I came in having a pretty bad allergic reaction and they very quickly got me checked in and treated. I was very professionally administered the medication I needed and they were quick to call an ambulance for me.the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, Im so glad I happened to be close by!thank you guys
T was a great experience. I was seen on time, my Dr. really listened to me, and gave me the proper treatment and meds. I wasnt rushed, and the meds I was prescribed helped a lot. I was really impressed with all of the staff, from the person who checked me in to the Dr.s assistant. Thank you!
Took my husband there after a bad fall left a gash in his head. It’s challenging because he’s on blood thinners and bleeds profusely. Dr Martin was fantastic and explained the whole process of stemming the flow and getting him properly stitched up. Caring, respectful and expert.
Avoid it like the plague. Misdiagnosed something incredibly simple(bacterial foot infection). Only went because Kaiser was closed. When I went to kaiser a few days later my doctor was stunned it was diagnosed the way it was. Borderline incompetence and malpractice dominate this location. I also received additional billings after the fact listing elderly care charges and reimbursement. They called me to discuss payment options but once I brought up the elderly expense items, they quickly started backpedaling and offering refunds. Given that I am in my 20’s this appears to be some kind of billing fraud. Avoid this place like your life depends on it, because frankly it does.
In-person seemed to me the only realistic way of getting served .Best is to show up as a walk-in. For a video visit, the online site insists on photos of insurance cards, but gives no instruction as to how to actually send a photo. No way to call the clinic for help with the online registration! Thats obstacle enough to discourage potential clients!
The physician, or more likely pa by the chip on her shoulder and bad attitude, was a real see you next Tuesday. Gaslighting me saying she didn’t see a bump in my eye, when I pointed it out very clearly and any idiot off the street could have seen it. I am disappointed and angry because she completely dismissed me and laughed at my concerns. I tried to present her with all of the possibilities of what might be going on and she said my eye looked fine. It was so noticeably red that a friend I was with said I shouldn’t wait any longer because it looked that bad. She then tried to dismiss a video I took of my eye that showed a very visible white bump as “maybe it’s just your personal anatomy.” You’d think I’d know my own body? Her bedside manner is terrible. Do not go here. I have worked for a concierge doctor’s office for years and this is not how you talk to people who are coming to you in pain. People like her are what’s so broken about our health care system. I understand the amount of patients she sees everyday is probably overwhelming but have some compassion and listen to people. Most people wouldn’t be coming to an urgent care hell hole unless they had to… I wouldn’t have unless my eye were burning like it is and I’d tried all of the advice she’d given me last time. I’m convinced she just doesn’t want to chart and is a lazy rude PA.
I would definitely recommend the urgent care team to friends and family. 10 out of 10. Easy access. Knowledgable health professionals. Clear explanation of their findings and next steps.
Scheduled and received a Covid-19 PCR test here because it was required by my orthodontist before an oral surgery and it was one of the testing sites that they had recommended. Weeks later, I received a bill for $390 office visit fee in addition to the $150 test fee. After insurance discount, the patient responsibility was $360. Had I known that this clinic charges a costly base fee just for a covid test, I would NOT have chosen this clinic. Their website should include more information and transparency on costs for common services like Covid tests.
Very convenient location. Easy to schedule an appointment online. Prompt and professional check in. Doctor/ nurse was very competent.
Quick. Great staff. Explained each step of what they were doing. Clinic is clean and tidy. Comfortable seats in the waiting area.
We were on vacation and my child’s face swelled up to the point we needed medical care. I found this place online and got here 10 minutes before opening. The person that opened the door - Jesse, let us come in to wait until it opened. The provider Dan was so nice and between him and Jesse helped us get medication to a pharmacy close to our VRBO. We were in and out quickly and I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Disappointed in the way swab samples were taken. Evident there was cross contamination. Nurse was scattered with her collection piling all of the swab sticks on top of each other. Additionally Dr. did not have his cloth mask covering his nose and sounded like he was dealing with a cold. I felt it was highly inappropriate. Will not return.
Visiting Dignity was very easy and instantly got me back on the road to feeling human again! Clean, easily accessible office with kind knowledgeable staff.Thank you!
Everything went well. The rooms are very well lit and spacious.
