I’ve been going here for years and the staff are always kind and facility is clean & modern. I go for my annual wellness exam and the doctors are fantastic. It costs so much less than going to a private physician, and the doctors are specialized in women’s health - I trust them. Thanks for all you do!
This location was great. I see a few bad reviews and regarding those if you get an early morning appointment, you’ll be seen sooner. Don’t let those reviews scare you. Ultimately the staff was extremely kind towards me during a vulnerable time. Answered my questions and treated me in a timely manner. The establishment was very clean and every single staff member including the front desk in the basement treated me with humanity and attentiveness. There were not many protesters at all, just one lone man holding pamphlets… don’t worry though because there were more kind volunteers outside in the front of the building (rain or shine) to escort women inside and protect them against any protesters.
Had a fantastic experience.I was not expecting how good this experience to be. I went in to this PP for a annual wellnes exam. First time here but I was a bit jaded by the other reviews. Overall, it was really terrific.Pros:The pap and pelvic exam was phenomenally done. My provider, an NP, was caring, slow, careful, and a very good listener. She was attentive to my discomfort and asked permission at all stages of the exame. She also suggested genetic counseling for cancer risk based on family history, which no other provider at Jefferson or Penn had done. The nurse/assistant who took my history and BP was also extraordinarily professional and thorough. Hoenstly, this was one of the best annual/pelvic exams Ive had in my 20+ years of getting them (this was my first at a Planned Parenthood). Also, my wait was incredibly short: I was in the waiting room for about 45 seconds before I was called. The facility was clean and bright. Not fancy, but very comfortable.Another pro: when, like a dolt, I left my laptop there, it was safe and secure when I came back almost an hour later.Another pro: the volunteer clinic escorts outside are very kind and very welcome.Only con: Its true that the woman I saw at the front desk wasnt brimming with excitement or friendliness. But she also wasnt in any way rude to me. I chalk it up to her being tired and being in a customer-facing position, which isnt easy.
I went there with two of my friends. We did not see any people for around 20 minutes. We finally noticed someone in the far back and when she noticed we were there she hid in the back room. Finally we called out and after some time someone came up and she had a very cold and rude attitude. We needed a safe place and she was not able to provide that. Sensitivity training is definitely a must for this location. We were in the restroom and looking at some pregnancy results and she told us to leave because they were closed in a very cold tone. When we asked earlier if we can make use of their services after viewing the pregnancy results she said that we wouldnt be able to today. When we asked if we would need to make an appointment the next day or if we could walk in she did not answer and ignored us.When we finally left we said to have a good day and she didnt respond and had the attitude as if she was just there to work and she did not want to help us at all.It was very demoralizing. We were all extremely emotional and could have appreciated some kind faces and an appropriate attitude.
Front desk lady upstairs (she worked Saturdays) needs to learn compassion or get out of the health care field. Was so rude. Was early to my appointment because I had to go to two in the building (one before) and she wouldn’t let sit and wait in the waiting room until my appointment. Was short and rude. Watched me tear up and called for next patient. I barely have any time off to make it to an appointment and they booked these two appointments themselves, telling me I could do the one and go upstairs and wait for the next. No sympathy. No compassion. Rude. It’s horrible, as someone in the healthcare industry I’m utterly disappointed someone would behave and speak to a patient the way she did. Made me never want to go to a planned parenthood again.
The workers were not there to greet us and after 20 minutes of waiting when they did greet us, they gave us a crude attitude and a mean tone of voice. We were anxious and seeking a safe place and before we asked anything, she cut us off and told us she cannot see us today. We asked to use her bathroom. We were in there no longer than 10 minutes when she proceeded to knock on the door and tell us it was time to leave, they were closing.Me and my friends went there September 17, 2024. It was a lady with a black shirt. She was African-American long braids and the other worker was also African-American wearing a blue shirt. They were very rude and very cold.
One of my young patients recently had to replace her IUD. She chose this Planned Parenthood and was seen by Katherine (Kat) Kelly, nurse practitioner. My patient described that she had a great experience besides the expected unpleasant nature of the procedure. Kat was kind, patient, explained every step she was taking, and answered all her questions. My patient describes that the staff at this location took the time to listen to her needs and were kind throughout the process. She would recommend Kat and this Planned Parenthood location.
