Professional, friendly staff with a high level of skill. I have had occasion to visit several times when I couldnt get an appointment with my PCP. I have been impressed with the concern for the patient here and the results have been very positive. With multiple health issues, I am always leery of trusting someone who might not understand all of the ramifications and drug interactions with which Im faced. I have come to trust the medical professionals here. When you cant get in to see your regular doctor, dont wait. Go see GoHealth.
Fast and friendly with good bedside manners, they fit me in even though they were an hour from closing with no appointments left. So grateful to they were able to give me a few stitches on a Sunday night so I didnt have to go to the emergency room.
I didnt have an appointment so she said it would be at least an hour wait. They were booked up but would try to squeeze me in. I waited less than 10 minutes to be put into a room where I expected to wait for awhile. The medical assistant came in about 5 minutes later to get my vitals and go over my concerns. Then the doctor came in about 5 minutes after that. They actually had me in and out in less than an hour. They addressed my issues and concerns. My only critique is that while I love the spaceship style of the exam rooms, there doesnt seem to be sound proofing of any kind. I could hear everything going on outside the room and I have to assume that my conversations in the exam room could be heard as well. I think patients deserve more privacy.
I had to wait awhile — timing is everything and I walked in just as everyone had left for lunch — but within twenty minutes I was taken back and give stitches in my injured hand. Everyone was really kind and helpful. Thank you.
The staff was friendly and personable! I was able to make an appointment online. The day of my appointment I was able to get in and out without any complications.I would’ve rated my experience five stars, but I was not happy with the lack of parking and trying to pre-register online did not go well.
Came in for a routine test that was required for a volunteer activity. The front desk person was friendly and helpful checking me in as a new patient and the nurse that did the test was nice too. They were apologetic when the printer wasn’t working and I had to wait for my exit paperwork.
I had a painful hip. The Legacy-GoHealth provider took one look at it and said that it was infected. Then she said youre going to hate me, but you really need to go to the ER. The ER doctors told that she had given me excellent advice and I had surgery the next day.She was wrong about one thing: I dont hate her. But I do appreciate that she knew that that wasnt what I wanted to hear and that she told me anyway.
Had a really great experience at this urgent care location today. I wanted to write a review to share with others. Employees were very kind and caring. The MA and the PA had great bedside manner and I was very comfortable. Not only that, but I walked out with peace of mind. They helped me establish a primary care provider who can continue care. I called ahead and scheduled a time to be seen and was seen immediately. No wait and it was not crowded or busy. Great experience & feel genuinely grateful for the care I received today.
The front desk and medical assistant were great, however the provider was not. I had to insist that I needed further evaluation. She was ready to send me off with the suggestion of OTC throat spray and after I once again highlighted that I was having severe asthmatic symptoms and difficulty swallowing she listened to my lungs and said they were inflamed and ordered an inhaler. So at the end of the day, I did get help-but not without some pushback and supervising the provider for lack of a better way to say it.I dont go to urgent care when I need throat spray. I dont know if it was assumed I was looking for an intoxicant or what.
Gina Bawden was great! She diagnosed my injured toe, referred me to imagining for an X-ray, helped me to interpret the imaging results, and got a referral to podiatry for follow up. She was professional, helpful, and competent. What more could one ask for?
You definitely need to take the “Urgent Care” part off of your name.. You cant claim that if youre going to turn people away with actual health issues that meg to be seen. Im not going to the ER to be told nothing is wrong and be sent home. DO YOUR JOB LAZY CUCKS!!!!
Long wait (60 mins) for a scheduled appointment, opaque pricing, unnecessary and unrequested check-up provided for what was supposed to be a simple swab test (which would be fine if I didnt expect that it was just to farm insurance). Overall what should have been 15-20 minutes was more like 90, and I have no idea what Ill end up paying.
I had a missed UTI which progressed into a lower kidney infection. I went in to Urgent Care on Williams when I had an elevated temperature and was urinating blood with extreme pain.I initially received great care from Brittany and was treated. The day before my five week trip to Mexico I received a message from the portal saying that I did NOT have an infection and to stop taking my antibiotics.Concerned, I went back to the urgent care to ask for a CBC/CMP bloodwork. If I dont have any infection, then why am I urinating blood and having pain? This was obviously concerning before a five week trip.I went into Urgent care again and they said that they would just do nurse visit for me.I went back and saw NP Joseph who REFUSED service for me.I stated my concerns and he told me that I could take the antibiotics or not and if I felt like symptoms were returning could get antibiotics at almost any mexican farmaciaTHIS is your care plan?I then requested the labs above (simple blood draw) and he said, I cant do those labs otherwise I would have to charge you for a visit.I told Joseph, thats fine and he responded, well, we are closing soon. which was actually in 35 minutes. He refused care and I decided to get my labs drawn in Mexico. I would have let it go, except I was then charged for that visit. Yes, the same visit that was supposed to be a free nurses visit. The same one that he didnt take any vitals. The same visit that Joseph said if he took my labs then he would have to charge me for a visit. So why have I been charged 200 dollars?I called to dispute the bill and spoke to a manager, Katherine, who said she would follow up seven business days later. She never did. Three weeks later and Im still trying to follow up and dispute this companies mistake and poor behavior.
The provider was fine buy the nurse assitant asked me if I smoked. I answered I try not to….She said sternly answer yes or no only.I guess she was in a hurry to get to the next patient
We came in because our 20 month old had suddenly spiked a fever of over 103 degrees. It was late afternoon on a Saturday. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They treated our daughter with kindness and careful care. They diagnosed her very quickly, we’re very thorough, explained things really well, and gave us the paper prescription for the medication she needed so we could go to the closest pharmacy before they all closed that evening.
Excellent place, I feel super comfortable in this urgent care.. everyone is very kind .. I took comfortable nap while i waiting for the doctor.. the lights dimmed, the temperature was perfect.. I closed my eyes .. took a little nap..
Great experience! Pluses: Ease and availability of booking appointment, kindness of staff, cleanliness of facility, and ample street parking.
4 STARS ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO CLINIC PARKING AND ITS VERY HARD TO FIND A PARKING SPOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, especially for someone who is ill or elderly.Otherwise, very quick & competent. Tests were very quick, so I could get my scrip sent to Costco and leave in time for same day pickup.
Go Health beats Zoom Care:1) Make an appointment so youre not waiting a L O N G time;2) have reasonable expectations (talk w/the reception person);Staff is prompt, courteous, and kind.
Dr. Kaiser was so kind and helpful. Was weary with the reviews but my experience here was very pleasant and I was helped almost immediately for my booked appointment. Thankful for their help today.
I was seen immediately.Patient care was amazing. They had the medicine I needed which saved me from driving to an open pharmacy at night. The facility was clean and beautiful even, which for urgent care is not normal.
Canceled appointment and refused to issue a refund. Instead sent me through loops of virtual chats that are robots and could not get anywhere. When I finally got a human on chat they sent me back to the robots. They are useless
Can’t reach anyone over the phone. Does not give insurance information. Automated phone systems without an option to speak to someone are a nightmare especially when you have a 101 fever and can’t think.