Quick and easy same-day appointment scheduling experience. Hardly any wait once I checked in. Polite and professional staff. Nice facilities. Ear wax successfully removed!
From intake to discharge I felt completely taken care of. This was the best experience Ive ever had in a hospital. All of my nurses and doctors were amazing. I wanna give a special shout out to ER nurse Katie too - she was amazing. All in all you guys took care of me, made me feel like I was a patient and not a burden and treated me like a human. I cant give enough kudos
Prompt service. Very professional staff.I will echo the other reviewers in that this was one of the most pleasant and positive experience in a medical facility that I have had in a long time!During my appointment I felt listened to and came away with the help that I needed. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent care!
Great urgent care experience. I was treated with great respect by the staff. The practitioner on staff (Dan) listened attentively to my concerns and called me personally when culture results came back. Wait time was very reasonable. 10 stars!
Yesterday, March 29th, I had the most pleasant and positive experience in a medical facility that I have had in a long time. While visiting in town, I got a hearing aid wax guard stuck deep in my left ear. I had never been to Digital Health before, but was greeted with a warm smile and welcome by Cindy Q who processed me in. Waiting no more than 3 minutes I was greeted by an aide (unfortunately did not get her name) and vitals were taken in a private room. The PA, Jennifer, came in quickly, assessed the situation, and expeditiously extracted the wax guard which had been stuck for almost a week. Then a very thorough job was done cleaning wax out of my ear. Everyone was polite, professional, and competent. I highly recommend for others to use this facility and will do so again when needed.
Great care! Doctor gave me a lot of recommendations on how to treat my cough such as using a humidifier, taking an allergy medicine with my cough medicine. She prescribed me a few medications, and I also had the opportunity to get a rapid COVID test!
Efficient and knowledgeable staff! I called first and was advised to make an appointment because they were busy atm. Hence, I entered an empty clinic and was seen right away.Top notch operation!
Easy to book, seen quickly and care was great. The space was very clean.
I made an appointment 45 mins in advance. Was seen immediately upon arrival. The doctor was effective in getting to the issues and giving me a plan of action and meds to cure my issue. Prescriptions were waiting for me an hour later. Compared to the three week wait with my doctor, a huge improvement.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, from my first phone call asking about availability up until I walked out. I was treated swiftly, but carefully. My entire experience was efficient, convenient, and reassuring, and left an extremely positive impression of Dignity GoHealth centers. I would recommend these centers to anyone requiring urgent care.
I called to set up my appointment and the team easily accommodated my schedule. I was seen within a few hours and they were professional and friendly. Glad to have them as a neighborhood clinic!
Great care from the moment I walked in the door. Staff was welcoming, knew their business, and helped me. The Practioner, Spenser, even spoke to me on the phone when I called with questions several hours after my visit. I can’t imagine better service!
The staff at the Cole Valley location were all so kind and efficient at their jobs. I felt genuinely cared for – especially by the Doctor who stitched me up. She was intentional in making me comfortable and her efforts meant a lot to me. I cried here, I laughed here. I’m not planning it, but I will be back!
I needed to go to an Urgent Care at the last minute & I was able to book an appointment 30 minutes out. I was diagnosed with Covid & Influenza. Destiny at the front was very nice & personable. David, the clinician was very polite & knowledgeable. The clinic was really nice & clean as well.
The pros: I was able to quickly get care by booking a same-day appointment. The doctor/NP was very knowledgeable, gave helpful advice, and prescribed me useful treatment. Overall, the staff were nice and the facilities seemed very clean and modern. The cons: after my appointment, I experienced some side effects with the medications, and the pharmacys instructions for my medications seemed different from what the NP had told me in person. Despite calling 3 times and texting, I wasnt able to get through to the urgent care to get any clarification on what to do about the side effects or what the actual medication instructions were.
Easy to make an appointment, very short wait time, and clean, nice facility with kind and helpful staff. My eight-year-old injured his ankle, and I wanted to make sure it was not fractured. I am so glad we were able to bring him here.
My go to place when I need quick test results and urgent help if not feeling well. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day and didn’t have to wait long even though I was late.
