Was new to this clinic and was beyond satisfied with my visit. The receptionist Kristin was super kind and extremely helpful to me. She handled a very rude person well and professional which made me appreciate the staff 10x more. The nurse in the room was also very kind and seemed happy to help I wish I had gotten her name. The PA Rudy got me the care i needed and was beyond amazing. I definitely will be returning here for my care!
Renee was very kind, listened to my concerns and made sure they all got taken care of. I did not even feel when she gave me my shot. She was able to get my labs easily and it did not hurt. Very impressed. I would recommend.
Used Access as my primary care for four years. Vacation was approaching in 12 days and I wanted to get two prescriptions refilled that I would run out of while gone. As usual, I needed an appointment for an exam and fasting blood draw to get a prescription refilled. First I was told they were booked up until 6 days after my departure. Then I was told they could squeeze me in just before lunch the day before departure but experience indicated the prescriptions would likely not get filled in a matter of a few hours. Receptionist said there was nothing else they could do. I asked what I was supposed to do...find another doctor? The receptionist said if you want to so I did...I went to Conviva as my primary care and theyare working with me to get the prescription issue addressed before vacation. Very disappointed in the lack of care exhibited especially after being with them for four years.
Renee made me feel so welcome. With a smile on her face , great personality also , Prompt in her service . Access total is Highly recommend!
Came with my sister last week for her appointment and enjoyed the visit. Doctor shelly was super nice and helpful had her feeling better ! Receptionist was extremely friendly and informative i didn’t get her name but she had dark hair. However nurse in room sounded like maybe she was new? understandable but it seemed like she did not know exactly what she was talking about … seemed a little anxious or aggressive other than that we had an overall great visit and i will definitely come if i need my own treatment! 👍
My appointment was quick and literally painless. Renee was wonderful with my blood draw and I didn’t feel a thing! Happy to have made them my PCP
My experience was great! It was my first time going here as I usually go to the other place in town. I was skeptical after reading reviews, but since they had a shorter wait time I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The receptionist/nurse was pleasant to work with. I was seen by Rudolfo Deleon, he was great! I would definitely recommend and will go back when I need care.
The ladies out front are lovely and nice, the doctor was quick and on point. Very punctual, I love it and I will continue coming back when need be.
I went with no appointment when I moved here a year ago to get some stitches out. Quick in and Out and This has happened several times since. Everyone was extremely nice they are big on Privacy and even with the rooms close together you cant hear what is being said in the next room. Which is nice since thats not always the case in other Drs offices. The office is always clean.
We really like thus place first the receptionist Rene she was very kind always smiling, and the Dr. Shelly me and my wife we both really appreciate how professionally she attended us and explained us in a simple words we are going to recomend friends and family 👏👏today 4th june was my second visit I must say staff very friendly and helpful.Taya whom this time I came across she was very helpful and friendly also since Dr. SHELLY SHAHAN change her job place Dr. DELEON very friendly doctor it really help me since he also speak Spanish and he really communicate with me and he listen all what said .The only wish I have is please dont change your attitude towards patients 30% to 40% of the problem you all cured by just talking to them friendly make them feel home I have recommended many of my friend and still will do.
My job required me to turn in paperwork to the doctor that saw me so she may fill out and turn in explaining the visit. Tell me why I had to become an established patient which nobody said prior to making my visit to go get it done. So I had to set an appointment for that and only that, then schedule another for my paperwork to be signed. They also mentioned I can go in to get them signed and that’s it, obviously not. Secondly when I came in for the papers to be signed I waited an hour to be seen and it took another 30 min just to be told I didn’t have to be there for the signing of the paperwork…so I didn’t have to be gone from work that long. I have nothing against the people working there except for those that were rude, but why couldn’t they just tell me I didn’t have to be there? I spent 30$ on that appointment.
