They took great care of me. My only concern is that when blood pressure is being taken, the patient shouldnt be talking. I was asked questions when my BP was being taken. I didnt want to tell her to stop asking questions, as I dont know how anyone would react. Other than that my experience was good.
Went surprisingly quick. Was in and out in about 30 min. I was having an allergic reaction and my legs were covered in rash and burning. Got prescribed the right meds and 48hrs later my legs have gotten better. They are going to be my Go To place now!
I have been to this location so many times. My daughter is prone to strep and ear infections. This time I had her schedule for 1:30 but got there 45 minutes early with a child crying in pain from her ears. They say that and got her checkin and looked at immediately. This poor kid was struggling and they got to work immediately for her. We were in and out with a script at the pharmacy so quickly. I am so grateful for the gals there on 6/5/24. They saw a child in pain and didnt hesitate to jump.
When the place first opened up they were good, friendly fast and efficient, I have 3 kids I take them there Ive been there multiple times as is close to my house. and all i have to say its a sinking ship. The customer service is going down, they are so rude its unbelievable, and whats the point of appointment if you wait 45 minutes to be seen. They need to make changes in that office or them nurses need to get out of this field they not meant for it. The women there are so rude, no customer service, and plain they seem lazy not a care in a world if your kid is in pain.
I have been to this facility twice and they have not correctly diagnosed my issues. They are very friendly but not that knowledgeable. In my opinion, you would be better off going to a PCP or the emergency room to ensure better care .
Was seen 30 minutes after scheduled time (not complaining)Was well taken care off. Everyone polite/professional. I came n with Clovid symptoms wearing a mask. I was disappointed that while I was waiting 2 others clients came in with Covid symptoms not wearing a mask and Go Health did not request that they put one on while in waiting room
Super friendly staff and so helpful also know their stuff! The time the doctor came in the room which also didnt take much time which was very nice as soon as she asked what my issue was and I told her it took her like less than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong def a yes if ur needing a quick easy place to get something small checked out
Medical care at Mercy Oakvile Urgent Care is faster than a fast food restaurant. I have counter on them for two Covid diagnoses, severe upper respiratory and recently and infection.Often I can get an appointment within an hour or two. Add to their great service combined with Mercy Pharmacy just a few steps away is Medical Care the way it is supposed to be!!!!
The nurse that checked us in was amazing with my unusually anxious 4 year old. By the time we were in the room he was calm and everything went on without drama. Thank you!
I called for app Went on line and picked my time. I got there at my time. Less then 5 min i was in the room taking my vitals.Everything was good. This is the second time I have gone here. Beets the hell out of spending 3 to 4 hours at the hospital emergency room.
Urgent care that doesn’t do IV fluids. What’s the point of urgent care then? Go to Total Access Urgent Care if your insurance covers it or just go to CVS Minute Clinic since they have NPs, can diagnose and prescribe meds.
I had been fighting an upper respiratory infection for a couple of weeks which didnt respond to anything I tried. One visit to GoHealth found pneumonia in both lower lungs and I was on the way to recovery the very next day. Can not give enough kudos to the tech and doctor!
I was at the urgent care this week was told I have a urinary track infection was giving antibiotics and other medications for pain and also was told they will send my urin to laboratory. I did receive the results on my app the next day saying no infection, no one called me to let me known that and to stop taking medications for something I was giving but Dont have. Not going back there and I Dont this is the place thats the bad experience its the employees they dont care.
DONT BOTHER! They will not take you without an appointment even if they are open for another HOUR. They arent really there for URGENT CARE. You have to have known you were going to be in pain that morning and make an appointment accordingly.
Both Amy and Ashley were amazing I was treated very well by both and it was faster than visiting my doctor Good job girls. Thank you both.
A professional and sincere team that help me get into the solution and explained how to be proactive in my healing. Quick and efficient, my two favorite things
They got me in right away, the doctor listened to my concerns. The staff were friendly and I had a great experience.
Doctor prescribed meds to help reduce my cough. Tim was so kind as I had to get tested for strep, flu and Covid. Those tests are awful! So helpful that the doctor knew which pharmacy was open so I could pick up meds right away. Thankfully I could get in till 8:00pm as my symptoms always show up after my regular doctor!s office closes. Great experience!
