Amazing place!I work for the city of Philadelphia and had been out sick from work for a while and the city doctor requested a note with specific details to return back to work. I explained to the doctor what I needed and she immediately said, no problem!Provided me with what I needed.Very nice doctor and all the staff were professional and accommodating.I recommend this place to all my brothers and sisters in blue! :)
My care was excellent. The young ladies who greeted me were very kind and professional. The doctor was very kind and professional too and reassuring, and told me I would be feeling better with my new meds . Many thanks!!!
Went in after work about 7:15 for a physical (form for DMV). I was in & out in about 40 minutes! There was a minor discrepancy between the intake nurses (one mistakenly took me in) and another came and got me saying, This is MY patient - like they were working on commission 🤔. All good tho... I cant remember the last time I had 2 women fighting over me 😂The Doc. (or P.A.) was pretty quick n thorough and had a very pleasant sense of humor. The receptionist was also very nice, helpful, n thorough. My only complaint is they dont accept insurance for physicals. The fast n thorough service was worth the $50.
I had to stop here for some Urgent Care while visiting from NY. The staff were great and friendly. The facility was immaculate and very clean. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I was a walk in. The reception was very patient and helpful with my out of state insurance. The PA attending was really thorough and explained everything. I really want to shout out to the medical assistant Llianmarie Torres she was spectacular, assured me that I was in good hands and would be alright. Her people skills are great. If youre ever in Philly and have an emergency, come here. Id give 100 stars!
UPDATE: vybe had me come back in for the x-ray on Friday at no additional charge. Must’ve been an off day because everybody was great today. Very helpful, got me in asap, and talked me through everything. Great x-ray tech and physician.Walk-ins not advisable; make sure to call ahead to check there are doctors and techs on call. I went in not being able to walk, was offered no wheelchair, no crutches were available, but I was put in a boot that was impossible to walk in without crutches and sent on my way. They said they had no X-ray tech in and to try back in two days when they might be in. No full exam, no tips on icing, elevation, etc. Just told to find an orthopedic specialist. I guess for the city this is as good as it gets.
The receptionist was rude from the moment we had gotten there. I didnt know checking in a patient came with a side of attitude! It wasnt just me that had this opinion, several other patients said the same thing and from what I saw she argued with everyone and was very combative. How are you asking what someone is there for with so much disdain as if we shouldnt be there? Waited about 2 to 3 hours and the examination took half a second. Literally, I wish I was exaggerating, before she told me it looks fine. Will never go back. Why is everything in our neighborhood just ghetto? Why do we have to go to other neighborhoods just to be serviced properly!
I had a wonderful experience with two of my children. The staff are great. They were very caring and did a complete check on all three of us. Thank you Vyne urgent care!
My experience with this place was dreadful. I went there to get the necessary vaccinations for school and was charged for several services. They told me to return for more treatments, which I trusted since it was for school. However, when I went back, the receptionist informed me that I only needed one service. I had already paid $175 out of pocket and was expecting to be charged $75 more. Upon discovering this, I declined the additional service, but they still tried to charge me the $75 and didn’t even confirm my vaccinations for school.I was ready to accept the loss until they sent me another bill for recommended services, which they had never mentioned before. I feel exploited and misled. In total, they charged me $259.18 for services that should have cost less than $100.I also want to mention that I received a $15 refund, which I find to be a minimal amount and insufficient in addressing the issues. In my opinion, they could have retained this amount, as I was only supposed to receive a shot that typically ranges from $20 to $100, according to my own research conducted after the second visit. However, I ended up paying $259.18. It took making a public complaint for my concerns to be addressed.Thank you to the owner for your prompt response and efforts to resolve the issues. However, I do not understand how the team arrived at a $15 refund when I received two shots, had my blood taken, and paid nearly $100 for the results. Additionally, I noticed a lack of proper training during my visits; the person who attended to me during my second appointment had to frequently leave the room to ask where to place the needle and to assist with other aspects of my visit.I hope that the team will use this opportunity to improve their practices, especially when clients are paying out of pocket. Its important to build trust by fulfilling commitments, such as signing documents as promised, rather than using the situation as a means to make extra money.
I came in for breathing difficulty; the nurses were lovely, and the doctor was extremely helpful and receptive to what I was telling her. She really cared about how I was feeling, was very informative, and did everything she could to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs urgent care.
I was very happy with my experience here. It was crowded, since it was a Saturday afternoon, but they were very organised, and I got seen quickly as a walk-in. Very clean facility, pleasant people, overall a very good experience.
All the people there were honestly just really nice and competent. I had a puncture wound from stepping on a screw (fun stuff); and it was handled clearly, quickly, and well. Got a tetanus shot, cleaned the wound, the instructions for post-care, the works. Doctor Jose explained things clearly; nurse/MA was awesome and the tetanus shot was fast, and the (again awesome) receptionist even also helped bring stuff to me because of the crutches/trying to not put weight on foot, which was greatly appreciated. All good people.PS. Also—I did find my phone in the end, so no need to worry about it! Thank you so much for helping me look and importantly, for generally being awesome.
Urgent care is a given here, I was in an out of here in maybe 30-40 minutes including an initial consultation, X-rays and disgnostics. I usually wait that long in the lobby alone just to see my primary care doc. The folks working here are sweet and understanding and the place is clean organized and professional. Highly recommended.