This place ACCESS TOTAL CARE RENEE AND DR WHITNEY OLDHAM ARE THE BEST!!! FAR BEYOND THE NORMAL PATIENT EXPERIENCE ASSERTED TO ME !!! Visit them when in need You wont be disappointed
I started receiving messages to confirm appointments when I have never set anything up with this office or ever inquired about going there. I don’t even live in the area. I called to make sure the appropriate person would be notified of their appointments since I assumed it was a wrong number. The receptionist was extremely rude and was little to no help. She said the appointment was marked as a no show and that she has no control over the messages that go out to the clients. But, I wasn’t even bothered about receiving the messages. I just didn’t want someone else to miss their appointment. I was very calm and kind and just wanted to make sure they were aware, but she wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say and cut me off quickly. She seemed annoyed to be talking to me. If I was looking for a doctor, I wouldn’t go here.
My mom made an appointment here. Filled out all the paperwork turned everything in for the receptionist to refuse my mothers visit because she needed her meda refilled and she wanted my mom to schedule and appointment for February instead of today 1/10/24 at 11:00am when I tried to talk to the girl at the counter (Ladisa) she was so rude. I tried explaining this is her pcp and she needs her prescriptions refilled. She said she should of came to her last appointment and she never showed up or rescheduled. I explained there was a death in the family. That Im sorry I didnt bring my mom in. And so rudly she replied well she could of called. So inconsiderate. Asked for the office manager and she refused. Said she wasnt in today. Asked if there was a number and she wouldnt give it to me. Im so upset about this all. My mom needs her medicine to live. 😔Also Ladisa had no problem taking my moms copay to see the doctor and didnt give her a refund!!!
Always helpful, if there is something they cannot help you with it’s because you most likely need to speak to your GP “general practitioner” if you don’t have one it’s going to cost something even with insurance. They have always done what I need and being it’s convenient you are going to have to pay for the convenience.
Everyone was very nice! I was seen promptly even though I was a few minutes late for my appointment time! Well kept waiting area and clean rooms.
Looking for other doctor. Appointment was for 8:45am (fasting) and its now 9:47a and still in lobby...
Great visit! Missed work today because of I had a sore throat, and was seen and treated here the same day - immediately. Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
They called me and told me my blood work was good only to find out from a student NP when being seen for a separate issue that the labs were actually very bad.Was told to come back to redo labs over the next day. Almost 2 weeks later and nobody there knows anything about the results.Have an abdominal issues that they tried to treat with antibiotics. It’s only gotten worse so I went back to ask to be referred for a cat scan.Come to find out it’s a hernia. Supposed to be referred out to a surgeon but guess what, I m still waiting for a any kind of notice. The issue and pain has become substantially worse. When I call to ask about information from the people they act like they are the ones paying me and are very agitated about it.I’ve been entirely polite, patient and respectful. Now I have no choice but to seek out another Dr or medical facility to try and see if I can have it taken care of.I’ll inform my insurance company that a lot of money/time has been wasted and now there will be more $$$/time spent to start over with a new Medical group.
It was easy to schedule and the wait was not too long. I was listened to by the PA and my issue was dealt with quickly and prescriptions were immediately sent to the pharmacy to be filled. Great attitude of the PA!
Renee is awesome. Great personality. Definitely recommend.
Very happy with my experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Prompt to help in anyway they could and bonus that the wait was short. We were in and out quickly with answers!
I was going here when my pcp couldn’t see me. I liked the doctors and nurses. I went in today feeling horrible and the lady upfront said you owe 25.00 for missing your appointment. I never had a appointment all I was told is to follow up with my pcp. I said that you would have given me a appointment card, called or sent a text reminder. She said no we don’t do any of that. Strange to me. This place will not see me or any of my family.
