I came in a little emotional and everybody was so nice and helpful especially the LADY at the front desk. She was patient/helpful and understanding despite me being all emotional and all over the place. My attending nurse HE was nice and spoke with little medical terminology so I could understand plus making sure I knew what was going on. Love to see representation and feeling of great vibes. Love ppl loving the work they do. The doctor was also nice and very pleasant. I felt welcomed. Great place.
First of all, I have no insurance and my fee was 135 out-of-pocket which is the cheapest I’ve ever paid for a walk-in clinic without insurance. There was no line so I was seen right away. The staff was very friendly, including Monica at the front desk gave me a heads up that I should move my car without getting a ticket. Kaval Did not use a lot of medical jargon so overall easy to understand my medical diagnosis. And they are having a summer sale for school physicals for just $40 With my son so he can get one while we wait for our insurance to start next month
This was my 1st time at this Urgent care. The staff at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The nurse Donny, and the physician was pleasant as well. I would go back to this facility again. They sent me to Bustelton Avenue facility to get xray. The staff there were pleasant and the wait time was minimum at both sites. Kudos to vibe urgent care.
Dr. Bagnor is so sweet and made coming to urgent care easy. All the staff is nice and respectful and the facility is clean. You do have to wait a little bit I was seen before my estimated appointment time.
I recently visited Vybe Urgent Care with an emergency issue. I could barely breathe and didn’t know how long the wait would be. To my surprise Ms. Monica at the front desk handled me with white glove care. She helped check in and put me at ease about the wait time. In less then 15 minutes I was taken to the back and handled with the upmost professionalism by M.A. La’Keiya. She was very patient with me. Took my vitals and tried to get to the bottom of why I was having such difficulty breathing. We took a series of test. She monitored my vitals assuring me that things were stabilizing. She then updated Doctor Robert was knowledgeable and explained what was happening to me and how he wanted to remedy the problem. He ordered a few chest X-rays. Even the tech was very friendly, concerned, and wished me well. The team there treated me like I’ve never been treated by any primary care physician I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth. I was very comfortable with the plan of care. I also appreciated the follow-up instructions provided, which were clear and detailed. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of care and would definitely return if needed. Highly recommended. What a wonderful team you have.
I had a great experience using Vybe on Spring Garden over Labor Day Weekend. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, caring and super competent. Dr. Patel was amazing! He diagnosed my injury and was kind, patient, and attentive. Everything about this place was top notch. So glad to have this care center in our community!
Everyone was extremely nice and efficient. I had a short wait (I was a walk-in), and young woman showed me into an examining room, took my vitals and the doctor came shortly after. I explained my problem and he prescribed the appropriate meds to tide me through until my PCP appointment next week. Altogether, a very good experience.
I had some pain and went it to see what could be done. Everyone was extremely kind and Jose Torradas is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain everything to me and carefully explained what was going on. I’m 100% going back to the Vybe care on spring garden. Thank you so so much again.
I visited The Vybe at the Spring Garden location twice while feeling under the weather, and both times, the service was phenomenal and fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, especially the front desk attendant, Amirah. Despite checking in multiple patients, she remained professional and kind. The MA, Wanda, and Dr. Snow were also very friendly, and I didnt have to wait long to see the doctor. Highly recommend!
For context, my appointment was just for a physical exam on a Monday at 2 pm so really nothing major. Also, I’m just writing this because I’m bored waiting for my ride home. Anyway, I have five points to address to whoever is up late reading urgent care reviews on Google- Checking in was easy with the tablet- Receptionist was direct and gave clear instructions- Wait time was average for an urgent care- Got in and out fast for my physical- Medical staff was friendly, efficient and helpful- Overall nothing exceeded expectations but I left feeling taken care ofPicture unrelated it’s just my favorite brownie recipe (it’s original btw)
I made a next-day appointment for 9:30 am. Scheduling was super easy and I was seen very quickly once I got into the office. I got the care and medicine I expected and needed. Would definitely go back to this office if I ever need an urgent care appointment in the future!
My experience was quick and fast I signed in the lady at the from desk was friendly and helpful. The assistant also was nice as well and understanding listen to me about my issue communication was on point. Other than that it felt rushed as if the doctor didn’t know what was really wrong with my back overall 7/10
Nube on Spring Garden is always clean and smells great. Staff are always on point! My previous visit I met La’Keiya. She was AWESOME! I needed blood work and I swear she has THEE most gentle hand EVER! I felt nothing! Even when she took the needle out still nothing I felt. She was great, very on point and happy to help. Good luck sweets and enjoy you career🫶🏾
I had a workmans comp issue was seen at Vybe Urgent Care from the time I entered the building I was immediately greeted by staff personnel, who made my visit along with all the other staff members a very pleasant one considering the circumstances. The young ladies were very professional respectful and patient with me getting all my information together to be seen. I would recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care. Thank you ladies for all your help well done 👏.
I was a walk-in. Got bit by a dog. Receptionist was friendly & thorough. Got in to see the doctor quickly. Exam was good. Checked my records, got a Tdap shot, a prescription & was on my way. Excellent service.
Went in for STD/STI as a regular check up. First time coming here the staff were friendly and professional. Accepts most insurances. Had an appointment for 2:30 can left at 2:48 so pretty quick service.
The secretary was rude to everyone that came in and kept vocalizing that she wanted to go home. After a patient left, the secretary and the nurse (in front of everyone in the waiting room) continued to make fun of him calling him a he/her/him/she. The entire time I was there everything was unprofessional and patients were spoke to with attitude.
Came in for a walk in appointment. The front desk personnel and medical assistants were all very kind and attentive. They were professional, patient, and very helpful. Sadly, I wish I could say the same for the provider that saw me. I spent more time with the medical assistant than I did with the provider. The provider came in and saw for a total of five minutes. I said that I had a rash to which she condescendingly replied that it is a hive. Not once but three times (my bad for not knowing the difference). I explained my concerns and she just kept being dismissive. Quickly told me to take some Claritin, use the ointment she prescribed, and to stop taking my medication. Then she just up and left.It was just very rude - patients are coming to an urgent care clinic for answers and help because they are concerned. And to not even show any empathy? I would have rather waited until my primary care provider could finally see me than be seen by this urgent care clinics provider right away.
