First time patient I scheduled months before and waited for my appointment, as the appointment got closer they rescheduled multiple times which was frustrating because I kept having to change PTO for work. Also seems like staff don’t communicate with each other because I received calls back to back about the same rescheduling situation. The doctor had a family emergency with her father. Looking at other reviews, looks like this is something that happens often with rescheduling. I missed a section on the patient intake forms and they canceled the appointment four days before the appointment I been waiting for.
DO NOT GO HERE. No degree of medical expertise is worth the hassle this office puts you through - changed appointments, long delays, billing errors, etc. So incredibly poorly run. It literally took over 8 years (and countless attempts, including in person) for the back office to process my change of address and when it finally went through, they charged me interest for nonpayment of bills I never received. Ive called 3 times and emailed, asking for someone to call me back to discuss - and no surprise, no one has called. Every time Ive been in, there is someone new behind the desk, once not even a real person. There are plenty of good OB-GYNs in town, save yourself the hassle!
Shame on you, Dr.Jerath. As a doctor, it amazes me that you have such little compassion for your patients. Ive never received such horrible treatment at a doctors office before and without the slightest apology or concern. Ill physically suffer for at least the next 6-8 weeks because you are too much of a coward even to try to have a conversation with me. You absolutely know this and tried to use the power of my appointment to intimidate me. Or maybe you were just behind, as usual, and it was easier for you that I just went away.Ive been your patient for five years and have dealt with long appointment times, cancellations, and waiting in the lobby for up to an hour at a time. Ive still always been kind and considerate to you and your staff.Making me wait 45 minutes in your lobby to turn me away; all the while, my insurance was completely fine and verified by the time I got to my car. Completely unnecessary! For the record, My insurance and I have paid you every four months for the last five years without delay. You should genuinely be ashamed.
I love Dr. Jerath & her entire office. I’ve been going to her for close to 5 years now & she’s helped me through some tough times in my pregnancies, always with kindness and compassion. She also respects the decisions I make for my own health which is priceless. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait to see her but it’s usually due to an emergency with a patient & having been that patient before, I appreciate that she stayed with me as long as I needed her. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!
I would advise any woman who values their time and does not want to be subjected to high pressure sales tactics to look for a different practice. I waited almost an hour for my first appointment, but went ahead and scheduled a follow up. A week before that appointment, I received a call from Dr. Jeraths office stating that she was going to be out of the country and I needed to reschedule. When I realized I would not have enough medication to get me through to the rescheduled appointment, I called the office--when the doctor was supposedly out of the country--and none other than Dr. Jerath answered the phone. When my appointment finally came around, I waited OVER an hour to see the doctor and was then pressured to do blood work for Biote hormone pellets (I was 34 at the time) and was even asked if I was an easy stick because the normal phlebotomist was out, but her nurse could do it then if I was an easy stick. I was never able to get an appointment for the insertion procedure because they dont schedule on Mondays or Fridays and only between 10 AM and 3 PM. I take mass transit into Denver for work, so the limited hours would have required taking off a whole day of work for a 30 minute appointment. I finally gave up trying to schedule an appointment and feel lucky that I didnt go through an unnecessary procedure, but was left on the hook for a nearly $300 lab bill. I am of the opinion that a doctors office should be a safe place and not like a car dealership where sales are the priority.
I never made it into the office. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient for HRTI had read very good reviews about Dr Jerath. They scheduled me for the following week.this was the first of MayI was thrilled, I really needed to get in.They called back the next day said there was a scheduling mistake 1st available appt was 6 weeks out. I went ahead and took it. Which put me in June. A week before my appointment they called to reschedule me because the Dr had to do a C section at that time (which I totally understand) But when they said the soonest appointment would be August 6th. Another 6 weeks!!!!! It was apparent they did not care about me. Needless to say I found another doctor office that got me right in and they were great!
