Take this review for what it is. We were unsuccessful with our five IUI attempts (three full) at this center with Dr. Whitten so it is written with disappointment. But our disappointment goes further than us not being able to conceive. And that is with how this place is run. The other negative reviews appear to be correct in their assessment that this is a money grabbing facility. There is little empathy, there is little rapport built between staff and clients, they never answer the phone, and get ready to never see Dr. Whitten. In our one year of seeking care here, we saw Dr. Whitten twice. The one positive that we can report about this place is Amanda. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and personable. Unfortunately, we did not get to see her for every appointment. So get ready to also bounce between nurses. This is a very vulnerable time in a couples life. There was no follow ups, there was no check ins, and all appointments were so quick we felt like we were rushed in and out as fast as we could. Appointments were 15 - 29 minutes and for us ran anywhere between $375-$800, which wasn’t covered by insurance at all.Our most recent and last IUI attempt was a major disappointment. We did not even receive a call from Dr. Whitten’s office for our results. We found out online through our primary’s online portal. And that was our final straw.Unfortunately, this is the only fertility center near us which was a one hour drive each way. We will now be seeking a second option and going to a new doctor. Hopefully this doctor will demonstrate more professionalism, a caring approach, and will not be in it only for the money. If you live in or near the Reno area. We would highly recommend doing your research before jumping into care with this facility. It might be worth the drive to go somewhere else.
We have always dreamed of starting a family together, but after many months of trying to conceive without success, we decided to seek help. We were both really excited when we made our first appointment at the Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine (NCRM). From the moment we met the team at NCRM, we knew we were in the right place. After a series of tests and consultations, we began our fertility treatment journey. Each procedure was explained to us in detail, and we felt confident that we were in good hands. Despite the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with fertility treatments, we were amazed and thrilled when, on our very first try, we found out that we were pregnant!Today, as we look forward to holding our precious little one in our arms, we are filled with gratitude to the Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine. We will forever be grateful for the incredible work they do and the impact they had on our journey to becoming parents. We are due to welcome our precious baby into the world on November 23, 2024.
Im overjoyed to share that my dream has come true—Im pregnant, thanks to the incredible team at this fertility clinic! The nurses have been outstanding, always responding promptly to emails, answering every question with kindness and sweetness. Their level of care has been exceptional.Dr. Whittens patience and genuine concern have been a cornerstone of my journey. He consistently took the time to answer my questions, never rushing through appointments. His friendliness and deep care for his patients have made this experience extraordinary. I am so grateful for the top-notch care I received at this clinic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others on their path to parenthood.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr.Whitten and his team. We did multiple cycles of ovulation induction and really appreciate how well everything was explained to us. We felt we were always provided information to help us make an educated decision when needed, which made us feel a sense of control in a stressful time. Every month that I had a negative pregnancy test a team member would call and tell me and I was already treated with such care and empathy on that call. We are now expecting and could not be happier that we worked with NCRM!
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Whitten office for me I struggled in the beginning not hearing much from the doctor himself but then I had to realize that the nurse coordinators and Medical assistant were just doing their job helping out the doctor because the doctor can’t do it all. With that being said anytime I had a question they would ask the doctor and get back to me in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable we highly recommend Dr. whitten. We are officially pregnant this is also our first time going through the IVF process . We couldn’t have done without such an amazing team. Thank you guys sooo much for helping our dreams come true. The facility is always so neat and clean when we arrived we never had any issues with the wait time before our appointments. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed..
This review is long overdue. Cannot recommend Dr. Foulk and this office enough. After trying to conceive for 2.5 years, we were finally able to get pregnant and now have a perfect little girl via IVF. The office and staff were thorough, compassionate, and helpful throughout a very stressful and emotional process. It was NOT easy by any means, but I feel Dr. Foulk and the staff did all they could to make the process as smooth as possible.
