First woman at the front who checked me in was extremely helpful. The doctor’s also very helpful. A little slow overall but nothing beyond what’s expected at urgent care.I had a question on my way out. The new woman at the front was on her phone scrolling, gave me half attention and had me feeling like I was a burden asking a question. So wild. Shout out to everyone else in the building.
Unfortunately I went in here with some chronic pain and I was essentially turned away and told it was food poisoning (it’s not) and my doctor literally told me he was “trying to convince himself” that I had food poisoning. Additionally, the front staff was rude and mocked me for not reading an email correctly. I had asked them if the email informing me of a charge was accurate and they said “ did you not read the email” - and as I walked out could hear them laughing at me for asking them this question. All in all you can always expect this from urgent care, but it’s unfortunate to leave not only with the most careless diagnosis but also being mocked by front office staff.
This is probably the first time I’ve used “delightful” to describe an urgent care experience! I came here because it was the only place within walking distance that could tell me if a lump in my shoulder was infected. The check-in process was mostly done via a link texted to me on my phone, and was pretty easy to complete. The receptionist was professional and helpful. It took about 15 minutes for me to be seen with two other people in the waiting area. The physicians assistant was warm and attentive, and the doctor I saw was personable and lovely. He quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed me the required medication, along with a pill to help me should I develop a yeast infection from the side effects (most doctors make women jump through hoops to get this type of medication but he said he grew up with four sisters so he understood the hassle and wanted to get ahead of it just in case). After taking care of my physical health, he turned to face me and asked me a series of questions about how my mental health was, whether I felt safe in my home, had privacy, and whether anyone was abusing or taking advantage of me. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, and I enjoyed his small talk. I only paid $30 for my copay with insurance. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but I won’t mind it next time I do!
DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS ITS THE LAST PLACE AVAILAVLE !!These people have absolutely no regard to someone’s time. I took an appointment and got there before time. Paid my copay and was asked to wait. I waited an hour and half before storming out while hearing the doctor telling stories to other patient in one of the examine room. It was an absolute Joke !! I asked 5 times how much longer and every time they said it should be about 10 minutes. If you do not have enough staff, tell the people how long they should expect to wait instead of keeping them on the hook for “10 more minutes or so”. I was extremely annoyed with my condition but it felt worth it to get the hell out of there with my condition than to wait indefinitely!! Save yourself the trouble and find some place else
This place has an incomprehensible operating rhythm. I arrived 10 mins early for a 3:15pm appointment and immediately checked in. I was literally the only person in the waiting area. After watching a group of 4-5 nurses mingling and laughing for 25 mins, I checked with the front desk for an ETA, the lady said she didnt properly check in me and apologized. That happens. Then a nurse took my vitals at 3:50 and said the doctor would arrive momentarily. I waited for an additional 35 mins in the examination room and decided to leave after that. There were a total of 3-4 patients when I was leaving and the group of nurses were still mingling. I have no idea how this place makes money.
This is an in-network provider for my insurance company. I sought help due to a severe pain in my stomach. I waited many hours to see a PA (there was no doctor). The PA ultimately advised I go to the ER since they didnt have the machinery to diagnose the pain further. This company billed my insurance $589 and insurance covered $129 of it meaning I owe $484 for absolutely nothing. I spent an hour on the phone with their billing dept. and they kept telling me to take up with my insurance company.
I had an excellent experience at Urgent Care on Lombard. They were attentive and a particular shout out for the PA, Alexis, who was quick, addressed my problems immediately, added some suggestions of her own, and my ailments which had lasted for two weeks prior to seeing her, was resolved within half a day and I am on my way to recovery!
They took great care of me. No lines. One glitch is if you want to actually talk to somebody on the phone they make it nearly impossible. Here is the trick: you pick prescriptions as the topic your calling about, it will eventually get you to a human.
Unconscionably over charges for basic care. I was billed $834 for flu and COVID tests of which only $312 was covered by insurance, even though this group represented themselves as in-network. $522 out of pocket for 20 minutes of service is unacceptable and unethical. I would avoid Dignity Health locations unless youre 100% sure that youve met your deductible.
Staff are really friendly. Waiting time is a bit long. Doctors are also very friendly and helpful. The only problem I would say is the physician assistants! They are very slow and couldn’t help my situation! So I had to go to another urgent care to make sure a doctor is visiting me rather than a physician assistant! After that I had to go to the ER and all doctors were surprised with the prediction I got about my sickness. So you’ll be lucky if a doctor visits you.
Friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in. Very professional and efficient. Comfortable and clean waiting area and treatment rooms.
We have visited this location multiple times. We have always been able to make an appointment and been seen in a timely matter. The providers are all great. They are kind and thorough.
We (myself, and my children) have come to this urgent care 4 times now, on weekends with simple ailments (ear infections, kidney stones, etc.), and have yet to have a good experience. We repeat our reason for the visit 5-6 times to 5-6 different staff members, for our descriptions to be jotted on sticky notes, and when the doctor arrives, its obvious he has not been briefed. We end up waiting/wasting 1.5-2 hours, and at times, we leave feeling silly that we even came. Please consider your options to wait an extra day or two to see a real doctor.
Easy to make appointment. Excellent reception and check in services. Outstanding medical care. This is an amazing resource.
I went in early to stand outside before they opened at 9am and got seen right away. The staff was friendly and helpful and took care of me. I would recommend them. I did make an appointment for later in the day just in case I wasn’t able to be seen as a walk in. There were a lot of walk ins so I suggest making an appointment if you can’t get there before 9am. When I left the building around 10am there were many people in the waiting room. This was a Saturday. Hope that helps!
Entered in my details twice on their online system only for their system to have it link me to another customer. Went to one on market which didn’t have an X-ray - they made another appointment at one that did but my appointment got lost.
The girls behind the desk were very friendly and I felt no judgment at all about my insurance - they came up with solutions and options and were very kind, patient, professional and understanding.
Medical staff are very thorough to running different tests to confirm the diagnosis. Listen to me patiently.Thank you for the service.
I went in for a flu test and received very poor service. 7 months later I received a bill for $881. This place is extremely unethical and should be avoided at all costs.
I provide my health insurance they accept me from the beginning I paid deductible than they lay said your insurance refused to pay I called my insurance they said they dont contacted them they refused to collaborate with me just they use the easy way send me to collector is big scam
Aron was a great MA! She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the steps she was doing when completing my labs! Thank you for a wonderful experience Aron!
