After waiting for some time , I was finally told a room to go to where I explained my symptoms to the assistant and the doctor. I was told my issues sound like I probably had something viral and to rinse my mouth with Listerine 2 times a day. After I informed her that I was concerned it was bacterial, I was told to wait and see if my symptoms get worse and come back. I told her I was already here and asked if it could be checked for now since I already made the trip here (with what little strength I had). I was told “well to find that out we would have to do blood work or x-ray and we don’t do those here.” Thank God I went to another urgent care and was given a referral to get a chest x-ray done. Turns out I have bacterial pneumonia and was given the proper treatment elsewhere. I’ll at least be avoiding this urgent care from now on.
I must say, speed is of the essence nowadays. Every time Ive been to this urgent Care its been quick. The last time I was there it literally took five to 10 minutes tops and I was out the door, prescription sent. I think we all can agree, patience is a virtue, but speed is of the essence. This location is better than a lot of them in my opinion. Great staff, good people.
My husband was called in quickly for his appointment. He was there to have a tick removed from his leg. He is on blood thinners and we were afraid to remove it ourselves. The doctor carefully removed the tick and gave him one dose of doxycycline. We have been to this location before and we have always been very happy for any treatment received there
We signed up online for an appointment did all our paperwork online. We got in there they put us in a room very quickly. They’re all very attentive. They called the next day to check on me. If we have any other issues, we are going to go to that urgent care
Katerina and Dr Nivens were so personable and knowledgeable and professional . The secretary was very helpful from the time I walked through the door. She helped me navigate the onboarding. They all were extremely helpful in my care and wellness
Northwell Health -Go Health Urgent Care in Port Jefferson is well run by caring yet efficient staff - from the receptionist to the Health Professional - it was a positive experience. I have used the service in the past and have always been impressed by the professional yet personal care they tender. While I hope to avoid their ministrations in the future, IF I do have need of Urgent Care, I am grateful and glad to know they are nearby and so accomodating,
None of the staff knows whats going on. Theyve had the following conversations that I heard from the waiting room: Is patient 6 still here? I dont know. I thought you had them. and Do you have the Covid in room 3? No, I dont have them. Then who has them? I guess nobody. and Why is this listed as a telework appointment? I dont know, it shouldnt be like that. many other similar conversations. I heard staff whispering to each other about how other staff doesnt know what theyre doing, such as someone saying I feel like we dont have a front desk today. and another replying, We really dont. It was VERY nerve-wracking. Not to mention the total lack of medical privacy. I heard every conversation the staff had in the waiting room, and this was BY DESIGN. The nurses station is IN the waiting room, so whenever they talk to each other, all the waiting patients can hear every word. I knew why almost every patient was there. In addition, the front desk person told me to put my ID and insurance card on her desk, then said Im going to walk away, but Ill be back. So she wanted me to leave my personally identifying information on the front desk, unattended, for everyone to see. She then did indeed walk away- and she never came back. I was finally called to a room 45 minutes later, and she was still not back. Had I listened to her, my ID would have been sitting on her desk in front of everyone for all that time. When I walked into the clinic it was empty, no patients ahead of me, but I was not seen by a doctor until an hour later. The staff was all very nice, but the systematic chaos was so unnerving that I will not come back here.
I didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes before I was seen. The nurse was personable and thorough as well as the PA, Charese. The technician who took my x-rays gave me a CD of the results that I gave to the orthopedic surgeon. Charese wrapped up my fractured hand securely and helped me to understand the seriousness of my injury, using humor to lift my spirit. This was the most pleasant urgent care visit that I’d ever experienced.
Absolutely deplorable treatment by the staff, not even MDs. After an exorbitant wait time, staff was curt and condescending. Dont waste your time or spend your money here, I informed my insurance company of the treatment received and how unacceptable this place is. Drive two more minutes down the road to City MD where you are treated with professionalism, compassion and the utmost care. Northwell, YOU SUCK.

Northwell Health- GoHealth Urgent Care is a great place to go when needing to address non-critical care issues. This avoids lengthy delays waiting in the ER of hospitals and frees up hospital resources as well. The PA that saw me was excellent and provided the care that I needed for my particular situation.
I went to Northwell with a sore throat and eye infection. The medication prescribed in Panama was not an antibiotic and not effective for my throat discomfort. At Northwell I was prescribed effective meds for my throat and eyes. I was seen quickly in an environment that was very clean. I continue to get better! I’m pleased with the care I received! I will go to Northwell when I can’t see my primary care physician.