Booking an appointment online was super easy but after waiting 45 minutes from the time my appointment was supposed to start I left. Being seen at zoom was much faster.
The provider listened, acknowledged my concerns, agreed with the logic of my requests, and was efficient in meeting my needs. It really was one of the smoothest visits Ive ever had in an urgent care situation.
I can home from a cruise ill. I was able to be seen and listened to. I was happy with the care and treatment I received
The doctors are good. The wait times are sometimes good sometimes bad. But they lost my lab sample that I went through great lengths to get and drop off, and had no explanation for what happened - only that I had to do it all over again, for their mistake. Will absolutely be going somewhere else - will not trust again.
I accidentally made an appointment for the wrong day, but was seen anyway when it was clear how bad I felt. Everyone was so nice and Im so grateful they were able to direct me to the care I needed!
Awesome experience. My appointment was fast and great. I went to Providence express care twice and they gave me antibiotics I didnt need. Went here once, they were nice, took the time to talk to me and properly accessed the issue. I was in pain for over a month and they treated the issue and I was pain free withing 24 hours.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. Absolutely would visit here again if needed.
I had a very competent and caring provider at the North Williams Legacy Gohealth urgent care clinic in Portland, OR.. who used state of the art skills and materials to bandage a fairly large skin tear wound on my arm. I couldnt be happier with care I received and I only had to wait 5-10 minutes. I was out of there in 1/2 hour and confidant that I had received the very best care. I have been to this urgent care clinic many times and all the practitioners Ive been seen by are top notch and the facility is modern, very clean and airy, and set up with great medical equipment. All the caregivers there are knowledgeable, experienced and very competent. I always go the Legacy North Williams Gohealth clinic in NE Portland, OR because I feel confident Ill receive really great, high-quality medical care.
Ive had to visit this location on Williams three times in the last calendar year for complications with asthma. My rating is not about the physicians as they were both great and had good bedside manner and practical about how to approach my illness. I really liked both of the ones I saw between my three visits (Dr. Something and Dr. Kent) My rating is about the lack of working equipment. Two times I visited for the same illness 5 months apart, the PA ordered me lung x rays, the first time I went they said the machine wasnt working so I had to go over to the hospital to have the x ray. Okay, I understand this as a one off, but the last visit which was 5 months later the x ray machine STILL was not working. This is ridiculous for them to still not be able to have working equipment. They show that they have X ray at that location! I hope that the management sees this and makes sure those machines work so patients who need them can have access to them and dont have to go all the way to Emanuel just to have an x ray.
I was fortunate to be seen without a long wait. Each person who worked with me was very personable. I didnt feel like a number. They took a genuine interest in providing good care and I felt that.Thank you!
The health care providers and staff are compassionate and really have a sense of urgency from the moment you walk in the door. I am always impressed by the level of service and approach.
This place is amazing. I didnt have to wait very long to be seen by a doctor. The doctor was both knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to everyone.
Not really an Urgent Care. They don’t accept walk in’s , hopefully I can save somebody else the hassle.
Update: the strep culture that my PCP took came back positive for strep. So all in all this place is negligent and very scary because strep MUST BE treated with antibiotics or can spread to different areas of the body. Should be reported with lack of care.I came in after several days of a severe sore throat. My lymph nodes were very inflamed, the back of my throat red and inflamed and filled with white spots. I told the provided it had been so painful I haven’t been able to swallow so I hadn’t eaten and drank anything for the past +24 hours. Even when I pulled down my mask he goes “Oh, yup” indicating what I was sure to be strep. He did a rapid covid and strep test and they came back negative and he told me to rest and drink fluids. Nothing else.I was able to get into my PCP a few days later and explained everything and she was blown away with the low quality of care and that they didn’t do a strep culture given my symptoms.Don’t go here. If you HAVE to, request a culture and advocate for yourself before you go. The medical care in this country is insane…
Making an appointment was easy enough, I was seen quickly. However I didn’t really get much of an answer to the problem I was having but I received a referral so thats cool.
Terrible healthcare. ( Wont return )First off when you call this location, The first thing youll hear is we are accepting walk ins. This is never true. I watch lots of customers get angry waiting in line just to be told they arent taking any more. I was told if I waited I would be seen but after a few hours I was told they wont be able to see me today.Ok so I come back tomorrow..When they sent my prescription in they only sent in half. The pharmacy and I tried called over and over and never got a response. Took another day to get it corrected... Next week ( still sick ) Came back to be seen again. This time when they sent the prescription, They got the dose and time length wrong and they pharmacy couldnt give me my prescription. Now im calling again and again to get this fixed but no ones picking up.IN HEALTHCARE WE NEED YOU TO PLEASE BE PRACTICAL!!Your mistakes are costing me days or work etc..The last thing anyone wants to do while they are sick is correct the doctors whos supposed to provide HEALTHCARE Not stress the sick patient.
GREAT experience. Been several times and always super helpful.
Overcharges for simple services. Came here to have a provider listen to my lungs and get an inhaler. Was billed $300 for what was a less than five minute visit. That I will have to pay most of. You wonder why people don’t seek healthcare.
Fast and efficient service. Staff is very professional. Excellent Urgent Care Center.
Excellent care and service as always at the Williams GoHealth Urgent Care - and several days later I am feeling much better.
The Legacy Emmanuel Urgent Care is a great resource. It has online scheduling, and if you are or have been a Legacy Health patient your medical records will all be available for your visit. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Parking isn’t too bad if you look for a space in the residential neighborhood adjacent to the clinic - finding parking on Williams and Vancouver can be difficult
The doctor got to me in a timely manor and really listened to what was going on and they always give me good advice/ instructions
Its not urgent care. Need an appointment...I was attacked by a dog and turned away without even asking what I needed because I didnt have an appointment.
I was very afraid for my health but the doc and staff helped me feel at ease. Everything is going to be great!Thx again
I made an appointment for 7:30 online. Got there on time. I was the only person there. A lady came in a couple minutes later. I was scheduled for the last appointment that lady didnt even get there until like 7:33. At 7:57 she comes up to me and says well its 8:00 were closing. The receptionist was African-American, the lady that came in at 7:33 was African-American. Im Native American. Definitely was discrimination for sure and why did she take my insurance cards when I walked in there if they were going to be able to see me??? But you see, the place was empty. Anybody that comes in after me during my appointment time should have been sent home like the other five people that came in because they close at 8:00. My appointment was at 7:30, I got there at 7:30. Theres no way she could have even had an appointment. Ive been to this location before it was quite a long time ago, but I will never go back!! Not only that, Im going to definitely be letting them know its not okay to discriminate. She may as well had a megaphone & screamed through it telling me black people come before Native Americans. I was really mad they let me sit there for a half an hour before they told me they were going to see me. She claimed she told me when I was at the receptionist desk but Im about 60% deaf. I didnt even know she said anything. I told her well I wouldnt have sat there for a half an hour if I would have heard her. So why didnt you come over to me right away and make sure that I had heard you because actions always speak louder than words. If I was a receptionist and the lady would have sat down, I would have walked over to her immediately and stood face-to-face with her so that I knew that she could hear me and tell her again. She sits at a desk where I couldnt even see her mouth, so I didnt even know she said anything. I do know one thing, I would have never let somebody sit there for a half an hour and then tell them, oh we wont be able to see you, I already told u that half an hour ago when you showed up for your appointment on time but I was to busy letting somebody else take your pre scheduled appointment time. Not very smart opening yourself up for a discrimination suit.
