Horrible attitude. I do not know how much the lady at the place is paid to work there. But her attitude is ridiculously bad. She cannot help but always answer an honest question by her mocking voice and rolling her eyes. If she hates her job that much, I wonder why she still works there. The customers are the reason why you still have the job. When they talk to you with respect, do the same thing. Why is it so hard? I will never come back there no matter how convenient this place is.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend the woman who was working (alone) at the Quest Diagnostic Center, 330 W Oregon Ave Philadelphia, PA 19148 yesterday (11/19/2014 @8:15am). Myself and my 90 yr. grandmother had appointments to have our blood drawn. This employee, who regretfully I did not get her name, registered us both easily and took us back within minutes. Not only was I so grateful for the ease of the appointment but she delivered professionalism, and genuine kindness. As a patient it is such a positive experience when medical professionals are so great!
I spent money traveling down here just to have them tell me they are out of pee test kits. Of course this is right before their lunch time. So I had to travel to N broad Street which is REALLY unprofessional and I have to wait until they come back. Hope I am not late for work.
Not a quest diagnostic anymore now its a covid 19 resource hub
I went to this location after receiving bad service from a different Quest location. There was no wait and the front desk service was professional and courteous
Decided to take my chances here since I was in the neighborhood despite the previous comments. Avoid this place if you can, she doesnt want to work.
Refused to do a drug screen even though i had an appointment.
Doesn’t look open.
Very efficient!
