I have been going to Sonora Quest Prescott Valley on Florentine for 5 years now.I think the ladies at the Sonora Quest in Prescott Valley on Florentine are outstanding! There is nobody standing around doing nothing. They are very good at what they do. They are all working hard all the time . I appreciate their Professionalism, friendliness and skills.If I make an appointment they get me in within 5 minutes of the appointment ( minutes early or 5 minutes after). Walk-in takes much longer especially if they are really busy. But they keep cranking away until everyone has been taken care of. I recommend making an appointment. Way better.I was having trouble with the portal posting my Lab Results and they gave me the phone number to call to resolve it. Done! Great.
I frequently visit this facility for blood work. As the towns population grows, so do wait times. Scheduling an appointment is challenging, so I have only used the walk-in option. Today, the entire system was down. Fortunately, my doctor had mailed me my lab order, enabling me to complete the blood draw. I empathized with those who were unable to do so and the frustration experienced by the staff.Despite these occasional inconveniences, this is my preferred lab. I appreciate the seamless healthcare experience and the user-friendly patient portal. The staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and courtesy, even during challenging situations. The facility appears clean, organized, and efficiently run.I understand that technical issues beyond our control can occur. As technology advances, these instances may become more frequent and widespread. This office has consistently maintained a professional and courteous demeanor during my visits, which occur nearly every month.
I’ve been getting my labs done here for the better part of a year, and Ive been so grateful for their patience, compassion, and professionalism. My last visit was with Grace, and she was absolutely amazing helping me through a difficult blood draw!
Great Customer service by James ! I was greeted with Kindness And was made to feel the staff person really wanted to help me. He is very efficient, When my orders weren’t there, he assisted me with my doctors office.Customer service often feels like it’s a thing of the past but today it was nice to be treated As though they really wanted to help me
They ruined the blood sample and still charged for the test. The report didnt even apologize for THEM ruining the sample! Then I tried to get money back and they left a return number that answers ONLY in SPANISH!! I speak English. WTH!!! I see why the lousy reviews.
I have been coming here on a regular basis for over 6 years and I have never have a bad experience that whole time. Yes there are times that tend to be more busy like first thing in the morning but that is because many people have to fast before their tests and want to be able to eat right away. There are appointments you can set for a time frame online and you get priority when you come in which is fair in my opinion. Or you can just come in about an hour or two later and there is usually a short 5 minute or less wait. Its nice to go somewhere that you are known by your first name and they are so friendly and warm. Sam, Summer, and really all of them, are professional and make me feel happy to come, like they are family. I could go to other labs, but I wont because this is the best lab in P.V.! FYI, the picture was taken at 9 am, so its so easy to get in and out!
This just gets better with time! The phlebotomist was ANNIE - the stick and blood draw was painless. The front desk folks were both professional and courteous and got me in on time and out in a jiffy. I looked at the earlier comments about being on time - and these folks are watching the clock very closely. The work is professional and very smooth. THANK YOU!

What a total disaster. After a third appt we were told that the sample “should” arrive at the CA lab on time.
Highly recommend Chandler as your phlebotomist! Hes the best Ive ever had. Im not a veiny person so getting my labs done is always a nightmare. I walked in without an appointment and had to wait about 15 mins. Not bad! And the front desk girl was nice too.
The staff here were mostly friendly. They have plenty of sanitizer and easy check in. The person gathering my labs was excellent. She was able to get the labs with one try.
Always professional and helpful. Office staff and phlebotomists are very knowledgeable.
My first time here and it felt like the 5th. Very patient , friendly conversation while waiting...and anattentive phlebotomist! ☺️
I was given a stat order to get a blood test done and the doctor even faxed the order over to them the day before. When I came in I was basically told they didn’t do the test and I would have to go to the Hospital. Not being familiar I asked if that meant I had to go into the ER and the front desk girl gave me insane attitude and was so rude to me telling me I’d just have to go to the main office and ask someone.Considering the test needed is very important and it’s very stressful they should definitely treat patient with a lot more understanding. I work in healthcare too and how they treated me was so demeaning
Staff is awesome here. They knew my work schedule was tight and got me in and out fast. Tessa, Katie, Brenda, Terry, and Annie do an outstanding job and deserve kudos!
