I had a great experience at this Urgent care. The staff was very kind and i was able to schedule my appointment same day.The process of getting checked in was very smooth and the Nurse Practitioner which i saw was very easy to work with. I went in for some Stye issues and she put together a solution that helped me feel much better within just a few days.A good Urgent care is hard to find so i highly recommend this one
I have been suffering with flu like symptoms for 5 days and a terrible cough. Got a flu test and it was negative, they didnt test for anything else - doctor was very dismissive of me...They are just like... yeah yeah, get some over the counter medicine and heres a pamphlet about virusesGive me 50 bucks for thatGoodbyeThis urgent care was better as a pay less
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The provider (R. Donnell) made the experience a 10. He was very kind, caring, and thorough. I would recommend him specifically to anyone and everyone. I fully trusted his recommendations and guidance.
I went in to get my ear wax flushed out, which I have done a 100 times in the past at other places, and they busted a hole in my ear drum. They didnt seem to be bothered by the incredible amount of pain I was in. I had to go to an ENT specialist and was told I have a 25% hole in my ear drum. Wouldnt recommend this place. Please dont flush any more ears out.
The sign up process went really smooth. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The doctor assessed the issue and prescribed meds which I picked up across the street at Dierbergs pharmacy. They were very helpful.
Highly recommend this urgent care always have a good experience here. I sign in online and have always been seen in a timely manner.Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the nurse practitioner, all very professional and friendly.
The visit was quick and easy! The doctor and nurse were very nice, informative and helpful. They diagnosed and treated me fast and efficiently. Great staff, clean environment and all around great experience. 😁
This was the worst experience. I had a high fever for 6 days and all they did was take tests (for an hour!) , to no avail. They sent me off telling me to take ibuprofen. Useless waste of time and money. PS, they dont give fluids here so if youre expecting to leave feeling better, youll be as disappointed as me. The others UCs in the area give fluids so I will have to make a different appointment elsewhere, wasting more time and money. I used this UC bc its mercy but its by far the worst one in the area. Most of the staff was rude and dismissive. They treat the symptoms but I could have stayed at home and done that. Steer clear and visit the many other UCs instead. I will look at paperwork and update with rude nurse info.
I was seen immediately. The nurse practioner examed and diagnosed and explained the problem. She was clear I needed an ultrasound to confirm her diagnosis. I made an appointment with the doctor for 6 days later. I was scared. Fortunatley I have a physican in the family, so my fears were calmed immediately.
I went in with foot pain and a history of hairlinestress fractures. I was told I had a sprain and given naprosyn. There were no xrays. I also asked about indomethacin, but told just to take the Naprosyn. I did not feel that this was enough. Still have foot pain. Will probably have to try and get in with primary doctor after all... was trying to avoid the wait.
My daughter was diagnosed in this place that she had a fungus on the skin. They gave her creams and told me it was contagious. My daughter stayed away from everyone for 15 days and was in a difficult psychological state. Today I took her to her doctor and he told me this is a rash and not a skin fungus.
Honestly, it wasnt a bad experience at all. It was a very calming and professional environment. The doctor/nurse practitioner was just incredible. Id go again.
The doctor listen to my concerns and was able to address my problem. I was also very quickly seen by the doctor. I had a very good experience.
This was the BEST experience Ive ever had in an urgent care. The wait time was non existent, and the Nurse Practitioner made my whole week by taking care of a bad case of poison ivy. She was extremely friendly and knew how to take care of my problem instantly. The techs were also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will only be going to this urgent care going forward!
I have been to this location several times. Everyone is always very polite and helpful. In November I sprained my ankle and needed xrays. At the time they didnt have an xray technician there. They called another location to see where he was at. The gentleman was nice enough to drive to the location where I was at. He went above and beyond to help me. I greatly appreciate it! They could have easily make me drive to the other location.I will definitely come back here if I ever need an urgent care.
I would not recommend this medical facility, for any type of injury! I went there after being injured and from the moment I walked through the door, I didnt like the treatment I received. Immediately, my intuition told me to go somewhere else. To begin with the receptionist was not knowledgeable about the practice. She had to ask the Nurse Practitioner if they saw people for injuries. It clearly says on Mercy-gohealth website that they do. It was not a life threatening injury. It was one that an Urgent care should be equipped and staffed to manage. As a Medical receptionist/ Medical Assistant you need to be knowledgeable about what services are offered, what insurances are accepted and be kind. I did decide to stay after the NP confirmed they see patients for injuries. When the NP came in to see me, I told her what was wrong. She had me do a couple mobility movements and wrote me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. She spent a whole 5 minutes in the room before trying to send me on my way. I said to her what about some imaging to make sure its nothing more. She said, youre able to move your arm no imagining is necessary. I was ready to get out of there and go find a place with some knowledge and compassion. Thats exactly what I did, got out of there and I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone with any sort of orthopedic concern go there.