This planned parenthood has a lot of bad reviews but the doctors and staff were all very kind to me. I had an copper IUD inserted here and the doctor who do it was very kind, she took me step by step and I could tell she cared a lot. I think this planned parenthood has a lot of bad reviews maybe from review bombing, people trying to avoid others from getting reproductive care but I had a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience here for the removal of my Nexplanon implant! The check-in process was smooth and easy and I didnt wait too long to see the nurse practitioner (I think maybe 20 mins?) The procedure was quick and easy as well and they gave me thorough aftercare instructions. Great service all around.
I had an excellent experience here yesterday (4/3/24) My appointment was at 4:30pm I got there at 4:12pm and was out by 4:32pm. They gave me a two week time frame for me to come back & get my Depo shot unlike Upper Darby who just said come back on this date. Everyone was polite and respectful. I will be going back here.
This in no way is reflective towards the employees who work during normal business hours. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR VICKY OR VICKI. The AFTER HOURS “nurse”. You are very unprofessional, negligent, and honestly you don’t deserve to work for planned parenthood… I’d question the person who hired you for that role IMMEDIATELY. Women are going through high stress situations and you should be the VERY VERY last person anyone should come to a concern with. Asking me “do I know everything, or do I need your help” over me simply explaining the series of events that led to my EMERGENCY phone call. Now, if you are incompetent and uneducated to handle conversations of this extreme matter, maybe you should quit for everyone else’s safety. Having you around is a serious health hazard for patients who attend this clinic. Having you on the phones as the person who is supposed to comfort and medically advise patients is a huge mistake and a loss to all the women suffering a loss…. I am judging Planned Parenthood at Locust Street in Center City Philadelphia… 0/10 stars if I could. Be a big help and find a bridge… and you know the rest Vicky!
I came here to get my birth control arm implant removed. I was expecting the whole process to be terrible because of PP’s reputation and all the reviews, but I had a really good experience. The staff was so kind and efficient. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen, and less than another 10 for the doctor to come in to perform the removal. She was kind, explained everything she was doing, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable and experienced no pain. I can’t speak to costs because I used insurance, but customer service and quality of service were both 10/10 for me.
I really tried not to put a review but these people are useless. Dont regret not listening to these horrible reviews. This place is not worth it. I really tried with them. They just put professionalism to shame. BEWARE
Needed an IUD removal and was quoted $0 before the appointment and then told $109 once I got the office. When I went to pay after the appointment was told it was actually $260. How this is legal I have no idea
BEST dr. Appt ever. Everyone was so kind and helpful Im starting to think all the bad reviews are protesters wanting us to stop going to PP.I appreciated that they asked about different parts of my identity and preferences, and that there was great security. The escorts even shielded patients from the protestor who was shouting at women, trying to give them pro-life literature. I felt very safe during my visit and everyone was easy to talk to. If protestors try to talk to you, just keep walking.
Reproductive and sexual health care is under attack right now, and Planned Parenthood does a good job at offering care even when other options are forced to close. I had my abortion here during the height of the pandemic in 2020, and while I wont lie and say it was the best doctors appointment Ive had, they were compassionate and patient. While having so few options available means this location can get busy, they do a good job at navigating the stress.Oh, and if theyre there, ignore the ignorant protestors outside. The patient escorts (wearing rainbow vests) are very sweet and will help you get in and out of the office without having to interact too much with the jerks protesting.
One of the most seamless and informative doctors visits I’ve ever had! From the medical assistant to the nurse practitioners my concerns were heard and met!
I’m deeply saddened to see other patients not have a good experience. I too have had experiences at other locations that were not the best. However, this is my very first time being at this location and outside of the barriers with the pandemic I still received phenomenal care. I was contacted 20 minutes before my appointment then again at the scheduled time. I was fearful of drop calls etc the visit was very smooth. My provider was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic. In my opinion all vital factors in providing great patient care. I also love the online scheduling platform. Many thanks to the care team!