The nurse that helped me was so nice ! i wish her so many happy days, omg. i didn’t have to wait that long either. my appointment was at 1:50pm and i was out at around 2:20pm.
Please ignore the 1star reviews.Vybe Spring Garden is one the BEST urgent cares I’ve ever attended!I was seen on Thursday. The front desk was very kind and informative, especially because I had a few issues with my insurance, we was very patient with my situation.Even though I was really nervous about my visit, Nurse Sabrina took care of all my questions, my blood (she’s the best, didn’t even feel the needle go in ) showed compassion, kindness, and communication…. And so funny.Dr. Keval was quick and efficient. I like a doctor who has great bed side manner.I appreciate everyone’s teamwork and joy that’s so obvious at the clinic, I can tell they really enjoy caring for others.Thank you Vybe. I will be back!
We had a great experience at this urgent care, really wonderful assistant and doctor took time and didn’t rush, my 5 year old said “this doctors visit is actually fun!” $40 for a school physical, tons of appointments, highly recommended!
Best urgent care ever! Very patient with problems with my insurrance and whenever I was seen they were extremely pleasant and personable! My injury was minor but they still took time to explain and answer all my questions. Favorite UC 😌😌✨✨✨
I had a great experience today at this Vybe location! Dr. Thai and all the staff were super helpful & courteous the entire time and was seen relatively quickly despite being a walk-in patient. I was given clear instructions and they called in my RX very fast, so picking up the prescriptions I needed was a breeze. The only thing I’ll add is that owners of this location may want to get some white noise machines for the exam rooms, as I could unintentionally hear other patients talking with the nurses and the Doctor in the rooms beside me. So, I’m assuming they could probably hear me too. Thanks for the help today!
Excellent service and care. The front desk person was patient and helpful with my situation. The Dr and nurse were thorough and pleasant. It was my first time at this clinic, as I am new to neighborhood, its great to know that they are nearby.
Terrific. I was seen by a physicians assistant who was extremely thorough and mentioned new, cutting edge medications for my condition that my family doctor had never mentioned. However, he cautioned me to check with my family doctor. I appreciated his range of knowledge and the time he spent with me. And his caution.
By far the best experience I’ve had at any medical facility anywhere. I am traveling for business and fell, and came here for an X-ray. The wait wasn’t bad, and everyone from the front desk to the nurses, Xray tech, and Doctor were all so kind and helpful. They were patient with me and made an unpleasant experience an unexpected positive one.
The staff were very considerate and expedient. Not a busy site so very little wait time. The nurses are well experienced and thoughtful. Shoutout Nurse “Allstate” Sabrina
The receptionist has to be one of the nicest people I have met in a healthcare setting. Professional yet kind and informative. Five stars for her!
Really incredible service. Been here twice and both times have gone smoothly and I’ve been seen quickly. The doctor I saw, Lacey, was super helpful and understanding. Even the woman at the front desk who was being trained was super professional, which I consider a feat.
The receptionist and staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly. This is the best & cleanest urgent care in the city !
Walked in without an appointment on Fourth of July weekend morning, and the staff was great. The doctor who ended up seeing me was efficient, smart, and kind. The whole visit was under an hour. Exactly what I needed.
This was my second time visiting five urgent care at 15th and Spring Garden Street. The environment is wonderful and very clean and the doctor was kind and attentive, and willing to answer all of my questions.. All the staff were very friendly. I would definitely go here again!
This was my first time going and it was not a disappointment. The service was quick and those providing it were very friendly.
I went today for a dog bite. The wait time was five minutes. The place was very clean, the staff was very professional and friendly. I was in and out and well taken care of. I would be back.
DO Tony Thai completely missed me having walking pneumonia. Told me to take Benadryl and Flonase. After 10 days of misery, I finally got into my primary care provider and they were appalled that my diagnosis was missed. Immediately was prescribed effective medications. Shame on you for dismissing patients symptoms and taking copays for doing absolutely nothing.
I feel so much better from attending this urgent care, their so polite and honest , lakeiya the nurse was so helpful, Thank you so much! I recommend over docurgent for sure!
I needed medical care while visiting, and I’m so glad Vybe Urgent Care is open on Sundays! Everyone was exceptionally courteous, and the wait time was impressively short. I highly recommend their services!
I was really displeased and disappointed with my visit. Though it was about 30ish minutes before closing time, I was sick for a very long time and needed to be checked. The staff had told me they were closing and won’t accept anyone and I told her I really needed a check up. She told me “you’ll be fine” which really upset me a lot and my symptoms got so much worse and were untreated until I had to go to the ER and found out I had pneumonia for a very long time and was ruining my liver due to the excessive intake of acetaminophen. This sickness was the worst time of my life. I was indeed not fine and I wish she’d at least give me other options that were open if she was such in a rush to get home. Please, just understand that some patients really do need to be checked up regardless and that it could really be life threatening without their acknowledgement of it, patients really need to be prioritized in these situations.
I had a health concerns about a body part that was not causing great pain but was high in the area of discomfort requiring the use of a Cane at this point .Consultation, plan ,x-rays,explanation of finding, referral and discharge paperwork given to a happy anxiety less patient . Thank you staff you earned your five stars today well deserved.
Great front desk and easy setup. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Once in the room, the PA was very informative about the illness. I would highly recommend visiting again.
I came in today in very bad shape. By time I left, I felt much better with a definite diagnosis. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA and everyone in between was super professional.
This is the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Amirah’s calm and friendly demeanor as you walk through the door made the entire experience very pleasant, which makes a big difference, especially if you’re walking in feeling sick and down. The bathroom and waiting area was modern and very clean.
Everyone was very pleasant! My appointment was at 7:30, I did not feel rushed due to them closing soon. The staff was very helpful and understanding.
Sabrina and LaKeiya were awesome and caring. I appreciate the support since Im not good with needles. 5/5 would let them stab me again with a needle
The building was very clean and sanitary. The medical assistant Sabrina was very friendly and informative. I was in and out with no problems.
Sabrina S was so phenomenal & sweet, Very funny & very caring when it came to my health. Such a great/sweet nursing staff..Need more like her!