Have visited this office a few times for both myself & my daughter and every time has been a great experience. The staff has always been very nice & knowledgeable and weve never waited extremely long wait times. Was just here today for an unfortunate gash on my leg and was taken almost immediately and seen right away. The longest wait time was waiting to be discharged and even that was still only about 15 minutes. If cant get in to see your doctor I highly recommend visiting the ladies at Vybe Urgent Care.Side note: the earlier in the day the better. Ive definitely seen it get pretty crowded the later in the evening you go. They still tend to move pretty quickly with seeing everyone but if youre looking to get in & out I definitely recommend going earlier in the day.
Staff all were helpful and compassionate and professional. Being a VA employee helping Veterans I know a well oiled TEAM. I Was walk-in, so even though I was first one there I understood 2 people had appointments. Not a problem anyway since I am in healthcare, I know how it works. Just be aware of their protocol. Clean place my primary care Dr. Was closed till Next Monday. I NEEDED service (time sensitive ) asap and they were there. It will be my go to again anytime i need help. Dr Wilkes is an AWESOME Dr. Moreover, she was so compassionate and empathetic to my situation and she calmed me down. Dont lose her!!! Because she is a GREAT ASSET to your facility. The facility was clean the staff was polite. Negative part of the visit was they didn’t verify pharmacy with me at any point during the Check in or visit and the provider sent the prescription to the pharmacy across the street. She said she would sent to the pharmacy that I requested after the fact. When I arrived at the pharmacy waited in a long line they never sent the medication to the new pharmacy and the old prescription wasn’t cancelled therefore I couldn’t fill it anyway and they didn’t send one of the two medication that was discussed . So that is very frustrating and I had to call and speak with them about it and I of course was frustrated because I had two kids and one sick child and waiting in long line at pharmacy for nothing at all . Still 630 and no medication was able to be picked up. They person who answered my call at the urgent care said that I had to tell the pharmacy that they originally sent the medication to to put it on hold and they would send the other prescription now and I told her I have no way of knowing what pharmacy to contact , that really isn’t my job and she hung up on me because I stated if I go back to the pharmacy again and I have a problem again I was going to be pissed and she hung up on me so it stared good ended not so good. What mom wants to deal with all that as well as sick child . Do your part as I did mine

Vybe advertises that they do school and sports physical, etc. They allow you to call and book appointments for physicals,and you would just have to pay $40, but then you get there and youre told that they can not perform school physicals. Everytime I go to this Aramingo location, they tell me that they can not perform the service that they allowed me to book an appointment for. This is extremely frustrating, but its ok, I just know not to ever come back to this location.
Poor time managment considering it is an urgent care. I expected much more staff and fast paced. I waited 2 hours for a 5 minute physical, with an appointment.
Went in for a sore throat on Monday. Dr told me strep throat was negative.I told him I I had tonsillitis last year felt exactly the same got sent home told me they would sent it to a lab and let me know in two days if it t was strep throat . woke up in even more pain the next day wen to emergency roomturns out I had strep throat that turned into and abscess was stuck a Jefferson hospital for two day if you have a sore throat stay far away from here ps never heard back from the Dr about my lab results it’s been 3 days
If I could give them a zero I would. I made an appointment online for a dot physical at 1:50pm -got there at 1:46 checked in and asked was it a long wait time? window clerk said no. I got in the back at 2:38 after paying $125 ( no problem)and wasn’t even seen. With no one informing me that they didn’t have the correct dot physical paperwork I waited another hour. I asked staff what’s the hold up? and the doctor walked past me telling the window clerk I don’t do dot physicals. I had to have my paperwork into Penndot by 4 it was now 3:53. These ppl play with your time and money. I left went to a patient first, was in/ out in 1hr 04mins. Don’t waste your time here 😡
I recommend Vybe Urgent Care to everyone. From the receptionist to the great Doctors there. I was treated so kindly and Doctors that actually listened to my concerns. I went in with Pink Eye and my prescriptions reached my pharmacy before getting home. I recommend it highly.
I went in yesterday to the Vybe at Port Richmond for a partially detached fingernail. I had made an appointment the day prior for 8:40am. I went in and the facility was very well kept and clean. The front desk receptionist was super nice and was very fast in checking me in. The medical assistant that triaged me was great and super friendly. She was thorough in her review of my medical history and reason for visit. Dr. Wilkes was excellent! I loved her bedside manner and how she explained every step of the process even with my prior medical knowledge. She was warm and caring about every step of the process from listening to my heart and lungs, to injecting the digital block, to dressing my finger, to discharge. Thank you to all the ladies involved in my care yesterday. I appreciate you all for making the visit so easy and nice!

