Physician Assistant K Chen was the kindest and most understanding physician I have ever had. I felt like I could be myself. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable. I have nothing but positive feedback about my visit there!!!
The team here was very helpful with my son today. I couldnt believe how quickly we were seen! Im so used to waiting hours and hours in urgent care, but we were seen right away. The nurse and physicians assistant were so kind and helped my baby son feel better about being at the doctor. He can get a little scared sometimes. We are new in town and even gave some recommendations of a pediatrician and daycare. Im happy to have them close by!
I absolutely love Dr. K Chen! She is very patient and informative. She does not try to band-aid your health issues. I like that she actually takes time to find out what is wrong so that she can properly assist. I also love that she doesnt treat you like a patient but a real person. Thank you!
Just came in for a cold, heart palpitation and heavy feeling of my chest. Soon as I was coming in one of the worker ran to the back. ( they were already looking at me when I pulled up, and kept looking outside at my car) The lady at the desk with the locs in her hair. Asked what could she help me. When I told her she said “we’re closing at 8pm and we’re filled. I can put you down for the morning” it was 7:22pm when I got there. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to wait. Now I’m rushing to another location. It’s now 7:40 an the new location was able to see me. They took test and referred me to go to the ER.
The nurses during my visit were very kind and helpful, but they werent 100% sure which types of covid tests they could give me - they definitely had the rapid antigen test and 2-day PCR test, and they said they had the 1hr rapid molecular test machine, but then said they couldnt use it. Maybe the people there that day werent trained on it?The front desk receptionist wasnt very communicative, she just asked my name then typed for several minutes while I stood there waiting with no idea what else she needed me to do. Then when she told me which exam room to go to, she didnt look me in the face so I wasnt even sure if she was talking to me.
I typically don’t leave reviews (unless positive ones) but felt I should in this case. I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen by the PA. I understand sometimes you wait but you could clearly hear her just chitchatting with the patient before me. Then during the middle of my appointment, the receptionist came in to tell her a patient that was there yesterday for physical was back. The PA questioned why and receptionist said she didn’t know. After about 2-3 min more with me the PA started to excuse herself to go see that patient. I politely told her she was 50+ min late for my scheduled appointment and she should finish with me before seeing someone without an appointment. I found this very unprofessional and will seek another urgent care in the future should I need.
Had an eye injury. Was able to make a same day appointment, was seen quickly, diagnosed, picked up my meds and was able to catch my flight all within 2 hours. I appreciate the fast and efficient service I obtained while here. If I ever need urgent care again while visiting St. Louis, I will not hesitate to visit. Everyone was very friendly, (front desk, nurse, NP), the establishment was clean and I had full confidence in the NP I saw. She explained everything she did. Days later and I have no issues. Thank you.
Terrible experience!!! No communication with patient on x ray results and trying to get school note for my child was a headache. A lot of back and forth. Not organized at all!!
Appreciated the good care the physician assistant provided. Very thorough. There was a long wait to get x rays read, though. The entrance is not very accessible for handicapped people.
Let’s start with the positive. I appreciate that they can get people in and out. I also like that they are friendly. My son came in because he had a fever for 6 days. They told me that it was probably viral and to let it take it’s course. That antibiotics wouldn’t work. Suggested if he still had a fever later in the week, to take him to my pediatrician. Three days later I took him to children’s hospital because his cough sounded awful. The ER staff said I’m glad you decided to come in. After testing turns out his infection is bacterial and he has pneumonia in both lungs… I wish they would of just told me to go to the ER on the 1st place. Waiting probably made his pneumonia worse. Every day waiting for his immune system to fight the viral infection and every day it didn’t get any better. They also told me to discontinue the Children’s Mucinex that Urgent care suggested I use. That kids shouldn’t even use it. After a day of antibiotics my son ate for the 1st time in a over a week. I think that sometimes you just have to take a few extra minutes to ask questions. Also they said they’d contact me about the strep test culture results and I was never called back.
100% recommend. 10/10. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had an abscess, they drained it, cleaned me up and sent me on my way with antibiotics and care instructions. I was barely able to walk or sit down right before I went there. I was sore for a bit after but within two hours I felt 10x better and returned to work the next day with no issues.
