I have delivered four babies since 2020 with 3 of the Drs. at Generations and I love them! I had high risk pregnancies and all of my concerns were addressed and I was reassured through all my anxiety during pregnancy and delivery what the plan was. Not long wait times like at the previous place I was at. All of the staff from receptionists, ultrasound techs, and medical assistants were so sweet. 10/10 love generations
I’ve refrained from writing a bad review for over a year, but now that they refuse to see me to confirm my second pregnancy while I’m searching for a new OBGYN I don’t feel I have a choice. First, Dr. Willard delivered my baby and while that was a good experience, he botched my son’s circumcision. Everyone I’ve spoken to said that it’s unusual for the OBGYN to even perform the circumcision. Secondly at my yearly checkup postpartum, a nurse suggested I get an updated Pap smear and I knew it hadn’t been 3 years and didn’t feel like paying for it through insurance so I declined. I told her in no uncertain terms that I did not want it and she did not pass that information onto Heather Kreareas. She walked into the room and without announcing she was performing a Pap smear, she just went ahead and did it. I confronted them both in the moment and told them that I said NO. Her response was that she didn’t have to send it into insurance. I was furious and I regret not pursuing legal action. Consent matters. I would highly NOT recommend going here.
I’ve had great experiences with Dr.Kiko and Dr.Sovakool. They are both very kind and will listen to you about what you’re experiencing and are very patient. Kiko plays around and makes you actually feel like a buddy not just another body that can make them money. I’ve had one visit with Dr. Willard I was not too impressed hopefully it was just an off day for him because he seemed annoyed to do my baby’s heart tones and expected me to have made the appointment to ask him questions. I like the office staff you speak to when you sign in they seem to really know what they’re doing but I keep getting caught up with the person that schedules my next visits at the end of my appointments she doesn’t really like to communicate and has said she’s bad at it but the drs will tell me to expect for example an ultrasound my next appointment but then the scheduler will tell me something completely out of the blue like bloodwork and no ultrasound it’s very confusing… and she made my last set of appointments it took her 25-30 mins I was just standing there waiting I asked her just to put in what was open and I’ll check the portal because no matter what I’d have to miss work for them and I was fine with whatever she picked so we could all get on with our day but she told me no she wasn’t comfortable with that… overall good place for prenatal care hopefully my birth goes well
Had a horrible experience with Heather in 2023. Went back early 2024 for gynecological care as i’m 23 and have one kid and have PCOS and may want more kids some day. I was having heavy clots and bleeding and was blown off too.Seen Danielle Kiko, wasn’t too impressed with her bed side manner but went with it. Got me scheduled for an ultrasound and told me to have some blood work done, and we would proceed from there. No one ever called me about my bloodwork results even though my red blood cell was high. -I found that out via my portal. After noting numerous Cyst on my ultrasound she said needed birth control. Recommended depo told me to come back after my next period. 20 some days later, I still had no period so portal messaged her. Two different people responded and both different answers. Ended up paying for HCG blood work what they said came back negative. And I had to call for that result again. They didn’t even call me like they were supposed to. Ended up taking multiple test the day before my depo that were positive for pregnancy. Called the office and the front desk lady was amazing. Sent me to Kristen ( rudest nurse i’ve ever delt with). Told me all of my Pregnancy tests were false positives and that I wasn’t pregnant. ( however i bought multiple types from multiples stores and companies). Told me she would reach out To Danielle kiko and get back to me. called me 10 minutes later and told me that she also said it was no way i was pregnant and that they’d do another test if i wanted but said i wasn’t pregnant Called my PCP getting me in to verify my HCG hasn’t changed and a urine test. needless to say i should have stayed away the first time.
Great experience from the first prenatal appointment to my son’s delivery. All of the providers and the ultrasound technician were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I never felt rushed, even with it being a busy office. The front desk staff and medical assistants were always friendly and the wait times were minimal. Dr. Kiko helped make my delivery experience a positive one! I highly recommend this office 😊
I love Dr Kiko. She listens, is helpful and has good bedside manner. I have also seen Dr Willard for a procedure, and I had no complaints. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Totally recommend! Bonus, Ive never had to wait long either. :)
Just had my first visit. It was great. Everyone was so nice. It was the first time in a very long time where I went somewhere and didnt feel like everyone hated their job!It was great from beginning to end. Including the scheduling process. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend going here. Instructions were clear and precise. I didnt wait long for my appointment time. And was out of the room quickly, but didnt feel rushed. I was provided ample time to bring up and questions or concerns. Kayla was who I was with the most during my visit and she was amazing! Dr. Kiko was great as well. The only thing I didnt really like was the entrance and exit of the facility from the street, but thats out of their control!
