I had an excellent experience at this Dignity health urgent care. I had great and friendly interactions with everyone. The primary care provider, Daniel, who treated me was very attentive and helpful with providing me treatment and helping me feel better. My entire wait time + visit was all under one hour, so extremely quick and efficient. Highly recommend this location!
My experience was a 10 on a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the highest rating. The facility was spotless, they were organized and professional and, a huge plus, it was in my neighborhood.I went there with a significant puncture wound. Michael the nurse practitioner on duty took care of me quickly, efficiently and thoroughly - and with kindness. My wound is healing well without infection and I am grateful for the care I received.Thank you!
Medical staff was great, but costs were ridiculous and misleading. I was very careful to check if I was in network and ask what I owed at the end of the visit beyond my copay. I was told I owed nothing. A few weeks later I got a bill from a 3rd party for the foot brace they gave me for $250 (even after my insurance was applied). On Amazon the exact same boot is a small fraction of what they charged me. Be very weary of costs.
I have never been to an urgent health or one medical before and I never understood what they were all about but when I talked to my doctor about an infection I had in a finger he told me to go to urgent care. I didn’t realize they took Medicare, which is what I am on. The entire staff, including the doctor were very, very efficient and helpful.
Wow! This was the most efficient and informative visit. Dignity allows you to complete your info prior to your appointment. Was greeted by a wonderful attendant; and then my appointment started right on time. Woman who took my vitals prior to seeing doctor was thorough and nice. Dr. Rossi was excellent — smart, caring and really sought to understand my symptoms. He recommended a plan that I have the confidence will get me to 100% of myself again. Great experience!! Thanks to Dr. Rossi and the entire team at Market St. Dignity Health for a great experience!
I was seen almost immediately. The staff was great. The nurse practitioner was professional and most kind. I left on the road to recovery!
Good service, outrageous prices. Very high deductible I had to pay for a test I should have done elsewhere for much less. Very frustrated with the health care system.
Staff is great but the cost is outrageous. I went here and the first thing I asked is if they take my insurance. They said yes so I thought that meant green light. I received 10 minutes of care to tell me my finger wasnt infected take off gauze and rewrap it. I was so happy for them to send me home with supplies but then I got an email that $250 would be charged to my credit card. I was expecting a $40 co-pay. I have been living out of the country for some time and didnt know all of this. Deductible is $6,000 means you have to cover everything until reaching $6,000. And then when my insurance covered part of the bill it was $304 for me to pay. Im very sorry that when someone is in a situation where they need care, a basic need, they are taken advantage of by for-profit healthcare. Disgusting. Dignity Health, you should be ashamed of yourself. Bill before discount was $391 and then a modest $250 if you dont have insurance no matter how little care you receive. Even ten minutes. I say this to inform other people who dont have the money to be screwed over. My advice is get on MediCal and know before an emergency where you can be treated without getting taken advantage of. This place is only great if youre a rich person who can afford fantastic quality care costing few hundred for ten minutes.
Couldn’t have asked for better care!… from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner… as a visitor to San Francisco on vacation with a medical condition that needed urgent care my experience was perfect!
I was hastily diagnosed with a condition despite having contrary symptoms. When I brought up the contrary symptoms the medical professional just said he didn’t have an explanation but he’d been doing this for 30 years. Now, I’m just an idiot with a google search, but the diagnosis didn’t match what I could find.I was hesitant about taking a two week course of medication for a diagnosis that didn’t make sense so I scheduled a different appointment with a dermatologist and he confirmed there was “0% chance” that diagnosis I got from here was correct.Front desk and medical assistant were nice.
They charge you your copay, take your insurance and then passively have you agree to have money taken from your bank account. They don’t bill your insurance and just take the money from your checking. It makes absolutely no sense. And they don’t tell you up front. No no it’s in the fine print. Also no physician on site just a registered nurse.
This is an Urgent Pay clinic, not an Urgent Care clinic. The first thing they do once I enter is ask me to pay the copay instead of treating me. I decline. While Im being treated and feeling extremely dizzy the lady at the front asks me to pay again. Absolutely ridiculous!
