appreciate you all!!
Excellence from the moment I entered until the moment I left. Receptionists are fast and very efficient. Waiting time in the room until they call you super fast. When they treat you you can see the desire to help you as best as possible and the nurses assistant is very professional. The only negative point is that they now have a pharmacy. Thanks 10/10.
Lou is so amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of & that I left feeling way better than I did before. Thank you again Lou you are gem!
First of all they are the ONLY urgent care open 7 days a week!!! Any others you find on the web are either not open at all or haven’t correct their hours. Service took just a bit but once take back service was quick and they listen and try to find the bet solution for you.
Erin was amazing! I have found my new pcp!!!!Listened to me and engaged as I explained my symptoms.Comforted me during my distress. Was very proactive and engaged on finding a solution to my issue!
The service at AFM was exceptional. I visited on a referral for blood work. The nurses and nurse practitioner were interested in my situation and went the extra mile to ensure that I got the care that I needed. They are a great team.
Quick service from front staff. Shelby smith NP was rude and condescending. She treated me as if I was there seeking something I shouldn’t have been. I was seeking paxlovid for Covid. I tested at home and was positive in less than a minute. It was Friday evening and I knew that I needed to get what I needed before the weekend. Her paperwork says “if you aren’t better in 3 days then return to them”. Ha ha! When I asked her what I should do if I don’t get better, she said in her very hateful tone to go to the ER and “yes that will be an all day ER waiting room experience “. She let me know that she knew this because she had worked at one of the local hospital ER. I am a 30 year veteran nurse but never worked ER and I think I know how homeless people and people who are just feeling very sick and down feel when they’re treated poorly by the healthcare community. This girl needs a lesson in compassion & sympathy. I don’t know what her “preconceived “ thoughts of me were. But she definitely had some and there’s no place for that in healthcare! It’s scary what our healthcare system is now ! Go to bed tonight Shelby and think long and hard about how you talk to people, your tone and your overall presentation and how it will make people feel. And don’t say!! “I don’t care how people feel”. Life lessons
They have a nice system and the doctor was thorough and nice. My only complaint was that I had to pay a copay even though they say they are in the Optum Urgent Care Network for the VA.
Was treated poorly by NP. Was seen Sunday and then came back the following Saturday because I still wasnt feeling well. Basically shrugged off my sickness and said if I didnt want sinus issues I should move away. I explained that I am never sick (which I am not) and the NP stated if I had a dime every time I hear that she basically made me feel like I was a hypochondriac and it needed to run its course Ive had sinus issues for over a week and am taking antibiotics for a week and still was having zero relief. I felt like I was dismissed and wasnt taken seriously. Will not be back to this clinic again.
Super polite and helpful. Erin Burress took great care as my NP, informing me and getting me the help I needed. Also nurse Bhumima has a magical touch. She gave a shot and I didnt feel it. Definitely will be back.
Erin was amazing and went through the extra lengths to give my husband and me a diagnosis and answer all our questions. Wait was a little long but everyone was apologetic about it as they were busy.
I had a wonderful visit yesterday. Staff and nurse practitioner were outstanding.
Mary Ann & Bailey were great ! I usually dont even do hospitals in general but they made my experience very comfortable here. Thank you for treating me!
Waited 1.5 hours with my husband dealing with a fever and chest pain to then be taken back to a room to wait 45 more minutes to be told he had an upper respiratory infection, sent home with cold medicine. The doctor didnt listen to us at all, just assumed. Barely even listened to his chest. I tried to explain he had no congestion, that that was wrong and he snapped back at me. We ended up in the hospital just a few hours later where it was discovered to be a serious heart condition. But at least he got his ears cleaned and got cough syrup. In addition, the staff was all extremely rude. The front desk got his phone number wrong 3 times trying to send the check in form and got annoyed with us when we clearly said the number multiple times.
I was in and out within an hour. I had an appointment. MaryAnn was my nurse practitioner and couldnt have found a nicer more caring person. She took very good care of me.
They were very good with my son really acted like they care bout his well being will be going back to them for all our health needs
CPNP Daniel Nailor was attentive despite being short staffed. He paid attention to my symptoms and provided what was needed to get me back on track to feeling well. Im feeling much better on day two. The whole staff did a good job. I have no complaints. Thanks!! Highly recommended
I had a great experience like I always do, although the wait was a bit long for me having an appointment I totally understand because there are only so many staff! I was taken care of and given the medicine that I needed! I will be back here for everything in the future!