Visiting MERCY URGENY CARE in CLAYTON is an experience. First of all, getting through their appointment web site is a real pain. However, once there, their personnel are caring and welcoming and professional.. But the Police of CLAYTON are much less. My wife and I are both is our late 80s and must use canes. There are parking spaces at the front door but if you park there, Clayton will charge you $20 for the space. Hardly welcoming for a person suffering with a medical problem that needs to be addressed.
Mia the Nurse Practitioner is one the most attentive medical professionals I have ever been seen by. I came in for a cough and other cold symptoms. At other urgent cares, I would’ve been given a COVID and Strep test and told to take OTC cold meds. Mia took my cough (and the accompanying sleep issues) seriously and offered me meaningful treatment. I slept through the night last night for the first time in a week. Thank you!
The women who worked in the office was very inviting and helpful. The provider was a great listener and talked me through everything. They deserve to be rewarded for being in such great spirits on Mothers day!
Great service! From my experiences, the staff, Nurse Mia Glover, and Physician Asst. K. Chen were excellent! They showed kindness and compassion.
Turned me around because of no insurance. My service was no more than $200 they lied and said it would be $1200 im assuming since i didnt have insurance and im young they thought ive never been to a clinic . A Mercy clinic to be exact. I recieved the same requested services at another location. With out any insurance. This one was very weird about seeing me. I think its because they were about to close i came in at 7:30 .
Visited today 04/27/2023. I was having very bad experience. Front desk service is awful. They do not know customer service. The same person who checked me in did my vital test. I thought she was going to handle the patient with more care with a mannered way, but no change . Same behavior. Please give her a good training.
Excellent service and quick in and out. Diagnosed and did what was needed. Felt so much better when I left. Highly recommend!
The service was pretty good, but it didnt connect well with my insurance, although I am in-network. I dont think charging me $325 for a Tdaps vaccine is reasonable.
I visited this location for the 1st time this morning after I scheduled the visit online yesterday. I was the 1st patient. The front desk was very pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Chen Kemin who was the absolute best. She gave a warm greeting and fixed my problem (removal impacted ears) and assured I was all good before I left. Thanks Dr. Kemin!!
I use this facility any time I need urgent care. The people and Doctors are very caring and nice.
I took my 2 year old here on a Sunday for what looked like an allergic reaction to a bug bite or sting. I was nervous about bringing her as well as my 7 month old alone but the women who work there put me at ease immediately. The check in process was easy. The wait was minimal and everyone was so nice. I was impressed with how well they took care of my 2 year old and how comfortable she was with them. I am very thankful for a positive experience.
It was a good visit, but the wait to see the doc once I was in a room was a bit long.
I had a good experience. The staff was kind and caring and I was able to see a dr. Immediately.
We brought our young daughter in for an issue with her eye. We presumed the foreign body was glitter but we werent certain. The doctor walked in and was extremely difficult to understand but immediately noted pink eye and suggested the assessment was made by the front desk staff. What???? Then the doctor had no idea what glitter was when we discussed the foreign body in her eye. Bad and bizarre experience. Would never go back.
I went online last night to schedule for appointment for this morning for a stiff neck and provided all information for my reason for seeing the doctor prior to my appointment time. I get a text this morning asking for more general information that I had already submitted and I was told thru the text from WHOEVER that they would not be able to see me due to some lame excuse that they wouldn’t have the equipment needed to perform any diagnosis and suggested to me to either go to Total Access or to ER. My issue wasn’t even life threatening. I felt like I was given the run-around in a text but never by phone because I visited one of their other facilities seven months ago and I was treated rather quickly and left with meds that healed my body pains I was experiencing. I will never refer this one to my family or friends but the one that treated me with kindness and urgency.
I came in with issues of a harsh cough, and congestion. Dr. Kluttz, and his medical assistant Kaci were phenomenal getting to the bottom of exactly what was causing my illness. A variety of test was ran which all concluded negative. Dr. Kluttz recommended alternative solutions just to ease my pains, and coughs. Service was efficient, and fair quickly with dedicated care. Thank you again!
We had a very short wait and excellent, compassionate care. Thank you!
The atmosphere was great, we were seen in a timely manner and the nurse practitioner was very nice but the lady that worked the front desk that day had no personality and was rude. My son was very upset when we left. He has anxiety when going to doctor appointments and she was very cold towards him. Wasn’t asking her to baby him but she didn’t use words, she didn’t acknowledged anything she was doing to him like taking his temp, blood pressure and throat culture. Yes, caught me off guard as well, I thought she was getting everything prepared for the doctors and she turned around and told him to open his mouth. Did not announce that she would be doing anything. It happened so fast that I didn’t even get a chance to ask who she was because she didn’t introduce herself but obviously she worked there because she handled the registration. Turns out he did have strep throat but overall I would go back but I would request that she doesn’t do anything for us.
