Started off loving this place and my doctor, havent seen her now for years even though Ive been there several times...even though she is my primary care doctor. Came in recently with a hernia... Not only did I later read in their psychiatric notes that I was very talkative and animated, which seemed reasonable for the pain I was in, but also got treated like a drug seeking addict for wanting pain medications for a hernia.... Its become a place of intolerant and insensitive doctors. Very sad.
I have been going to this clinic since it was opened by Dr. Moore. He was my primary care physician until he stepped down. I have the choice to go to any other doctor in the city, because I have worked hard to get a career with the best insurance. I have lived all the way in Edgewood for four years, but you best believe I drove up to Capitol Hill for my appointments. Country Doctor Community Clinic has the most amazing staff youve ever seen. I love my doctor. We have a relationship built on honesty and trust. It goes both ways. I have seen a number of counselors there over the years & they have all been great and so helpful. The lab is so understanding with people, like myself, who are afraid of needles. Theyre gentle and calming. The front desk workers are a ray of sunshine on your cloudiest of days. The nurses all have an amazing sense of compassion and somehow an incredible sense of humor. They can pick you up when everything seems to be putting you down. The maintenance staff keeps the building immaculately clean & I am so thankful for that. Its not often you go into a clinic and have a sparkling restroom every time you go in. The pharmacy is quick and kind. They dont carry the controlled medications, and kudos for them for that. They are protecting themselves, and theyre protecting you. The wait times are pretty much nihil. Ive had a couple of times where I had to wait a while, but nine times out of ten, you get in early or on time. If you send a message on MyChart about an issue youre having (send pics, it helps), they WILL write you back, they will call you back. They are so dedicated to their patients! They have someone there whos sole responsibility is to help people sign up for insurance. This clinic is a team effort. Not one of them can do their job in such a proficient manner without the rest of the team. No matter where I live in Seattle, I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I love Country Doctor Community Clinic and you will too!
I’ve been a patient of theirs for YEARS and cannot speak more highly of them. They’re incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and work with you. They’re also convenient and so accommodating. Country Doctor has great staff members, and it truly feels like your neighborhood one-stop spot for all things health-related.
Ive been going here for the past 20 years and I absolutely love my doctor! They genuinely care about my health and help me to navigate the health care system, so that I can also get the care that I need from specialists outside of the Country Doctor clinic. They really care about their patients here and I appreciate their kindness and compassion.
Amazing staff, doctors and nurses. Really good energy in there, and they provide proactive knowledgeable and complete care, if you’re uncomfortable in any way at hospitals normally, try here!Best hospital experience I’ve had, it’s better than any of my previous hospitals. And the pharmacy on site is great too also a 5/5, they will really work with you and they explain all of your meds by default instead of asking you if you want to flag down the pharmacist who is struggling to keep up in the back like many others I’ve seen.
Really nice place, first doctor ive been to in seattle that seems to care
For over two weeks I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody at the clinic. Sat on hold multiple days for over half an hour each time. Every time I call they are experiencing unusually high call volumes. Apparently they don’t want to establish any new patients. I really need help getting some care established as a uninsured person, and unable to afford the insurance required for most doctor visits. I’ve even left message, several times, marked them urgent to which they claim they will respond. Nope, completely ghosted me. And the sad thing is I’ve heard good reports about this place over the years. Very disappointing.
I had cyst removal on February in the country doctor clinic this year. After the surgery, I have clearly asked the doctor if we need to put the stitches on my back, he answered no need, and he claimed a few blood came out was normal. Those were the photos of result. I didnt notice the blood was pouring after I got out of the car, and my husband saw the car seat was full of the blood. I felt my back was warm at that time, it was blood pouring. It ended with 6 medical people in our apartment, and they couldnt stop the bleeding, two medical people have to keep switching and put a lots of covers on my back, and they sent me to the emergency room finally. The result costed me nearly $7000 in total, and this hospital claimed their doctor had done everything correctly, refused to say a sorry or any compensation what they had done to me.I am an immigrant, and I have no ways to deal with them. We had reached out their people over months, they still refused to take the responsibility. What I can do is that I wanted to post the fact here, at least, I can give a head ups if anyone wants to use their services.I wish your clinic all the best.
Lovely, dedicated and no frills staff. Ive been a patient since 2015 and frequent a minimum of once every 3 months and everyone there is professional and generally cares about you and your health. Though insurance issues do arise, the staff has always been able to navigate the system for me and figure those issues out. If I could, Id give them 10 stars. Theyre wonderful people, making a positive difference in peoples lives and the community.