First I must say that I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Whitten and his team! They gave me the most incredible gift and treated me with so much care. The front desk staff were amazing. Its never easy to struggle with fertility problems and Dr. Whitten gave me so much insight into not only my fertility, but my health in general and that means the world for me. I always recommend him to anyone I encounter that is struggling to have a child and he explained everything so clearly and patiently answered any questions I had. However, as a RN in this community, I must say that I would never talk to a patient the way that Vanessa, the medical assistant responsible for coordinating care, talks to patients. I understand that it can become frustrating, but she talked to me as though I was an idiot and directly contradicted what I had been told by Dr. Whitten on multiple occasions. I am not a lay person with no medical background- I have been a RN for 6 years and am 3/4 of the way done with graduate school. I appreciate that I am not an expert in fertility, but I do understand patient care and customer service. This happened through my entire first pregnancy and continued into my second. Whenever I reached out for help or clarification, she treated me as though she knew my condition better than I did. She was extremely condescending on a level that was not appropriate, even if a patient is not on the same page as you. As a Healthcare advocate, I would absolutely never treat my patients that way and I work in the ER where the stakes are high and emotions run higher. Some grace and clarification would be better appreciated. Patients will not always 100% understand what you are saying- even if you think you are clear- and that is an opportunity for education, not an opportunity for demeaning remarks. People come to you for help, not to argue with a medical assistant who wont even listen to what you are trying to explain long enough to reflect and convey an accurate message.
Im really upset and disappointed that I even have to write this review. Everything seemed to be OK for a while when I started going in for IUIs; but I soon realized that the majority of the time I would not be seeing Dr. Whitten and instead a new resident physician, and boy is she terrible. Not only did most of the ultrasounds she did on me hurt, (they shouldnt) but she is also terrible at conducting IUIs (also very painful every time she did it. It didnt hurt when Dr. Whitten did it though). At first I tried to be understanding because she was new, but after a while I was tired of being treated like a testing dummy and requested (multiple times) to have someone else at my appointments. This never seemed to work though and I was either handed off to random people or sent back to her. Things kept getting worse when my husband and I went in for our 4th(?) baseline ultrasound to only be told that a polyp had suddenly been found. For those that dont know uterine polyps dont just develop over night. It can take years but they didnt catch it at the previous ultrasounds. I had also told them from the beginning that I had abnormal bleeding sometimes which is an indicator of a possible polyp(s). So we wasted time and money going through multiple IUIs before they even caught the polyp. They didnt even call or message me before the appointment to let me know. We drove all the way in there only to be told I had a polyp and they couldnt do the procedure until it was removed. So after 3 more months of surgery prep and recovery we tried another IUI. Still didnt take.I finally wanted to take a break and took some time off to try on my own. My OBGYN had recommended Clomid to help with ovulation and I decided to try to conceive on my own while using Clomid and tracking ovulation since no one at the reproductive clinic seemed keen on suggesting anything else. It didnt work either so I then headed back to try one more IUI but asked them for Clomid too. I unfortunately got the same resident again for my baseline ultrasound, who then got upset when I told her my OBGYN had prescribed me Clomid so I could try on my own. After she left she told a nurse to tell me that it was rude of me to go to someone else for reproductive health issues and I should have told her sooner as a professional courtesy. I was PISSED. I tried not to get angry with the nurse because she was just the messenger, and honestly I should have just walked out there and confronted the doctor but I was too busy trying to get it together. Not only that, but to add insult to injury, when I went to pay I was unceremoniously told that my appointment for a baseline ultrasound was now $180! It had ALWAYS been $80. I never got an email or told ahead of time about price changes but they upped the pricing on everything. I wasnt told over the phone before the appointment, nor was I told when I checked in, or when I was called back. In hindsight I should have also walked out without paying. Maybe this place used to be good, but that just isnt the case anymore. I will never be going back and urge anyone whos thinking of going to think twice.
Without Dr. Whitten’s expertise and with him not giving up on me, we received the world’s greatest gift, 2 kids! Dr. Whitten genuinely cared for me and wanted us to succeed. He listened attentively to my history and our specific situation. Debbie also played a huge role in our care, even though I was an out of state patient I felt she was very attentive to everything going on and always had the ‘ducks in a row’!!
Dr. Whitten is amazing! The waiting area was homey and clean. My OB referred my husband and I to Dr. Whitten as we’ve tried for 6 years to get pregnant without any luck. After the medication that my OB gave me didn’t appear to be working we went in to see what else we needed to do. Dr. Whitten is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel right at home. There was plenty of options given to us and before we left he wanted to do an ultrasound on me so he could get more of an idea of what was going on. He asked me to use the restroom prior if needed and to use one of the cups. After my husband and I got situated in the room Dr. Whitten and two nurses walked in. He had a big smile on his face and said good news. You’re pregnant! Congratulations! My husband and I were shocked! My husband even asked if he was joking. He did my ultrasound to see how far along I was and gave us an estimated due date. Informed me to contact my OB to let her know and said we no longer needed him. The staff was very happy and we got a lot of congratulations. One of the nurses handed my husband a tissue and we went on our way.My sister in law had been in years prior and Dr. Whitten still remembered her name and her son’s name. It’s amazing after so many patients he remembers. It just goes to show how much he cares about his work and people.