Really had an annoying time here this morning. Told them my symptoms and everything, and the prognosis given doesnt add up. Ill have to go to another facility that will actually bother running tests on their patients before shuffling out the door as Im pretty sure I have a viral infection.Symptoms displayed over 60 hours:-Dizziness-Headache-Sore Throat-Burning Cough-Skin painful to touch-Constant Diarrhea-Severe Abdominal Pain. The doctor merely told me to take some OTC gas pills. Pretty frustrated tbqh.
My first time there and the staff was nice and friendly. The place was also nice and clean. I will definitely tell family and friends about this place.
Quick efficient and super professional. Honestly the quickest easiest health experience help I’ve ever gotten. Staff had a great vibe at vybe. 10/10
Update ‼️ I love this Urgent Care. and the doctors and staff. Their polite have patience and a courteous. I mean I literally sat in the waiting area for two hours to be seen at first it was kind of slow and then I was in and out I already think it was worth the wait. Just my opinion but I hope that when people see one star reviews, they Look past that and still give this urgent care a chance.☺️
I am please with the excellent service I received each time I go there. The attending nurse made me feel very comfortable from the beginning.
Everyone was very nice and friendly. The doctor also was able to make me feel comfortable even in pain. I would definitely recommend.
Needed to cone to vybe last minute. Staff were kind and we were quickly seen. Would recommend for any urgent care needs.
People that work here are always in good spirit and have a lot of patience. They provided good care and all the information I needed.
Doctor very cool laid back got straight to the point loving it I’m COMMING back in & out you feel me
Very friendly, affordable and gave swift assistance! needed a better cast for my ankle and got a great quality one covered by insurance
Ameera and Donya were just wonderful. The doctor was great too. Thank you so much for your great care
The staff are always friendly and take great care of the patients. I waited over an hour after my appointment time though, which is really hard to do with 101° fever, while sneezing and coughing. I would’ve appreciated a text saying that they were running behind and to arrive later.
I would have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had. In a very long time.( at a doctors office or a hospital)The nurses were nice the doctors was awesome. I felt safe N secure and the smiles where pleasant .The whole vibe in the place is really warming and welcomingI just want to say thank you for the experience and I wish I can make this office my primary doctor. From the time I walked in until the time i walked out. I felt cared for. Thanks again for the wonderful experience😁
They always know how to make you laugh and they’re super respectful despite the hate they get since I’ve lived on temple campus in 2021 I been coming here absolutely love the staff. Just left an appointment too much love y’all!
We were visiting Philadelphia from Germany. Unfortunately, I was ill and needed medical help. I was helped here in a very uncomplicated and friendly way. Everything went quickly and everyone was very helpful. Thank you very much!
Easy appointment scheduling online taken back as soon as I arrived and amazing staff!!!
Would give zero stars if i could. nurse and receptionist were friendly and attentive. dr. patel was a different story. i went in for an infected wound on my hand, he did nothing and was incredibly rude. infection worsened and i went to a different urgent care where they were horrified by my experience at vybe and his medical advise.
Good customer service from front desk, and bedside manner from nurse, & doctor. I never had a problem here when I needed something and couldn’t wait for my PCP. Clean facility.
My visit at Vybe urgent care on spring garden location is a great place. All the staff were nice and helpful.
Excellent service from the ladies at the front desk and my doctors were so kind and helpful. Got my problem resolved.
I had a great experience at vybe La’keiya was an amazing help !! I love her energy ! I will definitely be coming back
I experienced utmost professionalism regarding my visit, information and blood work at Vybe Urgent Care at Spring Garden. Amaira and Sabrina attended to me.
I was lucky enough to walk in and have minimum wait before being seen. The staff were very pleasant, I received some helpful answers and some relief from my illness, and everything was very clear. I am very happy with my experience.
$50 for a doctor to tell me in 30 seconds that I don’t have pink eye, it’s allergies. And the receptionist was rude.
I always have a good and fast experience here. Workers make it better and are very nice and informative
La’Keiya was great! She made me feel so comfortable and was quick too.
Effective treatment and a very clean environment. There was no wait time. The staff is very friendly and respectful especially Aja!!!!
I made an appointment and it was a good experience. I need an X-ray but their X-ray tech was not in so now I’ll have to go to another place tomorrow.
I had an excellent experience at vybe. I received care quickly and the people who treated me were kind, courteous, and friendly! I’ll be back!
The service was great. The doctor was excellent, but the wait was a little too long for me.
Easily scheduled appointment. Was seen quickly by friendly staff. Medical staff fully assessed my needs & explained treatment plan. I made a last minute request to add a desired vaccine, and my request was followed without delay.
I was able to be seen soon after arriving to the clinic, and was well taken care of by Dr. Keval Patel and the team.
Great service. Make you feel comfortable with them. I really appreciate the service
Came here and had to wait 2 hours to be seen, while inside one of the rooms. They checked me in and had me in a paper gown waiting for my next procedure for way too long. Ridiculous wait time. There was no other patients. I truly have no idea how this might have been possible, nor I understand how the patients are not a priority. When the nurses came in to help, they seemed not familiar AT ALL with the procedure about to be done. They even called the screen/machine “stupid”. I was beyond anxious and they not knowing what they were doing on me caused me to not feel comfortable or confident with them, I let the doctor know and he responded he “wasn’t the one in charge” but to reach to corporate online, which I will obviously do. Poor service.I def wont be coming back. The only highlight was the front desk clerk - the lady was very personable and helpful.
I came in with a cut fingertip, and everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. Made the best outcome of my bad situation. The PA was wonderful.
This was my first time at Vybe and it was good experience. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Also, my doctor was great. I can’t remember his name but he was nice and happy to help out.
Quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Addressed my simple issue and had me out the door in about 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurse and doctor all helpful and kind.
Stopped by when traveling for business and the staff was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very happy to have had them nearby! Thanks vybe team!
Wonderful staff and amazing patient care! No metal detectors, rude staff, obscene wait times, or filthy lobby unlike the average emergency room.Have been recommending to family and friends. Wish I had known about them sooner!