Horrible place. Used to have good doctors, used to be a good clinic, now its awful.. They wont help you with anything. They Tried getting a vaccine forced on me (I have 3 covid vaccines already ) and made me feel super uncomfortable about it, I just walked out. Didnt even bother getting blood work done because I was so uncomfortable. It felt very unprofessional. No I dont want to get my vaccine here. Simple. Dont have to push me to the point and arguing with me. I will get my vaccine on my own will. Also if you have a condition they just tell you its all in your head.
I always look forward to seeing my Primary Care Doctor at Country Doctor. Its a clean and safe environment. They are respectful to me. I have a chance to discuss and decide my care. No pressure. The last advise given saved my life. The follow up calls were much appreciated.Im truly grateful.Thank You Dr. Laura Morgan and Her Team Nurses. A Special Thank You To Nurse Audrey for taking time to answer calls, answer endless questions and sending a message on Patient Portal to make sure I didnt forget and that I understood what I was being told. I know its her job.Job well done. 👏
Ive been to a lot of Doctors in the area and, honestly, best service has been at this clinic. Ive felt heard... Ive been treated well... and they have done it with cheer. I recently changed my pcp to this clinic because the service was way better.
Very caring and exceptional Dr named Sarah Huffbauer and staff there are mainly very nice. This place helped get my life back in order after years of disability and recovering from drug addiction. The social worker helped get me a lawyer to recieve SSI over 10 years ago and I have recently last year got off of disability and started working again. I would not be where I am today without Country Doctor. Thanks to Dawn Fabian and Sarah Huffbauer!!
This clinic is the best. I called and left my contact info and got a call back the next day. I was able to be seen for my dental emergency the next day. The place was sanitized and they use strict measures during Covid outbreak. They were friendly, professional and very thorough. I would recommend this place. They did a great job!
Direct phone on their website is no good, was on hold for an hour. called the carolyn downs phone number and they were able to help me set up a new appointment and a link was sent to setup mychart.
Kind staff wonderful drs and nurses. Some of the best care Ive gotten anywhere
I have to say that I cannot express how disappointed I am with all the reviews and wanted to write my view from when I was a teen on here. This place is amazing and I will never forget Country Doctor and the amazing treatment they gave me. Any concerns that I had, was their concern as well. They made sure everything on my next follow up was addressed and asked if I had new issues. As a teen, I felt safe and loved so much at Country Doctor. And they also helped my Dad too knowing he was also a single parent.I cant express my gratitude to these beautiful individuals who ensured I had the best care, even when it was hard to get it.Thanks Country DoctorMuch love,N.G
The worst experience I have EVER had. Be ready to be treated like garbage when you walk in the door. You will be ignored. They dont even look at you, just say someone will get to you eventually. I have been STUCK with this place for this past year because I couldnt change my insurance (Ambetter) I actually avoided even going until it was necessary and still with the 4 times I have gone this year its always the same. Treated like garbage and always waited more than an Hour even if there are only a few patients there. The place looks unclean and you dont want to touch anything while you are sitting waiting forever. There is also no parking anywhere for blocks so if you are unfortunate to be stuck with country doctor like I was expect even quick visits to take a minimum of three hours. Its Horrifying. Dont believe me.. Go and see for yourself. And I am paying 300 per month insurance for this??? Thank god the year is almost over.
I trust my Doctor, Sonja Olson. She is the best. She truly listens to what I am saying. Order tests if and only when needed. I am so very happy with her and glad I found her 8 to 10 years ago.
I’ve been going to Country Doctor the majority of my adult life, and even when I’ve had other choices, I’ve always chosen to stay here. The values and community spirit of this health care center make me feel safe and welcome and that I am a part of something bigger than myself, something important in this world and in our city and community. Country Doctor validates and reflects back my identify and has always provided great health care in an accessible and respectful manner. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff and doctors! This is a little community clinic with big clinic thinking. Their COVID-19 response has been stellar, with 2 screening stations to help protect staff and patients from coming in contact with possibly exposed patients. I appreciate the bilingual staff and providers even though I am a native English speaker. Knowing that my providers are diverse and aware of the community they serve is the main reason I use this clinic.
