Warning to parents. I was told my son had 8-10 cavities in February and then again was told more in June. I purposefully skipped my last appointment that was scheduled in august for cavity filling because I got him into a new dentistry. At the new dentist I was told he doesn’t have a single cavity. What were the planning on doing in the august fillings appointment. Of course I’m alarmed and call to speak to dr. The dentist told me that two cavities were diagnosed last year and from what she can see, there was 5 cavities that were diagnosed in February and tried to give me the impression that it was possible he lost all 5 before his last exam. ( if this were real then at his last appointment in June I would think that I would have been notified that these cavity appointments do not need to completed as I would suspect they would do a good examination for his next appointment for a treatment plan. “Hey it looks like he lost two or three cavities teeth.” I would assume they would check before making cavity appointments)my son hasn’t lost anything especially FIVE teeth in the past 5 months. Possible to happen but didn’t occur. I asked what would have happened if I brought him for the cavity fillings appointment I had set up for him with you guys in august, I wanted to understand what was the treatment plan for him that day. I couldn’t get a straight answer?! She said we wouldn’t fill baby teeth that are almost out there isn’t a point to that. .so why was I told he needed fillings then!? Their answer is that he possibly lost all of them but it completely contradicts that they wouldn’t do it to baby teeth that are about to fall out!! I had his new dentist re-examine for these mysterious cavities three times because I was mind blown that the health department told me my son has almost 10 cavities that need to be filled and I JUST skipped an appointment for him the week prior. He didn’t know what to say he tried to figure out what it could be that was remotely related. He said I see two teeth are slightly close to becoming cavities, but that he would just advise to use extra care to keep them from happening in those teeth. I told this to the viera dentist and she said “see this is why I always advise parents not to go to two or three different dentists because every dentist has a different set of eyes and out looking people’s teeth. 👀 (she doesn’t advise for people to get second opinions why?) THANK GOODNESS I DID! I said to back that, “does this mean that you would consider a cavity needs to be filled when it is not even a cavity yet?” She said “of course not.” I think otherwise. I’m not okay about this. they don’t let parents in the back either- completely wrong!! And this further proves it. They never showed me any evidence either and I told them I would be by to pick up all his x rays etc they better have it and it better show cavities.

The Dental Department at the clinic filed a fraudulent claim on behalf of my daughter. We have never been in your office. Will be reporting the office.

I am VERY unhappy with this dental clinic. I’ve been patiently waiting through 3 emergency room visits for an appointment that’s been scheduled for over 3 months. I had to call to confirm my own appointment & they told me they have to reschedule it for another 3 months. That is extremely unprofessional. If I can’t trust them to keep an appointment, I’m not going to trust them to pull my teeth!

Went here for maternity treatment. Only met the delivery doctor once maybe twice. You deal with nurses 98% of the time. Also if youre depressed going to your postpartum visit dont tell them anything or the will hold you against their will and have you brought to a mental health facility by police. Definitely not some place ill be going to again.

The staff are friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. The wait after you sign in is usually 10-15 minutes as long as you have made your appointment and show up on time. The one time I did not make an appointment, they still saw me and my wait was approximately 20-30 minutes. Not bad, considering the wait times at most offices and emergency rooms are 15-30 minutes. Overall I am pleased with the way they are taking care of me and my unborn baby. People complain about the service they are getting but fail to realize that it is free, and these people arent getting paid top dollar, not to mention that they have little funding but still provide adequate and exceptional care to families in need. Once again, lovely staff, and good service.

Ive had the supervisor be completely rude for a mistake they made. And a nurse lied to me about a test that I was unsure about having done, telling me that DCF will come and take my baby away when I give birth of I dont have the test done so I was forced into a test I knew nothing about. They are untrustworthy, and dont recommend this health department to anyone. Ive called numerous times and never got a call back. Just a horrible place with people that obviously hate their jobs

I had previously gone here for some testing and to get a prescription medication. Without insurance, I was able to get the testing done for less than $50 and I got a three month supply of the prescription I needed for free. The phlebotomist was really kind, and they made the blood draw go by quickly. Additionally, the wait time to get my blood drawn and to see the nurse was less than 10 minutes.

Needed to transfer vaccination records for my son from Georgia so he could attend school here. First lady was bureaucratically unhelpful. But Maria! Ah, Maria! She was a gem. Patient and kind, her demeanor calmed my already super stressed self. She was amazing!

Have called the nurses desk 11 times today. Left 2 voice-mails. No answers and no call backs. Nurses and Drs have seemed sincere since going. However, the wait before your appointment is usually 30-45 minutes long.

The quality of care & service is terrible i have been going here for 2 years & nothing has changed i will no longer be wasting my time to come here ever again!