Stay away very unprofessional! Website said it accepted Molina my insurance with zero copayment when I got there the receptionist was ignorant and bluntly ignoring patients. Dignity health care unacceptable customer service practices and unprofessional staff. Said they accept my insurance from the website but the receptionist bluntly ignored patients and was very unprofessional unhelpful and rude. From the website it said it accepted my insurance, Molina healthcare but after traveling some time to get there it turns out that it was not accepted? Go somewhere else anywhere else but I would stay far far away from this unprofessional and poorly ran medical facility.
Walked in without appointment and quickly got a consultation, diagnosis and prescription. Everybody were friendly and professional.
10 for sure. The care I got was very good. Michael Britton, my NP was very thorough and clear, with excellent communication skills! My issue is pretty much resolved. How quickly I was seen and the very good communication skills of the NP. The receptionist was very courteous.
Quick appointment, friendly welcome, competent nurse, diagnosis very well explained with a lot of kindness on the part of the doctor, I highly recommend this place especially when you are a foreigner in the country. Thanks a lot for your helpsorry if the translation is not very good
I had the best experience at this Urgent care. Everyone was polite and professional, from the beginning to the end of my experience.I was visiting from Sacramento and had a fall on my bike. After my appointment was made by phone, I received a text reminder and a form to fill out with my info. They were able to take x-rays and patch up my road rash. The doctor explained everything and personally showed me my x-ray results. In addition, I left the office with a copy of my x-ray.Cant say enough good things about the care and treatment I received. I am a retired health care professional, and I am picky!
Prompt, professional, and helpful. I booked online for a 6pm Thursday visit, showed up at 5:30 to an empty waiting room. I was immediately admitted, processed by the nurse and seen by a doctor. Both staff members were kind and patiently answered all my questions. Out with a diagnosis and a plan within 30 minutes. Best urgent care experience Ive ever had!
It was extremely convenient to schedule ahead of time. When I arrived, the check in process was fast and easy, and I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was great, and very empathetic. He treated me and got my prescription to help with my pinched nerve quickly.
The medical assistants/med support staff are amazing! The front desk folks are always kind and even most of the providers are super genuine. Wait...doctors who listen AND answer questions?! Best offices I.M.O. are the Castro Team & the Lombard Team! Legit wish they could be my primary care teams.
Everyone was very prompt; I was seen within a few minutes (I booked an appointment online). The scribe and the physician both were kind and the physician had excellent bedside manner. They helped explain to me what my condition was, gave me informational pamphlets, and helped me take the best course of action. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an urgent care centre to visit here.
Needed emergency care on Friday at 7 pm. In and out in 30 minutes. First class treatment all around
I am writing because we had the absolute best experience today. We recently moved to the area and had to come here for my 4yo son today. The staff was very friendly and efficient, from check-in to the Provider seeing us at the end. We got the answers we needed and they were kind of enough to write down the pharmacy address and give me assistance in finding a Pediatrician in the area. I cannot say enough nice things. For those complaining about wait times - it is an urgent care and this is out of their control. Health care is hard right now and people are leaving. I’ve waited up to 4 hours in urgent cares before. The wait times here were much shorter and they also have options to schedule appointments online in advance which is great.
Great experience. Service was on time, and wait for doctor was minimal. Really great service and staff.
Care was fine but girl at the reception desk was quite rude and unprofessional and did not care to listen.
Staff highly competent and caring. Dr. Rossi in particular gave me vital advice.
Dislocated toe. Came here after getting rejected from two other urgent care centers. The staff here had me in and out within 30 minutes. Very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you!! You all are lifesavers.
The doctor that helped me was extremely nice, and cute. Lol.
Very helpful and nice. The entire staff and practician were extremely helpful with a very painful situation. Thank you
Everyone I interacted with , was kind and professional. Excellent health care. Provider really listened to me. Receptionist even called me back that evening to make sure I was able to get my medications. Because I had to call from the pharmacy twice ( insurance issue) Well organized office. Clean. Convenient. I like that I could make an appointment too
Could not be more frustrated with this clinic. Have sent the doctor multiple emails, called and left multiple messages with reception. Now they are legitimately screening my phone number and not answering my calls. I had a simple follow up question regarding antibiotics that were prescribed by Dr. Hand. Going on 5 days without an option to speak with a doctor. $300 10 minute visit even with my insurance to receive this lack of customer service is appalling.
