Nearly impossible to contact. Expect to be on hold for an hour. Ive been waiting for a bill for months, and when I do get lucky enough to speak to someone who works there, they reassure me that a bill is arriving sometime in the next two weeks, and by way of explanation vaguely say their clinic was behind on billing. This whole experience has been anything but reassuring.
So difficult to work with/some of the people who answer the phone are ridiculously unprofessional, delayed results multiple times, they dont want to answer your questions or properly explain, and sound frustrated when you ask questions.