Don’t listen to their website, they offer no real assessment, not even bloodwork and will just tell you to go to the ER ever if it’s not an emergency. The people are nice and the facilities are beautiful but it seems like the money went to making it look pretty and not being a functional place for care. Save yourself the hassle and go to citymd
Worst urgent care. I have an upper respiratory infection and they refused to prescribe me an antibiotic. Instead they gave me cough medicine for a cough that’s barely there and nose spray. I’m really not happy with the medical care I received.
I went in there barely able to breathe with an asthma attack and they were honestly the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. They cared, took care of me, all hands on deck, make sure i was good every step of the way. Even called to see where i could get a nebulizer. Just really good people. Can’t even say enough. They even called me twice after i left to check in on me. Just really appreciate it. Not being able to breathe is so scary and they made it so much better. Thanks again.

Beware. They made a mistake diagnosing me as a negative for influenza but I have to many obvious reasons not to believe so I went to another urgent care place came out positive. Also one instance with covid they also made a mistake came out negative on their side but I was positive when I got tested at work. Be careful guys you dont want to compromise your familys health with their mis diagnosis.

Had a very bad cough.Doctor said it was due to a Post Nasal drip.Issued Saline Solution,Allegra and a cough medicine.That was on Monday the 29th of April.Still not 100% but on my way.

This establishment is incompetent. Barely swab me for the testing, the doctor prescribed no medication for my symptoms (which got worst after I left) and they were supposed to do a pcr test, 4 days after me trying to get my results they told me the lab never got my results. No one even bother to call me for 4 days to tell me this, after multiple tries that’s what they told me. And the lady on the phone was very unprofessional in her delivery. Getting a hold of them is a nightmare. They take your card information and create an account without your knowledge. Be sure to check your statements for fraudulent charges. I will not be using this establishment again. They are incompetent.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Walked in with a sick 5yo. Spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Another patient walked up to ask how much longer is the wait, since shes been sitting there for 2 hours and receptionist said 3 hours! I get that there are people with online appointments, but please have a decency to say what the wait is especially when you see a sick toddler! Instead of Yeaaaaah unfortunately you dont have an appointment.
The convenience of being able to hold a spot online before you arrive is helpful. The staff are always very professional and curtious. The techs and P.A. are sympathetic and always explain everything. I have visited a few times now, and I will continue to do so and recommend others to as well.
Ive been here several times, they are horrible, dont give you any paperwork with your diagnosis, no follow up instructions, they dont take any copay, then send you to collections for not paying.My husband went thinking he had bronchitis, they told him to get over the counter meds. He ended up going to his primary care physician who confirmed bronchitis and gave antibiotics.
On 1/31/24 I was turned away from northwell go health as I came in with pain in my legs I can barley walk. And I was in tears as I was literally at my wits end with the pain. The receptionist told me even before getting to register or see a doctor that they can’t help me. I’d have to go to a hospital. Isn’t the point of a walk-in to help people in pain. Honestly if I didn’t have a better handle on myself they potentially could have let someone leave without help when they were told that I’m at my breaking point that might harm themselves. They offered no consult or sympathy or resources or compassion to someone who was clearly on the brink of snapping from pain. Shame on you northwell in port Jefferson. Your company will never get my business again. If I could you’d get -5 stars
Wow, wow, wow. Northwells greed is unreal. This place took my insurance. I paid my co-pay. Waited 45 minutes to be seen by a PA for 3 minutes. 2 weeks later, I get a $360 bill in the mail. This was a balance bill, after my insurance already paid them for my visit! They charge people without insurance less than that. I will be fighting this and will not be returning. Patients beware!!------UPDATED TO ADD:Billing department was completely unresponsive to my concerns. All should be aware that Northwell charges $120 for an urgent care visit for those that are uninsured. They charge people with insurance $600! Youre better off doing self-pay when you walk in, otherwise youll be hit with a hefty balance bill. Be careful!
Made an appointment online only to find out that when I went in, there was no appointment under my name and I had to wait 2 hours for service, didn’t even receive any medication and they said I had a virus, when it has been persisting for 3 weeks already and I was turned away saying it would go away soon.
They dont ask you if you prefer to see a doctor, provided there actually is one available, which Im assuming is unusual. If you see a physicians assistant, its like they own you thereafter, whether you like it or not. Also, the small exam room in front has no computer (therefore no access to records from previous visits) and thermometer doesnt work. Not a good sign. There was much confusion about how to label that room, i.e., people walking in and out asking What number room is this? Could they be hiding/juggling something on the books?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got rear ended and just wanted to be seen for my neck because I was jerked around a little. Receptionist yelled at me for not telling her that as soon as I walked in ( she wasn’t at her desk ) and proceeded to make me cry in front of everyone as well as telling me I needed to leave because they couldn’t help me after the incident I already had that morning.