I walked in with no appointment. I was advised there was going to be an hour wait time due to short staffed which I was fine, was called back sooner than expected (within 20 minutes) met Dr. Sheriann Wilkins AMAZING doctor I would go back and see her if needed. I give 5 Stars!
0/5 - useless in every way possible.3 points that create this negative review:1. Went to urgent care to get a cyst like lump checked out/removed around my buttocks. Doctor examines and tells me that its nothing to worry about but then also tells me that I likely will need surgery later down the road without explaining it. I was completely baffled, wondering how he went from 0 to 100 in that instance.2. Was prescribed antibiotics and I asked a question on how to use GoodRx as I was paying out of pocket (first time getting meds from it). Doctor tells me Its not that expensive, only about $10 and dodges my question. I go to pick up the medications at CVS and the person tells me that it was going to cost $80 for the 5 antibiotic pills. THANKFULLY, they were helpful in explaining how it works and I got it for $15. In the end, it did absolutely nothing for me.3. Brought my dad here to get his blood pressure checked and see if they could prescribe medications as it was quite high. I called beforehand to ask if they take Ambetter, the lady says yes. I go there, hand over my dads ID and insurance card and somehow, they could not find my insurance. They requested my dads SSN to match the insurance which Ive never heard of before but reluctantly agreed as I wanted to get my dad checked out. Even having that information, they say that they cant find the insurance and said that I would need to pay out of pocket. I dont know what kind of scam they were running there but that was the last time Ill ever go here.Shady practices, lies and deceit are what I experienced here in my 2 visits. Maybe your luck will be better but mines was horrible. Went to another urgent care and got my dad checked out and prescribe meds within the hour. They manage to find my insurance no issues, so take what you will from it.
The Doctor is very excellent! I like Doctors here!However, the waiting time was very bad. I had to wait for almost 1 hours from the time of my appointment! Customer service is really terrible, people come here looking for assistance when they don’t wanna go to the ER and sit around for hours but i rather that than to be greeted with ignorance. Alex attitude from the moment she address me was nasty, her disposition gave “i was bothering her” when i really just came to get some answers. Do better!!! Or hire people who actually wants to assist the public or have decent customer service like they actually enjoy their job 😡😡😡
I was greeted politely and did not wait long before being seen.The DR and staff treated me professionally and truly worried about my health and I am not someone who goes to the doctors often.The entire staff at the Aramingo office gets thumbs up and Thank you for there care.

The Dr. Patel was wonderful and so was front desk Madeline. I left feeling great until I went to pick up my meds. They were sent to wrong Pharmacy. I told them CVS right up the road on Aramingo but they were sent way over to Fairmount. CVS transferred them for me but had to wait an hour. The people were wonderful but someone made a huge mistake. I wish Dr. Patel could be my primary, thats how much I liked him. Wish I could give 5 stars but I cant.

Totally disappointed. Set up an appointment for 4:30pm and wasn’t taken back until 5:00pm. Then I was left waiting in the room until 6:00pm! The only reason I waited so long is because they already took my copay & I didn’t feel like fighting to get it back. I’m not expecting crazy high quality service or anything, but that’s just ridiculous.

Disorganized. Showed up for a 9:30 appointment. Still waiting in line after 18 minutes during which the line moved ahead by 3 ppl. Only one receptionist working. Ridiculous.10:02am update: still waiting in line with one person in front of me...The Positive: Receptionist and medical assistant were friendly and helpful with my questions. I am satisfied with the medical care. Clean facilities.The Negative: The reception process needs to be organized. There should be a separate line for those who have appointments and are already registered in their system with personal, insurance and payment information (repeat customers like me). It took the receptionist 3 minutes to check me in and send me to a patient room. I was seen by a medical assistant at 10:26am.
Horrible, these people take forever. The girls be in the back taking forever playing around. They are very much ghetto and they always have an attitude especially the girls who sit at the front desk. I don’t recommend. I also had an issue with them and the manager called me with an attitude getting mad about what I was saying. My friend also worked there and quit in a matter of 2 weeks.

I would not recommended this urgent care. I have an injury that required a boot. They had no boots but they could’ve issued me some crutches or sleeve. Also, I work in the healthcare field to say you cannot extend a work note and to just called orthopedics is just unacceptable. You absolutely can extend a 3 day work letter to 5 days to 7 days. However, the only great thing is the Xray tech. Kudos to her being above and beyond.
I was able to get the care I needed and the nursing staff was respectful; however, I scheduled a 20-minute appointment online and I am writing this review 90 minutes past the scheduled appointment time still waiting for the final nurse visit to leave the office. It is not their fault so many people scheduled appointments today, but I would recommend making less slots available to avoid it getting backed up to such extremes like this. Or at least finding a way to honor the appointment times because I had to essentially clear my evening for a 5:30 appointment

Facility was clean! Check-in was easy. The doctor had clearly read about my concerns before he came in to see me because he asked probing questions based off of my concerns without asking me to repeat them. I was seen by triage and the doctor relatively fast.
My daughter had a fever since Wednesday They gave my daughter Tylenol and sent us on our way with no test done it was a waste of time

The triage nurse was rude and not friendly for being the 1st person to provide you care. Instead of switching the bp cuff to a larger one, she insisted on using the smaller one which kept opening. Subjecting me to unnecessary pain. Her tone was extremely rude. I asked a question about a medication and she said it only comes in a pill, in a very nasty tone. I’d never had the medication before and not everything is a pill. Finally she was so aggressive doing my covid swab, my nose was sore for hours after and even had specs of blood when I wiped it. I’ve had covid swabs before and none have ever felt like this one. I will NEVER visit this urgent care again. I’ll pay my ER copay before I do.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The xray technician was above and beyond! She took great care of my little girl and had an amazingly positive attitude.