Ive been going to this clinic for a bit over 12 months. Or should I say, Ive been trying to. I had a phone appointment today (covid and all) which my doctor simply didnt turn up to, although I did get multiple calls from the clinic confirming my payment and insurance info. If this were a one-off mix-up, no big deal. But the same thing happened for my last (pre-covid) appointment: I showed up at the clinic, whoops, no doctor, oh, sorry, we dont have any appointments for at least 2 weeks. So despite its cozy name, this clinic has always made me feel like a faceless cog in the medico-industrial complex -- they are brutally efficient at billing you and pretty inefficient at everything else. Why two stars and not one? Well, on the rare occasions Ive actually managed to see a health professional at this clinic, theyve been competent and nice.
Have taken care of me ever since I was a child and now as an adult I can say that they are still taking good care of me, the wait times can be sometimes long, but the care is worth it, plus they accept Molina healthcare for those that dont know
Dr. Sonja Olson is awesome!! Im my experience here, the doctors REALLY care and theyre not in this profession just for the money (or else, why would they work here?!). This clinic is doing so much good for the community. I dont know what I would do without it. I gave 4 stars because it is difficult for me to get into my doctor right away, and sometimes difficult to get messages across to her or the lab or pharmacy, etc. It is still a low-income clinic operating on a right budget, but i think they do a great job with what they have.
Call them if you want to sit on hold for hours without anyone picking up or alternatively, go to their website if you want to be told you can’t make an appointment because the website doesn’t actually allow you to jump through the unnecessary hoops it requires of you in order to make an account because it’s badly broken. Either way, you’ll spend a lot of time, never get to speak to a person, make an appointment or get any help and just be super frustrated about the whole experience. I’ve never encountered such a terrible establishment in my entire life.
I like this place, I had the fortune to see Dr Kovar i have NO negative things to say, i trust and he seem to get my health issues pretty well. I love the fact that it doesnt feel like people make their jobs for Money.
Treated like cattle. The receptionists are nice, but good luck getting any use out of seeing the doctors. Theyre limited to 15 minutes per patient so they can see EVERY broke slob with a sniffle. If you have more than one single issue you want to address, youll need to make multiple appointments. Better to go somewhere else.Ive never been treated like this at any other doctors office. Im used to the doctor giving me his full attention and time, so that all the issues I have are addressed - even if that means I may spend an extra 10 minutes in the waiting room. Id rather get everything done at ONCE, to be treated like cattle, from people eager to meet quotas rather than patients.UPDATE:I wish I could leave a second 1-star review. This place I supposed to be trans-friendly, and yet they continue to use the incorrect name EVEN THOUGH IVE PROVIDED THEM WILL ALL THE DOCUMENTATION SHOWING I HAD A LEGAL NAME CHANGE, including changing it with medicaid/insurance. They even wrote my prescription, the one for HRT no less, IN THE WRONG NAME.Just... this place is terrible. Theyre NOT trans-friendly. They dont GET it.Please, go somewhere else.I know Ill be looking for a new doctor shortly.
Excellent 100⭐ WONDERFUL STAFF!!! You actually feel genuinely cared for I believe Country Doctor Community Clinic is Heaven Sent. Since Ive been going it has dramatically and drastically changed my life for the Better. I can honestly say I love my Doctor Dr. Sonja Olsen she is amazing and her Medical Assistant Michael Encouraged and Inspired me to the point where I am currently pursuing a career as a medical assistant so I too can help transform and maintain individuals health and ultimately their lives.
Fix the call back option on your hold line or get rid of it... For GODs sake. Actually hire people so people can actually fix your messes. Organize yourselves so that people dont miss appointments because someone else from your company decides to call at the same as their appointment. Actually try to reach your patients when they have an appointment. If the doctor is running late... Maybe you should have an automatic text let them know that. Wild, but people have lives. Actually keep a record on whos called a client and what theyve said. Have people who call actually identify themselves. Email and text your patients in general like normal doctors. Im going without medication necessary to my health because you people are so disgustingly unprofessional and disorganized.
Very busy little clinic! Worth the wait for the care. I went in for a new patient appt. I had a few pressing issues and all are a dressed and treated by their personal pharmacy before I walked out the door. Very LGBTQ friendly . take their t me regardless of their schedule and actually LISTEN .
