The nurse practitioner lacks any kind of professional etiquete. Worst service ever. He looks like he was drugged… don’t come here. Even the rooms are falling apart and their brilliant solution is to taper over with. To make matters even worse, they had us waiting in the treating room for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst ER ever. Did I say 30 minutes. It’s been an hour since they took us in and still no sign of the doctor… to be continued.
I brought my husband here for a wound. There was hardly anyone there, but they kept us waiting a long time (about 30 minutes to get back to an exam room and then another 15 before someone came into the exam room). The place is falling apart which makes one feel like its unhygienic. The female nurse that came in was nice and competent and good. The male P.A. came in (we never saw an actual doctor), and he stank so badly of b.o. and mildew it made me gag and have to put my mouth down my shirt collar. I had to leave my husband in the exam room and go wait out in the lobby. Then looking at the dilapidation of the lobby, made me just go wait in my car. The P.A. prescribed some meds and my husband got better, so at least thats good. The 2 stars are for the nurse and the fact that my husband got better. The rest deserves zero stars. I do not ever want to go back. Now, two weeks later I find my son needs urgent care. Im looking for another urgent care place as I write this.
Very pleasant visit. Receptionist was friendly & helpful. Roger was efficient and nice. Dr. Monica was great. She diagnosed exactly what my problem was. She explained everything and gave me a remedy right away. I was very impressed with the experience & personnel.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner on call was very thorough and very compassionate. I could tell she really cares about her patients. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out. I was thankful they worked me in and the wait time wasn’t too bad considering it was the 4th of July holiday. I would go back should I ever need urgent care in the future
Friendly and accommodating staff. The office was slammed with walk-ins but they did their best to get everyone through. We were the last ones in the office and the staff stayed late to take care of us.Front desk was very kind and helpful. Im sorry I didnt catch her name.Thank you!
I had some sciatic pain that I needed to get treated for. I made an appointment the night before. Was seen the very next day at the appointed time. The doctor talked through the issue with me. I received a steroids shot and a few prescriptions to help with the pain. After receiving the shot, the pain went away immediately. Your prescriptions helped with pain management. Im very happy with the service I received.
My go-to place for my kids sports physicals! Thank you again so much! Front desk associates were very pleasant, the nurse that took vitals, eye exam and height was sooooo nice and funny. The doctor that did the exam was very thorough and nice. Will definitely keep taking my kids here. Thank you
Great experience. My visit was completed in a timely manner. Jessica was very helpful in checking in and out. Austin was great at finding a solution.
The location is convenient with easy parking. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience when providing my information. As an international visitor, I used the standard day-month-year format, which caused confusion for the staff member collecting my sample. It would be helpful if staff were more accustomed to different date formats. This oversight prevented me from giving a five-star rating.
Overall, a very good experience. My family was on vacation at Kalahari just down the road, and my upper respiratory issue became more severe. I got there first thing when it opened, so I was able to be seen quickly. The checkin assistant was very professional, and the paperwork was not very extensive. The nurse/tech was very professional and helpful. The doctor / nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and professional and spent a good amount of time listening to my history, providing a recommendation with a clear explanation, and offering alternatives due to my background with similar symptoms. I highly recommend their service.
Staff was very caring. My reguIar Doc was booked out for 2 weeks. I was able to get an appt. (Monday morning) and they were very busy trying to take care of folks (scheduled and walk-ins). Took almost an hour to see the Doc, but comfortable waiting. Doc/Nurse Practitioner was great!
The medical staff at Next Care Round Rock were fantastic! Roger was great on the preparation and Jennifer was meticulous and thorough with the sutures - the result looks like a work of art. Thanks so much for the fantastic care.
Long wait to see a doctor. Showed up at 9:45 am. Downloaded the app to set myself to check in. It said 10:45 to get seen on the app. Sitting in my car come in to desk check in then get pulled in the back it took over 2 hours to be seen by someone. 3 technically since I showed up at 9:45 and still haven’t got seen. Hire more people? Don’t take on too many clients. Seriously a manager problem, the staff is nice. I’m still waiting as I make this review fyi..
They couldn’t diagnose my issue. Too serious. Very nice and credited my payment and recommended me to an Emergency hospital. Turns out I had a kidney stone and am grateful for their honesty.
Went here for a drug screening my appointment was at 1:20 . Waited 2 hours to just pee in a cup. Everyone was friendly and explained step by step but the wait was not okay. They told me they where backed up by 30 minutes due to short staffing.
Murphy FNP, Monica Thankful, Grateful and blessed to have had her as my provider. All my questions and concerns were answered. Dr Murphy took her time and explained in details what I needed to know about my health. She definitely took that extra mile and gave me the care that I needed. If I could her a billions I would. Thank you and all is well
It was easy to get an appointment. There was very little waiting to be seen and the NP was very thorough. I loved the attention to details and direct conversation with me. No sitting in front of a computer screen and typing notes. There was no question ai had her undivided attention. I was apprehensive about going to Urgent Care based on past experiences. This visit changed my mind.
Great service, friendly staff and overall great experience. Ive never been to an urgent care facility and I wasnt really expecting much, but I had to go. I was surprised at the service, how fast I was able to see a doctor and how easy it was to check in.
Went in due to a severe sore throat. I made an appointment. And I was in and out much quicker than I expected. The PA was friendly and thorough. They gave me a strep test that came back negative. But she examined me and disagreed with the test and prescribed antibiotics. Once on the antibiotics, my symptoms improved dramatically. I am thankful for thoughtful medical practitioners like her. I only wish I could remember her name to give her, her flowers properly
Even if you make an appointment you still have to wait. The couple times Ive been in there Ive either the only person or second in the waiting room. Then when you get called back to the room you still are waiting and waiting. I was there for almost an hour on visit. Same as a regular docs office.
It’s very frustrating dealing with this place. You go online, to ‘save time’ and fill out proper paperwork. Afterward you receive a text to confirm the appointment you already made, and have to refill out paperwork you already completed online AGAIN.Then you schedule an appointment to have walk ins be seen before your appointment you made. My appointment was at 12:40, wasn’t taken back until 2 pm.Don’t come here unless you want to spend hours here.
The staff here were friendly and thorough. PA Melinda Ryan was amazing at pinpointing the cause of pain I was in and even found a better solution than over the counter pain meds for me. She really did go above and beyond to help me understand the root of the problem.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. Spent an hour in the waiting room then an hour in the back room just for them to do nothing for me. So unprofessional and inhumane. Should not even be allowed to practice medicine. Now off to the ER for some actual help.