The front desk staff are kind and the clinician I had my appointment with was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I’m giving one star because the medical assistant put incorrect information on my chart and I had to reiterate the same things multiple times to make sure my concerns and health history were recorded correctly. I felt uncomfortable with the way he asked questions about my history (he more or less asked if I knew whether or not my partner was sleeping with other people and then in regards to past pregnancies asked if they were “alive or not”. Not very trauma informed. In addition I had to help him google endometriosis which was very frustrating as someone seeking repro healthcare, these folks should know what endo and pcos are). But this is what really upsets me - I received scary results from an exam THREE WEEKS after the appointment, despite being told it would take 3-5 days and that “no news is good news”. I thought all was well only to get a phone call follow up and a piece of mail with anxiety inducing language (“potential severe, malignancy” is probably better discussed over an informative and compassionate phone call, not a piece of otherwise very clinical mail). I scheduled an appointment for a colpo and it was cancelled the next day by the office. I rescheduled and after a build up of anxiety for the appointment, I received a text notification that the office cancelled on me. No phone call, no email, just an automated text with no explanation after myself and my partner both rearranged our schedules for this appointment. This is not how a clinic should treat patients dealing with abnormal test results especially in regards to such a vulnerable form of health care. I am grateful for PP and their services but this location made me anxious and frustrated. Go somewhere else if you want a more positive experience.
Very disappointed with my experience here or lack there of. I had an appointment and due to traffic since the office is located in a very busy part of the city I was about less than 10min late. I get to the front desk to check in and they inform me that I can’t be seen because they gave my appointment away to someone else. I was atleast expecting to have somewhat of a grace period especially considering where the office is located. They said sometimes they do grace periods and sometimes they don’t. How do you honor a grace period sometime? How am I supposed to know when that sometime is? I wish I would have received a text or phone call warning me that my scheduled appointment was going to be given away if I was not in the office within a certain time frame of my appointment. Also it would be very helpful if on the website or in the text confirmation they would put a memo that states their sometime grace period rules or that my scheduled appointment could be given away and I wouldn’t be seen. I had to leave work and spent money to get to my appointment only for them to turn me away. I have never been turned away from a doctors office due to late arrival or they atleast inform you of a grace period. I considered planned parenthood to be a more inclusive and empathetic facility. Not anymore. They didn’t even attempt to accommodate me. I even asked if now that my scheduled appointment was forfeited if I could be a walk in patient and they denied me.
Been going through Planned Parenthood for access to informed consent HRT, so your mileage may vary with other services. However I’ve had both an online appointment and am in person blood test, and both were great. The building was very nice, clean, and the waiting room was nice. The front desk, and the person who drew blood were both nice. All-in-all the appointment took half an hour, and twenty minutes of that was just spent in the waiting room.Only negative is that they seemed a bit disorganized, but that may just be because they’re overworked.
I had an incredible experience with my IUD insertion here. The NP had an amazing bedside manner and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you planned parenthood!
Never again. Thought I was doing great getting my annual exam and screening. They make you do your own cervical swab. Thats something the insurance company pays the Doctor to do. Now I have to take another day off from work and find a real doctor who will do my exam. Calling my insurance company and telling them not to pay them for anything.
Came for a Mirena removal and Mirena insertion in the same visit, and everything went very well. I was nervous and the discomfort from the removal and insertion made me cry but the staff made me as comfortable as possible and were so kind and patient. Going back again for sure.
Had a terrible experience having my IUD placed in 2019 at another location. Came to this one and explained how I felt and how bad my prior placement was. Every person I spoke with and the doctor who did the procedure were very supportive, warm and caring. I’ll be going back for anything else I need!
As a regular patient at the facility i am highly!!!! HIGHLY UPSET. I tried to call this location to tell them that i was going to be running late. There is no way to get through to anybody yet when you arrive theyre sitting back there chatting so doing absolutely nothing! I paid $30 for a uber because i live far from this location. If someone would have answered the PHONE! Then maybe i would have not wasted the time nor money, i got there and was turned away only for a young lady (whos appointment was way earlier than mine) to be seen. Utter b.s and i will not frequent this location again!
Ive never had a problem with the actual care here, but every time Ive ever had to call here, Im left on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. Ive been calling on my lunch hour for 3 days now and this has happened every time. I need to schedule an important procedure that isnt listed on the online scheduling site and have no other way to schedule it other than on the phone which is impossible.
I am in between jobs and dont have health insurance right now, so I had an appointment with Planned Parenthood to renew my prescription for birth control. They sent a script for the wrong medication to my pharmacy, and despite calling every day for the last four days, I still dont have my correct prescription. They sure took my money though. Now its the weekend and theyre not open, so Ill be waiting at least two more days. I am also medicated for depression and my mood has dropped DRASTICALLY since I am completely out of my pills. Literally all they had to do was take 5 minutes to correct their error, but instead, Im sitting here without my medication for almost a week. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Im angry and heartbroken that this is one of the only options available for women without insurance.