Dr. was good. Front desk problem: after checking in the medical staff never got the message that I was waiting. Happened twice.Front desk staff problem?
The online portal to get your results is ridiculous! It’s impossible to login because the phone number for verification is incorrect, it tells you to call their office but I’ve called 5 times and no one answers. Why put a digital process in place if it doesn’t work. How do I get my results?
Went to urgent care. Charged me $250 upon walking in. Waited for over 2 hours before seeing a doctor, at no point in time was there any indication from them that wait times were more than 15 minutes. 👎
GoHealth on Lombard Street in the Marina District is well-situated and highly convenient. They have online appointments to save time, and you can pre-register to save time by adding your insurance information. The staff is exceptionally professional and caring. My only caveat is to watch out for the parking meters on Lombard. You dont want a ticket!
Everyone who works here is highly competent and careful and caring. They are delightful people who know how to me get well
Excellent service, knowledgeable staff very thorough and efficient and very clean environment. I always feel very well cared for.
I would not recommend this place for your pet. I had a severe fall Monday night with a bruised or cracked ribs. The pain was getting worse so I decided to go to dignity, urgent care on Lombard Street today, what a huge mistake.I had a 230pm appointment, and I was finally seen at 4pm. I was put in a room for another 15 minutes. The physician assistant comes in, they do not have a physician on prem. The PA spends about two minutes with me doesn’t examine mean he said let’s get some X-rays. 30 mins for the the technician, he was clueless. They put me back in my room.I wait 30 minutes the PA, he comes in to advise me that they will send the X-rays to a doctor to read and I will receive the results 2 days, he didn’t see anything but he is not sure, really?I requested a Rx for the pain, you would have thought I ask for his 1st born. Never received any medication or RxI would highly recommend you go to a Sutter or UCSF facility. Do yourself and your a huge favor, bypass any Dignity health facility.
Every time I come here they are always very helpful regarding any of my concerns and they do things without me waiting too long. I come here especially if I know I may require X-rays because if I go to my own doctor she has to send me elsewhere. Here everything is in-house. Their radiology tech, Reianna is very polite, nurturing & knowledgeable.
I was billed for a service that wasnt performed and no treatment provided. I had called in to check if they treat ear infections and was told they do so I booked and came in for the appointment. However, the medical doctor Jase who was there told me he doesnt treat ear infections and that I should see an ear nose and throat doctor. He was rude and unprofessional. I asked to see a different physician because his behavior made me feel so uncomfortable. He replied there wasnt anyone else. Then I asked to see the clinic manager and again he again declined stating he was the clinic manager. So I said well I am cancelling this appt because I dont feel comfortable continuing with you as the doctor and you dont treat ear infections. His response was that he was going to charge me anyway. His name was Dr Jase I believe? But I dont know for sure since never provided a business card and he wasnt wearing any type of medical clothing. The whole entire thing was very very strange. So I just cancelled the appointment in person, and I was told by the front desk they would void it out of their system. However I was still charged $250.00. I contacted the office manager with the email address I was provided and no response since then. This was a complete waste of my time and very frustrating. This doctor (if he even is one) should be fired for his behavior.
Avoid this place like the plague. They charged me nearly $900 for a 10 minute office visit. When I tried to call them about this, they kept trying to tell me to talk to my insurance. They are unwilling to help you, and no wonder insurance won’t cover such a hefty bill when their prices are a complete scam. One item on the invoice was a COVID test for $151, which is completely ridiculous when you can go to CVS and buy a test for less than $10. The least they could do is warn you about their prices before they push all these tests on you.
I dont usually leave negative reviews, and I myself always distrust online reviews of medical practices, but I had such a bizarrely bad experience that I thought I should share. The nurse who took my vitals had to come back three separate times because she had forgotten to ask me the all the requisite questions (didnt help that she cut me off before I had finished answering every time). That wouldnt have been so bad on its own, but the PA who saw me was unexpectedly confrontational. I didnt know the exact date I had last tested positive for strep throat, but she just kept asking repeatedly and increasingly aggressively when was the last time you tested positive for strep. Finally I gave up and just made up a date range because she was getting weirdly confrontational and angry. Ill emphasize that I offered to look up my medical history on my phone, and that I was genuinely trying to answer, but it didnt make a difference and she just kept repeating the same question. After that I had no expectation of getting adequate treatment, so I just tried to get out of the appointment as quick as I could and go somewhere else (Carbon Health urgent care; infinitely better). I advise skipping the first step of my experience and just going somewhere else.
And the doctor was kind and understanding. He saw I had serious health issues and wanted to send me to the hospital in an ambulance, but I asked for some care and he took an EKG, which I appreciated and then I took a Lyft to the hospital anyway, the doctor all the while was caring and also making sure I got the appropriate treatment that I needed. I really appreciate everything you did for me it was great, he was great
I came in with an extremely painful ear infection. Thomas Mink (PA) as well as the nurse assigned to me were wonderful. They were knowledgable, kind, and helpful. I made an appointment online the night before and was in and out with a filled prescription in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend the Lombard location of GoHealth!
Great experience. I scheduled my appointment same day a few hours away and in one visit I was able to get my foot X-Rayed and be checked by the doctor in the same place. Very efficient. I am satisfied.
I hardly leave reviews, but the service here was so terrible, I had to share.Witnessed horrible service in the waiting area. The lady in the front was loud and rude. She scolded a man for not having a face mask and told him to go find one before he could come in (even though she offered me one when I came in 5 minutes earlier, but I decline because I already had one).My friend injured her back and was having issues walking and couldn’t sit in a wheelchair, and when they called her to go into a patient room, the nurse just stood all the way on the other side of the building watching my friend slowly inch over to the patient room. My friend couldn’t get onto the medical table herself, and the nurse didn’t lift a single finger to help - just stood there with her hands folded - so my other friend and I were helping her onto the table. The nurse told us “you don’t have to help her because you don’t want to hurt yourself”. But who else was going to help her get on the table of the nurse wasn’t helping or even offering alternative options? The nurse then gave her an ice pack to put on her back, and then came back 5 minutes later asking if it was feeling better. It just kind of baffled me how mindless she was about her situation, as if putting an ice pack would magically cure a back in 5 minutes. My friend had already mentioned she had been icing and heating her back for the past two days, too.I will say, the NP/doctor at least showed some empathy, but everything leading up to it was a nightmare.
There is absolutely no way to get in contact with this practice regarding your care. Nobody picks up the phone, the voice mailbox is full, and there is nowhere to send a message on the portal. A place that patients cannot contact cannot be trusted! Do better dignity! Shame on you*edit- I also filled out the contact form online and received no response. It’s been 5 days.