Try calling this number they have listed and absolutely impossible to get a human being. Around and around you go press 1 press 2 and so on no option to perhaps speak to a HUMAN BEING, guess something like you and your families health doesnt require you to perhaps have a question that press 1 or 2 doesnt work. Maybe for Amazon or walmart but healthcare using this phone system I wouldnt use there so called services.
I have been to the PJS location several times & always had a very pleasant experience. This most recent time was a Sunday. I had set the appointment up online the day before. When I arrived & responded to their text that I was there, I was immediately invited in. After a brief moment in the lobby I was taken back. Pretty quickly a PA treated me & called in my prescriptions. All in all, I think it took about 15 minutes! Cant ask for quicker service. Much better than the other guys on time efficiency. I will continue to use this facility in the future!

I was at a very bad point with covid and was literally hours away from what wouldve turned into a dangerous situation. The doctor and her two assistants were thorough. They listened, helped and acted fast. The proper treatment and medication was sent over within minutes and Im recovering. This is the only place I will be going to from now on in an emergency. Thank you to all the staff as well as the front desk receptionist.
I really appreciate everyone that was there on the day I had gone. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the most caring and compassionate lady at the desk. She introduced herself as Kathy. The staff and provider on that day was so amazing during an Emergency that was going on and under that much running around and pressure, I felt overwhelmed for them. Two days ago I went in and they refused to give me an antibiotic. I keep coughing up green along with major coughing fits. Today went to city md and I have pneumonia which has gotten worse. A waste of time going to this place if you need antibiotics and are really sick.
My visit itself was fine, quick but not rushed at all. The PA was nice. However, he advised me he was sending in a script (they asked me my pharmacy numerous times) for cough medicine with a antihistamine. This was yesterday, as of now they still havent sent anything over to my pharmacy. Ive called the 347 # twice. The first time I was advised they would call me back in 1 hour and would be sending it over. Now almost 6 hours later its still not sent in. I called again as was told there is nothing on my chart. The girl on the phone was asking me if I had something (she said an abbreviated term which I didnt know what it meant) then she said someone would call me back. I tried to do the virtual messages and it just kept saying someone else would be on, however it just kept repeating from the beginning. I feel worse today than yesterday. I wouldve picked up my own cough medicine had i not been expecting the script to be ready. Frustrating I cant call the actual facility itself.
When both human and technology fails. During check in, I updated my preferred pharmacy. Exam completed, script sent to wrong pharmacy. Urgent care and correct pharmacy(CVS) notified of error. Script still in limbo next day. Thirty minutes on phone to correct. Unlikely I will visit again.
This was my second visit. I had a poor experience before and decided to give it another try. Made an appointment the day before. Upon walking in, I could tell that none of the staff wanted to be there. The nurse guy who met me in the room was incredibly rude and wasn’t wearing a mask properly (even though I was positive for Covid). He then for some reason wanted to question the validity of my allergy and was interrogating me on how it was possible that I was allergic as if he wanted me to prove it. I then saw the doctor for exactly 90 seconds before I was dismissed. I left the office not feeling that I was given the proper care that this place offers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received here. Suzanne Carmino NP treated me and took her time to actually LISTEN. I felt heard and cared for! She was very thorough and sincere. She went above and beyond to make sure I emotionally felt good when I left, which almost never happens anymore in my experience. You can tell she is there for the patient and cares about what she does. I do not have much experience with the whole Urgent Care situation but this definitely was reassuring for the future if I ever need to come back. Thank you!