The team in Clayton made up for the fact that I made an appointment at a different office and didnt see the text telling me I needed to go somewhere else since I needed an x-ray. Of course, the fact that your system noticed that I needed an x-ray and sent the message is another win. Once I arrived, the receptionist/med tech/x-ray woman wonder. Checking in, took my vitals, and even took the x-rays. The physicians assistant confirmed that both she and the radiologist on call had determined no fracture made my day. I was in and out in 40 minutes!
This place doesn’t have patient care at the forefront: went to this urgent care with an hour left of operation after arriving for a business trip & was turned away. It seemed staff didn’t want to work hard as the nurse & front desk girl both told me they were done seeing patients for the day. Unimpressed with this facility.
Mercy is an organization built around making money; thats it. They rarely try to actually find whats wrong and give minimal help.At this location, there is only one healthcare provider at the moment (NOT a doctor as some people seem to think, but a physicians assistant). I have gone twice recently while sick and her prescription for me was to take honey and drink balsamic vinegar because I have a sore throat and was just starting to get sick. I am open to suggestions like this, but not as a main treatment for actual illness. I can Google home remedies for symptoms if I want, that is not what I go to a doctor for. When I do convince them to give me actual medicine, it never seems to help me feel better, and once even conflicted with another prescription (which they had on file) and made me more sick.I got new insurance and Total Access Urgent Care is in-network for me now. They are way better every time I have been there with my family and for me when I went today. Instead of Mercy, go to a Total Access location if you can.
I received excellent care at Mercy Urgent Care - Clayton. The Staff was Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. The Facility was super clean, which is very important to me. I felt very comfortable, it was my first visit there, but I felt I had been going there for years because of the warm atmosphere and great care. This was the best Healthcare experience I’ve encountered in St. Louis. I appreciate the service I received. Thanks much.
The Mercy Urgent Care on Maryland Avenue in Clayton is exceptional! Ciera and Dr. Chen saw me on time and took such good care of me. These women were both knowledgeable and lovely. I was so worried when I came in, but left knowing I had the best possible care!
I was seen within five minutes at 7 pm on a weeknight. staff courteous and professional . Even parking was easy— a lot right behind the building This is where I’ll go for any future urgent care visits.
All involved in our care were friendly, efficient, competent, and knowledgeable. Once we were in a room we had a small wait (my only criticism is that we heard a bit of casual conversation that probably could have waited until after we had been treated; however, for all I know, they were looking up our medical records in that time). The MA took our vitals, the NP saw both of us, prescribed appropriate meds, and we were on our way. My husband had also visited there before and was pleased with the facility at that time, too.
My case was handled both professionally and expeditiously.
The ease of making appointment and not having to wait. The staff was super friendly and done a excellent job with my illness
I just have to say this place was phenomenal. I came in with dog bites, so I had puncture wounds everywhere. They immediately checked me in and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so caring, and nice. The doctor spent a while ensuring that all my wounds were cleaned well so I didn’t get an infection. It wasn’t just a 5 min in and out experience I’ve had at most other urgent cares.
Super quick and easy. Very friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended
The clinic was clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The process of being seen did not take that long.
Not satisfied at all with the service I received from an oriental woman Dr she stopped right before she started because I asked her had she ever done this before. She told me to go to the emergency room and was rude and very impatience. I will be filing a complaint as a black woman I felt discrimination.
I sought medical care in May from Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care in Clayton. I was asked by the PA who was treating me to choose which medication I wanted to be on and how many days to take the medication. This made me uncomfortable and, as a professional in the medical world myself, this is wildly inappropriate. I then received a bill for $260. I tried contacting the company to have them drop the bill due to the inappropriate nature of the experience and the lack of medical expertise I received. They not only had very poor customer services, but they continue to deny that the charges will be dropped because services were received. What services? I prescribed myself.Do not receive care here.UPDATE: Spoke with manager who not only stood by all of the above, but also stood by a bill that said I spent 30-45 min with provider when actually I was only in the room for 10 min with a PA. He said that is just how they bill and the bill would stand. Sounds like insurance fraud to me.