Very good experience. Same day appointment, efficient online paperwork, parking available on the street, on time. The doctor was on point, sent the prescription right away and I felt much better the next day. I highly recommend them.
Really liked Frank and his helpful suggestions. Very smooth experience.
The personnel and doctor were excellent! I am very grateful
The Staff was awesome very friendly and informative. We already told others to come visit. We had to show negative test results before getting on cruise ship headed to Alaska. These folks were the perfect solution. Extremely helpful.
Mediocre care. Excessive wait time (2.5+ hours despite making an appointment), insufficient directions from doctor, X-rays on Thursday but didn’t find out till Tuesday that my arm was actually fractured. They seemed disorganised, but at least the staff were pleasant and they saw me same day.
I had a problem with my thumb & when I fell on it. It hurt& the bone kept clicking & not able to keep it in the socket. The Dignity Health on Lombard was able to give me an appointment right away. I had x-rays & a split put on. The receptionist, doctors, & nurses were all very knowledgeable & my thumb felt better!
Unfortunately, as is the case with so many health providers in the US, Dignity Health is very deceptive with their pricing and more than willing to take advantage of anyone in need of Urgent Care . After putting in my insurance information online, the predicted price was $0. 2 months later I was charged $285 for a 10 minute appointment, no examination, prescriptions, or anything. They claimed the original price was $391 (!) until the insurance took off $106. It seemed likely they pulled these numbers out of thin air. I contacted them requesting they call me so we could discuss this price. Instead, they emailed me confirming this was the correct price. I then requested to just pay the cash price as $285 for 10 minutes seemed incredibly excessive. After multiple attempts, I never heard back and was once again sent another bill which I decided to just pay before having a debt collector chase me around. I highly recommend requesting the cash price, especially if you arent sure if your insurance will cover costs. Better yet, avoid going here unless you enjoy being ripped off by a deceptive health practice.
Very pleasant and positive experience at this clinic. Efficient system and friendly staff. Dr. Spencer was just awesome. Ankle brace he recommended has been perfect. Hopefully I dont have to come back here anytime soon but if I ever needed to go to urgent care, this is the place!! Recommending to everyone I know.
The doctor who saw me was AMAZING. He walked me through my symptoms by fully showing me what was happening in my body and was causing the way I was feeling and how the prescribed medicines would help me— all of which is so rare to take the time to do. Would making him my PCP if I could!
Very disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes the nurse practitioner did not listen and instead felt compelled to tell me I was wrong about my bad case of poison oak and after giving her my history which she ignored and continued to tell me I was incorrect, refused to prescribe the right medication which I have gotten many times before for the same issue. Not qualified nurse practitioner. She was condescending, did not listen and instead lectured me about why I was incorrect. She walked away from the room without resolving my case and then prescribed an ointment which you can simply buy over the counter. I left frustrated because I know I’ll have to go back in 24-48 our for the right treatment.
I came in last night with serious lower, lumbar back pain (some bruising on my spine).I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but this was the worst experience I’ve had in an urgent care center.A few issues:1. She didn’t listen well, if at all. 2. After telling her how immobile I am (what I can’t and can’t do), she suggested various stretches. I can’t sit for more than 20 minutes.2. When I asked for referrals, she was adamant that the UCSF Spine Center, on Parnassus, does not require a doctor referral. That is not correct. They do require a referral.3. An x-ray was taken of my back, and she asked some relevant questions after showing it to me about my pain. I indicated that leaning back hurt significantly, to which she informed me that there are possible disk issues. She was a bit condescending, uninformed on the need for a referral to UCSF, and sent me out saying to just keep taking ibuprofen. I felt like I wasted my time there.I wanted to address how to best move forward to mitigate my pain, and it seemed rather obvious to me that she either didn’t believe me, and/or didn’t care.I went in for help. This is no way to live. I left feeling hopeless.
I cant say how grateful San Francisco should be to have these amazing people and awesome place as a resource to our community. No more ER waits, nor making an appointment with your doctor in 2 weeks for a problem today. Ive been here 3 times: 1. severed finger, 2. sinus infection, 3. severe abdominal pain. Each time they have been helpful, professional and speedy. The facilities are clean. The staff is very nice. And my insurance covers it to boot! You can make an appointment online, or walk-in and wait (which has never been more than 30-45mins). If you have a condition where you cant wait to see your doctor and this is not a major life-threatening case, this is THE PLACE to come to for quick, professional medical attention. THANK YOU Golden Gate Urgent Care!
Very caring personnel and very efficient and effective service. Deserve a 5 star
Super fast service and the front desk, MAs, and doctors are all super kind! I made a same day appointment online and was immediately seen at my appointment time and out in less than an hour.
Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care erroneously charged my credit card $250.00 and David from the billing department refused to help correct the error. Leaving a 1-star review for failure to help fix a problem that was caused by your billing system.
Nice when you visit in person, but good luck getting ahold of someone on the phone for follow up questions
I had a great experience here. It was a fairly slow morning that I went in as a walk-in. Waited maybe 15 minutes in the waiting room and about 10-15 for the doctor. Tests were quick and the doctor was thorough and helpful about medicines. Even offered for me to come back if I needed anything in the next few days. Even the girls at the front desk were super nice. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Making an appointment online was a zip (even though appointments arent necessarily). The facility is very clean, professional, and the friendly care givers give you the utmost respect and attention. We went here on a Monday morning, and it wasnt busy, so the wait time after the simple check-in was only a few minutes. The doctor on staff was very friendly, asked many questions, and provided us with all the information we needed. As an example to the attention of details given, the nurse even provided an array of different granola bars to consume that patients dont have to take the medicine on an empty stomach. On checkout, we were provided with print out instructions and a bag to put out medicine in. There is a reason why this place has so many good reviews.
Was really shocked to be treated so well after experiencing urgent care treatment in other places. This team was open when others were closed, courteous and caring when others were ambivalent, and just plain competent at all times. Rachel was especially above and beyond, answering questions before I even had them and treating me like a neighbor or friend. I had a bloody painful fractured toe and it was gently x-rayed, cleaned, and booted in less than an hour. I was provided great advice for getting better. Thank you everyone for working early Sunday morning including Melissa who knew her stuff and was super helpful. Will go back here without hesitation!
