I had the perfect experience today and would recommend this place to anyone dealing with a urgent care appropriate issue. The administrative staff was very helpful and quick to get me in the system. Overall the visit was efficient but they were thorough in the consultation. My nurse practitioner Katie asked great questions and was thoughtful in her overall care. Convenient location, clean facility, but this place is exceptional because of the team of folks working here.
First, THANK YOU! to all involved in my care today! The level of professionalism, compassion and kindness was AMAZING! Ebony and Tonjay… What beautiful humans you are! Thank you for comforting me in the moment i needed comfort. Thank you for making me laugh and forget about what i had just went through. It’s not everyday that you find coworkers working together as a team! You can clearly see that not only do you have a excellent work ethic, but you have a beautiful friendship! Thank you so very much! Dr. Muscleman-Haas, YOU are incredible! you did not just listen to me, you HEARD me! You allowed me grace while i was visibly scared and upset from what i had just endured, you allowed me space, and you ALL allowed me space to feel comfortable. Dr. Muscleman-Haas, thank you! I left feeling confident and not frightened. The way you all worked together is beautiful! You set my mind at ease and i can not thank you ALL enough. I want to also add that it was not just me they were kind to, i noticed that each patient walking in was immediately greeted with kindness. I sincerely hope that my review makes it to each of you.
When I arrived no one was there to treat me, when they did I was told to wait. I waited quite awhile even though I had an appointment, and then was told they needed a copay when my deductible has been met. They lied and said they had no idea how to check that with insurance, and said I would have to call insurance to get reimbursed. Called insurance. I now have to wait for the invoice to hit insurance and then call MercyGo and give them a number to get my money back. The money I was told I had to give them just to be seen. I was very ill and just needed to be seen. The hassle will keep me from going back and I plan to tell everyone of my ordeal.
Excellent service! We were in and out and the staff was very courteous! I bring my kids here for physicals over our primary because it is easy to get in and out with care!
The last place you want to end up when youre out of state on vacation is Urgent Care with your child. But we did end up here. I cant say enough positive things about this place and the women that helped us. The ladies working check-in were very kind and courteous. Kelly the NP took excellent care of our daughter. The x-ray tech was friendly and nice! Fantastic all around!
I went to total access urgent care a few days prior to going to mercy-gohealth and I was told it was nothing and that I just needed to keep taking Tylenol and cold syrup. I knew something wasnt right when it was getting worse and worse. I went to mercy go health and the nurse was so caring and knew exactly what was wrong with me and prescribed me what I needed for one of the issues and I started getting better the next day!! I truly appreciate her knowledge and how patient she was with trying to find what was wrong with me. The staff there was very friendly as well. I will always come here for now on for me and my whole family!!! The nurses here know what they are talking about and will make sure they figure something out before you leave!!
Mrs T and Mrs A were amazing!! They made my toddler feel comfortable and Mommy as well. I love that Mercy is branching out into the Urgent care world. It makes it much easier utilizing EPIC. :D
Great doctors! Bedside manner was great and gave a shot of cortisone that I barely felt. I am very pleased and recommend him to anyone.
The staff were awesome! Very knowledgable staff who walked me through my treatment options. Her diagnosis was spot on! My symptoms were very strange and she saved me both time and a lot of money by taking the time to listen and properly diagnose me. Tiffany, the ortho PA is a rockstar!
I liked the Ability to book online and upload insurance, ID, etc. Professional, kind, courteous staff. I felt the doctor was good, helpful and correct on my diagnosis and I was feeling much better by the next day
I took my child in for chest pains I have not received her Medicaid card yet so I proceed to give the big girl at the counter the DCN NUMBER she stops me mid sentence and says oh no we cannot take numbers we need the card I’m like well haven’t received the card .. SO BASICALLY THEY REFUSED TO SEE MY CHILD BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A FREAKING CARD IN HAND She proceeds to say I need you to pull it up on the Mo Medicaid website I said ok what’s the website she gets up and walk away and then com back and says if you can’t pull it up on the website I don’t know what to tell you .. I’m like ok I’m not from here so I’m trying to get the website my daughter looks at me and says mom let’s just leave I don’t want to be seen here because they are rude .. needless to say we left the urgent care without being seen and now I have to drive further to a different urgent care .. front desk need a make over never again
Waiting time was minimal after requesting appointment. Staff was professional and got us on our way quickly.
Physican prescribed only 5 days of meds and Im still sick. He may have misdiagnosed my condition or did not prescribe enough meds. I probably would have been better off going to my doctor.
They were all very kind, friendly n knew there jobs. Will come again if needed. I had gotten into poison ivy while cutting grass, n needed some attention, it was close to my eyes.