Outstanding service from the registration to check in forms the pressure check and the doctor. I felt that they care and treated me with respect and genuine concern for my wellbeing. Thank you so much.
My experience at this clinic was very positive. The wait time was reasonable and the treatment I received was effective. I would recommend this clinic to family and friends. Thank you for providing quality care.
The doctor was very nice and diagnosed me and gave me antibiotics. The front desk staff was also super nice. My only complaint was the time to see a doctor took two hours.
I had an appointment date to be at this facility. As a World Trade Center survivor I need to get check ups. This facility is signed up to be part of the WTC program to do workups for WTC survivors. I immediately realized that the front desk workers were not aware of the procedures. So, I contacted Ms.Nicole from WTC program who then contacted American Family Care MADISON, AL, and went through the process with them, faxed information, and spoke to the director directly. The director assured Miss Nicole that they are equipped with the equipments needed to do my medical checkup and that I will definitely be seen.(Side note) it took me this long to sign up for this program, because my mind rehashes 911 and I get extremely emotional and depressed and put the paperwork aside. I finally build up the nerve to finish the paperwork to get a check up.(back to review)The secretary filled out the information for my registration given to her by Ms.Nicole from WTC program. Everything seemed ok, I was taken into a room and was ready for my check up when someone came in and basically told me, I cannot be seen there, its better for my doctor to do it because they do not have the equipment, and their facility do not do what is required. SO I WAS SENT AWAY WITHOUT BEING SEEN.I called back Ms. Nicole from WTC program she was not pleased at all with what she was hearing . She got on it right away and is trying to get me another appointment ASAP. The other facility that she contacted was so nice that their director said, they did not have an equipment that is needed, but because of what I have been through she will try her best to get it from somewhere else. Both the director from the other facility and Ms.Nicole apologized for what happened.I am thankful to Ms. Nicole. She made me feel comfortable to express my feelings, I was emotional to say the least, and she kept me calm and went through every step that she did and will continue to do. Thank you.AFC Madison, in AL. did not act professionally and should not have accepted me if they couldnt perform. The director was told whats needed and she made that assurance and fell through.I would put 0 stars but thats not an option.UPDATE on AFC Madison.I did receive calls from everyone. Apologies were accepted and Nycole from AFC Madison said that she learned about the machine after receiving it so she was confident in using it and would love the opportunity for a do over. I was already scheduled for AFC Hampton so I went through with them and had a great experience. Thanks to all staff that reached out to me with apologies it made a difference.
American Family Urgent Care in Madison by Hwy 72 is highly recommendable. All staff are pleasant, friendly, and know exactly what theyre doing.I was so impressed with the friendliness, courteousness, and the care of each and every staff during my visit on July 24th. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. A big shout out to my Nurse, Heather!
I would avoid Daniel Nailor’s care. Treated the scenario very impatiently and basically communicated defeatist messages not wanting to deal with me.Edit….I waited a good hour before I finally got to talked to the guy that was impatient walking in the door and literally told me I was paying for a 30 second visit. I’ve never heard that before. Guy rattled off the reasons i cant use them as a family practice(listed a diagnosis he said I had that I wasnt told of… currently trying to find that out)I wasn’t even upset about the wait nor was I expressing impatience.Been here before and was never treated like this. This is why I recommend you dont see this individual provider.
My visit to AFC in Madison was quick. The lady who draw my blood for labs did an excellent job. Her name was Cristy. My veins are normally difficult to hit because they are small and roll. I didn’t even feel when the need entered my arm. I told her the next time I need labs, I wanted her.
The entire staff from the front desk to the triage nurses was outstanding. And Mary Ann the nurse practitioner was amazing; she was attentive, professional and listened to me. I felt like a patient instead of a number. Well done by the entire staff.