Pleasant environment. Friendly/patient staff who helped my neighbor (the patient) with multiple and complex medical needs. I appreciated their follow-up call to check on a referral for surgery. The attending PA went beyond the medical basics to be of service.
White glove, concierge care all around! Great docs, intake specialists and medical assistants!Came into Legacy Urgent Care in N. Williams with sudden vision loss in my left eye. Had no appt but waited a little under an hour to be seen. When doc realized I might have a retinal tear, she sent me to ER and called ahead to let them know I was coming. Called me in car to reroute me to Good Sam ER as Emanuel ER did not have the required diagnostics.Good Sam ER was waiting for me and was terrific too! After an ultrasound of my eye by one doc, she called in an on-call ophthalmologist who diagnosed a vitreous tear and bc of concern re: a subsequent retinal tear referred me to a retinal specialist, securing an appt for the next day.10 stars all around. The Legacy system surpassed my expectations! Job well done!
Making the appointment was easy. The staff was friendlyThe provider was kind. She listened to my heart and lungs. She had me squeeze her fingers. The nurse did vitalsGave me a nausea pillSent me home or go to erNo thorough exam, no blood work, no urine, nothing. As a result I did have to go to the er and wait 8 hours where they took blood and urine and gave me medication all which could have been done at urgent care.So what is the point of urgent care if they don’t do a thorough exam, they don’t do basic tests? No point at all in my case at least. Why did I have to go to the er to do exactly what they could have done for meWay cheaper. Very disappointing.Would not recommend.
I was feeling ill and wobbly I went in to urgent care, explained my situation with no appointment. They put me in front of the line and found out that I was having an AFib event and they secured my trip to the hospital and things are going well now. Thanks so much 🙏
I received top quality care here. Alicia was understanding, accommodating and got me in within a few minutes of arriving despite not really having an appointment. Rebecca and her nurses assistant were both very understanding and provided excellent bedside care. I felt listened to and validated every step of the way.I would definitely recommend this location over its competitors, especially considering that other large urgent care chains that begin with the letter Z wont accept your insurance, while these people will.
Great urgent care, made an appt, went first thing in the AM. Parking - able to find within walking distance and free. Staff were friendly & helpful. Not too busy so I was in and out. Provider and MA both really listened to me. The check in process was fairly easy and quick. The front staff was kind, compassionate and helpful. The UC Provider was knowledgeable about treating pain, and validated the severity of my rib fracture which made it easier to understand and follow recommendations for healing.
This rating is based on numerous visits over years, but this latest visit prompted me to finally leave a review. Staff turnover must be high because I dont remember every seeing the same doctor, nurse, or medical assistant more than once. Even then, I have been consistently underwhelmed by the care I have received there. They are very diligent about making sure they will get paid but when it comes to patient care they made me feel like they couldnt get rid of me fast enough regardless if it was a respiratory infection or injury or other concern. I have learned my lesson after this last visit and will just go to my PCP. I suggest you do the same to save yourself time, money, and aggregation.
I would not be where I am today without this clinic. This is not hyperbole. They have gotten me through mono, given me crucial Covid tests, one of which virtually saved my career as a musician, and worked other wonders. Everyone across the board is super kind, attentive, and competent. Very indebted to this place and blessed to have found it and all the wonderful people who operate it. Thank you Gohealth N. Williams!
I love the staff here so much, they always show me the best care! Carrie Kent always makes sure that all of your concerns are heard and I trust her completely. I am so grateful that the entire staff was able to make a traumatic visit (dog bite/attack) actually fun and left me feeling so much better about everything.
Although urgent care facilities are typically walk-in, I was able to make an appointment and I was seen within minutes of my appointed time. There were two young ladies at the front desk who are very polite and sweet, I was taken back to a room by another nice person who checked me in on the computer and took my vitals, and then I was seen by a very patient, caring and confident PA.I am new to Portland and was struggling to find a new primary care physician and a necessary neurologist. I received my phone call from the neurology office today which is unheard of where I’m from. It would’ve taken weeks… I am extremely happy with the care I received and consider myself fortunate to have stumbled upon legacy after moving here.
Im an Autistic Transfeminine person who came in with near disabling back pain. The doctors mistook my autistic symptoms for muscle spasms (which I do not have) and when I tried to explain this to them they told me I was wrong and spent the whole rest of the time trying to push me out the door and treating me like a pariah for my Autistic symptoms. The way I was treated was rooted in both Ableism and Transmisogyny. They dont care about their clients, they just want to make money on as little work as possible. If I didnt have insurance that fully paid for this experience then I would have been robbed of my time and money (and considering how much work it took for me to commute back and forth in my condition I basically feel as though I was). The doctors are useless and just want to push clients in and out as fast as possible. Dont go here.
Avoid. Multiple serious issues for something straight forward. My care here made my situation MUCH worse.1) Provider, Micah Bicker, wrongly prescribed antibiotics for a fungal infection which caused it to go nuts. I even asked, Wait, antibiotics work on fungal infections? Yep! he said. A specialist confirmed this was a major medical error.2) After an extensive convo about sending Rx to a pharmacy open late on a Sunday, the med assistant sent Rx to a closed one. At 8/10 pain and risking greater infection, I had to go to the ER late that night to pick up a $4 prescription via a $2000 ER visit.3) I needed an urgent referral because of the damage the provider caused. It took ages and was refused as they wanted to see me again (no thank you) or have me go to PCP instead of a specialist.4) I provided this feedback via their text feedback system and never heard back which is in poor form.5) If anything goes wrong with Legacy-GoHealth, Legacy will not help you whatsoever, saying, We are not the same company. Very misleading branding. This is an Acme urgent care that has nothing to do with Legacy.
Good experience I did not have to wait long to see doc.
The doctor and practitioners were amazing. So was the person at the front desk
The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful, and my provider was amazing! She took the time to listen to me so thoroughly and answered all of my questions. If I ever need urgent care again I will definitely come back to this location, and I highly recommend it to others!
Everyone was kind, caring, very professional and at the same time lighthearted to put you at ease. Highly recommend the staff and facility. If you can replicate situation, I suggest you undertake this endeavor post haste.
I didnt receive the help that I so required at this location. I needed help badly and the front desk receptionist said that no one would attend to me immediately because they are about to go on lunch according to her.I had to make an appointment prior to coming in and it doesnt make sense. Urgent Care should also be walk in as well for URGENT care.I also work in healthcare in the Nursing sector. Im quite disappointed and appalled by the treatment the initial response that I have gotten from the receptionist and the treatment that was not provided to me.Please dont come here, save yourself a trip. Thank you.