My appointment was timely and everyone was pleasant. After going over any contraindications I was given appropriate meds for my issue. I have been here a number of times. No issues ever.
Everyone was kind and professional and did their job quickly& thoroughly. Mercy has been my go to place since before my 42 year old son was born!
After choosing a time online for an appointment, i waited in the comfort of my home until my time came. when i got there i didn’t have to wait, the waiting area was empty ( because of the appointment made in advance ), the communication was great and the staff was kind! i was treated for a sinus infection and all my questions were answered! highly recommend!
Mercy never called the pharmacy with the prescription for eye drops even though both Walgreens and myself contacted them.
Very on top of things and didnt have to wait with chest pains. Was very attentive and listened to what I had to say and took appropriate action.
The 2 check in ladies went above and beyond for me. I walked in because online walk in time said 2 minutes but there were no save my spots available until the next day. They could see how much pain I was in and worked me into the schedule. From leaving my driveway, to being seen, diagnosed, antibiotics prescribed, and home was all of 40 minutes. I had this same experience and very short wait time this past summer when I was there and going back this time around was hands because of my first experience. Thank you, Mercy Go Health!
Mercy urgent cares are pretty much useless. Not sure what youd have to come in with for them to take more than 10 mins talking to + looking at you. They were utterly unconcerned with a 104° fever when my fiance went in and Ive had similar experiences with them. Go to Bell Health instead! We love them, their hours are just tighter.
Walked out before my appointment today because of the quality of Deidre Pickens service, there wasn’t any at all. I noticed the sign to treat staff with kindness and the respect they deserve, and those characteristics was not displayed by staff. She was very unwelcoming and when speaking she was very short, and her tone was very bland. I needed to email a copy of my license to her, and quite a few minutes go by and I had to ask her if she had gotten the email because I was just standing there waiting for her to say something while she clicked and scroll on the computer. When I signed up for my spot online it asked if I had insurance and I marked I did not. She asked for it twice. After verbally telling her I did not have it I stood at her desk for another few minutes waiting for some kinda confirmation from her until I decided I wanted to sit down. She didn’t say nothing else until asking for payment. This is the first person I’m in contact with for a health service, that’s terrifying. If I’m treated like I’m bothersome at the front I’m gonna assume the quality of service is the same all around. It was very uncomfortable.
I walked out with my son being seen and took him somewhere else after over an hour. It wasnt the time that made us walk out. UPON arrival, being a healthcare worker myself I was unamused by the front desks attitude and clearly could tell she hated her job. After waiting with my son, I looked up the reviews and seen it was the same person everyone else has dealt with Dierdre. And nobody is getting money from me, that staffs someone so nasty with patients. Not even about just my experience - for everyone.Id be very embarrassed as a facility to continue to have that complaint after complaint!Do better. SSM urgent care close by was WAY better. Very quick, and FRIENDLY, NICE staff.
The staff was extremely rude. I had called because I had a hit my head and they said that they would get me an appointment and to look at my head and so when I came in, I could tell they did not want to help me at all. They basically told me we can’t do this. You have to go do this. They basically told me that I would have to sit and wait for an hour to meet with somebody. I really just felt like they were targeting me because i was young.I do not recommend these guys maybe you could actually give service to people who are in need of help or at least send them somewhere that they know they can get help. Stop targeting people just because you feel like it.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience today. I was there today 3/2/23 between 3-4pm. I came in without an appointment and they got me into a room by 3:30. While I was waiting for a room, another customer came in and was extremely rude and disrespectful to every single staff member for no reason at all. I saw the utmost professionalism out of each and every employee today. Each employee was kind, considerate, and thoughtful with their words and actions when handling a difficult client. They did not let the incident affect their performance in any way. When I was seen for vitals the person helping me was as kind and patient as can be. They asked wonderful questions and I felt valued and heard, never rushed. When I saw the healthcare provider, I knew they were busy, but the provider, Mitch, took wonderful care of me. He took the time to ask plenty of questions and gave me options to my treatment. I felt very informed about my treatment plan. Even though I waited WAY too long to seek treatment, I didnt feel that he judged my decision and was very understanding. My speed of care was excellent and I would definitely come back for my healthcare needs.
I made an appointment. I got in on time. The nurses took my vital signs and took down all the symptoms I was having. They did a couple tests then the PA came in and looked and talked to me then gave me a diagnosis. The PA gave me directions on the medications prescribed. Definitely would recommend this location.
