The worse people workings in that clinic, especially the front desk. If you are not speaking Spanish, you cant get the service without their rudeness. The government has to close that place, and the discrimination is real because of your color and your language
Discrimination is against the law. Employees of the clinic do not treat customers same way. Believe me , soon or later this place will pay the price for discrimination and disrespectful service.USA has no place for this kind of bad service for the citizens. Discrimination based on race, religion, language, country of origin etc against the law. We need to stop this.
I called on a Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. There was about a 20 minute delay in seeing the nurse and doctor, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The nurse and Dr Lara Hodel listened to my concerns and were empathetic and helpful. I liked that they could take my bloodwork there. I got the prescription I wanted the same day and the testing within 24 hours. I was happy to see many members of my community receiving services there and that they encourage and assist all residents, regardless of immigration or insurance status, to get care for them and their families.
Horrible. Theyll only give you an appointment if you walk in, sit down and wait to be told to come back 5 hours later. Requests thru MyChart are ignored. Primarily for Spanish low income community, everything is in Spanish. So if you have an entire day to waste and are from another country this is the place to go.
The incompetence of this organization is almost impressive. You wait for a month to get an appointment. You get a referral for a specialist. It gets sent to them. You call the specialist to set up an appointment, and they dont have the referral! Just the cover sheet! Then, you try and call them back and they tell you it will be resent and what happens? Nothing! This company is incompetent, like everyone else in Washington!
Walking in the morning there was no opening to see the doctor and we were told to go back after 1:30pm when we went back to 1:30pm. There was no opening and we were told to come back tomorrow. Did you know my boy didnt sleep all night because of eye pain thats why we come in the morning???No moreThis place doesnt know what they are doing. AWFUL service all around unless you are lucky and get a decent doctor who cares. The general staff are lazy and incompetent, even though they are well paid and have benefits. These people do not take their jobs seriously. Do not expect to be able to get prescriptions refilled here in a timely manner by any means. So do not get prescriptions made here which are life saving because these people dont care if you die.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!I’ve been going to this clinic since I was 13 (maybe younger) and I turn 24 this year. The new people who work here are AWFUL!!!! Never in the 10+ years of me going here have I ever experienced the amount of rudeness and dissatisfaction. NEVER! Until the last 1-2 years. Pleaaassee do NOT GO HERE!! I’ve had my kids’ appointments canceled WITHOUT notice several times. I would show up to check one or both of my kids in then sit and wait wait wait wait. Get called up and the front desk people would play stupid.. Well maybe not play because they really are. Then they would get frustrated when they find that my kids’ appointment was canceled and have nothing but stank attitude. Like um, that’s not my fault?? Maybe do YOUR job right??? Veryyyy unprofessional!Then, I went in a little over a year ago for some testing for myself. I used to have Dr. Disney who was AMAZING. I don’t remember this last dr name since I only seen him the once. But he made me feel ssoooo uncomfortable and cringe inside. He kept trying to rub his hands down my back slowly & disturbingly way. I haven’t been back since.If you need somewhere good to take your kids to, Pediatrics Northwest in Federal Way or there are a couple really great pediatrics around Southcenter. But whatever you do, DO. NOT. GO. HERE!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a covid test, and instead they told me they do walk-ins starting at 8am. Walked in for a covid test today, sat in a room for 40 minutes before being told all providers are booked and cannot do the test. Last I checked you didn’t need a doctor to do a 15 second nasal swab? Also why didn’t they just tell me they were booked before putting me in a room? Anyways, really frustrated and upset. Never go here, waste of time.
When I visit Sea Mar, MARIO RIBAS was my doctor, he was in the room for less then 30 seconds, he diagnosed in 10 second what up whit my boils, also he kept saying me some Arabic words, he thought I know Arabic probably because of my name, he did not listen to me, he interrupted me twice when I explain what’s happing with my body and he prescribed medicine. He just called me today after 4 days of taking wrong medication, told me his diagnose was wrong, when I tried to ask question, he interrupted me and kept rubbing his degree and kind on my face, he was very rude. I don’t know how much my insurance pays to this fake doctor but I would not pay penny to this overconfident personality.
I’ve always had great service at SeaMar. Nice people, willing to take drop ins. They contacted me about Covid shots when they became available, and served us on a first come, first served basis. When the line was too long, they scheduled us to come back in a hour and a half. Same for booster shots. I have no complaints at all.
Never again will I go the doctor wrote me a darn prescription for some over the counter medicine or something and me and my kids have flu symptoms like wow really you got all that money for 3 of us visiting and thats the best you can do what a waste what was the point I had already been giving my children over the counter medicine
I recently had an appointment on Friday and I let the nurse know that I was visiting with three concerns that needed to be addressed. Once the doctor came in to check on me I was very surprised to see that they only addressed one of my concerns and completely neglected to assist me with other concerns. When speaking with their management, I was told that I would have to book a new visit to get each of my concerns addressed.
I dont come to this location very often, but on two occasions they were closed when the office hours indicated that they were open. Me and all the other confused patients in the parking lot would like to know if they are going to be open during the published hours. How about a note at the gate? Some basic customer service?
Giving it a 1 star is too much. I can’t believe how they treat people at this location. Scheduled an appointment for my under 12 daughter to get her vaccine and got to see how unprofessional the office manager who was working the door was at the time. The lobby was closed so everyone had to fill out their paperwork outside in weather alert day . The office manager was rude.
I am a regular patient here. I have been trying to get my depression and anxiety meds refilled for 3 FULL WEEKS. every time I call I get put on hold. Today I was put on hold for 15 MINUTES and even then I couldnt get help. I work. I cannot stay on the phone that long. Sadly bc of my work schedule and my financial status, I cannot get a more responsive doctor. I get that my doctor left (also, would have appreciated a heads up about that) but I should not be left unmedicated because of something that isnt.my fault. I am struggling. This clinic is not helping.
Do not go here, if you are looking for an exemption. They are all pro pharmaceutical indoctrinated vaccine peddlers. Who are not actively keeping up on NIH and CDC publishingsI was really disappointed with my interaction with Dr legrandeur, and his inability to cite objective data in regards to the vaccine. But rather adhering to personal anecdotes and guilt tripping me into feeling like Im not doing my part towards protecting the community. Mr Le grandeur if you were current on NIH publishing youd understand that the vaccine does not do anything to mitigate transmission. My personal responsibility ends at wearing a mask, it is an individuals choice to protect themselves with the vaccine, as that is solely what it does at this point. Your assertations, indicating otherwise were factually, an objectively inaccurate, and you are doing a disservice to your community by spreading misinformation furthermore, denying them the right to employment and an income based on your own subjective opinion. Im sorry but this man does not belong in the medicinal field and management should consider dismissing him immediately