I was told on my second visit that I needed to give a credit card number to be seen and that it would only be charged after I had been billed and used as back up only. I have high deductible insurance so my 2 visits are $250ish each. My issue is that I received the notice of my bill with only 4 days before they run my “back up” card. The bill is not available to pay on my Regence dashboard yet (the notice arrived in my email hours after my insurance sent notice that they’d processed the claim) and no paper bill has arrived. I’m basically forced to use the card on file when I’d prefer to pay directly out of my account, and I feel like I was mislead at the front desk about handing over financial information. Surprisingly sketchy for a major healthcare company.
Last minute recommendation from a nurse friend sent us here with our kiddo who broke his arm. And it was a great decision! Checking in was smooth and straightforward. The waiting space and examination rooms were very clean, spacious and tidy. After a reasonable wait we were met by friendly and considerate staff who were caring and efficient. They made a very scary and unexpected Friday night much more manageable and I highly recommend it!
Dr. Kent and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Even with an appointment, there was a very long wait, but it’s because the doctor was taking her time making sure each patient’s needs were met.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They made the as process smooth and fluid as possible. This was much different from some other clinic experiences I have had in the past which were the complete opposite. All the procedures were done in an efficient and professional manner which made the whole experience more tolerable without a doubt. Thanks again for all that you do!
Kind, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.
I made a same day appointment online for my daughters ear infection. We got there, only one person in the wait room and we checked right in and went right back. Barely any wait. Staff was all really nice. Very clean facility. They really make it easy to set an appt
My go to urgent care 100% . the staff are so friendly and so caring, they helped me 2x and i was treated with respect and care both times. they helped me with my anxiety and did not brush me off or ridicule me, which is so important nowadays! definitely recommend them
I thought I had an eye infection, tried getting into my regular eye doctor, but they were booked and under staffed.I looked up Urgent Care near me and Legacy GoHealth Urgent Care was less than a half mile from my home. A short 10 minute walk, unfortunately they couldnt see me until 3:15 pm. Rather than wait there for about five hours, went home and did some projects around the place.I went back at 3 pm, was signed in, and because Im insured with Legacy, they were able to access my medical information. My whole experience was they are very professional, the NP who saw me was very knowledgeable and was able to assess the problem I was experiencing and had me on my way with clear instructions for treatment in less than 20 minutes.NP Abdulai and the rest of the staff are great. A valuable resource for the neighborhood.
All the staff were friendly, pleasant and professional. Check in is quick and easy. Little waiting, nice facility.
From Admin in morning to nursing staff in both pre and post op, all were friendly and compassionate not only with me as I watched the same compassionate care given to others as well. The nursing staff laughed/ talked with one another indicating to me that they got along. That not only makes working there great, but it rubs off on patients as well. My post op nurse Maggie was wonderful as was the PT. They took the time to answer all my questions. A positive experience.
The Nurses were very receptive and accommodating.Megan Wilson who checked my breast took her time to explain to me all options to help me
Do not go here. They took down my previous detailed review, due to against guidelines. So Ill be very vague about why they are bad then. Doctors here dont know what they are talking about and are very insistent that they are correct. When you ask for simple and easy things for them to do like a referral to a specialist, they will straight up refuse your request.
We had fast and effective service. I am used to long and horrible urgent care hospital waiting rooms that are drab and depressing as much as breeding grounds for secondary infections. This was NOTHING like that! The facility was super modern and unbelievably clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly which is so important when you have a sick kiddo. We were able to been seen right away (they even take appointments so there is no wait time)! I feel great that the correct diagnosis was made so swiftly and appropriate medicines prescribed at a pharmacy near my home which is super convenient! My son is feeling so much better and was able to return to school after his meds kicked in. We had a fabulous experience! I have already recommended Legacy Go Health Urgent Care to my friends!
Went in for a workers comp injury and after being stitched up was waiting to receive a tetanus shot which took somehow 3 1/2 hours to get ready with almost no extra walk ins. was called asking why I left and to come back WHEN I NEVER LEFT THE ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED TO. extremely frustrating when dealing with an injury and trying to care of related affairs. the stitches were also not done very well as pointed out by other heathcare providers. would redo this trip 15x if it meant not going to zoom care. TRULY A WALK IN CLINIC, ZERO CAR INFRASTRUCTURE.
Everyone was friendly and prompt, and I received reasonable medical care.
The staff quickly brought me into examine room and the doctor was very good at giving the advice to get X-rays the very next day. After getting my X-rays completed the doctor phone me later on in the afternoon with result’s5 stars…
Every single time I have to go to the this urgent care they screw up my medication‘s. I then have to make five phone calls to both the pharmacy and the urgent care center to actually get somebody on the phone to fix the situation. Please double check your work
Gee , thanks for coming into my Hood , and helping into gentrifing it , only to turn me away for services. I made an appointment for a tetanus shot , went in ,explained why I needed it. I had stepped on a nail or some sort of tack in my driveway , that had went through my shoe , that I had to take out of my foot , proved that I had insurance , and also , MyChart notification , stating that I was due for the tetanus shot , but your folks turned me away anyways , saying that there was no physical , and or , visual evidence , on my foot that I needed one. I immediately made an appointment with my health care provider , at Legacy Good Samaritan Clinic. When I went in the next day for my shot, I explained everything to them , and they were just as confused as I was , why yall turned me away.
After my primary care doctor misdiagnosed me I went in to this urgent care facility when my fever rose to 101. I went in Friday evening and both the nurse on staff and the doctor were beyond amazing. Without even asking me the doctor brought me a glass of water because my temp was high. I really felt cared for and I was quickly diagnosed and given medication. I started feeling better right away and I felt listened to, respected and most importantly cared about by the doctors. Its scary not knowing whats going on when you are that sick and the Doctor on staff gave me a lot of info on how to get better. Thank you so much for everything you guys got me back to feeling my myself!Edit: i can’t review twice! Give them five more stars! I left this review about 3 months ago and unfortunately would up in the ER two days ago with dehydration. After I was treated I still didn’t feel great and rushed back to this clinic because of the wonderful experience I had. The nurses and doctor whom I saw were just as wonderful as the staff from last time. I felt cared for, and left feeling much better and far less scared. I was drinking water for dehydration and the doctor I saw said to drink Gatorade. Right after I switched I felt so much better. She tested several things and really REALLY thought about hat was going on with me. She also helped me find a new regular doctor which I need very much. The next day they called to go over my blood work which looked fine! It put my mind to rest. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. If you feel like there’s something wrong and need urgent care (that isn’t an extreme emergency of course) get over to these folks! They truly care!! Thank you Dr. S! ❤️
Clean spacious place with peaceful energy.came in right before close but they graciously squeezed me in. no one was seated in the lobby.kind and efficient front desk person & nurse.the doctor rebecca was wonderful. i felt no judgement, about anything. she helped me set up my MyChart and sent my prescription to a convenient pharmacy for me right away.i had a urinary issue that i was certain of what it was since i am prone to this issue and had countless times since i was young.however it did not show up in my urinalysis this time for some reason.i was worried that because of that they wouldnt prescribe me antibiotics; even though i know that antibiotics always have helped this issue in the past and i know what i was feeling & i know what works for me. however to my surprise, she DID still prescribe them for me, saying “you know your body best,” and that the choice of me still getting medication was a “shared decision.”this sentiment and attitude made me feel listened to & important especially since ive felt disrespected and invalidated in medical offices many times before (even earlier that same day trying to get a primary care appointment, leaving me feeling very sensitive when i came in to this urgent care). many women like me know what its like to not be believed & to have our feelings and needs disregarded by medical staff. this experience was the exact opposite of that and i’m so happy!i ended up getting blood drawn & STI testing for unrelated reasons, just to be aware, and the nurse made the process speedy and pleasant.i appreciate you all! you made a very unpleasant problem a lot easier to deal with :)
Made my 2 year old son with fever wait more than one hour when we showed up in time for his appointment. In the meantime, for whatever reason they let 5 walk-ins before him. Unbelievable. Ended up walking out and getting an appointment at ZoomCare.
