I’m just so disappointed. Long story short, I’m opting to get care using VA healthcare resources and I am having the hardest time getting medical facilities to send my records to my VA community care doctors.I was told cornerstone will take eight days to fax my records. It’s like everyone could not care less. I wish ppl would really stop and look at how patients especially pregnant women are handled. I don’t ask for much at all and to feel like I’m nothing but a blue cross blue shield ID number while growing a human is so defeating. I knew I wouldn’t get great care but why the headache when I want to get comprehensive care from the VA? Why treat me like I’m a burden when I’m only asking for a fax? The VA has been with me every step of the way and are trying so hard to get me care but the roadblocks are so strange. I’ve been in the military for 20 years now. I’ve never done the bare minimum with anything that I do. Service is doing more than what is required. But that idea is so de@d. No matter how many weeks I am, no matter how urgent the matter is, no matter what my background and unique needs are… medical records are only faxed on Wednesday… and longer if the ONE gal is on leave.I don’t know. Perhaps I don’t deserve better.I give up.
Unfortunately his ego has gotten the best of him… I don’t care how many babies someone has delivered we are still people! I had such a traumatic experience in my third trimester up to delivery save yourself and to another dr. I’m just glad to be alive
Love Dr Anderson! He has wonderful, bedside manners, very polite, very kind, caring honest he delivered my last baby and has been a doctor to my oldest girls now too. He’s a wonderful doctor very intelligent I know what he’s doing. He takes his job serious is very wise and excellent, and what he does.
My daughter came in for her first visit/ ultrasound and it did not go well for her. She is approx 7-8 weeks along and the doctor insisted on doing a trans abdominal ultrasound instead of a trans vaginal, and of course, he couldn’t see anything. Instead of taking the extra few minutes to ease my daughters mind and do the trans vaginal ultrasound he rescheduled her to come come back in three weeks and started throwing around words like miscarriage and maybe the baby stopped growing. What kind of doctor does that…he treated it like it was two college buddies discussing a game and not a doctor and a very nervous young woman experiencing her first pregnancy. What should have been an exciting first appointment has left her in tears and full of anxiety. I’ve had 4 children myself and have never experienced anything like this. He didn’t even ask how she was or if this was her first pregnancy or how she was feeling.
First off, everyone at this office is amazing! Dr. Andersen has been my ob since my second son, and has delivered 3 of my children. I am truly thankful for him to have kept me and my babies safe. He is a very kind hearted person who is hard working being the only doctor working around the clock, and still never receive an attitude that I’m grateful for!!! no matter how tired he is. He shows up. The front desk is amazing! They are very personable and no matter how many times you call they still are friendly! And doctors assistant has been working there for a while and she answers all my questions and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive 3 hours now for this office and hope to continue to do so. If you are looking for an ob, I highly recommend! Thank you to everyone there!!! 😊
I have been seeing Dr Anderson for over 21 years. He delivered my son who is almost 21. I wouldnt recommend anyone else as I have never been more comfortable, taken care of, and respected by anyone else like Dr Anderson has with me and my sons birth. He has a beautiful sweet wife I have had the pleasure of meeting a few times and his bedside manor is nothing but professional and caring.
He knows exactly what he is doing I would definitely go to him again patient, kind and knowledgeable.
I’m not even technically a patient yet (waiting on insurance approval) and I’ve already fallen in love with this office. Brenda is an absolute delight to speak with, so kind and incredibly helpful. Lynn was also very sweet and got back with me to help very promptly! From my personal experience, when medical offices have exceptional staff, it’s because they are happy with their jobs and thoroughly enjoy working for their boss. I can’t wait to meet the rest of the staff, get great medical care from Dr. Andersen and outstanding service from everyone. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Ive had nothing but a great experience at this facility and with Dr. Anderson. I switched to him after being at Temecula Valley OBGYN where I had a terrible experience and they told me my baby had some issues which ended up being inaccurate. Dr. Anderson eased the whole thing and made everything very quick, easy, and painless. His office allowed my son so I didnt have to get a baby sitter as well as my husband. The office is extremely friendly, they answer the phone so quick, and the longest wait time Ive had was 15 minutes. This was in with 6 months of pregnancy. Birthing was an absolute cake, he came extremely quick to the hospital as my baby was also coming quick. It was a very easy and fast labor (thankfully) and he absolutely made it an easier experience.
