We have had all our tests completed at this location for panic moments and traveling situations. They offer instant and PCR Covid testing. A knowledgeable and ethical group of professional that I would recommend to every one.
My experience at KLinic Clinic was excellent from great customer service to great clinical support. I experienced a great deal of confidence in the services and the professionalism of the staff at This clinic. I would say that the approach is one of caring and dedication on the part of the nurse practitioner whom I entrusted in giving me the care for me and my family. It was amazing speaking to her about my concerns. I referred a few friends to her and they seem to also have a great experience. Overall excellent service. It was not what I thought it would be. The place is not clean enough for me and their tools and equipment is not professional enough for me. The nurse practitioner held off filling my prescription for over a week. Then I had to go back there and insist on her calling it in. I will never go there again. I have never had that kind of experience with a doctors office.
The medical clinic provided excellent service and had friendly staff who were proficient in both English and Haitian Creole. This multilingual approach helped to make me feel welcome and ensured effective communication. Overall, I had a positive experience at the clinic.
Listen. I have Covid, but I needed a PCR for work. I booked an appointment online, entered all my info. Drove my sick self to the clinic with a fever of 103 just to be told you don’t accept Humana. Do your patients a favor and put all of that info on your website. Wasted my time and gas. And the people up front were looking at me like I have two heads when I walked in. Hardly any greeting. Never again. This is coming from a nurse that knows customer service.Response to owners comment: when appointments are booked on Solv, it says “most insurance accepted”. Lots of people have Humana insurance, so I wouldn’t claim to accept most insurance plans if a major insurance company is not considered in network for your “klinic”. Be careful with how to word your responses because…. HIPAA. Your office needs better organization and that’s the bottom line. I will be reaching out to your office personally because I want to insure that all of my information is completely removed from your database. Also, I wasn’t offered to self-pay from your staff. I asked that information on my own. Good day.