It was fast, and easy. Everyone was super kind, and made sure to answer my questions. They were great with my 2 month old son, and got him the help he needed.
Same experience as others. The appointment was at 1:45 pm. No one at front counter for a long time and they had a QR code to check in. One other couple in the waiting room. Took exactly 45 minutes to get called back. Quickly took flu, strep, COVID tests and have been waiting another 45+ minutes for doc and results. Still waiting as I type this email at 3:30 pm. Extremely slow service. Either not enough staff, MDs especially, or taking on too many patients.
Dr Murphy was amazing; but it was extremely frustrating to make an appt then have to wait for all the walk-ins to be seen before us despite having an appt. We were there for over an hour for 2 simple sports physicals.
This place was fantastic. Instant appointment, short wait time, friendly PA and nurse, and they got me fixed up and out of there. Highly recommend for urgent care needs.
Our appointment was at 10:30 and we waited over three hours to be seen and was not really pleased at what the outcome was. We only went to this place because it takes Medicaid. It was very dirty and just not a pleasant experience.. They said they had an emergency which I understand but waiting over three hours is ridiculous!!
I recently visited NextCare and was highly dissatisfied with my experience. Despite being the only patient there, the service was incredibly slow. The wait times were unreasonable, and the staff seemed indifferent to the delays. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I wouldnt recommend it.
Horrible experience. The front desk ladies & nurse were kind & welcoming, but that was the only good part. The doctor brushed off my infection that ive been dealing with for the last 2 months like it was nothing without even looking at the wound. I had to literally beg him to take a look at it which he finally did after he realized I was desperate and in pain. It’s already hard enough having a male doctor look at your private areas as a woman…it’s even worse when that doctor doesn’t make you feel comfortable. He told me he would prescribe me antibiotics, but never did. He just walked out of the room and I didn’t even get any paperwork from the visit. Even the nurse looked like she felt bad for me and honestly she probably could have given me better care advice, woman to woman. Seems like they just try to hurry up and get patients in and out without taking the time because I wasn’t in that room for 10 minutes. I paid $75 for them to do literally nothing. I’ll never go to a male doctor again because of this experience. He made me feel so helpless that I called my husband and cried. I hope I can find a female doctor who will actually take the time and care for women’s health.Edit: the company asked me to reach out and I did. However, I never heard back from anyone. Went to another doctor who was much more informed and turns out it was a cyst. She was able to remove it.
I paid $260 for office visit to be prescribed paxlovid that no pharmacy in to town appears to have I’m now day 4 Covid the medication is only affective first 5 days of symptoms and still have no answers makes matters worse none of these pharmacies can you speak to human over the phone anymore.
Called ahead to verify insurance and if the could see me. From walking through the door making it to the back, took less than 10 minutes. Staff was courteous, had great attitudes and informative. Would definitely recommend.
It was my first time at this clinic. I thought everything went smoothly, from checking in to being cared for. Staff was friendly and professional.
I’ve had a lot of acid reflux lately, so I scheduled an appointment to get it checked out. I thought I might have an ulcer or worse. The nurse practitioner prescribed some medication to ease the pain, and gave me a referral to GI doctor for further evaluation.
Wonderful medical staff and receptionist.. issues.. if someone schedules an appointment, they should come before walk-ins unless emergency.. makes no sense to have scheduled appts when you can simply walk in ahead of everyone and be seen!
Awesome staff that care. I had an infection in my finger that was super painful. The staff took their time and put me back on the road to recovery.
Went in yesterday with asthma exacerbation. I was put in the room quickly by receptionist. The nurse came in the room took vitals and said someone will be in soon. I waited about 30 which felt like forever when you can’t breathe. I asked a couple of times answer was the same. Someone is coming. Until I was about to pass out my daughter started yelling to please help me or call an ambulance. When the emt arrived they came in with an oxygen tank and an infant’s mask. The emt asked why were they using an infant’s mask that barely covered my nose. My daughter who suffers from mental illness is so traumatized thinking was dying. I was brought to the hospital and was admitted. I was almost intubated. Worst experience of my life and will never recommend anyone to go there for medical help. Maybe if I would’ve gotten some type of help it wouldn’t have gotten so bad. I’m still traumatized. They literally saw me struggling so much.
A lot of these doctors at urgent care be some of the best caring doctors if I ever win the lottery I’m blessing them because they really be caring I’m grateful may God continue to bless you all in Jesus name amen 💪🏾🫶🏽🙏🏿❤️😊
There was a wait but it’s an urgent care so I know going here there was going to be a wait. The front end staff the nurses and the Nurse Practitioner were all incredible. I would definitely go back if needed. Thank you for all that you do!
Fastest urgent care experience Ive ever had by far! Came in on a Thursday morning for an allergic reaction to a mosquito bite and they took me back after only 5 min of waiting. The NP, Melinda, knew exactly what to do, swelling is now gone, and I can see my ankle again lol The front desk lady, Itzumi, was also very sweet and friendly, highly recommend this clinic!
Front staff and triage were great, location was very clean, the Dr. was very thorough with the exam, questions and answers. Thank You for being there for my granddaughter. She’s feeling better already.
Very rude front desk Sherrin. She was talking with a customer and answering her question when I asked something connected to that question. She gave me a Death stare and to not interrupt. I didn’t say another word. When she was done with that client I apologized for the interruption and proceeded to ask my question which was if I could wait in the waiting room. Only one person there and tons of room. It was hot outside and my ride left. I apologized again and said it’s no where on my text, or door signs that anyone getting a Covid tests has to wait in the car. Her answers were curt and she was obviously still annoyed with me. I suggested they needed to add that to the door signs to make it more clear. She told me to go wait outside. Again….you KNOW when someone is in a mood!I went back out for awhile and then came back to the door but did not enter. I may have been speaking louder but now I’m at a distance and she’s behind plexiglass. I asked, very politely, for where it is written down so I can see why I missed it.Ma’am I told you to wait outsideI asked her for her name and said she was rude first and I apologized for interrupting. She told me I was being loud and that she was going to call the police.I wanted the name to corporate then. She did not provide her nameShe walked over and handed me a cardAnd then locked the door. I was still standing outsideMy appointment was an hour and a half ago and I’m yet to get called.