This s my second time at Vybe Urgent Care. Just like the first time, excellent customer service and care. My wait time was short even without an appointment. If you need professional care from check in to physician care, this is the place to go.
What can I say well they all are awesome and will work as a team to have you in and out and on time for work PERIOD.
Visit was very smooth. Timing was great. I always go there because the front receptionist is very pleasant and make sure you have all your paper work before seeing the doctor and always recommend the best option for the patient.
Quick and Easy, I was able to schedule a blood test for work same day and was in and out in 15 minutes If that.My health care provider had braids and glasses, not sure of her name but she was very friendly despite dealing with multiple other things at once.Would return for urgent care,
I would give every one that I came across 10 stars if they would let me. Great people, not much of a wait, I wish I could make them my primary care.
The place is clean the staff shows compassion, and its really convenient. Thanks vybe urgent care!! 🤠🤠💰
Great service, urgent care that does walk ins. I enjoyed how thorough they were with my visit.
Intake was quick and affordable if you’re paying out of pocket. Seen the Dr. quickly and he took the time to hear me out and did an examination which I came in for and even gave me a referral to follow up with once I get a primary doctor. Overall experience was excellent I would recommend this urgent care for anyone who is seeking quick but detailed affordable care.
Wait times aren’t the best. Sat for 2 hours until I was finally called to the back. Unfortunately this is the closest one near me so I’m left with coming back here but each experience with the wait time is normally always the same. The doctors are always great and very pleasant though.
Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well on our vacation and Goggled this location near my hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the time I walked in till I left.
The people that work here have 0 people skills. It is not difficult to be kind to a crying patient who is scared and overwhelmed and yet a couple women at this office did their best to make the experience worse by being passive aggressive and sarcastic during every single interaction I had to have with them. I came in shaking and crying. I don’t know what exactly I did to make the woman who oversees intakes so angry with me but nobody deserves to be talked to like that especially by a complete stranger. I’m not even sure if she actually meant to be rude or if she’s just like that normally but her attitude made the entire experience more anxiety inducing. Then, the NP took my blood pressure which was abnormally high because I was having severe anxiety and she told me that I needed to calm down. Thanks! Anxiety fixed! They seriously need to take some sensitivity training courses. I work at a grocery store and we would be fired if we talked to customers the way the people at this place talk to patients. Dr. Keval was the only one who actually listened to me and reassured me.
Very kind front desk staff and the doc had great bedside manner. I was able to get the treatment I needed. The wait time however was long. I was seen 45minutes after my appointment time.
Clean, fast, and friendly! The Team on shift was skilled and a pleasure to be around!
Excellent. Made same-day appointment with no waiting in the waiting room (very nice and efficient front desk), kindness by nurses toward our child who had us laughing during a scary unknown time, and amazing pediatric expertise gave us helpful information. The office was spotless. Would 100% recommend Dr. Patel (PA) and the radiology team. Accepted my BCBS Insurance with a copay.
Dr. Kavel Patel understood my concerns and symptoms and gave me good medical advice on how to proceed with my sinus infection. He was very professional and seems like a good doctor.
Efficient staff and friendly. Had an appointment. Taken on time.
I love the receptionist and nurses. Everyone is professional and makes your visit a good one. Been going here for awhile when needed. And they are always on point.
I would give a negative star if possible. I made a 9:20am appointment and was unnecessarily made to wait because clearly some staff member screwed up my signin. My husband came for a 10am walk-in and was seen prior to me by the same doctor. Numerous people who came after me with appointments and without appointments were seen before me. Even after I continued to question the wait no one gave a reason or gave an apology.Something was wrong with the printers, which had nothing to do with me, but took a priority and the staff was loud and ignorant while dealing with the issue.I saw the doctor for 5 mins and was out with a prescription. The unprofessionalism and my wait was disgraceful and unacceptable.
They’re so nice and patient. Helped me with registering and everything went smoothly. I was in and out. Metered parking across the street and a block or 2 down. Best if you ride the train or the bus. A block away from Broad & Spring Garden Streets.
I went in three days ago with a sinus infection and paid a $70 co-pay to be prescribed advil and tylenol. The infection of course continued to worsen, ive lost my voice and my throat is unbearably sore, and on top of that I was prescribed such a large amount of ibuprofen that I had to leave work early from nausea/vomiting, which I did not need on top of the sinus infection. I called three times to try to get a better prescription to address my illness and each call was dropped. I am simply going to another urgent care now. Thank you vybe for making me more sick, the opposite of what you are supposed to do ! Edit: coming back three months to add that I was given a covid test, but vybe sent it to a lab out of my network that is now charging $1000 for A COVID TEST. I shouldnt be liable to pay any of that. Ive never had to hold hands with an urgent care before and clarify that OBVIOUSLY a test should be sent to a lab in my network. Or if you dont have one available, let me know before you take the test so I can go to cvs and spend $17 instead. Ive had covid tests at urgent care centers at least twice and never been charged more than a reasonable amount. Cant believe this awful urgent care visit is still haunting me and now I have to call my insurance, and then the lab, to plead to be charged reasonably for this service. DONT GO HERE.
During my visit I was greeted respectfully. I was seen at my appointment time. All Vybe staff was extremely polite.
I wouldn’t recommend that anyone see Dr. Thai! He gave prejudice vibes! He was impatient, condescending and dismissive! He ignored my concerns. His body language indictated that a lot. I felt like he was bothered by my presence. He amd another staff memeber also refused to give me notes for work and school. And I overheard another staff mention to him, that he should treat all people the same! Its disturbing that a “Doctor“ needs to be reminded of that! Every patient is suooosed ti be treated fairly My child was also there for a visit and felt the same about this doctor! He made us feel like he might actual think that black people, are bemeath him or not good enough to be heard, treated or given respect! Tony Thai gave off SUPERIORITY VYBES! With his Bad Attitude its a wonder he still has a job! He shouldnt even work with animals! He lacks empathy and has a horrible bedside manner! I wouldnt recommend him! I really hope that corporate looks into this and doesnt make excuses for Tiny Thai. His behavior is what I call UNETHICAL!Faith was wonderful and Toni and Gianna were very helpful. Evem the youmg lady at the front desk was polite! Its a shame that a person like Dr. Thai could ruin a good place.
