May God bless Dr. Rhee (AND the amazing staff!) richly and infinitely. She made me a Mom at 46. Just celebrated my little boys 1st birthday. A journey well worth the wait, challenges, and tears. And I am STILL enjoying the journey even on the most challenging of days! Forever grateful. (how he looks at her shows his adoration for her as well lol 🫶🏽)
The whole staff, including our doctor, Dr. Rhee are kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable in fertility.Infertility issues can be a struggle for those who face it. It also can be a long roller coaster ride with lots of twists, turns, drops and loops than you can imagine before going in. But, the end result is incredible! You get a beautiful baby of your own out of it!Dr. Rhee took the time and did all the testing and procedures beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome when I came time to transfer our precious embryos so we could have successful pregnancies. My husband and I are eternally grateful to the team at Kindbody for helping grow our family!
We will be forever grateful for Dr. Purdy and the staff at Kindbody STL! We were blessed with our sweet baby girl on our first embryo transfer. We traveled 8 hours round trip for treatment and plan on doing it all over again for round 2!We had two egg retrievals and one transfer, working with different doctors each procedure, I will say I was nervous about the outcome. However, they all seem to communicate well and are all very knowledgeable. The nurses were great at answering my question when I was full of anxiety in the beginning and would message the portal more times than I can count. We truly had a great experience from everyone and look forward to seeing everyone again in the near future!
We discovered our infertility in April and our OB recommended Kindbody. 4 months later we are 9 weeks pregnant with our first baby. The staff was compassionate, empathetic and very skilled. We live in central IL but it was beyond worth the drive. Were very grateful for Kindbody
I started my IVF journey last year sometime and I felt comfortable and cared for the entire way through my journey. These ladies are truly the best! I cannot say enough good things about everyone in the office. My doctor was Dr. Rhee and she was also amazing She made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I made and had to make. I wish I could stay with this office and these amazing ladies my entire pregnancy but I will always be internally grateful for them making my dream of being a mom come true! This is also for the ladies in the Swansea IL office they all will forever be in my heart!!!
Kindbody is the best! They were kind and accommodating throughout my experience there as a patient. I always felt very informed and cared for. This journey is challenging, so having their support meant the world! My daughter was welcomed into the world this summer thanks to Kindbody.
The staff is very nice and welcoming, but I was very disappointed with the cost of my IUI. I feel like I overpaid for this service because you get charged for every single monitoring appointment then another separate charge for the IUI procedure, storage fees if you are using a donor, and whatever other charge they come up with. I was never told I had PCOS just that my ovaries were polycystic and when I asked what exactly does that mean I never got a clear answer. I also was not pleased whatsoever with the requirement of speaking with a therapist before I can proceed with my journey (in which the recommended therapist does not even take insurance). Going through fertility issues is hard enough on its on and to add on all the hoops and hurdles is aggravating. After my failed IUI, I asked what did they think made it fail just for my nurse to tell me oh you would need to schedule an appointment with your nurse practitioner (it’s costing me money every time I have a 5 minute zoom meeting with them). I had one vial of donor sperm that I kept with kindbody and when I asked to move it to my new fertility clinic I was told I needed a consultation for that and that there was a $250 fee. Which just really pissed me off because I had been paying $60 a month for over a year and you’re telling me I have to pay to get something I bought and that’s rightfully mine?? I was also asked about where I was taking my fertility journey and when I told them they didn’t like it and seems like they were trying to make me feel bad about moving on to a different clinic, but the only thing I felt bad about was that I didn’t explore my options further before I chose kindbody. I feel like everything is about money. This just wasn’t the clinic for me. I really hope anyone who decides to work the kindbody has a successful journey and many blessings to you all.
Kindbody is an amazing fertility clinic. They go above and beyond the clinical approach. I have horrible PTSD from sexual assault and when I was being set up for my egg retrieval procedure I began to panic and cry and everyone from my amazing Dr. Anderson to my anesthesia nurse to my endocrinologist lab nurses reached out and comforted me and told me I was going to be okay and safe. I cant express in words how much this mattered to me. This allowed me to feel the beauty of the experience rather than fear it. If you have fertility needs, Kindbody is the way to go. They invest their time and energy to the max to every one of their patients. And they dont cherry pick patients just to make their statistics look better like many clinics do.Even more so they help LGBT families like myself and my wife to have children together.I would suggest Kindbody to anyone seeking infertility help or family building help.