All the complaints about reception here are goofy, if you are courteous to staff they will be courteous to you. Ebony, the healthcare professional who took care of me during my visit, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me through a very uncomfortable procedure. She was patient and encouraging and prepped me for every single step. Cannot recommend this location enough, Ive been coming for years and have never had a bad experience.
Staff is always friendly and supportive every time I go.
Been going through Planned Parenthood for access to informed consent HRT, so your mileage may vary with other services. However I’ve had both an online appointment and am in person blood test, and both were great.
Great experience. Was seen 15 minutes past scheduled time which is pretty typical. I felt very listened to and the provider and nurses were very kind. Absolutely no complaints.Note that there were anti-abortion protestors outside of the facility, but there was an escort there waiting outside to guide you in.
Edit: THREE HOURS LATER....Someone finally answered the phone. Without listening to my question, the person on the phone cuts me off and starts to tell me they dont handle any questions or hold any responsibility to answering patient questions then proceeds to talk over me about what I am asking and refusing to provide lab results. This place is absolutely unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of when it comes to the quality of healthcare. I had been coming for a few years but this place has certainly turned into a dump with rude workers. I had some lab work done two months ago and never received any follow up/communication or updates in my patient portal. I have tried to call them many times, but to be put on endless hold for HOURS. This is unacceptable practice. In the patient portal, there is no way to reach the healthcare workers for questions except for this phone number listed on Google or their website but you will never be able to reach them. This is a very terrible and unfortunate experience because I have been donating to this organization for years believing they can provide good healthcare to everyone. Planned Parenthood just lost a long time patient and donor. Please evaluate your core values and how you serve your patients. I will be going somewhere else to redo my lab work because PP refuse to update or have any sort of communication with their patients except waste time and put you on edge with their endless hold.
I received a copper IUD. I had a new nurse practitioner and one that was assisting her for the consultation. They told me the side effects and possible complications to make sure I was positive that I wanted to get it. All the staff members were nice and welcoming. The place is nice and bright. It is my first time going to planned parenthood, I had pretty low expectations. After my procedure the nurse practitioner gave me her card so I could call her if I experienced certain any complications.
The wait is sometimes long, but that’s because there needs to be more of these centers. The staff is always professional and helpful. Highly recommend for any woman looking for birth control options. They also offer several health screenings.
My experience here has always been a respected visit the guidance counselor are very helpful and always made me feel comfortable the only issue is the folks when you enter the signs and the yelling at you like it’s a planned parent hood clinic as well not just a abortion clinic so why not give us women the privacy and respect we deserve and leave the premises it’s disturbing and can be a bit embarrassing but the good out weighs the bad peace ☮️
I always have a good experience when I come to this location. I get seen with little to no wait time (I always choose morning appointments), also the doctors are some of the sweetest and understanding people I’ve ever met. I always leave the office being more knowledgeable about what’s going on with my body then when I come In.
Man at the front had cool tats and was nice. The ladies at the front desk and check out were sweet, patient & funny. And both my nurse and my doctor were super cool. Wasn’t uncomfortable for a second.
I have called 6 times these past 2 months and every time Ive been on HOLD for an hour or longer and forced to just give up, I once got ahold of the call center and they transferred me to the center and no one picked up, and now itll be the 3rd email Ive left to talk to anyone.. Ive yet to reach anyone at this Planned Parenthood, Im supposed to be a patient here, theyve been providing me HRT for 2 years and now I cant even get my medication or make an appointment at this point because they refuse to pick up their phones. Go somewhere else, its not worth the mental strain to try to reach them to get even the most basic care. Theyre in it for the money and they could care less about their Trans patients.
It seems to be they only hire rude people, the entire first floor staff is extremely rude. My very first visit signing in with the women at the front desk. She asked me what I needed I told her I needed to sign in for my appointment, so she asks for my insurance card which I handed and then she ignores me for a good minutes while i’m standing there and proceeds to ask me what I needed again while she has my insurance card. When I was finally seen by a doctor, she wasn’t any better. This is the worst planned parenthood and I don’t understand why you would hire people in an environment where need to be cared for. Especially in the downtown area, take your matters to another planned parenthood because these people don’t care.