The woman who checked us in was spacey, but the two medical people we dealt with were absolutely fantastic. our medical history was taken by Mckenzie and our provider was Sidney. they were both very intelligent, kind, patient, interactive, considerate, and plain old awesome. we went there having informed ourselves thoroughly, and we had specific expectations about outcome. they were knowledgable and confident, but they listened carefully also (which is less common). they exceeded our expectations... and i am not just saying that. seriously. they were awesome.
Drs. Are knowledgeable compassionate and thorough.Facility is clean and organized.Wait times are short.I’ve been there a few times. It is a great option for avoiding a hospital emergency room when you can’t get a drs. appointment. They are able to refer patients for X-rays etc.
I was greeted with understanding and concern. The staff took good care of my wound, and talked me through the procedure so I new what was happening. The Dr. was outstanding, and if I could, I would like her as my personal care provider. All around, excellent experience.Gordon Hosmer
I didnt like that i had to wait for 2 hours to get the X-ray results. My appt was at 4 and I left at 5;56. So I was seen quickly and the X-rays were done taken. And then everything stopped. I was told that I was forgotten ... which was why I waited so long to get the results back on the xrays. So yes I would absolutely recommend you but the service was marginal.
The service at this place was exceptional! I got an appt. immediately and every person was friendly and helpful. All was clean and distanced. My provider, Arthur, diagnosed my problem and offered 2 treatments. He excised my toenail with little pain and full care instructions. I will happily recommend this clinic to anyone!
The people here are very, very nice. But for COVID tests you are required to stay in the little room after theyve taken the sample, even though that takes five minutes. Then you get to wait an hour or so in your room, taking up space that could actually help another person! Its a terrible waste of time to not have a system in place for sharing results electronically. Imagine how many more people they could help with such a thing in place!
My nurse and doctor was amazing. Very caring and patient. Explained everything so well. Showed me they cared
My appointment was great, but I wasnt given clear instructions on turning in the sample kit I was given and after 8 days when I hadnt been given my lab results yet I found out there had been a problem and there arent any results....why didnt someone call me about that? The person I talked to on the phone said Id be called back by the doctor in 30minutes, but hours later Ive heard nothing. I wouldnt trust them again with my urgent health needs due to their not telling me my important lab work needs to be redone.
Great service. Got in quickly. Very nice and helpful
The medical staff who helped me were awesome but the woman at the front desk was pretty annoying in that she wouldn’t listen to me about my insurance information, then when she figured out what she was doing wrong, she didn’t acknowledge what she had done wrong. Just annoying, improperly trained, and terrible at listening.
Excellent care in a clean, aesthetically pleasing environment. I have been to other urgent care centers in Portland and Legacy GoHealth is second to none. The staff is friendly and professional, and not out to overcharge uninsured individuals. Although the self-pay prices here may be slightly more than some other options, they will do the best they can to accommodate those who may need help with payment, and will try to make it so you dont have to return. Overall I had a very satisfying experience, and I would highly recommend this facility.
They dont have the staff to answer their phones, so they tell you to go the website. The website allows you to book an appointment for x-rays hours in advance (no immediate openings) but when you get there, they might not have an x-ray tech at all. Not only does this waste peoples time, it potentially puts them in danger. Dont book appointments you cannot support. Answer your phones. And to anyone reading, be sure to wait on hold and confirm your appointment even after you make one online, as they might not be able to see you anyway. Horrible service for a medically critical service provider.
My friend recommended the clinic/staff and I realized I had an option besides the hospital so I decided to check them out. I found the staff to be very down to earth, respectful, capable and quick (without rushing me out or allowing compromise re: the quality of my care).Definitely glad I went there instead of Emannuel ... Im convinced it was a time-saving decision and the staff seemed to genuinely care. Although Im lucky enough not to visit them often, Ive come to expect less from any hospital experience. It was great to be able to enjoy the advantage of your clinics convenience. I live directly in between Emannuel & your clinic .. nice to have a different option close by.Thanks!
Good alternative to seeing your primary care physician, especially as medical offices are severely inadequate for the number of patients they serve. In fact, making an appointment to see primary care doctor can take weeks. The staff here are quick and efficient, but do not provide follow-up, not their job.Be sure to schedule as soon as you think you might need care, as their schedule for the day can easily fill up completely by 11:00 AM for that day, and your only option is the next day, or taking whichever doctor is available at the primary care office.
Wouldnt recommend this place. I went in to Urgent care and they turned me away, and booked me for the next day at 3:45 as the only alternative. I come in at 3:45 the next day and they bring me in a room and tell me that I need a Primary care doctor to deal with this minor issue. They were very young and didnt seem well educated. I ended up going to another Urgent care clinic the same day, that was able to deal with the same issue. I would recommend trying to find any other clinic for Urgent care, as this place seems like they are just trying to charge your insurance, and get you in and out without helping your issue.
Staff are extremely unprofessional. Dr committed malpractice and when confronted about it she then told me she was noting my file so I will never be able to be seen with legacy again. Would not recommend them at all even if your dying go somewhere else they will just make up reasons why they want you to walk 4 blocks and back with a broken foot and then tell you they dont care and arent going to do anything to help.
My Husband and I found out Saturday morning that our roommate tested positive for Covid, so we immediately started calling around to find out where to get a rapid result test done. Legacy Good Samaritan suggested gohealth. We immediately called and were told we could walk in. We were quickly taken into a room and got the swabs done. A doctor came in while we waited for results and answered any and all questions we had. Fortunately we were negative. The entire experience was seamless and efficient which I appreciated because I was very nervous.
I hate coming to this place. I have been a patient multiple times and multiple times I have heard the staff talk about me while I was waiting in a room to be seen by a doctor. Many other reviews say the same. So I don’t know why they continue to do this?Once I came in having gained weight during covid and was asked multiple times if I was pregnant (this didn’t happen after I lost the weight). Each time I come in I am helped by a doctor that talks down to me rather than talks with me and I am treated like a burden from the check in to the check out process.I have jobs that require me to see a doctor as soon as I feel sick. I don’t think the staff considers this, or thinks about what jobs are requiring from sick people at this time. Instead the staff just treat me like hypochondriacal.
