The Dr was great and helpful. I know my insurance has a copay. The Front Desk informed me that due to a partnership with BCBS(which I have) my copay has been waived. I was pleasantly surprised. I clarified, with the Front Desk, I do not have to pay my copay. They stated that is correct. I said thank you and went to the appointment.2 weeks later, I have received a bill for the $25 copay. I called the billing department, and they treated me as though I was being difficult. They stated because I didnt get that in writing, and there are no notes in my chart. They cant do anything.I used to work in a billing department. They have ways of waiving a copay or fee, by writing it off. The billing department, said they cant do anything, but will put a note in my chart. So they wont even talk to a supervisor, or correct the FD.When I said this, the worker, stated let me put you on a hold and ask. Not 5 seconds later was I off that hold. She stated, so I asked my supervisor, and there is nothing we can do.Please, that is a tactic people use to act like that asked a question, problem is, the hold wasnt long enough to ask the question.I decided to call the Front Desk directly to ask why they said this to me, and if they are able to waive it. Honor what they said. I was told they were busy, and I needed to leave a message with the clinical supervisor because they were in a meeting.I left a detailed message, and my number for a follow up call. Im not trying to be difficult, but the Front Desk shouldnt be giving out incorrect information, and the least the company could do is honor it.
I recently came in for some state required blood work. J. Lynch and team got me in and out efficiently while still listening to my concerns and even advising me on other issues besides the reason for my visit. Thank you North Memorial HC - Roseville.
Very disappointed, dr assistant wont follow up ..with scheduling appointments I have to call each time. Durant sessions. And when call. Front desk. Have no f...idea. of what is going on..stay a way from this place....just waist of time and money..
Dr. Jeremiah Lynch in my opinion. Is whats wrong with the Roseville Clinic. I obviously can why there reviews are so badd.DR.Lynch failed to follow his own protocol. As it relates to my care.I will mot return .
I was late to my appointment but showed up within the 10 minute grace period. They declined my appointment when I got there, because I showed up at the end of the grace period. That doesnt make any sense. Not coming back
This was my first time with North Memorial and chose this location as it was close to me. I went in for an annual physical and they drew my blood but the lab tech nicked a nerve. Least to say, I will not be retuning to any North Memorial locations.
Only got one star because it was the only way I can leave a review. The very first time we saw Dr. Moga, she lied and said she would send my sons prescription out to pharmacy for three months. He got one month sent. I spent an entire day trying to get this sent out to pharmacy, I was told it was sent. The pharmacy didn’t receive it. I spent half of a Saturday trying to get this narcotic medication sent to pharmacy. I asked specifically if we needed to call every month to get his prescription sent out. I was told I didn’t have to, but here I am again going through this process because I was lied to. No apology was given until I pointed out the fact that none of the staff including the clinical manager Sylvia, even bothered to say sorry. I understand humans make mistakes, but the same mistake made three times is not acceptable. This is EXTREMELY upsetting, as my son doesn’t function well without this medication. Horrible service. Trying to get in touch with Sylvia’s boss is almost impossible, I have left several messages and still not gotten a return phone call.
My rating is primarily due to my experience with the MD I saw (Dr. Flynn) and her staff. Professional, courteous and thorough. My wait time from time that appointment was scheduled to when I was escorted to exam room was about 15 minutes, but I assume its because they take the time needed for each patient. The front staff/reception were fine, like any other medical clinic. The clinic is easy to find, in a good location, plenty of parking.
Awful experience! I went in for an annual wellness visit which should be fully covered under my insurance and next thing I know they bill it as an office visit which is not fully covered under my insurance. Despite multiple attempts to get this fixed, they have refused to budge. Beware these greedy doctors!
What a poor run company. First experience my boyfriend went to get a drug test for work. Once he got there the red headed rude women disregard him and told him its past the hours they do it. He showed him the paper from his employer and had her listen to theri voicemail recording saying that they were open. Second experience he goes at 10am on a Wednesday to take the drug test and he waits over a hour to pee. He doesnt need to be seen he only needs to leave a sample. How rude and inconsiderate to have someone hold theri bladder for that long. Beyond stunned by organization professionalism. Nobody should be treated the way he was treated.
Came in to get a prescription for migraine meds from dr. Flynn. She disagrees with my renowned eye surgeon that my migraine aura lightshows combined with headaches are indeed migraines. She instead referred me to physical therapy. I made an effort to convince her that I was previously diagnosed and would she reconsider. N-O she billed me $183 for stubborn refusal. I wonder why I owe them anything. At least I didnt foolishly spend money on therapy. Makes her judgement suspect. Just awful, awful. Never go here again.
The gentleman that assisted us was fantastic but I’m alarmed by the lack of COVID protection for patients in the lobby and the nice gentleman that administers the COVID tests. They had patients clearly suffering from COVID (I know because one of them was in my party) waiting in the same room with elderly patients. The gentleman that is administering COVID tests is in a high risk category for COVID but had no PPE except a face mask that he said was from Asia. Perhaps his mask was fine, I’m not sure, but I’m aware that our market is flooded with counterfeit masks, a number of them from Asia. Serving potential COVID patients, this man should have an N95, a face shield and other PPE to protect him and prevent spreading COVID to other patients. Your patients and staff deserve better!
Please note that I am a satisfied patient of Dr. Semakula, but when I called for a dermatologist I was told you do not have one. Ive since realized that the dermatologist is associated with the imaging center. I found another doctor, but would have preferred to see Dr. Tareen instead. Could I suggest better communication between offices at your location?Thank you!
I needed to see a dermatologist. My insurance is such that I need to be referred by primary clinic, which is Multicare. They referred me to somebody out of network. Got a giant bill, 1000$. I did not even know I was supposed to check if its in network. The referrals person was at her last day of work and did not give a flying fish, as we found out later. When called their business office, they did not care to help. Cold, heartless place. Think twice before choosing it as your primary clinic.
Cheaters and liers. Both me and my wife went there to have a physical. we both asked them many times do what ever is covered and dont do in which we have to pay. We told them this statement 100 times. we both still got individual bills for some stuff even thou we told them if it cost us then dont do it. They assured as so many times yes they will not do anything which is not covered 100%.This is cheating and lieing. We recommend everyone avoid this place at all cost.
Had a negative experience with Dr Wagonknect at North Memorial Health Clinic Roseville.Dr. Wagonknect lied to me about whether an additional billing code would be applied on my last visit. In addition, she did not offer any useful medical information. I ended up billed for a surprise $135 to hear the doctor say I dont know. Also, please be aware that North Memorial Health shares a lobby with a COVID testing site. If you stay in the lobby you will be exposed to probable COVID cases.
I am unhappy with the poor judgment of the PA who assisted my wife. We received a bill for services she did not need. My appeal was not accepted.
It honestly feels like doctors cant do anything to improve to quality of ones life unless they are either dead or dying. They are no heroes.
Subpar care. I go here because its close and they have good hours. The nurses are great. Doctors could definitely be better. You never receive any actual answers here.
The Staff Is Amazing Here, It’s A Very Comfortable Clinic; Thank You! - Victoria
Went for rapid covid testing, said they accepted walk ins, but wouldn’t help me when I got there.