The nurse practitioner was efficient and caring. She helped with finding a pharmacy as well because I don’t live around St. Peter’s.
Worst experience ever. Slow. Ready to leave after almost two hours. Then wanted to do bloodwork and ct scan. Grrrrrrr
3 hundred and 75 dollars to look in Someones ears. In there less than 3 minutes. Seriously. Never will go back. Thats insane.
I did the hold my spot on line, filled out all my info prior and got in and out quickly.
I showed up at 7:37 pm with an abscess tooth that had blown up during the day so bad that my cheek was actually beginning to swell from the bloated and infected gum underneath. I was desperately hoping to get a simple and quick script for an antibiotic knowing that theyd never give me a pain killer of any kind as well for the sudden and overwhelming periods where it hurt so bad I cant even think straight. It says theyre open until 8 so I was just thrilled I got there before they closed. After I went in and told them why I was there they informed me that they stop taking patients at 7:30 because its very important that they close and go home at 8. I pleaded with them at first saying that theres nothing they can do to treat it except to just write me a prescription for an antibiotic and I can be in and out of there. Nope, no exceptions. Im going to say it like it is. The big health insurance companies have bought up all the small and independent Urgent Care companies and destroyed that industry during COVID just like they did with so many other small businesses to the benefit of Walmart and Amazon. DEI is in full effect in the health care industry in St Peters. No one working at these places lives anywhere nearby, has any education, or compassion and its intentional. Im just glad Im middle aged now and wont grow up thinking this is normal. I grew up having to go to Urgent Care and emergency rooms every year for too many years and always left happy and impressed with broken bones, separated shoulders, car/bike/sports injuries. You name it Ive injured it. The health care system and CDC that brought you COVID has been going to hell ever since 2010 and its worse than ever now. You may be used to a restaurant allowing you to enter and get a table 20 minutes before closing, but do not expect that hospitality from your Urgent Care affirmative action provider ever again
Meticulously clean clinic, friendly and knowledgeable staff, our PA Laura listened to my concerns with recurring sore throats, took allergies into consideration. Discussed diet to prevent issues with prescribed antibiotic, was kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
Went there for a sore throat (told them specifically on left side). Asked for a strep test since I already ruled out covid and the person helping me looked at my throat for maybe 2 seconds without any tongue depression or say ah. Since my strep test was negative they told me to take pain killers and use throat numbing spray and it should go away. After it didnt I went to the doctor and within minutes they realized I had a large ulcer on the back left of my throat. Do not go here unless you want them to do the bare minimum and miss important details of your condition.
Fast and friendly. They took great care of me and could tell I was miserable so they had me in and out in no time. Could not ask for better care or a more friendly staff.
The worst urgent care I’ve ever went to in my life I did a walk-in they let several people ahead of me when they first opened and they were also walk-ins very rude. The lady had a very rude attitude and so to the doctor, so I just left because I felt uncomfortable even having people looking at me have such an attitude like they hate their job.
The level of care and attention to detail was top notch! We were treated with the upmost respect and explained everything in great detail. My son and I were both seen at the exact same time and were in and out in 30 minutes.Bonus Round....Calling ALL VETERANS!!!!! I just discovered yesterday that Mercy Urgent Cares accept VA Insurance. This is Huge considering Concentra on Zumbehl was the only one I was aware of prior and they are complete garbage.Thank you for your excellent level of service! Job well done! 👏
Very attentive to my injury, very caring staff. Felt I was in good hands.
The front desk help and PA were so nice and caring. They found that my prescription label was typed incorrectly. I was taking 1/2 of the prescribed amount for a week wondering why I wasn’t getting better.
I didn’t have a long wait. They’re very professional and efficient
This place USED to be great. We have visited 3-4 times in the last year and always had great service. (Should out to Nurse Trisha!) Unfortunately, todays experience ensures that we will never go back. In the last 24 hours, my reserved spot was cancelled, and then when I reserved another time for the next day, I waited 40 minutes before I was told that due to triage care, they werent sure when we would be seen. The front desk lady says they are severely understaffed. While I can appreciate that, the business needs to respond appropriately to these conditions via communication and removing the reserve option if they cant handle it. Peoples time is valuable. Oh, I should also mention that the one medical person on staff was on his phone.