Everyone was super sweet! They seemed to be understanding until they werent. I dont think they understand what my issue really is even after explaining multiple times. My husband and I came here to see if we had some genetic issues. They ended up doing a SHG and the claimed the reason I am not able to conceive (no issue conceiving, struggling to keep the pregnancy) is because I have remaining tissue in my uterus and I need to have surgery to have it removed..I decided to get a second opinion from my OB (again, because no issue conceiving) and my OB has said that my uterus looks beautiful. This is telling me that they were wanting my money because my insurance wont cover the surgery.
I would past on kindbody(Vios). Especially Dr.Rhee. I found her very unprofessional. Very book smart, but question her abilities to apply knowledge in real life. Should of change doctors when we paid hundreds just talk to her, just watch her look at her smart watch most of the time. Think it might of been better if they didnt accept new patient while mergering with Kindbody. DIDNT KNOW WAS MERGERING TILL GAVE THEM TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Luckily alot better clinics else where and because of MCRM we are proud parents to our 7 month old.
My fertility journey with kindbody allowed me to be a mom at 37 years of age. My husband and I got married in 2022. We realized we needed to consult a fertility clinic after trying to get pregnant for 8 months. My egg reserve is low for my age. They said we needed to act fast and do IVF. I got a fresh embryo transfer and became pregnant. I ended up with high blood pressure in my third trimester. At 36 weeks I was induced and had a little baby girl of 4lb and 5oz. She spent 12 days in the NICU. She is still eating well and growing now at nearly 2 months. She is nearly 6lb.
Dr Anderson, my nurse Alex and Kayla are amazing!! They are so detailed in everything they do to make sure I truly know what they are saying/doing. Kayla takes the time to build a connection each and every time she sees you as well as remembers details of a conversation. You will never feel like just another patient to any of the staff at Kindbody!
If I could give a 0 I would. Long story short we had decided to end our journey to have kids. I had called a couple months after not receiving a bill for my final D&C. I was told they were having some issues with the switch over and I should receive it soon. Months later I did. I paid it off. A few months later I received a bill again for the same thing. I called and talked to someone. She apologized as it had been paid and said my balance was 0 and I would receive anymore bills. Fast forward almost 2 yrs and I receive a bill. I send a message complaining. I’m told by one of the nurses she talked to billing and sorry I shouldn’t receive anymore bills. I get a call a week later, turns out it’s a bill they had missed. Twice now I’m told I was paid up. Billing told me she can’t help I was told that lol. Ummm ok. It’s not my job to do yalls job. I’ve been told they’re trying to get it written off. But no one is responding to me now and my portal still says I owe 0 😑 communication sucks. How dare they even send me the bills knowing we ended our journey and your company screwed up. I would never recommend this place. The issue still hasn’t been handled. I can’t fit the entire story in this review. All the messages back and forth. They keep avoiding the issue at hand. Shame on them.
KindBody was fast to get our appointment scheduled. Everyone on our initial virtual appointment was fantastic! They were all very excited to be talking to us and made us feel comfortable. We left our appointment feeling great!
I cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff! Dr. Copper has been absolutely amazing to work with and I trust her every step of the way. My nurse Alana has amazing communication and is so patient and understanding. I recently relocated to Florida and have continued care at this office due to my wonderful experiences. No where else would even be able to compare. I feel in such good hands at Vios/Kindbody and would recommend them a hundred times over. Thank you Dr. Copper and Alana for everything!
The staff Is so nice and friendly and quick about replying on the portal. They are very sensitive to this whole process. I appreciate all the great care I have received during my2 cycles
Everyone between calling and making my appointment and my initial appointment everyone was so amazing, nice. They explained everything very thoroughly, and made sure my concerns were heard. Cant wait to continue my IUI Journey with Kindbody.
We worked with Dr. Klenov and the nurses at Kindbody and had an amazing experience. We had a baby after our first transfer!
Every employee Ive worked with at KindBody from reception, to nurses, to doctors, has been amazing. This clinic is competent, professional, and compassionate. I am actually going to miss this place when I move on, back to my regular OBGYN. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. The IVF process is not an easy one, but having a team that you can’t absolutely trust and rely on is invaluable.