Was seen within an hour and actual visit lasted about 30 minutes. Was very satisfied with the doctor and staff. Definitely recommend
I told the Dr. that my child had autism, so as he checked him over- he just grabbed my son’s throat to check for swelling. Which startled my child & prompted him to grab the Dr’s hands and pushed them away. The Dr. never said “Im going to check your throat” or “can I check your throat?”After he diagnosed my child, I felt rushed and he didnt seemed genuinely concerned to me. Nor did he explain what his diagnosis came from. He wasn’t even wearing a stethoscope to listen to his chest. I don’t like when Doctors rush through an appointment. The ONLY reason we went there, was because his pediatrician was closed that day. Other than that- the rest of the staff was nice.
Everyone was very professional, yet kind. I appreciated the nurse practitioners thoroughness in addressing what I came in for, as well as her instructions for follow up. Thank you allso much!
Lisa and MaryAnn are so polite. They are attentive and very patient. The service is top tier.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I came in not too long ago for digestion issues. Dr. Erin Burress helped calm my nerves immensely. What I do appreciate about her is that she very process oriented with the questions she asks and the tests that she does. Not only is she very knowledgeable but she’s also personable. I had to come back to this facility the day after I originally went for the same complications and what stood out to me is when different staff members would walk by the room, they asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. All of the questions I asked were clearly answered. I understand as a patient that healthcare can get pretty crazy at times but they do their best to keep their patient’s health in order. Big thanks to all of you at AFC!
Has to be the worst clinic in Madison/Huntsville. Went here for a dot drug test, the front desk attendant had a hard time even understanding what I was asking for, I had to break it down to elementary school terms just for her to get it. 2nd I finally got to take the test, they don’t have the labels to seal it correctly, they told me I would have to wait a hour while they go and get them, or either come back later in the day. Mind you I had already been here a hour and this is a big inconvenience. 3rd and worst thing, I get in touch with the lab in which they send the test to, they administered me a NON DOT drug screen, even tho it clearly says on the paperwork DOT drug test Now I have to wait to start cdl school for a later date, don’t go here if you want your stuff done right. It will take them 3 or 4 times to get it right, these people are not qualified at all
This facility is amazing!! From the front desk staff who helped me ahead of time to make sure insurance was covered... To the nurse and provider. I came with a specific problem not expecting a nurse practitioner or PA to have in-depth knowledge about, but P.A. Smith absolutely wowed me with how detailed, educated and trained she was in my specific needs. Not just that, she took all the time we needed to discuss all aspects and options. Im VERY IMPRESSED. My Mom recommended and now Im recommending it.
Lisa and Maryann were great awesome!! Excellent great bedside manners easy to get along with on point!!!! Friendly understanding all that!!!
The staff is so friendly and really work hard to get patience in and out as fast as possible while also taking their time to ensure each patience’s needs are met. I always feel heard and respected. Thank you to all the staff and doctors at the clinic. It’s because of teams like yours that make people want to come back when they need a doctor.
Loved the register on line with the save your spot option. Got in so much quicker. Everything was pretty smooth and fast. All the staff is very friendly day and helpful.
Came in for a quick visit and Ms. Lisa Mrs. Mary Ann helped me with exactly what I needed. They are great!
Lu and Mary Ann were excellent! Great staff. Quick and easy to work with!
I waited for 2 hrs. I understand being busy but there were only 5 of us when I arrived at 8:06am. I was triaged and told that a provider was running late so that sat me back in theLobby. I was didn’t call back placed in a room where I waited another 35 to 40 minutes before I exited the room and realized that no one knew I was in the room and then they told me that the x-ray machine had not arrived and that the doctor would have to do it. I noticed that the doctor was having a conversation with the pharmaceutical rep while we all waited so I left And went to the local ER
I had the opportunity recently to be seen by Daniel Nailor CRNP. I am without insurance as I have currently started a new job with a waiting period so I was already concerned about the cost or any unnecessary tests that would increase my out of pocket expense. Daniel Nailor CRNP reviewed my recent hospital visit records thoroughly, did not order unnecessary tests and, most importantly, spent time listening, explaining and offering medical support and services without a long wait. He even went above and beyond to speak with me further about suggestions to go to a needed specialist that would work with me having no insurance. He was really incredible and provided top notch care and knowledge. He even called awhile after my visit to follow up and ask how i was feeling. Highly recommend! He would make an incredible MD!
The new Nurse Practitioner was great. Normally I don’t like this office but with no other facility that is close and already has our records I continue to go and deal with the long wait time and the staff with no customer service but I must say the visit on 5/14/24 was great!!!!