Could not be more thankful for NCRM! We started in January 2022 there and after a good amount of testing went into IUIs. Our second IUI was successful but unfortunately resulted in a loss. Dr. Whitten and his staff were really proactive on getting us into the next IVF cycle after that (we had multiple losses that were unexplained, and felt genetic testing was our best chance). We ended up with 7 genetically normal embryos, first transfer was successful and we are now 17 weeks pregnant and everything looks great so far! The only hiccup we experienced was with the finance department. I had called and told them that what I was being charged didnt correspond to what my insurance said I should be paying. We ended up having thousannnnnds of dollars owed back to us. Luckily we were able to swing by without that money at the time, but it could be very difficult for a lot of families. (we did receive a check with the remaining balance overpaid at the end of treatment)
My husband and I have been dealing with NCRM for three plus years now and I would not recommend them to ANYONE who is seriously trying to conceive. You will spend all of your money and get zero sympathy from the doctors when it doesnt work out.We were talked into IVF due to a genetic disorder my husband and I are both carriers of and when we signed up and did all of the financial paperwork, they actually offered a deal on the egg retrievals. If you only do one egg retrieval then it was X amount of money, but if you signed up for two you could potentially save a couple thousand of dollars in the event that you would have to have this done more than once. It seemed so money focused from the very beginning. After we transferred one of our eggs and found out the IVF had not worked, all the doctor said to us was, call us when you get your next period and well do the process again. I asked what we would do different to increase our chances of it being successful and he told us nothing different would be done. I was devastated and they just wanted us back the next month to try again with zero guarantee.I was crying in the doctors office and instead of being compassionate he literally asked why I was upset. If youre able to, please, PLEASE, seek fertility advice and help from another clinic. Ive heard so many heartbreaking stories of patients going here and getting absolutely nowhere in their TTC journey.
I called these people and left messages 4 times already, telling them I can’t take the medication i was prescribed and that I discontinued use of it due to serious side effects such as heart issues. Therefore, the medication needs to be switched! No call backs! And here’s the capper, i was TOLD TO CALL IF I HAD ISSUES WITH THE MEDICATION. Smh…Tmw will be the 5th time, i call about this issue. Their nursing staff don’t return calls. Horribly ran office. The doctor himself is nice and cool but his staff sucks beside the guy at the front window that takes the appointments. So far as staff is concerned, he’s the only one that does his job well and efficiently. Everyone else sucks in staff.
Dr. Whitten and staff are greatly appreciated for everything they have done for us! Our journey began when, my husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We started off with IUI’s, and then did IVF. After the second IVF cycle, we got a healthy embryo, and I am now nearing the end of the first trimester. The whole process was very clearly laid out, our questions always answered, and we were always treated with care. Dr. Whitten and the whole team were always rooting for us, the many team members that held my hand through the whole process will not be forgotten. Dr. Whitten is a very kind man, he treats you with the utmost respect, answers any questions you may have, and always has your best interest in mind. These people want you to succeed, and they will always have a special place in my heart.
Dr. Whitten and staff are amazing. I always felt comfortable with every staff member and we had success with IVF the first time around! We were blessed with a little boy and are getting ready to go back in for our second child.