Here is the summary of my interaction with Golden Gate Urgent Care:I traveled to San Francisco on Friday Nov 30th for a conference and I got digestive issue the day after. The problem got much worse on Sunday Dec 2nd with diarrhea and bad breath at the same time suggesting an infection.I went to Golden Gate Urgent Care early Monday morning. The health provider visited me after an hour of wait in a room. She asked a few basic questions and told me they need to collect stool samples. She didnt tell me what the issue could be.I provided the samples on site and I was told that I will be contacted when the results when they are ready. I havent received any phone call as of today!! I tried to call them every evening to get an update. The first two days, the receptionist offensively told me that I have to wait and there is nothing they can do. Wednesday evening, however, the same receptionist get into a fight with me once I told her that I am leaving San Francisco soon and I need an answer. She then hang up the phone on me. They are not answering my phone calls after that! That was the worst urgent care experience I have had. The words urgent care in the title of the place suggest the visitors are looking for some urgent response. The way they treated me is mind blowing. I could have been dead because of an internal infection while I was waiting for a call which never happened.I am very upset and unsatisfied about the situation and I am following up with my insurance company on the situation. I wont recommend this place to anyone!
The staff was really really friendly, from the moment I stepped in there. The front desk guy was so nice and tried to relate with me and make me feel better because I was crying and slightly panicking. I had a like 30 min wait which sucked because I was bleeding pretty badly and I wish it was way cheaper, but oh well I guess. But the care I received by everyone was really wonderful. Cheerful, weren’t robots, super down to earth real people, felt like they truly cared about me and making sure I was all taken care of. 10000% recommend this place. I will definitely be going back here if I need urgent care.
Clean, organized, professional, doctor was delightful, check in person was very kind and helpful. Great experience. Daughter in for a dog bite and the attending physician made her laugh and provided much needed comic relief while still providing excellent care.Thank you !!!!
Clean, friendly staff, smooth process. I came in in the middle of the day, made an appointment online ahead of time and they were ready to see me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Ive been to some other urgent care facilities and it was nothing like this. Id definitely come back here again although hopefully I wont have to.
Staff were polite and professional. I’ve gone to other urgent care facilities in the past and always received a startling medical fee, although this facility charged me far less than I anticipated. Even as a walk-in, the wait time was only 15 minutes and I was out in 40. I’d highly recommend coming here even if it’s a bit more out of the way than other facilities.
I had sustained a large gash on my index finger and needed a quick stitch. My personal care physician was booked for the day but I was quickly referred to this place. All the reviews on Yelp and Google were glowing so I decided to commit.Phenomenal experience at GG Urgent Care. Not only is the space roomy, modern and clean but the staff is incredibly friendly and personal. I was in-&-out within 30 minutes with a bill that would have easily been 10-15x more at the ER.Enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when needed!
Avoid this place like the plague. I went in to have a simple poison oak rash treated on my body and was immediately met with a cold and rude receptionist at the front desk. After her asking my symptoms she rolled her eyes and asked in a condescending tone in front of everyone if I’m sure it was poison oak. All the meanwhile a gentleman who was very patient had come in and asked if he could make a Covid test appt and he was immediately met her condescending tone saying she could but she wouldn’t and he needed to make one online. He was immediately taken back and laughed at the ridiculousness of the matter and the rudeness of her response after shortly leaving. The receptionist then preceded to take me back to a room to take my vitals where she aggressively shoved an instrument in my year and ripped off the blood pressure wrap on my arm with one hand as hard as she could (I am not exaggerating). The Doc finally came in to see me where she said it was a poison oak rash and instead of trying to treat it told me to take Benadryl until it went away and to go the ER if it gets worse. Later that night my reaction got to the point where I developed a fever and was in incredible pain. The next morning I took the last resort of seeing a telemed Doctor online for $25 where he immediately prescribed a steroid pack. Later that day my condition had improved significantly. If you have read this far, know that I am someone who never leaves reviews but I felt this was necessary. The cold hearted treatment and lack of bedside manners from the entire staff just goes to show you not to always trust someone wearing a white lab coat or scrubs. I have faith in the healthcare system but this organization is a sham pretending to provide basic care which they can’t even accomplish. All I wanted was help but was met with rude people that have no interest in helping anyone when they go to them for care.
I am always pleased with the level of care I receive from all of the providers and staff, and also the convenience of same day care I can book in advance. I depend on this Urgent Care facility for so many of my medical needs, so I am grateful that it is available to me.
This place is very clean and professional-looking, but beware.I was sent to this place by mistake by my primary doctor. I didnt/dont have insurance that will cover Golden Gate Urgent care. I realized this at the check-in desk at the time for my appointment. Due to my being sick for 6 weeks, I considered paying the $253 out-of-pocket for a visit.I was assured by the nurse practitioner (Brian, I think) that I could have my prescription from him filled at a Kaiser (my insurance) pharmacy so that it wouldnt cost an obscene amount of money. It was under this impression that I agreed to pay the $253 appointment fee up front. It turns out that all the Kaiser pharmacies refused to fill his prescription, so I would need to pay again out of pocket at a walgreens (another 200-300$) to have my prescription from him filled. I cant afford another exorbitant fee.Ultimately having walked out without a diagnosis or a prescription that I could afford, I politely emailed the office manager Alex Lee and asked if a refund could be given, or failing that, what else could be done. I was ignored first for 8 days before getting a response (after my 3rd email) saying I am not quite sure what you are looking for or how you would like this resolved. I politely emailed back the same day, got no response, and emailed again 12 days later. I still have not received a response. The whole experience has left me feeling like they are very unprofessional by ignoring me, and also in refusing to be held accountable.
Shannon was by far the best health provider Ive been to in years. She worked quickly but with such accuracy. She let me talk and explain my situation and I personally cant thank her and all the wonderful Women working that evening i dropped in. I wish I lived closer so i could continue to see her!
Urgent Care that works in SF, who knew?! It was so easy to schedule and appointment for that same evening, everyone was super friendly and helpful, I was in and out quickly and the place was very clean.
They took me on a Saturday which was great. However I had a UTI which made me have to go to the bathroom and they would not let me in before my appointment to go due to Covid. So that was painful and discouraging. Also they do not have the equipment to do ultrasounds or instant urine tests. Had to go to the ER the following day.
I’ve been to their Market St. location but this was by first visit to their Lombard St. facility. I was seen promptly. All staff were friendly and professional. I was comfortable with COVID precautions. I was surprised to find they have an x-ray machine on site. I returned for another issue several months later and I’m still very i pressed. Excellent service from all staff. Very thorough, explained everything, and addressed all my concerns. I was very pleased with all COVID precautions. I was seen promptly and did not share space with other patients.