No doctor on site. Waited months for an appointment only to feel judged by the nurse practitioner because apparently I take too many insulin injections a day as a type 1 diabetic 🤯. I left halfway through my appointment. Needless to say I am angry and also without meds that I need to survive.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is great and friendly, Chris was awesome when tending to me and so was the nursing staff. They are all really down to earth and speak to you like you’re a guest in their house but with a high degree of professionalism. This was hands down the most relaxing doctor’s visit I can remember, and my follow up visit was the same. I had to pay out of pocket and they didn’t charge nearly enough for the level of care I received. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I read the bad reviews because I couldn’t imagine anyone rating them poorly, but it seems like a lot of people can’t follow instructions or are in a bad mood and blaming the staff for the current state of public health with Covid and whatnot. I clearly didn’t receive any special treatment because honestly they didn’t make much money from me, so it’s obvious they treat everyone with this level of respect and professionalism. Don’t let the rating fool you, I would rate this place 10 stars if I could and I’m not even from the area. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, they all did an awesome job.
Got in and out, great service, the doctor was very knowledgeable.
Worst experience I ever had. They were quick to take payment BEFORE SEEING ME and then once he finally comes in to check me out, he proceeds to tell me, “your doing everything already I would have told you to do”. Try Zyrtec and then discharged me !!I’m clearly having a severe allergic reaction. Benadryl is not working 🥲
This is how a walk on clinic should operate. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is a clinic for the working class. For some one who needs meds so they can feel well enough to go to work the next day. Going to the doctor should not take all day!
I went yesterday and arrived at 6:20 pm. I guess the public is expected to know automatically that the provided had to leave on a family emergency, they have no one else available to see patients, and you shouldnt attempt to go into the building. When I asked the nurse if there was a different clinic that would be open she said curtly said I dont know clicked her heels, walked inside and locked the doors. If your a nurse, in that big of a hurry to go home, you shouldnt be working in the first place. Oh well tough luck isnt a good look for a health care facility. Whether that particular nurse is just a sub or permanent staff, it would be wise to remind her that a community, based on how they are treated, dictate what facilities sink or swim. In reading this, one would think well one person is not that important, but when reading the reviews, more than one person is running across issues. This clinic does have a history of closing early or not being able to see patients for one reason or another. The nurses may be paid to sit there till close time so they can say it was open, but it doesnt do any good if there is no available practitioner.
Went in with limited cars in parking lot (so not busy) nobody was in lobby/front desk. Took them about 10 minutes to greet me at the window. Then went back after another 15 minutes. Took about 45 minuets for the student nurse practitioner to come in. (I don’t mind students learning no big deal) But then she said she’d talk to the regular NP to confirm diagnosis and send me on my way. Took another 20 minutes for her to show up. Then, they said they needed to get the discharge papers (yet another 20 minutes). I went in at 8:10 am and didn’t get out till 9:55 am. 1 hour 45 minutes for a “quick” easy visit. I just needed antibiotics for an ear infection. NOT impressed with services. Staff was friendly and thorough but I will look for somewhere else to go next time.
Don’t go here for primary care. They will charge you urgent care price. Changed my PCP. I called my insurance to confirm what my co pays should be. Sore throat is not an urgent care. I could have waited for an appointment but was told I would still be charged urgent care.
Their sign clearly states hours are 7a-7p, Urgent Care, Walk Ins Welcome. I arrived at 5:24 pm, door locked and you have to call to be screened before entering. And the person answering the phone tells me they arent taking anymore patients. I would say that their sign is definitely false advertising! The other Urgent Care facility in town was amazing!!!
New Patient couldn’t be happier, front desk girls were very pleasant and smiling as was the nurse. First visit w Rudy Deleon He was great, patient, attentive and listened to all my concerns, and took immediate action to ensure I get the care I need.Another big plus, they are opened 7 days a week until 7pm and no wait. With healthcare being unpredictable these days, grateful to find this place to use as a primary care spot and don’t even mind traveling from another town to use them!