Worst service ever they told me will be 1 hr 1 1/2 wait time keep in mind will be just the wait time after that they will put you in the check room for another 1 or 1 1/2 hr so bring pain pills or anything you need it becouse is like 3 hours wait in the receptionist she is the right person for this place !she is lack of patience
Very long wait!! Never go here!! This place just needs to shut down! Also never saw the doctor it was just a PA...no doctor there! I think they are just being lazy and not seeing people fast at all!! There is no way that people are all waiting 2 hours to be seen! I will never go there again!
We waited over an hour to be seen as walk-in patients with concerns about strep throat. Once we were taken back, we waited an additional hour to get the results of the strep tests.
Overall time visit: 120minsHere’s the breakdown…Waiting room wait time: 1 hour 20 minsBetween seeing the nurse and the doctor: 20minsBetween seeing the doctor and giving me a shot (left after the shot): 20mins
I saw a nurse practitioner who was really nice. However, I felt like she didnt listen to me. Even though I told her I think I have a sinus infection, she said it was viral. She offered steroids instead of an antibiotic and cough medicines. She said comeback if it didnt get better. I took the prescription for cough medicines and left feeling like I have a sinus Infection that didnt get addressed. I did tell her the mucous from my nose is green but didnt have consistent pain in my eyes and cheeks. Ive had sinus infections all my life and I think I know my body. I use Neil Med which prevents alot of them. By the afternoon, things got worse and it was 100% clear I had a sinus infection. I will be going to my primary dr today to confirm. I wasted a day where I could have had correct treatment. I know alot people abuse antibiotics etc. but I am very lucky that I rarely have take medication in general and i am a sr citizen! Please do a better job listening! You cant tell with a look up the nose, look in ears and checking for chest congestion. You have to listen to your patient!
Great and friendly staff that really helped with my asthma issues I was having. Would definitely come back in the future.
Long 3 hour wait, but we showed up as walk ins around 12pm. Otherwise great experience.
The appointment was for my 5 yo son. I called and the woman who answered put us in queue for a certain time. (She was very nice) We got there at our time sat in the lobby for MAYBE 2 minutes. Went in had my son checked out and we were out in maybe 30 minutes total. It was a good experience for me under the circumstances. I would highly recommend! The staff from the front desk to the PA were wonderful with my son.
Took my daughter in, she wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t have an appointment. The ladies at the front counter were very sweet, great customer service! I was seen pretty quickly. The nurse practitioner was the best! Would definitely recommend.
Very professional staff all around!! I’m glad I chose NextCare to be seen for my issues. Melinda is as phenomenal as she is professional.
Roger was great! Friendly, compassionate, professional, efficient. PA was also excellent, professional and knowledgeable. I always have a good experience here.
Service at this location has always been excellent. The medical staff are always so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Went in this weekend for some issues. PA Starr was quick and efficient with a diagnosis. After 24 hours already feeling better. Im so glad this place is available in Round Rock.
I ALWAYS have to wait at least an hour here. The nurse practitioner is nice but I am not coming here again. This last visit I was there for almost two hours. Ridiculous
Brought my family to the Kalahari resort and my son woke up with pink eye took him to this urgent care 6 mins away and they got him in & out within a hour and after taking a close look at him a prescription was sent in for eye drops highly recommend for anyone staying at the resort or surrounding areas 10/10
They are vary straightforward. Book online before arriving. Make sure you do (everything) all paperwork online before arriving, check in and wait in your car. Self explanatory. Been here twice when coming from out of town each time had great service and they do take there times to evaluate my 2 year old. Would recommend.
Professional medical staff. Friendly yet respectful. The provider was excellent and what could have been a long and painful process was over before I knew it.
The doctors and nurses are great. The front desk people do not want to work. They are rude. And when I walked in for my 10:00 appointment one was on the phone and the other was opening mail. I had a few minutes before my scheduled time to get checked in. And the one opening mail points to the one on the phone and says she will be with you in a minute. So Mail is more important that checking patients in on time. And I was checked in late because they had to send me a registration text and I had to wait for the woman to get off the phone for anything to be done because checking the mail is so important. Why schedule a time to come in when the front desk makes you late anyway?
Absolutely awful in so many ways. I scheduled an appoint for standard, run of the mill testing and despite my scheduling of this I still had to wait 30 minutes to see someone in the clinic. I had my testing done and received results. Then called me back a day later and told me the results were faulty as the equipment was broken. Then I was billed an additional charge for this testing that wasnt even done correctly to begin with. They refused to amend my bill or provide a refund. They NEVER pick up the phone. Dont even get me started on the NextCare App either.. Terrible experience and terrible attitude with every staff member I spoke to or had the displeasure of meeting with in person.
Got right in, making an appointment was easy and the staff and provider were very nice.
Everyone was professional and kind . Very clean. Check in was quick and I didnt have to wait long to get seen.Thank you for helping me.
Warm, friendly and caring staff! I always leave there feeling better than when I came - physically and mentally. So glad they are there!!
Went in for my sons sports physical. Made an appointment for early in the morning so we didnt have a long wait. Very happy with our experience there! Highly recommend!
I Did My Check In At 11:36Am, Me & Client Waited In The Waiting Area So He Could Be Seen For A Spider Bite And The Nurse Is Just Not Telling Me To Visit A ER At 2:20Pm You Guys Staffing Is A 1/10 :(
Doctor Reta is AMAZING! As a mom and someone with a lot of medical background, Im so impressed by her care. She treated my puncture wound and listened to all of my allergies and concerns and found the perfect solution for me. Shes hip and super respective of my choices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Updating: We have been back a few times for injuries or illnesses and now a sports physical and every experience has been wonderful. Expect to wait, thats the nature of going to an urgent care. But the quality of care is worth it.
I was able to make a walk-in appointment for an acute infection. The staff was very receptive and cordial and helped me through the admission process. There was about a 1 hour waiting time, but after that all went very quickly and I got the help that I needed.
Weve been here a few times. Its a great inexpensive clinic to use for a minor emergency or if you cant get in same day at your regular pcp. The staff are always friendly & knowledgeable. I use the online service to make appointments, fill out pre-check in paperwork, & to check in when I arrive. You can view online your place in line & how many are ahead of you. Theyve done covid, strep & flu tests while we waited for results. I would highly recommend them.
I went there because you could make an appointment. However, I still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen! The FNP on duty didn’t ask what medications I was taking when prescribing meds. I found out at the pharmacy that the antibiotics prescribed had serious side effects with another med I am taking.
I had reservation and I spend there almost 3h. Only think that I got was an exray and doctor who told me that my foot is not broken and I should go see different doctor.