Our 19 year old daughter went here and was treated horribly! She had been sick for over a week and her cough was keeping her up all night, they said cough medicine would be called in, went to pick it up, pharmacy has no prescription. She called urgent care back and they said they would call it in again, which they never did. They were over all very rude to her and did absolutely nothing!!! Yet, they get paid! Such nonsense. Please avoid this location at all cost!
Efficient, caring and knowledgeable! Explained how to care for wound in layman’s terms! Thank you!
Service was top-notch; Dr Fuchs was very approachable, spirited, and informative. Excellent!!!
If I could review with a 0, I would .. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my daughter and I. When I asked her nicely if she had our insurance information in their computers because I was really far from my house she snapped on us and said she will not take being disrespected???I was just asking a question and then when I looked at her puzzled and replied Mam I’m sorry but I think you took me wrong I’m just wondering if you could see our insurance from a previous visit and then she told us to get out . I cannot believe she denied us seeing a doctor..and did this all in front of my daughter !That was two patients they lost for good . Why would they have someone so hateful as the face of their company ?
Their bad billing has us staring down $365 for a single rapid strep test.Literally billed the exact same thing correctly a month later, but they just cant seem to fix the first submission after many calls and back-and-forths with insurance.Do not come here. You will be robbed. There are a dozen great urgent cares around. This one isnt worth the headache.
Great experience. Was in and out quickly. Entire team was very professional. Highly recommend
Ashley and Alysa Perry are both admitting representatives and treated us poorly. Very rude and argumentative. You guys need to learn to treat with respect to the patients specially you guys are dealing with sick people. I hope someone will teach how to have a decent customer service. Thank you to Dr Kathleen Sida for being patient and respectful.
The gentleman that was working today treated me and my baby very kindly. He got a blanket so I could cover my little love bug and keep him warm. Everyone in the office was very pleasant as well.
We found the front desk staff to unwelcoming and not very helpful.Their greeting and the way the whole interaction at the desk was handled was borderline rude. I understand that they are busy but the dismissive attitude was unnecessary. This was our second time here and we felt this way the first time we were here also. Gave them a second chance. They wont be getting a third.Medical care was fine.
We love the Mercy Urgent Care on Zumbehl. The young lady who checked me I. Was absolutely delightful. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and answered all my questions.
Went in for appointment today at 8:00 am Nov 15th 2023. I walked in without mask was asked to put one on after i had been there for 15 mins already. I said no thanks and walked out! When will the madness end!!!? I then drove down to Concentra and was not asked to wear a mask.
We love the Zumbehl location!! We’ve been here a bunch of times are always in and out of there so quickly. The staff is thorough and quick. No waiting around for an appointment. I arrive at my appointment on time and I almost always get in a doctor within a few minutes.I feel like the location is clean and I never have any negative experiences.
This was my first time at the St. Charles location, because I’ve only been in the area for a little under a year now. I’m used to being able to walk in and be seen within about 10 minutes at their location in Washington, MO, but this location was much busier. I guess there were several other Urgent Care type clinics in the area that were closed on this particular day, so they were extremely busy. On top of that, their Medical Assistant had to leave for a family emergency, which left them with only 2 people on staff to do everything. Despite these conditions, they managed to take care of me expediently and quite effectively, and I think I was even out of there in just about an hour, which seemed pretty quick, considering the busy waiting room that I walked into when I arrived. Even though the staff seemed to be having what I would call a challenging day, their quality of care did not suffer, and I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend making an appointment at this particular location, if you possibly can, because they seem to do quite a bit of business there. And thanks so much for taking such great care of me, ladies! I’ll definitely be back😄
Just walked in for my ear from visiting last week. When I walked in I could feel the attitudes from everyone working since I walked in at 4:30. I made an appointment online but when I arrived it wasnt in the system. Then my info wasnt even updated from me visiting last Monday. I was told they may not be able to help since they close at 5. Ava and Counlrtney started whispering at the front desk about why I was in and what may need to be done. I interrupted them to explain what actually happened. Once in back of the room Courtney came and said she read my file and understood what was going on even though I already told her the exact thing the notes said. Horrible experience. Id rather sit in the ER and die than come back here.
The registration nurse and nurse practitioner were great. Felt like they were actually listening to me about pain instead of throwing pills at me. Normally I would go to a competitor urgent care, but I would drive the extra time just for them. Also, very impressed with cleanliness in the waiting area and room!
The nurse and doctor were so sweet, i was in and out of there in no time.
0 stars if i could. the front desk woman is the most unpleasant person to deal with when youre trying to get medical help. condescending tone the entire interaction and she seemed to be way too satisfied to tell me my insurance is inactive which is nothing someone with a 2nd degree burn looking for help wants to hear. you just leave that place feeling like a burden for looking for help. i didnt even follow through with the appointment and just went to a different location. dont waste your time here unless you have to.