I wouldnt recommend this place if youre experiencing any sort of problem or issue with your body that could be reproductive related. They dont seem to care much about gyn and only focus on their ob pts. I was disappointed in the way Heather didnt acknowledge my concern about the pelvic pain I had for 6 months. I had to TELL HER I needed an ultrasound instead of pelvic floor therapy. Had to wait a month for the ultrasound and guess what? a 10cm mass in my ovary!!! I felt very displaced and they just wanted to push me off to oncology (even though my bloodwork had no indication of cancer...) and Kristen told me they would send a referral to Dr. Jay Pantibandla for oncology. (He is NOT an oncologist by the way). Then they tell me I have endometriosis. How do they know that??? Got a second opinion and no cancer, no endometriosis, a completely different cyst, and I actually had surgery. Wrong diagnosis and piss poor care! Wont be returning after being there for 6+ years.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge and lack of attention the doctors pay to their patients. Don’t dare have a different opinion in how you’d like to approach your pregnancy or birth because you will be laughed at, talked down to, and they’ll try to use any means to coerce you to do what they want. But they will do it in a way that makes them sound like they’re being “supportive”. They have never once talked to me about nutrition or vitamins during my pregnancy. I’ve spent probably 2 hours with my midwife reviewing ways to utilize my nutrition and protein intake to prevent preeclampsia and extra supplements to take during pregnancy that some prenatals lack. I’ve given them a lot of chances over my two pregnancies. I sought the second opinion of two other OB’s after a troubling diagnosis from Generations, and they both gave me the advice to not go back there after 2 very serious false diagnoses. They said it was obvious that my scans were not even fully looked at and that a diagnosis was jumped to that would force me into a c-section. So I will be looking elsewhere for a provider for the rest of this pregnancy.
I arrived exactly on time for my appointment WITH the paperwork they emailed me prior to my appointment completely filled out and they refused to see me because I didn’t get there 15 mins early!!! She said “your appointment was at 3:20 and you checked in at 3:21” (ming you only 1 minute after because the receptionist had to scan my ID and insurance card in). Seriously?! I’m guessing the dr. was just trying yo get out early on a Friday afternoon! I think the doctor’s office was very inconsiderate of my time as I have a job and had to take time off to make it to my appointment ON TIME!
Best doctors around. Have a ultrasound tech in house and also do their own blood work in house. They always answer all your questions and make you feel like youre never rushed out the door. Fantastic care......Thats why people look past waiting an hour past their appointment to be seen. There is always a long wait and instead of the has anything changed by the receptionist they verify all your info every time. Its not really a big deal but its slightly annoying as you get farther in your pregnancy and have to stand in line forever just to check in. Thats why only 4 stars instead of 5.
I’ve called on multiple occasions, for test results and to cancel/reschedule an appointment that I couldn’t make. Whoever I spoke to, each time, was the rudest customer facing employee I’ve ever spoken to.I called a couple times for test results that I was assuming were not good. I couldn’t get connected with the lady (Her name was Liz. I’m not sure why, but she was the only one allowed to give me my results and I couldn’t reach her due to conflicting schedules so I called more than once) and when I finally did, I was slightly frantic after worrying all day about my results. She made snide comments to me about how busy her schedule is and that she has other patients to deal with besides me. I apologized and told her I wasn’t trying to be a pain, I was just terrified about the worst case scenario for my results all day. This is not how you deal with a patient that is scared over their test results / treatment. She had 0 empathy and was start to finish extremely rude and unpleasant.Called again today to cancel an appointment to reschedule, and again, start to finish was incredibly rude and didn’t want to help me. I was going to reschedule but due to multiple phone calls with such mean service, I’m instead just going elsewhere. It’s a shame because the nurse and doctor who actually saw me at my last appointment were kind and helpful. I thought originally that this was a one-off and the lady was just having a bad day.. only to receive the same attitude every call. This staff has to give their patient’s bad news and there’s a level of empathy required there.. it’s ridiculous to receive a bad health report and then also have to deal with being reprimanded by the staff. While the nurse and doctor were fantastic to me, the lady answering the phone is enough to make scheduling here not worth the (extremely rude) hassle.
I have been to many appointments here with my wife and everyone is always friendly and welcoming. All the doctors are wonderful and listen to and address any and all concerns she has with pregnancy. The entire staff has been very kind and helpful with every visit. We even had the 3D ultrasound done with Stefanie, which was such a great experience that we are so grateful for! We both feel very comfortable here and I would definitely recommend this office!