Totally disappointed by the care of this location. I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment at this location, which is what was approved by my insurance. As I entered, they greeted me by telling me that theres no provider in house and only had the option of a virtual appointment .I could barely breathe and feeling pretty sick and I am there mainly so they can listen to my lungs. How can a provider do a proper assessment virtually? How can they listen to my lungs and come up with a proper diagnosis? I was there mainly for that. Yet they probably still would of charged my insurance the same amount of money. As a registered nurse for 40 years Im appalled by this new model of care. Patients Need to know that they/we have rights and this is coming from a registered nurse. I would have at least appreciated a phone call before I left my home with a 45 minute drive sick as a dog, to let me know that there was no provider on duty. We deserve better!
Staff was great and friendly, NP Murphy was very detailed and asked questions, very attentive. Will come back when I need to.
Kept appt. Doc great. Very clean. Problem solved. What more can one say?
Great facility. We’ve been here more times than I’d like since we just relocated to the state and are in between insurances, (of course that’s when we get sick). Everyone here has been super helpful and friendly. Very quick and clean.
The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The doctor listened to me explain my problem, gave me several options and then explained each option. The doctor answered my questions using plain language. Overall, an excellent experience.
Absolutely love the PA/Doctor on staff. Receptionist was welcoming, the office and rooms were clean. We booked a last minute appointment, we were in and out in no time. We’ve been to others in the area and I was glad we picked this Urgen Care vs others in the area. Definitely recomended hopefully your experience will be as good as ours.
Staff was extremely helpful and prompt and helped with a very difficult process of presenting a specimen!
The digital check in was very efficient. Everyone at the Round Rock clinic was great. They were patient and professional. They diagnosed my condition and made me feel more comfortable about how to manage my care.
My visit today was great. All of the staff was professional and made me feel comfortable. The doctor spent a good amount of time listening to my complaints and i left feeling great about our treatment plan. I did make an appt and spent about 3 hours. But other than that i had a good visit.
Excellent care! Bit of a wait upon arrival but they made it right.
The staff were wonderful from check in to check out. The provider actually listened to me.I wish I felt as heard amd cared for in my primary care physicians office.
From Tamara at the front desk, to Roger and Jenny (I hope I got the spelling correct) the staff created a friendly and welcoming experience from check in to check out. Thank you all for your amazing customer service and Healthcare!5 🌟
Had an appointment today. When I arrived, I was informed that there wasn’t a medical provider in the office. They were doing virtual visits. I had an ear that needed to be looked at. So, they rescheduled me for 5 hours later at the Cedar Park location. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour. Why make appointments if you can’t get in?
Good place for specific stuff. The wait was surprisingly long (about an hour) given that I had been given an appointment. The staff were friendly and efficient. The doctor herself did what I knew I needed - getting me an antibiotic shot - so it doesnt bother me that she was in the room for literally 2-3 minutes. I cant speak to what would happen if I just went in without a specific request, but hopefully the short time with me made room for more time with someone who needed it.
Excellent all around service, quick anr affordable. Very nice people working here
A really long wait time. Arrived at 2pm and am still waiting to be seen by a doctor. They seriously need to have more staff. Never Coming back again here.
Everyone was nice, professional and concerned. And I didnt have to wait long either.
I was a walk-in at about 10:30am on a holiday and was seen and had my health issue resolved within 2 hours.
Caring treatment from the front desk, to my vitals nurse to my physician. Thank you all for your help and prayers for you and your families.
Theyre super nice, helpful, and professional. They do make you feel welcome. However Ive never waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time anywhere before until now. I am still trying to be mindful of the fact that Healthcare workers are very overworked and often understaffed. However, 1 hr 40min later when I did have an appointment is a little much. Id absolutely suggest using their Wahoo service to avoid this. All in all, nice place, just expect a wait especially during flu season.
Everything was good, except for the lackluster receptionist, maybe she had too many things to do, but who knows.
Good staff. Unable to determine what is wrong with daughter . Sent home with best guess meds to return if symptoms get worse.
The best care. The staff were all amazing! I was in and out in no time!
Awesome and excellent service— the check in receptionist- my nurse and my PA. Everyone that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and Personable. I was nervous at first due to my issue but my PA and nurse — they put me at ease. I would definitely give this experience a 10! Thank you NextCare Urgent Care!!
I went there for a TB test for work. I booked online and I waited for only 30 minutes. The girl at the reception was very helpful and nice. The nurse that did the test is very calm and reassuring. Im afraid of needle and she was very careful attentive and painless. Thank you!
Been there a couple of times and recently for flu checkup. The wait is usually not long. An hour at max. You can also get an appointment which helps you get in faster. Clean and sanitary. Ample parking and fast check in. Once u get in, you need to fill up a form and fill out your papers online via a QR code at the reception counter and wait for your turn in line. This time when I went in, one of the nurses who came in to ask my symptoms was in such a hurry like he had a train to catch. This is just one point of improvement. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.
Staff was very helpful with getting me checked in as a walk-in. Paperwork was easy through text message link and the receptionist was very helpful. I think I was lucky that I came in at lunchtime because they were not busy and I was seen within 30 minutes . From X-rays to getting diagnosed my experience was great and staff were very accommodating. I have never needed urgent Care before but I know where I will go if I ever need it again.Thank you.
There is no doctor, some newly graduated nurses only, took my 18 months daughter with symptoms of vomit and abdominal pain, they give only nausea medication and said everything is good, next day in dell childrens we came to know she has a burst appendix and had to do surgery right away, and they were like if you brought here a day earlier the procedure wouldve been a lot easier and recovery was way sooner... please never take your loved ones there, they dont know anything, and then bill you a fortune too...
All worker’s there are fabulous, helped me with questions that I needed answered.Specially the Provider Jenny Chau, she went above and beyond to help me out, she listened to me and was very concerned about my health. I’m very thankful for her.Respectfully,Fernando Abadiano
A very good experience. I only waited about 20 minutes to get in. The staff were professional and friendly.
Friendly staff. Got in and out quickly. The PA took time to answer questions.
Excellent and very professional treatment by the staff. Your staff did a great job looking after me. I recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone needed to get seen and treated when the need arises. I have been seen by this clinic on three different times. I received high quality and timely care each time I sought treatment at this clinic.
Made an appointment only to show up and be told theyre doing virtual appointments only. Why was this not mentioned on the website? Very upsetting when I wasnt feeling well at all. Had my appointment moved to the Georgetown location, and to my surprise, they werent running my insurance correctly and was asked to pay a large sum outa pocket. I walked out and I called my insurance and they said they were giving me the wrong Information. I gave up! Avoid all Next Care urgent cares like the plague! The worst urgent cares ever!