I got here a half hour early for a 4:20pm appointment. I went to the back around 4:50 waited for over an hour (still waiting) for the nurse to come. No one has come to check to make sure everything is okay, or to let me know that its been busy (which it doesnt appear to be). I even asked how long the wait was and am being told that I am next. Luckily Im not here for an emergency, but I am still pissed.
Horrible experience. If could give it zero stars I would, Receptionist rolled her eyes when I asked about an appointment as a walk-in. I was really just inquiring and didnt expect to be seen that day but it was easier than waiting on the phone any longer than the 22 min i had been on hold. The medical asst (at least I think thats who she was) never introduced herself or told me what her role was and while we were talking a random girl entered without knocking to restock a shelf. When the MA was done she left me to undress without a gown or blanket. I was concerned about abdominal distention and when the doctor came in the first thing she said to me was well theres nothing I can do for that. She reminded me 3 times that I cant expect to have an annual exam as a walk-in. She begrudgingly offered to do a manual internal exam but again reminded it that it wouldnt show anything. She made me feel awful. At the end she told me to follow her and left the door open while I was still exposed and on the table. I am a strong supporter of Planned Parenthood and have contributing to their political campaigns for over 10 years but I would NEVER go here again.
I’ve been here several times for medical care and the staff is always so professional and kind. I distrust a lot of doctors, but everyone I’ve encountered at this center is so accommodating and makes me feel as comfortable as possible while I’m there. From the reception desk to nurses to doctors, they’re always so polite and comforting.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the nurse who did my intake was fantastic. She was very nice, made casual conversation and made me feel comfortable. My appointment was in the morning, and the wait wasnt bad at all. I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment, filled out my paperwork and was in the back about 2 minutes after my scheduled time. The waiting room and facilities were clean and comfortable. My major issue is with the doctor I saw - Dr. Wilson I think her name was. She was not very helpful or empathetic. I went in to change my BC method and she informs me I cant have anything estrogen-based because I had one pseudo-migraine months ago and it can increase stroke risk. Fine, I understand there are policies and they are there to protect patients and that doctors are busy, but she barely gave me any info even when I asked her to further explain the correlation (since apparently its something I may need to be concerned about). I had gone in to have my Nexplanon removed due to a year of nonstop spotting, and her responses are Well, you know that happens with the implant. (Yeah, thanks. I know and now Im sick of it and want it removed). And after Ive just been crying in the exam room and told her I dont want other progestin options because they will be the same with irregular bleeding and I use BC to regulate my period - Well the implant probably wasnt a good option for you in the first place then. Wow, great, very helpful, thanks for making me feel better. I left feeling discouraged, frustrated, and without options, and can only imagine how that would have affected someone trying to empower themselves in their healthcare decisions and for whom PP may be the only option. Ive had similar experiences and will never understand why some gynos make women (especially young women) feel ashamed or without agency, especially working for a place like PP. Im new to Philly and had great experiences at PP in my home state and support their work, especially with the attacks theyve faced recently, but will probably find a private practice now unfortunately...But props to the nurses who are undervalued and otherwise made my experience very nice!
Staff was very nice. They knew all the information on the subjects that we had to deal with. Only thing that I can say that wasnt good was the waiting period to be seen my the doctor. They tell the prcedures take 4 to 6 hours but that the waiting period to be seen by the doctor doing the procedure.
I read a lot of negative reviews before I went and thought I was going to have to wait forever to be seen even with an appt, but honestly my two appts at PP were the best medical experience Ive ever had. I set up appts online (9am on a Saturday probably helped as it was less busy) and was seen within a half hour. The women at the desk and the nurses and doctors all were super kind, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I was able to get birth control (an implant) in a week with two appts that were no less than an hour which would have taken me months at any other doc office. They answered all of my questions about the birth control and my insurance, and I genuinely felt like they cared about me and my welfare. Never felt like I could say that about a doctors visit before, you should definitely make an apt and go if youve been stressing about seeing a doc or obgyn.
Staff are great just the service a little slow
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Dr. Brandt, she was so sweet and I felt very comfortable with her. I was seen about 30 mins after the scheduled time of my appointment.
This place is very unprofessional. I came in once before for a procedure that I had scheduled a week in advanced and when I came in they hadn’t checked my insurance plan to make sure if covered the procedure even though I gave them the nessecary information to do so. This time I made an appointment (again a week in advance) and I have been waiting for 40 minutes past the time of my scheduled appointment. When asked when I can expect to be treated they said they were not sure because there were 5 people ahead of me.