Doctor Andersen is amazing! He is gentle soft spoken and he listens to your individual needs. My delivery experience was the best and he honored my wishes of a natural birth with no medicine. I didn’t tear during my delivery due to his excellent technique and he was calm and gentle. I love the fact that I was able to see him and I didn’t have to deal with nurse practitioners. He is very hands on he delivered the best Christmas gift a mom could ask for On Christmas Eve. Thank you Dr. Andersen you are truly one of God’s Angels doing God’s work you have an amazing gift and when I decide to extend my family again I pray that you will be able to help deliver another one of my blessings. God bless you, your family and you business😘Krystle
Hello! I never comment nor put reviews. But Dr. Anderson deserves this review. I came to him at 17 weeks pregnant a little nervous for some reviews he has but I thank God every day I came in the first time.. Dr Anderson is an amazing Dr and his staff is friendly polite respect and professional. I was schedule for a c section on Feb 15 but baby decided to come a week early and thankfully Dr Anderson got there to the hospital at 12am to do the surgery all smiles and nice and reassuring! When I went in I was terrified and him and his team made a very blessed moment and keeping me calm was there top priority.. thank God and Dr Anderson my c section experience is going very well! When I was in the hospital he came every day to see me and answer any questions, he took his time and that is an amazing thing. So my point is Dr Anderson is like one in a million I would recommend him over and over again! Thank you Dr. Anderson. May God bless you!
Dr. Andersen just delivered our baby boy via c-section a few weeks ago. He came to the hospital every day during his lunch hour to check on me and baby, even visiting baby in the NICU for jaundice. He is straight forward and to the point, which I really appreciated because I am so very busy all of the time. The surgery was fast and without complication, and I have had an excellent recovery. He is an excellent surgeon and my incision (2nd c-section) is healing very well. During the pregnancy I had to call-in to tell him about possible covid exposure and chickenpox exposure and he gave knowledgeable, fast recommendations over the phone. His staff is kind and attentive and always made sure that my appointments were made at a time convenient for me. I wish that he delivered our first baby because I know that it would have been done properly instead of ending in an emergency c-section. I highly recommend him! Thank-you, Dr. Andersen and staff!
I Love Anderson, every step of my pregnancy he was there with the guidance & advice that I needed to hear (being a type 1 diabetic) my pregnancy was a difficult one or so Id thought, but with Anderson as my O.B. he directed me in those difficult times and made sure we followed up to reassure my baby was taken care of.Best OBGYN! I recommend him 100%Hes delivered over 9,000 babies!
I was so grateful when I found DR Anderson. He’s a great doctor, always willing to chat about concerns and has been very informative and caring. Yes, Some days wait times can get quite long. The reason for this is he is one of the LAST non group Ob/gyns in the area. I love that about him as I am not fond of groups. I tried two different groups in the valley and was always just a number to them. In and out. Never very caring. With Anderson, If someone needs a baby’s delivered he is always there for them every step. He works incredibly hard running both his office and delivering every single baby of his and I knew when I had my last baby, when it was time for me he would give the same attention and he did. So the wait time on long wait days didn’t bother me so much. They balanced out with 5 minute wait days on other visits.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anderson. He was very polite and very professional. I was a very high risk pregnancy due to the trauma during my previous pregnancy with Kaiser. He never failed to check the babys heartbeat at every visit. He always took l the time to see if I was okay. I would never see another OBGYN. In the years since he delivered my son he has always answered my calls and taking the time to answer any questions I have had. I would recommend him to anyone.
I never leave reviews but I feel the need to do so because my experience was really good. I have had two kids with a different Dr. With my 3rd child I was seen by Dr. Andersen. This was definitely hands down my best Doctor. I never had to wait a long time which I loved. I live in San Jacinto and gladly would drive the distance to his office every month,2weeks,and 1week. If I ever got pregnant again😥 he would definitely be my number 1 choice. He is a man of his word when it come to being the Dr you see at your appointments. Also he made it to the hospital to deliver my baby, I didnt think he would make it but he must have super speed power 😀 because he made it. Front office is amazing always greets you with a smile and very nice. Dr. Andersen and his office do what alot of other places dont ,they make you feel like a person with feelings not just apart of the daily routine.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Anderson. He saved mine and my daughters life. As soon as I got to the hospital about ten minutes later they said I needed an emergency c section. They called Dr. Anderson and by the time i got in the OR and was getting the spinal block he was there. Had to have been maybe 10 minutes after calling him. My daughters heartbeat had dropped to 60. Took him like 3 or 4 minutes to get her out. Took like 45 to put me back together. He did a great job. My scar is barely noticeable and have had no complications. I did get infected afterwards but due to my own fault. I didn’t rest or stay off my feet. I would recommend him to anyone and I have! He is very sweet and always answered my questions
I had both my girls with him, one vaginal and the other C section. Both deliveries were at rancho springs hospital. Highly recommend him and no issues ever, I’ve been coming to him for over 8 years. He is very busy but if you make early first thing appointments it fine.