The staff were so nice and helpful. They were able to diagnose my issue and get me the help I needed. The appointment wasnt difficult to get, and I was seen right after I arrived without much wait. So lucky to have a great urgent care in the area!
Very challenging communication- got a voicemail saying to call back about results. when I called them, the person I talked to straight up refused to actually tell me anything, still yet to hear back from them about my tests.
While visiting in San Francisco I realized I had a bladder infection that needed immediate attention. (You know what that’s like, right?) After looking at online reviews I chose Dignity Health and I am so glad I did. I made an appointment online and filled in all my info. I was promptly greeted by a lovely woman whose name I have lost. She was very sweet and helpful which calmed me down considerably. She got me into a room, got my vitals, etc. and then turned me over to Adam who confirmed the diagnosis, gave me my instructions, and sent my script to CVS. The whole visit lasted less than a half hour. The clinics is spotless and staff are very professional and caring. I highly recommend it!
I had a potential exposure to COVID and coincidentally felt a little off and wanted to be tested to isolate in case I did have the virus. Rapid test, in and out in 20 minutes with my negative diagnosis (thank goodness). The staff was so helpful, the doctor was kind and thorough. Great experience.
After I filled out paperwork and was in the appointment, Tara told me upfront they probably couldnt help me with my complaint. I was so impressed with her humane honesty and concern that I not waste time or money. Tara and Adam spent valuable time with me anyway and gave me great advice on what to do. I expected corporate frost, but found two fine kind people in a clean spacious convenient office. Thanks, Tara and Adam! See you next time!
A child sick during vacation prompted a call to insurance for in-network providers. Luckily, the company providing insurance is based in California, so finding a provider in San Francisco wasnt too hard.Im so glad we chose Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care!!Everything was straight-forward: from reserving an appointment time, to filling out the paperwork online enroute to the apt, but the best part of this visit was the friendly, kind, helpful staff who greeted us when we arrived!!Just like Hiro in Big Hero 6, I feel very satisfied with their care. I would highly recommend GoHealth-Castro on 2288 Market St. to anyone seeking Urgent Care in a clean and compassionate setting.
Very professional, and a short waiting time when I was there (midday on weekday).
Even with 3 people/patients before me, I was still seen within 17 minutes! (I know this because of parking meter:) Wonderful, expedient care! To front desk reception, to nurses, to physician, THANK YOU! This is the second time I have found myself needing urgent care and I wouldnt go anywhere else but here!Follow up visit on 12/15/23: I found myself feeling very poorly after having been laid up for over 11 days with a severe cold. Made my way up to Dignity Health on Marke Street in SF sensing I needed help! After checking in at the receptionist station, I was seen within 15 minutes by a terrfic Nurse Practicioner. We discussed my symptoms and the fact that they didnt seem to be going away at all as I approached 2 weeks of being laid up. He prescribed a good antibiotic and prednisone tablets for a bacterial (bronchitus) infection. I was able to pickup meds at Walgreens across the street. Started pills over the weekend and Im seeing a light at the end of the tunnel = recovery! Thanks for great care!
Every time I go to the urgent care facility, everyone is so kind, so helpful and check in to follow up after my visit. Since I dont have a PCP this is the only place I go for my medical needs and recommend it to anyone who asks for a referral.
Staff is nice and welcome. Doctor was not helpful, she didn’t give me helpful remedies to treat my Covid. I was prescribed Pixlovid when I got Covid in June from different Urgent Care in Los Angeles and recovered quickly, this time I am recovering slow and feel that didn’t get any help from that doctor from Dignity Urgent Care.