Went here about 3 weeks ago and was very pleased with my visit at that time. Was told the charge would be $100.00 for visit. After seeing Nurse Practitioner she wanted to do blood test and said would be $50.00 more. I had no problem with this. Today I received a bill for $232.00 from a Pathologist for blood test. I was not informed that I would be charged more from someone else. I do not have insurance and am on Social Security. I am very upset and disappointed that I was not informed of this. Will never go back. Just make sure you ask about any extra charges if you have no insurance.
The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. In-take nurses were fantastic, answered all my questions.Tracy the practitioner was amazing, very thorough, and had a plan ready to go.
I went to Total Access Care this weekend and had an overall great experience. The only downside was that I had to wait in my car and get a covid, flu and strep test and then wait for the results before I could be seen by anyone. However, I also understand that’s just protocol these days. After that process, I was seen quickly. Thanks for the great care!
If you are aware that people aren’t getting their test results you should immediately refund them. You have not delivered your end of the bargain as you previous comments have said. Regardless of circumstance you haven’t provided some of your patients with results at all. The least you can do is offer a refund to these people. Have some decency.
Do not go here! There aren’t any doctors here. They are all nurse practitioners who have no idea what they are doing !!!! They say one thing and do another. Nurse De Leone Doesn’t listen to patients needs. Today was a waste and now I’m still in pain because of him thank you 👍👍👍👍
After two ER Drs diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes and putting me on meds I went to access care in Portland for primary services to be able to get my prescriptions every month as Ive had lots of issues being without my meds and this place told me all my blood work is normal ...and wont do nothing for me ....my average sugar levels have reached as far up as 680 for days at a time ..so obviously these people dont have a clue
I had to visit this clinic for a COVID-19 test for work and every employee I encountered was professional, helpful and understanding. Mr. Rudolpho DeLeon performed my test and he was excellent at communicating exactly what was going to happen and very gentle. Brooke was so helpful, sweet, and compassionate as well. I needed a receipt with specific information on it (required for work) and she went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this clinic, everyone is on top of it and excellent at doing their job and taking care our community! Stay safe!
We visited this clinic back several months ago for covid19 testing, very professional, they wore coveralls faceshields over mask administered the nasal swap with no contact safer We couldnt feel, emailed results within an hour. Absolutely pleased and nothing to worry about. Thanks guys you rule.
Great services from doctor and receptionist today .I booked online and that was very easy. I was able to get in quickly. Overall great appointment!
I didnt mind waiting in the car for my COVID test, but I dont quite understand why they dont let me sign up for the test online. They make you come in person to grab a form and then come back an hour and a half later to turn in the form. I didnt want to drive there twice while Im sick. Otherwise it was an easy visit.
Havent had any service yet but the person I spoke to on the phone was so nice and answered all my questions. I have an appointment for tomorrow. If the phone is busy just call again. They are probably really busy and we need to be compassionate about it.
They NEED to change their hours on the door. I arrived the first time around 5:30. It was my first visit to the office. After asking how it worked I realized I forgot my Drivers license. I told the receptionist I would be back, after confirming they close at 7. I returned at 6:20, only to be told I could not be seen!
I was having a really hard time trying to get a doctor’s appt in the Rockport/Aransas Pass area, being from out of state, here for a few months with my husband’s job. Either they didn’t take self-pay, it would be over a month before I could get in, or I had to come in and pick up new patient paperwork, fill it out and bring it back, then they would “decide” if they would make an appointment for me. Crazy! I was so fortunate to find Access Total Care. I was not taken aback by the self-pay price. The staff from the front desk back are so friendly and sweet. My first visit, I saw the NP, Ms. Dixie, and she was so caring and thorough. My second visit, I saw Dr. Shahan, and I was so impressed with him. He is the only doctor I have ever seen who was willing to discuss other approaches besides just medication, for example, changes in diet and supplements. He is awesome. I hope I don’t have to go back to the doctor while I’m here, but if I do, I won’t go anywhere else.