I was a walk in. I waited for about an hour to be seen which to me is good timing. I was evaluated and treated at a reasonable speed. I wasnt rushed during my appointment and I left feeling mentally better. Physically we will see once I take what was prescribed for my illness.

Went to Urgent Care yesterday and I was so pleased with everything. From the receptionist at the front desk to the NP that saw me. Even when I called to see if I could be seen after work cause taking off early wasn’t an option at the time. I had a 6pm appointment and was back home by 730pm which also included me picking up my prescription. I would go back if needed. Great job everyone, y’all made me feel better and very comfortable.
Definitely not my best experience. They were crazy busy, which I understand they dont have control over. I had set up an appointment and it took me 2 hours to be seen. All of the nurses and desk staff were friendly. I didnt feel heard by the doctor. I was told to rest, drink fluids and take Tylenol if I need it. Which I already knew before going in. I was prescribed a cough medicine when I said I didnt have a cough. Just confused and feel like I wasted my day.

I arrived at Vybe at 12pm as a walk in and they were extremely busy, which I figured they would be since it was lunch time. I had to go for a tuberculosis test for work, so I thought Id be in and out real fast. I was so wrong! I kept getting these text messages from them from when I checked in and put my phone number on the registration papers. I was starting to get really frustrated being that it was now 1:48 and I had gotten another text and it was to leave a review. I thought to myself, leave a review, how? They never called me to the back. I opened the link they sent me, and was about to go off about how they skipped over me and had me waiting forever, and then I heard my name called. I dont think Ive ever moved so fast in my life as I did then. I went to the back and found out I wasnt just getting the PPD shot, I was getting blood drawn, and Im THE BIGGEST BABY when it comes to needles and blood!!! But the phlebotomist, Lily, was the most amazing person Ive ever come in contact with. When she has told me I had to give blood, she saw the fear in my face, and immediately talked me off the ledge. She had to take I believe 4 or 5 tubes of blood, and not only did she get all of the tubes she needed, she also put the needle in my arm, obviously, and removed it without a flinch or sound from me.
The waiting for an appointment aspect was not the best-over an hour for an appointment not a walk-in but things happen understandablyThe doctor and xray technician totally made up for it. Great care, attitudes and friendliness. Would definitely see them again and recommend this place to others because of them.

Good morning, I went to the Vybe urgent care at 3:30 on 3/11/2024, up until I met with the so called Dr all was ok. She didnt take 5 minutes to ask what was the matter. She walked into the room told me I was negative for strep and proceeded to leave the room. Upon returning I tried to give her a card that my oncology Dr had given me anytime I go to the Drs to give them as many symptoms can mimic a cold but is from the treatment I am receiving, she proceeded to tell me the card meant nothing to her and what would I like her to do. Had she taken the time to even listen to my lungs she would have known I only have the center lobe on the left and right side no middle lobe. I am a patient on immunotherapy for lung cancer. It was uphauling how I was treated by this woman. She was rude and didnt care one bit about my health or my concerns. The young woman nor the Dr have never heard of this card. I am on chem/immunotherapy with one whole lung in total. For me getting sick is much worse as my immune system is already compromised. None of that mattered to ***** * ******! This surely is an eye opening experience that they need better training. I would not bring my cat to her after the experience I had with her.SincerelyKPSent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
#1 I made my appt for Bensalem, PA and was told that I was suppose to be at the Philadelphia area location. I made my appt by phone, so perhaps the representative made an error. But, walk ins are welcolmed, so this was not necessary to mention.#2 The front desk staff was NOT warm and welcoming. They did not greet me and acted like I was bothering them. Also tried to charge me another amount, for test I needed.#3 After being seen, it seemed to be a struggle to get employer paperwork completed.I usually use CVS Minute Clinic and wanted to save a few dollars for the same test.Lesson learned, pay more at CVS and get better service!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. These high ratings must be a joke. I got here almost 3 hours ago and still waiting for someone to give a rapid test. The rooms are freezing!!!!! The staff are just walking by like they forgot we’re here. Not to mention, they have music playing like someone is cleaning their house on a Sunday morning and the place looks dirty and the workers are using foul language in front of my kid.Never again!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Needs to be faster !!! Came in for just to check my cough had an appointment at 5:50 didnt leave till 8 this is horrible please do better !!!

