Absolutely love this office. Having my third baby with them and I refuse to see anyone else for it

The providers are nice but the front receptionists are really unprofessional so thats why Im giving one star... Im also giving one star because the day of my ultrasound/sonogram for my ovaries (not pregnant but to check for cysts) the sonographer immediately turns to me without asking to confirm my name, says to me you have two miscarriages. And I was just shocked and immediately had to tell her no I am not and never have been pregnant. And then she rechecks and says shes sorry.. you guys need to do better and review things before assuming who youre talking to. Most terrible experience of my life and I feel even more sorry for the persons file she was reading to me! Never again will income to this establishment. Mind you, theyre also trying to bill me for something they didnt even do on me.On that note, Are you looking for a billing nightmare? If yes.. you have found the right place! I have never had such an horrible experience with the provider before where they sent my labs to someone not covered by the network that the doctor is covered by. Now I have $263 in a bill that my insurance refuses to cover because it’s not their fault that the doctor office sent to a mammogram that’s not in network. Then, when I called the office about this there was absolutely no empathy or genuine care given by the staff. Next, my bill arrived from some outside source. I made arrangements with them for a monthly payment. I made one payment and now I’m getting a call from a “new” billing location!CNP, Melissa Gushard is nice, I’ll give them that. But she spoke over my head about most things then I left the office with no paperwork about what was said or why.Also I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen post my appointment time.Never will I return to this office. I would highly recommend you find another as well!

This place is negligent and they are LIARS. They are scammers wanting money.Several people have tried to sue them (with good cause!) They are protected and have no consequences!!!! People after going here have been damaged for life and even lost their babies! This place is dangerous!!!!! These doctors, nurses, and receptionists should all be in jail for what they have done to women. They also all need to be drug tested daily.

They dont even deserve a star in my opinion. Not sure how they went down hill so badly when they were literally a God send with my youngest son. This pregnancy is completely different. One if their receptionists after being scheduled for a emergency visit after going in for blood work. Humiliates me and spread my business about why Im their in a office full of patients who didnt need to know my health issues. Refused to let me even speak to my ib at the time even though I had 3 phone calls the day prior reassuring me to KEEP my emergency appointment the next morning. The recepnist asks why Im there and I give her a low down and she loudly tells me to go to the e.r they dont specify in seizures wven though my seizures were due to increase in Pregnancy hormones. Now that I found a new OB and have been cleared as high risk pregnancy cornerstone refuses to send my records to new ob so I can be seproperly by the new high risk dr in galion. Absolutely disappointed in cornerstone. They Used to be so good. Sadly that is no longer the case.

Very good with helping planning out what to do with the baby, very nice & a lot of them were sweethearts. I love everyone there. They helped me though everything and helped with any questions I had which was nice

I have been with Dr. Alford & staff for 20 yrs. They have a comfortable environment, they are very considerate & nice people. They are a Christian facility & in my opinion, it has made me feel at ease with past surgeries or procedures. Dr.Alford prayed with me before each surgery. That meant a lot to me. They explain things in detail so you understand everything before you leave your appointment. They offer choices\options, & make sure you are comfortable with whatever you are there for. I appreciate the care & compassion they have shown me through the years. This is a wonderful place to be. ☺

Absolutely love Dr.Alford have been seeing him since I was 14 years old and he really makes an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. He is so polite and gentle and very respectful I just Absolutely love him as a Dr and he has always taken such great care of me as his patient. Truly thankful to have such an awesome kind and caring Dr.

I have been coming here for over 10 years now and the experience have been 5 star every time. Dr. Alford is amazing, attentive and makes sure all of my questions are concerns are addressed. He also have an amazing staff and they make sure to take great care of their patients.

Tried calling 32 times to get an appointment for my wife in an emergency, and they never bother picking up the phone. Funny enough there are 4 of them sitting at the front desk with headsets on… my wife told me she can never get ahold of them until she messages her doctor on my chart.

I have been a patient at Third Street OB-GYN since 2001 and I refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Alford and his staff are amazing and very personable. The only thing that I dont like is waiting long periods of time to see the doctor; however, they just spend time with their patients and so I am okay with that. I highly recommend this office.