Had appt to get prescription refills. I waited in exam room for an hour before being seen by a guy dressed like he was doing yard work around the house (the front desk ladies dress more professional then the doctor). Then when I get to pharmacy there are two extra prescriptions that Ive never heard of before.... wont being going back here to get their requested blood work done.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner Tracy Culver addressed all of my needs and was very professional and friendly.I have seen most of the Nurse Practitioners and they were all helpful. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Make your own decision about where to get tested, but read through my experience and the owners responses.Update Nov. 2020: I had to wait until my insurance claim finalized for the $175 I was charged for the COVID test back in June before doing a final update about my testing experience. Access Total Care never informed me that I had a positive test. They had my landline, email and cell number. I had an antibodies test at a lab that does blood work in July that was positive. In August I was contacted by a contact tracer investigator with the Texas Dept. of Health. The investigator said their office had been notified by Access Total Care that my test was positive. I informed the investigator that I never was told I had a positive test and that I was not allowed to use my Blue Cross Insurance even though they cover testing. The investigator reported my experience to the supervisor.Edit 7-6-20: Since its been 2 weeks another COVID test of any kind would be pointless. I paid for a service with an expectation of results within the promised time period and did not receive.A full refund to my credit card for the $175 would be the right thing to do.They said it would take 3-5 days for COVID test results. Called after a week and they said the results werent in. Still waiting. I also asked about using my insurance and they said I had to pay out of pocket. I checked after the fact and my insurance does cover testing.
They were fast, compassionate with good bedside manor. They listened and respected our choices. Highly recommend
I have never had a bad experience here especially with Mrs. Sarah Lewis. But when my dad was really sick (he has not seen a DR in years) I recommended this place. My dad had been coughing for 5 to 6 weeks and congested. Mrs. Lewis was rude to my parents and didnt even prescribe him anything! Just recommended over the counter medications and ordered xrays. they said they will call with xray results. My husband went it for the same symptoms the next day but saw a Male DR. He was given a steroid shot, z pack, and bromfed! i dont understand why my dad was hnot given anything by Mrs. Lewis and then to find out she had the results for the xray that same day but said she didnt have it! Would not be recommending this place. The staff could not even find his veins(which I know can happen) but Labcorp and CPL did not have any issues just a few days after that horrendous visit at access total care. Stuck him 9 times and tried to charge him again to repeat the test.ZERO STARS
The people are nice here, that’s not the problem. The problem is they overcharged my card and I have been calling constantly. The phone sometimes does not work or I will be put on hold for 30 minutes and no one will come back to the phone and it just hangs up. It’s been almost a month since my appointment and the one time I actually talked to a person she said she would get back to me the next day and never did. I called 30 times in one day, your service on answering is not great. I know it’s a crazy time with COVID and I’m trying to be patient, but this is an easy fix and it’s not like I haven’t been trying to reach out to communicate.
All staff were friendly and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and addressed them entirely. I am waiting to hear lab results from them. I am thankful to be able to use this clinic for my healthcare while in Texas.
I had an unexpected medical issue come up over the weekend and was able to schedule an appointment and be seen quickly. The nurse practitioner, Bearnice Aizon, was thorough, professional and fast. I am very happy to recommend Access Total Care for anyone needing Urgent Care.
They changed ownership to this new access total care and we never got a notice or anything about them changing so when i went to refill my husbands DIABETES medication they told me he had to go in before they would refill his medicine. Now call me crazy but the medication he takes is life altering meds and i just think its very wrong not to let people know about these changes when it effects peoples health. I love the girls that work there and Dr Rudy, but bad business on the new owners side. I used to always recommend them, not anymore!! Ive never been so upset with a company, and honestly never really write reviews, but yall need to know how they do business!!!
I was scheduled in Houston for a 730 am surgery on the 4th of Jan 2022.Had some confusion about having an appointment so I didnt sign up on the sheet but they still got me in. Then the new years holiday nearly delayed the test, but I think someone stayed late to get it done.. SUPER. 5 STARS ISNT ENOUGH!!!!!!