The lady checking us in was extremely rude. She did not take the time to actually help and make sure our information was entered correctly. Seems to be a problem at this place just by looking at the other reviews.Update: Read another review and it’s the same person. Deidre Pickens is the problem. She is ruining the integrity of this place. I feel bad for the other staff since I had good experience with the others.
My wife and I were there for a little under 3 and a half hours. We were never told the wait would be so long. We were just told theyd have a room for us shortly. We spent most of the evening in that room. So long, in fact, that I went up to the front desk and asked a woman mindlessly scrolling the Fox 2 news if they forgot we existed.I also found the care lacking. The Nurse Practitioner asked the same routine questions one would ask about the ingredients of a salad, also spent the same brief amount of time . She was in the room less than 10 minutes, most of which was doing paper work. I would wager a whole 3 minutes were dedicated to patient interaction. The best part? They did forget about us. They told us theyd be right back with paper work, but never came back. A half hour later, someone came by prepping the rooms for the morning told us we could go and someone up front would help us with the paperwork.
I visited this location today due to severe SOB. I was asked if I checked-in online. No, I did not. Ive never heard of checking-in for an emergency. I cant breathe. I was told there was an appointment in 1hr (after the patients who arent even at the facility). In that time I continually tried to communicate with the receptionist about my insurance. She refused to call the number on the card to clarify why her software didnt list my provider. (I clarified I had in-network and out-of-network coverage for any urgent care). In the mean time my husband became upset and offered to drive me to the ER. I was then approached by a provider and told we would not do a chest X-ray for shortness of breath. We would likely do an EKG and send you to the hospital. Im in the medical field and this place seemed more like a doctors office than an URGENT care to me. No one was in a hurry to help anyone. Save yourself some time and either check-in online or go to the hospital. And WHY is Mercys name on the building? This place is run by Gohealth, NOT Mercy. They only use Mercy providers. This is false advertising. Mercy no longer has urgent care facilities.
I will write a review if I had an excellent experience at a restaurant or store etc.. I am writing this review to give feedback on my experience at this location because it was a bad one. So I went in due to either an infection or abscess on my middle finger. I did show up early to my appointment but only because I was in extreme pain at work (10+). When I got there I was greeted and everything seemed well until I got into my room.. I knew I was going to have to wait some time but not over an hour in the room without being checked on. I had to come out twice to get the attention of staff. The second time I stuck my head out I felt like maybe I should leave. I grabbed the attention of the doctor who kinda of made me feel like she just wanted to get me out as quick as possible. My finger was not Xrayed, only examined, to be told there was nothing she can do. She didnt have available what was needed to take care of me. My blood pressure was high and my pain was extreme. Maybe it was protocol and I could be overreacting but after talking to several people in the medical field I am convinced it was a horrible experience! I am going to take the antibiotics that were prescribed to me. I hate writing bad reviews but I felt really bad after I left!
I was chastised upon walking in the door and toldget a mask on. Then left to stand in lobby for 5 minutes and then sat down from dizziness, still no one offered any words or direction, by this time there were 2 receptionists sitting behind the desk. Very very rude attitudes. Then a nurse come to me as asks me whats the problem. I explained to her Ive passed out several times today and wished to be seen. She tells me shes concerned and wants me to lay down, but short of laying down she cant offer help. (I am fully insured and have mery as a provider). And was then told to leave.I have NEVER been treated so rude by anyone working under the Mercy name. This was the worst.
Went in yesterday needing a doctors note for work. The receptionist said they were booked through the day but said they might be able to get me in for that since it was a simple request. When the doctor walked out and i was quickly shoved onto her and snipped at asking what I needed. When I said I needed a doctors note and that my primary was booked up, I was met with an incredibly rude and condescending response of “So am I.” And “we would need a chart and set up to bill. I can’t just give out random notes”I was extremely thrown off by this because I have never been spoken to in such a rude manor by a doctor before and because I wasn’t asking to get a ‘random note’I’m autistic, so communicating in public is not the easiest but I am competent enough to understand that I need to be checked before getting a note saying I’m healthy enough to go to work.Unfortunately after this experience and after reading other recent reviews of people having negative experiences, I will not be going to this location again
Registered my own appointment on line for a rapid COVID test. Upon arrival I was told there was a 75$ copay. I asked why I was not informed of this either on the website or when I called in to make sure they had my appointment and the receptionist responded with “please don’t yell at me and I have no way of knowing what your insurance will pay”. No one was yelling. I informed her that I registered on line and provided my insurance info so they would have had that information. But apparently they don’t verify insurance until you are there. That’s just bad. Then she followed me back into the exam room and was very rude and threatened not to complete the appointment. From the receptionist to the tech to the NP-Worst medical visit I’ve ever experienced. These people are the worst!!! So unprofessional.