Ive been going to Third Street OB/GYN for about 5 years now. I love the staff and the doctors. Everyone is always friendly and Dr. Alford especially is always patient and takes time to answer any questions and offer explanations. He delivered my first son via unplanned cesarean two years ago and will deliver my second this summer. I would highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient for over 6 years with them. Each provider individualizes your experience with them. They truly appreciate you placing your trust in them, and are honored to be your doctor. The whole staff are there to help and care for you. Truly an asset to the Mansfield area!

Bittersweet. Staff is friendly and facility is nice, but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Multiple times Ive waited over an hour and had to leave before even seeing a docter. Waited for test results for weeks, left 4 different messages, and still took days to hear back from anyone. Terrible way to run a practice. I understand things come up and some things cant be rushed, but they dont schedule accordingly. Very disappointing

Ive been a patient here for several years and i will never go anywhere else. The entire staff is always so helpful and kind, from the time you call and make an appointment to checking out. They make everything so easy and comfortable.

Had my first here and loved my experience with Dr Z delivering my baby. Coming here now with my second. I love how informative Dr z is. The reason Im not giving a full 5 stars is doctor Chambers. She seems bipolar. Onr appointment shell be kind and laughing then the next shell be bitchy and just blow you off. I understand everyone has bad days but she must have them often!

REVIEW ABOUT YEARLY PAP, NOT PREGNANCY..The front staff was unhelpful and rude from the beginning, I had a bad feeling and should have walked out the door. I paid $240 out of pocket for a routine yearly pap visit. The PA who performed my check up asked if I needed any other tests done (STD, etc), although I had no symptoms. I declined as I had no symptoms and have been with the same partner for a long time. Weeks later I received a bill for another $280 for 3 tests of lab work that I did not ask for or approve of!! When I called to try to fight this bill they pretty much said their sign says they can test for whatever the Dr or nurse sees fit. I have never in my life paid over $500 for a yearly check up!!! Absolutely ridiculous and wish I would have asked more questions or went somewhere else.

I have been coming to this office since late January and I have never had an issue with anything. Appointments work with my schedule as much as possible and they make rescheduling a breeze, when and if you need to do so. All of the doctors and nurses here treat you with respect and do all that they can to help you no matter what you need from them.

Some years ago I had a surgery done and I had doctor alfred.he was really nice and patient with me.he saw how nervous I was and he took the time to pray with me and I cried because that really touched me that this doctor would do that. To this day I have never forgot that.he is truly a great person and doctor.he also delivered my children years ago.i always feel like he cares about people and how you feel and he is very understanding.now Im getting ready to have another surgery but not with him but doctor z that works there.once again Im feeling very nervous but doctor z seems really good so far.i will update after my surgery .

The staff is wonderful and they take the time to address all your needs and answer all of your questions. Theyre wonderful at getting you in a timely maner. I referred my mom to this clinic, they got her in and took care of issues that no other doctor would take care of. Hands down the best OB clinic

Absolutely love my provider Patty Sprang! She takes the time to answer all of my questions and always reassuring. Dr Alfred delivered 2 of my 3 children and I would highly recommend him.

My wife received 5 star care from this office during her pregnancy. I was pleased with all the appointments I accompanied her to. However, the one that placed the healthy beautiful girl in her arms was Dr. Zarczynski. To him, I will be forever grateful.

Dr Alford has been nothing short of the best. Not only his professionalism and knowledge but a true example of keeping Christ first in everything, praying with me before surgery and asking the Lord to guide the hands of everyone involved. His compassion for his patients is absolutely sincere and shows no matter what. Thank you Dr Alford, you saw me at my worst and cared for me exactly the same. 🥰

Third Street OB is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and on top of things. Chambers delivered my twins by C-section and put all my worries to ease throughout the procedure. i chose to come back for my 2nd pregnancy and know that i will receive the same support! WAY TO GO TEAM!!!!!!!!!