I made an appointment for 10.30 am. Upon arrival just before 10.30, I was quickly checked in by the friendly receptionist, who took a picture of my insurance card despite my having already uploaded one when I made the appointment. She said I would be called shortly. 40 minutes later a nurse called me and showed me into a consultation room. She was friendly, sympathetic and professional. She then left the room and told me that the doctor would be with me shortly. About 20 minutes later the doctor came in, asked me a few questions, briefly examined me, came to a diagnosis and prescribed a medication. All in all I would say that they are friendly enough but a little chaotic. Whether the treatment works remains to be seen.
The front desk lady when I went was lovely. Nice woman, very helpful. The three star rating is specifically for her. The nurses just sort of seemed annoyed with me and were passive aggressive about incredibly minor parts of the interaction. Everything I was prescribed by the doctor were things readily available OTC, that I already had, that have done nothing to help my symptoms. I felt like I was just sped through the process, and nothing has improved. I would have been better off waiting for my PCP to fit me in, if I was going to suffer for another week, anyway. Its a shame, because this location was close to my other usual errands.
Everyone was very kind, and I was in an out very quickly even though I was a walk in.
I needed to do a walk-in without appointment visit today for an eye issue. Dr. Jose Torradas was so awesome at helping me get sorted out, great at patient interaction, knowledgeable and took the stress away! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and the technician was also really great and put me at ease! The office is clean and these are for sure the people you want helping you out when you need to visit an urgent care!
Injured my foot late on a Saturday night. Made an appointment online for Sunday morning. Everyone at vybe was friendly and professional. Met Doctor within two minutes of my appointment time and everything went smoothly. Moral of story is dont stick your foot into a kitchen garbage disposal but if you do vybe is there to help.
Tech are nice but need to be more training. Got a ppd gold done and my arm bruised
From the moment I hobbled through the doors, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and friendly as well as caring. I felt safe and secure and very well cared for. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. 10/10, thank yall so much 🙏💙
Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever gotten in Philadelphia. Everyone was caring and compassionate from the front desk to the nurse doing my vitals and the doctor. Dr. Jose was incredibly empathetic and very knowledgeable in my visit. Thank you guys very much!
I am using an anonymous name. But I did see vybe urgent care today. Honestly this is not the first time, but they just do not care. They are trying to get people in and out as fast as possible. The doctor that saw me assumed everything and told me basic information I already knew. Assumed my age too, when you have my age literally at your records. What is your degree for if you’re going to tell me the plain obvious? Why would you recommend over the counter medicine without asking what I have already done? Waste of my money. Come here to get a doctors note or a prescription, other than that, seeing someone that actually cares isn’t going to happen.
Cut my finger slicing some bread this am. Couple of stitches and a tetnis shot later. all good. Great and timely services.
Visiting from out of town! Great service, friendly staff, in and out in less than an hour.
The staff was very professional and respectful and patient with me and helped me and explained stuff to me I didn’t understand and made me feel comfortable
Quick, easy, clean, and the nurse and doctor were both very kind.
The staff and service at this location always meet my expectations of professionalism as an “urgent care” healthcare establishment. They take the time to discuss (and diagnose, if needed) any medical concerns you have. Dr. Lishansky was excellent and did a great job of making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Tony Thai was amazing! He was thorough and detailed and made sure I knew what care was needed and why
This place is amazing! Everyone is extremely nice and efficient! The doctor was excellent had excellent bedside manner. The place was very clean.
Tony Thai misdiagnosed me and didnt take my concerns seriously. He told me I had allergies, which the ER later diagnosed as blood clots in my lungs. Do not go to Tony Thai
All the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Torradas was excellent - made me feel relaxed, took care of the gash and answered any questions I had. and was very knowledgeable in his medical expertise.
Incredibly rude staff during check in. I explained my reason for the visit and was given a lot of attitude. I had to ask to speak with the provider directly (they introduced her as a doctor but she was a nurse practitioner) to communicate my needs. They yelled at me for not being able to keep still while getting an EKG without realizing I was shivering from the cold because I only had on a thin patient gown. It was a terrible experience and I won’t be going back.
The front desk lady was nice and professional and a pleasure to greet patients, the nurse that triage me was very excited to help me with my visit. The doctor had great bed side manners. In and out would good back to this location.
Great care nothing bad to say about the facility , employees or how they conducted business at all
Lady at sign in helpful and patient. Really appreciated her advice and info on parking.
Very nice experience. I did not wait long. The people are very friendly. I was satisfied with the care provided.
Had a Felon on my finger… Quick diagnosis.. welcoming, caring staff..
La’keiya the medical assistant was very friendly and helpful I recommend urgent care.
This place is Fantastic!Everyone I came in contact with was extremely patient and kind..Thank you!!🩷
5 Star Customer ServiceVERY FASTI WAS IN & OUT LITERALLYGreat CommunicationEverything was CleanGreat Experience will return 👍🏽 🙃🙂
So I have a very painful sore throat and incredibly swollen glands on my neck. My quick strep test was negative but my daughters test (which she had done at her pediatrician) was positive. The PA who examined me said she wanted to look into my throat to see maybe there were signs of strep but apparently gave up when she couldnt even with a tongue depressor. She said, some peoples anatomies are such that you cant see the back of the throat. She looked in my ears, confirmed they were red and tried to look in my throat again but gave up a second time. She also mentioned I had a high pulse (110) and asked one of the intake folks to recheck me. I again got 110. When no one said anything, I asked if this was a problem and was told, no, you can just go. I dont feel like I was seen by a competent provider as even my childs pediatrician expressed surprise at what had happened and indicated it is unlikely I dont also have strep. I called to ask when the culture would be done and was told - 5 days. That is not helpful.I did not have a good experience here and am only going to get a second opinion later today. This was incredibly disappointing and a waste of money.Edited to say that I emailed vybe as instructed below and got a total of zero response. Terrible!Still no one reached out. Someone randomly prescribed my antibiotics likely after my culture came back positive a week after my visit. I called to ask about it and mailbox was full and then no one picked up the phone. The next day, a Dr. called to tell me I had been prescribed drugs. He did not know about my experience at all. Two weeks later, worst experience ever still and no feedback despite the we will reach out to you message. Total scam. Will go elsewhere if I need urgent care next time.