Needed an strep test and was able to book an appointment within the next 2 hours. Only one other family was in the waiting room when I arrived and service was friendly and efficient. Also, they took my insurance which not all places do, and there was no payment due that day. Would definitely go there again.
The doctor was the best. She said she would rather not throw antibiotics at me. She referred me to the emergency room, for further testing, and let me know what I needed to say when I arrived. I was admitted with pneumonia. I am home now. I wish I could remember her name. Please thank her for me.
Terrible customer service. Came in for a messed up foot I couldnt walk on and they couldnt even offer me a wheel chair or assistants walking to the room and back out to the car. Sent me home with no paper work and told me to just rest.
I went to check and see if I had any complications from the flu. Everyone was courteous and the wait time was acceptable. My tests came out negative. One suggestion I would make would be try to schedule your visit on the website to avoid being sent home due to long waiting times.
After being misdiagnosed at another urgent care, Mercy was very detailed and thorough and was able to help! They were friendly and very quick too!
The appointment went very quickly. The doctor was very open and helpful.
I like picking the time for my appointment. I didnt have to wait long. I was in and out in an acceptable time period.
This is the worst medical place in the whole entire US. I have never been treated more poorly. I called looking for help to locate a guarantor number and boooy was it a show. Two staff, with clear bias to foreign names and a foreign accent, decided to insinuate that I was giving them false information and that they wouldn’t help me. The condescending tone was from the start. I kept spelling the names phonetically several times and she managed to still get them wrong, clearly annoyed that these were foreign sounding names. Once we got passed that, she stated that I gave her a wrong birthday and was adamant that I was wrong and then stated that she was looking at the passport used to Register the account. Well, there couldn’t be a mistake on my end then because I know the birth date. By the way the tone was still extremely condescending and annoyed with my call. I asked her if she was looking at the correct date since the passport’s first page has 3 dates: issuance date, birth date and expiration date. Yep! Sure enough! She had no clue how to read a passport. Instead of humbling herself, she continued to accuse me of giving her the wrong date at first. So I asked her when did I do that, because I constantly repeated the same date. She was argumentative and I became annoyed so I said “Jesus Christ”. And I swear this is what Ms Petty said:”what did you say?” ! Since i am not scared of her, I repeated what I said! And she went off on me! She said that I was rude and I had an attitude, she screamed at me over the phone and said that until I fix my attitude, she won’t be helping me and then hung up on me. I called at least 6 times before her male colleague picked up the phone, barely allowed me to say a word and screamed at me and hung up on me again and refused to picked up the phone. I had to drive 50 mns to that location to report the incident and I doubt that anything will be done about it. This all started because they failed to give us the discharge paperwork and any receipt for care fees paid. Because the person receiving care was a tourist visiting, clearly they didn’t know how things work. But this place has proven to be a nightmare for us and left a very negative impact of the healthcare system on those people who were visiting the country. Do not go there. I keep calling patient relations to file a complaint but I keep getting the voicemail. They don’t seem to care either.
If i could give 0 start this place would get one. I am very disappoint in the Service at this location. The staff is very rude. The nurse practitioner is the rudest person i met in the medical field in my entire life. Will never go back to this location ever...
10/10 would recommend coming here. They saw me right away and were super nice. They care.
My wife schedule appointment on June 29 2024 and she took screenshot of insurance card and driver license and when she walk in they are asking for make copies of insurance card and driver license in the urgent care register desk they are scamming people they submit claim to insurance and provide wrong address insurance dispute that claim I did contact my insurance ask why we have denied the claim because we have gold plans which cover out of network and in network they says Mercy urgent Care submit claim and wrong address they have ASAP submitted to correct insurance address how they can make mistake if you have screenshots of documents and if they make a copies of documents they are scams patient and for mistake of the register nurse Mercy put patient on collections wow so shame
The doctor was personable, very skilled and able to prescribe medications to help my condition. Her assistant was great also with his genuine interest in me and addressing my issues. Both were excellent in their approach to help me and their interactions with me. Very satisfied.
A Tusevljak the Nurse practioner here l am very happy with. I explained to her my conditions and frustrations and she was very kind and listed to my issues.
I liked that I could reserve a spot online. Our nurse was great. She was nice and funny! She was very good at explaining what we were doing and why.Our doctor was great! She was also very friendly and great communication, and thorough. She even followed up the next day.😊
Went here last month. Totally rude and basically rushed me out of the place. I came in wearing a mask and checked in online and marked myself as having COVID, and the older woman who checked me in acted like I would kill her if I touched her. The doctor who saw me was pretty cold and didn’t really care to follow up on any concerns I had.