Prior to this, I have written only one online review (to support my incredible massage therapist). I dont believe in blasting people or small businesses on the internet and think its far more effective to go to the source. However, after my experience at the clinic today I wanted to let others know what theyre in for before they go.As part of routine immunizations for graduate school, I scheduled a 2-step TB test with CD (not my first time in). Though this is a simple 30-second under-the-skin injection, I waited for an hour for the doctor to come see me (not sure why this was even necessary since he wasnt the one to administer my test). He seemed unclear on which type of TB test I was to be receiving despite my presenting a clear immunization form and guideline. After a pointless meeting, he said the technician would be in to perform my injection. After another wait, the person finally came in and gave me my injection. I was scheduled for a follow-up.I came in for my second test today. I was called FORTY minutes late in spite of the very sweet front desk persons best efforts. Finally the person performing my test came to get me (Tami?). She never made eye contact, never introduced herself, never acknowledged my presence or the fact that I was called in so late. She started preparing the test while muttering to herself under her breath. She went to inject my left arm and I felt the sample spray all over my entire arm instead of going under my skin. She cursed and left the room. A few minutes later, still with no eye contact or acknowledgement of what had happened, she grabbed my other arm to presumably try again. I looked the other way and felt her prick my arm FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. The sample sprayed all over my arm again. At this point I was feeling nauseous and overwhelmed and asked her if she had just pricked me four times. She said yes, and proceeded to actually blame my thin skin for her inability to perform an extremely simple procedure. I have had a TB test at least 4 other times in my life (not counting the one last week--I routinely work with children and volunteer in health settings). I have had many injections and IVs and have never had a problem. At the front desk, I was apologized to and treated very kindly but was told that she was one of their best... ??? so they didnt know what had happened. Now I have to start over with the lengthy and time-sensitive testing process. I was nearly late for work. I was ignored, condescended to, treated with a complete lack of empathy, and left with five punctures and no TB test.2 stars for the sweet front desk people who I believe are doing their very best, and for Jaime Hensel, ARNP who no longer works at CD but was an amazingly sweet and insightful professional while she was there.
Great staff for sure. However, watch your bills that come to your way. I have been dealing with the over charged and false charged bills since July 2016. Maybe the medical part of the facility is great, but the adminstrative part of this practice literally is a nightmare to go through. If you dont want unnecessary charges or unexplainable medical bills come to you month by month, find some other practices.
Doctors are nice. Nurses are so loud with their conversations with coworkers in the hallways as if they’re more concerned on that than doing their job.The front desk woman can and will get her head knocked clear off if she wants to continuously answer the phone with an attitude. Doctors show care and compassion but they give you the same basic info google can give you lol
I went here for a follow up for a broken ankle. The doctor I had looked at my ankle for literally 15 seconds, scolded me for not wearing my boot while I slept (nobody told me I needed to), told me I needed to stay off my ankle for 6 weeks with a boot and crutches for my “talus fracture,” and when I asked for information about financial help (I work an active job and would be out of work for months), she left for 30 mins and came back with “uh I dunno, look on the social security website.” They charged me $50 and I left in tears. It took me over a month of calling, begging, and going into the office to get referrals for a physical therapist and ortho consult. I eventually got a PT but never got an ortho. By that time, I’d seen another doctor (8 weeks post injury) who concluded that I likely did not have a fracture but rather a very bad tear (not anywhere near the talus bone so I’m not sure where she got that), which was made much worse by being inactive for 6+ weeks in a boot that caused my entire right leg to atrophy. If she’d spent more than 15 seconds and actually interacted with me like a human, I’d have been in PT over a month sooner and wouldn’t be dealing with the extensive recovery I am today. I’m currently over 12 weeks into PT and can’t run, jump, climb, or walk down stairs without pain. I still walk with a slight limp and have limited mobility. I am unsure that my ankle will ever recover fully. I am sure that if I had received proper care from this clinic, my recovery time would have been MONTHS less. Don’t come here for anything more complicated than a sinus infection, because they can’t be bothered.
Hey Adysea, you complain on EVERY single site you go to. Your reviews are All nasty, because YOU are nasty. Very sad that you must feel so miserable. Country Doctor is AWESOME. The staff is all wonderful, very attentive and more than personable with each patient.
No frills staff, is an understatement. This place is terrible and I wish I had a real dentist to go to. When you are poor you have to take what you can get. This dentist office was bad from the time I checked in. Only x-rays so they could get some money.
My husband and I started coming here 2 years ago and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. The wait times are never that long, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and love that the lab is right on the way out, making it super easy to get blood drawn and tests done.
My primary Dr. Morgan was a pretty awesome Dr. and at the very least she listened to me and took what I had to say seriously. I recently had to switch to Dr. Kovar. He was dismissive, unsympathetic, unemphatic, and just told me to wait until my next Physiatry appointment which is 2 and a half weeks away. I will not be coming here anymore after todays experience. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.