Legacy Urgent Care has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any health facility. I went to legacy for a Covid testing to go to Hawaii. When I went to give them my information for billing the woman just looked at me and rolled her eyes. She then told me in a rude snappy voice “Billing will be mailed.” Months later I never got anything so I called through billing to see what the issue was and the man over the phone was no help. I’ve called this place 5 different times to find my billing and I just now found out why I didn’t get my billing instead of telling me they mistyped the town I live in, they just hung up. Pretty pathetic honestly for all other individuals thinking about this place for health care don’t waste your time you could find better health care somewhere else.
After struggling to get information from our insurance company about what was covered, it was so relieving to talk to Chris at GoHealth who was able to answer my questions and even called me back with more info about x-ray costs. We came in and had almost no wait time. The PAs were very friendly, kind and gentle with my child. At first they said they would call us with the x-ray results soon but the radiologist reviewed and diagnosed them right away.I think parking here could be a challenge at different times of day but overall, everyone here was super friendly, kind and helpful in what was otherwise a stressful situation.
I was recently treated for an abscess and had a bacteria schmeer sample taken. Which cleared up the question of whether or not the antibiotics were working or not. The test results then showed indeed they were not. I was then given the correct prescription and I am now healing safely and fast. I am sincerely grateful for the professionalized personal treatment and care from all the staff, especially the treating doctor. Thanks so very much. Take Care.
Dr.Kent and her MA made me feel extremely comfortable and were even willing to let me have a consult with the doctor before checking me in to see if they could help me with the specific problem I was seeking help with, so I wouldn’t have to pay my copayment if it wasn’t necessary. I was extremely at ease through this nerve racking problem. And I will absolutely be return if necessary based on my positive experience at my last visit.
I had to secure a Covid19 test prior to my scheduled surgery. I found the Legacy GoHealth to be not just convenient, but a really pleasant place to get this simple but critical procedure. The reception was excellent and efficient, I was treated very respectfully, and while waiting for the test results was engaged by the resident physician in conversation. If i need urgent care in the future i now have a go to place.
10 !! Super friendly, kind, & most Importantly non- judgmental Dr. as well as reception
I was in quickly and treated well. Great staff and sent him with necessary meds.. All good things in one place
I was in a great deal of pain the morning of Friday the 3rd but Gina Bowden and Debbie were caring, efficient, and very professional. By the time I left I was out of pain and had a good treatment plan. This Urgy Center is outstanding!! Thank you.
This place is amazing been there two different times and both were in and out in less than 20 min. My daughter had to be swabbed for strep and when it came back positive they faxed the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. The nurse practitioner there is amazing with kids aswell. I will only go here when it comes to urgent care.
I went into this care facility with severe back pain. I was registered and seen by a doctor within minutes. The doctor was thorough and compassionate while diagnosing my problem. Soon afterwards I was able breathe comfortably. Many thanks to all the staff.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Front guy is very uneducated. Also called multiple times and never answered . Told me the testing was gonna be 120 something dollars. I did not have the money so I left to go get money to do the testing so I can return back to work as soon as possible. Came back a half an hour later and magically the price went up to $220. I am very sad that Legacy health would Let this urgent care facility use their name. I have worked at just about every Legacy health hospital and Portland and have never been treated so poorly. Also another thing I have been tested before and was only charged 100 and for them to charge $220 should be illegal. Just goes to show that they are about the money. they wouldn’t even let me get tested they do not care about you they care about your money!
Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care are a great medical team. Easy to do Covid test- got results in an hour. They were willing to chat with me about my presenting symptoms - stomach issues with painful flatulence and bloating - and run some tests. Very personable and kind.
If you got a appt here leave 30 minutes early there’s no parking at all here and if you’re 10 min late you’re considered a walk in.
I was experiencing prolonged symptoms after my first covid vaccine and my doctor urged me to go to urgent care. After undergoing an EKG, urine test and glucose check I was told by the doctor that I was just stressed about covid and the symptoms were psychological. I knew this wasnt true and was really disappointed to experience how women and/or gender non-conforming folks are STILL not believed, told its all in our heads, etc. Throwback to the hysterical diagnoses of yesteryear. NPR, CNN and other news networks have recently started reporting on the types of symptoms I was experiencing and acknowledging that women are often not believed. I dont recommend going here for care.
Upon arriving the M. A. Kaylyn or kayleen,, was just so very friendly, professional, and sincere... She not only made everything clear but took the extra time to listen to me and answer all of my questions, waited until I was finished and escorted me to the door with care. I was feeling better before I left the building. Genuine is exactly the word for her. Genuine...
Today was a very confusing day.On Tuesday I went in for a post exposure covid test as I read on line I could get the slow test there..The receptionist said it was too early- to come back in 2 days.. day 6. I made the appointment. Early this morning I got a stock message saying Williams didn’t do Covid testing. Confused I decided to go in at my appointed time time and see what they said. The receptionist was curt, said I had received the message and I was trying to ‘cheat the system’. I said I had no intention of doing that- I was confused as 2 days prior I had made the appointment in that office. Then another person appeared to tell me that I had to make my appointment for 10 days out. For ‘accuracy!I have never read or heard this anywhere else...And then.. to top it off.. on my Facebook page tonight is a big ad saying to schedule now for rapid testing!! symptoms or not..What’s going on?I won’t use that facility again.
I have NEVER received worse care then I did at Legacy Go Health. I came here for a workers comp claim. Firstly they continually told me the wrong information. If I did not have an amazing adjuster I would have gone two months with no care. Secondly they are totally unresponsive. I was prescribed message but the script was totally ambiguous and no credible therapist would take it in fear of not getting reimbursed. I made countless calls to the clinic, Lindsay and Sandra in claims, and even stopped by the clinic and my script was never adjusted. I also just received a bill that should have been billed to my workers comp company. I am transferring care to Zoom. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
This is a scam! I went into their office thinking it was a normal urgent care. They took all my information then said Sorry for your issue you need to go to the hospital! to which I said OK and left. Months later Im receiving a bill! For what? The office does not take calls and their billing line refuses to provide details! Avoid at all costs!!!
I drove around the city for an hour looking for urgent care and having bad luck with everyone on lunch break. I arrived at Legacy and was immediately assisted with a courteous and professional attitude. An appointment was made on the spot and I was eventually assisted. Quite pleased! Will return should I get another injury.
I was told an appointment wasn’t necessary and walk-ins are welcome only to come in and Wait for 2.5 hrs to be seen for less than 5 minutes.
The providers recommendations to NOT start antibiotics and decongest instead provided me so much relief! I never would have figured this out myself and Im medically trained. I am now a nettie pot believer and pseudoephedrine is good for more that just meth! I really appreciate that I received such high quality care in an urgent care setting. My provider was thoughtful, thorough and communicated her plan very clearly with me. Im super happy to be feeling better and very impressed with go health!