I have always liked the mercy system. But this time I was very disappointed. I went there about 10 days ago because I had cut my finger pretty badly and needed it looked at I was told when I walked in there were no more appointments left. I had gotten there at 630pm and they closed at 8. When did URGENT care need an appointment????? URGENT care is supposed to be there for things like this instead of having to wait 4 hours at the hospital. I showed the attendant at the desk my bloody band aid and everything. Went to a different type of urgent care down the street and they got me in without an appointment due to msituation. Turned out I needed stitches. Very disappointed. If you ever get a cut or something like that you better make an appointment for the injury if you plan on going to Mercy goHealth. I understand sick appointments and such but urgen care should not require an appointment for something like that.
The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They let me know upfront that there may be a two hour wait. I decided to wait and they were able to see me sooner than two hours. I will definitely go here again, if needed.
I had an appointment, and I was seen on time. All of the staff was professional, courteous, and friendly.
From the reviews of this place- it’s evident that more than just an automated system explaining that you are sorry for people’s experience is needed… scheduled an appointment for a simple strep test…. 1:40 … as you all already know there was no greeting … lady was on the phone and it was evident that she did not want to be there … waited from 1:40 -2:20… place was fairly empty . There was another gentleman there who arrived after me. Either they forgot about me or they helped the gentleman who came after me, but I was never seen by a doctor.. the results were never communicated until I was about to leave and one of the front ladies told me the results needed to be read by the doctor (who never showed in the time I was there) … I had to get up and leave. 40 minutes for a strep test that was processed in 6 minutes ????and who knows how much longer as the doctor still was not around. Needless to say - I will never go back there. Love Mercy, but this place was a joke. TAU is just down the road :)
We were able to get in with an appointment right away with minimal waiting. The nurse and doctor on staff were both personable and the nurse even got my daughter and son a stuffed animal to make them feel more comfortable. If we need urgent care again, I would definitely go back!
This urgent care center was clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and kind. They worked to have my son seen and treated quickly, apologized for any wait times, and got us transferred to another urgent care for X-rays.
The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the attending physician went beyond the scope of her job by taking extra time to educate me on diabetes. I left having learned something new, SERIOUSLY! And she touched on woman wellness after reviewing my medical chart. Im usually an SSM UC patient but your team has drawn my attention enough to consider you as my primary location.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were very concerned with and attentive to my ailing mother. They made check-in a breeze and took us to a room immediately and really went above and beyond in every way. The Doctor carefully explained what we needed to do next for further medical attention. I would definitely recommend.UPDATED 12/2022: Had another really good experience yesterday, I believe it was same Dr that previously treated my mother and rest of staff were attentive/patient/professional again as well. Thanks!
The staff were extremely friendly and thorough on inquiring about my symptoms. Very organized. Even when another patient was extremely rude to them...they kept their composure and were very professional.
Made appt online got there di it was fast and easyd paperwork saw doctor left
I dont normally make reviews about any facility but after I received the most unwelcoming service from this location today it really broke my heart that these people call them selves professionals in the medical field. Immediately after walking into this facility I got the most ridiculous stair down from the receptionist and Im guessing the charge nurse located behind the desk. After trying to explain my situation that I was involved in a 18 wheeler accident and mercy has my records and Im experiencing back pain and would like to be seen. These Wonderful ladies instead of trying to help me definitely pretty much said get out and go somewhere else. Love that we treat veterans and people who fault for this country this way. I love it, just wanted to say keep up the great work. I wanna say something else but Im gonna give this facility the benefit of the doubt and not say it was because I was a black man entering your facility. Took off work expecting to get some assistance with my back pain problem but instead got pretty much told that they arent going to help me. Luckily the ER took me right in and I was able to get my pain issue resolved at St Anthony mercy hospital. But I will never recommend this facility to anyone and maybe a new change in medical staff would be needed or training for those that work at this location. Will never visit this location again and will never recommend it. Hopefully I can find a Mercy 1 800 number and make a formal complaint about this facility and the disrespect that occurred this morning.
Ive been there three separate times. Theyre always professional and they take the time to answer my questions.