There’s so many reviews about lack of communication and I will say that is the opposite of my experience. I transferred from another STL clinic because of the lack of communication and care, and immediately everything was better at Kindbody.I get calls on results sometimes before noon, which was amazing! My last clinic they would wait until 6 pm and it was agonizing waiting for a call. They always responded to every portal message in a timely manner and whenever I requested a call, my nurse Alana called me right away. Dr. Cooper was amazing, as well as NP Katie Bale. The ultrasound tech was always sooo sweet. And the front desk always answered the phone, so I’m not sure why the other reviews mentioned they had trouble getting someone on the phone. Maybe 1 of every 10 calls that happened probably because they were busy but it was unusual to not get someone on the phone. I had to call the on call nurse after hours once or twice and had great response.
I was very excited to start my journey with Kindbody. I called and was able to get scheduled for a consultation right away. During the first phone call, I gave my insurance information, asking if I would be covered and was told YES!I did my consultation with Dr.Rhee, after going over a few things we discussed how long I have been trying to conceive and was asked a series of questions. She then explained to me she believed since I have never been pregnant, and have been trying for quite some time, that I may have a simple blockage. We proceeded to schedule a SIS and a HSG to take a closer look. I sent my husbands Semen analysis along with my gynecologist results from my Pap smear. I was prescribed an antibiotic to start taking before my HSG, had picked it up from my local pharmacy. Not even 24 hours before my SIS appointment I am called and told I would need $2000 at the time of appointment bc my insurance does not cover any of it. This office built me up, talked me through steps, building my hope, for nothing. Instance should have been verified before any appointments were set and before any personal information for myself, or my husband was given.
Me and my wife switched to Kindbody after having four unsuccessful IUIs at another fertility clinic in Missouri. Our experience at Kindbody was a complete 180 from our other clinic. We felt heard and understood. I was very stressed from having four failed IUIs and not feeling supported from our previous clinic. From the jump, every single staff member was pleasant, kind and willing to answer every question we had. We went straight into IVF with Kindbody and I wouldnt change a single thing about our experience. It can be very overwhelming, but with Kindbody, it did not feel that way. We worked with Dr. Klenov and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was so kind and was very thorough. It was nice to work with the same doctor and same nursing staff (Mandy was our nurse - she was amazing!) the entire time. I cant say enough about Kindbody and our experience we had. Our first IVF cycle worked and we owe it all to Kindbody!
They are wonderful and caring people! They helped my husband and I create an amazing little family.
The fertility Journey is hard . There will be times You wanna give up . DONT!!!. It took me five years to get my miracle even after loosing her twin . My Rainbow baby is proof miracles happen . She will be 5 months soon
My doctor was great, however I came to her trying to figure out why I was having infertility issues, and one of her suggestions was that my partner and I get genetic testing completed. She told us that it cost roughly $200 or so per person to get this done, so we both obliged. My fiancé and I have since received bills from the third party company for almost $2000 combined for this testing. I know I hold responsibility for not checking with the insurance first, but the doctor shouldn’t be providing inaccurate numbers to people who are desperate for help. Also, they had both of our insurances on file through all the meetings we had. It’s very disappointing to feel lead astray by the people who are supposed to be helping and supporting you through a difficult journey.
I love the doctors and staff at Kindbody. I always leave an appointment feeling heard and educated on my choices and opportunities.
The doctors and face-to-face staff are great! But getting to that point with the lack of communication or lots of miscommunication is frustrating, increases anxiety, and just unacceptable. I had to request phone calls that either never happened or the calls were at times not requested and I wasnt available. If you are a straight forward case with a spouse Im sure its easier but if you have a known donor it is a ridiculous process that no one seems to understand or be able to articulate things properly.I also just received a bill in the mail last month for something that was to be pre-paid over a year ago, I have since given up on trying for a pregnancy since the communication is so horrible, so Im not sure that the services were provided which then I shouldnt be responsible for them.Ive been trying to get answers about this bill for well over a month through messages as well as calling and only being able to leave a message.Id recommend the doctors and staff but not this practice as a whole.*please do not comment to email you as Ive see the communication is not there.