This is a Godsend, wonderful clinic with wonderful providers. I have been blessed to have Karen Johnson, nurse practitioner, as health director. and allied in health. I never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Also they have counselling and nutritionist on site as well
Dr. Kovar is the best ever at providing prenatal and pediatric care. Even if you have no insurance they will help you and get you any coverage they can. You will never leave untreated no matter what. We drive 30 miles just to have them do check ups on our children because they are that caring and good at what they do.
Dont even try to call them, you will wait on hold forever, then they will transfer you to voicemail and hang up on you! Such disrespect!
If you want quality health care, stay away from this place! While the support staff are very friendly. The doctors are the absolute worse! Value your life and find somewhere else to go. PLEASE.
Or absolutely NO stars for this office at all. They doesnt comply with your needs. Im deaf using ASL... For third times I asked for sign language interpreter to be present in person for my appt... They didnt and they broke the law for refusing providing one. They told me that my health insurance doesnt cover for interpreter. After I spoke with disability service specialist and I was told that the government distribute a lot of money to every clinics in Washington state to provide needs for the deaf or disabled, specialist told me that clinics often use this money as bonus for staffs instead of providing the needs for patients. The nurse was so cruel to me when I approached her about interpreter and I left right after she checked me in and I refused to see doctor without one. Some comments below here praising this office truly disgusted me.
I am a 36 year old intelligent woman.I went here because I was told by a few people that I would get compassionate care here.THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.I was on my last leg going into this place. Because they DID NOT HELP ME, I now have to go to the hospital tomorrow, hoping they will somehow help me.I am BEGGING YOU TO READ MY STORY AND HEED MY WARNING!I suffer from chronic pelvic pain and it is a condition called Interstitial Cystitis. I also have a problem with recurrent UTIs. The pain will not go away...and is getting worse with the latest infection. I am taking Bactrim, and since I have been taking Bactrim ,the pain has gotten worse. The kind of pain I have is so bad and so intense.I did not want to go to the ER because I have had horrible experiences in ERs in the past and I thought I would have better luck with this place.NO!! IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND IS ACTUALLY WORSE THAN ANY OTHER PLACE I HAVE BEEN IN SEATTLE YET.1. I read a letter and was careful to explain how much pain I was in to the doctor. I went in and had my letter written and read it to the doctor of all the things I was experiencing, how I was abandoned by another doctor who told me that there was nothing they could do for me and how I felt completely lost and not sure what to do. I asked if she coudl do an Ultrasound or order one immediately so I could find out what was going on with me. She said that she DOES NOT DO THAT FOR PEOPLE (yet she ended up doing one in the end.)2. The doctor looks at me and says, What do you want me to do, Rebekah, why are you here? After I just sat there and told her the pain I am in. She also asked me very sarcastically. Then she asked why the hell did i think she was going to be able to help me? She said that I was stupid to come in there and I should have gone to an emergency room. Also, she just started at me and she asked me if I knew what was wrong with me? This was like some kind of weird fricking mind game and I did not appreciate it.Since I am 100 pds overweight, I asked her if she was treating me this way b/c of my weight and would she have treated me differently or with more care if I was not fat. It was only then that she said she was going to do an ultrasound, almost like she was afraid of doing being caught discriminating against me.2. She told me the only way that she would give me the Ultrasound was if I did a pelvic exam. It is like she did not believe me. Then, when she was putting on her gloves (since I mentioned I hated it here) she asked me why I do not go back to the East Coast if I did not like Seattle. I told her that I did not like the Providers I have dealt with here. Then when she did the pelvic exam, she was very rough and I asked her not to be rough.3. Lastly, she did not even come in the room to say goodbye, good luck, or I hope you feel better. It was a horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible experience.HEED MY WORDS: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
This review is for the night visit on cherry hill.I normally tough a cold out or what ever it is that is making me feel bad but this time I couldnt help myself and went for the visit. I left this visit clueless about what was wrong with two prescriptions. The nurse practitioner first said he did not see signs of an infection but gave me meds for one and the paper work says not ruling out sinusitis . The nurse practitioner did not tell me if it was a cold or sinuses. He kept asking if I had gas reflex. No!. He kept uhuing me. You know.... Uhu uhu uhu. How unprofessional. It was such a cold visit. Robotic. How does one receive prescriptions without a diagnosis? Do drs check the chest if you say you are having breathing problems? If so- he didnt. The one good thing was the young lady (African American) who attended registration. She took the time to look at the patients eye to eye unlike the other robot who kept looking at her computer and paperwork showing no compassion for people who already feel bad. What a sad night I had. I still feel sick. Date in review: 06/17/2016
I had such a great experience the 1st time with Dr Allen that everyone else seemed less than professional and friendly.