I got really good care in August 2015 after a bike accident. Really nice people.But...They asked me to pay a deposit of $150. My insurance told me more than 2 months ago I should have paid less than $100, but I never heard back from Golden Gate Urgent Care.I couldnt find any email address on their website, and as Im traveling outside of the USA, I have no way to call them.
Friendly staff with a nice interior - it’s actually trendy inside. I’ve been here twice with different ailments and both times have been a relatively good experience. I didn’t have to wait long and was seen by a PA. I’m not totally confident on how adept the nurses are, but the PAs seem like they know what they are doing. Pretty good billing system online as well. This is still my go-to urgent care place.
This place is the exact epitome of one of the many reasons the healthcare system is broken. Youre much better off going literally anywhere else. Despite still being open, they turned me away when I was actually in need of urgent care. The two ladies at the front desk were unprofessional, rude, and lacked any empathy at all. They told me that they didnt think that the staff would have enough time to treat me before closing, and therefore could not help me. Despite the fact that they clearly have zero medical training to make an assessment like this (and from the looks of it, no professional training of any sort) they still decided this for the doctors. It took quite a bit of arguing over this for them to even consider asking an actual trained professional if they would consider helping me. At this point I obviously declined, for concerns that I wouldnt be helped in a professional way, given that the people in this office only care about leaving at the exact second their shift ends, and not a single bit about the people in need of help who walk through the door. The worst part is, there are no checks and balances or repercussions for such terrible service from a medical provider. No accountability in our healthcare system to prevent terrible offices like this from treating, or REFUSING TO TREAT patients. Avoid at all costs.9/18/21: cut my finger deeply and needed to have someone look at it. This was again the closest so decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. When I walked in the waiting area was completely empty and there was one person at the front desk. She acted inconvenienced when I walked in like I was interrupting something. She was rude and had an attitude. She said everyone was out to lunch and wouldn’t even give me the option to wait. I asked and she said she’ll ask to see if I can be treated as a “walk-in”. She came back and was even more disgruntled and said if I’d like to wait they’d try to see me. I was confused, since I really cannot schedule accidents so wanted some clarification and she stood out of her chair and shouted at me that I could either wait or leave. I decided to call an Uber and leave, but as I’m outside she sent their skinny little security guard out who literally tried to pick a fight with me. I’m injured and their security guard tied to pick a fight. He’s also a misogynist, he just kept repeating “you’re acting like a woman”… I was standing outside waiting for my Uber. This visit has me perplexed about what “urgent care” actually is. But don’t go here if you actually need care. But if you’re looking to get into a street brawl with an angsty little security guard apparently this is the place to be.
The staff at this place is completely incompetent. The front desk was not staffed, so they had patients wait for over an hour and a half without providing any guidance whatsoever on when they would start accepting patients. An hour and a half in they had accepted one patient with another 8 on queue in the lobby, still without any guidance on what to expect. While i understand and appreciate that places may be understaffed, it is the duty of the medical care office to be honest and let the waiting patience know, or simple close their doors for the morning so people go elsewhere. This is an urgent care medical office, after all. Instead the incompetent staff at this place had 8 unwell people wait around providing misleading guidance for over an hour an a half. If what you’re looking for is a timely appointment with competent staff, this is not the place for you. If what you’re looking for is a waiting room to share germs with other unwell people while you aimless wait, this may be the urgent care for you.
I have been there three times over the course of 2 years. Twice for myself, once for my wife. Each time we were met with pleasant, patient, professional care. The wait times are reasonably short, the doctors are thorough and even through the place is all the way across San Francisco from my house - it is my choice for any emergency.
I had a terrible experience here. Not only did I walk in as one of the doctors was yelling at a patient, but when it was my turn the doctor kept taking off his mask. He also told me he would send a prescription to my pharmacy but after calling my pharmacy they said nothing was sent. Truly the worst visit Ive ever had at any health facility.
I have never posted a public negative review in my life but my experience has been so terrible, I felt it was necessary to warn others - especially when it comes to something as important as healthcare.TLDR: Despite the name, this was the least dignified experience Ive ever had with a healthcare provider. After countless phone calls to this office and the corporate headquarters, multiple emails and voicemails, I was left with no option except to file a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California. For a few weeks, I literally thought maybe I had been conned and this was just a sham of a doctors office.I went in for (what I thought would be) a simple test and was told I would hear back after a few days from then, also after having to administer the test myself. Fast forward to a week later and I havent heard anything back. I try calling their office to get an update and cant get through to anyone. There is no hold system and their voicemail is full so you literally just have to keep calling until you get through. I finally get through to someone who was pretty unhelpful and they just told me nothing has come back yet.A few more weeks go by and still no results, so I keep calling and sent two messages to my provider through the portal asking for an update. Called as many as 11 times in one day and was only able to get through to someone once and was given the same update. After this same back and forth for over a month, I finally get a call from two different people giving me someone elses test results from a different location. So, there is someone else out there who is probably going through a similar situation right now. After this exchange, I requested to speak to an administrator and requested a refund, since no actual service was performed. I was promised both and still have yet to receive either.Save yourself the time, money and effort - go literally anywhere else. Ive been trying for over a month to get in touch with someone about this. Human error is one thing, negligence is something entirely different.
The wait was long as a walk-in, but that doesnt matter to me as Roxie at the front desk was AWESOME and the NP Rebecca who helped me was also AWESOME. They made my day! I cant remember the name of the tech I met but he was great too. Good people who made me feel cared for and welcome while I was in a less than great state of health!
So this was the first time I had to use urgent care of any sort. My experience was really good. They took my information and my insurance. I had to pay $50 check-in fee. And my prescription was like $30. So the insurance I used was California blue cross blue shield PPO. So they do accept insurances but the cost of getting an open wound sitched up is 1/4 the cost of a hospital visit compared an urgent care facility. Great doctors and staff, and it looks really clean.
Fast, courteous, professional.I came into Golden Gate on Lombard mid-afternoon with a 2.5 long gash on my shin. I knew I would need stitches. The two receptionists greeted me promptly and courteously, and I signed in as a walk-in. Immediately, a screen displayed my approximate wait time. On this particular afternoon, I only had to wait 5-10 minutes before being called back to a room. The nurses on staff were kind, caring, and professional; and the nurse practitioner who stitched me up was really wonderful (Brandon, or Brendan). He was upbeat and communicative, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. He was careful in administering enough numbing medication so I wouldnt feel a thing, and he did a great job putting in 9 stitches and offering me all of the information I needed for follow-up care. Part of my good experience had to do with how quickly I was seen. This is, of course, highly variable, but the staff will post your wait time and take good care of you once its your turn.