What a 5 star place! The whole staff was incredible.Brianna was so gentle when she put on my splint and Dr. Patrick was absolutely wonderful with care and communication throughout the whole process.Made me laugh even though I was there with a broken bone ☺️Thank you all who work there! (Even the kind and humorous lady who did my X-ray!)Would recommend them to everyone. 💛
Ive been trying to get a covid rapid test for 24 hours to no avail with this company and wasted several hours in the process. I was able to schedule the virtual visit yesterday (which is no small feat and I got 6 e-mail reminders for) and the PA told me to ignore the registration e-mail for my appointment scheduled last night at 6:45pm - that I was already registered and would get another e--mail with the location. I never got that e-mail, wasted 45 minutes driving around the city trying to find it, and discovered that its impossible to get Dignity Health on the phone at any of the numbers listed online. So I just cancelled the wonderful event I had scheduled this evening with my god daughters since I couldnt get the test. These people make it very hard to get care. :(
I made an appointment online to get a covid test and it was super easy to make the appointment and fill out the forms online before your appointment. Because I did that I was in an out in
Had a great experience here. Would definitely return. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. And I was seen minutes after entering the front door.
Dr. Hand ar Dignity Health was marvelous. He explained what my options were for care, what the medical reasoning was, and gave me space to decide what Id like to do. I felt exceptionally well taken care of. The receptionist/intake person was wonderful as well.
I called and the nice person who answered the phone was able to answer questions for me, get me a spot in line and send over a registration link. I arrived, they checked me in quickly, roomed me and also the provider heard my concerns and got me treated right away. I avoided having go to the ED. THANKS TO THIS TEAM!
I cut myself on the top of my big toe down to the bone. Was able to get an appointment within an hour and seen right away. Three stitches later and Im back in action! They made this so easy and practically painless.
I received immediate service as a walk-in and the staff was very kind. Dr Rossi is great guy and was extremely knowledgeable. His explanation on my injury was very thorough.
I commend the staff at Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care at their Castro Location, 2288 Market St in San Francisco. They are ultra-professional, efficient, polite, and friendly. Kudos especially to Helen, Tara, Abigail, and Dr. Hand for their excellent service. This Urgent Care Center is a much needed and valuable component to our neighborhood. Thank you for all you do!
One of the very few urgent care facilities I would recommend, Dr. Sawyer is fantastic, listened to me and quickly diagnosed my issue. He made sure I was comfortable with every procedure and made sure I was okay. Strongly recommend
Been here twice for Covid testing. I call and call and request invoices to submit to my employer and they continue to promise to send it within 24 hours and it never arrives. This has been going on since December. They did send me an invoice for one visit, and it notes that they overcharged me by $50, and that a check will be refunded to patient, but this was never discussed and now I’m out $50 because my employer can’t reimburse it. The price on the door was 300, and if it only costs 250, who is collecting the $50 that is supposedly going to me and that they aren’t paying taxes on? This place and company are shady AF.
I had the BEST experience here today with Dr. Hand and Nurse Terri! My general physician referred me to this GoHealth location (next to Cafe Flore) after he couldn’t stop the bleeding from my kitchen knife cut, and I wish I had known to come here in the first place. The facility is snazzy and spotless, there was no wait, and the care I received was amazing. They had the bleeding stopped in no time after I (and my doctor) couldn’t get it to stop. Thanks again, Dr. Hand and Nurse Terri for a great experience.
This was the absolute worst experience. I was told explicitly by the individual at the front desk that I would not be charged for the visit and that they would be collecting my credit card purely for profile completion purposes. I then get billed a month later for $300+ and when I call in to the billing department, they apologize for the misinformation and say theres nothing they can do.
It was easy to book an appointment. It was easy to check in. Everything was clean, and everyone was welcoming. The doctor was knowledgeable but not at all condescending or pedantic. Everything about the experience was as pleasant as could be.
Dignity Health bills for extra services without telling you. An appointment cost more than three times more because they added several medical codes to the same visit. I was never asked or notified that the cost would be higher for a single appointment. Disputing the charge is useless, they will just send you to medical collections and ruin your credit. Also, they are impossible to reach after an appointment for medication refills or pre-authorization. It took a full month to get a pre-authorization due to them not picking up calls, not returning calls, and not responding to the pharmacy. What a mess and so unethical with their billing practices.