The service I received at this facility was fine. This 1-star review is actually for this facilitys billing services. The billing service sent my insurance a claim for an emergency room visit. I called them five times about this over the past two months. The first three times I was told they would change the code and re-submit the form. Nothing happened. The fourth time I was told that they actually couldnt change the code and that my insurance was somehow requiring them to submit the claim as an ER visit. The fifth time I called them with a customer service rep from the insurance company who could explain what they were doing wrong. On that call, I was told that I will need to call them a SIXTH time in order to receive a refund after they get things cleared up with the insurance company. Avoid this place unless you enjoy having to personally hold the hand of this companys billing service as you walk them through fixing their own mistakes.
Quick service; Dr. was very knowledgeable; It was a pleasant and clean atmosphere.
I took my 5 year old daughter there for strep, the nurse/ma was very kind and helpful! The doctor was not....the 1st pharmacy did not have the antibiotic when I asked if he could give me a written script he said no....the time was almost 5 pm and on a Saturday so I knew that time was of the essence and so I kept calling pharmacies, found one that had the rx. I asked the doctor to give it over the phone and he refuse and sent it electronically. I was outside talking to the pharmacy and they did not have it and they closed at 6. Doc walked out he did not care about my concern of not getting the medicine tonight. Just kept telling me they would get it. I know we cannot always rely on technology and dont understand why he wouldnt just talk to the pharmacist or give me a written rx. When I got to pharmacy they script was not there. I had to have my doctor call it under me to her started on it that night. This was the worst experience with a doctor, the rx was for an antibiotic not a controlled substance! Care about your patients and make sure they get the meds they need!
They got me in and out quickly, while still making sure I felt listened to and understood.
Great and supportive staff! The two ladies working at the time were quick to get me in and see me.My only problem is that I was recommended this place by my primary care provider since they wouldnt be able to see me for a month. My doctor said they should be able to help me, but the urgent care said that I would have to follow up with my primary care provider anyway :/ Limited with what they can do, but still a good, professional place to go for quick help
Fantastic staff that made me feel comfortable since I have anxiety, no wait time to be seen, thorough evaluation, and very clean environment. Ive already recommended this location to a few people on the day I was seen.
This place gives amazing care! Both times we’ve been there, they are quick to see you. The exam is thorough and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Trisha in particular is one of the best urgent care nurses I’ve ever met and is great with kids. I plan to return here every time my family needs an urgent care.
I did a video visit, then came to this location for a some test. Everyone working was very friendly, professional and nice. The lady who did my test joked with me. Gotta really appreciate all the nurses, doctors, health professionals, and custodians right now. All of the mercy urgent cares are super booked up because they are covid testing sites and offer rapid testing. I really appreciate the work of everyone working here, and any hospital/urgent care for that matter. It takes a special type of person to be able to deal with people who come to urgent care.
Was seen quickly, doctor came in right away. I wasn’t kept waiting afterwards. My RX was called in and ready when I got there to pick up. Place was very clean and quiet.
Went to Urgent Care to look at my eye as it was swollen and irritated. I was instructed they cannot do anything and go see an eye doctor.
First off let me say Mercy doesn’t own these urgent care and don’t really care about how it’s run. We made a appointment for my son last night and got there 15min early. Waiting at the first doors and it’s now 12:30 and no ones here at all. There was no call or text to let’s us know our appointment was canceled. Very poor business practice we will not be coming back to mercy go health. We even went to st Charles location to see if he could be worked in. They said they were full and they didn’t even know cottleville was closed. Her response was I just work here! This is not the mercy way!
The staff were patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I was able to save my spot online. It was quick and painless process.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was late for my appointment and they still took us right in. The place is very clean and I would definitely go back if I needed to.
We reserved spots to get Covid testing and still had to wait for over an hour to get in and out. You can tell that the staff are overworked and stressed. And now having to deal with insurance issues since theyre refusing to send the covid test to my insurance company and are charging my family for outpatient visits. Would not recommend going to Mercy Urgent Care for anything unless you like spending your time waiting hours and hours having to deal with insurance mess ups.
I wish I can give them 0 star. We went there on Monday morning they said1-2 days for culture reports after 50hr when we asked they said its not available call back later few calls no response which I can understand medical professionals are not free like us normal working parents but even after personal visit they are just insulting us saying why did u come here go to your pediatrician we did whatever we can now dont come here..what kind of MD has this kind of answerable responsibility towards a sick child...totally UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE. IRRESPONSIBLE
I had a recent negative experience at another Urgent Care where Id previously had a good experience. I will not return there I was so impressed with YOUR facility and the staff. The Nurse Practioner I saw was so kind, really listened and helped me so much. Wish I had come to you first!