They are amazing! I went to others doctors in the past felt like number and wasn’t listen too. Generations women’s health is top rewarded doctors for our area! I see how they have so many reward signs on their wall! They definitely helped me threw my pregnancy and really listen to my birth plan. They do sometimes have to reschedule if they have large number birth. Which I expect that more especially when I was pregnant thinking I would rather my doctor be there to deliver my child then have her at the office checking me out for year checkup. They also do surgeries as well. Please be understandable sometimes they might have rescheduled or place you with one of other doctors at office or nurse practitioner. That’s why it’s so great to meet all four of them.Definitely check this place out!!
I could not be more pleased with my visits with generations and Heather. All the nurses and staff are so kind and welcoming, and I feel very comfortable. Heather is one of my favorite health care professionals I see. Thanks for making everything so easy!
The doctors, nurses and staff here are wonderful. I had serious issues with nausea and vomiting that lasted my entire pregnancy and the staff worked tirelessly to find solutions for me to get some relief. They were kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to help. Even before that, I loved this office due to ease of scheduling, appointments always being on time, and friendliness of the staff. The location is great as well.
Went here 4 years ago and the doctor was rude to me when she found out that I had previously had an sti a year prior. I asked about getting a birth control implant or injections or an insert because the pill wasn’t for me and she said she wouldn’t allow any other options until I had stayed on the pill consecutively for 6 more months. I had no visits or follow ups for anything. I ended up getting pregnant not knowing I was was while taking the pill and miscarried and when I called the office the secretary was rude and said well how do you know that you miscarried and I said I took pictures and I can email them over so you all can review them and she said no don’t do that just go to the hospital and has bloodwork done so that we can check for hormones in the blood. The blood work was almost 2 weeks later by then the hgc was gone and I showed the blood work lady the pictures and she said “I’m not aloud to say this as a technician on the clock but I’ve had 3 miscarriages and that’s what you had hunny I’m sorry” but because the blood work had no trace of hgc generations womens blew me off didn’t even schedule an appointment with me and never had me d&c’d because there was no “proof” other than my photos and the word of the lab technician whose words I couldn’t use or she would loose her job. Stay away from here, stay away from Atrium obgyn and stay away from hall of fame womens as well. I recommend going to Total women’s care instead. So hard to find a good obg.
I just want to say I love this place! I enjoy my time here, which you dont typically hear people saying about going to the doctor, but I look forward to going. The doctor and staff are so friendly and make your experience comfortable. I am thankful for these professionals who truly listen, ask the right questions, and make it easy to be open and honest. I truly feel as though they care about my overall health and well being. It is such a safe and helpful place. Thank you Generations Womens Health!
I have had all 3 of my babies with Generations. They are fantastic. I have been with them for over 5 years now. They are always helpful and address concerns. I have had 3 c sections. The first was an emergency c section and Dr Kiko was fantastic and so reassuring. My babies have also been on the large side so we have had to take some extra steps to make sure baby and I were healthy. The staff has always answered questions and been very helpful. Office staff is wonderful as well as ultrasound sound techs, lab workers and nurses. Overall I would highly recommend them. All 3 drs are amazing and Heather is very helpful as well ! I have had 3 wonderful experiences with my 3 children and have good experiences when having regular check ups.
Heather and her staff are amazing! They are all so nice and very compassionate providers!
Cannot recommend Dr Willard enough. All of my friends who look for new OBs I send here. I’ve been seeing him for several years now, and he was one of the first doctors that I ever felt like listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I could not be happier. All of the MAs and receptionists I’ve met through the office have also always been lovely and professional.Office itself is clean and comfortable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for women’s health.
I went to this office as a new patient. I went for my initial check up, and everything was great. However, April 25th my cycle came and I had abnormally heavy bleeding for 6 weeks. I contacted the office and they scheduled me to come in. Upon my arrival, I saw the nurse practitioner. She did a physical exam. No bloodwork or testing to find the cause of bleeding. Just said wait and see. I did not feel comfortable with this, so I went back to my old provider for a second opinion. He got me in 2 days later. At that appointment, he immediately did blood work and an ultrasound. Blood work came back normal but the ultrasound detected 2 pre-cancerous masses that resulted in me having a d&c hysteroscopy to remove them. I just felt that the office did not care about my health at all. Very dismissive. Would not recommend.