This may be long but worth the read. I waited till the end of my pregnancy when it was all said and done to write my review. My first experience with my son which i had delivered down south was a phenomenal experience i would say i was spoiled great doctors nurses hospital staff and hospital experience etc. I was very excited to found out i was pregnant again but this time i live here in Mansfield ohio. So obviously i did some research and seen corner stone obgyn had some pretty good reviews so i obviously decided to choose them . I chose right. Everytime i entered that office i was treated and greeted kindly. The nurses and the doctors and the ultrasound tech all of them were friendly each time and knowledgeable and always answered any question i had. I had seen all the doctors there they were kind and supportive. Dr. James Alford was the doctor who delivered my child and he did an amazing job! As nervous as i was about surgery as some of us mommies are when it comes to c sections Dr. Alford reassured me things would be fine. And indeed they were! Surgery was ten times better than the first time. I would highly recomend to any woman expecting to choose cornerstone obgyn! I am deffinatley happy i chose them and had the amaizing experience and am proud to leave this review! I also had amazing experience at med central labor and delivery as well but that will be in another review 👍

I am a new patient here, I saw Dr. Alford today. He was very friendly and took his time explaining everything. All the staff were very friendly and help schedule me for testing for tomorrow. Other doctors it takes several weeks. Everyone was very friendly!!!

3rd Street has been amazing!! Patti Sprang was able to test and identify the hormone issue I’d been misdiagnosed with for 8 years on the first two visits. It finally helped me treat it the way it should be treated and I finally got relief after years of suffering. They’re always kind, timely and willing to help!

Ive waited 8 months to post this review so I would not speak out before taking time to reflect. My treatment by Dr. Alford bordered on negligence as the four-pint blood transfusion I needed and the blood clot in my leg can attest. While having a community health center that accepts Medicaid is extremely important to this area, my experience is that because they are treating poor people, they treat them poorly. Symptoms are dismissed, treatment is delayed, and lives are put at risk. And if you complain you are treated even worse- how dare you speak out-- you should shut up and be grateful. A simple apology would have been welcome but they never offered that. I feel lucky that I came through my experience with only the need for compression hose the rest of my life and nothing worse. Do your research on your symptoms before you go in to lessen their ability to dismiss what you are saying.

My first visit was a very positive experience. The receptionist was very friendly & patient. I saw Patti Sprang. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. I have had an ongoing problem for 30 years & Patti came up with a solution immediately. I highly recommend!

I will say that Patti Sprang is a wonderful nurse practitioner, and I would recommend her for anyone. The nurses, medical assistants, ultrasound technicians, and lab technician were awesome as well. They were amazing patient advocates and always took time to answer any questions or find someone that could. However, I would not recommend this office for pregnancy. The doctors here are insensitive and inattentive. If they ask how you’re feeling, and you answer honestly, you’ll get a “that’s the way it is” or “you’ll just have to learn to deal with that.” I understand it’s old hat for them, but as a first time mom, it was new to me, and I didn’t know what was normal and what wasn’t. Giving me ideas for some relief or even a little empathy would have been nice. They also had a habit of asking if I had any questions as they were literally walking out the door. I usually had time for one question and a hurried answer that wasn’t very helpful. Dr. Zarcynski actually walked out the door as he was answering a question and never came back. I had to go walk through the clinic and find a nurse to see if I could leave. There was also an incident where he left me hooked up to a monitor for a non-stress test for nearly 2 hours. He came in the room to unhook me and ran right back out without so much as 2 words because “he suddenly got called to the hospital.” I’m sorry, but if I’ve been there for 2 hours before you even came in the room, you can’t claim sudden emergency. There were several other incidents of miscommunication, limited attention to detail, disagreement between physicians, passing off responsibility, exhausting rounds of phone tag, and outright disregard for my needs and opinions regarding MY care and MY child. Also, don’t expect a call back from the billing office or the hotline number they give you for questions after hours whether you leave a message or not. The billing office even ignored calls from my insurance company. I’m not sure why they even have a voicemail. The nurse hotline never answers when you call them, either, but they’ll eventually get back to you. My daughter was brought safely into the world, and for that I’m grateful, but there is definitely room for improvement at this office.

I have been going to Third Street OBGYN for about 5 years now. Every visit is a wonderful face-paced, warm welcomed visit. I love how they have a wall full of newborn photos for the Drs. to see. I have had a difficult pregnancy and all the staff her have been nothing but supportive and caring. Today was my visit with Dr.Campbell. I love how she is understanding and even in the most uncomfortable conversations, she stays so professional and understanding. I love this place and feel like they treat me like family, I feel like this is the ultimate go to OBGYN. I definitely will keep coming back and recommending this place to everyone. They are 100% patient first! Thanks for the awesome experience Third Street OBGYN!