Doctor Disney and all of the staff here treat me with a level of respect, kindness, and understanding that I have never experienced from a health csre provider before. Every interaction Ive had here has been positive, definitely my favourite doctors office that I have been to.

Okay, people need to REMEMBER that this is a Community health clinic. If you complain about waiting a long time even if its an emergency visit, GO TO THE HOSPITAL IF ITS AN EMERGENCY, dont be dumb about it and there had to have been reasons for asking for faxes and whatnot. Of course when something doesnt go someones way theyre gonna whine and complain and ignore their policies and requirements. This is a good place for what it is, maybe if people start being SMART and use this place for what its really for, it would be way different. Make sure your complaints are VALID you whiney BUNCH!!!!
I was told I could not make an appt for Saturday...only Urgent Care patients are seen (although there were ppl with appt slips) They dont have appts available during my off-time. So...I cant be seen. Oh...just go home in pain or go to the Kent or Des Moines office.....ummm lady I live down the street....I am not going out of the city limits for medical care. Absolutely not! Time to check out a new doctor. At least my vaccinations were smooth sailing.
Slow and inefficient service. Came for a covid test that was already scheduled and the receptionist never told the medical assistant that I was already in the parking lot. He had to call me to confirm I was coming when I had already been waiting 20 min in the parking lot. ALWAYS slow service and takes forever for the doctor to show up
Ive been an OB patient for 8 months and I love my doctor. I used to see an OB GYN in Renton and that was a terrible experience. Im so happy that I chose Dr. Disney to care for me and my baby, definitely recommend this clinic.

I went to this clinic yesterday and seen by Dr.Mario,Ribas. When i start telling him my concern i am going through ,he told me to choose only one.I am a medical professional. I never saw a Physician who do not want to listen why the patent came to his office.He openly told me he do not want to listen my health concern.He did not prescribe any thing for me b/c he did not listen why i am there. I am gone see how much bill he will send to me for pushing me back again and again not to speak my health concern.If you are black or African American believe me this place is not for you.
I love my Dr. Dr diseney she is an excellent doctor, she care about her parents. Really listen to you. So I will recommend the clinic if you get a chance to see her.
Sure. You just have to walk in and do TB testing, sounds so great. LET PEOPLE MAKE APPOINTMENTS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO WAIT HOURS!!!!!!! Even to get the test read, hours.... inexcusable.
Dr. Cecilia Disney has been my familys doctor for 5 years, I love her, very professional and listen to all my health issues, the nurses that works directly with her are great as well.

They (seamar) rarely follow through. They always seem to take away from whatever procedure they do (Seamar) . Dr. Perez is so overbooked by the time you get to see him my ailments have superseded the whole cause

Very kind when it comes to assisting you personally at the clinic, they have always treated me and my children well on the phone when they answer you, they are still very kind, the only problem is that they almost never answer in that part, they are very deficient, it costs a world that They take your call and thats annoying because you also have things to do. Its horrible to be waiting to see if they deign to answer. Its happened that sometimes they just say hello! And they hang up on my call and sometimes I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to answer. They should work on that, otherwise everything is fine :)
It is a clinic with horrible service. I arrived on time for my appointment and just because the receptionists took the paper where you sign up, 15 minutes later they canceled my appointment. What a shame because it wasnt my problem. And when they pass you they leave you waiting up to 1 hour in the room for the doctor to arrive.
Yesterday my 6-month-old baby had an appointment with Dr. Peter, everything went well until a very unpleasant nurse came in, not friendly at all, and poorly educated. Unfortunately it was my babys turn to vaccinate and she didnt do it like other nurses do, apparently she was upset and today my baby woke up with his leg purple since the 3 vaccines were given on the same Leg and roughly. Im thinking about changing pediatricians...

My wife had an infection and they only did one exam and they didnt prescribe any medication or anything and for the exam they charged her 100 USD and they didnt do anything to her, she better went to White center and they were super friendly and took great care of her! I dont recommend the one in Burien, better go to South Park or White Center
Terrible service, several bad experiences about the service, the last one I had an appointment at 3:30, a telephone appointment on which my return to work depended after two months, it was 4:00 and they never called me, but since it was urgent for me, I dialed and was there. Waiting 38 minutes for them to answer the call and without any excuse, they only told me that they would give me another appointment the next day, very irresponsible doctors or service personnel, I do not recommend this place.
