Got a sample taken and got my results back. Negative. Sounds great, right? The problem is they were using parameters based on 2004. The threshold for my test was lowered on January 1st 2005. The test was useless and it was just a waste of time and money. Customer service doesnt think anything is wrong as they did provide me results and couldnt grasp that the results were inadequate because they were based on 19 years ago regulations. I should have went to LabCorp as I found out they are doing it the right way and test at the threshold that has been in place for over 18 years.
Quest has delayed the care and treatment of my husband for over 5 weeks, with no resolution in sight. The Customer Service Manager Patrick G. has been absolutely no help to us whatsoever. We were given a container to complete a at home test, provided the sample almost a month ago. The sample was thrown away simply due to incompetence. He was then given the wrong container to complete the test, rendering the next sample invalid. Then there was a backorder of the correct container. We have lost so much trust in Quest. To top it all off, Quests new kiosk model has made the process so cold and incredibly difficult to talk to an actual human being. Insanely disappointed
Awful customer service. They dont save your secondary insurance and you either have to pay $ to mail the info back to them each time or go online and hope they get it. This happens everytime I go there. Get the bill, go online and update secondary. Get 2nd invoice they say to ignore. Then get the third and have to go on and update 2nd insurance again. I would never choose to go to Quest but my dr has me go there because they share the office. Its 2020. Have better customer service and save the secondary insurance information. I work in insurance. It IS possible.
They mishandled my Covid test and couldn’t perform it. Thanks
Be prepared to wait all day