Update:Just updating for anyone who may be considering this practice. After doing one round of IVF with a clinic in San Francisco I ended up with FOUR genetically normal embryos. We transferred one and now I am pregnant. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. Travel for better care!We had our original testing done in Memphis, TN with a doctor there, he diagnosed me/us with unexplained infertility. We moved across country and were excited to see that there was a facility close to us in Reno that had decent success rates and reviews. Unfortunately, Dr. Whitten did not order any additional testing or dig further into our case. I was disappointed by that and really wanted a laparoscopy referral because I suspect I may have endometriosis. His response was that it wouldnt change the way he treated me/us. I accepted his decision and moved forward with 4 IUIs. Dr. Whitten performed my first IUI, where I had two follicles and responded well to the meds. I didnt see him at all in the following 3 IUIs. I also only produced one follicle in the last 3 cycles. After the 4 IUIs failed we had an IVF consultation with Dr. Whitten. We looked over my 4 IUI cycles and he said he would have liked for me to have produced 2 follicles per cycle. This should have been a red flag to me that he wasnt as detail oriented and I would like for him to be. Why didnt he catch that as it was happening? But, whatever, we decided to move forward with IVF.The beginning of my IVF cycle went relatively smoothly. The meds were easy to order and communication was pretty good.It all went downhill after that. We used a trigger shot exactly 36 hours before the scheduled egg retrieval. Around 12 hours after I gave myself the two shots I drove to Reno for bloodwork so that they could check my LH levels. Apparently they were below normal (we learned this when we sat down with Dr. Whitten after this cycle ended). Why was that not caught before my egg retrieval? I had a pregnyl shot ready to go. It feels negligent. My egg retrieval went smoothly and I had no complications. The communication in the following days was hellish. We have never been through anything like this before and expected good communication when it came to what we considered to be our future babies. We always had to reach out first, including the day after my egg retrieval when someone was supposed to check on me.Between day 4-5 nine out of ten of our embryos arrested. We had one left. At the end of day 6 we were told we would receive a phone call letting us know if our last remaining embryo continued growing. We waited all day for the phone call. Finally, at 3:45pm I received a phone call from the nurse letting me know she was sorry, but the embryologists are too busy to check on your embryo. It was devastating. We had to go another day before we finally got the call that it made it.We felt that the way they operate their IVF cycle is irresponsible and theyre clearly seeing too many women. The nurse informed me there were atleast 60 girls. Also, Dr. Whitten only does IVF cycles every other month because its more convenient for him and his staff. All of these things added up to a traumatic and heartbreaking experience. The cherry on top was when they charged us the same amount to store one embryo as they would charge for ten embryos. They refused to refund us because its how their pricing works. We paid cash because they refuse to take BCBS.Im not blaming Dr. Whitten for any issues that exist within my body or my husbands but he did not handle our case with care. We have since started seeing a new doctor who has ordered extensive testing on both of us, including referring me to surgeon to check for endometriosis. Our one embryo came back abnormal. Only after all of this, a failed IVF cycle, did Dr. Whitten suggest a genetic karyotype test. Our new doctor ordered it for us weeks ago (before we even had the embryo results). I will update this review as I move forward with the new clinic but wanted to warn anyone looking for a doctor who digs deep/ diagnose.
I have been so impressed with all of the staff at this medical practice. Over the 9 months we have been working with them, the staff (from team at the front desk to MAs to PAs and head Doctors), they are so personable and kind. When we went in for treatment they would encourage us with hopefully this is one! and one day it was :). When ever I had questions outside of the appointment they responded on the same day. The appointment ran on time and its a very well run practice.I would recommend this practice in a heartbeat.
Egg retrieval was done today with Dr. Foulke. While I don’t have my fertilization rate quite yet, I couldn’t help myself, I had to express my gratitude towards ALL OFFICE STAFF so far! To begin with, every staff member that has greeted us upon arrival has been nothing but amazing. The MA’s absolutely great! The PA I met with, again amazing! There are 3 people who have stuck out as absolutely phenomenal to me. My amazing IVF coordinate Jen, Dr. Foulke and the nurse anesthetist I had today. Jen has been absolutely amazing through this last month. Returned my phone calls in a timely manner, let me ask all the questions I had, and responded with sincere answers during my time of panic. Dr. Foulke had great bedside manner with a little bit of a sense of humor (which my husband and I appreciated most!). And last the nurse anesthetist. She made me feel so comfortable through what felt like one of the scariest times of my life. When she said very gently to me “I’m going to take great care of you” as she administered my anesthesia, I felt the words to be 100% sincere. My fear quickly turned to comfort. The staff that was there when I woke up and who aided in walking me to recovery, again beyond amazing. I look forward to completing our IVF journey at this office and with Dr. Foulke and his staff. Recovering now with a heart full from all the kindness we have received from these amazing people 🤍
This office and staff are SO AMAZING! Dr. Whitten and his staff helped us through one of the most stressful of our lives. We followed all the recommendations from Dr. Whitten and had our beautiful baby boy June 8th and have our other embaby on ice! I had a healthy pregnancy and delivery! I cant ever thank NCRM enough for giving me and my husband our dream! It was bittersweet when we graduated from here and moved onto our regular doctor. They became like family.