They show genuine care for their patients. Even though they had a lot of patients, when they call me in they focus on me and my concerns. I recommend this urgent care for everyone.
We wanted to compliment the staff we came in contact with for my appointment on 5/20/24 at AFC, Highway 72 West in Madison, AL!!! All were helpful, courteous & kind!!! Our NP Mary Randel, Lisa & MaryAnn!!Nancy Carl
At AFC I was seen rather quickly. The staff is friendly, professional, and personable, and the nurse practitioner is caring and attentive. Grateful to have them open on a Saturday!
Lisa and Maryann took great care of me today! They’re so sweet and caring here. ❤️🩹
Mary Ann the ARNP is amazing!! We got there right before close and she was so patient and understanding! Will always come here for our urgent care needs!! Great experience!!
Lisa and Maryann were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 recommend
My visit was quick and easy. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was nice and professional. Dr. Daniel Nailor treated me well!
Very professional staff and nurses. They processed my paperwork efficiently and didnt let me wait too long to be seen. Very satisfied with the experience.
Schonna was kind, personable and knowledgeable. We had to come in while out of town and Schonna, as well as her staff, were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
Loved the online pre registration and being able to save my place in line. Everyone very professional. Doctor listened to my concern and provided treatment. Prescription electronically sent to pharmacy and ready when I got there!
The entire staff was great. friendly, fast and accommodating! The CRNP’s Erin and Mary Ann were top notch professionals. In-out and on my way to feeling better!! Thank you one and all!!
It was fine, they kinda took there time getting to me but kind of rushed me out. I was there for uti medicine and I felt a bit uncomfy when a male nurse practitioner walked in
They staff at the Madison location were great. I arrived around 12:50pm and was seen by the doctor 20 minutes after arriving and registering. They were short staffed but they were very organized. I had an x-ray on my left foot and I found out I broke my pinky toe 😞. After that they sent me to TOC to see another doctor and to get a boot.
If you need blood work for any reason and can’t stand the feeling then you gotta see Lisa. She stuck me and I didn’t feel a single thing. I’m not one to care about giving blood but no one likes poked with a needled. I’m still amazed that I didn’t feel anything. It’s like it didn’t happen. If phlebotomy was a form of art, she would be the best in the business.
I went in on Sunday, waited 4 hrs but didnt get seen. Went back Monday with appointment at 1150, got seen at 1400. Office full. Everyone was nice, good care, but extremely slow going, only one CRNP on premises and one Intake person. Need more Employees to care for the patients.
The nurses and doctor were amazing. It was also a very quick visit. I didnt wait long at all. After being seen by AFC, I wont be going to any other urgent care.
Lisa Gonzora and Mary Ann Randle were excellent. Very nice and caring and most of all very thorough.
Dr.Randal was great! I got in pretty quickly, she addressed my needs and made me feel comfortable and heard about my tonsillitis!
Pretty good experience, very friendly. Worked well and fast too very helpful. Solid 5 stars👍
Eve and Maryanne took care of me today, they did a very good job. My visit was great and I was taken care of in a timely manner and I was glad for that. Good job. Not Even, treated like I couldnt pay for the services I needed.
We saw Erin & Phoua today and they were amazing. Excellent customer service & very knowledgeable it was an excellent experience. Thanks again
This is the best place when you have an emergency. They are very thorough. I highly recommend them better than going to the e/r during the day. I wish they stayed open late.
Excellent visit! Erin, the Nurse Practitioner, was friendly, knowledgable and took great care of handling my examination! Christy, the Medical Assistant was very nice as well and when she drew blood she didn’t even leave a bruise! Thank you to both of these excellent medical professionals!!!
Got my ears cleaned out here after having some pain. The staff here are great and funny. 👍 very knowledgeable and approachable.
The staff at AFC is always polite and helpful. I have always been seen in a timely manner, and my concerns are always taken seriously.