This place is great, I have no idea why they have low reviews. The employees are friendly, wait times are short, prices are low, technicians are efficient, there is not much more I could ask for. If you use their online site it makes everything even easier, I use it for scheduling appointments, getting test results, and paying for all the tests. I recommend Sonora Quest Labs and will be back.
My visit was wonderful and fast took about 15 minutes. And Sam does a wonderful and painless job. Couldnt figure out how to use the feedback on the card Sam gave me that was the only bad part of visit. Thanks Sonora Quest for doing a great job.
I recently moved from Chandler to PV and have struggled with good medical care up here. But Sonora Quest is the exception. They were solid down in the Phoenix valley, and theyre great up here too. I was a walk-in and they took me back within 15 minutes. Nothing but genuine smiles and professionalism from all the gals there. I was even worried about refusing some parts of my lab order since I had already done those levels twice this year (my new doc was just being greedy), but Sonora Quest didnt fight me on it and was very understanding of my wishes.
No appointment needed, short wait time, friendly staff. What could be better?? Wad a positive experience.
I was very disappointed today. Usually I have a great experience in getting my blood drawn there. I came home with a very large bump under the needle site. It did seem like she dug into the vein, because it was painful. I have been icing it all day and the bump is still there. Not a happy person with what has happened today.
Who hires these people? I understand the workforce is struggling right now but having the first person you interact with at the front desk laugh, scoff and genuinely not care for your person in such a medical setting, is very disturbing and extremely unprofessional.
Absolutely terrible all around. Can’t speak to a live person when calling, automated system gives you the run around and then hangs up on you. Staff is rude, any time I show up for a pre employment drug screening when they say they are open they say they aren’t doing them at this time for whatever reason. Would never recommend to anyone
I am at the lab right now girl behind counter called me up and was beyond Rude to me! She couldnt have a bigger frown on her face. I dont have room in my vocabulary for Rudeness!! The one behind the counter should be the nicest since thats who you start with
Staff are rude and unhelpful - while we waited multiple people were told they didn’t have their prescription in the computer system and they have to come back etc.
I was given three different time details for a covid test I needed the day after I took it for travel, employees were nice however I cannot recommend on account of the inaccuracies in information given and the lack of communication given to me.
I prefer this lab over any others locally. Much more personal. The expansion and new Kiosks are great and the waiting room is nice. I make appts and get the quickest and best service that way.
I get that the place is busy...I REALLY do, but 2 hours to wait as a walk in for a lipid panel is ridiculous. I know, so why dont you make an appointment?....I would, but there are NEVER any appointments available on line. Staff is friendly enough, but the wait times are getting worse and worse.
I have waited an hour for a nasal swab to assure that I am negative for Covid 19. My surgeon, from Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, sent the orders a week ago, but apparently no one reviews orders as they come in. They couldnt swab me until they called Tucson and got a fax number to send the results to, in spite of the fact that my doctors can access the portal.
The front desk workers are rude and unprofessional. Especially the gray haired lady that likes to talk down to the elderly and proceed to talk about them behind the desk.
Friendly, professional atmosphere! Kind and compassionate!I was in a terrible mood and hangry from fasting for my bloodwork! By the time I left, which I wasn’t there long, I was smiling and in a much better mood! Thanks to the staff!!
They made my lose a job opportunity because they messed up my pee test. Very unprofessional!
If you have trouble using their menu they will just tell you to call back instread of connecting you to a represenatative like most others do. Do they expect that youll have better luck using the same menu another time??
I never say any thing negative how ever setting with a loved one helped them sing in and summer the one working the front desk reads what the blood test is about thats is .A violation of heppa rights to cofedentaality and giggling about it
Horrible experience. Rude and nasty receptionist provided terrible customer service. Took our business elsewhere and will never return. I suggest you all do the same. This took place on 6/26/2021 @ 0900hrs. Disgusting
Took my husband over to get blood test. The staff couldnt have been nicer or more professional and the most important thing was they got him on 1st try and didnt hurt!

Laboratory hours state from 7 to 4, came at 12 minutes to 4 and the doors were locked. No one would answer the phone either.
Sonora Quest does excellent lab work. I always use them. All my physicians recommended them .
Awful,they messed up my sons test and he had to repeat it because they forgot to weigh him,and then they lost my sputum test so i have to repeat it,going to a different lab this time!!
The staff was very nice and as a walk in I was done and on my way in about 15 mins.