Over a 1 hour wait for an appointment made in the morning. I should have gone anywhere else. No staff present. The security guard was working as a receptionist. Very poor health care.
Worst place ever. Was there for a TB test. Waited over an hour. Ask for my money back. Receptionist was awful. Never go back there again.
The person at the front desk is kind, but we walked in at 3:20pm and were told they couldn’t take walk-ins despite them closing at 5pm
So my personal experience when I was at the actual building was wonderful. Everyone that worked there was so nice and very accommodating. BUT when they asked me where I wanted my meds sent to I told them which CVS I needed it to go to, they even asked me TWICE, not only did they send it to the wrong CVS on arimingo, they actually sent it to RITE AID WHICH DOESNT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE! The pharmacy I asked them to send it to was a 24 hr pharmacy too and it was already 840 when I was finding all of this out at the CVS I wanted it to go to. These meds were needed immediately and now I have to wait till tomorrow....smh. Otherwise, everyone that works there seems very very nice. I suggest u Just check your paperwork before you leave.I hope this helps 😁 thanks
It was really crowded when I arrived. My wait time was four hours. Not bad if I had to go to a regular hospital. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
I came because crazily I got a cotton swab stuck in my ear and it was causing pain and discomfort and the doctor was able to get it out and he was very friendly. The staff was even friendly which I loved because that doesn’t always happen in doctor offices. Definitely would recommend if you need quick care and are looking for a friendly place to go to where you will get the care you needs
1 hour and 30 minute wait without being seen or called! Everyone that came after me got seen. Plus i had an appointment I wasn’t walk in! Got my refund and left. Never again!
Vibe is excellent! Better care than at the emergency room in my opinion--out at least equivalent. Doctor Shivani P. Patel s wonderful. We use them always because it is impossible getting a pellet care doctors appointment within a few weeks (or months!!!) of needing one, so we started using Vibe for immediate care and they are the best!!! You will get EXCELLENT care when you go to them--they are exceptionally wonderful in every way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The doctor that helped me today was just hands down amazing.Second visit was today and once again they are great.Only issue is I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait and called before hand. But still waited 30 mins past appointment. But they still get 5 stars bc that are always so nice.

The wait time was a little longer than expected but that was my fault because I was a walk in patient. The customer service was great. The nurse practioner I seen was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly.
Physician was extremely nice and answered any questions that I had. Friendly staff as well.
There was a wait of course especially because I had a walk in. Once I got pulled to the room though it wasnt much of a wait at all. I got seen and helped in a reasonable time. Christy Joy was very informative & helpful. The office was moderately clean.
The wait time is exactly what you’d expect from an urgent care. I only waited about 1 hour since I did make an appointment ahead of time. The office staff, nurses, and physicians all had pleasant demeanors and worked their best to have me in and out as quickly as possible (of course with also listening to my concerns).
This place is nice clean and gets you in and out.

Everyone at my visit today was so nice an amazing. The PA. Medical assistant and x ray tech were so kind an so professional. Talked me through everything and the brace they gave me made me feel so much better. Its my 4th visit there and wont be my last.God bless them all
Miscommunication between medical staff and front desk staff caused me to wait for over 2 hours to be seen. One of the front desk staff members had a negative attitude when I asked for clarification in regards to having to schedule separate appointments for a PPD and work physical. I have been coming here for a few years but this will be my last visit.
Had ear problem walked in they took caer of .me. They were very nice and friendly people. I would go go back again if I had to do so. Very clean too.

They do have excellent customer service and you are seen pretty quick, the only negative thing is I think they should be more equipped to do testing for example , x-ray, ultrasound ECT.... But overall its a pretty good place to go for really minor things
The place is so friendly and welcoming and very helpful the doctor was so nice. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, but didnt feel rushed at all. I would go there instead of an emergency room any day just because of how friendly the people were there especially the nurse practitioner SHERIANN WILKINS 5 stars from me.

Made an appointment and still waited over an hour to be put in a room. Front intake lady barely spoke to me . The PA was good. But it took me over 2 hours . With an appointment . I went to that one bc last I went it was very smooth and fast . Won’t go again