If I could give a negative star, I would.I went through generations, particularly dr Sovocol last year when we conceived. There was something wrong but every time I called and tried to get seen, they waved me off...every time. Finally they brought me in for basic bloodwork, but that was all. When they finally scheduled me for an ultrasound and appointment, we discovered I had miscarried. We got handed this info by the ultrasound tech, who should never be the one to give you that info. After we got shuffled off to another room and left waiting for half an hour, Sovocol came in and immediately went to telling us we could try again, which was a second dagger to our shock. She then pushed for me to go for a d and c immediately, the next morning. We went along with her care plan. After my surgery, I didnt hear from Generations again until the end of the year to remind me I needed a yearly check up. Now heres the kicker. That d and c she pushed for me? She botched. I had to have a second one 6 weeks later to remove the pieces that she left inside me. The second doctor that saw me let me know I was on the edge of sepsis because of the decay this supposed doctor left behind. I could have died from her lack of care and negligence.I actively push others to stay away from generations now. If this is how you treat a pregnant woman, you have no business being in medicine at all.
Its freaking sad that none of you guys care that someone is pregnant cysts in their ovaries and have to wait on the freaking nurse to decide to make my appointment just a shame that you guys have repeatlly let me down why I left you guys before and do better with your patients
I visited today for the first time for a basic annual exam (also my first time going to an OBGYN) and had a pleasant experience. I arrived early with my paperwork and only had to wait about 5 minutes after checking in before being seen. I never sat alone in a room for more than a couple minutes, mostly to get changed. Everyone was nice and answered my questions without judgment. I felt very comfortable.
I finally found a place I feel comfortable at. Dr. Sovacool is truly amazing! She is thorough, listens and explains everything perfectly. The staff is also pretty great. I could not love this place more.
I see there are a few other reviews sharing that it is tough to get someone on the phone to make an appointment & I also had that problem. I left 2 voicemails before finally getting ahold of someone for an appointment. Once I finally got an appointment to discuss birth control 2 months after I had my baby they nurse practitioner basically told me they would have to consult a doctor about getting me on birth control since i did not have my baby with them. That was December 7th (13 days ago) & I still haven’t received a call back. After I hadn’t heard back by 6 days I called planned parenthood made an appointment for the next day & recieved the care that I, as a woman, deserve. Don’t even waste your time here & just go to planned parenthood where they are more organized, their staff is more friendly, & they care for your human rights.*additionally after reading the reviews your responses seem defensive. Perhaps work on your professionalism & bedside manner.
Dr. Willard, Dr. Kiko, and nurse practioner Heather are all AMAZING! I had a baby in October and I am so glad I had the support from this office! I saw Dr. Willard multiple times throughout my labor and he performed unexpected my C-Section in the middle of the night. It was very comforting seeing a familiar face throughout my hospital experience and not to mention how wonderful they were through my whole pregnancy. I would never go anywhere else!
Dr. Kiko and her staff are some of the finest healthcare professionals that I’ve encountered. I trust them implicitly with my care, and they are prompt, courteous, and friendly every time that I visit.
I just experienced the WORST customer service. Melissa at the front desk was rude and completely unprofessional. I had called as a curiosity to notify the office that I was stuck in traffic and as is turns out I was 10 minutes late. Now when I arrived to the office there was a waiting room full(approximately 10/15 ladies) and I was told that I could not be seen today. My appointment today was NOT routine and was for diagnostic measures. My experience with Dr. Kiko has been professional and very informative but this front end service should be an embarrassment to this organization. I intend to follow up with the office manager.
I always have a good experience when I come here. I would recommend this OB/GYN to anyone. I feel way more comfortable coming here with this pregnancy than I did with my first when I was seeing a different OB. I have seen all of the doctors and they are all great! I never am waiting long at all which is very nice!
Called to make an appointment, was told they take my insurance. Appointment was 2 months out, which I expected as it was an annual. The Thursday before my Monday appointment they call me to reschedule bc the Dr wont be in Monday, annoying but these things happen. My reschedule was 5 weeks out! Finally I get to my appointment check in takes 20 minutes, Im a returning patient so they dont have too much paperwork to deal with. The lady asks me my social security number in front of the whole waiting room.....????Im told to submit a specimen so I do, I make it back to the counter and she says we have a problem. And PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY DONT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE! Makes a loud stink about the different types they do and dont take and tells me I can switch since its open enrollment, how embarrassing. No thanks, Ill find a new gyn.
Worst visit I have ever experainced. I had to wait a month to get an appointment with this facility then received a phone call saying they had to reschedule a week and a half longer. I was fine with that. I work six days a week so trying to take off isn’t the easiest for me. I showed up to my appointment time not being told before hand that I had to be a half hour early to only be told now I have to reschedule once again another month away because I didn’t bring my paperwork with me. I walked out infuriated with how poorly I was treated from the woman behind the counter. I will never come here again nor will I refer to anyone I personally know!