As a new patient I can only rate our initial experiences thus far, but I have been very pleased at this point. I had some complications with my insurance and the staff was immensely helpful and patient. I was dreading using zoom for our consultation, but Dr. Rhee was knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to work around our desires and concerns. She seems to be genuinely invested in doing what is best for each individual patient rather than just selling procedures for profit. I amNot a fan of the portal, but I generally hate technology. I’m much more of a face-to-face person. I’ve had no issues when I’ve called directly though. We feel comfortable continuing this journey with VIOS and seeing what lies ahead.
Ive been working with Dr. Rhee and NP Emily for the past several months and have been SOO blessed by them both. I am actually an out of state patient, so only meet with them virtually, I was worried this was going to going to feel impersonal and be harder to connect. This has not been the case! I have felt cared for and loved the entire way through. They are always willing to answer any questions we have and have both been so helpful. Cannot say enough good things about these 2 ladies!
This is my second pregnancy with Vios. Throughout all the appointments, I’ve worked with several doctors and they are all amazing and genuinely care. They go above and beyond and the communication is great. They take time to help you understand everything, from billing, blood work, anything! It is an overwhelming process and they make it manageable! I love this team and appreciate them so much. From the nurses that take my blood in the am, the women who do the ultra sounds, to the nurses and doctors! I am so appreciative!
We successfully got pregnant after our second round of IVF. They were very helpful and easy to talk to. Very comfortable asking questions. Never felt judged or belittled. Great fertility clinic.
My experience with Dr.Rhee and the staff have been nothing but great! They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. Every time I’ve gone in for blood work and ultrasounds the staff have been nothing but so sweet to me and I’ve always felt comfortable. Definitely will be going back to them for round 2!
I would rate them 0 if I could very little communication. They said insurance will cover we checked then sent bills out for over $5000 told me I was only having a blood test told the wife the same but then did an ultrasound, said if insurance doesnt cover will only coat $300 out of pocket. But sent her a bill for $3000 we called on several occasions no answer left voice mails to pay no response tried to send to collections called to pay again would and could not take payment a complete joke stay well away.
My husband and I left another fertility office and came here, excited to try again. We already had embryos made that were tested and approved. Dr. Rhees office is terrible at communicating and really good at sending out the Bills. They truly nickel and dime you, and its so sad because they havent done anything for us in the 5 months weve been there. I now owe them a $1000 bucks , and a lot of time wasted... and I already had my own embryos. They drew blood on me and my husband, and did an ultrasound, and had a zoom meeting... that equals a $1000.00 bucks. Im so dissatisfied, and still infertile. Thank you Vios for only wasting my time and my money. I am going to a better place. Run away from this place. We started with a nurse name Kristin, then it turned into Andrea.... and I have never met both of these women who were supposed to be in contact with me. The only lady that Ive been in contact with is Ania who oversees all the Bills. Vios... you should be ashamed of yourself.
The first time around, it was just VIOS and my experience was all around amazing. This time around with “Kindbody”?Nope. Billing is horrible. Phones have changed so you can hardly get ahold of anyone. I keep getting random bills with different amounts.. I call and leave VM for “billing” and it ALWAYS goes straight to VM. There’s not an option to talk to anyone and when you ask for a call back, they send you a stupid portal message as if that is helpful. If I didn’t think I’d be a difficult process, I’d switch clinics due to the lack of communication for services and the billing.
Ive worked with this team on my fertility journey and they have been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Rhee is especially amazing and my nurse Andrea is more than I could ask for when it comes to communication and always being available when I need her. There are so many more nurses just like Andrea who have kept an extra eye on me and keeping me encouraged throughout this process.