I had a great experience here, I appreciated the staff and how helpful and empathetic they were with my situation. Something happened earlier today that I unfortunately had to deal with but the manager stepped in and did an amazing job at not only calming me down, but simmering down the situation as well. If you’re reading this, I appreciate you a lot for everything you did today! You and the rest of your staff have been so good to me, I hope you guys have a great rest of your day and both sides of your pillows are cold tonight :))
I had a really good experience today. When I walked in, there were just 3 people waiting. The staff member behind the desk area was very courteous. The staff member who discussed my medical history and the reason I was there was very friendly. The doctor (Dr. Martinez) was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care.
The secretary and helpers were great and kind , I have an assist thats ready to be drained and they didnt wanna do it and had no reason I was bounced around and all they can say is I can refer to go some where else for an incision that is prolly smaller then half inch , ridiculous.Went to ER had to wait 4 weeks I waited 6. Who cars its like on my back neck little lower then eat lope level not on my head directly. Waited two hours to get a number for somewhere else . Cut it , drain it , bandaid . Cant keep giving these folks lawyer money to receive a referral paper back in return , waisted 2+ hours .
There wasn’t a long wait doctors and staff gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions I was very satisfied with the service. The office had free parking which I love and was very clean on the inside
Mesha at the front desk was so ignorant and the wait was horrible. I had two appt for 5:30 & 5:50 yet, a 645 and severalWalk in went before me. In fact the more to asked question the more they called people that were just walking in. When I spoke to another office, they said that they were skipping me on queue. I had to call their other office to get a resolution.On top of that, a woman runs in because her son collapsed at the steps of the urgent care. He’s having a severe asthma attack and cannot breathe, and they told him that they’re not allowed to go outside because it’s a liability, and they can move their license for her to call an ambulance, while this child is having an ongoing, asthma attack. I am so disgusted with vibe and I do not plan on coming here in the future. Please do better.
Waited a good while for the doctor, but that’s to be expected at an urgent care. Don’t wanna wait? Get a primary care physician. When the doctor finally saw me he was comically cynical and gave me a good laugh. He gave me the medical attention I needed quick and I was out the door. Water fountain was busted or else I’d give it 5 stars for the vybes alone.
Horrible. I called up to make an appointment but first described my problem. I have an abscess on the back of my neck. I asked if they can treat it and was assured they can. When i was seen by the doctor I was told that she couldnt drain the abscess and that I would have to go to an emergency room for that. If I had been told that I would have never gone to the urgent care so right off the bat going was a complete waste of time. I arrived at my 530 appointment at 520. I understand I have to wait but people who walked in after us were getting called to be seen by the doctor. I was in a lot of pain myself but when I asked about this the person at the front desk said we are behind and those people had checked in earlier and just came back. Finally got seen at about 620. After being seen by the doctor at about 640 she said they could do nothing but give me a shot and some meds and a referral to an emergency room. I waited for over 20 minutes and nobody came back but I was getting messages and emails as if my treatment was complete. I left the room to use the restroom and was ready to leave as it appeared as if they forgot about the shot. Someone came out and tried to give me paperwork which they said I had to have before I left. I said I never got the shot and she looked at the papers and said oh right. She said I had to go back to the exam room and someone would be with me shortly. I said Ill wait out front until they are ready to give the shot. She said come back and she would do now. I agreed and started back until we saw the front desk nurse who said that I had to wait my turn because there were a bunch of patients more sick than me. The nurse who was going to give the shot said the other nurse was her lead and that she couldnt give the shot without her permission. I walked out. I will never use this company again and I will be calling my insurance company to protest any claims that Urgent Care makes. The woman at the front desk had an attitude and it feels like she was purposely making my visit difficult.
This was the most unprofessional experience ever. I scheduled a physical for my daughter, and called prior to arriving (30minutes to an hour) before arriving. I asked the receptionist if they needed me to bring the form for my daughters school or if they could provide documentation that she at least had a physical completed. They informed me that documentation could be printed on their letter head, discussed the reason for the visit and insurance. I arrive to the facility and the front desk receptionist was rude, not welcoming and basically told me that nothing I was informed of prior to arriving was true. Which is strange because I called the number to the facility they provided. Not to mention the physical is not covered and there is a $40.00 charge. None of the information was provided but what really pissed me off is how rude the receptionist was directly in front of my daughter. My daughter left without me saying a word and her exact words were “Mom she was really mean”. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could warn other viewers. My advice just make sure if you have to go for whatever the reason, to get the correct information and hopefully you won’t receive the same ill treatment we did. Last thing anyone wants is to go somewhere for care and the first point of contact acts as if they don’t want to do their job. Unbelievable

The staff in the back are amazing! Doctors nurses and assistants. The woman that registers you rather talk to her friends in great length and have her friend stand close by patients while she asks personal questions. Not acceptable! We waited a half hour to check in and I had an appointment because she was busy talking to this woman. The man is a patient who had to tell why he was there in front of her friend!

First time ever going to urgent care and I must say that the care they gave me was worth the wait. The nurses and Doctors are very polite and concerned with the patients health. It beats going to the emergency room which I will never do again in my life as long as I can go to urgent care facility. The staff was also patient and very polite upon arriving to do my check in..

Horrible! I Had an appointment and still had to wait! That wasn’t so much the problem but the nursing assistant and nurse practitioner both had attitudes , and weren’t helpful at all! The nurse practitioner never even checked me, never explained what medications she sent to the pharmacy, nothing! What a waste of time because now I have to go to the emergency room. I will never come back to this one again!

Ive been here for my 4 children & today for myself for the first time I can honestly say Im always very pleased and satisfied with this place I used to always be in the emergency room my children before I wish I knew of them years ago just started using it some months back and Im extremely satisfied the wait is never long I called that 8:00 a.m. got a 10:20 a.m. appointment for myself and my children for asthma I was seeing prescriptions sent right away over to the pharmacy the front desk receptionists are always helpful and so all the ladies in the back as well & the Doc I gladly recommend anyone who isnt feeling so great to come unless you have /think something broken bc they dont have an x-ray machine at this location.