I usually dont leave negative reviews, but my experience today as a first-time patient at this office was awful. First, I had issues with my insurance and the doctor seemed annoyed that waiting messed up her schedule. I spent an hour filling out paperwork online before the appointment, and had to wait another hour in the office for the doctor to review it. She seemed annoyed that I forgot certain details on the forms, and overall, was not friendly or welcoming. She did not notify me of what she was doing during the exam, even when I asked her to tell me beforehand so I could relax, and I felt like a piece of meat on the table instead of a person. Im only leaving this review to warn other people looking for a new doctor. Please consider seeing someone else.
I had a HORRIBLE experience at this office. I was a first time patient there. The nurse took me back within 10 minutes after arriving. She took my urine sample, and checked my blood presser. Then she took me into the exam room, said the doctor will be in soon. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was in the office for just under 2 hours! Without seeing the Doctor!During that time I asked when the doctor would be in a couple different times. All I got was soon. The receptionist checked on me one time, to let me know the Doc was running behind. I finally got up and left the exam room. I was never seen by the Doc!Five months later I received a bill in the amount of $50.95. When I questioned the bill, they kept putting me off. I then called my insurance company. Insurance paid the bill in June, shortly after my visit!! Now 6 months later I receive a bill in the amount of $15. The office claims it is the CO-pay for the nurse visit! I was told that it is illegal for them to write off the Co-pay!!! BS! I should never have had a co-pay for this visit! I would never, ever, recommend this office!!
The place has been essentially deserted every time I go in and yet I still wait almost an hr after my appointment time before Im taken back and then I spend another 30-60 mins waiting in the room before I see the doctor. On my first appointment I listened to the very clear conversation the woman in the next room had with the doc about her itching STI (the vents provide great/awful acoustics). Dr. Jerath is unpleasant and inefficient. I had 2 consultations and was told they have a traveling anesthesiologist and theyd call when they had a case load sufficient to call them in from Arizona.... I checked in several times over the next 9 months and it became abundantly clear they either have no patients or are flat out lying about needing an anesthesiologist from out of state. The office is attached to a hospital for Petes sake!Luckily I found another doctor willing to help me where Vandna Jerath would not.I also agree that their website is absolute garbage. The entire experience with this office is garbage from start to finish.
This was the absolute worst I have EVER been treated. To start I am a recovering alcoholic, when I mentioned this to the doctor she said if I ever felt like drinking to call her right away, this was after my ultrasound where there was an empty sac. I have stretch marks all over my belly and thighs, to this she responded with how red they were and that she sold a cream that I could use after the pregnancy and it was $100. I take a low dose of clonzepam for anxiety and to this she responded I needed to be off immediately (I felt like a drug addict) she had me bawling for hours after this appointment. After it was confirmed we lost the baby she said it may have been due to my meds, she was awful awful awful. I hope no one is ever treated with the disrespect and hurtful words she said to me again. I have friends that have recently gotten pregnant, when they ask where I went all I say is DO NOT GO HERE. Now let me tell you, two months after our loss I was pregnant again! I now have a 2 and a half week old baby boy. I was on my medication the ENTIRE pregnancy and it has been deemed safe to breastfeed. He was of average weight and height, no heart problems or cleft lip (my medication SLIGHTLY increased the risk of those two possible issues) so far he is a perfectly healthy and happy baby boy. My pregnancy was monitored, but no more or less than a woman who was not taking any medications. Save yourself some trouble, and money, and stay away from here. This doctor is awful.
Dr. Jerath and her staff are incredible! The personal care and service received is top notch. I had both of my children delivered by Dr. Jerath, I highly recommend this OBGYN Practice. Dr. Jeraths skill, expertise and reassuring nature are to be commended. Thank you Dr. Jerath.
Dr. Jerath and Staff are NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I couldnt say enough about her . I was treated like family and felt safe in every decision she made for myself and my child. She is a God Send!
Dr. Jerath is one of the best I have come across. She is caring and takes time with her patients. I don’t mind the wait for quality care!
Dr. Jerath is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