I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rhee and her incredible team at Vios Fertility Clinic. My husband and I interviewed them and sought their help after three years without success and two miscarriages. Dr. Rhee took the time to hand-hold us through the entire process and could begin right away. She is knowledgeable, she is kind, and I have no doubt that shes absolutely the best! What I loved most about working with the team at Vios is the friendly faces I saw through each appointment - consistently seeing the same team members, team members who know us and our story - put our minds at ease. I didnt have to explain our saga or where I was in the IVF process with every question, Meredith [the best damn patient coordinator of all time!] knew exactly what was going on with me. My questions were answered thoroughly and quickly - and trust me, after what weve been through, we had a lot [poor Meredith!]! I cant thank this incredible team enough for making our dreams of having a family come true! If you want the best care, the best team, and the best experience the group at Vios is the choice for you, they are truly your partner in conception ;)
I’m writing this as someone still on their fertility journey with vios. I came to vios after having a truly nightmarish experience with another provider. From the very begging the Vios team was compassionate and optimistic. But above all else, they are communicative. My care coordinator always takes my calls, always gets back to me when she says she will and always has a great attitude. My experience has also been collaborative. They give direction, but also ask me what I think and what I want to do, which feels amazing during a process over which you as the patient have so little control. It will never cease to amaze me how every single staffer at Vios is on your side at all times. When I have gone in for retrievals the doctor has held my hand as I slipped under sedation. The anesthesiologist joked with me beforehand and treated me like I was her friend and made me feel so safe.Vios can’t guarantee you the results you want, but they will do everything they can to get you where you want to be. They will know you. You won’t have to explain to them “your deal” at every visit. They adjust the plan bc you are unique and this is YOUR journey. I’ll admit, I’m on a lot of hormones as I write this, so am maybe trending sappy, but I love the Vios team.
I truly can’t say enough about Dr. Rhee and her team at Vios. She helped us conceive our daughter in 2019, and we are now pregnant with baby number 2, due in April 2022. The kindness, expertise, and compassion demonstrated by Dr. Rhee and staff is truly exemplary. The Vios team individualizes your care and makes you feel like they are right there with you in your fertility journey. I never wanted to be a fertility patient and now I can’t imagine not being one and not having Vios. From the bottom of ours hearts, THANK YOU!!!❤️
Dr. Purdy is awesome, as is most of the clinic staff. However, the one star review is for communication. Ive been sending portal messages for going on 2 weeks now with no response. Im a current patient that has been paying Vios out of pocket for years at this point. Ill take down this review once I hear from someone at the office, but this seems to be the only way to get anyone to reach out to me at this point.
Weve been working with Vios for a year and 3 months and the whole time they have been nothing short of amazing. We absolutely cant speak highly enough about Dr. Klenov who was there for us, above and beyond, every step of the way. Were going to miss her dearly as we transition to a regular OB. The entire staff at Vios is amazing. Weve had ups and downs throughout our time at Vios (at no fault of theirs) and theyve been supportive through every valley. Cant recommend this clinic highly enough.
I will never ever recommend VIOS (now Kindbody) to anyone. I had a horrible experience and have actually met quite a few women who had an experience here that made them go to another fertility clinic. You are going to spend thousands of dollars so please do your research and ask all the questions.Dr. Rhee was the doctor we wanted, the one we had our first appointments with, and the doctor we expected to continue dealing with through the whole process. Long story short: We decided to do IUI. It was successful and we found out we were pregnant but about a week later we did a blood test and my numbers were not rising as quickly as they should so we were told it was a miscarriage. Two days after (another blood test) we were told we were all good and pregnant. About 3 days later we had another blood test and told we were having a miscarriage, and yet again two days later after yet another blood test we were pregnant and we could schedule our first ultrasound. We had to go to a different location for our ultrasound so we did not know the tech doing the US. She started scanning my stomach and said “uhh you’re not pregnant, there’s no baby in here”. Besides that being heart breaking, it was actually super unprofessional and we had to tell her that yes we were pregnant. Another doctor (not Dr. Rhee) came in and told us we must be having a miscarriage but they will check everything in the next couple days. Well we go back for another blood test to make sure our numbers were going down only to find out our numbers had increased. We went right into the ultrasound and no baby. We were told they couldn’t find the baby anywhere so it must be a miscarriage. Even a doctor came in to look at the ultrasound and said it was NOT an ectopic, but if we wanted to drive over an hour away on a Sunday we could have another ultrasound. Well Sunday came and I just didn’t feel right. I had my husband drive me to the ER because something in my gut said VIOS was missing something. They sent me for an ultrasound, immediately they see the baby in my fallopian tube and I was about to have an ectopic rupture. By chance my OBGYN was on call and she performed my surgery. I lost use of my tube due to scar tissue. In the weeks following I did not hear from Dr. Rhee once. Two weeks after my surgery I got a call from the clinic asking when i wanted to come in to discuss what procedure I wanted to do next.Look I understand that the point of the fertility clinic is to get you pregnant, but I was expecting more. More competence, more care, more professionalism. I will never ever recommend this clinic (VIOS or Kindbody). Do better.