New to area and location was close to home. Went in without appt. and was welcomed as new client. Wait was reasonable for no appt. Staff busy but friendly and took time with my issue. Was good experience.
This urgent care was amazing. The whole process was a breeze, from the front desk lady, to Ryan Odders the nurse practitioner. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood the treatment plan. The best part, I was in and out in 30 minutes.Went back after my first awesome experience. Had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the provider with my 3 and a half year old. Needless to say it was not an awesome wait time. But the provider Mrs. Smith I believe was super sweet, informative, and adjusted to my cranky sick child.
I walked in at 633pm.They close at 7pm and no one in the waiting area and they refused to see me..We are booked said the bored receptionist looking at her Instagram. With who?? invisible pts.Dont be an Urgent care walk in and turn away a patient when you have 30mins to close. I would never go there again and dont recommend. TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH MEDICAL CARE TODAY.
Made an appointment for two school physical online. Completed all my paperwork online including uploading my ID and insurance card. Arrived :10 mins early was checked in and called to the back within :5 mins. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. The price I paid for two middle school students was $50. Will return in the future!
The wait time sucked, but it honestly wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Based on reviews I was thinking 3 hours and I was there for about 2 hours total. Dr. Loretta Smith was extremely kind and caring. She answered all of my paranoid questions without any judgment whatsoever and didnt make me feel rushed at all. The ladies at the front desk were awesome too!
Although the wait is long without an appointment, the staff was courteous and professional and actually listened to my ailments. Then recommended a positive course of action. A great alternative to expense ERs.
They will fail your sports physical if you can’t see the small letters on the chart.
Very long wait time, however with flu season being the way it is it does not surprise me. They were very kind and efficient and even offered to text me when it was close to my appointment time so I did not just have to wait there until time for the appointment. If they keep going at the rate they are they will have good business, but hopefully flu season will give them a little bit of a break because I know some people hate waiting for two Plus hours for an appointment.
Jessica and Ms. Angie front desk is amazing Jennifer Alexis I. Images and PA Ryan really took care of me and my medical needs
Enjoyed working with Travis! Did a great job understanding and working with my physical pain.
Saw a physicians assistant. Great treatment and care given. Thank you.
Today the experience was not as good as the first time, from the moment I arrived to be seen it took 2 and a half hours and because I went to ask if the doctor forgot that I was there... because it didnt take me 5 minutes to arrive and I He was discharged in 10...🤔🤔, I think there should be a communication with the patient and inform him what is happening but otherwise it was good
We will definitely be coming back here again!!!Took our Son here for an ear infection other places were 3-5 hour wait , they seen my son within an hour, the nurse which was a guy was very professional. The Doctor Jasmine was awesome, she answered every question for us. She is awesome will highly recommend her.
Terrible, was seen by provider 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Loretta Smith rushed through the encounter and walked out while speaking to me and gave me no opportunity for questions or explanations. Worst experience ever, do not recommend. After seeing me 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time the least I deserved was a proper conversation but instead I got walked out on by Loretta. It’s providers like these that are a disgrace to the profession.
Worst experience of any health care facility that I’ve ever been to. The receptionist clearly had the flu or Covid, didn’t have a voice and was hacking her lungs out…poor thing! Showed up at 2pm filled out online forms, appt was for 2:45, waited in car until text 3:50pm text told us to come in. Got Covid and flu test swabs, told results in 20 min. Waited in room until 4:55pm. Finally saw a lady walking down the hall and she told me quite rudely that there is only one provider and I should wait, when I asked if we could at least get test results She told me no one but the provider can do that and they’d be with me in a few minutes. I very calmly explained we had been there since 2pm and they had 10 min. Ended up walking out with no results. I am sure they’ll fraudulently bill my insurance for services not rendered which I intend to protest. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!
The visit was quick and easy they were very helpful just a nice place
Quick easy professional and affordable. Would definitely recommend
The waiting really sucks here. We had an appointment, and we waited 1.5 hours. There were five people ahead of us, and 4 were just walk in. Appointment means nothing here. I am really disappointed for the amount of time wasted. This quite literally beat the purpose of appointmentIt was another 30 minutes waiting for provider to come in!!! Why did they call us in of the provider was not reallyThe receptionist was slightly on edgeAlthough I dont blame her bc she was the only person working and overwhelmed for the work.I asked multiple times how long waiting it will be and they had no clue.Quite disappointed with service here
Got two of my kids Physical’s done. The entire staff was wonderful and friendly. Got both physical’s done in a super quick and efficient manner. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.
Long wait and rude doctor! Dr Shevitz was condescending, rude and has a horrible bedside manner. I had to repeat my sons symptoms several times while each time, this man was not listening. After waiting a long time we got him as the doctor, because of his behavior we walked out and my son was untreated. I asked the Dr what his name was and he refused, said he didnt have deal with me and walked off. I had to ask the front desk for his name. This man doesnt need to be working there. All I wanted was for my son to be taken care of. Im very upset because my child needed medical attention and an x-ray, now I have to go somewhere else. I will be filing a complaint. I do Not recommend this place.
This was my first visit to NextCare and I couldnt be more pleased. I had made an appointment the day before, and the time they took me to my appointment was no very far off schedule at all! From start to finish it was a pleasant and easy process. The gentleman who did my vitals was very professional and nice. My doctor was also very sweet and she listened to my concerns and was also very thorough in explaining things. I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10 and will be back for future issues.
I had an appointment for 12:20 pm. No one saw me until an hour later at 1:30 pm. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to get treated. I dont think its right to stagger walk ins ahead of those who have appointments like myself. No I would not recommend this provider.
Incredibly rude receptionist. Extremely short with people, talking down to them, sighing loudly in annoyance and not friendly at all. If you don’t like people and can’t control your emotions, then don’t work a customer service job. Also, the wait times have become outrageous even with an appointment. Expect to wait at least 2 hours. Sad because we used to really like this urgent care.
This is a clean facility. I was greeted when I came in. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all nice. The doctor was direct and efficient. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I arrived 9:45a. It took an hour to be seen and almost another hour to diagnosed, treated and finally out the door. If they had a lot of patients then an additional doctor should have been there. Or tell me I have an hour wait and I can decide to stay or go to a different facility.Still, Id go back again and Id recommend this facility because I received decent and helpful care. Maybe it was an off day on getting patients in and out quickly for any number of reasons.
