I had an amazing experience with Dignity Health. I had to see them three times over the past month for a stubborn cold and seasonal virus that wouldnt leave my system and each time I barely had to wait. You can easily schedule an appointment online or just walk in! The staff is so friendly and attentive, especially Rachel and Ryan. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
Wonderful experience. Tea and water in the waiting area. Clean professional and homey atmosphere. Didn’t have to wait long. The receptionist and doctor were wonderful to walk ins—they advised one guy to go somewhere else based on insurance, and counseled another person to just take IBProfen and save his money based on their initial conversation. Delightful patient treatment.
By far the best urgent care experience I had. Everyone was professional and well informed. Whereas many urgent care centers seem to be a bit chaotic and just run through people, I felt well taken care of and respected. I highly recommend should you need a place to go.
Horrible service. Nurse was late opening the gate. I did not realize you were required to make an appointment online for an urgent care. The nurse opened the gate looked at the board and said- come back later. Closed it up again (mind you- after 9am) and walked away. So horribly rude. Why would I trust a horrible woman like that with my health. I’m going elsewhere. Thanks for leaving me out in the street while I’m sick. Amazing healthcare. Truly.
Make sure to reserve your time on their website before you go. This will save you some time when you get there. Checking in was easy and straightforward. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The PA, Renata was great. Super friendly and took her time answering all my questions. I was in and out in less than an hour. The whole process was easy and fast.
Christen, and the lady at the front desk, I forgot her name, were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The best experience Ive had with an urgent care. I will definitely return if I ever need to visit an urgent care facility again.
As a college student in a new city, having health scares can be stressful and daunting. But every time I have visited a Dignity GoHealth Urgent Care, every staff member has been so welcoming and understanding and knowledgeable. The doctors/nurses/physicians assistants/ nurse practitioners really take their time to examine the patient and give them the information and treatment needed. I have recommended GoHealth to people and will continue to do so. Thank you!
The stuff here was so very helpful! I got right in and was seen quickly. The doctor explained the appropriate anabiotics I would need and why. Her assistant order them so that they were ready to pick up when I got home. They made it a very good experience when I was feeling really bad. I would not hesitate to recommend go health on the visit GoHealth on Divisidero to anyone.
Holy cow.I was in a tough spot - awaiting confirmation of my MediCal enrollment and hadnt heard from the city program administrators yet - and 2 members of my household went down hard with the flu. After briefly explaining the situation over the phone, the woman advised me of their walk-in fee without coverage, but then proceeded to inform me of the specific OTC meds being recommended by doctors; how a certain local hospital pharmacy is open to the public regardless of coverage status and how their OTCs were a fraction of Walgreens prices; and, if things got worse, how to go to SFGH, get treated, and use it to expedite the existing MediCal application. She advised me of all of this without charge. My review is based off this single phone call.
I told the receptionist Im feeling sick, nausea, headache and I wanna do a blood test. The doctor saw me, said what he thought I had and also we dont do blood tests here.. But I only agreed to paid $250 because I thought I would do the blood test! It was so frustrating, I just left the place feeling so dumb and cheated.. I will never come back and will never recommend.
I had a great experience I wish someone would have thought of this sooner. I went in on a Saturday afternoon when I got back in town, I was looking for operating hours for urgent care when they popped up. They are the best thing since sliced bread I kid you not.
Out of state Pain management patient. Medical professional, here on a travel assignment. I googled this clinic prior to my visit as well as California’s Pain policy. There was a reference to all Pain being controlled in the state of California, I left this office $250.00 lighter in my wallet and absolutely zero care. Made to feel like a criminal.
I scheduled the appointment through ZocDoc. Called in the morning to confirm address and insurance. However, when I got to the office, the front desk person, who was very very rude, told me that the doctor was at another location for the day and they ONLY had physician’s assistant here. I feel being deceived and I’m very upset about such questionable business and medical practice of this doctor
They properly diagnosed and treated me when a hospital emergency room did not. They were professional, supportive and friendly. As a visitor to the community it was a god-send to find them.
There is not one ounce of urgency in this entire facility. Two staff members moving at the slowest pace imaginable. Took more than two hours just to get a room, another hour to be seen. On top of that, the Nurse Practitioners station is in the waiting room, which in addition to being a near-criminal violation of HIPAA, is a real-time demonstration of how inefficient this place is.
I was visiting from out of town and the doctor fit me in without an appointment. He was so attentive and welcoming, it was some of the best treatment Ive had in the medical field.
Badass, clean, and modern space. The staff are super nice and knowledge as well. Went in for a motorcycle injury and they did what they could to help me feel better.
Denise was friendly and helpful and really made me feel comfortable in the appointment and less nervous about my issues!
First time at this Urgent Care. They did an excellent job. They really need more staff on the weekend though.
Was told by the front desk that my insurance covered the quick check up I was doing and then got billed $300 out of pocket. This place is a terrible scam - don’t go here!
The staff is awesome. They remembered me after coming in only once — which was 12 months ago. Very friendly environment
Been to facility in Stoneham, MA several times. Staff are professional and courteous and PAs and Doctors are top notch at this locale.
Bought dad in for check due to severe pain in his back. Great staff, friendly as well as very helpful.
Everyone knew what they were doing. Took into consideration that I was hard of hearing. The place was very clean. Glad I went there.
This place is awesome! Terri at the front is amazing. Highly recommend. New, nice, easy, not crowded, perfect
The visit was professional and the wait wasnt too long. Perfect.
Loved the facilities but the staff left much to be desired.
Very quick and nice staff