I came to urgent care October 17, 2019 and I believe the intake person was Jacob who grabbed a wheelchair immediately and help bring me inside. They had a rush of people but he kept me in the loop the whole time. I was seen by Anaise Hines Who I feel did just an awesome job taking care of my ankle injury. They did x-rays right away uncovering a broken tibia. A compression boot and a referral to an orthopedic surgeon wrapped up my visit. I really appreciate the care that they gave me and would recommend that particular urgent care to anybody I know. Thank you
Fast, not crowded, friendly helpful staff. Definitely my favorite urgent care experience in pdx.
I watched them call the cops on a woman coming in to seek mental health treatment who was absolutely NOT a danger to others. Front desk Staff Proceeded to use the word “Crazy” to describe her and generally had a derisive attitude. I was coming in to get my ankle looked at but after seeing how they treat people coming in SEEKING HELP I will not be back. This kind of attitude from medical professionals is disgusting.
I really appreciated Rebecca (PA). She was extremely thorough and her great communication skills resulted in me feeling respected and an equal partner in the management of my health and tx. I also appreciated her taking the time to message me when my final results came in.
This is a superb urgent care. They have always gotten me in promptly, delivered great service. They are professional and responsive. Cant recommend it enough!
Although the staff is nice the wait times are extremely frustrating. I schedule an appointment each time I go only to wait ~1 hour just to be pre-checked by the nurse. Then another 20-30 min for the doctor. Its totally ridiculous and inefficient. I could understand if I was a walk-in but what is the point of waiting an 1.5 hr to be seen if you are scheduled? I could go to the ER down the street and probably be seen in about the same time. This is my last time here. My time is worth money GoHealth; plus I feel bad or else I wouldnt be here. Its easier to see my primary care doctor at this point.
They did everything they were supposed to do, and everyone there made an effort to provide me with the best care possible while giving me a comfortable experience as a patient.
Went here for a non-Covid upper respiratory infection and the staff was super helpful and efficient. I didn’t have to wait around in a crowded waiting room. And the Williams Street location is really convenient.
The best staff ever. Really smart and compassionate PAs. The MAs are excellent too. Really impressed and happy with this clinic. Thank you!
I was very happy with the care provided and very thankful for the doctor who went above what I expected in diagnosing my condition and making follow up care referrals. I am very happy with the overall attention given to my health.
This clinic was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Patients were treated respectfully.
The staff was amazing, kind and compassionate. You dont ever want to find yourself going to an urgent care, but if it happens, this is where you want to go!
Short wait, really nice and helpful staff, and most importantly they took my insurance! Dont waste your time at Providence ExpressCare, just come here.
The staff were caring, knowledgeable, and great at communicating. They made me feel safe and reassured.
The PA that saw me was very personable and knowledgeable. She gave me some important advice that my own doctor never mentioned. It meant a lot to me.
Very little attention to care and very little care for patients. Felt like they just want to push you out and not verify or check what they think might be wrong with you, even if life threatening.
Jen was the NP that helped me and sent me to the ED urgently for concern of an appy and she was right! Got admitted and went to surgery the next morning. I’m thankful for her trusting my instinct (I went in believing it was my appendix) and for advocating for me to be seen in the ED without having to wait to be seen. Thank you!
The nurse practitioner that we had was awesome with my 9 year old daughter & she made me laugh too. Great bedside manner! She made coming in on a holiday for strep throat not so bad!

If youre thinking, Uuuugh I have to go to urgent care, this is going to take hours and suck so much youre wrong!! I mean that in a nice way. This urgent care is wonderful. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Theyre really kind, quick, but thorough. This location is new so they only did a soft open it seems, which thankfully means theres next to no wait right now. Plus, they take OHP! Really grateful for the care I received after my car accident. I cant recommend this place enough.
I wanted to like this place. They, however, lead me on to believing that my insurance was “in-network with all providers” (their exact words).Let me start from the beginning. I was sick over the weekend, so I called their office and spoke to someone on the phone. I asked “Do you accept Moda Beacon 1000?” I was super specific with the plan I had, because I had literally just been approved for health insurance. “Yes, you’re in network with all providers!” Great. I head in. I ask the front desk assistant (a man), again, just to make sure I was given the right information by the woman on the phone. Again, assured that with my VERY SPECIFIC “Moda Beacon 1000” is in network with all providers.Come to find out, with a over $500 bill (because I had to go in twice in two days, as I was prescribed no antibiotics the first day and had to sleep through an excruciating ear infection), that my plan ISNT AT ALL COVERED. It goes towards nothing. Not my deductible, absolutely nothing.I tried calling Billing and they kept telling me it’s “not their responsibility to know the details of my plan.” Why would they lead me on then? Why didn’t someone tell me to call and double check with my insurance if not all moda plans are accepted? That seems like they’re openly committing fraud. How come nobody got as specific with me until after the bill had already been charged? I would have never gone, let alone twice, had I known that I’m actually not in network at all. somebody should’ve gotten more specific with me and told me that not all kinds of moda are accepted, and I might want to double check.I’m waiting on an email back from two managers after having spoke to a lead in the Williams office. He told me that most moda plans are covered, but not all, so they should be getting more specific about that. My $500+ bill hasn’t been resolved yet and I feel completely scammed.
Friendly, efficient staff. Nurse and doctor took time to explain things. Everyone seemed to care about their jobs and the patients.
Was awesone being seen so quickly and both staff were incredibly friendly, professional and communicated my treatment and aftercare clearly. By far the best urgent care experience Ive ever had.
The staff was extremely pleasant and informed of my health concerned. They also saved me many hours of time at traditional ER. I was headed to ER Emmanuel after the Covid test.
They got me into a room instantly when I came in out-of-breath and unable to talk in order to describe that my heart had dramatically fluctuating rhythms. Ambulance was ordered without delay!
Were always seen quickly when we visit this location. The staff have always been friendly, thorough, helpful and efficient. I feel listened to, never petty, and their offer to refer out directly when possible is convenient and very appreciated. Reminds me why I chose Legacy.
In word awesome! I had a grate experience coming into legacy. Fast getting me in and a really nice staff. I hurt my back at work and they made sure I felt welcome; got me wate too haha. I’m going back just to say thank you to everyone. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks lady’s for everything doing an awesome job 👍
I just really appreciate the ease of appointments and the kindness of the staff. This is the second time weve been in (for two different kids and two different injuries), and each time weve been very happy with the experience. So thankful.
My son just walked in with massive chest pain as a result of the Covid shot. The nurse glared at him, shamed him, and told him they cannot help him. She made fun of him while he was in earshot. This is unacceptable. Shame on you people.
You guys are always so kind, funny and caring. I wouldnt go anywhere else 😉Thank you for taking such great care of me so quickly. I think I was there for an entire half hour from walking in the door to walking back out, with diagnosis in hand and prescription called in.
Prompt, professional service and friendly staff.
Everyone was friendly and considerate. Dr Kent was great. She took time to explain what was going on and made practical suggestions.