Unfortunately it was a pretty long wait. I had to wait in my car because I was feeling awful and couldnt even sit in the waiting area, when they closed down due to staff testing positive for something, and didnt even tell me. I found out cuz I went in to check on my status. They transfered me to a different location where I had to wait some more. Being pregnant, having covid.. I was miserable. The provider was nice and staff in general though.
Set appointment in advance, Checked in online and in person, came 15 mins in advance, filled forms online. Waited 1-1/2 hour to get asked in. Then after vitals in check room, waited another hour, nobody came, a get to register desk and asked about estimated time to talk to doctor, was told “supplier” will be with you right now. Then waited another 20 minutes. Nobody came. I had personal commitments I had to fulfill and can’t wait doctor any more. As result 3 hours lost- no service.
Wasn’t feeling well at all. Had very painful and sore throat. Had no apportionment, showed up Saturday morning after Thanksgiving, they got me in and less than an hour figured out what was going on. I was able to get a prescription the same day and immediately started feeling better. Truly thankful!
Very pleased and glad this service is available! My regular doctor wasnt going to be able to see me for over a week and they told me to go to NextCare Urgent Care. So glad I did!! When I called NextCare before I went in, they reminded me to be sure to bring my ID, insurance care and wear a mask.)
Fast and great service! The front desk was informative and courteous. The medical staff was kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely come here again!
The check-in process was easy and efficient by having the option to fill out my paperwork online and monitor my place in line using an app. I was attended to by Sharon, and examined by Dorian, the Physicians assistant. Both were kind and patient and made sure I was OK the entire time. Checking out was also easy because I verified my insurance was accepted beforehand through the website and was able to use my HSA debit card which was a bonus.
I made an appointment, when came - no doctor there! They knew about it, but didnt call me! Because of them I canceled another appointment. Bad attitude.Upd. From 01.10.24If there is no doctor is present (but only PA), it should be told at time of making an appointment, not when the patient alrewdy paid and inside!
Front desk lady was rude. We had waited outside after checking in for 40 mins past our appointment time. We were told there was still another person ahead, we asked if there was any kind of estimated time frame. She got agitated and reiterated “there’s ONE PERSON ahead of you”. Not the end of the world but it was rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. Not the kind of service that makes you provide positive feedback.
The staff was friending and the facility was clean. It was easy to schedule an appt and checking in. I would recommend this provider.
Did a walk in an hour before they closed and they happily accepted me in and I got to get checked out. I had gotten into a car accident the day before so it was important that I was seen asap. Great service.
When my family needed a doctor visit NextCare was there for us. The staff was nice and the wait time was short. Although I didnt feel well I had peace of mind knowing I was in good care.
Only complaint is long wait time. I started out at Georgetown at 8:30 but they were already booked past 2:00, so they scheduled me at Round Rock at 10:20 - the earliest available - but I wasnt seen until almost 11:00. Other than that, though, the service was exceptional and very much appreciated.
Had an appointment and did all paperwork. Didn’t see me for over an hour over the scheduled time. It was simple blood draw that can be done by any nurse or certified individual. Took all of 5 mins once they finally saw me. They don’t have an online portal at all. They also route all calls to a call center with an unbelievably long wait time. So you drive up there to get told they can’t pull it right now and they will call you. What a waste of time. Not the first time this has been the case. They just happen to be the only one open on the weekend.
Professional and quick service. That went over and beyond to address my health issues
It was easy to make an appointment. I walked in and taken care of in a timely manner.
Next care is very convenient. Everyone there is always very kind and professional. I’ve always had great treatment there. I would whole heartedly recommend next care to anyone.
Booked an appointment for 5.30, I received a call asking if I could schedule earlier. Rescheduled for 5pm and was told it was a good time. I arrived at exactly 5pm and checked in. I was in the parking lot till 6:50pm. I gave up and went back home. They finally called at exactly 7pm. Absolute disaster of a place. Will never go there again. Georgetown location has a much stellar reputation.
The individual at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The nurse and NP were both thorough and provided great care.
I have anxiety when it comes to doctors. Every single person I dealt with at this facility was welcoming, warm and kind. Most importantly, my doctor took my concerns seriously and didn’t hesitate to treat me immediately. I highly recommend this place.
Always a great visit, especially when your child is sick. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and kind. The Dr always listens and truly cares. Today we had Dr. Shevitz and he was very kind. Thank you.
An okay experience. I made an appointment online for 9am (the very first available). I arrive 10mins early, like they said to do online. Apparently they don’t open til 9 so I had to wait 10mins which I didn’t really mind, it just would’ve been nice to know beforehand. When they finally let me in, there’s an insanely long wait when NO ONE ELSE was even there. The girl at the front had absolutely no sense of urgency. She didn’t seem to notice or care that we’d been sitting for 45 minutes with no update or anything. What was the point of making the appointment? I can say the kid who called me in and took my vitals was very nice, I didn’t wait long for the PA which is pretty rare nowadays, and she was great! Super straightforward and knowledgeable. Mad respect to her.
My adult son is on the autism spectrum. I made an appointment for him to come in for an infected finger and both me and my sons experience was top notch. I will continue to bring my son here. Great people and warm smiles.
So my uvula had swollen, woke me up at 4am. Very unpleasant. The lady was super friendly. Got my paperwork done and maybe 20 minutes later there’s the doc. He got me fixed up will definitely be returning if I have any other issues.
They were quick and efficient while still showing great empathy.
All the reviews about having to wait is valid. It seems that they have only one doctor and one nurse. I went for an urgent matter. I checked in with only 2 people in the waiting room, waited in my car for over an hour, just for them to stick me in a room to wait another hoir and a half!!! When I complained and said Im really in need to see someone, when will that happen? The nurse just kept saying Im next and I just needed to wait. Extremely rude. I will never come here again and I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering them, do so at last resort.
Check-in was easy. We were seen in an extremely timely manner after making an appointment online. Office is clean and welcoming. 4 stars instead of 5 due to cost and the fact that we only saw a physicians assistant and not an MD. For $183 (WITH a very good PPO health insurance through my husband’s engineering company) we expected maybe a throat swab/blood work or at least an MD. I thought Urgent Cares were only like $70-100?? Anyway, overall a good experience just be ready to throw serious coin down for a visit.
Very unprofessional. They don’t respect appointments at all. If you get an x-ray be prepared for multiple 40-50 minute calls and visits to be able to get a copy of your results. Cust service is remote and useless if you call, they jus “understand “ how you feel. Keep your expectations very very low and so you won’t be disappointed
Waited 2 hours for nothing...never saw anyone and better not get a bill.