My husband said this MercyGo gave him the best urgent care experience he has had. The staff was friendly. The provider saw him quickly and was thorough in her explanations and treatment.
Very prompt service. Provider seemed knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me.
My son and I came to the Florrisant location for a foot injury but they sent us here for x-rays. We were here for over three hours because they did ankle x-rays instead of foot x-rays. Then the doctor on staff had a friend stop by and she forgot all about us. They did not offer crutches to my son who could not walk and did not give us any aftercare information or paperwork. It was a huge waste of time and money. I will never return!!! The medical assistant was the only helpful person in the building.
This location is dirty, in need of repair, and had very poor business practices. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The more you look, the more you see that this location needs a cleaning crew. The first time I went, I noticed some minor dirty and clutter. The second and last time I went, I noticed it was ever dirtier. This is disgusting at a healthcare location. The only reason I went back was because the treatment the first time did not work. They instructed me to come back if it did not work. Which I did.Second, there are many things throughout the location that need repair. This is frightening considering that this should be a structurally sound building. The doors have trouble closing, the counters are falling apart, and the floors are scary. Finally, and most importantly- Mercy is a terrible money grabbing institution. I was told that this would be charged as a doctors visit. Instead, I’m charged with 2 separate emergency room visits. I am a poor college student on my parent’s insurance. I am now in-debt after trying to cure a throat, nose, and ear infection. Even though my parents have good insurance, Mercy has deliberately charged the insurance incorrectly so that they can make more money. It is absurd.I never even saw a doctor. I was seen by a nurse on both visits and prescribed weak antibiotics that they knew would not cure me. I was told on the first visit to “come back when the amoxicillin does not work” when I go back, they charge me another $350 dollars. I could have done their job. Do better.
The staff was amazing from the front desk, xray tech and the PA. I was assisted in a timely manner and everything about my prognosis was explained well. I even received a follow-up call that evening. Very satisfied with my service.February 2023
I came in and was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. I was quickly seen by a wonderful Nurse Practitioner and treated within 30 minutes.
This place was great the people was nice they paid attention to you welcome you place was clean good parking service was good that was welcome you nice atmosphere waited on you fast to ask you a thousand questions to make sure they didnt miss anything checked on all the medication that you was taking asking you how you was feeling whats going on with you let you know you can call them if you have any questions about anything after you leave with all around good experience I recommend anybody to go there real good place.
Everyone was very good at their job. I was greeted upon arrival, brought into a room shortly thereafter. Had my covid test and waited the 15 minutes (negative!). The doctor came in and spoke to me and literally, I was in my car in less than 30 minutes! Efficient. This wasn’t my first time here either. It is well run.
Clean modern facility (first impression). Caring knowledgeable doctor. Went early... no waiting. Headed home in about 30 minutes. Very efficient. Referred by my son. Definitely a good referral. Highly recommended.Thank you
Billing issue is still not resolved. They misentered my childs birthday and thus he showed up as an adult. Billing folks were not helpful at all. Went back to clinic and showed childs passport to prove he is a minor. They fixed it in the system, however now the billing group is not responding to my inquiries. And this was for a simple quick visit. I can only imagine how difficult a billing issue resolution would be if there was something more serious or multiple procedures. Avoid at all costs due to the billing nightmare that will follow your visit.Regarding the owner response: contact us to get me in contact with manager. Every interaction (3 calls, and 5+ emails) I asked for the issue to be escalated. The calls they directly stated that they cannot let me speak to a supervisor. e-mails, they simply ignored the request and eventually stopped responding to my e-mails.
They pinpointed the problem, sent the scrip to the pharmacy and I walked out the door within a matter of 20 minutes. I’m sure that doesn’t happen all the time. But today I was grateful to be on my way headed to recovery in no time!