This place would have gotten 1 star if it weren’t for the nice PA I dealt with, Isla who was extremely helpful during my visit. However, the woman who worked at the reception desk was rude, unprofessional, and had no people skills. Front office is always the first and last impression and I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated. The receptionist had threw a tantrum and began to rant about having to work with her broken arm or hand, and was even asked by Isla, the PA to calm down because there were still patients (me) nearby. I understand everyone has bad days, but it is unfair to treat patients poorly because of what you’re going through in your personal life.
I went in for a sinus infection. The appointment started great and timely, just for the doctor to have me wait 45 minutes to take a covid test AGAIN after I instructed I had already taken one. She hadn’t even said hello before mumbling questions to me. The appointment was both a waste of time and money thanks to Kathy Wilkes whom had not even discussed my concerns of random body pain associated with my sinuses. I have always had amazing experiences at Vybe until today.
There was no front desk person for over 25 minutes and the wait was 1 hour when I actually had an appointment. The only reason why Im giving this visit 2 stars is because Dr. Daniel Zahns was AMAZING-would 100% recommend him. Its a shame that the rest of the visit was very disappointing.
The staff was amazing but the wait was ridiculous especially since I had an appointment. Also would like the option to wait in my car so that I wouldnt have to sit in a waiting room full of people coughing and not covering their mouths.
Imagine going in there for a life concerning issue that you want to get checked up on.... Waiting 4 whole days for your blood results to come back and realize they never tested you for what you came there for. So they got money for my insurance company but I never got my issues resolved. Now they want me to come in inconvenience myself while I was sick mind you to go get another testing done and wait another 4 days I guess.Understand something this is where the healthcare system failing. The doctors and PA really need to listen to the patients when theyre speaking. I even showed you previous results and my concerns and its like I was muted out. Im still sick got no results and were in a week later now.If youre reading this and youre planning on going there be smart. Do it for yourself repeat yourself if you have to yell if you have to. This is my first run around at urgent Care center and it just didnt work out.No I have to go through a whole new planning of appointments just to get more blood work over again.Its wrong. And to try to pull easy way out by offering me to come back in I take guts.You understand every time I walk around I feel like I want to throw up Im weak I have a headache.But, theyre not concerned.Just thought Id be transparent with you all.
Terrible. Had a 4:30 appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:45, Receptionist was the only polite person. Doctor didn’t give two sh*ts about what I had to say, nurse was judgmental and talked over me. Pointed out a clear issue and was told it wasn’t seen after an extraordinarily low effort “examination”I was clearly at fault for this. I went to an inner city clinic and expected some semblance of competence.

First of all the nurse preactioner, the one with the Dont know I just work here badge was extremely rude. The old female doctor with the wispy gray hair is off her rocker and should be fire ASAP. The doctor couldnt take no for an answer to wanting a covid test. Very judgy. Then has the nerve to say ew to how my throat looks. Like how does make me feel. Very unprofessional. The nurse practioner than proceeds to throw my discharge papers at me. Anyway, I come to find out today that they lied to my face about my medical diagnosis. So I had to suffer through my illness for three days with no medication. Quest diagnostic emailed me saying that I was positive for my illness. I think Im gonna sue this place for medical negligence.
This place is a joke. I had a 4:20 appointment, waited 2.5 hours and was told that since I was a walk-in that that was the waiting time. How are you telling me Im a walk-in if I had a 4:20 appointment that the receptionist confirmed. I was then told that if I keep questioning her that I will have to leave. This seems to me like every other place in the city, hiring Incompetent people to do jobs that they are either not qualified to do or just dont care. Do better VYBE.

I would not recommend this place. Went in because I was feeling very sick with flu like symptoms. They did a nose swab to test me for flu, claimed the test came back positive for flu; however, they did not treat me. Only suggested I take a few days off from work to rest. Symptoms got worse. I went to the er instead, only to find out I did not have the flu. I actually had strep throat, which is what I originally told Vybe I felt I had based off my symptoms. So not only did they lie about my diagnosis they didnt treat me for what they said I had and only ran one test and told me to return if I had certain symptoms which I already had when I got there. Never Again will I go here!