All of the doctors and nurses were very helpful, knowledgeable & kind that helped me. From the time I walked into the emergency room to this day of my posting. My family & I feel very fortunate to have such a professional staff & hospital so close to where we live.
DO NOT VISIT THIS URGENT CARE! My son, daughter, and wife all visited in Jan 2023 for flu symptoms. Very routine visit, got prescriptions and left. We then received bills totaling $1500, for an Urgent Care Visit which is normally $40-$100 out of pocket after insurance. After going round and round with the facility and my insurance company it was discovered that they coded the visits as ER VISITS because they could do it that way. My wife visited a different Urgent Care a couple weeks later and it was $40 after insurance. As far as I am concerned this is 100% INSURANCE FRAUD! Do not visit this facility even if you work for a major corporation and have excellent health insurance, they will screw you out of unnecessary expenses!!!!!!
My mom is 75 years old. She been having pain on her head and half side of her cheek bone & jawline. I took my mom here for a check up. We check in and wait in the lobby. One of the doctor or nurse I don’t remember her name but she was wearing a white coat. She comes up to us and ask only one question repeatedly “Is she having the worst headache of her life? If she is then she should go to a hospital. They haven’t diagnose my mom yet and that is only question she ask. Her attitude was like she didnt want to treat my mom. Really horrible!!
My mom took my younger sister here within the past few days. The doctor Karen did an x-ray on my sister to find out why she kept coughing and to find out what was going on. She had her Covid tested but do not believe she tested for Strep or Flu which should have been done to rule out those as well. She came back and told my mom and sister that it was just allergies and prescribed tessalon perles and nasacort and something else that wasnt even covered by insurance (the tessalon was covered thankfully). My mom said Karen had attitude and when I went to this Urgent Care she was a bit condescending as well when I had went last year in 2022. I havent gone back since and am not suprrised that my mom and sister had the same experience. We wont go there anymore and will find a different urgent care but iit gets better. My sister went to her pediatrician for a follow up visit and she actually has a sinus infection and it wasnt allergies. So thank you Karen for the wrong diagnosis and sending her on her way and chalking it all up to just allergies. Go to a different Urgent Care, this one isnt it. Not worth it going here. Not everything is always allergies, in this case was a sinus infection.
Quick service, caring staff, ease of booking appointment online makes this place great.
Everyone was very friendly. I was taken to a room right away and seen by a provider shortly after. They were better than any other Urgent Care Ive been to.
I went into Go Health urgent care in Oakville last night at 7:25PM while holding washcloth on my head and bleeding down my face. I had a big cut on my head that needed attention. It was very visible yet when I walked into the door Dr. Lickenbrock told me they are not accepting patients any longer. Mind you they close at 8 and I was there well before 8pm. I didn’t think anything about it until the urgent care down the street ( total access ) which they are amazing… told me they can’t and should never turn you away or deny services (especially someone needing 5 staples. I am filing a formal complaint as well.
I had a wonderful experience here on 6/25. My foot was broken, I made my appointment online and was able to get in within 90 minutes. Once I arrived I was immediately put into an exam room; they x-rayed my foot and put it in a cast. I was only there for 30 minutes. Will return.
The provider was quite condescending to me when I merely asked her to look at my daughters ears during an appointment at Go Health urgent care in Oakville. My son and I already had appointments, she made this big deal out of looking at her ears, she got all flustered saying we have to register her and you are cutting in front of other people in line. She was really rude. Ill never go back. Im a nurse, if I had an otoscope I could easily do it myself. And to suggest that I was purposely asking her this to cut the line, she wasnt sick enough to need an entire assessment. All she had to say was no Im sorry I cannot. Instead she got all bent out of shape about a small request and shamed me for even asking. Then of course, they forgot to upload the results of our covid/flu swabs to mymercy or into the record, so insurance is all messed up and, Im still getting bills from the visit when the office manager stated it would be taken care of. Long story short I would not recommend the doctor at this location and also would not recommend the go health urgent care in Oakville, the one in Maplewood was leagues better. Maplewood gohealth is what informed me that the COVID swabs are covered 100% under my insurance, and that I would not receive a copay. Im still fighting this bill that they continue to send me even though they messed up by not putting the results into the chart. Both my son and I were tested for COVID but because he was diagnosed with a sinus infection and not as PUI for COVID and there are no results in the chart they are trying to charge me for a $50 copay on his account but not mine because I was PUI for COVID even though they failed to upload the results on both of us. All around a bad experience.