I have been to this Urgent Care twice; once for our toddler’s ear ache. The Provider was very kind and was great with our daughter. She had a mild ear infection and was prescribed an antibiotic; which cleared it up promptly. The second experience I had at this location was to check the wounds on my leg as I had surgery and was concerned that the incisions were healing properly. On both occasions I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was even offered something to drink while I waited. Both time we were in and out in less than an hour. The provider Liz was great as was the woman who checked me in. The place is very clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone who needs care and like me would avoid the ER as much as possible! I will definitely return if the need arises in the future
Went online to check in and then didn’t have to wait once I got there - was in and out in 15 minutes. As a warning though, I went in for a covid PCR test and they billed my insurance $322 for a 20 min visit and $125 for the lab test. Not sure how much other urgent cares normally charge.UPDATE: My husband went a year later to get tested and they said our insurance no longer covers the tests even though I called and our insurance said they do cover it. Charged $75 for the 15 minute rapid test. They used a 6 month expired kit for testing. Then they wouldn’t print an itemized bill for me to submit to insurance. Had to call two different numbers to get a hold of someone to send me the bill for insurance but they never did. Two months later got a bill for $288….not sure for what since I paid for the test in full. Won’t be going back here.
The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this entire company is extremely disappointing. I was told by several different (unprofessional) representatives where to go for an X-ray only to arrive at the location without a rad tech. Instead of taking accountability, or calling me herself the “team lead” decided to be rude. Please do not come here!
Twice, I’ve tried to get an appointment at this location and both times they created an excuse not to take us. “We aren’t taking physicals today but you can go online to make an appointment”.Well, I did and was able to make an appointment for the physical SAME DAY. When I called to confirm, they created all sort of excuses.. “we do have the form… or, make sure you’re here exactly at 4:30” What with the attitude, Mercy… No thank you. I don’t want to be cared for by nurses who don’t care👎🏾
My last visit here was maybe a month ago the people at the front desk are very rude no patients compassion . Nobody looks you in your face when speaking to you they don’t tell you what they are doing to you or for you and the nurse practitioner I saw was absolutely horrible I felt like because I didn’t have a STD My symptoms couldn’t be anything else the nurse practitioner walked out the room and when I went to check if she was coming back she yelled from the desk she would call me on the phone if she had to tell me any results I got no discharge papers and was sent on my way feeling worse mentally than I did when I went there 😩 but they made sure my insurance was taken how about that I have insurance
Arrived 22 mins prior to my appointment, ok, cool. I get checked in after. I get placed into an exam room. I wait for a cool 30-45 mins before the nurse checked back in on me and took my vitals. I continued to wait….. The doctor comes in, asks what’s wrong, offered me two options for a solution. The end. Got the feeling I was overlooked or forgotten about.
Very unprofessional establishment! The two front desk associates working at 5 PM, November 16, 2022. We’re lazy and did not want to do their job. They were more interested in the conversations that they were having with each other than helping sick patients. I do not recommend going here I recommend going to the St.lukes facility down the street in the parking lot with the Schnucks. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.
Staff did not know how to bill our insurance. Instead of admitting it they said they do not accept blue cross blue shield and said we would have to pay up front. We said okay and then were told cash only. We have used Mercy before with no issues billing our insurance.
The Staff are all amazing Ms. Alexandra answered my calls at her busy shift, she is super kind and caring. The provider Ms. Tracy quickly prescribed me medications that helped my symptoms especially the cough. In the following up, Provider Dr. Elizabeth Johnson is very knowledgeable, sent me additional meds that strengthen my immunity, and checked on me afterwards. Thank you the great team and management work in wonder fighting against this pandemic
They do not offer general physicals for students. The male employee at the desk was also entitled and unhelpful. Told me he would do a physical for “my teenaged daughter” and not me. I’m 21???? Regardless this should be more clear on the website. Total Access does physicals.
This place is no, good! I went in for stomach pain, the doctor poked my stomach, and said I had a stomach virus. I was literally in the exam room for 5 minutes and got poked 2 times by the doctor and was sent on my way with a prescription. 3 days, and 9 pills later I felt worse and went to the hospital only to bbetold I am suffering from diverticulitus, and if I would have been treated earlier it would not have been as bad. I do not recommend this place and this doctor, they are just in it for the money!
I went in for a cover test and they said if I wanted a rapid it would be $100 but the standard would be paid by insurance. I took the standard and got billed $100 anyway. Called their billing department multiple times. They said I should not have been charged but couldnt change the charge. Made no sense to me and note they sent it to a collection agent. Secondly I agree with another review a couple of the folks there are in the wrong business as helping people they have no interest in that.
Steer clear. PA was wearing dirty scrubs, could barely speak English. Sent my script to the wrong CVS!
I was ready for and even talked to the front desk as I scheduled my appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was turned without even an assessment. It was a waste of time because I still have to go to the ER for my injuries for an bigger bill.