I have come here on multiple occasions (pre-pandemonium and during). Sometimes I get ok care, other times its just awful. My biggest issue is their website & the lack of ability to make any kind of appointment ever. They never have any openings, you cant just walk in or a burly security guard will be on you. The receptionist is a very unpleasant person also.Curious on what they do all day since they dont book any appointments to see patients...?
Everyone in the office was extremely professional, caring & competent. The Dr was fantastic and very informative and comforting and gave me really quality care. Awesome experience! 10/10
Dont be fooled by this offices claims that they offer a Rapid COVID test. In order to schedule an appointment, you need to verify with a virtual visit over video with a doctor over the next few days, and the best part is, the doctor doesnt show up to your appointment. Ive been waiting for an hour. You honestly have a better shot going to one of the other places that take a few days to get back to you.
Exceeded expectations all around - friendly, helpful, well organized, and knowledgeable front desk staff and physician.I called and stopped by a few other urgent cares before this one and it was a mess. Glad I ended up here.
First time there for very bad back pain. Great people from the beginning to the end. No waiting time. They took care of me right away. Very professional and kind people here. Will be my to go now. Recommend them
I HIGHLY recommend DH Urgent Care. The facility is brand new, super clean & the treatment rooms are very spacious & bright as opposed to the small stuffy claustrophobic rooms I’ve experienced (too) often in the past. The personnel were very friendly, patient & put me at ease. I was treated by Renee Kagan PA-C who was really incredible. She stitched up a laceration on my foot & when my GP later saw it she said “Wow she’s a true artist. That’s a beautiful job of stitching”(there were 10! Yes ouch!)I would go back or recommend DHUC again without hesitation.
Fast, quiet, clean. Doctor was kind and listened to my description of symptoms. Really great overall
RUDE, MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! People come here because they are not well. They do not need to be barked at, ignored and treated like dirt!!!! This is precisely what the lady at the front desk does. I have never been treated so rudely at a place of business, especially a healthcare facility. Needless to say, this front desk person needs to go! Im sure its not the first time they have been told this. As much as I needed care, it was not worth it to take her abuse any longer so I left......AVOID!!!!!!
I had a good visit. Very professional staff and friendly too. Thorough vital exam and doctor was great. I can highly recommend
We have been going to Dignity Health ever since COVID started. They have always been very accommodating and professional from ear infections to treating covid for our family. We really do appreciate having this facility so close to our home it makes a world of difference for our family.
I was in need to some relief from a cold that upset my Asthma after a stressful move across country and in between switching Medical Groups ... Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care was the perfect solution and I felt like they listened to my needs and took the time to check me out and get me back on track ... I’m very grateful for their services and bedside manner. Did I mention how impressive the online onboarding patient procedure is !
RUDE front desk lady who picked up the phone around 10 am on 10/31/20. If business owner is reading this you should find out who Im talking about. I asked about rapid covid testing and wondered whether I could schedule a time within 2 days before traveling because the new policy for China requires negative result in 2 days, which is posted on their embassys official website. She kept insisting it was 3 days without listening to me. Shes wrong but she thought she knew everything for sure. And she hung up on me while I was explaining... Called back and no one answered. Didnt wanna waste time arguing. Avoid this place.
Very nice staff and excellent care.
These guys are the best! Gave me 2 nebulizer treatments and didnt rush anything. Thorough would be an understatement! Then upon discovering that I was paying out of pocket for everything, proceeded to print out coupons for each one of my prescriptions. You couldnt ask for a better experience with a physician. Thanks again!
The front desk is super nice and actually everyone here from the front desk to nurse, to the doctor are nice and responsible. My friend referred this place to me and now I see why is that :) This place is now my first choice if I need walk-in care
Great resource. Efficient. Friendly. Knowledgeable.