I’d put zero stars if I could. My partner and I came into this urgent care and were treated extremely poorly. Took around 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor, not including the waiting room time. We were talked down to and dismissed despite my disabled spouse experiencing serious medical concerns. We were ‘helped’ by a woman by the name of Christie. Do yourself a favor if you’re sick or need help, don’t come here. Go to the ER or just suffer. You’re better off, at least you’re not wasting money that way for nothing.
I had to wait a little while and the check up for the vitals was at the end and they discharged quickly but overall it was good just didnt like that they checked my vitals the last minute which was kinda confusing for me
The staff is very friendly and the doctor really listened to my concerns with my child. She mas sure he was ok before leaving and finishings treatments at home

Went there on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and thought we’d be there for hours. Our wait was surprisingly short. Every one of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very attentive. Each one took their time with my mom and figured out what was wrong. Would definitely recommend this particular Vybe Urgent Care. A big Thank You to this wonderful staff.
It was awesome in and out .I made an appointment online n I was taken at my appointment time ,that is unusual at most offices .The nurse that took my blood was a sweetheart very nice made me comfortable because I hate needles I mean hate .The best urgent care honestly.
I went there today and the Hispanic woman thats short and thick was sooooo nice and she gave me good advice and tips. She was truly sweet and she a baddie! lol
After my primary care doctors office wouldnt deal with my non life threatening emergency until May (several weeks away) I took a chance and went to vybe. The staff are professional and kind. The physicians assistant who saw me was wonderful. She didnt rush through the appointment and actually took time with me. I will definitely being going here again after such a positive experience.

Convenient when youre injured or sick. However rather you make an appointment or walk in be prepared to sit in waiting area for at least 2 hours to be seen by the doctor who usually only takes 10 minutes with you. 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾 especially when you have an APPOINTMENT
I had a really good experience. I didn’t have to wait long which was really a plus. The receptionist was really nice and didn’t have a bad attitude when I asked questions. Most urgent cares you have a long wait like the ER. My physician (Sarah Defelice) was really prompt and knew what she was doing. I knew what was wrong went I went and she did too. Lol I received the care that I needed and was out of there in less than 2 hours.
I would not suggest this vybe to others take the extra time and drive somewhere else. I made an appointment for 2:30pm I showed up early and was told I wouldn’t be seen for at least and hour they did tell me I could leave since I live so close and they would call me to come back I was called at 3:36pm and was told I had one person was ahead of me I told them I would be right there and was at the location in five minutes. When I got back the receptionist stated that a manager had called me multiple times and I didn’t answer I told her no I was called at 3:36 and showed her my call log. The receptionist then went to the back where I over heard another employee say well manager said she called so she called! , as if I am a liar and just didn’t answer the call. But instead of causing any problems I sat for over and hour while three other people were called ahead of me and then I finally asked about it. So then a different worker said well it says here you were called by a manager and I said well that’s a lie, this worker said she’d get the manager for me and a coordinator by the name of Jasmine came to explain that they are not sure what the confusion is but I would be next and she helped. This coordinator was very helpful and decent. I then sat for over a half hour waiting for the doctor after the coordinator took my vitals and other things. A nurse or medical assistant came in and swabbed me and just was unhappy. I don’t know if everyone had a bad attitude towards me or what but the customer service is awful. People are trying to seek medical attention and then you have to deal with long wait periods, poor attitudes, and being treated as a liar. I know everyone has bad days and sometimes I’m sure they deal with a handful of stuff by patients should be treated fair and with compassion and respect there is no point to set appointments and then have to wait for hours mine as well go to an emergency room.

I arrived at 2:30 and waiting 15 minutes just for someone to greet me at the window/check me in. Appointment was set for 3:00pm after checking in in their system, but then I waited till about 3:30 to be brought into the examination room. Then once in the examination room, the nurse was interrupted by someone needing help with another patient’s chart. She said she would be back but no one came back. The timed lights in the room turned off on me a few times. I then stepped out of the room to tell someone I was still there waiting to be seen. Once seen by the newer doctor I then waited again for quite some time for them to give me my scripts. I was there for over 2 hrs. Everyone was nice to me but I felt disregarded. And it sucks when you already feel sick to sit and wait so long. Seems unorganized or short staffed. No one was communicating with each other to let them know I was there. Really odd.
My experience at the front desk was so unprofessional, the receptionist was rude and very disrespectful, her name was matilda. She told me I couldn’t not be seen if I didn’t pay my previous bill. I did call Vybe customer service and the gentleman that helped me was, kind caring and very professional. They did take care of my health needs after speaking to him. Customer service is very important and it should start at the the front desk. The rest of my experience was was very good. The PA and tech treated me with respect and were very professional. One last thing, I thought the rooms were dirty, and the paper you sit on on the exam table wasn’t changed from the previous patient.
They have good customer services and I wasn’t waiting long to be seen . I recommend this place .

Short wait time for walk in and nurse was kind gentle and fast giving the TB testNormally I have a horrible experience getting any kind of blood work involving my veins because they move around its called rolling veins but this nurse knew exactly what to do and got it the first try i didnt even feel it. Good experience here. I recommend.5/5💯

She sent a review with a photo of me which is illegal and i dont appreciated, she lied about me and the receptionist having a conversation, i also had an appointment. I had asked the receptionist which doctor was there, the receptionist wasnt even clocked in, joanna was the receptionist that had signed me in after the other receptionist came in she was giving her direvtions of who neefed to be checked in. I was standing near the receptionist window waiting on my ride to tell them they can leave, i wasnt listening to anyones personal information given to the receptionist. I am very annoyed about my picture being taken, this needs to be taken off this site or I will have to report it. The patient who sent the review her name is MICHELLE PHILLY.