The actual visit with the doctor and her staff was great. She was very caring and informative. I was appreciative of the speedines of the visit. However, their website has much to be desired. Trying to make an appointment and fill out the paperwork was fruitless. I ended up going to the office and filling out the paperwork in my car.
They are very friendly here. I’ve been seen here and I’ve brought my son here. They were very knowledgeable. The only thing is they take forever. If you’re wanting a place that’s really quick - this is not it. However they did take care of our needs each time.
We made an appointment online for a high school sports physical and we were told that Next Care had a special $35 promotion. The rep asked my sons age and name etc and then booked the appointment. The physical exam experience was fine however when it was time to pay Next Care virtually doubled the price from $35 to $66. The excuse for the price increase was that my son was 18. I feel like we were scammed with a bait and switch tactic. I intend to not let this farce go unnoticed!
Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time. Had an issue with my RX. Tried twice calling the clinic to address their RX mistake and get it corrected. They never answered the phone. I was on hold over 20 minutes each time. I just hung up. Not a happy camper.
I’d like to start by saying that if I could leave a zero star rating I would. We had an appointment at 2:00pm. We ended up sitting in our car for an hour and 17 minutes before we left out of frustration. My wife made the appointment yesterday for my 7 year old son to get a simple covid test. We found out after getting there that it doesn’t matter if we made an appointment or not. Walk-ins will go before you if they get there before you do. There is literally zero reason to make an appointment. If there are too many walk-ins before your scheduled appointment you may not even be seen. During the pandemic my family has taken many of these tests and we’ve never waited more than 20 minutes. This place is disorganized and does not care about your time. I will never return to this establishment. Time is money, don’t waste either here.
Front desk clerk is rude and seems bothered by having to greet patients and answer questions. Online appointments are actually holding places. Waited 45 minutes and still had 3 people ahead of me. My holding place had passed by 30 minutes. Only 1 doctor works the shift...be prepared to wait. I left...service was poor from the get go and didnt make me want to stay.
The nurse and PA were so pleasant to deal with. They were very thorough even with the numerous patients that they were seeing. Plus their bedside manner was wonderful!
Thankful it was open Jan 2. My PCP and other urgent care places were closed. Wait was long. 9:10 appt and want called back until after 10. Staff was friendly and listened to my needs. Would recommend and come back with any other urgent needs.
As soon as I walked in and went over to the receptionist desk I did not get greeted. The black lady with glasses at the front is rude and clearly does NOT like her job. The whole time I was trying to get an appointment she was looking at me with a bad stare for whatever reason. I strongly recommend going to a different location. Being a local resident I will make sure to let people know about this experience.
This was the best walk in urgent care appointment ever! From the easy registration to the friendly staff. We were in and out quickly and on our way to feeling better. Thanks yall!
Terrible experience!! I came in with a suspected broken arm that eventually was treated by another provider. There was Noone else in the waiting room and I was having a hard time getting a hold of my insurance company because I didnt have my ID card. I had gone to another sister company so it didnt make sense to me.Its ok not to respond to my negative review. You respond to the same bad review with the same blanket response.I will not come back.
The online process to make an appointment was easy and efficient. Upon arrival, the check in was fast and I received information online about my wait time as well as the option to download app for future appointments and wait at home or in office. The technician Alaina was friendly and helpful. The PA, Hillary Mozingo was amazing. She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable in addition to providing effective and efficient treatment for my UTI. She understood my concerns regarding certain medications and made accommodations to alleviate side effects. My first official visit to this Nextcare as my normal OB/GYN could not see me today.Highly recommend.
Made an appointment online for 1pm sat in my car for over an hour before being seen. What’s the point of making an appointment to have just the normal wait time. Receptionist was rude telling me they don’t like to see workmans comp patients on weekends. Well sorry I have to work and go to school during the week 🙃 so weekends are all I have. After sitting for so long I called four times and no one answered. This is the least helpful urgent care ever and I don’t suggest you use them either.
They were quick, efficient and timely. Very professional staff was in an out for a DOT physical in less than 30 minutes. Best next care location I’ve been to so far.
Overall experience was good. There is a wait but you can have them give you a call 15 minutes before they are ready to see you. They definitely are overwhelmed with patients which is to be expected during this time and its admirable that still they are always courteous. Brought my daughter in for covid test and they do 2 tests. The antigen and the pcr. If the antigen (2 hr turn around) is negative then they use the other test and send away to have the lab test using pcr which can take 3 to 5 days turnaround. Detailed quality care.
I was served by a friendly receptionist and by friendly efficient and effective medical staff.
The guy for the drug screening was very nice/respectful.
The wait was a little long and the nurse was a bit rushed but the doctor was very friendly and wasn’t rushed at all. She answered all our questions and explained everything to us. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Efficient, clean, and friendly place!
My son needs his sports physical done and the staff was a delight to be around starting with the front desk. My son loved the PC that performed his physical and said that he wishes that he was his doctor. Great experience! Thanks to all of you!
Worst service ever!!!! I wish I had option to give them 0 STAR!! I visited this clinic (located in Round Rock, TX) on 03/07/2021 due to severe neck pain. My appointment was a 10:30 am and they had me wait for 4 hours. I should have just left but I really needed to see a doc. I was finally called by the nurse at 1:30 pm and then had to wait another 30min in the room for the Doc to show up. Also, the lady at the reception had 0 knowledge about insurance.WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!NOT SURE WHY ITS CALLED URGENT CARE WHEN THEY CANT EVEN PROVIDE THE SERVICE URGENTLY (OR AT LEAST ON THE APPOINTMENT TIME)! WHAT A SCAM!!!
I would give them no stars if I could.Worst urgent care ever! They take more than 3 weeks to give lab results. When I call and ask about them, they promise to call me back, but they never do. I find that rude. I had to call several times a day for the last 3 weeks to finally get an update (not my results).IF THE NEXT URGENTCARE IS 7 MILES AWAY, JUST DRIVE!!! DONT GO HERE. Terrible service
Checked in online at 1:20 pm for a 1:40 appt. Waited outside in the car with my toddler who Im guessing has an ear infection. Went back in at 2:50 to see if they could give me some kind of estimate on when they would see her. Lady at the desk told me she couldnt give me any kind of estimate even though when I arrived she told me there was one person in front of me. Its currently 3:10 and I havent heard anything. If you need urgent care go anywhere else. Dont bother checking in online either as it doesnt speed anything up.