We loved working with KindBody and Dr. Cooper!
Dr. Rhee and her team at Vios are beyond exceptional. Infertility is hard and going through treatment, IVF, etc is even harder. The care and attention that Dr. Rhee and her team provided my husband and I with was excellent. She was able to isolate our issues and form an appropriate treatment to help us achieve our goal of having a family. I am now pregnant into my second trimester and I would not be here without the help of Dr. Rhee. I truly felt that she always considering what was best for us physically, mentally and financially. I really felt that they all cared about what were going through and I was always confident that it would turn out ok. I would 100% recommend Dr. Rhee to anyone struggling with infertility. She was highly recommended to me by my OB and I am so glad that we decided to go with her. Everyone at Vios that we interacted with was truly exceptional. Dr. Rhee, Meredith, Chris, the ultrasound techs, etc were always patient and extremely empathetic to us as we navigated through the entire process.
On this journey and the commutation is not great. I like the doctor but I am really frustrated that they won’t let me bring my son to any appointments. For a clinic dedicated to making moms they aren’t supporting people who are actually mothers. There are a lot of small 15-20 min appointments and I can’t always find babysitters on their time table. This is a huge gap in their care and if I had to chose a clinic again I would chose someone accommodating.
Incredible experience! Dr. Rhee and her staff are wonderful! Dr. Rhee is very professional and takes the time to explain every detail of every test and procedure, what it is, why it is done and what the results mean. She has a very positive attitude and is genuine...it is apparent she loves what she does! And her staff is one of a kind as well! They go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. They are alway available and do an exceptional job of following up with patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Rhee to anyone!
I was a patient at Vios for approximately 6 months. I was disappointed in the care provided. The communication is terrible; the phone will ring continuously and it took a minimum of 4 days to get a response from the portal. I messaged the portal every week and asked for the financial team to call so I could verify insurance information. After 8 weeks, I gave up. I truly believe that part of the reason why I was ignored is because I specifically said I did not want to do IVF, but would do IUI (a. Because we have a child and b. We have insurance coverage for IUI). I even messaged the nurse one last time expressing some concerns and that I was taking my business elsewhere, and still did not get a response. Terrible at communicating but quick to send the bill. Since leaving, I have found another fertility specialist and got more done in the 3 weeks I have been there than the 6 months at Vios.
Everyone was very great at making me and my husband feel welcome and hopeful . Everyone is very helpful to answer any questions, Doctors and nurses are quick to respond to any messages sent through the portal . We have had a wonderful experience this far.
Highly recommend this clinic! The office is nice, and all the staff I met were warm and welcoming. I saw Dr. Violet Klenov, and she made me feel super comfortable in my exam. She explained everything really clearly so I could understand, and nothing felt rushed at all, like doctor visits sometimes can. It seemed like she really cares about her patients and genuinely wants to make the process as positive as possible. Im excited to keep seeing Dr. Klenov for fertility health.
We saw this company back in October. Today we received a bill for the very first time telling us that our account is significantly past due and will be sent to collections. Again, this is the first bill we have received. On top of that, the name they have on the bill is spelt wrong in two different places. This wouldnt seem like a big deal, except the misspelling that they made twice is what delayed results. This company is very unprofessional.I have reached out via email and will be expecting an an soon.
My experience has been phenomenal with everyone at VIOS. The nurses are encouraging and communicative and Dr. Klenov is very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone always made me feel optimistic and great during my visits.
I would never recommend any individual or couple visit this clinic. I have had nothing but issues with this clinic since my first month. I have tried several times severing this relationship. They pulled in back numerous times promising better service. That was a lie!!! I have been contacting this company for days to get a resolution. Nothing!! I call 20+ times a day, different departments just to talk to someone new to try and get somewhere, it all boils down to no one answering, never getting call backs, and no customer service. Now I will say after a year or so of frustration I have resulted to speaking extremely vulgar to them and them just constantly dismissing me and still not trying to resolve anything. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE AT THEIR MOST VULNERABLE TIME AND KICK YOU TO THE CURB. Please really consider this company. ESPECIALLY THE SAINT LOUIS LOCATION.