Saw a PA today. Told her I wasnt feeling well, and got bit by something, wanted it checked out, and wanted testing done. She refused to do any kind of testing, and barely looked at my leg. Waste of a copay. Next time Ill just go to city md.
When I went to the Port Jefferson Office I thought I was going to be in for a long wait. From the time I walked in the front door till the time I left, I was pleasantly surprised that my visit was less than one hour. I received a rapid covid test,a PPR test and x-ray and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy. The office and room were immaculate and the staff was very compliant and friendly. By far the best urgent care facility Ive ever been to.
The friendliest and best help Urgent care I have ever experience with my wife. And We went through many throughout the years, and this facility is without doubt the best. Everyone should have this place as there go to place if they need immediate non emergency help.

Giving my visit a 3 stars. The nurses and PA were so nice and helpful. As for the gentleman with the accent working the check in desk, he was extremely rude and abrasive. I will not go back to this location again. They need to get a better gatekeeper, someone that is positive and friendly. Even the staff apologized for the way he was talking to me. That says that this is not the first time this guy has been rude to people.
I didnt have an appointment and just walked in. They asked me to sign in and theyll send me paperwork to fill out on my phone and I should wait in my car. I said thank you and sat in my car filling out the paperwork. After I was done I closed my eyes and fell asleep for about 20 minutes when they called and had me come in. They were very nice and explained about the test, it of course came back positive and offered to have someone contact me about getting an Antibody infusion cocktail. Two days later I went and had it done. It took about 3 hours and only time will tell how effective it was.
I’m new to the area so this was my first visit to an urgent care center since relocating from the city. I was very pleased with the care that I received. The staff were all professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. The wait time wasn’t long at all. By the time I walked back to my car and finished checking in they were ready for me.
10 Dr did all she could to help me, did awesome job, was very thorough and answered all my questions took time to adjust doses of meds to suit my condition and I even forgot my purse there and came back an hour later and they had it for me. I strongly recommend this place I liked a lot how the doctor checked each and every one of my medications to make sure the paxlavoid wouldnt interact with my medicine. And the one medication that would have been a problem, the doctor told me how to adjust my medication. She also was very thorough she adjusted the dose of the paxlavoid safely for my kidney disease.
I was extremely pleased with the care I received at Northwell Urgent Care. After having stopped two other Urgent Care Centers only to find Long lines outside in the cold, I was happy to arrive at Northwell and I was given an appointment to come back in two hours and was then attended to promptly. The facility was clean, the room disinfected before I entered and the staff was very professional and kind. I appreciated that they followed through in assisting me to find and schedule a specialist.
Daniel was so well learned, mindful in his instruction and brought a kind spirit to the practice. It was above my expectations.And the place was clean, conducive to physical and mental aspects of the session. Great vibe. And it was easy to get in and out.
I was seen by a doctor, even though I arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment. Seems I was given a vague address and it was taking me to Smithtown not Port Jefferson. I pulled over at the 3rd address Google gave me and typed in Northwell go health and finally reached the destination. They were understanding and professional.
I have been to this office probably 7 times in past year and each experience has been better than the one before. Everyone is Courteous and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes (a few times as a walk in). I recommend them to everyone considering going to urgent care!!
Had a visit at this facilty for a covid test. When I arrived, I gave the desk person my insurance card and debit card for the $20 copay. Well, they billed my debit card $165.00 for the visit and also billed my insurance company and received $299. I am still waiting to receive a refund. I call weekly, only to be told the refund will be processed. This is going on since October. i will never visit this facility Again!!!!
After becoming I’ll, and experiencing 4 COVID symptoms, I went to the clinic as a “walk in”. The receptionist let me sign in, and a staff member brought me to a waiting room within a few minutes. He did the usual vitals, and took a nasal, and throat swab. Shortly afterwards, the doctor came in, gave me the test results, and completed her exam. Within ten minutes the doctor had a prescription sent to my Rx. After giving me some instructions and a few words of encouragement, my visit was complete. I think the visit took less than twenty five minutes.
Woke up with an extremely itchy rash all over both legs top to bottom, not sure what caused it. Of course it’s a Sunday and I didn’t know where to go. Then I remembered the clinic in port jeff. We rushed home as fast as possible from a trip to get there before they closed because I was already in there system and figured the visit would be quick. Plus, the last time I went there, they were very kind and helpful. Granted, we arrived 15 minutes before they closed, but there was only one other person there who happened to be leaving. The woman at the reception desk, wouldn’t even talk to me, just told me to leave because they closing in 15 minutes. I tried to explain that it was just a rash and I would be quick, but she said “sorry” and dismissed me. This is supposed to be an emergency clinic? What kind of customer service is that? I left and ran to the supermarket next door to get cortisone cream to try and get some relief. As I was walking out of the supermarket, the man who was in the clinic saw me and told me the receptionist was rude to him as well. I get that you want to go home, but technically you are still open. I always thought this was a great place, but the receptionist was so rude, she could have handled this so much more professionally
Excellent, professional, and speedy care from the medical team here. Very personable and kind and took the time to listen to my concerns. I couldnt ask for better!The clerk, however, could have been more professional. I was having difficulty uploading my insurance picture so she eventually asked me to come up to the desk to do it manually. When I apologized and explained the issue she said Im sure its because you did something you werent supposed to do. While I do admit I had trouble and fumbled with the signing in process, that doesnt excuse how unnecessary and unprofessional that was.
Much like most Urgent Care centers.. Nursing staff was great with my kids.. Thank You..However the front reception is not very nice at all (kinda nasty). Probably doesn’t even know it because the two times I was there, both times I was greeted with an attitude. It sucks because I like the place, but would rather go some place else instead of an attitude..
As far as an Urgent Care facility? This place is as good as it comes. You see a P.A. instead of an M.D. but that appears the norm. The P.A. you speak to here is much better trained than usual, though. Minus a star for the rude lady who works the front reception desk. (I see by the other reviews my experience is not unique.) There is also a professional, polite lady who works the front desk sometimes. So I guess you have 50 / 50 odds in that regard...
The PA was awesome. Sophie the Clinical assistant was superb. KATHY THE CLERK WAS AN ABSOLUTE SNOT. I walked in and the patient portal checking altho I realize its contact free,was not easy to use once the text came thru on my phone. When I asked for help,Kathy wouldnt even answer my ques. She stated she is in another chart.she was not charitable in her speech at all. So I sat and waited and watched 4 more people come in given the same attitude. I helped 1 lady that had cancer and was ready to cry because the check in process overwhelmed her. It was not easy at all. And Kathy the clerk needs training to learn compassion for the very sick. Being she is the 1st person u see,if I wasnt in healthcare I would have walked out. Every other staff member was amazing. I was given a card for my patient portal which couldnt access because it asks u for a practice code and I wasnt given it. Just a card saying login using ur mobile# my name and dob was not found in ur system. So I guess I have to visit Kathy again tmrw to get my results. Oh boy!
Absolutely horrible experience, the receptionist was more concerned about getting my co-pay rather then telling me what was the best option for me and my health. When someone is coughing blood you should tell them the best professional opinion rather then saying we can take you in but you have to wait all day until there is an opening. Might I mention I arrived at the time they opened and was given an appointment 12 hours later from when I arrived.