Excellent service for my son today including strep test and pleasant experience with the NP. Easily able to schedule online last night & very convenient for our family. Would definitely go back!
I went in for ear pain and a sore throat a few months ago. I was seen pretty quickly and got a strep test which was negative. I told them I think I have an ear infection but the nurse said that my ear “was not that bad”. I could not sleep well due to the pain and missed a day of work the next day. Went to a different urgent care and they said I had a progressed ear infection and immediately gave me a steroid which stopped the pain and ringing in my ear. Worst experience at an urgent care and highest cost after insurance. Will never go to a mercy urgent care again.
I came here because my ear had been hurting for a couple of weeks. My appointment was at 5:30 (they closed at 6:00). I arrived at 5:28. As soon as I walked the extremely rude staff was trying to convince me to cancel or reschedule my appointment because they wanted to get out of there. If they dont want people coming that close to close then they shouldn’t allow for appointments then. I proceeded to be seen. The receptionist took me to a room and quickly took my temperature and asked my weight. The provider then came in immediately looked in my ear for half a second and said “there is no infection, trying just taking Zyrtec. Your all done” before I could even respond or ask questions, she was out of the room and back at the front closing up shop. I was there a total of 10 mins. Then i get my bill and find out i was billed at the 30-45 min rate, when really I should had been billed at the 15-30 min rate considering I was only there a total of 10 mins and with the provider less then 2 mins. It shows that all they care about is money and patient care is the not a priority. Oh ya, i ended up going somewhere else 2 days later and come to find out i actually did have an ear infection. So the provider was either incompetent or just is such a rush to go home that she neglected me.
Last week, my wife and I were administered Covid tests at this location. I made appointments for both of us using the Save My Spot feature on their website. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the entire process was, from scheduling to testing to receiving your results. The location is modern, clean, and feels much less intimidating than a hospital environment. The best part though has to be the staff. They were very nice and helpful, even joking around a little bit, which helped calm our nerves for the upcoming tests. In my opinion, they have the ideal ratio of comfort and efficiency. I definitely recommend this location. There are half a dozen urgent cares closer to my home, but the Oakville Mercy Urgent Care is worth the drive.
I just wanted to share the great experience I just had. Ashley and the 2 girls at the front desk were awesome. Answered all my questions and even reassured me on my concerns. Have to go back next week for another COVID test for travel and they eased all my concerns with being positive a week before travel. Thank you for all that you do!
I will never go there again! I had a cough, ear ache and sore throat. They did a COVID test. The doctor never checked my ears or nose. She just had me open my mouth no tongue depressor then said I had a viral virus. She did not check my ears or my nose. Two days latter I went to Total Access Urgent Care where they did COVID, flu, and strep test. The Doctor there checked my nose, throat and ears. I had an ear infection which she prescribed Amoxicillin.
Clean, friendly and the best place if you need it !
Worst urgent care ever. I need a manager to reach out to me immediately, my phone number should be in your system. I had the worst customer experience ever. They texted me at 4:57 PM to come inside, I come in 3 minutes later and they refuse me because I didn’t come in apparently the second I was texted. Even though I put to give me a 10 minute reminder in the sign up. And then Ashley at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude to me. The way she talked to me is unacceptable! I’ll make sure everyone knows how horrible she and this place is!
Clean, well organized, friendly staff. Will definitely use this location again.
I was treated with no compassion upon walking in the door of this place. They were unwilling to help me with a painful wound to my finger. After asking more than once what I should do, I was told to call my primary care doctor so she could refer me to a wound care specialist. I arrived in pain and left the same. They offered no comfort whatsoever and made me feel I should not have come there.
All staff were friendly, kind and gave excellent care!
Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were amazing! They were very kind and thorough, even having to be working on Christmas Eve. The building appears brand new, very clean, and I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you!