While the exam with the nurse practitioner and the front desk person on 2/10 were very good during my visit, it’s what happened after that was a complete disaster. I’m sick, in SF for business and desperate for medical attention at 8pm at night. Following appointment, go 45 mins back to hotel area and the agreed upon CVS nearby to pick up 3 prescriptions - but the clinic only called in ONE of 3 prescriptions. So, I waited for an hour at CVS to solve - the clinic was no longer open and their voice mail was full. Today, worked all day, sick and needing other 2 prescriptions - called GoHealth and encountered a new receptionist on 2/11 (who was not the awesome person on 2/10) who was rude, unapologetic - and sitting on a full voicemail (do your job check your messages). After nicely asking them to fix the error and call in the scripts - it took this disrespectful employee an hour to call in my prescription into CVS while I waited. However, I still can’t pick up because GoHealth called into another pharmacy and insurance won’t authorize duplicates. Easy to see what wrong with healthcare and frankly America - it’s not only that our system is horribly broken but most importantly it’s the incompetence of uncaring people who spoil the broth for their colleagues & businesses they work for and customers who pay them.
The doctor was knowledgeable, considerate, nice, and very helpful. The facility was nice too....
I made an appointment this urgent care and was initially refused service for being exposed to HIV. They gave me an unexperienced nurse who had taken blood in over a year.I would recommend searching for a more professional urgent care who has doctors on staff.Best of luck
William Li, PA was helpful with my questions on our telephone visit. Going in later that night to get tested was quick and easy. The clinic seemed well set up.
This is one of the most expensive urgent care centers. They charged me over 400 for a simple strep throat test. Since then I’ve gone to other urgent cares that charge half of what this place charges.
The doctor and staff were fantastic! It was also easy to make an appointment and the facility was very clean.
This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Adam was calm, knowledgeable, and fantastic at his job. Little to no wait and lots of time with the doctor. Would highly recommend.
Went to Dignity Health urgent care in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco. The Dr was amazing. Very kind and caring. The staff was excellent including the guard at the door
The staff is professional, polite and friendly. They took me on time. The location is very convenient. There was a problem with a piece of equipment not working but that was quickly overcome by a backup option. It was a very easy process.
The difficulty finding the patient portal and accessing covid test results online is extreme. The patient comes last - after marketing, billing, and other online self serving needs of the company. Service at the site was sufficient to get the job done.
Great experience in spite of being in considerable pain. Clinic is state-of-the-art, staff is thoroughly professional while being kind and compassionate. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility without reservation.
Great experience here when I went in for a persistent sore throat that had gotten worse. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back here for other urgent care needs.
I was blown away by the quality of treatment and care here. The staff were kind, patient, and treated me with respect and interest. I can’t recommend this place enough. They have considerate staff and a wide range of services available.
Unacceptable not to pick up the phone especially after sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I explicitly asked for Walgreens. They send it to cvs. Despite calling them multiple times to rectify. I had to call a different Dignity Health, Golden Gate and speak to an Andrew who was extremely helpful. If it werent for Andrew, I would not have gotten my pneumonia medicine that night.
Dr Hand is one of the best doctors I have ever been too. I highly suggest him to anyone searching for a quality doctor who truly cares for his patients. If I could make him my pcp I would. 2 thumbs up sir, salute. 👍👍👌👌
Quick service with a thorough explanation. Pharmacy was practically next door. They filled my prescription while I waited.
Predatory billing practices! Nearly 3 months ago I went in, paid $250 on my card (shows on my bank statement that the payment went through) and now (again nearly 3 months later)I receive a bill for $250 citing office visit new patient expanded prompt pay discount I paid $250 before they let me see a doctor. I cannot reccomend trusting such an incompetent organization with something as important as your health.
Fastest and easiest urgent care appt. I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly and helpful. In and out with problem treated in no time.
Time and time again this place exceeds expectations. The staff is phenomenal - they care, they know what they’re talking about, and they move fast. They don’t just do the minimum, they are capable and willing to truly help you navigate our dark and difficult healthcare system. Thanks for all you do!!!
Scott was super friendly and helpful. He brought me wheelchair to push me upstairs to get the test done. Very nice experience for me, less painful.
My experience with Dr. Rossi is that he is rude, dismissive, and demonstrates an obvious lack of care for the patients he “treats.”
Terribly rude staff. I waited for over half an hour despite having booked an appointment online. On merely asking if they had an estimate as to when my appointment might be, I was given a very rude reply by the lady at the front desk. Would not recommend!