Over the summer I was stung by an enormous amounts of bees. I began to feel light headed, itchy and my body broke out in hives. I drove myself to this urgent care because it was the closest and I needed immediate assistance. Upon arrival I was extremely disoriented and I remember the lady at the front desk was very nasty. Meanwhile I was on the verge of passing out. I explained to the lady I was stung by many bees and I need assistance. She demanded I pay prior to getting seen. The pa saw how bad I needed medical assistance and called me to the back to help me. I would have given this place a 1 star if it wasn’t for the medical staff, they were great. In addition I found out I was going into anaphylactic shock. Message to the mean front desk lady please save your attitude for your personal life and don’t bring it to a place of business where people are in need of medical assistance.
The center was clean & welcoming. The staff were professional, efficient, patient & kind. The PA was thorough. My rapid test was negative. They gave me the other test as well & she took time to hear my symptoms, stuffy nose with a phelgmy hoarse throat, she recommended Mucinex & Flonase which have already helped immensely. Thank you all for your hard work & dedication.
I have been to three locations,(Lake Grove, Port Jeff, Riverhead), over the past couple of months for covid testing. Every person that I encountered was professional as well as caring. I was treated with a smile from very patient staff members. I know that these individuals are definitely overworked as a result of the more recent covid spike, but you would never know it with the stellar way they treat patients. Thank you to all of you! You are most appreciated!

