This is way overdue. There are not enough words I can write and say about Dr. Kaser, he was truly a godsend.I had started my journey over 6 years ago with another clinic 5 transfers later heartbroken I didn’t want to give up the dream of having my own children. I tried another clinic but in the end, didn’t go with the transfer there. I was about to give up and didn’t know how to trust any clinic anymore, it seemed like all these doctors who started their practice wanting to help people lost their way and all they cared about was the money the clinic was making. At this point, I was lost and almost about to give up when a friend of mine told me about RMA and Dr Kaser, and I decided to give it one more chance. From my first meeting with Dr Kaser, I felt that I could trust him, for the first time it felt personal like he cared for real and not just for the success rate of the clinic but he cared about me. He made sure that I went through all the necessary testing and steps to see that I was ready to make sure that everything in the transfer would go smoothly. Any question I had was answered momentarily with the Spruce app. After the transfer, Dr. Kaser himself called me to tell me the result (that never happened in the other clinic, over there a random staff member would call with the result). The first transfer ended up in miscarriage, and unlike in other cases when I was kind of waved off by the Dr. telling me that it can happen and next time it may work, Dr. Kaser decided to run tests and biopsy which by the end of it he found I have inflammation in my uterus. He treated it so it won’t affect my next transfer which was a success.First I want to say that RMA, their staff members, the other doctors I have seen when Dr Kaser wasn’t available (which was rarely), their facilities, and the fact that all the bloodwork was done right there with no need to go to Labcorp or other places to have the bloodwork done, made all this difficult experience much easier.Secondly while in other clinics moments after a visit or phone conversation, I would get an email with a bill that needed to be paid ASAP, with RMA I knew my dues but got a bill later to my home or before the transfer was notified of the amount I need to pay.Lastly and most important Dr. Kaser was no less than a miracle in my life. He listened to me, understood what I needed, and gave me a voice in this, he cared and made sure I was ok, he treated me as if this was the most important thing that he was doing and I know that he treats all his patients this way.I am 50 years old and in my second trimester of pregnancy with twins, if that’s not a miracle what is?!Thank you, Dr. Kaser! As I wrote at the beginning there are not enough words that can explain my gratitude to you, and hope you will help many more women and families with their dream to be parents.
Dr. Kaser has to be the best physician I have ever seen! His knowledge about reproductive medicine alongside with his bedside manner is phenomenal! Going through the journey of infertility is extraordinarily difficult. However, everyone in this practice made me feel supported and deeply cared for. The exceptional care I received started with my first consult to the follow up after the delivery of my precious baby boy. My family and i will forever be grateful for your support during our journey.
Dr. Kaser and RMA are fantastic! Dr. Kaser is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and is very responsive. The office is upscale and professional and open daily, and scheduling is very easy. Ive never waited for more than 10 minutes and usually dont wait at all. The team is very responsive via their messaging app and one of the doctors always responds within the same day. Im so happy I found Dr. Kaser and RMA and have been referring everyone I know to see them!
I cannot begin to say enough positive things about my experience at RMA of NJ at Marlton. Dr. Kaser and his team are outstanding! They set an extremely high bar for care and I would strongly recommend them to anyone lucky enough to be near one of his offices.Prior to going to see Dr. Kaser I had gone to a few other Fertility clinics over a three year period and was not successful in getting pregnant. At other clinics I felt that my husband and I were treated like a number, treatment was cold and indifferent, the process itself felt overwhelming and no one seemed to have the time or patience to explain to us what to expect. Our experience of RMA of NJ at Marlton however, was totally different. Let me tell you why Dr. Kaser and the RMA of NJ team is truly the best fertility clinic:1) Dr. Kaser and his nurse, Beth, took the time to answer all of our questions. It was obvious that they cared about helping us get pregnant and wanted to make the process as smooth as possible.2) Dr. Kaser was the first to diagnose me with a condition that was interfering with my ability to get pregnant. This condition had gone undiagnosed by every other fertility specialist I met with and became the key to helping me to have my little miracle.3) Another aspect of RMA of Marlton that really sets them apart from other fertility clinics is that you are assigned your own nurse. My nurse, Beth, was incredible! She always kept me informed of changes in my levels, what to expect, next steps and even got on the phone with my insurance company when they gave me a hard time about covering medication. Having one consistent person to touch base with while going through this process makes all the difference in the world! At other clinics each time I would call I would speak to a different person, no one knew my case or my situation and I would frequently get different information from different people. This often led to confusion, miscommunication and errors, which is something you really don’t want to deal with while going through treatment. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful the RMA team was in navigating this confusing and often overwhelming process. It was hugely helpful to have one person who you know you can go to and count on.4) Another aspect of the care at RMA of NJ that set them apart is their convenient monitoring. No appointment time was necessary so you could come in for monitoring in the morning when it best fit your schedule. I rarely waited for more than 5 minutes. This made the daily monitoring easy and manageable for my busy and fluctuating schedule.5) The office is beautiful, well run and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.6)Above all, however, was the obvious care and compassion that Dr. Kaser and nurse Beth showed. Fertility treatment can be immensely challenging, please spare yourself the headache and go to Dr. Kaser and RMA of NJ first! They are amazing !!!