Being from out of town, it was wonderful to be seen without waiting, greeted by great staff. Online Save my spot worked well and prompted me for my info which I started and was able to finish in person. Thorough exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Thanks yall!
Incompetent staff. The receptionist was unable to handle a patient checkin unless it was done on a patients cell phone. I had lost a wallet and even though I had both a passport and photos of all of the information needed, including insurance card, the receptionist was unable to use that to do a checkin. For example, the phone app asked me to take a photo of the insurance card but I couldnt do that because I was using the phone with the photo to try to check in. I was even a repeat patient. Her only response was you have to use the app to check in.So I had to leave. They need to rework the systems here. Fortunately, I could wait to go to a real clinic. But what if it had been something more urgent.
No appointments available. Said there would be a 2 hour wait.Sad state of affairs when it comes to healthcare options in S.F.
Friendly, professional, helpful, streamlined care from the Front Desk staff to the Provider. I actually prefer it over going to one of the big 3 SF hospitals I go to. Be sure to ask for ALL treatment possibilities at your visit so you don’t have to go in twice & what’s the best way to contact them if you have any questions. Regardless of this, I think patients will be very pleased with this clinic.
Quick intake and a short wait. PA was prompt and knowledgeable.
Efficient friendly staffEasy checkin processWould go back again
ENTER WITH CAUTION. Predatory business practices!!! as is sadly pervasive amongst many US healthcare clinics.I swung by a few times in the past few months for a flu shot and a PPD test. I asked the clerk how much it would cost and was given the price(s). I told them I didnt want my insurance involved. I filled out the patient form, swiped my card, asked for a receipt for work, and left happy. I probably spent a grand total of 5 minutes between ALL my trips there with the nurse(s) on site.A few months later, I receive a bill in the mail from my insurance, billed at ~$500 EACH service!Of course apparently they charged for an urgent care visit, a consult with a PHYSICIAN (if Id known Id be charged for this, I at least would like to actually interact with an MD to ask about my other health concerns), and other relatively standard but expensive items. What kind of flu shot or TB skin test costs $500??I only owed about $50 more to the insurance company, but on principle, I felt disgusted by the rug pull and the lack of transparency. The clinic is convenient in that it doesnt seem to be overbooked like others, but well, heres why.Whats sad is that this kind of pricing behavior has become normalized.AVOID, be prepared, or dont provide your insurance info and pay by cash....
I went to Dignity Health for the 1st time 3 weeks ago. This location is so convenient, modern and easy to get to.I had an appointment and waited about 15 minutes before being seen. Not bad at all.Everyone from the front desk staff (Destini?) to the physicians were amazing! The 2 doctors (men) who treated me that day were informative and kind. Everyone was even joking which is great when youre stressed about health issues.Flash forward to today when I went back for a minor issue involving a small painful lump. Same cheerful welcome coming in, waited even less than last time and was brought to room for vitals in just a few minutes. The negative: After getting my vitals checked, I waited 45 minutes in the room without anyone telling me when the doctor would be able to see me (an ETA doesnt seem like much to ask) and through the exam door, I hear the doctor on call today talking about one of my gastric health conditions which is on my patient file! I was like is this for real? She was talking about how someone with X shouldnt be here. Umm excuse me? Theres a small chance I misheard but I definitely heard part of all of this. I definitely dont think its appropriate to mention patients medical information in a hallway where others can hear.I came out of the room a few instants later to ask for an ETA and the same doctor who was at front desk said were still with a patient, well see you soon. Pretty dismissive. No worries about wait, but Ive been forgotten once in a room before so thought Id ask.The doctor then comes in the room and to break the ice I said sorry, just wanted to know if I was next! and she pretty much tells me we have patients with more important issues than yours so it took longer. Wow, youre gonna compare health issues. You dont need to talk down on me because youre a doctor, lady. In any case, thinking its just a one off with this particular doc but I definitely wouldnt want to see this doc again who was very cold. My opinion of this urgent care was awesome so its too bad she ruined it! Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
I had to go here today for something that’s been bothering me for days. I was able to make an appointment online as I was making my way there. My whole appointment I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly efficient and respectful. If I have to have an urgent care appointment again, I’m going straight here!!!