Ive never been in a healthcare care place before where the person at the front actually tells you they are a private company and really dont care what I need. I was very sick, no insurance and they kicked me out for not having $2000 to give them. This company is what is wrong with the country.
I went in to this GoHealth location for a neck strain. I usually go to ZoomCare, but thought I would give Legacy a try. The care I received was good and both the doctor and nurse looked me over and seemed competent and kind. It was not at all busy at 8am and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Then I received the bill for $220. I have a high deductible HSA plan, so am accustomed to paying the full cost for services, but $220 for a 15 minute office visit seems outrageous. I guess Ill be going back to ZoomCare.
Excellent staff, excellent customer service! Very pleased with my experience. Front desk staff, nurse, and Doctor Holly were all professional, extremely competent, and friendly. Top notch experience.-Bob Kraft
Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff, scheduling was such an easy process too! Having just experienced a move, knowing I could easily walk in and get what I needed was wonderful
My husband and I both came in with covid on Xmas Day. So glad they were open and even had the anti virals on hand since all pharmacy were closed for the day!
This urgent care visit was smooth and efficient from online time reserving to text message alerts. The urgent care was clean and has good staggering of patients.
Appreciate the superb service, friendly gestures and thoughtful professionalism. Only thought...lets do some outreach to families who truly need Urgent Care and access the ED for their services. Perhaps the marketing department should or already is doing something along these lines. Go Legacy Health Go and thank you!
Very helpful and professional. They couldn’t get me in the 1st evening I went, but they assured me I’d get an appointment the following day which actually worked out better for me.
Easy to grab an appointment. From check in to the time I got my office visit summary, I was taken care of. Felt heard, had my questions answered. Would recommend when you need their help.
Good, quick visit for my flu shot. They were professional and friendly and I think the inevitable paperwork took longer than the actual injection.
We have tried other urgent care facilities in our area and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Accommodating, helpful and competent.
Came in to get a x-ray to find out their machine isnt working. Why dont they specify that on their website when making a appointment?
The staff were kind and very professional. Wait time was short. They cleaned and treated my wound quickly and painlessly and instructed me about possible complications to look out for.
I didn’t wait more than a few minutes, and the care was efficient and professional.
The staff were welcoming. Only issue with urgent care is long wait times....expected but still not helpful, especially when you’re just referred elsewhere.
They were awesome,I came in with a lot of pain in my back and they evaluated me and thought it could be a uti but since I had a history of kidney stones they sent me to the er where they could do an mri and see if there were stones NO STONES thank GOD and they treated me and sent me home with a rx of antibiotics and I’m on the mend THANK YOU 😊
I’ve come to this urgent care more than once before. If it wasn’t for insurance barriers, they’d be my primary care.
All the staff and the Physician were very friendly and professional. The Physician was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. The entire visit went smoothly, speedily. Thank You. John
Wanted to love this place as its super convenient and the folks who work here have all been pretty good... However, after being sent thru a long and surreal year of never ending billing screw ups on their end (which they still havent fixed), all resulting from one very simple appointment fully covered by my insurance company, I will happily drive far across town to avoid another nightmare of incompetence.
I went into this location at 5:00 on Friday June 18 2021. I spoke with an attendant at the desk named McKenzie who was phenomenal. She directed me to a room and I was told to wait for someone named Marty.35 Minutes roll by which is fine, its urgent care. Marty comes in and introduces herself as a Nurse Practitioner. I have been suffering from some stomach issues my whole life as well as some recent debilitating back pain which I believe is related.I try to start explaining this to her, she has nothing but skeptical looks on her face and when I try to preface my history of illnesses related to whats going on to me currently she gestures with her hand (the flat palm rolling in circles to try and hurry you up.) She says can you get to the part that brought you in today. before 60 seconds had passed.I was so shocked by this as I have never had someone give me that gesture in the medical industry before, this is such a serious problem to me and I could honestly start sobbing explaining my medical history to anyone, so to be given that level of impatience I got up and walked out of the doctors appointment for the first time in my life. This was hands down the worst experience I have had in a medical or professional possibly even a public setting, let alone from a highly reviewed company like GoHealth. No obscenities were said, I completely kept my cool and walked out instantly. My only hope is that someone there can coach Marty and explain to her how treating people with even the slightest bit of respect can go a very long way in her profession.Never ever will I set foot at a GoHealth location due to this and I will be informing everyone I know of this incident as well.
The doctors and nurses were wonderful: warm, informative and took lots of time with me. The facility was very comfortable.
Really disappointed by this “urgent care” I came in 5 pm and was turned away even though there was another 3 hours they were open.
10 😊 the doctors were very nice, calm, and knowledgeable! I also got a follow up call on my condition. Felt like they really cared.
I went to have stitches taken out from a work injury. I got them put in next door at the ER and when I got there, they all seemed like they knew my chart. They took out my stitches and sent me on my way after I repeatedly said that I had concerns about my arm being numb nowhere near my stitches and then they released me to full duty work without asking what I do for work.
Front staff is very nice and facility is clean but I echo what many have said, feels very much like they want you in and out and don’t really listen. I won’t return here
I was nervous about going to any facility right now, but was pleased at how sparse and safe the environment was. The staff was great and got me in and out quickly, but not rushed. Thank you!
Very fast service, super nice dr! Got a follow up call the next day!
Every one was so nice and very professional. Liz and Ashley and Robinson the entire staff to my doctor are awesome thank you for your hard work and dedication.
Denied assistance because they were closing in 10 minutes after we arrived. When it hits closing time do they stop treating patients and kick them out?
As much as I dont like having health issues, this is my back up whenever I cant see my primary right away. Theyve always been professional and helpful to making me feel better or at least not as uncomfortable
The doctor listened and properly diagnosed my current issues. She prescribed the correct medication for my condition.
No appointment, walked in. No wait, medically evaluated and treated. Great staff. Received a follow-up call with test results. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
Every person I encountered; reception, MA, HCP, all were personable, professional, helpful, and compassionate
I recommend it to anybody I was preparing myself all day for the stinging of the nose but this test they just went on the inside around your nose not back up in the nostril I was so glad thank you legacy go health urgent Care
Great experience. Went in for some help with this wretched cold going around, and a strep test. Efficient service, clean office, compassionate provider and staff.
Really nice employees! In and out and feeling much better! The best part? My insurance covered everything, I didn’t pay a dime.
The staff is very friendly, thorough and professional. The atmosphere is nice and clean. I was able to be seen quickly as well! Highly recommended.
Legacy staff were professional, friendly, timely and answered all my questions. I would definitely return for any other urgent care need.
I had a very pleasant experience. I felt very comfortable and safe at your clinic. Thank you for your service.
Fast, efficient service. Staff super friendly, xray tech went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
I scheduled for symptoms so that I could get a COVID test. They were 55 minutes late to the call and told me it would be awhile before I saw a provider, at which point I had to go. I guess leave an hour and a half if you need a screening here
I received excellent care for a badly torn big toenail, which had to be removed. Staff was friendly and efficient.