I went to this location today for a rapid COVID-19 test. I was able to schedule an appointment and put in my medical and insurance information. Once receiving the confirmation, the page displayed a $0 copay. When I got there, the employee working the front desk was extremely rude to begin with. She went on to tell me the copay was $75. I’m still unsure of how that makes sense, but I hope they update the information online to match what the actual expense is going to be. While I was waiting, a man came in regarding a lower back injury. The front desk employee went on to (very loudly and rudely) tell him they don’t give out pain medicine. The man was very uncomfortable and confused by that unnecessary assumption, as was I. She was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I will not be recommending this location to anyone, nor will I ever be going back.
Staff accused a patient of being a drug addict when going in for an slip and fall injury. We dont give out pain medications here, before even talking through what happened. The receptionist refused to give her name when asking, so we could report her to Mercy. Even when asked multiple times, refused to give her name. Most unprofessional situation I have E V E R seen.Tried calling 5 times before going in and they never answered the phone to confirm if they did the type of X-Ray we needed or not.Nurse Practitioner was nice, but wow that receptionist was beyond terrible.
In the past I have loved this location. They were quick and friendly. The past 3 times the wait, even with making an appointment, have been too long. The friendly service is long gone and we will look for a different location or go back with using our pediatrician more. Huge bummer!
Went for a COVID test. Was told I was negative. Results online said positive. No one will even answer the phone there to talk to us. We’ve called 10 times. Nurse was very rude and rough, “doctor” clearly had no idea what they were doing. You’re better off staying home if this is the only other option.
Both the nurse at the front desk and the nurse practitioner were very polite and professional! It made me feel comfortable and confident that my issues were being handled properly. The wait I experienced was very acceptable considering there were people in line ahead of me.
The staff was friendly. They got me in and out fast. Told them Ive been tested for covid and tested negative. Asked for strep and flu tests they only tested me for covid 2x times and that was it told me that I had laryngitis and sinusitis. Only gave me antibiotics no steroids. Got a doctor note for three days still not feeling good feeling worse went to tauc they treated me better gave me a steroid and inhaler i also have bronchitis (which i told mercy i do have a history of getting) and pneumonia. I will never go back to mercy urgent care.
Great customer service and care! We will be back and I would recommend to anyone. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time as most urgent care facilities are low on staffing these days.
Asked all the right questions and dealt with me professionally and with care
I had to try several locations, but did find availability same day. I liked that I could save my spot and wait at home. Staff was efficient and friendly.
My experience at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care was great. My physician was very patient and professional with me. He was well educated pertaining to the nature of my visit and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The nurses were kind and professional as well. This Urgent Care facility is one of the best in comparison to others I have encountered. I highly recommend Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care. They are definitely worthy of my five star recommendation.
We were given false information on procedures when we were here a previous time. With that info, my daughter came up by herself to get treated. Without an adult they would not see her. I came in pretty heated and the staff here stood up for themselves in a very professional way. Again, to the staff, I apologize, and thank you for how you handled everything and still were respectful throughout the process.
From the check in to the techs to Dr Fuchs everything was explained and professional thought I had the flu turned out to be double pneumonia from xrays to covid tests to treatment plan everything was great and made me feel very comfortable
The entire staff of that facility is incredible. They are fast, professional, and super compassionate. That was my second visit at that facility and both experiences were fantastic. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to family and friends.
Joke of a place. One patient being seen, one checked in that walked in after me, presumably the person with an appt. ahead of me on the list. checked me in on time, took me to the room, did vitals, then forgot about me. 45 minutes later I walked out, and could see they had taken in and treated others with appts. after me.
UPDATE: First Impression was great. Bill NOT great. The people in the office even bragged on how much more expensive Total Access Urgent Care was over Mercy and how Total Access charges by the time that you are in the office and how Ill be happier when I get my bill from Mercy. Wrong. My bill was $303 dollars. $303 dollars for one strep test and for the NP to look me over. She didnt even prescribe ANY medication. That was simply for the visit. I called the Regional Manager and although responsive- didnt offer to reduce the bill. I will NOT be going back, and neither will my family.ADVICE: Be cautious before going here. Check with your health insurance to understand what your charges will be before you go.Previous Post: I went on a Saturday at 915. It was a quick registration and no wait. The ladies were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I even got a hot cup of tea in the lobby. The nurse practitioner immediately took care of me and gave me a diagnosis. She was also not quick to leave the room. She stayed answered questions and gave me a ton of information and resources. Then she printed all of the information in a after visit summary report.