I had a really great experience during my visit today. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the waiting time was less than 20 minutes. The place was neat and very clean
I went there yesterday to get my implant took out my appointment was original the 25th but I talked to a lady Friday she said it was cancelled so she scheduled me for Monday the 27th at 10am. The lady at the window who waited on me was very professional and registered me she told me to take a seat until I hear my name that was fine. I got called to the back around 10:15 gave a urine sample the MA asked me a few questions and said the Doctor will be in. At 11:07 still no Doctor I came out the room and asked the ladys across from my room working at a desk if I could reschedule because I had to go to work. She asked what time I had to be out by told her she said they should be in there before than because it was one person in front of me and it was fast track. At 11:30 the Dr. Finally came wobbling in doesnt introduce herself smelling like onions and garlic with stuff around her mouth Ms. David this your lucky day your implant is not expired but I had it in for 3yrs June 22nd.She says science shows since you got yours as shes walking out the room its good for 4yrs come back next year same time. No paper work no proof or anything I asked for doctors note for work didnt get one. How do yall want somebody to keep an object in they body a year after its suppose to come out with no answers. I already called corporate and will be calling my family lawyer.
The wait was really long (three hours) even though I had an appointment. However if you are ok with the long wait, my gyno was super rad! And the rest of the staff were pretty nice as well.
Please let me give zero stars. Why is this place still open? I had an appointment at 12:30 and they wouldnt have been able to see me until at least 3. Thank you so much for wasting my time. I really appreciate that. Just be honest to your patients and tell them they will be seen 3 hours after their scheduled time, so that we can plan better!!!!
Most of the staff at reception are extremely rude and unprofessional. The one lady was literally huffing and puffing like a 12 year old with a bad attitude while on the phone with me saying oh my god and raising her voice. I had to hang up. The women in the back are nice but be prepared for unnecessary arguments, eye rolling and frankly embarrassing workers at reception. Good luck!
In this inconvenient covid world where Healthcare professionals already had to be careful of their liability it was quite refreshing to deal with practitioners who care about their patients today. Both support staff and Practitioners here went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed! Thank you
Worst staff to speak to over the phone, and in person. this is a womens clinic and people call intimes of distress and your huffing and puffing over the phone? im asking for an obgyn appt. and shes saying we cant see you since you didnt have a procedure with us,ok well where do you want me to go HELL???? GGGeezzz never have I ever dealt with such rude women in my life. DONT GO HERE, youll wait 2 hrs even with an appt. and get nothing but foul looks and attitude from the staff. Such a disgrace to the planned parenthood ideology.
I am for Planned Parenthood and what they do. I have been to this location twice, both times with an appointment, and both times it has taken nearly two hours to get in and out. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if they cant even see you within a timely manner? I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to be seen, and waited again in the room for another half hour just for a shot that took less then a minute. They really need to get their act together.
Despite having an appointment I was in this office for nearly 3 hours. Also no one picks up the phone. But great wifi which allowed me to write this review. I will not be returning.
Got an abortion here and the abortion was incomplete. Kept feeling bloated gassy and nauseous for several days after my procedure went to the ER only to find out that I’m still pregnant and my hcg levels are in the 33,000s very traumatized and heart broken paid a lot of money for a completed procedure now they want to give me the pill which I’ve heard horror stories about!
I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and wound up leaving and cancelling after being in the waiting room for 90 minutes. The front desk staff told me there were only 2 people in front of me when there were actually more than 5. The environment is unprofessional and I’m never returning to this clinic.
Front desk receiptionist were on there personal phones during check in. Came to get my implant removed from arm waited 1 1/2 they never even removed it, told me They had me under someone elses chart. Blood on the seat from someone elses exam, disguisting!
Doctors and nurses were fantastic, professional and friendly when I went here for a well visit. Front desk staff handled everything really well but really seemed to be bothered to have to even deal with any of the clients.
Staff was in considerate. I had an appointment at 1pm and didn’t see a doctor until 245pm. The experience was terrible and not worth the wait
I love this place so much. Everyone I have interacted with has been helpful, professional and understanding. Sure the wait times can be long and that is frustrating, but the wonderful people make up for it. Keep these doors open!
Very kind and helpful. Thank you
I just want to shout out Angel. I had a LEEP last year and a colposcopy again as a follow up and Angel was really great in making a pretty painful and unpleasant procedure not as scary. Give Angel a raise!