Lisa gongora and David NP was amazing great love it here ♥️
Oh my goodness, they were very efficient, professional and sweet!!! I made an online appointment set for 4:00, received reminder text at 3:40. Got there, checked in, waited around 5 minutes and was called back. The sweet nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant. Mary NP, was simply amazing, evaluated my issue and prescribed medications. Was there around 45 minutes!! I actually give them a 4.75 Star Rating. Will definitely go back there again for a quick visit. Key is making an online appointment with specified appointment time.Thank you so much!! R. Good☺️
Saw NP and was very disappointed. I am a nurse and knew he wasn’t listening to me. He was arrogant and in a hurry to leave room. Gave me a prescription for something I never complained about. I would not visit this clinic again due to the lack of appropriate care.
I was very satisfied with the care that I received today. They were very pleasant and courteous. Thank you Erin and crew
Mary Ann and David were amazing! Not a long wait and great recommendations and care. They saw me for a recurring sinus infection and even got me a referral and some meds/shots to get me feeling better quickly. Will definitely be recommending this AFC to everyone who asks!
Eve did a great job, got my EKG set up easy as 123. Short waiting time, clear communication from doctors and staff.
Lisa and Maryann were very prompt and courteous to hearing my medical needs and taking care of me! They definitely were very professional and took care of my medical symptoms.
Mary Ann was awesome and listened to all of pur concerns. Bailey checked us in and helped get all of our vitals and info. Thanks so much! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Erin, the Nurse Practitioner, was sensitive to my need and gave excellent advice. The other staff were helpful as well.
Lisa Gongora is a wonderful person bery kind and wonderful and Maryann was amazing l love these ladies!!!
Front desk staff was a little rude (could of been much worse though). Wait time to get called back was excellent! Nurse or MA was super nice and kind. CRNP didnt introduce herself or the in training CRNP, both however was kind and listened to my sons complaints of why he was there. Wrote him a prescription for antibiotics for ear infection but when he asked if they could give him a shot and a steroid shot instead they said no, they are cracking down on us for antibiotic and steroid prescriptions so we cant. Ok for the steroid but antibiotic shot vs antibiotic prescription whats the difference other than one works almost immediately and the other takes about 2 days to kick in. Had it not been for the rude front desk lady, the no introduction of the CRNP, and the ridiculous excuse of not offering an antibiotic shot vs a prescription they would have rated a 5.
Had come in for a big bite that swelled up. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen and my nurse practitioner Mary Ann was very polite and informative.
I went in to get checked out been sick for almost 3 weeks . When i say Lisa and Mary Ann was awesome . They are awesome. Never felt more comfortable in a medical facility. They are so kind and sweet . They listen to their patients. Highly recommend coming here for any medical help .
Started at another urgent Care in Madison last week and had a terrible experience. Long story short the doctor never checked for anything just made assumptions, gave me a generalized diagnoses and sent me on my way. With symptoms getting worse I thought Id try a different one and I am so glad I did! I chose afc based on reviews and word of mouth from a coworker of mine so I made an appointment online which was super easy to do and was able to fill out the registration and everything easily from my phone. I got there right on time and was told to take a seat so they could verify my insurance. Sat for less than 3 minutes and was called up to pay my copay and I was ready to go back. The nurse took my vitals and I was in a room in a timely manner. The doctor came in and was very pleasant. Listened to my concerns and decided to run a bunch of tests to be on the safe side. The girl that came to draw my blood was amazing even though me being dehydrated and being a hard stick as it is made her job more difficult. She was able to stick me and get everything she needed. The entire staff I encountered today were super sweet, helpful and and listened to my concerns! They were also super fast! Even with getting blood drawn, different swabs and a urinalysis I was in and out of there rather quickly and I got a call from my pharmacy before I even left the parking lot that my prescriptions were ready. Altogether I think I spent about an 1.5 hours including stopping for my meds! I will definitely be using them everytime in the future and recommending them to everyone I know! Great place!!
This place is amazing! One of my coworkers recommended I come here and I’m so grateful I listened. Eve was wonderful. She’s the first person I encountered and she really went out of her way to make me comfortable. The nurse practitioner Maryanne was very thorough and thought outside the box. She made sure I was leaving feeling better than I came in. Highly recommend! ❤️
Mary Ann was the doctor she was amazing very sweet and talkative and she makes everything feel comfortable
Came in on my lunch about 11:30am & was seen within 20 mins. Not busy at all even this time of the day. Very professional, friendly & courteous.
The staffed were very nice and welcoming . . Came in with a wound and got helped by nurse practitioner Erin BurressAnd nurses phoua and Teresa .
Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice and well mannered. I would definitely recommend.
Mary Ann was very polite, caring and made sure I received information concerning my visit. There was a couple of things that I wasn’t sure of but she explained well. Everyone was great and very professional!Timmy T. Smith
The receptionist was kind, and respectful. My waiting time was very short. The doctor was very courteous and caring. I felt comfortable with the whole staff. This was my second visit at this clinic.
The staff here are so caring & helpful. Thank you CRMP Daniel, Nailor, nurse Lou and Korneilia the lab nurse. I thank God for you all.
Very pleased with the service and care I received. Nurse Erin was right on target with my medical issue. The lady from the lab gave an excellent COVID test. She was very gentle with administering the swarb. Very friendly staff over all.
Lisa and Mary Anne were wonderful and got me fixed up quickly and easily. Thank you!
5/5 it was busy but the nurses and doctors were kind and sweet. They made sure to do everything needed and were polite and understanding
I went on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The facility is clean and welcoming.
Been a patient of this clinic for over a year. Mary Ann, Kristy and Zeel always take good of m when I come in. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a great experience from a team that cares.
Lisa, Mary Ann and David were very helpful in assisting with an injury to my wifes left index finger, they were very professional and knowledgeable and made the experience less painful for us both.
Be prepared to wait hours. This place takes forever. I waited almost 2 hours just to get vitals. The amount of amazing reviews for this place are insane. Ill never come here again.
Pretty long wait, but the physicians and staff were excellent. Nurse Practitioner Erin Burress explained everything very thoroughly, actually better than my regular doctor. Would definitely use again.
We had a good first time visit here. The place was clean and inviting. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. And Eve and Erin were hilarious and made you feel comfortable. Shout out to whoever gave my daughter the shot! You handled that so well! Overall, we would recommend this place!
Lisa and Maryann were fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. Service was very fast today. They covered everything thoroughly. Thanks
Lisa Gongora and Mary Ann were very friendly and caring, awesome peeps
Great place! Everyone was very nice and professional who worked there! Went in for a chest x-ray, and I was in and out with my results in no time! Very clean, too!
Outstanding service! No wait and the reception staff, the nurse and the nurse practitioner all were amazing! Highly recommend this place!!
Lisa Gongora and David are amazing great place wonderful here.
Staff was somewhat rude. I Didn’t feel like they cared about the clients… it felt more like they were just there for a pay check. Also expect to wait a while in the waiting room.
The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door. They were quick and efficient. I gelt awful so I’m very grateful for their attitude, attention and efficiency.
Lisa and Maryann were so friendly and they were a joy to help me.
I had an excellent experience during my nurse visit with Eve. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise. Eves ability to communicate clearly and address my concerns made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. I appreciate her dedication to providing quality healthcare, and I would highly recommend her to others.
Had a fantastic experience! I got checked in quickly, waited about 10 minutes to be taken back, and was very pleased with my interaction with the nurse practitioner. I will be using this location for all of my family’s urgent care needs!
I felt like I received very good care. The wait be seen was tough, it was a bit more than an hour.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Eve greeted me with a warm smile, setting a positive tone for my visit. Theresa efficiently took care of my labs, ensuring everything went smoothly. And Kayla, the nurse practitioner, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so sweet. All of them took the time to answer every question I had and handled me with utmost care. Its such a pleasure to encounter a team that genuinely cares for their patients. Thank you!
It was amazing, everyone was so nice with me especially the doctor who take of me ppl
Was seen after just a few minutes. Everyone was very nice and helpful.Dr. was great. He was very thorough and concerned.
Lisa The young lady who called me back was great. She was so nice and, though I wasnt feeling my best, we laughed and talked as she got the information she needed. The NP who saw me was wonderful as well. Had a good idea of my problem but wanted to test some blood, and I am so glad she did because it showed an infection was starting. Got some antibiotics and was on my way, but she told me that if I was still hurting to come back the next morning. Really liked her a lot. The young lady who came in to get blood for testing was just as delightful. I wasnt feeling great, so having each of these professionals be so kind and knowledgeable helped a lot, as did the very kind pharmacist. I was the last patient out, and I know they had to be ready to go, but they didnt make me feel that way also mary ann was wonderful and a delite