Staff here are impatient and short with you. I wouldnt mind that too much except they ordered a urine culture and told me they would call with results in 1-2 days. They never did, its been a month now. Ive attempted to call at least 12 times, they never answer their phone. Ive attempted to dispute the charge with insurance with no success. Please avoid.
The nurse who admitted me and my nurse practitioner, Kristi, were both so kind and competent! Kristi treated me with care and went above and beyond to offer helpful advice about the nuances of my condition and prescriptions. Will definitely be going there again for emergency situations!
The receptionist was extremely rude, told me “I didn’t come there” as if she knows where I have and have not been, and then proceeded to to text MY PERSONAL NUMBER after our call to say “You did not have to hang up in my face”. How extremely unprofessional to text me on a personal number after any kind of interaction. I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
We were told by receptionist there was NO COST & each of us were CHARGED $288 for a free Covid test. Other places are truly free, but we see all Mercy doctors, so unfortunately stayed loyal. After several calls and emails, we ended up paying $577 for 2 free covid tests. We also learned that someone w/o insurance wouldve only been charged $200, but we were penalized with higher bill since we have jobs with insurance.NP Woelfel was exceptional explains several things, respecting our needs, talking friendly, professional, knowledgeable & caring. The nurse who administered shot was friendly & made process easy.
After an hour of driving around to multiple urgent care facilities i found this location. Was unable to schedule an appointment online but it stated online that they take walk ins and the wait time would be 44 minutes. After making it to this location the lady at the front desk stated we dont take walk ins and would have to make an appointment even though it says online walk ins accepted. They were booked for the day so unable to be seen. Not sure why its called urgent care if you cant be seen urgently
I went in today because the website said no appointment needed. The lady at the desk sighs and puts her mask on ( with people in the lobby no mask). I said I read on the website there was no appointment needed and she rudely interrupted and said you read it wrong. I asked when the next appointment was open and she laughed and said you aren’t being seen today and smirked. I rolled my eyes and left.Great health care professionals there 🙄
I have always gotten gotten good service there. This doctor tells me. Since my husbands results are positive just consider everyone positive in the house.Fine. Then can he come out of his room and help me with 5 kids that will be home for 2 weeks, while I work from home? And he works from home?I am not going to argue with you, if u want a test come get a test. Dr.I mean, how am I supposed to feed him through no contact, take care of 5 kids, work, make sure he has everything for work, feed them. I just want him out of his room. If we all have it. Can he help me?She practically cut me off not even willing to listen to my question. I am sorry, if now that my husband is positive, a lot just fell in my world and I needed a little help and patience. I will figure out by myself, which is what I will be doing with everything for the next 14 days. 5 minutes of compassion could have answered my question.
The staff at Mercy-GoHealth in St Charles were great!! They were very professional and quick to help us. They listened to our concerns and reassured us of the proper treatment going forward. I would recommend to everyone to go and check them out! I have been to other Urgent Care enters and none were as professional as they were! 👍🏼👍🏼
Its fine if your that busy and dont take walk ins. ( lets be real, thats the only reason it exists), but you dont have to be rude about it. Explain it nicely and not like Im just the 10th person thats walked in and asked. Really really rude, thats what hurts the most.
The NP Christene OLoughlin was FANTASTIC!! She spent so much time with me explaining everything and took the time to print some information on SIBO for me to read. I could tell she really enjoyed helping others. She also made sure I got my prescription authorized so I could get started on it right away.
It was simple to make an appointment online for the next day. Waiting room was clean. Staff was friendly. Doctor was thorough and kind. I was in and out quickly.
Incompetent doctors, waited 2 hours to be seen, only to not be looked at and told to go somewhere else. Was also chastised for waiting. Also super dirty and unclean. Dont go here. Waste of time. This weird dead skin and hair was stuck in between table patients sit on and all over the floor next to it. 🤢
I would give 0 stars if possible. Incompetent staff and doctors basically paying your $50 copay to be screened to go see your primary care provider. I would habewent there if they were open. Ill never return here. Save your money. They do NOT care about you. What a joke.
I’ve never dealt with someone so rude in my life. Mercy Urgent is my go to but definitely not anymore. I get that the health care system is over loaded. Although that is no excuse to treat people like trash. Urgent care is urgent based not appointment based. If you do not know how to be kind then don’t work at an urgent care facility.