The woman at the registration desk was very friendly and helpful. The clinic is emaculate and spotless. The furniture is labeled with socially distanced stickers and the PAs and doctors are kind and helpful.
I was treated with care and respect. The staff listened regarding my chief complaint and promptly treated my medical issue effectively. As a healthcare professional I was impressed and feel confident in recommending this facility to anyone in need.
I’ve been to this location before, and I’m always pleased by the quick response and attentive care by the staff and doctors attending. My “go-to” …when traveling an hour to my primary care physician is not convenient. Kudos! 👍🏻

I went here for a Covid test. They billed my insurance company $585 for the test and left me with a $50 copay. This test is supposed to be free to the public. To make matters worse I am a construction worker and I currently work on a new northwell health construction project. I was infected with Covid two days before Christmas on their job site, and they don’t have the decency to give me a free test. I called the billing department and they didn’t help. I will never be back here again.Reply to management:I called the number provided on the bill itself which lead me to the billing department. They said that because of the way my insurance is set up that I had to have a copay. I have paid the bill and it is now shredded so I do not have a copy of it anymore…

Absolutely poor customer service. Woman in the front when you walk in has a serious attitude problem. Rude and not compassionate at all. Unfortunately we all do not have access to rapid testing because we do not work for Northwell health. As a first responder and have been working since the Pandemic started she should have been a little more helpful. Wouldnt even call another location to see if she could help as we can not get through as a client. Dont go here!!!

Overall I always have a good experience here. Doctors and nursing are very kind and efficient! I gave 4 out of 5 stars because there is a receptionist who is far from friendly (on more than one occasion)
It was easy to make appt, no wait time and everyone was very professional.
Lynn was excellent, staff was great. Facility was clean. X-ray tech came from another location and was very prompt and friendly.

I was having problems with my sinuses seance of smell the pa prescribe me nasal spray told me it could be a tumor in my brain and I should get a MRI of my brain immediately.he was wery young and inexperienced they dont have a licensed MD I do not recommend this place

Visited this facility on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm and was addressed by a woman at the front desk who very abruptly informed me that they were closed. The time on the door said 5pm! I called CityMD in Farmingville and they gladly saw me. The service I recieved at CityMD was the complete opposite of what I experienced at this location. Customer service training needed.
Who are you supposed to call on a Saturday when no one picks up a phone. You cannot leave a message because once you get to that point the machine says thank you goodbye. You cannot leave a message. Waiting for Dr. to call with results from a sonogram. Not happy.
The clinic is always clean and service is prompt. The staff is very helpful and kind .one can make appointments on cell phone . They help you with any referrals for follow ups . Dr Xian Li is great .

I have 2 forms of insurance have been in extreme physical pain for days and was refused care here while the caregivers sat around BSing saying it was not their job to help me. If you are in a crisis, this is NOT a place which provides care for the person. Im an 18 year veteran of the medical field and have never been treated this way nor would I do this to another human as a health practitioner. If you express yourself, they will threaten to call authorities. Instead of anyone there actually helping me, I had to call other health practitioners I know for assistance while they just sat around chatting with each other. They should be ashamed to call themselves urgent care as they actually do not care at all!!!
Awful experience. Initial experience was great. However after they took my money and “ran tests”, they never answered the phones, messages were full, and never followed up. I wasted my time, energy and money here. Never again.

I set up an appointment for 1:30 And there was no code sent to me To fill out the application I have photo evidence that shows they did not send me any code Except the code they sent when I was right there in the office I called out a work for this The reception man at the desk who was partly balding with blonde hair glasses didnt get the name Was constantly turning people away Completely unprofessional And told me to come back 2 hours After my scheduled appointment

Staff had me wait in the room while they watched videos on a woman’s phone for ten minutes. No other people in the facility. Not very professional. Also why can’t they read your information before talking with you because they make you fill out a form but they don’t bother consulting it when they talk to you.

The reason we always go to North Well is because we get in quicker then others, we get better care and diagnosis then at other walk ins, it’s super clean and nice and the staff is alway very friendly and knowledgeable.