FIRST & FOREMOST, I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO DR.REE & DR.COOPER!!! WITHOUT YAL I WOULDNT HAVE MY DAUGHTER! I BECAME PREGNANT WITH HER FROM MY 1ST ROUND OF IVF WITH YOU ALL. I ALSO GIVE THANKS TO THE REST OF THE KIND BODY TEAM! YOU ALL HAVE TRULY BEEN A BLESSING HELPING US COMPLETE OUR FAMILY! SENDING LOTS OF LOVE & BIG HUGS ALL THE WAY FROM ARKANSAS!!! WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!🙏🏾🥰🌹
Dr. Purdy and the team are absolutely amazing! The personal attention and commitment was everything you’d want in a fertility team. Special thanks to Margeaux and Jem for following my story and making me feel a part of the Vios family!
I have always had such excellent service and care at all of my visits! Highly recommend!
I dont typically leave reviews but I thought I would share my experience with the hope of saving even just one couple months of stress and financial hardship. I started seeing Dr. Julie Rhee when I was struggling to get pregnant. My partner and I had been trying for our second child for 9 months and we were becoming very stressed and worried. With the recommendation from my previous OB we scheduled a consultation to see Dr. Julie Rhee at a newer clinic, Vios! I had some blood tests and lab work done and it was determine I had a blocked tube. I was advised to start IUI right away but was warned about a low success rate with IUI and a blocked tube. Instead I was encouraged to start IVF treatment right away. I did my own research and inquired about a tubal cannulation (cannulization) surgery to hopefully unblock the tube in order to conceive naturally. I was told it would not be helpful and was strictly diagnostic. After being told that multiple times Dr. Rhee offered me a great discount on my IVF. $10,000 instead of $12,000 (not including the hormones and injections, of course) since it was a special for the first year of this clinic being open. I opted for the tubal cannulation instead. The procedure can only be done during certain times of a womans cycle so I had to call SEVERAL times to get Vios to send the order to Barnes Jewish hospital internal radiology department (since it is not done at Mercy or MoBap)in order to schedule the procedure before I missed my window for another full month. Finally I was able to get scheduled and have the procedure done and it was very successful. Two weeks later I found out I was pregnant with a healthy baby boy. My experience with Dr. Rhee was awful and I feel for all the women who are less informed and more trusting of their doctors. Dealing with infertility is incredibly emotional and difficult and I felt Dr. Rhee preyed on those vulnerabilities. I realize some women have no choice but to pursue IVF in order to get pregnant, but in my experience this clinic is not patient centered and are more concerned with lining their own pockets.
Of course I have not one complaint about the staff but amazing I have to say I was blessed to have on of thee best Gifted sweetest Doctors in the infertility world I love this team but I have to say I Love Dr Rhee and Nurse Mandy I have the best support system here
Working with everyone at Kindbody has been truly amazing. Dr. Purdy and my team have made every step that much easier. Dr. Purdy is genuine and kind and is there every step.
Horrible communication. No one answers the phones. Takes days to get a portal message reply! I spent a few months working with vios-st louis and got so frustrated I switched doctors and went to WASHU. WASHU was able to get more done in 2 weeks for me then vios could in 2 months. Dr. Coppers was very nice but the office is poorly managed.
I’ve been going to the Creve Coeur location and Dr. Purdy and her entire team of staff and nurses have been amazing throughout our journey. Everyone genuinely seems to care and have been so kind.
Vios fertility was there for me when I felt like I was never going to succeed at becoming a mommy. They helped me through 5 years of pain and sadness with so much love and compassion.
Dr Rhee Helped Us achieve our miracle baby after 10+ years!! we had him February 2020 ❤️Highly recommend!
Never received a call for my results. I had to be surprised by my physician with the results. Also, my wife called to get the cost of her treatments, she was told she will get a callback, but she never did.
Everyone in the clinic was super nice. My nurse Haley always kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable!
Very unprofessional people. They don’t show up for your appointments without any notice and then without any apology trying to reschedule next day.
Extremely polite and thoroughBubbly environment
The office is very responsive to telephone messages and e-mails. Dr. Rhee is very knowledgeable, but explains in terms that are easily understood.
The most amazing and caring staff! Dr. Cooper is absolutely wonderful!
Enjoy the team and the ability to always provide solutions. Everyone seems caring and emphatic to this delicate situation. Highly recommend
Very friendly and informative, overall process seems very organized so far. Great first impression.
Vios has made this fertility journey easy and I appreciate the entire staff!