The Cole Valley location is great! Went there on Saturday. Arrived before my appt and they saw me right away. They are all friendly and fast! They even called in my prescription to the Walgrens around the corner and it was ready when I got there!! Best service.Meantime, I had gone to the Lombard location on Monday and they told me to come back in 50 mins, when there was no one in the waiting room because he said that they were getting ready to go to lunch! and if I couldnt do that then I could make an appt for 5 p.m. over 4 hours later. This is urgent care??? For those who have had a UTI - you know that you just need to confirm it and get on an antibiotic right away. Thought it might go away - no luck on that. I went back to them a couple days later, on Friday and the woman told me to take a seat and she would call me when she was ready. Not very friendly at all. After 15 mins, I finally got to talk to her and she told me that I could get an appt at 7 p.m. or sit around and wait for people to not show up. Seriously??
The team were absolutely incredible. Great bedside manner, experts in their field, no waiting time and consistently calm and helpful. I will go again!
Convenient and wonderful care. I have used them twice and both times the care has been efficient and professional. So grateful they are in my neighborhood.
Professional, knowledgeable staff. Reassuring answers to our questions. The office was professionally run. Everyone was courteous. In every case the service was completely thorough. As per the instructions we were given on the meds and expectations of their ability to manage our medical issues, they seem to be working. Thank you.
My RT-PCR results took 24 hours to get instead of 1 hour. The text messaging system has broken menus that leave you trapped if you need to go back, the phone system only connected me with a real person on 1 of 8 tries during business hours. I requested that someone contact me via email/phone/text several times. Nobody ever called me, the only response was via email. That process is broken and slow because the customer service rep asks you for information that you already gave the system while you were asking for someone to contact you. That extra step or two takes hours unless both the CS rep and you are sitting in front of a computer waiting for a reply.
I needed a PSR testing for work clearance, along with Drs note. Not only did I received my note, but my results was done in rapid time. Thank you so, so much for the quick and easy turnaround on short notice.
I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care. I was traveling from out of town and needed to be seen. There was no wait time (I arrived at 9am) and all the staff were incredibly respectful. They listened to my concerns and found a plan of care that met my needs while traveling.
The staff are very patient and the environment is very nice. This is my first and second visit to urgent care after I came to America. I think this experience will make me feel less nervous if I need to go there later
I was seen promptly, and the PA reassured me about my situation . The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional.
Tl;dr: Come prepared to champion for the care you need and challenge the information you are given. I was recommended OTC medications that would have given me an overdose and damaged my liver.I told front desk that I have covid and want to be treated, showed them my insurance card, and they were so confused about what I was there for and my copay. do you want a test?, $90, $25, $20, its free were thrown out like its an auction. Once my blood pressure, oxy levels were taken, someone (I presumed a doctor) came in and say that the most important thing for me to do is to isolate and theres nothing she can prescribe. Thats all. There was absolutely no care, no checks on my lungs or symptoms. I pushed her to give me recommendations on OTC medications to purchase and she rattled off brands like I went to medical school (surprise, I didnt). So I have to push her again to write it down or help me spell it, before she gone off and printed me a list. On the list, I was recommended Mucinex and Tylenol, turns out both medicine contained acetaminophen and I would have overdosed and damaged to my liver if I didnt read the labels carefully.
Check-in was super efficient, and I felt like my provider was very competent and made a good call. Ive been feeling better.
Four hour wait. Asked me to leave and sign up on my phone and wouldn’t provide a bandaid without a wait. Bleeding through my shirt in their waiting room while they coached a line of millennials through an app based signup process didn’t feel super dignifying.
I got really great care from the staff here, but they charged me over $600 for a very short visit for a UTI. Ive been to many urgent cares and received the exact same care for a fraction of this price.
10 for sure😉. Friendly and professional staff. Timely appt‼️
I was very pleased from the time of my arrival until the time I left. The receptionist was awesome, the facility was very warm and pleasant and my provider was very engaged and concerned about my reason for visit and overall health as a whole. My visit superseded my expectations. I definitely will recommend you guys to friends and if needed will return myself....
Everything seemed fine to me. I was seen immediately and everything I needed was done efficiently. The doctor seemed good. All that said, my problem was simple (sore throat/tonsilitis). I do not know how things would have been if my issue had been more involved. This is an urgent-care clinic, not a hospital.