The service is good but the lab turnaround is very slow. Similar tests I have done in Lab Corp or another urgent care would usually come back in 2 business days I dont know why they are so behind.
Even though the wait time was over an hour (which is to be expected for Urgent care), once I was taken back the MA and Dr. Jose Torrada were amazing. The MA was efficient and Dr. Torrada had wonderful bedside manner and empathy.
I went in to get antibiotics for a peculiar surgery I had gotten (not something you see everyday at an urgent care I’m sure) and the PA & assistant handled my situation in such a patient and professional manner. Thank you for your help and not treating me like a weirdo:)
Nursing and receptionist were wonderful, unlike their doctor. He rushed through my appointment and communicated nothing. It wasn’t until the kind person who took my vitals came back, that they even realized I was still in the room sobbing from a careless action by the doctor. He had discharged me before I even knew what was going on. His avoidance and lack of empathy are concerning for someone in a position to help others.I would only return if there was a different doctor available to treat me.
Receptionist was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Wait time was fast and reasonable. I was expecting to sit and wait for hours but even though I was a walk in, I was seen within the hour.
Go somewhere else. While front desk staff is kind and friendly, everything else about this location is questionable. Long wait times, rude nursing staff, lack of cleanliness, no empathy.
The front desk and nurses were incredibly helpful and nice when I came in with a knee injury. I was unable to put any weight on it and was in visible pain. I happened to have mentioned knee pain to the doctor in the past and she immediately dismissed my pain and left after 2-3 minutes of examination even though I waited for 30ish minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Instructions were so basic, this was such a waste of time.
Very efficient, accurate diagnosis and appropriate medication prescriptions. Friendly staff too.
Ive had an absolutely pleasant experience here. Also I didnt have to wait long to be seen
The Spring Garden location has gotten progressively worse. During my last visit the bathrooms were not clean and there was no toilet paper. And when I completed a simple urinalysis and swab the sample was never sent in for testing. This is a questionable practice at best.
Magnificent experience the support staff, providers and on site equipment were top notch.
Very unprofessional staff. Brought my daughter here for sports PHYSICAL, which was not covered by insurance , which I was aware of , receptionist kept insinuating that I give her my insurance card I was prepared to pay private , and was aware sports physicals are not covered , had an issue with signing in on the pad with my daughters date of birth and the receptionist stated “oh you put it in we don’t touch that “ very sarcastically!Waited 2 hours before we got to see the doctor. And lastly got the physical filled out , and it was a mix up with the physical paper work so I asked if one of the other forms needed the doctors signature for clearance.Loudly a lady says in front of 4 other employees “ OH NO WE DONT FILL THIS OUT , you gotta read is she seeing Osteopathic is she wearing any kind brace or any thing loudly go and very rude she went along to say “ WE DO THIS ALL YEAR we know what we’re doing before you gotta read , in a humiliating way . And her and all Of her colleagues laughed obnoxiously before i could respond with the same rudeness she displayed I just politely took both my children and left the facility. The experience here was very unprofessional and we will never return.
The doctor was extremely respectful and sensitive to our needs as Muslim women.
FYI This was from my previous visit about 8 mod ago I believe.Reception was a little cool at first. It’s very clean. The PA was cool in his Dickies joggers scrubs. But the doctor was the star of the car. So warm and friendly put me at ease with her awesome bedside manner! I’m thrilled that this is my local urgent care! But I would definitely travel across town to see Dr. Borrero again! Thank youToday’s visit was perfect! Made an appointment and 45 minutes later I was in with Dr. Thia. Great experience once again hete at VYBE! Thank you to your excellent staff!!!
No wait. Level of professionalism was 5 stars. Clean environment and they had bottle water available and visible
The office was very modern and clean! Every person we dealt with was very sweet - especially Brianna who met my Mom at the cognitive level she could handle. We were seen in a timely manner and the entire process was smooth from start to finish!
Lovely staff. Clean waiting room. Better than all the ones I’ve been to!Didnt love how the dr came to a conclusion before asking any questions. Bit condescending but I’ll survive
I had a great experience with this urgent care clinic. The wait time was basically nonexistent. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr Brett was super thorough and made sure that I got all my questions and concerns answered.
The wait was pretty long (my appointment was for 11:20 but I was in the waiting room until 12:08) although tbh that’s pretty typical for a doctor’s office. Other than that everything went great! Everyone was friendly and helpful plus I was able to get the antibiotics that I needed.
Fast, Quick and respectable service HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
I got an Xray and they tested me for the flu! They were so helpful when I was sick
I would never recommend this urgent care to someone I care about. First, arrived early and still had to wait almost an hour to be seen. The real issue was my interaction with the provider. She was rude, short, and condescending when she speaking to me. When I asked a question she didnt explain herself, but she restated her original statement rudely. Two other staff members apologized to me on her behalf. One member told me they were extremely hectic and having a rough day. This is not an excuse for how she treated or spoke to me.Everyone else was also having a hectic day also, but somehow managed to speak to me civilly. For many people this is the only place they can access or afford. They shouldnt be subjected to subpar care.
Staff was extremely nice. Wait time not so nice. Got there at 9:40am 1 person called back when i got there no one else in waiting area. Didnt see doc til 10:40 almost had to leave to get back to work. Was getting ready to leave when doc walked in. Spent 2 minutes with doc. Sry shouldnt take that long if you have an appt. Luckily my boss is great and was ok that i was gone so long.... I only work 2 minutes away so it was very convenient.... work on the wait time❤️Thank you to the nice girls who checked me in and took me back to the room.
Friendly intake nurse, AMAZING doctor (Dr. Torradas). Very clean.
No complaints. Got me in and out quickly, with my problem diagnosed and treated. Nurse and doctor friendly and efficient.
They open early at 8 AM and I never wait long to be seen by experienced professional doctors.
Very friendly. Very clean. Nice place. I’d come back . I’ve been here multiple times. Most recently, I took my daughter. The staff and doctors were so nice to us. I was very happy.Easy to make an appointment online and show up. It’s a great place to have in Fairmount.