I have tested twice at this facility. The staff is very professional and friendly. You actually get to speak to someone not just an automated system. My mother has also tested at this facility. She also had a good experience.
Awful building, awful policies. They require CoVid AND flu tests just to come into the building for an ear infection. No fever or any other symptoms that are remotely related. We made an appt and after all of the driving in from rockport and testing were turned away bc they didn’t accept our Insurance!! I don’t recommend this place at all!! We ended up at The Doctors Center 5 mins away and it was amazing and quick! Go to The Doctors Center!!
When one of the doctors set you up appointments to see someone else the front desk does not follow through. You have to call constantly to get your script refilled. They do not do their job.
Since, March 2018 I have ONLY seen from everyone especially Sarah Lewis Thompson and Amber and of course everyone else staff,PA and Medical Assistants nothing but love, respect, TOTAL care and I cant ask for more. So please if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all. I would suggest to go elsewhere! I have gone through so much and everyone in TOTAL ACCESS have been very supportive, attentive and caring. KUDOS to SARAH THOMPSON and Amber Medical Assistant for all your help. Love you guys!!!!!!
Pharmacy sent a request for a renewal on my medicine, never got a response. A month later I finally went in to this place, will not renew it without a visit. I am not paying a co pay for a renewal on my medicine, it wasnt long enough for me to have to have a follow up on it. Dont make someone with depression have to pay another co pay just to get a yes for a renewal on their medicine, thats uncalled for
Staff and doctors have always been very helpful and supportive. Very grateful for the great assistance.
Poor service- too worried about their skeleton crew being over worked even if the patient was willing to wait to be the last patient of the day and not taking their medical pledge seriously to help those in true need of medical help!! Bladder infection—- seriously wrong——shame on them!
NP Chris is so down to earth and uplifting! He put my mind at ease and weaved in optimism and encouragement in the midst of delivering my health information. So rare to find such respectful , compassionate, and kind health care. Thank you!
If you want to pay to get your scripts refilled every 3 months , then this is the place you need to go . That’s if also they call it in for you . I called them that day an they assured me it was called in . Next day I called pharmacy and still no script! This place is quick to get in , but not very good drs here .
Dr Ben and his staff were so amazing - not only did they help with my ear issue they made me feel at ease while doing it!
I went in for a urgent matter, staff was so nice and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all to see the NP. Just a wonderful experience for the pain I was in.
I came here to get COVID testing for me and my granddaughter and they said I had to pay $170 each !I thought the COVID testing is free nationwide for the insured and the uninsured this is crazy don’t go here. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act ensures that COVID-19 testing is free to anyone in the U.S., including the uninsured.
For an urgent care completely useless, horrible hours
One office lady was extremely rude, chewing gum while talking, super short with her responses as if I was an inconvenience to her day. She sits at the very front , right when you walk in. Don’t recommend.
My experience was great! The whole office was exceptional at taking care of me..I will definitely go back if I ever have anymore health issues..
This is a wonderful facility with great people who truly care about the patient’s wellbeing.
Tracy Culver is the best NP Ive ever met and had - she truly listens to you and doesnt just blow you off or roll her eyes like some doctors do. I highly recommend seeing her!!
Let a worker know some info on why I was there. Later while Im waiting for results that same nurse is telling the other nurses and laughing all while I can hear the whole thing through the glass sliding windows at the front.
I had previously written a review about my experience with Access total that was somewhat negative. I am revising it today after speaking to the billing department about an extra bill I received for a service I had already paid for. They have corrected the problem for me and I am very pleased with the customer service I received. Sorry for previous review and thank you for your help.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was my first time visiting this place and I received terrible customer service. I wasn’t given a doctor but instead a nurse. I checked in with a flu and to clean my ears. Nurse Rudolfo Castillo Deleon only gave me a shot and a piece of paper of instructions. Total waste of $175.