This urgent care staff we’re extremely rude when explaining a 45 minute wait time prior to being seen. There are 2 staff members on site & only 1 provider. The process could’ve been way better explained prior to my complaint about the long wait & getting seen.Oh they also charge for COVID-Testing when it’s clearly being offered free nation wide, this is ridiculous!
They took good care of me! I was tested and diagnosed promptly! It was not crowded. Everything was great!
I had 8 staples removed from the top of my head which is what I liked the most. Secondly my visit was short. The staff was very efficient and polite. Great Experience!
Excellent office. Quickly seen and the staff were so caring and so kind. My back sprain is now healing nicely thanks to these amazing professionals
Excellent establishment. Very friendly and quick to assist. Shante was amazing. I received a call from her to see how I was doing and then a follow up call from Josh a couple days later to see how my bronchitis was. I love that they could take x-rays right there.
Anyone with Anthem (high deductible plan) - you will receive a bill of $294/visit at Mercy (it is viewed as an outpatient visit), regardless of services rendered. At Total Access youll get a bill for $49/visit (considered an urgent care visit), irrespective of treatment type. Just trying to save someone money and aggravation. Additionally, if you need to go here, pay out of pocket if you have Anthem (high deductible plan), Mercy will charge less than what is applied through insurance.
Convenient location, quick service, convenience of setting an appointment, accuracy of diagnosis.
Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff
The speed of being seen. The friendliness of the people and the wisdom of the provider.
I went into the urgent care in a complete panic because my one year old was breathing weird and just not himself and I immediately calmed down when I came in after being welcomed by Angie at the front. She must have known I was freaking out because she offered me tea and even made it for me! The wait wasn’t long at all then we went back to meet Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Johnson who took great care of me and my son! She listen to my weird concerns and didn’t just ignore like other experiences I’ve had. She explained everything so that I understood the next steps and what to do in every situation from there. I didn’t feel rushed at all and before we left my 1 yr old who was barely holding his head up was running around the urgent care smiling and playing with these two lovely ladies!! I know I’ve found my new urgent care and I’ll definitely be back!!
Quickly seen since had an appointment and was in and out fast too. The physician was funny and informative which made the experience better for my teenager I think!! This is not the first time have been to this location and have always had a good experience!!
Never answer their phones and the mailbox is full. Let me wait a full hour when I had an appointment and then told me I need to pay 200$ for a COVID test. It was not on their website nor in their registration that it was not a free test, when every other testing location does free Covid tests. Apparently we are supposed to “assume it’s not a free test bc it’s an urgent care site” which makes no sense when every other site in the city does free Covid testing. And had you answered your phones when I started calling an hour before my appointment I wouldn’t have had to wait an hour after my appointment time for you to tell me. Put it in your registration.
The staff was friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment easily online. I was seen quickly and the entire appointment took less than an hour.
Had an appointment but still had to wait. Not too long but long enough. The person who did my vitals was awesome though. Offered me snacks and water while I waited some more to be seen.
Staff got me in right away. They were all very nice and attentive. The Doctor was very thorough and followed up after my visit to check on my progress.
Mercy is a Hawaii Safe Travels Partner and Josh was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I were traveling to Hawaii and had gone to Walgreens first for our Safe Travels swab. Walgreens gave us the wrong paperwork and then they refused to correct it and also refused to swab us again because they do not do same day appointments.I was frantic because our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning. My daughter and went to Mercy and Josh was so nice and EXTREMELY HELPFUL.We had everything we needed in less than an hour.
I been to two different facility’s with two very different levels of service, overland was terrible, a money grab, ask if I wanted Covid test all friendly like it was free, then. Charged me $175, total bill was outrageous for what I got.. Clayton was much better, friendly staff, polite, no mystery charges, that’s what’s up
I took a rapid and a PCR COVID test last Saturday. Almost a week has gone by, they never called me with the results for the second test. When I called them they said they never sent it. I asked to speak with a manager and Ive been on hold every since. Customer Service here at an all-time low.
Wasn’t acknowledged or greeted when I walked in, not even about my symptoms. Besides the lady at the front desk the lobby was empty I sat there about 30 minutes silently before walking out. Probably wouldn’t come back.
The staff was great! I was very impressed with the facility. I had an appointment and was was taken care of promptly. My nurse was very pleasant and put me at ease.
Second time I went there I was charged $25 for a flu shot when other Urgent Cares give one for free. First time I was misdiagnosed with pink eye by a nurse practitioner.