This is by far the worst place to be at. They have the same freaking doctor doing medication and medical procedures. So you will be waiting 6 hours just for a pill while everybody medical procedure gets done.!!
They are “here to help” but then charge you for a conversation. Everyone was nice but it was like being politely scammed. Sad.
They don’t answer the phones all day and when they do they have attitudes . How are you mad at me because you have a job picking up phones ? You will wait long hours even with an appointment and when you arrive to your appointment be prepared for more unprofessionalism and attitudes it makes no sense .
I have an appointment coming up I’ve been calling since Thursday trying to get a hold of someone . My appointment is tomorrow and I have not spoken with a doctor yet .
I dont want to leave a one star review but honestly its what they deserve.the receptionists are very rude, they will cut you off when talking to them and being that ive been there for various check ups through out the years ive noticed they have a habit of being more loud when talking about stigmatized tests such as std tests,as if they want you to feel uncomfortable because there is no sense of privacy.Speaking of check ups im not sure if its the doctors or the receptionists responsible for this but knowing when walk ins end is pointless, theyll end when they feel like and if your too late theyll tell you get an appointment, yet ask for one and theyll tell you to come during walk ins.its madness.the only reason im giving two stars instead of one is the sitting area is nice imo
I came in for a 10 oclock appt and wasnt seen til 1. This is the worse experience I ever had in my whole life. If I wasnt in dire need for help I would of been left.
Went to this location to pick up a prescription and was told a price that was way higher than expected to pay. Asked to get it transferred to my local pharmacy on a Wednesday and the transfer was never processed when i went to pick it up on Friday.
Never answer the phone. Hard to set an appointment with them. You’d be lucky to get someone on the phone.
They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed very nice people too
Waited on the phone for 30+ minutes to ask them to fix a mistake THEY did and at the end they just hang up. Terrible service.
I had an 9 a clock appointment and it’s 10 a clock and I still haven’t been seen . What’s the point of having an appointment . They minds well do walk ins.
Long wait and rude receptionist who talked on the phone the whole time she checked me in smh uncomfortable... Inside medical staff was nice though
Front desk staff is beyond rude. Had an appointment at 7:40am and wasnt seen until 9:00am.
Doctors and nurses were nice, professional and friendly when I went here for a visit. Front desk staff really seemed to be bothered to have to even deal with any of the clients.
The worse they give you appointment times and they don’t show
Whats The Point Of Making An Appointment if You Are Going To Have To Wait 2 HOURS! Never Again
Helpful. Nice. Effective. You may wait because serious cases take priority, but the staff and facility are great.
These people are rude and unfriendly. From the doctors to the front desk person. Hated my experience here.
Sure the wait was a little long, but for the excellent experience it’s very worth it.
Worst ever had a 3:20 appointment waited over an hour just to get seen slow process never coming back again
Went here once, and the staff were respectful and helpful
The guy in the front was very disrespectful and didn’t understand anything. They obviously don’t care the way they talk to people!!
What’s the point of having a phone if y’all never answer I’ve been calling 3 days straight just to make an appointment nobody ever answers I end up hanging up
Longest Wait I Ever Had About A Hour And A Half Wait And Had So Many People I Was There Before Go In The Back Before Me !
Absolutely terrible. Save yourself the hassle and go up to the one on comly because this one is garbage.
Great customer service, Stopped going last year but I’m returning
How can’t y’all make appointments online but y’all forwarding the phone calls?
The best caring staff ever❤️
Don’t go here horrible ! They don’t want they job and it shows !
They were polite and courtesy to your health needs
Ive been waiting since 2pm to be seen. Its now 5pm. Slow and ridiculous.
Someone keeps pressing a button to keep me on hold. I’ve been on hold for an hour now.
If you make an appointment, youll be out within an hour 😌
Great staff, friendly and awesome care... very private..
For one no one ever answers the phone soAnnoying
Had me waiting over an hour with no update in the lobby

Not liking this place so far
Good servicié
Cannot say enough great things about this PP. Each and every staff member carries so much compassion, kindness, and bravery in their hearts. I instantly felt calm and cared for the minute I walked in the door. No matter WHAT you’re there for, whether it be an STI test, mammogram, OB/GYN visit, or check up, PP will take great care of you.
I waited more than an hour, they attended to everyone, even others who arrived after me and I got nothing.