Even when being overrun by people in need of Covid tests, the friendly staff were compassionate and able to slide me in between appointments as an actual walk-in with non-Covid symptoms. Rare thing in late 2020. The NP knew exactly how to check my symptoms and had me out with a prescription within minutes. Quick, compassionate, clean, all I want from a minor emergency clinic.
Please avoid going here for a rapid covid test. My wife was charged $75 and was told that they submitted this to our insurance. This was lie, as our insurance company said that the $75 charge was never submitted and that our insurance would in fact cover the rapid test if it was submitted. We will be going somewhere/anywhere else in the future.
Extremely rude and turned away my sick son because his grandpa was with him and not myself who was stuck at work. imagine that a 10 year old autistic child has a respiratory and ear infection and they wouldnt treat him simply because he was with his grandfather and not father..... will never come here again. And it wasnt just the not treating him, it was the attitude at which the gentleman working gave.
There is no point to an urgent care if they dont accept walk-ins. The sign out side says they do but they dont. I had a sick baby whose doctors office was already closed for the day. The woman behind the desk was rude and its absolutely ridiculous that it is appointment only. Might as well call themselves a doctors office.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had the people there had a bad attitude with me from the second I walked in. Made me tell them my medical history in the reception room. And then when I called them on it they refused me service. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever been in. They should be ashamed. What about the hippocratic Oath?
Urgent care to them means make an appointment for later. I told them exactly what I needed. They told me to make an appointment for the next day. I go back for the appointment and they say they dont do xrays for kidney stones. Then tell me to have a niceday.
I wasnt seen here, so I cant rate an experience on that. The internet says they have walk-in Covid testing, but they dont. Apparently you have to schedule an appointment online and they only go 48 hours. So if theyre all booked, they told me to try again in 48 hours. This system doesnt make sense to me as theyll already be booked for the following 48 hours.
Got me in quickly for a fast diagnosis. Wonderful staff. Thank you.
This place is excellent! We were in and out in 20 minutes. The staff is so nice and helpful, and we really like the NP (Cathy?). The office is very new and clean. This will be our go-to urgent care from now on.
If I could give it zero, I would. Very bad attitudes. The black girl with glasses at the front desk and brenna act like teenagers. Don’t go here. They don’t care about you at all. Brenna got up in the middle of me talking to her. I will definitely be escalating this issue to corporate and such.
After waiting on the phone for an inappropriately long automated message, I was allowed to attempt to speak to someone. The phone rang for several minutes then went to a full voicemailbox and hung up on me. Tried again. Wait for the annoying five minute automated message, phone rings, mailbox full, hung up on. Try again and try to skip the automated message and the whole thing panics and says it doesnt recognize the extension it was about to tell me to press if I sat through a 5 minute message. Pretty pathetic and sloppy.
I was in and out, receiving excellent care.
Turned me away for Covid test, because I didnt have an appointment, even though it states on the website, no appointment necessaryNurses were extremely rude to me. Luckily TAUC was kind enough to test me immediately.
They advertise on website that they do rapid and PCR covid tests but what they don’t tell you is they charge $75 for the rapid. When almost everywhere else does them for free. I even tried calling before scheduling to find out if there was a charge but of course you can’t get through to anyone. I’ll stick to Walgreens or CVS for covid tests.
I brought my daughter here for an appointment. The staff was very efficient, professional and friendly. The facility was very organized and clean. I would definitely go back if we needed to.
Nurse practitioner was good at explaining and obviously was actively listening to my symptoms/complaint.Still coughing excessively but less than before the visit.
Close by. Made the appointment on line and was seen within 45 minutes. Cant beat that. Thanks for taking VA.
Great experience. Very helpful and kind people. We reserved a time online and they stuck to that time. Great experience at this location.
We were passing through town when our 18 month old became lethargic and quite ill. We saw the NP Joyce Maixner and she was amazing! There was no wait at 915am on a Saturday! She checked all vitals at his own time as not to upset him and explained everything along the way. She also gave him extra pedialyte popsicles for the road and some goldfish. She put all of this mommas fears at ease almost instantly! Highly, Highly recommend!!
Great staff. In and out in about 30 minutes.
The Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. They quickly got me in a room and addressed my concerns. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for urgent care in the area!
I am a senior citizen. I came here and provided insurance information and received a huge bill. They did not submit to Medicare. I called and they told me they would submit it, but they didnt. I called again and I was put on hold up to 30 minutes or more. I will not send my friends & family to this place.Very disappointed in the customer service.
Place was clean, and quick on getting me in. I scheduled a time and got there early and they walked me right in!
The staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner was very good and she explained everything I needed to know. If you need Urgent Care, I highly recommend this place.