I had very bad experience tonight. Me and my son came, he had high fewer, chills... It was raining so bad outside, near freezing temperatures. Ashley at the desk was rude and unproffesional and show me the door out and told to wait at least one and a half hour outside in a car, showed me ipad by the door. I have been thrown outside with sick child during storm weather. I did not wait, I found help on another place... After that I came back to this place to ask for supervisor to complain. It was a physican or doctor, whatever, named also Ashley Tusevnak and she started arguing with me and try to blame me and try to protect her workers, specially Ashley at the front desk. She came in arguments with me and I reminded her of Hipocratic oath that she took and that she should stick to that as a doctor. I asked for higher authority and was connected to lady named Laura so I obtained phones and emails for HR of Mercy and Go Health and I will make big complaints about behavior toward patients. This has to be changed.I will not come back to this place, and thank you Jesus, that so called, doctor did not put her hands on my child. Her diploma is worth nothing. She should not be a doctor. We have to be very carefull who put hands on our body when we need medical help. You never know what type of person is behind that uniform.
I walked in at 7:20pm asking them to see my 8 year old, who was saying his ear was hurting. Both front desk ladies said we are done for today with walkins. And, completely didn’t care one bit that he was standing there crying in paid. Given it was almost 7:30pm, I called Total Access just down the street. Destiny asked me how old my child was and said yea come on down, I’d hate for you to drive to ER you’ll stay there for hours on a school night. They have a customer for as long as we live in Oakville. Mercy UC location couldn’t have cared less.
Made an appointment at 8 this morning to come in at 4 pm. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and a man told me to go back to my car and wait. It took him 45 minutes to text me to come in. Never again will I go to this location. Stuff is rude.
I never have to wait because I can save my space and your staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin cracks me. Very nice man.
Although this is the last place anyone wants to be, it sure is comforting knowing how quick and easy the employees here make it! I’ve been here a few times in the past few months and every trip is convenient and comforting. The above and beyond is Dr. Jaeger! I wish he worked in a family practice for primary care.. I’d switch right over! Explains everything to you, answers all and any questions and makes it such an easy visit.
My Wife is scheduled to travel internationally on Sunday (less than 48 hrs from now). the service in the lobby was horrible-and they NEVER answered their phones! My wife was scheduled for her COVID test @ the Oakville location tomorrow to travel internationally on Sunday (its now Friday Night) and all she got was a lousy text telling her the location offering her test tomorrow would be closed. Im the lucky recipient of an annuity and just got my first payment-Im calling lawyers this coming week about potential legal action against Mercy-Go Health Locations...
Worst service I have ever had!!!!!!! I walked in and the lady behind the front desk said what do you want! I told her I got hit by a deck board with a rusty screw in it. I said I would probably need to get a tetanus shot. I got this while I was working for myself and I sole worker of it. And she I would have to go thru workmans comp, I am the only one in the business. So she denied me to be seen and the chance of get tetanus because I have to go thru more places to get a shot to prevent tetanus. I have full health insurance that covers this and she would still not let me to be seen. Mercy urgent care in Oakville, you need to get your shot together. I would of given you a zero star rating if I could.
They were very fast and efficient. The staff were super friendly and funny!
Crooked. Paid $70 for a covid test in November. Was told I did not need to present my insurance card since I was paying out of pocket. Checked my insurance activity today to see they also billed my insurance for the visit. Crooks. Actual insurance fraud. Won’t waste my time to try and get that money back. Billing lines always have a busy signal. Way to go Mercy, taking advantage of people during a pandemic.
I signed up for a covid-19 rapid test in advance by booking an appointment ahead of time. Under federal law, the covid-19 test was covered by my insurance (this was October 2021). They are currently trying to bill be $322 for an emergency visit for booking an appointment that was open in advance. Avoid this place at all cost. If you need a covid test go elsewhere, where they dont charge you $322 for opening their doors and getting a covid test. They at no point told me there was going to be a fee for this.Again, avoid this place at all costEDIT: I have contacted the email below as requested 1/31 and 2/2. it is now 2/9 and i still have not received a responseEDIT2: After finally getting a hold of them via telephone they mentioned the chargers were in correct and they would be taken care of. Now they just sent me that same bill AGAIN
They declined to help my cut finger, which ended up getting 8 stitches after they asked if I was injured at work, which I was. They declined help, turned me away, and instructed me to go to an ER room. Im not familiar with the area, so any recommendation would have been nice.
Why is it called Urgent Care? I was here at 9 when it opened and was told to wait in car as already fully booked for the day. They will call when I can be worked in. This is not an urgent care. It is a drs office as you must have appointment to be seen.
