The front desk lady was unorganized, and maybe revengeful? She said I can make two payments with cash and card. But she put the full payment on my card and I gave her cash. She called with no caller ID and said I had to come back to get the cash. I came back for it, I arrived 10 minutes after I received her voicemail that I received from no caller ID. The front doors were locked when I arrived, it wasn’t even 1pm, and their business hours were open until 5pm, this was on a Monday. I called their location, they wouldn’t answer. Then a lady that worked there left as I went in. The lady gave me cash with attitude. I won’t return to this place. And I hope they don’t give me false results.. these ladies were not trust worthy.
This is my go to location since it had low wait times and was close to where I was living. I recently scheduled testing and contraceptive appointments two weeks ago, they were very scheduled out and I’m starting a new job so i have very little availability. They just called me today to tell me they won’t have clinician and they canceled them. Two weeks is way too long to wait to contact a patient and there is nothing they can do to make it up to the patient in such a case. Absolutely appalling scheduling even if this issue didnt happen, I will not be going through Planned Parenthood anymore they dont care enough about their patients anyway.
Really really disappointed in the way planned parenthood has gone so downhill. Been trying to pick up my birth control for almost a week, my normal store i go to has been closed every single time i have tried to go and pick it up. extremely frustrating, i was told Monday they would be open. and now here i am in the parking lot with locked doors and no birth control..
Be aware that after receiving services here (even if you pay your bill up front), if they happen to forget to charge you for any small parts of your service, they WILL add that charge after the fact, and they WILL bill your listed address (regardless if they note the account to not send mail, they will not try to call you about the charge, they will just send the bill in your name and list all services you had done in the bill, including whats already been paid for.)Dont worry, when I called them about this a manager made a point to talk to me and make sure I know that none of their reps can guarantee that an address on file wont receive a bill. She didnt have much to say about the addition of fees after the service was paid for which resulted in the billing my wife received before me.They did also comp the $3 charge, which will go a ways in covering the following split up of my household. That was nice of them.
I went in because I dont have insurance and im low income. I have really bad issues and pain (women issues) and I also have had my nexplanon implant for 4 years now. I wanted it replaced at year 3 as recommended so I went in to get it replaced. They quoted me $2000 on a sticky note. No actual proof of a quote. Just some made up math the receptionist did (again. On a sticky note). I left there crying and now im having even more health issues because I cant get my implant replaced. Thanks for your horrible service.
Horrible. The women behind the counter interrogated my 16 year old daughter. I dont have a car so getting to this clinic that was an hour away was difficult. I had forgot her mn medicaid card at home so the women said I had to pay over 300 dollars for her to see my daughter. She would not let us call later with the information..I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times before i was finally able to get here and she interrogated my daughter about that and about the part time job she starts tomorrow...it was so ridiculous and now my daughter is still sick. Im shocked that we are treated badly for not being able to pay!!
Wonderful wonderful service. Very friendly stuff. The doctor Sandra and the young nurse helped with all my questions, They were wonderful and very professional. Also I would like to thank you to Irina the lady in the front desk she is very nice and helpful lady. She was very patient with my accent.Thanks to everyone there.
I got an IUD here and the nurse was beyond caring and supportive and made me feel so comfortable and supported through the whole process. They helped answer any questions and just seemed like they genuinely cared!
Handled my needs in a professional manner. Cared for my privacy and overcame any barriers to receiving medical treatment such as insurance issues or inability to pay. Did a video visit and was fast and able to do in my own home and had any needed meds available for easy pick up!!!!!!!!!
MORE than ONE time I go to pick up my refill and they are closed,TWICE in a row!!!They dont even notify any patients! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!would appreciate knowing instead of going there & they are closed early in the day!! Especially when I really needed it!!!😡😡
