The APRN on staff is only there once a week. Despite getting signed off by doctors and confirmation of wellness from tests, the nurse practitioner still refused to sign off on medication I need. Inconsistent treatment “plan” made was said to be something both the patient and care would create and work through together however the APRN would suddenly change care plans. Seems like all she wanted was to prolong care to keep her constantly booked. Terrible care, terrible service. Look elsewhere and avoid Amanda Hapenny APRN.
One of the worst counseling experiences ever a lady by the name of Sarah Addison, whom I heard became supervisor, is horrible at replying and lied, saying that I was better that I specifically told her that when we never even spoke or touch base on that, so she ignored me when I pleaded and asked for more help so if you want a counselor that doesnt care about you, that would lie on your report stating something that was never said, and whom will completely ignore you when you ask for for the help dont come here unless you want one of the worst experiences of your life
I love the place