I am very disappointed with the check in process at this urgent care location. I think if you have insurance, and don’t have any questions, including how to check in, then you would enjoy this place. The clerk, Jin, is horrible, I have never experienced a receptionist who is so rude before, who cuts you off and who makes you feel horrible for asking questions and for not having insurance. Shame on you, and shame on you Dignity Health!I’m a nurse who’s company has messed up on my insurance. So technically I will have insurance, I don’t have any membership number now. I called the insurance and they sent me here, and asked me to ask for an insurance waiver putting her name down and the date “MaryLJan11,2021.”I walked in and initially she’ll smile and welcome you, asked for you to check in online via the link she sent you via text. When you ask her a question on the process, she gets visibly annoyed and say “I don’t know, it’s all online, I don’t know about that.” My tip is to not ask her any questions, don’t give her any more work than she’s probably used to, because it’s not worth her getting upset. When she asked about insurance, I told her that I I’m in between insurance and I called my insurance and Mary has asked me to—, can’t even finish, she cuts you off, very annoyed now, and rudely stated that she doesn’t deal with insurance, she doesn’t know who Mary is!I’m very sorry to have made her life so miserable. I swear I don’t expect her to know who Mary is. I just wanted to tell her that insurance asked me to ask her for a form. That’s it! One form. Moral of the story, don’t ask her questions or for anything. If you need an itemized receipt, ask the supervisor. Don’t ask for an insurance waiver form, just pay out of pocket.
Let me start by saying I am no stranger to hospitals, doctors offices, or urgent care facilities. I grew up playing sports and tended to be accident prone so Ive seen it all when it comes to bedside manner. On Tuesday I took a pretty big fall while at work and injured my ankle severely. I am not from San Francisco so when I fell I was unsure of where to go. My HR manager suggested this place, immediately upon arriving I was greeting by a caring and smiling face as I hobbled my way out of my Uber. I wish I could remember everyones name so they could receive the credit they deserve. The receptionist helped me get in a wheel chair, and made sure I was seen as quickly as possible. She went above and beyond to help me figure out the whole workers comp situation. As promised I was quickly taken back to the room and they began checking out my ankle. Each person I interacted with treated me with exceptional care which unfortunately tends to be a rare occurrence, especially in the urgent care sector of the medical field. While I wish I never had to go to Golden Gate Urgent Care in the first place, Im glad that I ended up there. Thank you to those of you who helped get me taken care of and for treating me like a person. You helped calm my fears and soothe my worries and for that Im truly grateful.
I spent 5x more time waiting than being seen by the doctor. The doctor didn’t pay attention to my needs and told me I was “fine” when I was very sick. Overall waste of time.
The Dr. Did a wonderful job pulling the skin together on my 4 year olds chin so it heals properly. All the staff were so sweet and helpful keeping him in place during the procedure.
Please AVOID!I went there expecting to have a better help given that the other place in Castro had a long waiting time and that one was basically empty. That did not help, I was not even treated, they just sent me home and told me to have ibuprofen. I ended up going to the ER the next morning for something that was actually treatable. Also, the billing department is very bad. Make sure you double check with your insurance if this one is in network, since the answer for this question in the Questions section of Google Reviews is not updated.
Horror story. After being let in 45 minutes after my appointment they tried drawing blood five times over the course of an hour. After they couldn’t do it, I was given some lab sheets and told to go somewhere else where they presumably had a staff capable of drawing my blood. In sum, this location was incapable of providing the required medical care, stabbed me 5 times until I was about to faint, and wasted the better part of my afternoon.Stear clear.(Note: Their tardiness and extremely rude front receptionist probably merit a separate review.)
I saw a PA for really bad shoulder pain. She did not take an x ray or anything else. She did lecture me on the fact that urgent care is for urgent needs. I was in so much pain. She did offer me prescription strength aleve. I will not go there again. The medical assistant that took my vitals was very kind of you have a real issue please go see your primary cara doctor.
It was easy to make an appointment and fast to check in, however the doctor provided less than optimal advice about how to treat my the cut on my face. He said to let it dry and scab over. I have since learned that this leads to a worse scar and that the wound should not be allowed to scab over but kept moist with vaseline or aquaphor after cleaning.
The employees that worked when I went into the Lombard Office were kind, organized, understanding, and so helpful with all of my needs, questions, and concerns! Additionally, the COVID testing at Piedmont in Oakland on was prompt, efficient, and professional. The testers were also very straightforward while being understanding. They sought to provide a stress free but smart testing experience! I can’t thank all of Dignity Health for what they are doing amongst these crazy times. So grateful!
Great experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a prescription and treatment plan in hand. This efficiency is unheard of at urgent care centers!
Avoid this place. Incompetence bordering on negligence. Came in for an appointment after coming down with terrible and very obvious cold/flu symptoms. I waited 1.5 hours onlyTo be told by the NP (Matthew Brooks) to just “wait it out” and take over the counter Tylenol. I have an autoimmune disorder and take immunosuppressant medications, and they wouldn’t even test me for the flu or strep despite me specifically requesting that they do so as a precautionary measure as my Rheumatologists have strictly advised. I’m fully covered by insurance and it would’ve taken 5 mins of their time to do so. To make matters worse, Matthew was insulting and completely condescending about my disease and even compared it to his own being worse in an unprofessional manner. After being dismissed and told by this place that I was fine, I immediately left and went to UCSF, where they confirmed I had a 100.3 fever AND positive for the flu! Golden Gate’s equipment didn’t even properly register my temperature... which they made me take on my own! This practice and Matthew Brooks are putting others at risk of contracting illnesses by their lack of care and poor service. Will not be coming back and advise anyone else to avoid as well.
Easy to schedule an appointment, fast check-in, decent wait time, doctors were understanding and provided a clear solution to my problem. Im extremely satisfied with my visit!
This place is so great I dont even want to go to my primary doctor anymore. The online scheduling option was great, the office is modern and clean. The onboarding process was as efficient as can be despite the current state of medical required paperwork. The staff and doctor I saw had excellent patient interaction and were very professional.
Quick helpful curtious front desk. Was seen by Dr. quickly and she answered all questions knew what to do, how to make situation smooth and put me at ease. Was able to get medication on site and out the door in time to make the whale tour. Took around an hour or LESS. Medication is working great and I am very glad we found your Urgent Care. Location was perfect. Thank you all at Golden Gate UC.