Im so grateful to have stayed with Dr. Michael Anderson for both my pregnancies. Very kind and caring doctor always takes his time during visit. I never once felt rushed out of my appointments with him. The staff what can i say sweetest ladies. If I had any concerns during my pregnancies I always had a responce that same day thanks to the staff who did their all and took their time to help me stay calm. I new that my babies and I were safe in his hands Thank you again Dr. Anderson .Delivered Isaac Garibay and Ezekiel Garibay.
This Dr is very UNPROFESSIONAL along with his up front help! I was there at 10am for my appointment to be told to come back because he had to deliver a baby, ok fine, so I come back at 2pm I was on the phone explaining to my daughter why I was still there in his office & I also have 3 other children that I need to find a ride home from school now 2 in elementary& 1 in high school Im 45 minutes to an hour away from home for this appointment & his 2 helpers took it upon themselves to listen to my private phone conversation that I was having to get called back & put in a ultra sound room for 45 minutes waiting & when I go ask when Im going to be seen by the Dr because its taking a while to be told he doesnt want to see me because they were listening to my phone conversation I was having! How do you expect me to feel? 1 Dr for how many patients? He shouldnt take new patients if he doesnt have time for the ones he has! Im 30 weeks & thank God my other Dr took me back!
Horrible doctor! Was referred to him half way through my pregnancy because my primary no longer did deliveries. He was extremely ruff during my pregnancy check up, I would often bleed after leaving his office. This was my first pregnancy so I thought it was normal. He did seemed to be caring during my check up so I stayed with him. The week leading into labor he told me come when your contractions are five mins apart, and so I did. It was around 11pm and I checked into the hospital. The nurse informs me that hes tired and doesnt want to come in! I was shocked and still thought okay I do understand because sometimes from what I hear labor is long. So they let me go home and say take a bath to help relax... And so I do. 4am comes around and I cant get out of the bath to get help because the pain is so intense. I get rushed to the hospital with just enough time to deliver. Dr. Anderson is explaining to push when the contraction comes... I wait... He says push...Im confused because Im not contracting.. He literally gets pissed off and says dont call me in here till you learn to push. He then takes his scrubs off and walks out. I was livid that this man ruined a moment that was suppose to be something special to me. The nurse apologies for him and says we dont need him. He comes back after sMy babies head was out and says oh look you figured it out. I would never recommend him to anyone! The nurse came to check on me after giving birth and again apologies for him and says hes a ruff doctor and I saw how he ripped you. Hes horrible!
Easy to get in to see doctor. Staff are kind and professional. He is amazing with his patience and patients. He saw my daughter who has special needs. She never would allow a doctor to touch her. He put her at ease right away. He treated her with a great deal of understanding and dignity. We also love the fact he is the only doctor she will see vs having several in the office. The consistency is what she needed.
When I called for a consult and mentioned a hospital I had in mind for birth, the lady said we wouldnt be able to accept you because the money is in the birth not the appointments.... I went with a provider that has patient centered care not payment driven.
We are very satisfied with our experience. Dr Andersen is gentle soft spoken gentleman. The people in his office were very nice. I had to have C-section because of placenta previa complication. The surgery went well performed by Dr Andersen at Rancho Springs Medical Center. If I would ever pregnant again which I dont think so 😁 I would choose Dr. Andersen to be my obgyn again.
Dr. Anderson is an amazing Doctor and an amazing caring professional! He always has time for his patients needs and concerns! I am beyond pleased to have him deliver my daughter.
Came to this doctor when i was 20 weeks pregnant and had done my research on where to go since my previous doctor didnt deliver to a hospital that was close to me. After readimg decent reviews i decided to see dr anderson. This doctor rushed every single one of my appointments. Even if youre early, and waited 45 mins he would still RUSH you. Everytome i had a question about anything it was always as If i was bothering him or his staff. To top it off this doctor kept PUSHING AND PUSHING AND PUSHING to have me get a csection even though the baby and i were compeltely healthy. He never ever mentioned that he did not perform VBACs. I now have to find another provider at 35 weels which is nearly impossible. Why did i wait so long? I thought this doctor would do what was best for me and my baby. But its all about money. Even having them sign any disability form, they charge you a fine. And dont lose your reciepts because they dont keep track of payments at all. This doctor will be amazing for you if you dont ask any questions and are fine with being rushed through every single appointment. Even getting my medical records was such a hassle. The ladies in the front desk are so misinformed about everything and only ONE is decent . I will never ever forget this experience because this doctor didnt give me any sort of direction as to where i can go. Once i mentioned that i did not want a c section because it wasnt neccessary he said,Ok well find another provider. Just like that. I was no longer a patient...