Very good experience, fully satisfied. Dr. Monica patiently listened to all of my health issues and came up with a good action plan. Online experience for booking appointments is good as well, liked it
Very easy clinic to get seen, be heard, and just generally ease of everything! They were so friendly & caring !
Julie Hueng is amazing, patient and understanding of our needs for our little girl every time we come here. She goes the extra mile to make u feel better! The staff is really good & very pleasant. Our wait time only once was about 1 hour other than that we are usually in & out.
EDIT TO UPDATE: had to bring a family member due to their primary care provider not recognizing something “simple” which dr. Smith & Especially Dorian helped us with!! Got the script needed and everything is great once again due to your amazing staff.I went here for different reasons, broken wrist and UTI. these people are always so kind, i’m sure i left another review in 2020 about that. Different staff, same treatment. There was a long delay but I understand that frequently occurs, especially in an “urgent” environment. i felt listened to and cared for which is rare in my public dealings
I felt the care I received was responsive and adequate for what my needs were. The staff was friendly and helpful. Each acknowledged my longer wait time. I’m sure with Covid the wait times have been a little longer for everyone. I would recommend NextCare for their responsive care. I used CareCredit and it happened to be a little more expensive than the plan they offer. I would recommend discussing their financing options prior to your appointment.
Honestly I will tell you this was the best experience Ive had at any dr office. Every interaction I had starting with the front desk clerk, nurse and Dr, were so wonderful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for any of mine and my kids needs. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I gave it 3 stars because it wasnt a bad experience. Just the fact that every time we go to this place, we are in there for at least 2 hours. I wish it was in and out in 20 minutes like some of these people leaving reviews. Example: Today I brought in my daughter for a fever, cough and vomiting. Fast at being called by Art. Had to wait forever for Ariel who only examined my 3 year old for about 5 minutes. In and out? 2 1/2 hours. Only reason why we keep coming back? Only place close to us that didn’t require us to make an appointment.
Been coming here for a year now. Julie has been great for me and my family. She cares about what we say, diagnoses us accurately and prescribes just what we need! Theres another girl here that my wife is not too keen on, doesnt listen as well, or run enough tests for my wifes liking. The only downside for me is the new check-in system. Its more appointment based, instead of first come first served.
Front desk was kind and courteous. I was the last one there and they were just as professional. No rushing! Dr was great and very thorough. Open and easy to talk too!
Quite frankly I would avoid this location altogether unless you have the day off to sit in the parking lot. The staff called the cops on a patient who was upset because they served a walk in before his scheduled appointment after he had already been waiting 2 hours or more. By no means is this a place where you should stop for true URGENT care. Even though my throat was swelling shut I still waited 3 hours to be seen even though I had a scheduled appointment. They incorporate walk ins in the mix and there is no set schedule, rhyme, or reason to the way they organize their clients in line.
Was told there would be a 15 min wait, but they took 2.5+ hours to see the patient. I checked in 3 times while waiting, and each time they lied to my face, saying that it would only be another 15 minutes. Lazy, poor service, and theyre happy to lie to your face. Avoid this clinic if your condition needs anything reassembling prompt medical service.
Made an appointment for 2pm. Checked in at 1:40pm, i was asked to wait outside in my car and they woud let me know when my turn is up, after 40 min my name got removed from the live online waiting list.Waist of time and Gas having to wait outside.
Staff was really friendly. The doctor was very thorough and very quick. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to.
My son and I come here. I work at a well known hospital with a emergency Dept. However, I love to go to urgent care. The service is exceptional from the receptionist to in-take nurse on to the doctor. I have used the online check-in one time and found it to be a great asset, however the wait time in the waiting area is so quick I have never had to use the call online service.Thank-You for your exceptional service every trip.
I booked my appointment on-line and arrived a few minutes early. I was seen in a very timely manner. Everyone was highly professional and courteous.. I will definitely be back the next time I am sick! It’s good to know that you’re here!
This place is awesome and I know they are probably stressed but I don’t feel like the receptionist needs to be as rude as she is. Like I get it I feel for you but we don’t do anything to her we just have questions and concerns and her attitude and tone is horrendous. This place is 5 star worthy but the receptionist is not. I’d give her zero stars if I could. Find a nicer one
Office staff:Girl at the front desk didnt seem to know what she was doing. Had to call her coworker multiple times to ask questions about verifying my insurance. Wasnt pleasant, not friendly, dry personality and long bright pink artificial nails. Not exactly representing a professional demeanor for the office.Doctor:I saw Dr. Suire for treatments of an acute illness. He did an actual assessment, and asked me many pertinent questions related to my illness. He listened to my answers and I never felt rushed. He made me feel like I had an active role in my treatment. He also explained the purpose of each medication he was prescribing. Very thorough and efficient doctor. I felt like he really listened to me. Highly recommend.
I needed medical care first thing in the morning. I read they opened at 8AM and I called the main NextCare number at 7:50AM. They answered and put me in the queue right away. I was in with the tech at 8:45AM. Art G. (the tech) was AMAZING. I hurt my ankle and he wheeled a wheelchair out right away for me. He was kind, understanding, funny and informative. I felt very comfortable. Julie, the PA-C was equally kind, helpful and caring. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and location to everyone. The price was reasonable and office space was clean and welcoming.
Jessica was very niceAlexia was awesomeMelinda ver knowledgeable. They took very good care of me
Staff were friendly, but very understaffed. I had a 5:40 appointment and didnt get called back until after theyd already closed for the day (7:00 PM on weekdays), so try to schedule anything earlier in the day if you can.
Had an appointment for 3:30 was called in at 3:40 to wait an hour and a half in the room for just a covid test. Was told that I was going to get a call back that afternoon for the results and never got it. Called them the next day and I was told by customer service they were serving a patient and they would call me back. That never happened, called them again and customer service told me my results were not in yet. Customer service is no help at all, they just correlate messages to the clinic and the clinic just neglects them. It’s been two days and I haven’t received my covid test results. Don’t go to this clinic they don’t have the proper tools or staffing for patients.
I set up my appointment online, showed up 30minutes early. I waited in the parking lot for 15min trying to call them from the number provided below my appointment info on my phone. No answer(once I pressed one for the “speak to clinic” option) I went to the door, and missed the sign for the number to call to check in. She told me about the sign I walked out and dialed the number MULTIPLE TIMES. Each time it said it was no longer in service. I tried to tell the woman at the front and she said “I’m not sure just keep calling, it’s the only way to check in. You’re not allowed in here” mind you I have a face mask on, and there are 0 people in the lobby.