So glad to have this place available when needed
No lines, great staff, prompt service, overall great experience
Great Staff, great care, great service. We came from Texas for a vacation, and my girlfriend had an ear infection, so we looked for a urgent care in the area, and found this location, very happy. We were even able to get her antibiotics at the urgent care.
Been here three times. They once told me my knee was not broken and it’d be better in 3 days, had to go to a different urgent care to discover it truly was broken. All three times were filled with things like that with wrong diagnoses with my leg or with a stomach bacteria infection. They’re absolutely terrible.
Excellent facility. Very nice and clean. Staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Walked in, signed in, waited maybe two minutes and then went back for my visit. Nurse and Doctor were both great, walked out maybe fifteen to twenty minutes later.
I am an Internist in SF. I have referred more than 10 patients to Golden Gate Urgent . My Patients have reported back to me the outstanding care that they have received. I refer patients with non life threatening wounds or symptoms. One patient, appropriately, required hospital intervention, and was taken to the right hospital. All of my patients have noted the professionalism of the staff, the short wait time, the wonderful care that they have received, without the long ER waits or fees. I am so grateful that Golden Gate Urgent Care is available; they are Not a Doc in the Box.Sincerely,Amy N. Bossen, M.D.
Excellent!!! My daughter was traveling, and pricked her finger. At first she didnt think any think of it. But it became infected and had achy symptoms in her arm. Being out of town, and with a new insurance we needed help.I called Golden Gate Urgent Care, spoke to Audrey and she listened carefully, made a recommendation and scheduled my daughter an appointment within the hour.Truly an Urgent Care that CARES. Thank you to all that helped us.
I called up to ask about booking a quick appointment to get an eczema prescription refilled (the type of thing a doctor can check for with no tests and takes less than 5 minutes). The person I talked to was pretty defensive and told me it would cost me at least $250. Thats pretty ridiculous. I think it says a lot about a healthcare provider when they clearly value money over the health of their patients. I told them Id even pay like $50, just to come in for a checkup that would take 5 minutes and that wasnt even considered. Doesnt inspire much confidence for their service.
So the front desk receptionist is rude, unprofessional and needs to quit her job. Tells someone exposed to covid19 and I that Diginity Health GoHealth Urgent Care does not do tests and are not a testing site. Why didnt you get one in Mill Valley? Not sure how to answer that, Simply need a test. Any symptoms? No Need a symptom otherwise we dont do tests. Why are you coming in? Put on a proper mask I was already wearing a good mask lol, put the one gave me on anyway. Anyhow gaslighting and treating me like Im stupid like that was unprofessional.Though the nurse guys were very nice, kind, empathic and understanding.Response of the owner, yeah right and nice try. I can see right through deception from miles away, and youre lying. Actions should align with words, as yours dont match that mission. Filled with nonsense. Feel ashamed if I were you.
Waited in a room for over 1.5 hours to be seen by a provider after a nurse took my vitals. The provider talked to me for less than 5 minutes, and they didnt have any equipment for diagnostic tests.
Excellent medical services when you need them. Profesionalism, quality of care, speed, friendliness of staff, surroundings (everything super clean and spotless), good parking, makes this clinic one of the best in the area!
I injured my hand, so I went here after being referred by my insurance company. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were friendly and efficient. After the x-ray showed a break, I was given a referral to the SF Hand Center.
Made a reservation at 3am, saw a doctor by 7am, out within 30 minutes and headed out to catch a flight for vacation. Great speed and the doctor was kind and helpful. Ill definitely go back if needed again!
Generally runs on time. Smooth, efficient process. Friendly, informed staff and medical personnel. No fight to dispense actual medication, as there is with some organizations. Whenever my primary care physician is unavailable or has a full schedule, Golden Gate Urgent Care is my go-to spot! Thank you, G.G.U.C., for your consistent and reliable service!
I came to my appointment on time and very sick. I waited for an hour on the bench for someone to see me. I was diagnosed with strep throat. They did a bunch of unnecessary tests unrelated to strep when that was the obvious issue. They charged me over $700 and my in network top ranked insurance only covers half of that. I paid $360 out of pocket. To top it all off they prescribed me old school penicillin and I had a sever allergic reaction.
I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Christian (PA) & Bonnie - I came in very sick and they immediately began collaborating with other providers I was working with to make sure they were providing me with the best medical plan of action. I have been here at least 3 times and every time I have been extremely pleased!
The team went above and beyond to treat me. They really cared about making sure I was safe and knew everything to be cautious about.
I had symptoms of sore throat and fever. They performed a throat culture for strep and told me they would call if the culture was positive so that I could start an antibiotic. My fever worsened, I became sicker and missed work.TWENTY TWO DAYS later, they informed me that the culture was positive. They refused to explain the delay and instructed me to email their COO to get answers to 1) why I wasnt informed of the positive result of a bacterial infection or 2) provide instruction for the best course of treatment moving forward. He never responded to my email.
Shady, at bestWent to get a tb test. Payed $20 up front for a bill that costs $25. Then a few weeks down the line I get a bill with a office new patient detailed charge that is $391!!! Im not paying that and will never go back uere
We were visiting SF and were doing a trail running race. Unfortunately, one of the runners in our group took a digger and cut open her hand. My wife and I are both physicians and were nervous since we didnt know the medical community in SF. We ended up at Golden Gate and couldnt have been happier. Clean modern facility, quick efficient check in and most importantly outstanding medical care. If we could give it 6 stars we would. If you have something going on that doesnt require an ER, get to Golden Gate Urgent Care.
Copay was low. Friendly staff and clinicians. Very convenient and close to home. Received needed medications eithin 30 minutes of visit.
They didnt submit to my insurance correctly and did not notify me properly of any issues...and now I have debt collectors calling me and threats of my credit being affected. Before this incident I would have agreed with most positive reviews.
Received excellent and efficient service. Medical staff most pleasant and caring. Clean environment. Definitely 10 based on this last visit.
Waited for an hour and a half even with an appointment. Staff in front office were extremely rude and did everything they could to avoid telling us the simple truth that they were running late.
When of the cleanest and fastest urgent care! You can book an appointment online and get in when you need to. I’ve visited this location four times the past three years and it hasn’t disappointed yet. I would recommend this location and the Westportal location if you need to 👍🏼
Wow - Lawrence and the crew here are so friendly. I was here a year ago and went back today and they are the friendliest and most onto it emergency I have been to. Thank you.