I went there this week to obtain a rapid covid test to be able to return to work. The was was long, but there was only 1 MA and Nurse Practitioner working at the time. They both were nice and efficient once I got in and the NP even checked for additional test due to my symptoms. This is a challenging time with workforce shortages in many healthcare settings but they did the best that they could and I was able to be seen.
Ameenah Robinson and the other girls in the office, the night that I was seen, were so kind and accommodating. And, it was the very end of their day no less. Medical staff like them are worth more than words can say. Thank you so much for doing the job that you do ladies. You truly are the heroes in this world!
Best urgent care!! Been to this location several times with my kiddos! Staff is the best and so caring and friendly. They quickly fix your kids up with care!
Trisha the NP was awesome!! She was very direct and to the point while having the best interest of the patient in mind. We talked about nursing which I enjoyed since I wasn’t feeling the best and am a future nurse myself. She seemed to be really well rounded in the field on medicine, which I appreciated. Thanks Trisha for making me feel better!
The visit was okay. However I have received two bills for a COVID test. They’re not billing my insurance for whatever reason. Now I have to call my insurance from last year to resolve this. I was given no notice beforehand that this would be my responsibility to pay. No where else I’ve gone to has charged me for a COVID test. I will never be using mercy go health again.
Worst experience of my life came in not feeling well the front desk lady wasn’t polite. Then the nurse practitioner was extremely rude… I came in not feeling well trying to tell them I was conjested the nurse practitioner said I need a Covid test I said I didn’t not want one then she started putting her personal beliefs on me not to mention that she didn’t even check my ears nose or throat. it was so disrespectful and unprofessional worst experience I’ve ever had I will not be going back to this one ever again and most definitely won’t ever recommend this place to anyone
10! You guys rock! They were very professional and had an incredible rapport with me! I have already told others to go to your facility! I have needed the cough syrup pretty much every 6 hours. Hope the coughing stops before the med runs out. BEST urgent care I have ever been to!!!!👍 Thank you so much!Amy FLYNN
Its hard to say our experience was anything less than perfect. Lindsey who provided care for my daughter was incredible. The lady at the front desk who greeted us & supported Lindsey was fantastic. Both women were absolutely amazing. Thank you!
Trisha is one the best and most caring nurses I have ever had. If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt have known I had mono and would have missed getting treatment immediately. I am so grateful for her!
Exceptionally friendly and reliable staff. They demonstrated patient, and took time to explain each step in clear and concise manner.
I went in the office when it was near closing time. I was miserable, and needed help. The staff there stayed with me, treated me with respect, and took care of me, even after the doors were closed for other patients. I was so grateful for their help.
Very satisfied.Nurse and staff very friendly.
Dr. Tricia Waters, who took care of me during two visits, is knowledgeable, patient, receptive (she listens!), and kind. The facility is new and sparkling. Highest recommendations.
The nurses were friendly and very knowledgeable! They were amazing at handling our one year old’s first tumble
Everyone was nice and I felt that they wanted to understand my needs and how to help me.
Was turned away last time due to them not having an imaging department, was told to visit another location. The receptionist was nice enough, even though it was a bit of an awkward exchange. Maybe visit a standalone or a larger location.
Scheduled a video call couple days ago, it was right on time and then got in right away for covid test! Staff fantastic! Totally on the ball, friendly and very professional! Thank you!
Took my daughter in and every one was nice and efficient! Very clean place! Thank you for all that you do!
The staff here is so professional and kind! They take their time with you & are considerate towards you. It makes for a good visit each and every time. Thank you!
I always have an extremely pleasant experience at this location! The doctors and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable.
Expediency and Professionalism excellent!!👍🏾
In and out.Was seen quick , no wait , and very kind.Thank you!
The facility was very clean and the doctor and nurse were very kind
Worst experience in my life... uncaring nurse practionier who doesnt listen would not recommend this urgent care for any kind of medical issues
Thought no need to make appt but it is required to make appt. Waste my gas expenses.
The lady at the front desk was rude and not welcoming. But the lady who tested me was very polite.
Super quick and efficient!
They had an approve rapid covid test to get me into another country.
No waiting, efficient, clean, friendly staff
Worst urgent care experience ever. Very unprofessional and will never return to this location!
The visit costs too much for COVID help. Suggest Total Access or other like facility.
Excellent urgent care. Fast service.
Great service! Kind employees, clean environment, fast service!
Does not take walk ins for covid testing.
Expediency in seeing the doctor.
Got to my appointment at 8:45 greeted by rude hateful man who proceeded to tell me they didn’t open till nine. Was my 2nd appointment for same issue? Slammed the door in my face and when I told him I would go somewhere different he was happy!
Everyone was super nice, professional, and accommodating.