First and foremost the doctors at this establishment are amazing. They are knowledgeable and very experienced. Unfortunately in northern Nevada this medical agency is the only location that assist with any reproductive medicine. The staff is most likely overworked which can cause some overlooking and mistakes. One suggestion I have is to slow the process down, I felt when we made an appointment it was go go go! Instead of ensuring everything looks good such as blood work and ensuring no further procedures are necessary. We are on IUI number 4 and although every “body” is different I still don’t have concrete answers as why I can’t conceive naturally. My husband and I have considered going to Vegas where there are more locations for reproductive medicine. As a patient it is your due diligence to ask questions, look at your insurance, and don’t be scared to be assertive. This is a process. I believe the staff are working hard but you are 1 out of 1000 patients. You can be lost in the shuffle if you don’t speak up.
Going through infertility is incredibly challenging and even more difficult when your doctors are not acting in your best interest. I went to Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine and I do NOT recommend them. After my first IVF cycle with them, I consulted with two different doctors (both were within the top five list on the CDC site for IVF treatment). I shared my records with them from this clinic, and both were shocked and appalled when they reviewed my records. One of the first things the Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine does is put you on birth control - they do this so your cycle can line up with their schedule. That way, they can do all of their patients IVF cycles in a certain window of time. The two doctors I received a second opinion from shared that this type of practice should be considered unethical. IVF should be about YOUR timing. You should start IVF when your numbers are right and on the third day of your natural cycle, not forcing you into the doctors schedule, as that can compromise the effectiveness. When you stop and think about it, if you are struggling to get pregnant, the last thing you would think to do is take medicine that prevents you from getting pregnant.Further, Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine didnt draw blood or do an ultrasound before starting me on the medication (this should be done on the third day of your natural cycle). This is a crucial step because if you dont have enough follicles before you start the medicine or if your follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) isnt at the right level to begin with, the IVF cycle will not be successful. Good doctors take this step, and they will be honest with you if your body isnt ready, but at Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine, they jump right in without the proper baseline. For my second round of IVF, I ended up doing my treatments out of state with doctors that genuinely cared about me. They did the initial tests to make sure I was a candidate and only when I was a candidate did we move forward with IVF. They even saw me on Christmas and News Years Day as that is when my cycle fell.IVF is hard enough and there are only so many chances you have when dealing with infertility. Dont waste the limited time you have or the money on doctors that treat you like cattle by herding all their patients into a certain timeframe that only benefits them and that wont do the proper tests that help indicate if you are a candidate for IVF.While Reno only has these two doctors, just know that you have options. Take the time to research IVF doctors and get second and third opinions (which is much easier now with telehealth). That way, you can make the best decision for you and find the doctors that are using best practices and putting their patients first.
I was struggling with infertility for 3 years due to PCOS. I became pregnant on the second round of treatment with the help of Dr. Whitten and his staff. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Candy specifically has been the biggest contributor to my comfort and hopefulness throughout this process. They genuinely care. Just went in for my 7 week ultrasound and was greeted with a huge hug from Candy and congratulations all around. There are no amount of thank you’s that can be said for being given the gift of a child!
Ive never written a review but felt the need because of some of the negative comments. Also, Im posting as an alias because I dont want people in my business.I disagree with the comments stating that this facility is only after money and are insensitive. Dr. Whitten, Joanna and the medical assistants showed great compassion and empathy to myself and my husband. After multiple failed IUI attempts we needed to do IVF. Like many, we could not afford it. The company went well above and beyond with trying to get us financed, pointed us in a direction to get a grant and even offered a huge discount that not many physicians in any specialty would provide. Unfortunately, we still were not able to afford it. But we never placed the blame on them. I understand the frustration and emotional pain of trying to conceive but it is not anyones obligation to offer you free services. Unfortunately, trying to create life is expensive and I truly believe that this facility did everything in their power to help create our miracle. This is why weve decided to try again years later and definitely will be calling to make an appointment in the very near future.
3 years ago I went in so upset due to me having pcos. The staff and Dr Whitten have me amazing. Candy made me feel like a human and was always considered about my process. I had a successful iui which now my daughter is 3. I am back again doing another round of iui in hopes for another miracle. I will say its an emotional road when you get the phones calls and say you are not pregnant but they are so encouraging and want to listen. I travel from elko and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thanks again guys for your amazing work. Lets pray for another baby
My husband and I have been working with Dr. Whitten for the last year (around COVID of course) and find him to have great bedside manor, kind, and professional. He has strong directive and a passion for his work and for that I am truly appreciative and excited to move forward with him and starting a family with my husband. My reasonings for giving him 4 out of 5 stars is simply due to the staff at NCRM. They are the opposite of him. Ive had great experiences with two of his technicians, who know my family well and are extremely kind and personable in uncomfortable discussions and procedures. Where he is lacking is at the front desk, check in, check out, and all billing herein. It really comes off like they are passionate about MONEY not helping people. Having been in human resources, billing, and worked many facets of a doctors office for 16 years myself, I have an expectation, and honestly, these individuals fail every time. They have been rather rude to myself and my husband at every visit.