Receptionists are rude and invasive. I went in recently to pick up a letter the doctor had written up and waiting for me with my name clearly printed on the outside of the envelope, I provided my name and the reason I was there and the Hispanic receptionist (not sure of her name that is why I am referencing her ethnicity) picked the letter up and opened it to read it then requested identification. Not sure why reading my letter was necessary! Ive also have checked in for my routine appointments to be forgotten in the waiting room. Women come in after me and were seen before me. This has happened to me on more than 1 occasion.Updating my review originally I provided a 3 out of 5 stars....today Im providing a 1. Appointment was scheduled for 10:10 This morning, its now 11:10 am and Im sitting half dressed in a room waiting on a doctor for the last 45 mins...straight bs!

All staff is super friendly and make me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend a friend for their services. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

There are a few reasons why Im rating Third Street with one star. My first visit with Dr. Chambers I was 19 weeks pregnant and she kept saying that I was 17 weeks. She clearly didnt look at my chart thoroughly before she walked into the room. My second visit with her was supposed to be a normal pregnancy check up. I also had an ultrasound done a few days prior to check on the decreasing size of some cysts. The ultrasound technician was kind enough to take some 3-D pictures for me as well. Dr. Chambers came into the room and mentioned that I had some 3-D pictures done. The appointment went as usual from there on. She was getting ready to be done with the appointment and had not mentioned the cysts. I asked her how everything looked with the ultrasound and she replied with with 3-D ultrasounds we dont really do measurements etc. I had to inform her that there was a specific reason for the ultrasound. They also did the ultrasound to monitor my amniotic fluid level. I, as well, had to remind her of that. She left the room, Im assuming to check my chart. When she came back in she said that the cysts were gone and that she was going to schedule some non-stress tests for me because of my fluid level being high. At one point I asked one of the doctors what could be causing the amount of fluid to be too high, his response was theres a lot of things we know it isnt and left it at that. Im a first time mom and was worried and I wasnt getting the answers I wanted! I was about 3 weeks post partum and I had to go to the hospital on a Sunday night for mastitis. The doctor I saw there specifically told me to call my OB in the morning and confirm with them that the prescribed antibiotic was ok for me to take since I was breast feeding. First thing in the morning I called and spoke with Kathy. She informed me that I needed to call my sons pediatrician and ask him, but if I needed an appointment they could squeeze me in and she gave me a couple times they had open. So I did. They told me that they would not recommend me taking the antibiotic that was prescribed. I called the hospital back to try to get my script changed, and of course the doctor I had wasnt there and nobody else could change my script because they didnt see me. They recommended that I call my OB back and get a new script. I called Third Street and spoke with Kathy again and explained the situation. She said she would check with the nurse practitioner that was in the office and call me back. She called back and said that the prescribed antibiotic was safe. It didnt make sense to me because previously she told me to call the pediatrician. So I got off the phone with her and called the pediatrician back to confirm what they previously told me and to inform them what the OB said. They confirmed not to take that antibiotic. So, I called and talked to Kathy again. I told her that I didnt want to take the antibiotic because I didnt want it to affect my son. She argued with me and told me to take it. I asked if I could get an appointment to come in that day and get a new antibiotic prescribed. She again told me to take the prescribed medication. She was getting an attitude and wouldnt give me what I wanted so I hung up on her. I called back and spoke to someone from scheduling. I told the receptionist why I needed to schedule the appointment and what times Kathy had previously told me they had openings for. She put me on hold and put Kathy on the phone. She was, again, not nice to me and told me that it was safe to take the antibiotics. I again said that the pediatrician said No and that because I was breastfeeding I was going to listen to them. We argued back and forth and she wasnt offering me an appointment like I wanted and like she had first mentioned. So I asked are you denying me an appointment with your facility? She then scheduled me an appointment. The nurse practitioner that I saw didnt even do an exam. Just looked at my breast and prescribed a different antibiotic. I would NOT recommend this office!

I have been coming to this office for 3 years and I love Dr Chambers! I never have to wait in the waiting room very long which is great! I have had a procedure performed by Dr Chambers and she was running on time and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this office to everyone!

Ok first i had. Dr chamber who did an emergency c section my first ever c section and i wake up to a stillborn baby massive amounts of pain incision was horrible they used double layer of sterile strips because the incision kept opening up after 2 days i got sent home the incision was leaking green i go back to have it check she wouldnt give me nothing but ibuprofen the whole thing was a nightmare i will never ever go back
