A year later: I have to say I like coming here and prefer the doctors here. Sometimes managing insurance issues can be a pain. The phone system works terribly. But once you got someone they are able to help at the chelsea locationOriginal post: I’ve been trying to get in contact with their billing department as they never charged my insurance and instead charged me over $300 for a visit. I was told several times that there is no billing department and someone would take my information and call me back. Can someone provide me the billing dept number?
Respect the workers for continuing to provide service with no A/C. The building should be a lot more proactive in fixing an A/C related issue at a healthcare center!!
My appt was at 3:40pm and I waited 50 plus mins for a 2 minute test. The gentleman working the front desk was nice and he had to get up and draw my blood. Thank you to him but this was the worse I have ever experienced coming here for all these years. Please do better.
Ive been receiving care from this office for years, but ever since it was taken over by AHF,. the service has been troubling to say the least. I had to leave just to keep my sanity.Good luck to Drs. Hsu, and Mortensen for your care over the years.
I don’t know what these other people are talking about.I’ve been coming here over a year now.From Brooklyn and they are always professional and kind. Amazing front staff and Doctors.They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.
The WORST clinic I have attended, not only do they take weeks to get back to you BUT the front staff is also very rude and negligent. I have been contacting them for over 3 weeks and I finally get a hold of them the person did not help whatsoever because they lost my bloodwork and they ask me to do it again... How is that my fault? so here I am without the medication that we need to survive. I was offered no help or solution... in the end, I am switching providers again.Not to mention they keep scheduling appointments for me without asking about my availability and without telling me what it is for.I would not recommend anyone were to attend this location. WORST PATIENT SERVICE EVER
I have received healthcare from them for years. Everyone to the front desk team, pharmacy, and medical team have been thorough and amazing. Beyond extensive communication and completely knowledgeable.
It used to be good, however they have undergone two Dr changes in 2 years, which seem to delay appointments when it happens, and their solution is to interrupt your treatment, until you meet the new DR. which could be a month after. With no regard for your health, side effects or withdrawals, or seriousness of condition. You are on your own. To quote them verbatim go to urgent care which defeats the purpose of having a primary physician. Any relationship is based on trust, and this is no different. They way they handle their issue retaining Drs feels very dishonest to me.

This place use to be good, However now it has completely fallen apart. The doctor or nurse practitioner does not care about clients and looks for any reason to charge insurance and the new front desk staff/nurses are rude, unprofessional and and extremely inexperienced
My appointment time was 9:20 am 10:20 the doctor hadnt shown up. Unfortunate!
