The amount of hoops you have to jump through to simply get a document is ridiculous. The workers are a bit presumptuous, but overall even-tempered throughout the ordeal. Otherwise I would leave 1 star. I understand they aren’t in charge of the protocols, but I can only hope this state will stop being so ridiculous over simple requests while neglecting larger issues in our state.

They let anyone run a business. The Budgetel has a license to operate and the place is filled with bugs and mold. Alabama standards are low

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. UNKNOWLEDGEABLE! HOW IS IT THAT HARD TO GET A COPY OF YOUR CHILDS IMMUNIZATION RECORDS?? SERIOUSLY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ON A FEDERAL LEVEL ABOUT THIS WHOLE OPERATION! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPATABLE!