Excellent surgeon and overall great Doctor! We wouldn’t choose anyone else to deliver our children!
Mr. Anderson is an amazing OBGYN. This is going to be my second birth with him. I had one other child in between the baby that Anderson delivered and this pregnancy. I regret switching to the other doctor and I’m grateful to be back with Dr. Michael Anderson.
I have never been so insulted by a physical as I was by Dr. Andersen. I will never come here again after the way I was talked down to and made to feel as if my feelings and what I’ve been through were insignificant. Such a condescending doctor. Didn’t know my medical history but could tell me things for certain by just looking at me. At one point I just stopped trying to have a meaningful conversation with him because he thinks he know everything. I literally left their office in tears because of how insulted I was at his insensitivity and judgmental attitude. See him at your own risk.
Loooove this dr!! He always had a positive attitude and made me feel comfortable and excited for my pregnancy. I moved to Arizona half way through my pregnancy and had to change doctors and this new doctor out here just by the first visit made me so overwhelmed I had a pregnancy moment and had a melt down cuz I miss Dr Anderson and how excited I always was to go to my appointments with him To check up on the baby.
Let me start by saying i came to Dr Anderson after leaving neighborhood health clinic in Temecula because of multiple problems the this clinic. I was desperate. 7 months pregnant and no doctor wanted to take me because i was so far along. When dr anderson agreed to be my doctor i was SOO thankful. BIGGEST MISTAKE. When i went into labor he waited until the very last minute to arrive which i didnt think much off because this was my first birth and i figured labor lasts a while right? Wrong he took so long i had to start pushing with my nurse. When he arrived he finished my delivery and my daughter was born blue and purple. She wasnt breathing. Before handing my daughter to the nurse he cut my umbiblical cord and blood splattered EVERYWHERE & I mean EVERYWHERE. All over his face, gown, everywhere. I panicked asked if that was normal and he said no. I began to notice my daughter wasnt gaining color, I thought she was a still birth! It was HORRIBLE ! After He handed my daughter to the nurse they immidiately began doing chest compressions. Next thing i know five other nurses ran into the room to try to help my daughter. I panicked and yelled whats going on?... no response. Dr Anderson was more concerned with removing all the afternath out of me rather than assisting my child. I asked again. No response. After the NURSES got my daughter breathing they handed her to me. Something still wasnt right. I told him shes weazing, She sounds as if shes gasping for air, something is not right. He ignored me. the nurse said no honey shes okay now he didnt even look at my daughter after my statement and proceeded to tell the nurse he was going home to take a shower.! He was more concerned with bathing than my concern for my newborn child. Because of the circumstances the nurse told me she would have to stay in the NICU for the night for observation. I agreed. My husband and the nurse took my daughter to the NICU while i cleaned up. I walk into the NICU and my daughter has a mask on her face, wires coming out of EVERYWHERE.come to find out mr anderson or the nurses and or WHOEVERS. Responsibility it is to remove excess fluid from my daughters lungs failed to do so, and even if this is not a mandatory thing maybe he would have known to do so if he had taken a second to look at her after i told him clearly something was WRONG. Turns out she had a serious lack of oxygen for the first 15 minutes of her life. By this time Dr Anderson was long gone. I WAS LIVID.! Because of the fact that her brain didnt recieve enough oxygen for such a significant amount of time they kept my daughter in that NICU for SEVEN days! SEVEN DAYS I COULD NOT TAKE MY DAUGHTER HOME. SHE COULD HAVE HAD BRAIN DAMAGE IF SOMEONE IN THE NICU DIDNT NOTICE RIGHT AWAY ! by the time she came home she had blownout veins in both hands and both her feet from her IVs. I slept in a chair next to her crib for seven days straight. It was AWFUL. I would NOT return to this doctor or this office if they paid me! Do yourself a favor and find a better doctor because in the slight chance you dont have the PERFECT delivery this man is not the doctor you want in that delivery room trying to save yourself or your child.
Thank you for delivering my baby and taking good care of me during my pregnancy. Dr. Andersen made my pregnancy smooth and easy. They also have ultrasound rooms in the office which is nice.