Lady at desk was very pleasant and sweet made an appointment after they got my information I went straight to the back and had to wait maybe 5 mins for doctor and she had me out of there will definitely recommend I would also recommend making an appointment then to just walk in I seen a lot of people turned around because they weren’t taking anymore walk ins it’s been like that with a few urgent cares I visited
They denied me attention even with symptoms because i didn;t have insurance, and the guy at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask. They dont really care if you can spread the virus if you dont have insurance
Excellent. Very nice workers. Got in right away
Prompt, courteous, professional staff. Thorough care and explanation. Very clean and open facility.I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Everyone there is nice and helpful but the pricing is insane. We were there for 20 minutes, they told my kiddo they were fine (they were). We were charged $322.
Absolutely refused to see my sick baby
The two stars are only for the front desk lady, wish I got her name. Otherwise I felt rushed and not cared for by Dr Robinson.
Russell was so kind and understanding! The team was wonderful and the process was so quick
False information provided online. It says Appointments not required but when I went there they said it is required and behaved so arrogant. Never going back there.
Extremely rude. I was trying to do a walk in covid test and they were not able to take me. Completely understandable, but they were outright rude about it!
Girls were very rude. Spoke of medical information in front of others. Wouldnt recommend!
Thank you for making me feel so comfortable especially as I was from out of town. Very polite, professional, warm and friendly staff. The place is also exceptionally clean.
Went in for an x ray and was put in a waiting room. It was almost 45 min later and no one had checked on me or kept me informed. I ended up just leaving. My suggestion is, if a patient is going to be waiting a prolonged period of time then check in on them.
I was handled with care from check in to check out. Prompt, courteous, professional. Made my experience a very positive one.
Excellent Service. Very Professional and they truly care about their patients. Definitely recommend them and will only be going to this urgent care from now on.
Wonderful and fast!! Kenyata (I believe was her name) was fantastic, kind, and energetic. She was fabulous!!
I am recommending this clinic to every body. They give a perfect service and take their time to translate for people non fluent in english.
Lady at the front desk is rude and not helpful. I’m reading other reviews that say the same thing. Can’t believe she still works there.
The staff was very polite, considerate and professional. I would definitely recommend and revisit if I ever need to again.
I have been here three times and each time I was in/out in 30-45 mins. The staff was very courteous and thorough. I would refer/suggest them anytime.
Every person we encountered working there was very nice and very professional. They all did an A+ job!
Staff was friendly, I setup a time to come in online so there was no waiting when I got there. I also answered some questions online so I had no paperwork to fill out when I got there.
Was taken in within 10 min as I hadnt made a appointment I impressed with the speedy service. I went to the one at zymbehl rd next to dierburgs
Mercy hospitals and Zumbehl Mercy urgent care are the only one I go, They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and they answer all my questions.
The person at the front counter was completely rude and not helpful at all. Her tone was demeaning. She would not answer my questions. 1/27/21
It was both friendly and fast! It was the best experience possible. I was made to feel comfortable as I am not from the area.
I was impressed at how clean and modern the facility is. I was greeted quickly and courteously and was treated with respect by everyone there.
I walked in and was seen immediately. The staff was speculator, friendly, kind, very concerned about my health concern. I would recommend this location to everyone.❤️👍❤️
Very professional. We had appointments on Sunday they right on time.
Easy to get into, friendly
This place is an utter joke to be considered a health clinic or urgent care didn’t accept my insurance and then tried to say I had to pay 200 dollars for a covid test? What a shame
Courtney was so personable and professional. Great experience, would definitely return if needed!
Very good experienceTook me in at the appointment timeAddressed my concernsThe radiologist marked the fracture on the X-rays which was a nice touchI will go back if I need to without hesitation
Great experience when I needed to be seen. Only uc that would take my case.
Ease of access. Friendly staff. Easy & fast online scheduling. Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly staff and was in and out within 20 minutes!! Highly recommend!!
I will come back. Very polite and liked my Dr. Very much.
Perfect example of American Healthcare. Only concern is getting your money first than helping people. Thanks.
Awesome staff. Very friendly and accommodating every time I’ve been in. Thank you
They were very compassionate and made sure we knew what the next steps were.
Modern. Clean. Online appointment = less contact & forms inside.
Everyone was so nice and efficient. Even with my situation and I very much appreciate it.

Was seen quickly. Left w medication and feel much better. Thankyou
Are they practicing medicine or how fast they can flip sick/injured people?
Refused to offer care because they where closing in 45 min.
Fast and Friendly Service! Definitely would return!
Very efficient and professional but more importantly, very friendly. No all business attitude.
The health care workers clearly dont care about patient needs.
Schedule online and just check in. Awesome