Great. Had a short wait. Took X-rays gave me breathing treatment. Diagnosed my pneumonia, got my Rx and was out of there. Good, caring folks. Only had to pay my $60 co-pay.
Everyone there was very sympathetic and did their best to help in anyway they could. Because of their efforts, I was able to continue on with the rest of my vacation onto Napa;)
The staff was excellent, the man at the front desk and the doctor. They were both terrific and accommodating—excellent bedside manner which is missing in a lot of medical staff today.
Was in and out in 20 mins, Relena helped me get an appointment and the doctor and all the employees were friendly and comforting
Best urgent care Ive been to (tried Direct Urgent Care and Sutter Health). I went there with an appointment and I only waited about 10 min. Staff is lovely and helpful!
The doctor followed up the next day to check on my status. He provided me with additional information about my condition and what to do.
I’ve been here twice, and they’ve been absolutely awful twice. Worst urgent care in the city, in a city with a fantastic healthcare system. Avoid at all costs.
I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier but PA Travis was awesome. Very clean facility also.
Good service but always have to wait too long to see doctors even I made an appointment before hand.. its my 2 nd time here and I waited almost one hours . Better to come here on your work day not your precious day off.
The administrative and medical staff is very efficient, friendly,Professional and compassionate!
If the Beatles were resurrected and reunited for a final tour it would probably be easier to get through on the phone for tickets than it is to get Golden Gate Urgent Care to answer the phone. Useless.
USELESSDoctors are terrible and not very helpful, very long wait times even when I was the only patient in the building. Save your time and go to your primary care provider or ER instead. Most of the time they will send you home with ibuprofen.
Excellent service by the staff and Jordan.
45 mins into my appointment and I haven’t been called in yet. There’s no point in making appointments here, it’s merely to put you in line. Plan to spent 2-3 hrs at a minimum with an appointment. Find another Urgent Care.
Highly recommend. Staff was nice, process was efficient and doctor was professional.
Great medical care, poor customer service experience. Would have loved to feel a little more compassion and a little less cold dismissiveness from the front desk.
Nice staff, professional, clean, didn’t wait long. This is my 3rd visit and will continue using them in future.
Always great service. Very professional personnel
I was a walk-in and this was the fastest experience Ive ever had at an express care type doctors office! Very happy with the staff!
I needed care in Oct 2015 and my visit was totally worthless! They didnt help me at all! To make things worse, I got a bill a month or so later for ONE DOLLAR!!! Are you kidding me?!!! Thanks for nothing!
Got here at 8:40 am with strep. Its now 10:10 am. Feel like crap, want to go home, but still havent seen whichever incompetent doctor Im sure they have.
We were visiting SF from Norway and the staff here were very helpfull! Great facilities and no waitingline at 11am on Friday.
I was seen promptly. Staff was friendly and effective. They listened and provided the care that I needed. I would recommend.
Everithing was easy and good!
They got me in quickly, listened attentively and were incredibly friendly and considerate. Super clean facility.
Great Experience. No wait when I went. Great staff. Happy to have chosen them for my follow ups.
Awful service. Got a prescription for flu medication and then lost the paper. Called back in to get the prescription written again. They refused without me coming back in and paying for another visit.
This place is a joke. Refused to provide service
Easy to schedule at this convenient location. Great caring staff. We highly recommend this business.
I was seen by Dr. Zager he told me I should go to a free clinic and he didnt want to treat me. It was a horrible experience and in end I got his message I will never go back there. If you want to pay to be belittled and demeaned then this is the place for you.
The staff was courteous and friendly. Took awhile but they were busy. I was very satisfied.
I went there for exposure to paint thinner, found very high blood pressure and all staff/doctor (s) who I had direct contact with was the epitome of kind and professional.
Flawless experience all around.
Horrible customer service. I spoke to a very ruse person on the phone and was so upset with the patient care that I decided to go else.Never again!
Everything went very smoothly; wait time was surprisingly short; communication was excellent. Thank you.
Such good people! From the desk to the doctors, everyone here is super nice and helpful all the way.
Service I received was great, employees very caring and helpful
The worst clinic stay away .. Me and my baby we when there and we ask if the take our insurance and the later when they see us they said they dont take our insurance they charge even more 50 + like 220 for visit so they can just put bandage on him what I can do my self more because we didnt have emergency witch they dont tell you an till your inside with a doctor and not just that they dont treat us well and they didnt even give my baby pain killer and on top of everything the call social serve on us because they are so unprofessional that they though a burn that he had was something different thats how professional they are are
I would recommend this to anyone that doesnt want to spend hours in a county emergency room.Everyone was very attentive and helpful.
Amazing service with incredibly sweet and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this urgent care to others.
Very Professional and Quick
Excellent service.woth respect and dignity
Great! Super fast and easy, very friendly staff. Were from out of town so were very very glad we went to this one.
I waited 50 minutes! What is the point of using such a service if it is going to be a long wait. I could have gone to a regular ER!!
Great location - quick service and wonderful staff!
Professional and very little wait when I went there midday on a Tuesday. Recommend for travelers with travel insurance.
Convenient website where you can see wait times. Was there when I needed it. Walgreens across the road.
Had to bring mom in to urgent care. Staff was courteous and most helpful.
Very pleased with quality of care that I received!! Better than going to Emergency @ a Hospital & much less expensive.
Quickly processed, good staff, got online results quickly
The practitioner nurse, was very nice, the receptionist could use some customer skills
Dr. Connell was very attentive and was very helpful.
I would recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much- great experience!
So easy to make a same day appointment I was seen in under 30 minutes.
Great! It was quick, clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Id come back!
Took good care of me.. very kind medical team
The doctors were very nice and helped me with my problem right away.
I had a great experience with the NP (Renata) and the assistance team.
The provider and the staff are excellent!
20 minutes in and out, 100% better.
Everybody that helped me was nice and informative!
Very pleasant and positive experience at this clinic.
Quick service, great staff, nurses, and doctors
Great!!!
Everyone I had contact with was OUTSTANDING!
Very friendly, efficient, welcoming, organized staff.
Great health service
Really quick and easy
When you get sick, this is the Center that you are treated the right way
Fast, friendly, professional and caring.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Severely good.
Julian was great!!!!!
Yea
Love this place!
Speedy and thoughtful
Prompt service.
Excellent staff and doctors. Urgent Care is like concierge services so it is quite pricey and not all insurances cover it but when youre not feeling well the Services provided outweigh the cost. Dr. John M. Martinez treated me , but Im sure other doctors are just as great.
