Martha Noel, MD

I followed Dr. Noel to her new practice because theres no one I trust more with my health. I feel like I get the best of both worlds -- someone relatable enough to be a friend, but brilliant and experienced enough to be my expert of a doctor. She has taken considerable amount of time to help me weigh risks and benefits of complex medical decisions, always keeping my priorities at the forefront. Her success rates speak for themselves, but her calm yet reassuring bedside manner truly cant be quantified. She is the best!

Simply put, there is no better doctor than Dr. Noel. We came to RMA after nearly a year of unsuccessful fertility treatments at another clinic, and when we arrived we were emotionally and physically exhausted. From the moment we met her, we felt energized, safe, and hopeful in a way that we hadn’t felt for a long time. She went above and beyond every step of the way; she showed up to the clinic for my egg retrieval on her day off just to sit with me and hold my hand, she spoke with me on the phone at the end of her long work day to reassure and comfort me as we headed into a transfer cycle, she helped coordinate and time my transfer so that she could be the one to perform the procedure (and she even did a trial run a week beforehand just to make me feel more comfortable and calm for the real thing!).We are lucky to live in an area with several clinics that have stellar success rates, including RMA, but what Dr. Noel provided was so much more than top quality medical care (and a successful transfer!). She helped us find a way through infertility, while also healing something so much deeper in us. The way she truly cared for us- both physically and emotionally- is something we will never forget. We are Dr. Noel fans for life and only wish that she could be our OB for the entire pregnancy!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Noel at RMS San Francisco.The IVF process can be daunting but Dr. Noel alleviated much of my stress and anxiety by taking the time to answer all of my questions, discuss treatment plans in depth, and give her honest opinion on different protocols, medicine, etc.Dr. Noel, and her nurse Laura are kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Every appointment was right on time and efficient, which is important given the frequency of appointments during IVF cycles. The Spruce app is easy to use, and I always received a response from my care team almost immediately when I message them. Every ultrasound was reviewed by Dr. Noel, and procedure was done by Dr. Noel, so I had ample opportunities to check in with her and chat through my cycles with questions, etc.I highly recommend Dr. Noel and RMA San Francisco!!