Ziyin was SO helpful to me today! I needed medical records shared on really short notice and she walked me through the steps and called me back to let me know that she had sent them (just minutes after my request!) Thank you SO much, Ziyin!
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and made sure she heard me well, so that made me feel comfortable. Also there wasnt any wait time.
I walked into the Urgent Care Clinic on Cole Street last week after getting a splinter in my palm. Thank heaven for Rebecca and Terry, who soothed me through the process of extracting it. Required a lot of localized pain killer and I couldn’t figure out why it hurt so much to remove it until Rebecca got it out and showed me: 1.5”!!They were amazing. These walk in clinics are such a great idea. Could not recommend these two practitioners more highly!! Thank you a million times.
Easy to schedule, quick process with the right equipment and advice
I went here today (I really dont like going to doctors) and was pleasantly surprised to find no waiting; it was 11:30 am weekday.Rebecca recognized that I have fairly bad or untreated asthma and proceeded to give me more information than Ive gotten from even asthma specialist MDs. I got some treatment (Tx) right away and recommendations for continuing Tx, plus she was very patient with my questions and desire to be fully informed.Update: since going to this clinic, Ive realized that there are some somewhat worrying problems with their medical protocol, or attention to important detail. 1) No one, intake or consultant, asked me about current medications or medical conditions, nor is it part of the sign-in form. Yet at the top of the summary I was given it says, NKDA or no known drug allergies. Thats not exactly true, nor had they asked. I was given medical Tx while there although they had no idea what drugs I might be on or allergic to.2) Although I was there for asthma, no one asked if I smoke. In the event, I told Rebecca myself, in conjunction with whether or not to get an X-ray, that I do NOT smoke. Yet, on the summary form under Smoking Status, theyve written current smoking status unknown. Not true. Doesnt that seem a bit odd to write a report about a patient with asthma without that information? So, it was a mixture: very nice people, attentive, pleasant, polite, and I got immediate relief and good information about what I have and what to do about it.On the other hand, its worrying that there is such a lack of attention to vital medical detail, and that that finds its way into the official report, which is then sent on to my records. As an allied medical person myself, with decades working in clinics and years teaching graduate school students, I do know that history-taking is essential, and accurate report writing is, as well.I hope that attention to these things will improve in the future, because otherwise this clinic experience was helpful.
The people who worked there were very nice
Kind staff, almost no waiting time, understanding doctor, clean and organized rooms and office —all round lovely experience! Would absolutely recommend!
Came to this urgent care because it is a few blocks from my place, is open until 8, and “welcomes” walk-ins. I arrived at 7:40 to locked doors, 101 temperature and coughing up dark green mucus. The desk attendant yelled to me to “go to USF”. Heads up that they close at 7:30, not 8, and you’ll need an appointment.
I cant speak highly enough of this urgent care. My husband came in with odd stomach pains and they immediately sent us to the hospital, without taking him back or taking our money. Turns out he had appendicitis. It had previously been mis-diagnosed as food poisoning so we were grateful for the staff here who guided us in the right direction and didnt waste our time or our money on the way there.
This is everything urgent care should be.Open on Sunday alleviating my worries with shingles where time is of the essence to stop worsening rash outbreak. THANK YOU to all the helpful, caring staff who were concerned enough to followup on my progress. I highly recommend this facility!
I am very pleased with the service provided today. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Dornbush was extremely kind and made me feel at ease during my visit. Thank you so much.
Great service. Never a wait and able to get my health needs met quickly
I received amazing care here. All of the staff was kind and accommodating. I got there very early, soon after they opened, and there was no wait. I would definitely go back here again.
Staff was super friendly, the doctor was easy to understand and I felt like she was really there to figure out my issue
Kind, clean, efficient, and the a ability to set yourself up mostly online and have a time to show up.
Clean, Professional, Helpful. Ryan Gates was my PA-C he has great knowledge and was a great help. This was one of the nicest offices also, super clean, complimentary tea. I was very impressed and pleased with my visit
The NP was excellent- he took a lot of time with me and gave excellent explanations. The support staff was also very kind and supportive.