Dr. Faulk was my doctor when I went through a clinical study in 2005. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on July 2006, after that I went on to have 3 more kids on my own . As far as I know the embryos we had left over were destroyed . It was very professional . Thank you Dr. Faulk and his team for making my dream of motherhood come to life . She is 16 , driving and just an amazing kid .
Dr. Whitten is extremeley knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, and also gets right down to it. They reportedly have a high success rate. Everyone is very kind, patient knowledgeable, professional and good bedside manner. They have a hallway lined with hundreds of successful babies. Rates are just slightly less than San Francisco. Its an emotional process, and I feel like there is a whole team of support there. Of course they need to be crisp timing wise, no lollygagging. But Whenever I asked for an additional consult or discussion they responded immediately. Good hand holding.
After three rounds of iui dr.whitten and the help of all his staff helped me and my girlfriend conceive our first baby due May 2022. We are forever grateful for everything theyve done for us and our family. Cant wait to share pictures of our miracle ❤️
This place is amazing. Dr. Whitten is wonderful. And best of all, they accept older women 40+ and work wirh them to realise a dream of a biological baby when most bay area fertility clinics turn away 40+ year old women (because they do not want less fertile older women affecting their success rates). I have a beautiful and healthy daughter who was born IVF, implanted into my 40s from this place. I was turned away in the Bay Area by a clinic who didnt like my age.
Dr. Foulk, Dr. Whitten, and Jonna are the best. Very caring. The nursing staff and medical assistants are awesome. we went through 3 FETs and my only suggestion would be offering grief counseling for those struggling and have no idea who to turn to.
I got a recommendation from someone who tried different clinics even doctors from Mexico without success until she tried Dr. Whittens clinic. She now has two kids. I got pregnant at my second try. Dr. Whitten and all the personel are wonderful.
The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful. Their communication is beyond amazing, I could email them and have a reply within 15-20 minutes during open hours. They were so friendly and helped through every step and have made this process so much easier for us!
Friendly staff, brilliant physician. They take care of us so well. They have been holding our hands throughout this stressful process.Their email always goes to junk mail/spam, so just something to be mindful of.
The nurses were great. The doctor though made me feel like I wasnt even human. I felt more like a walking dollar sign than a person. I want to come back since their success rate is pretty good.
This was a very great place to go and Im happy I did, they always kept all my questions answered no matter how ridiculous I thought they sounded. Dr.whitten was a kind man and his staff was wonderful. If I ever had to do any form of invitro again I would always choose them no doubts about it.
Amazing!! Dr. Whitten and his staff are incredible. Everyone is friendly, understanding, supportive and amazing at what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Whitten and his staff to everyone.
They only see you as a wallet. Predatory. Got more compassionate help from an ordinary gynecologist.Update 2021: apparently their patient database has also been hacked, and sensitive patient information like SSNs has been leaked.
What a Joke of a place. All they want is money! And if you dont show them the money then this place isnt for you.You barely see the doctor and you have un-educated nurses that are still in training helping you. We had spent thousands there with no outcome. This place basically is a money making monopoly and only care for your $$ not to help you become a parent. Stay away, stay away...
2 years of working with Dr Whitten , I had a brain tumor removed so I had to get hcg shots to have live sperm , I was 40 years old never had a child , with my research and Dr whittens help my love and I had our first beautiful boy , he is strong and healthy, did I say it took 2 years , we were getting ready to(ai) but low and behold we had Johnny natural , thank you god and Dr whitten
Can anyone please answer my question? I wanna reverse my tubes... But i would like to know the price in reno? I live in reno..and want to stay local... But i wanna see if the price is affordable? Or payment plans? Anyone have answers? Thank u.
I absolutely recommend this specialist. The staff are so nice & gentle. I never do reviews but I taught this place was well worth it. Worth your time & money. Recommend to anyone.
This is the Best place, Customers service and price will keep me coming!!! Thank you colin!!!!
Place should be outlawed.