My Husband went in for a routine cyst removal on his back. We left and drove home. When he got out of the car I noticed the passenger seat was covered in blood. The blood had soaked through 2 shirts and a down coat.I removed the gauze that the doctor had applied and could not stop the bleeding. I called 911 and the paramedics showed up and could not stop the bleeding either. More paramedics showed up and had to transport him to the ER so he could get stiches. He had asked the doctor who removed the cyst if he was going to put any stiches in. The Doctor said that stiches were not necessary.I would say that having to go to the ER to get stiches means there should have been stiches in the first place. If I could add pictures here everyone could see the horrifying amount of blood!
Over the course of a year. I visited this clinic every 3 months (4 visits total) with severe coughing. Each time, the diagnosis was acid reflux. I would experiment with various OTC medications and my condition grew worse. I also mentioned that I was wheezing, had choking sensations, vomiting (voluminous), lethargy, shortness of breath, etc. and no one apparently took me very seriously. By the 4th visit on insisted on an X-ray. I was sent to Swedish hospital. The X-ray revealed a lung mass that filled my entire right lung. Swedish, on that same day, also did a CT scan. The diagnosis was CANCER.I spent the next 21 months at Valley Medical Center in Renton for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma/Cancer. I had 6 cycles of RCHOP, 3 cycles of RICE, 3 cycles of HyperCVAD, 25 radiation treatments, blood transfusions, blood platelet transfusions, 2 bouts and varieties of pneumonia, PET scans, CT scans, X-rays, etc. It was a nightmare. Fortunately, I finally went into remission.I would never go to this establishment for anything again. They made a mockery of my complaints and my life.
One of the doctors at this clinic prescribed my boyfriend Truvada, an HIV preventative medication based on the fact that he told her that I have been diagnosed and receive treatment for bipolar disorder Type II. if this is the type of misinformed medical decisions are made at Country Doctor, then I would be very cautious of the advice and medications which they dispense. Stigmas such as these, which villify people who seek help and treatment for mental illness are the very reason why so many do not seek help. Country Doctor please consider the harm that you are doing when you write prescriptions based off of stereotypes.
Neglectful doctors, who gaslighted me. Turns out I had swelling of the brain. See you in court!
Doctors used to care at this clinic. Now you could be dying and they tell you that you are doing fine and send you home to die and blame it on your self. So find a good option instead if you want to b treated
As a person who normally does not trust doctors, I would reccomend this clinic (Especially Dr. Laura Morgan) to anyone. An amazingly friendly staff and the environment is open and friendly. Love this place.
All Doctors all wonderful. Same day appointments. Right on bus line.
Ive been going here for years and have gotten nothing but the best considering the circumstances. I have seen several different doctors over the years and have no complaints. I recommend it to everyone.
I never consider changing my insurance coverage because of the great care I receive at Country Doc
Every time I come here I wait. Usually at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, just for someone to call me back. The level of care is acceptable, but the waiting is just stupid.
Excellent experience in my 3 years as a client - always on time, always patient-focused and always respectful. Very grateful for this resource in Seattle/Capitol Hill.
Country tr doctor has always treated me right ,never wasted my time, when they made an appointment they were ready I got there.... and super inexpensive
This place is awesome .The doctors are very caring and good listeners .I love it
The nurses, staff and doctor are very kind and friendly even I dont speak English well they have a nice face and help
Great place, friendly and helpful staff, and will answer any questions you have. I always feel comfortable here.
Everyone here really honors, values, and respects each individual Ive seen them interact with. The way community care should be!
My Dr. always does her best to first figure out whats wrong then she does all that she can to fix it.
The people are very nice, profesional and take care of you!
Very nice and helpful. Also, very patient, understanding and informative.
Have taken care of me with excellent care for 29 years
Waited an hour on the phone just to have the call hung up on me 👍
Great doctors and wonderful care
The wait times are getting better
I love this place & people who work it.
Ive been on hold for hours
A wonderful clinic with a wonderful staff!!!
Great people work here!
Awesome neighborhood clinic!
Always good service!
Best doctors in Seattle
Doctor was very nice
Friendly and knowledgeable.
Very good care, very friendly doctors
The calling system is horrible, you cannot hear or understand the options, they should fix that system