For a $25 urine sample they charged me a $589 new patient fee! they were in my network and theyre crooks
Everyone at the facility was polite and friendly. The doctor was very informative and thorough. I had a great experience.
Went there for flu shots (walk-in, no appointment). It was a seamless experience. Not busy. Front desk person and the doctor both super friendly.
I got a last-minute appointment quickly. I didn’t have to wait long once I got there. The PA was professional and efficient.
This place is great! When I went in for a sprained ankle, the staff helped me in and out of my car via wheelchair and was so gentle and cautious with me.
Nice staff and facility. Very convenient location, clean and accommodating waiting room/lobby. Free Tea for your wait! If I need an urgent care, I will certainly come back to this one.
No waiting. Staff very friendly. Dr diagnosed me and sent prescription to my pharmacy. Great place to go when you sick and can’t see your primary doctor
I was greeted professionally and with care by intake staff. Dr. Took her time making a thorough check of my injury. I recommend this specificUrgent Care facility.Sherry
Went there today and everyone was so nice and helpful. I hardly had to wait. The people at the front desk are super kind. Also got free hand sanitizer
I had food poisoning and was able to get in quickly. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and efficient. Its a great service.
Great facility, very new and clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We went early in the morning, so there was no wait.
Very efficient staff, everything was friendly and on-time. Ill definitely be back!
Good bedside manner and friendly staff. But it took 2 hours of waiting even with an appointment and when calling for test results they put me on hold for 45 minutes just to say they forgot and would call me back
Everyone was nice, concerned and professional. If the occasion calls, I’d go back again.
Super nice, no wait on a Sat morning, takes most insurance, with a Walgreens pharmacy around the corner. Best medical clinic Ive been to in years.
This is my go to place for non emergencies. Easy to get to, easy scheduling, caring staff.Thank you Urgent Care ❤️
Staff was friendly and got an appointment quickly. But $400 for a twenty min visit. No wonder healthcare is collapsing.
Great experience with booking on the phone, the physician, and the xray attendant
All the staff were warm and so helpful! And Im all better now!! Thank you!
When arriving to urgent care I was seen quickly and they were very helpful.
I highly recommend! They are quick, and friendly. Thank you to the staff for the awesome experience.
Staff was funny and friendly, even though they were super busy they didn’t let the stress show. Would go here again!
I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE & i DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG TO SEE A DR. I DO THINK THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE TRAINED TO TAKE ALL (& I STRESS ALL) INS. INFO. I WAS SENT A BILL WHEN MY INS. COVERAGE COVERS ALL CHARGES. JUST A SMALL ANNOYANCE.
Dr Rossi was so warm and caring and gave us great information and we left knowing we were on the road to healing.
Got me in late on a Tuesday to stitch a cut in my finger. Thanks!
The staff is not friendly and the doctor is not responsible from my experience. In addition, they messed up my prescription with the wrong name and wrong medicine.
Very easy to book online. Fastest way to see a doctor for minor problems. Great facility.
The entire staff is wonderful and they went above and beyond with their personal care!
4 pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday ; all lights on, door locked, no one answered the door nor the phone, no sign on the door except for the hours posted.....Had to go to the ER at UCSF.
Easy scheduling, clean and quiet facility, pleasant and efficient staff
Great service amazing staff, very caring and openly compassionate
I understand to an extent that you guys were closing but the receptionist or whoever answered the phone was pretty rude and unhelpful to the very few questions I needed answered.
The doctor on staff is very kind. They get you in and out and are very efficient.
Truly the best. The most friendly staff i have met. Highly recommend.🥰🥰
Got charged almost $400 for a 10min common cold case. Its beyond unreasonable.
I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was rude and unhelpful. Not coming again, I’ll find somewhere else to go for my needs. Would not recommend.
Pleased to see no line. Plus, were greeted by friendly and competent staff.
Perhaps I don’t know the definition of the word “urgent” but urgent care this is not!
I was in and out for stiches in a half hour. I would have probably waited in an ER for hours.
Very convenient.
Excellent care. Great MD. Seen within a few minutes.
Quick and easy. Staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
Quick, convenient, got the prescription I needed
Very nice people, and very kind and fast assistance.
Good
Rebecca is the best
Quick and friendly