My baby died because this guy did not help me when I became high risk. He dropped me as a patient at 7 months pregnant and does not refer me to another doctor and 2 days later my baby had no heart beat. DO NOT GO TO HIM! He also never told my friends sister that she had preeclampsia, thank God nothing happened to her and her baby.
He bailed on my emergency c sectionHe said oh I never take time offAnd was stuck with a butcher dr that I didn’t know or ever metHe collapsed my sons lung and was emergency transported out of the area. When I went for my follow up, he forgot that he didn’t do my surgery and I didn’t heal well and he had no remote regrets. It was my worst dr experience to date.Don’t be fooled by his Hollywood looksThis was 15 yrs ago but still was a horrific sad experience and was very devastating for meThere are more caring drs out there
I had been going to Dr Anderson for head. As soon as i start having issues he starts ignoring me. I had heavy bleeding for years. Finally ended up with a blood transfusion. He would return my calls. He wouldn’t see me and he wouldn’t help. He just ignored me until I finally couldn’t live like this and found a new Dr who in the first visit had a plan to help me. I cried. Please don’t put yourself in my situation. Don’t be fooled. He will be nice but as soon as something goes wrong he will. It help. His staff will not help. I was horrified and shocked he would do this to me.I will never go back and make sure as many people as possible can hear my story so they don’t get hurt.
Nurses except one are beyond rude. Doctor Andersen never takes his time, never answers your questions, or even does an ultrasound or check on heartbeat. He belittles you and doesnt bother reading your chart. Not worth it! Not to mention every single time Ive gone in, he has a delivery he needs to leave for!
Dr Anderson, is such a blessing to us!Very professional! Very caring! Very tender!Took time with us as we asked questions,And looked up answers when he didn’t know right then. And when ready to deliver he was there Immediately !Very pleased with him
I really like Dr Andersen! I did wait a little long in the exam room for him to come in but it is totally worth it when he gives you alot of his time . He is not like alot of other doctors I know that treat you as a number instead of a person. I appreciate you Dr Andersen for that. He is very informative in answering my questions or concerns I may have. And hey, we all have our off days so dont judge him for thatt. I am sure you people out there with your negative remarks have had off days as well. Also if you did not understand that he is a solo doctor wich means NO PA AND NO NP there and yes, your appt can be cancelled due to him keeping his promise and being there for his patients delivery or whatever you need 24/7 then maybe you should not have chose him to be your Obgyn provider without completely understanding what PRIVATE PRACTICE MEANS!!!!!!. Some people, like me, like the fact that he is the only one I will see everytime I go in. Again, Bravo Dr. Andersen I am glad you are my choice for womens healthcare!!
I had such a great experience at this facility :)
Dr. Andersen was awesome throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery. Always took the time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend him :)
He did both of my C-sections and was always so nice when seeing him! If I ever have another child I would definitely go to him!
My daughter goes to here and they are the sweetest girls they are all super friendly and kind. Dr.Anderson has been great so far awesome pregnancy doctor.
He is a very genuine and professional Doctor.he listens to all what u have to ask and what i like the most that only him deliver his patients.
Giving a one star based on the fact this office/doctor is only responding to positive reviews and completely ignoring every negative review. Kind of makes it obvious this doctor doesn’t care about the distress he’s caused to certain patients.
He delivered my daughter 11.1.18 very fast and great doctor his doctor office is also good definitely eecrecomm to other moms
Expect to wait 1-2 hours each time past your appointment time. Expect him to go out of town frequently and have not one else to meet with you. Expect him to be totally dismissive and to not care about what your concerns are.
Anderson delivered both of my kids and I had a great experience with him!
I had a great pregnancy and delivery with this doctor and his stuff , I would recommend him to everyone I know .
They said that they couldnt take me because I was high risk..so cool to see that theyve helped others that are high risk too
Great staff and a great doctor! Clean office everyone is so sweet and caring!
Only come to this office if youre willing to give up a minimum of 2 hours of your day per appointment
1st time there was amazing. met all my needs and answered all my questions. great customer service.
The staff and doctor are very attentive and make my visits easy and comfortable.
Ive never been made to feel like a doctor could care less about me than I have here.
Amazing experience with staff and doctor thank you for everything making my pregnancy go smoothly
Horrible experience! Had to have an emergency c section because of him!
Dr. Andersen is a very talented & caring doctor!
Woman really treat young pregnant woman differently 😒
Worst ever.
The nurses are very kind and attentive, I dont speak much English and Brenda is so kind to me and explains everything perfectly.
Very kind and attentive from my pregnancy until the day of my delivery, thank you 😊😊