Came in fill out papers, waited 30 minutes. After completing the paperwork in less then 5 minutes I was seen. Excellent. And it was my first time going to urgent care.
They were very professional and did not waste any time assisting me. From the front desk, to triage & x-ray, to meeting Dr Thai, I was thoroughly impressed, especially for my first urgent care experience! Thank you for your help without all the wait!
To be honest, I haven’t had the best experience outcome wise. I guess if you appear healthy doctors lack empathy despite sharing your symptoms. Strike 1 for me was a few months back when I complained of shoulder pain and was told I shouldn’t get an x ray because the doctor at the time said she doubt it would show anything, I demanded the x ray because that’s what I pay for insurance for. Guess what she discovered ? There was a problem in my shoulder, I went back to my primary who sent me for an MRI AND I ENDED UP IN PHYSICAL THERAPY!!! I promised I wouldn’t come back after feeling dismissed but due to convenience I’m back again because of what appears to be an infection. After explaining to the doctor my symptoms and the fact that my husband just had a bronchial infection, I have a new born that I’m not trying to get sick and I’ve tried every medication. She recommends I go home and take Flonase for a few days. As someone with severe allergies I explained to her that I already use Flonase and doubt that will help. Why am I frustrated ? Because again I have a new born that I’m not trying to get sick and I’m also not open to coming back just to get prescribed when that could have been handled in my first visit. So guess who’s home and still coughing all over the house ? ME ! Never again! Not to mention, she herself diagnosed an infection so since when does Flonase take that away ? I must be missing something. The catch is: if I still feel bad on Monday she will prescribe me medication, it’s been 2 weeks … waiting 3 more days is going to change what ? I really think this place has to do a better job of not wasting peoples time. If people come seeking medical attention due to convenience 9/10 times it’s for a real good reason. Stop sending people back home sick.
Greeted with a smile! Easy check in and quick service. I thought I had pink eye but it’s an infection on the eye lid. Glad I got it checked!
Had a great experience at vybe urgent care. The entire staff was warm, kind, and welcoming. My MA Tina put me at ease and Dr. Patel was excellent. He was thorough and gave me some good advice.
The staff here are quite considerate and work very fast. I came in for an arm injury and to get an xray and it was all very seamless. I had an appointment and still had to wait upwards 40 minutes so i had to give it 4 stars, other than that, great location
Very nice establishment & clean the employees are friendly the Dr. was professional with the diagnosis.I definitely will return to Vybe for an emergency
Great like location, clean location, quick. Kind staff, educated staff, quick staff. Kind and in-depth analysis of the situation by my assigned doctor. I’d go here any day.
Dr. Patel was one of the kindest, most patient doctors I’ve ever met. I am so happy he is the doctor who opened the door. He was fantastic, informative, and so helpful.
This was honestly the worst urgent care experience I have ever come across. The nurses were extremely rude and the doctor clearly did not have any care for my symptoms and didn’t help at all. In the end, felt like a waste of 3.5 hours and I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.
Pleasant and professional service No long waiting time
I went to urgent care for food poisoning. Still, somehow my doctors notes stated something differently after I made it clear that I, along with four others, were all experiencing the same problems after eating at a restaurant two days before the onset of symptoms. I was a walk-in, and I was seen pretty quickly, but the diagnosis I was told in person by the doctor was not the same as stated on the notes. Also, Im used to nurses/practitioners telling me my heart rate and blood pressure, especially if its a place Ive never been to, and they do not have my records to see if this is a typical number for me. I noticed it was way higher than usual once I received the after-visit notes. I was expecting some testing of my stool or blood to rule out what type of poisoning, but Im assuming that wasnt a big concern. The note I have will not cover my absent days with my short-term disability insurance, but other than that, It was a quick in and out. The medicine helped, but it didn’t seem like my concerns were as important. The doctor didn’t even tell me his name. I found out later from a text message. Next time I will take the risk of waiting for an opening at my family medicine doctors office or go to Jefferson urgent care.
Doctor good. Staff good. But the room was filthy. I noticed blood drops? On the floor and corner dust and papers. I asked. I was told that Vybe pays for cleaners who don’t come. The staff has complained but no one listeners. This picture shows only a little of the mess.
My very first visit went very well. Checked in went smoothly. My wait to see the doctor wasnt long. The doctor was very helpful, gave great service, good advice, prescription & supplies to help with me dressing my wound. Im very satisfied with my visit to vybe urgent care services.
Sabrina, the nurse, was fantastic! The Dr was condescending and disconnected.
Genuinely do NOT waste your time coming here. First time I came here I needed an imaging service, and knowing that not all urgent cares have such things, I told the front desk what I was looking for and wrote exactly what I needed when I filled out an appointment form so that someone had the chance to tell me that they didn’t have the equipment I needed. Instead I waited for two hours only for the doctor to tell me I would need the exact imaging equipment I said I needed. She also told me that it would “probably be fine, unless you’re in more pain than normal, then you should go to the emergency room”. Now, if I had a normal amount of pain, why would I be concerned enough to see a doctor?? So, a waste of time and money. Months later, I have laryngitis that I want to make sure isn’t an infection. Same thing, I tell the front desk I have laryngitis, write that I have laryngitis, think that Vybe will actually be helpful this time since it’s such a common illness. After I said I had lost my voice and was worried it was an infection, the same doctor, a blonde woman who did the bare minimum both times, tells me her BRILLIANT diagnosis of laryngitis!!! Who knew!!!! And then she said “it could be an infection, but let’s not even do a culture to find out. You’ll probably get over it on your own.” And when I asked more questions, she literally gave me the answers the top google results gave me when I looked them up earlier. You know the results you don’t even need to click on a link for, they’re just the first search result quoting a Wikipedia page? Those were her answers. Genuinely she was so useless and is probably being paid way too much to give textbook answers and talk to patients for 3 minutes. Do not waste your money or time with this place.