Was able to book a time slot at a location close by. Registration was a breeze and we were seen promptly. Vitals were taken and screening was administered promptly.
I never understand when a place of business does not answer the phone. I understand one miss call or two but every time I call this place I have to call two and three times to get an answer. Luckily when I have to visit this location it has never been busy which is why I really don’t understand why they hate answering the phone. The nurse practitioner is great but the rest of the staff looks like they don’t want to be bothered. Also I know how to use the internet and the answer that I’m looking for is nowhere to be found. So, I’m not calling for something that I can clearly see online. Mercy use to be a great organization as a whole but I don’t know if it’s because of the pandemic but the service at this location and the hospital has been deplorable.
Dr. Kim and her staff took excellent care of my girlfriend! She was seen immediately and treated with empathy and professionalism.
I arrived as a walk in for medical attention..a very short wait to be seen..staff was very efficient and caring...services rendered all within one hour, thank you very much !!
Professionalism of all staff; clinical knowledge of FNP-BC who attended me; ease of admit and speed of clinical care-giving (retired acute care / PICU / APHON certified chemo RN writing these comments)
If you dont have insurance urgent care will (NOT) see you. $125 just for them to even think about seeing you. Where can a hard working person, Get medical treatment???? Just like myself alot of poor working people that cant afford insurance. And the kid doesnt offer it.
Efficient staff, good procedure with advance booking, doctor good listener and gave appropriate tests and treatment - 3 family members visiting Clayton for a wedding.
This place is a mess. They charge $75 for the rapid test even if you have insurance. They then tell you that they don’t do the rapid test at that location. They then send an email that says your test results are available. The test results state invalid and fail. You call them and they say that the results are not available yet and if you have questions then call someone else.
I came here for a covid test & was prescribed a medication for my symptoms. i had an adverse reaction to said medication and i tried calling at least 10 times to try and figure out and nobody answered each time, theres also no option to leave a voicemail. now im having to go to another urgent care to find out what’s going on.
Thanks mercy for subjecting us to this poorly run, profit driven machine. I was told a COVID test would be $75. That’s bad enough when Walgreens offers it for free, but then I find that I’ve been charged another $75 copay for walking in the door. That was not disclosed to me.
Kind staff, quick yet comprehensive service!
I’ve gone to this location several times. The doctor and nurses have always been extremely professional, listen well, and are very helpful.
Usually very goodThe regular doctor is very niceThis time seen a nurse practitioner Christina RadosevichShe was very rude !!!
Excellent and friendly service from start to finish.
Most urgent care facilities will tell you if you are out of network. This one didnt do me the courtesy. Obviously wont be back as they are out of network- but a heads up would have been nice before a 300 dollar covid shot
Short wait timesCareful with my injuryAble to do X-rays on my roomThe compassion of the whole office great
Good care, friendly face, kind staff
The service was fast and the staff was nice and helpful
Very nice experience this visit. I was in not so good shape when I scheduled my appointment. Thanks for such good care. 💜💜💜💜
We have been there a number of times (for kids and adults) and seen different practitioners and intake staff. They have all been courteous and helpful, and there has never a long wait!
The experience with the staff was great and very quick process. The only thing I didnt give a 10 is because the cad they gave for my husband test results had somebody else name on it
Excellent customer service and support!
Staff is friendly and service is fast. Answered questions and addressed concerns. Great location and close to pharmacist I use.
I would like to thank the Team for all the help everyone was really nice and understanding at my time of illness.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was very impressed with how efficiently the whole process was handled.
The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and sarcastic. When people are highly concerned about a virus that’s killing folks daily they don’t expect to be confronted with rudeness when entering an urgent care. So disappointing. I will not return to that location.
The doctor and staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Staff and Doctor were very attentive to my symptoms and how I was feeling. They were awesome

Never answers the phone . I need my kids results and now had to send my husband all the way there just to get them . 🙄 guess its time to find a new Urgent care .
Dr. Chen was excellent. The staff and nurses were excellent just dont remember their names.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The NP was thorough and informative.
They was very nice and the care about their patients
If you like waiting around, watching the people that “work” here sitting at their desk while the place is relatively empty, being told that, “I’ll be in shortly”, this is the place for you!
Attentive and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable location. I felt well taken care of here.
I did get in for a Covid test, but rapid tests cost 75 bucks even with insurance.