I will never return, my asthmatic son treated for the flu on the 12th of December, after being sick for 4 days, and they said too late for Tamiflu and I agreed. Today Dec 27 th he tested again and Ruldolpho Castillo Deleon NP-C is telling me its the same flu. BS. The longest flu sheds is 14 days. So no Tamiflu.Off to our regular doctor, wont give this company another dime.
Considering I felt horrible this was an excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. I plan on returning for wellness care.
Went for a Covid test. They dont make it clear that they doing a limited number of tests. Called to ask for more paperwork to be brought out to the sign in table. They said they would bring it out. Ended up waiting around for a while then they came out and said I was out of luck, try again tomorrow. No thanks. Going somewhere else
Staff there was very friendly., caring and polite. Sarah was great in the care i got and was very careful with me knowing how painful my issue was. Was in and out in no time.
First off appreciate that they are doing rapid covid screening, my group of people are in health care and have had positive exposure to the virus we waiting in line for 3 1/2 hours to be tested, every person before us was taken into the building, the 4 of us were testing on the sidewalk in front of everyone, they allowed people to cut in line, very disorganized and almost descriminatory!
Horrible place to go .. they say they open and7 but really open at 8 and dont even start collecting paperwork until 9 and they say they dont call you back in the order that you arrived.. never heard of a process like this ever.. I recommend you stay away and try another urgent care
Have to say my experience was great! They were all very professional and good at their jobs.
Arrived at 0810 signed in and. Are still waiting to be seabed at 906 am when they came to get payment the young woman was snotty to us when I mentioned signing a hour ago. They have taken the credit card and now we are still waiting to be seenDid I mention there was only 3 cars here
Great staff! really nice and friendly and very caring! totally recommend!
Doc Rudy is awesome, I love the personalized attention he gives us as his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.
Highly recommend! We refer guests in need to this clinic and they are always happy with how their medical concerns were being handled.
Staff was very nice and helpful, Dr.deleon was very kind and helpful. I recommend Access Total care to everyone.
The office staff and medical Assistants are rude as all get out! The only good thing about this place is the dr’s and the nurse practitioner.
Very nice people and the doctor so friendly.
I had amazing care from Bernice and the staff! It was their prompt care that I believed I recovered so quickly.
The absolute WORST customer service. Do some training with your staff. When people are sick, the last thing they need is rudeness from the person answering the phone.
Trash experience..rude. Never again. NP was nice… but the office staff.. nope
Went there back in February with my 7yr old, the staff was great. They were fast, attentive, and got back with me with lab results.
The nurse practitioner was awesome she was so caring and knowledgeable! I will recommend this clinic to everyone I am so impressed!
I was in and out real quick. Everyone was very polite and caring. Will definitely go again if I ever need to.
Watched the receptionist play on her personal phone and not answer the the clinic phone. Also they stop taking patients around 6.
Great fast friendly service. Professional treat accordingly .
Great people! Great experience! Everyone was very informative and helpful.
Everyone at the facility was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the clinic!
The access total care all there staff there super nice, caring, thank you access total care God bless you all 🙏🙏🙏🙏
The site clearly says NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY and show up and sign in. Once there, NOW, Im supposed to call in to make an appointment...place is a joke!
Their attitudes are amazing! A little pricey for me but nothing beats being healthy!!
Thats awful that people never got their covid test results from this clinic. Seems like a public health concern to me.
I love this place! The NPs that have cared for my children and I are wonderful, very attentive and caring! ❤️
Very clean. Wonderful, caring staff. Excellent treatment
Friendly staff, and I really like the NP but be prepared to wait.
I love this place. Friendly staff, excellent care from Dr Shahan.
Such sweet girls working there and Dr Rudy is the best!
$175.00 for Covid testing seriously?! what more is there to say about this business? 👎
Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend!