Had a very good experience didn’t wait long to be seen doctor and nurse were very thorough and very nice
Unfortunately this was the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at Vybe Urgent Care on 1500 Spring Garden Street. I’ve been here many times. Today, I called to schedule my appointment as I have a fever and was looking to speak to a clinician AND get a Rapid Covid test. I was informed by the call center that I would be able to do both at my appointment today. When I arrived for my appointment, the woman working the front desk asked if I was there for a Rapid Covid test and swiped my credit card when I said yes. Afterwards, when I tried to explain what I was seeking for my appointment (i.e Rapid Covid test + Clinician visit as I had been advised by the call center) she told me that what I was requesting was not possible. Understandably, when I tried to explain what the call center had told me, she followed up by saying that clearly I hadn’t heard what she said and she then tried to invalidate my experience by saying that the call center is always wrong and that I didn’t call their specific location and speak to her. When I told her that I was concerned for my health and wanted a Rapid Covid test as I have recently traveled, she tried to downplay my concerns by saying that I probably had seasonal allergies (Updating this message to say that I do, in fact, have Covid). I ultimately decided to get the (highly overpriced) 75$ Rapid Covid test and scheduled a separate appointment to see a clinician. She didn’t offer to help schedule the next appointment. I don’t know if I will be returning to this location after my next appointment. As someone who is already feeling unwell, the last thing that I want to experience is rudeness and disrespect from the front desk. Also, I would recommend most people to take an at home Covid test, as it is significantly more affordable, and then schedule a follow up with a clinician if necessary.
The staff was wonderful. I called before I came in the young lady remember my voice young lady at the front desk was so respectful and she knew who we was when we came in just by my voice. They had us check in and five minutes later we was seen by the doctor. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WORK THEY DO.
Shamarah was awesome! The lady at the front desk was on it. The doctor was great. What a pleasant place and and professional staff. My Mom can hear now.
The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk associate was especially nice. A woman came in coughing a lot and the front desk associate immediately put her in a room to wait instead of having her cough all around the other people waiting in the waiting room which I was very happy about. I just went in for a flu shot, but the experience was quick and easy.
I was seen here on 4/18 Valarie checked me in and was great!! My MA Shanae called me back after I waited for 5 minutes in the waiting area. She was so nice and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and caring. Awesome team!!
Only a month ago I was here and had a great experience, but today I returned for a new issue and left in tears because multiple staff were especially disrespectful. They first insisted my wet umbrella have to sit in the active trash can in the exam room, then I could hear receptionist staff complaining about me with colleagues after I got to my exam room, and the doctor refused to acknowledge that the nursing staff stormed out of my intake exam unfinished when I brought it up to him. I know there’s not much to expect from an urgent care facility, but good god, I was not prepared to pay to be insulted by three people in one hour, especially after my last few experiences here were great. I left with a printout of how to remedy the common cold (so helpful!). It’s a roulette with what you’ll get here now.
Prompt, pleasant, good medical care, efficient system, every person I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful
Excellent staff and provider. Would definitely recommend.
I arrived 15 mins late because I could not find parking on Spring Garden but they still took me. Great staff!
I brought my daughter here for a fever and wouldn’t recommend it for kids. We booked an appointment and still had to wait half an hour to be seen. They also did a swab to test for different viral infections only for them NOT to send it to the lab because they didn’t get enough of the sample and that I had to come back to get it redone. Seriously? This was after I had asked the nurse if she got enough of the nose swab to which she responded yes. I also had to call to find out this information. Otherwise I would’ve never been notified that I was never getting any test results back. Also, she was later diagnosed with an ear infection but when she was evaluated at this urgent care the doctor said she had no ear infection… don’t bring your sick kids here. It was a waste of my time. The only reason we went was because her pediatrician’s office is closed on Sundays.
Worst healthcare visit Ive ever had. Collectively charged over $200 (after insurance) to have a PA--Keval Patel--be dismissive of my medical history, have an MA attempt to take a throat culture without my informed consent or any explanation of why the procedure was needed, having MAs refuse to include details in my chart until I told them expressly to do so. Im making a complaint to the relevant licensing boards. Walked out of Vybe without even getting a prescription. Dont go here. Go to the hospital.
I was a walk in Saturday afternoon needing a tetanus shot. I understand patients are triaged so it took over an hour until I was put in a room. The physician assistant was juggling a lot. Since I was sitting in the exam room for awhile I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the floor was Totally unacceptable! Corporate needs to put money into their maintenance system. Staff. was fine.
Wait time was short (I came early in AM around 830), everyone was super nice and the place was very clean. Accepted insurance (Ambetter).
Personnel at desks were very nice. The doctors are not equipped to handle certain situations and left me in the room alone for 1+ hour unattended and then argued with me about it. Walked out worse than it was.
I went in for an allergic reaction. The visit was fine. I got in and out fast. The billing has been a mess. They did not process my insurance correctly and gave me four days notice that my card on file would be charged. I tired repeatably to get a hold of them but no avail and my card was charged. I now have a huge bill and still no response. Go to jefferson urgent care.
No point of making appointment because they will just let you wait for 30+ mins. They have some sketchy people do your TB tests and they didn’t even wipe with alcohol first and just injected.
Please get more experienced phlebotomists. Other than that this is a Great convenient urgent care. Great communication. Fast and efficient services.
Visiting the area on vacation and needed a angry absess attended to. An easy and pleasant experience from the time I walked in. From the front desk, to the medical assistant, to being seen by Dr Thai was an easy and seemless process. Everyone was personable and professional. Pleasantly surprised to find accessible and quality healthcare in my former Spring Garden neighborhood. Thanks to the Staff and I highly recommend stopping by If you need reliable care from compassionate and skilled medical professionals.
Easy to book an appointment and the doc for my visit today is very patient and good at explaining my situation
They was incompetent on sending the right diagnostic code with my covid sample. I didnt get my results back until Tuesday September 19th that was 8 days later. Because they didnt contact the lab. I had to contact yall and the lab to find out what was going on with the results. The lab froze my sample because they was waiting to hear from vybe urgent care and didnt . Then yall charged me to see the Dr again on the 19th of September. To get my correct note to return back to work for me being out of work for so long. And yall kept passing the blame back and forth to each other between yall and the lab. And this was the first time I ever had this mix up for a result from a texting sample. And they charged me again and the charge went through on October 8th 2 weeks later. They was sloppy.
