Went with my wife for her pregnancy ultrasound yesterday. I have never experienced more a more rude and inconsiderate staff. They made my wife feel like she was doing everything wrong and made her feel terrible about herself for her “high blood pressure”. When we were walking out, one of the staff told my wife “when she gives birth just to relax”. Who says that? If you are a woman who is considering this place, run fast. We will stick to the Mequon location.
Absolutely grateful for the team I had caring for me and my family as we welcomed a new addition. From my OB appointments to when I gave birth the healthcare providers, the nurses, the residence, the doctors ALL are amazing and so sweet I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else
Both times I have been here, the residents have both been awesome. Especially on my last visit, I saw Dr Sigourney who patiently but efficiently answered all my questions. Made me feel listened to and did not just brush off my concerns.I don’t love the cross in the rooms when I’m getting a Pap smear, a bit awkward it’s not a church it’s a hospital lol, especially in women’s health situations, its not a church it’s a hospital. Hence the 1 star off.But Dr Sigourney was absolutely great.
Gina & Patricia has been really great for us during the delivery of our baby. Both have not only cared for their job at hand, also connected to my wife emotionally.1. Gina is knowledgeable, creative, and easy to communicate with. Genuine care!2. Patricia has been a constant force with immense focus to deliver the baby the right way.Kelly, Mayra & Vicky has been awesome caretakers for both my wife & the newborn after delivery.A. Kelly was knowledgeable and gave us all-around help. Loves playing with babies.B. Mayra is super fun & you can tell she really loves her job. She reminded us how to take care of the baby in a fun way. And, how can I forget, she is a (long & nice juicy) burp expert.C. I gained tremendous respect for Vicky. 47 years of service taking care of families and newborns, she still carried around the fun personality of a beginner and the wisdom of a veteran.I could write many many more nice things about these special ladies, and all the supporting staff. But, since this is a review and not a magazine article, I will sum it by saying, Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You’re truly amazing!
I am currently pregnant with my 2nd baby. With my 1st, I went to Outreach and had a midwife and everything was great. I didn’t want to go through a clinic with this baby but honestly, I’m regretting not going back. This time, I decided to come to Colombia for my prenatals since I loved the birthing experience here with my 1st. First off, I have no idea who my OB is. I’ve seen multiple doctors every single time I’ve went and every time I follow up with a questions about my pregnant or a test result, nobody knows what I’m talking about. I check my MyChart all the time. I had questions but no one could answer. The nurse (bless her heart) told me to wait until my next appointment.. which was 3 and a half weeks out. I just want ONE doctor that can answer and keep up with my questions and concerns. Everything is so unorganized and I have SO MANY QUESTIONS that clearly are never going to get answered. I am currently in the process of finding a new hospital to deliver. Oh, and the number they give you to reach the on call resident, goes straight to voicemail. God forbid if you’re in labor.. you’re better off going to the ER.
I was given a letter of recommendation from my doctor to see a therapist or psychiatrist at this location and was given the names of four different people to choose from. I called the place and they told me they werent accepting new patients. They didnt even let me ask about the people I was told to ask for.Update: tried calling a second time to insist on speaking with someone who could help me figure things out and they ended up calling the police to my home to do a wellness check. Anyone who works with psychiatric patients should know how dangerous it is to do that. With everything Ive been going through to have the need to seek psychiatric help in the first place, I certainly didnt need to add cops standing outside my apartment with their hands hovering over their guns the whole time. I want a mental health professional that I can actually trust. Dont bully mentally ill people if you want to keep your rating up.
The OB/GYN clinic here is absolutely ridiculous. They just refused me service because I had my seven-year-old daughter with me so if you were a single mother and you might have to take your children with you to some of your appointments this is not the place to handle business. They don’t even tell you when you book an appointment that you can’t bring a child they wait until you get there and say children are allowed…Reschedule. I took off my last PTO day because I have been having complications with my birth control and needed it removed but they told me that that has nothing to do with them it’s policy which was not even stated that I wasn’t allowed to have a child with me so they refused me care. So if something happens to me can I sue them?
Our providers are excellent. We have had such poor experiences with the billing and customer service departments. Faulty communication about bills, errors in payment plans. Multiple times the payment plan was cancelled without letting me know, and the bill was sent to collections.
I walked out, it seemed more like a critical case my guy couldnt even join for awhile just questions he even knew in fact knows better then I do Thanks to my pregnancy brain. On top of that the one kicker that got me is they dont have ultra sound you have to schedule that seperetly at a different clinic just for one. What obgyn dont have those? Seems more of a head ache to go to the physician for a check up go some where else for an ultra sound. They seem more like their over judgmental, not like a doctor. Not having an ultra sound machine just makes it not even worth it if I could give no stars I would. Dont even seem like a doctor office.
Racist! Only come if u are dying other than that u will die waiting to see someone. Literally you are better off at St Joseph the 2nd worse hospital in Milwaukee but you will not wait for 5 hours, With only 3 ppl In the lobby.
The birth experience was not bad , it was the after treatment which wasn’t okay , the nurses where rude , one yelled at us for pressing silent on the iv machine even though we had tried multiple times trying to get someone to come see the machine for almost an hour and the machine was giving us headaches, the day I got released , I was still up there cause my newborn needed treatment for jaundice and weight gain , and my health just went down hill fast , my stomach area felt like it was going to explode and then it became to the point that I had uncontrollable shaking and chills , I told a nurse something was wrong and it was almost an hour and a half before someone came to see what was even wrong , I had to go to the emergency room where my pulse was 175 and was told I had to go up to labor and delivery for some reason , but then when we got there they said I had to go back to the er , the er was amazing unlike everywhere else , they caught the horrible infection I had in my uterus , also called about a gaming device which was left in my room which no one could seem to find , so basically an employee stood it