Dr Danielle Kiko is awesome! She is very knowelegable and attentive to your needs and makes you feel at ease! She is a very caring and compassionate. I would HIGHLY recommend DR DANIELLE KIKO!!! ALL THE STAFF IS AWESOME! From the time you walk in til the time you walk out..Nurse practitioner .Heather and Dr. Willard are wonderful, i have seen them all and would recommend any one of them!
I have been pleasantly surprised by the staff and doctors at generations women’s health. They made the transition from my doctor retiring very smooth. I am grateful for their counsel and concern.
Love both Dr. Kiko and Dr. Williard. They are both so personable and professional. I feel very comfortable here and highly recommend this office. Clean and sanitary. The staff are also amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. I have had 2 babies with this team thus far and have no complaints.
Dr. Sovacool was dismissive, and uninterested in my concerns. I was told no news in good news, if I dont hear back from anyone on my test results! They took a urine specimen, I asked why, they said to check it. Didnt provide the results to me.Even my vets nurse makes the time to call on results, good or bad!
The nurse practitioner Heather I believe is one of the most harsh and rude people. I went to her for my annual checkup and she came in and said “do you have any question?” Harshly- not a hi, how are you, I’m Heather(this was my first visit). Then her next words were lay back. No words during the exam. Then “ok we’ll let you know” and out she goes. So I was having some other female problems and thought she was just having a bad day, so i decided to go back. She wouldn’t listen to anything, only wanted it her way regardless of my concerns and then says “well it’s your choice”. I don’t leave comments on here, but I have never been treated so rude or harsh by a gynecologist before! I will not ever go back there again.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for three days. Everytime I call it goes straight to their answering service due to them being short staffed. I was instructed to call and leave a message but that doesnt help when I am only available to use my phone during my lunch break. I was told they would be back from lunch at 1:30. Upon trying to call again, the answering service told me they took a half day. If you need to get speak with someone within a reasonable amount of time, I recommend you look elsewhere. In response to your comment, yes it does go to the answering service. After selecting the make appt option it rings endlessly and the answering service picks up. I understand theyre many illnesses going around this time of year, but the fact I cant get someone to pick up after several days of failed attempts, I find concerning. I left a message as instructed but now Im just playing phone tag.
I really like the doctor and that they take time with you so you do not feel like a product on a production line like other doctors. I am sticking with this office trough out my pregnancy. All the staff is very nice too.
Dr. Sovacool listened to my concerns and explained her recommendations thoroughly. Staff was welcoming and professional, and I was treated with respect.
I stood waiting in front of the window for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged even though the woman was sitting there. There were 15 to 20 people in the waiting-room waiting to be seen . I was told that there were many people ahead of me and that it would be over an hour wait. Why have an appointment then?.. Waste of time. Would not recommend.
Wonderful doctors and staff , makes you feel very comfortable. Delivered my son 3 weeks early made me feel very confident. The best around.
I was just there yesterday my first pad smear it was painful not going to lie Im glad my sister was there to hold my hand. The only problem is now that is Im itchy everywhere i notice this as soon as i left. I have a feeling its the detergent they use to clean the gowns. Kinda miserable if itching doesnt stop by sunday Ill have to go see a doctor
I had a high risk pregnancy with my second daughter and they were absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed coming here for those visits and would not look anywhere else for an OBGYN.
Best place and best staff. They were fantastic for my last two pregnancies and everything in between.
Have been going here for almost 2 years now and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Ive mostly seen Kiko and Willard and they both take their time and answer any questions I have!
Best doctors and staff around. Everyone is amazing here. 🩷🩵
They don’t answer there phones even though they say they are open at 8a.m. When you get the answering service they say they would be back from lunch at 1:15 call back and they say they are gone for the day. They should all be on the same page on what’s going on. They wouldn’t see me until I was 13 weeks after calling them telling them I was having problems. Which turned out to be more of a mess. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
You cant be 7 minutes late or they will try to reschedule you.
Through our pregnancy process they have been extremely attentive and supportive. Staff is great.
I wanted to see if i could become a new patient but no one picks up the phone and you have to leave a message. So annoying
All the ladies are so kind and easy to talk with. They make me feel good and appreciated. Thank you
The doctors and the staff here are absolutely amazing! I could never imagine taking my daughter anywhere else!
The ladys at the front desk are very rude and loud spreading your business the doctors are rushy and dont care about your concerns and give you the run around when you ask questions very unprofessional place
What a great place!(: do i get to hear my babys heart beat at my 16 week appoinment?
Love dr kiko and dr wilson. Such great drs. I will go no where else
Best doctors, nurses and staff that I have ever dealt with
They are amazing.. I wouldnt go anywhere else.. .
Awesome!
Everyone is great here.
Just terrible