I had a very poor experience here. The front desk staff member was very rude to me and the medical assistant didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was rude as well. The doctor really rushed the appointment and didn’t answer my questions, either.
RUDE STAFF! These people are busy, I get that. I was there for almost 2 hours. Dr kept cutting me off until I finally said let me talk! Don’t come to this location. Horrible
I am so disappointed in the service at this location. They tested my husband for covid, but refused to further treat him (he asked for a steroid shot) and said to go to the ER because they won’t do anything else for him there. I am in complete shock. The doctor who refused to treat him is Dr. Danba and the receptionist who was completely clueless and didn’t have an answer as to why they couldn’t treat him is Kelly. Absolutely horrible!!!
The PA was very polite, understanding & professional.
Received prompt service and the staff was very helpful and empathetic
Staff was excellent! Very kind and knowledgeable.
327$ for an ear infection...dont use your insurance and its 125$. Billing company is in central america.
Went there and started feeling dizzy and lightheaded in the waiting area.Asked staff to call 911.And they immediately stopped what they was doing and rushed to my side and started working on me.Checking my vitals elevating my feet to get my blood pressure back up.Getting ice packs because I broke out into terrible sweats. The team at Mercy went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and my vitals was back to normal.Thank you so much for your passion in what you do!
A little compassion in healthcare goes a long way, unfortunately these medical “professionals” had none. Never have I been made to feel like such a bother at a medical facility before. I usually go to Total Access and will continue to do so.
So quick and so kind. My daughter said she liked this place as we left. Strep test quickly administered and gave her a popsicle and a prescription.
First time at this location. Great staff, quick check-in, clean and updated facilities. A great addition to Oakville and a place that I will keep in mind for future reference. Not certain why someone else gave this clinic only 1 star, but provided no comments.
As a former MERCY employee, Mercy did a DISSERVICE eliminating their OWN urgent cares. If you have a little cut or hurt toe, this facility may be able to help. They CAN do a PCR covid test, but its an ordeal to get it set up and done. NO LABS are done here!! If you need full-service Urgent care, go to Total Access......It makes me feel bad to even have to say this, but Mercy, if you are listening - get it together!! Quit trying to cut costs!!!
Do not go here if you dont want to be ripped off by your insurance. They fraudulently bill your insurance and will bill you for 3-4x the amount of what an urgent care visit should cost.
I received compassionate and competent care.
I experienced billing problems with Mercy-GoHealth after using the Telegraph location. Mercy-GoHealth billing department did not seem to care or even try to resolve the issue. I eventually had to contact the operations manager to get the problem resolved. The problem was resolved, but only after weeks of me being persistent.
Friendly staff that are very competent. Even if you don’t have an appointment they will work to get you in as soon as possible.
Got me right in and totally checked out. Got home with an error with my prescription. Called up there and the Dr actually got on the phone with me to resolve my issue. Thank you Dr Karen !
Fast and friendly easy on line appointments
Very, very efficient, streamlined, organized, pleasant, and kind.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was very nice. Thank you to Ashley, Rob, and the girl at the front desk for being so nice and compassionate.
Friendly, caring, and efficient staff! Amazing staff!!
While there the care was good, but now have spent 3 days trying to get ahold of someone because the medicine made me so sick. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemail messages or my mercy messages
I’d like to thank the staff for their friendly demeanor and caring spirit. Visited on 12/07/22. Dr Lickenbrock was great!
I walked in and was told they could not see me. Maybe be more empathetic. Mercy should be more like Jesus. Love first. Terrible service.
Got me in and out very professional and nice
Quality care. Available when needed.
Came here a couple of times for covid testing and illness. Staff is not too friendly and looks tired! I wouldnt go here if i didnt need to!
Always so helpful as usual
I got in and out super quick and the doctor was very nice and helpful. Definitely great service.
Dirty rooms and very poor service. I came in because I fell on my tailbone, they took x-rays of my wrists and not my back.
Wow this place.. so disappointing. ya know the familys of the ppl who work here are also disappointed in them, you can tell by the way they act that they know nobody loves them.
Super nice and fast. They took great care of me!
They refused to help me and let me explain what happened for my injury
Service was fast & people were friendly.
Very professional, only one patient at a time inside to avoid exposure to Covid 19. Reduced staff and everyone required to wear a mask.
Great place to go for health issues. Fast professional and friendly