Had a great experience here. I arrived without all the necessary documents and a bit frantic. Both the nurse and the doctor were very helpful!
Very professional team that helped me feel at ease while not feeling well and very concerned about my health.
The doctor was very professional I told him what was wrong with me so he checked everything and made Sure I had the right prescriptions for my illness .i will go back if I get sick again. The person who checked me in was so fast I didn’t have to wait long and very understanding with my needs.
Phenomenal care from Adam the PA. Went above and beyond addressing my concerns. The staff also called a few days later to see how I was doing. Truly amazing and so rare to see this level of care.
I have had two consistent positive, helpful and timely appointments here. It seems much harder to get in to see my Primary Care doctor compared to the ease of this facility.
Entire staff was so kind and professional. No wait time. Made me feel very comfortable taking care of my broken leg. 10/10!
Hi team, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk. I’ve called on several occasions at different times of day and never receive a response. The voicemail box is also full. Definitely an unsavory experience.
Crystal and Dr. Knox at Dignity Health treated a bad cut very quickly. They are the nicest people. Great patient relationship.
Great care and much quicker to be seen by a doctor for non life threatening health issues. Very nice staffwho explained and administered care needed.
Very friendly and efficient. The doctor had great recommendations for my problem. I am already feeling much better.
Was able to get seen and treated quickly. Everyone was kind and professional.
Wonderful nurse and PA!! Great experience for my anxious boy, was in and out! Highly recommend!!
Impossible to reach on the phone; don’t have an online appointment booking service so you’re forced to walk in; our daughter needed a visit, they said to just walk in; we went there and then they said they were fully booked… and it’s supposed to be urgent care…
Had a positive experience at this location. Staff was very professional and empathetic towards my situation. They were cordial and very nice people. Would highly recommend them.
Great PA. However I paid in full at time of service and now I am getting emails that my credit card will be charged according to a payment arrangement that I never made. Seems fraudulent.
Wonderful service and extremely kind. They stayed open 10 min after their hours for me. Thank you!
The staff was absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, timely, and just overall made it an easy experience. The place was impeccably clean as well.
Dignity-GoHealth Urgent Care gave exceptional professional treatment.I am delighted to recommend theirservices. Katie
Fast service, and everyone was professional and courteous. The visit was pleasant.
The employees discriminated foreign patient especially Asian nurse which working front desk, she is rude ignored and did not take any measures to help the patient,I think she needs sit at home if can’t do her job!I feel sad after her speech and crying because first time in us I was discriminated
Thank you for the highly professional service, accessible on the same day!
I received great care. They were able to get me in to see a specialist that was covered by my insurance.
Fast, competent service when I had a bad cough. Highly recommend.
This is my go to place for my family! Little or no waiting for help . The staff was super friendly and the location was very clean .
Great people and place.
They charge $300 for a Covid test at the airport. Highway robbery. Shame on this company and it’s leadership.
Waited 10 minutes at the door but no one at the front desk was there to let me in. Stood at the door knocking waiting for the desk attendant to show up. Very unprofessional.
Billing issues are impossible to resolve. Make sure you get everything in writing, they’ll try to call you so that there’s no written trail. Avoid.
Efficient, friendly, caring and professional!
Care was fine but I have been trying to pay online for 3 months and still cant even get the website to load. I try once a week.
Professional, friendly service. Definitely recommend for urgent care.
Got a covid test here. the staff is kind and they got me in and out very quickly. definitely recommend
The nurse who checked me in and the doctor Adam were both great! This will be my new spot.
Wonderful doctor and staff
I have gone here several times for Covid testing and they have been wonderful!
Great service and awesome doctors!
Go Health at Castro were so professional and helpful! Were lucky to have them!
Staff were all nice and helpful. The wait was very short.
Everything was absolutely perfect! Fast, easy, and great service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Big 10, Everyone we came in contact with provided service above and beyond of what is normally expected..thank you so much.
The physician and staff were very friendly and accommodating
Market St location was efficient and courteous for a needed test prior to a routine procedure.
I give this site a very high rating. Efficiency in administration and excellence in medical evaluation.
Quick, kind, thorough
