Owner Patrick, owes his previous employees from quick health thousands in Aflack payments that were cancelled in March, due to non payment. Yet, they continued to be pulled funds for AFLAC, even though the policies were cancelled. They have continued to pull funds until this last check when he recently closed quick health last week without little to no notice. We have made several attempts by email and in person to get the deductions to stop, yet they kept pulling without coverage, until the owner of Any Lab test now closed shop on quick health last week. We have received no response to getting the funds being pulled without coverage and have continued to try to get those funds back. I will continue to post on here and go through the proper chains to get those funds. At this point, I urge past employees to do the same.
I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. Right as I walked in the door I was greeted by three staff members. They were very pleasant. The staff member who checked me in was great, and she was also the one who did my screening. One thing that stood out to me was instead of asking me for my social security number, she handed me a calculator and had me enter it on there, then hand it to her. That was very pleasing, as it protected my personal information and made me feel very comfortable. I have never had anyone do that before, nor had I ever thought of that as an option! It was great. Checking in only took about 2 minutes, and there was a basket of tootsie rolls for me to entertain myself while waiting :). After she checked me in, she asked if I was ready. I was, so she led me down the hall to an exam room. She opened the cabinet and asked me to pick a test set, and ensure it was sealed. She prepared the testing cup, and let me wash my hands. She told me exactly what to do, and she was very nice. Afterward, I got to wash my hands again. She then went through the signatures and the dating and initialing with me, and gave me back my drivers license. She explained to me that I should keep my copy of the paperwork for at least 10 days, and told me what info on the paper I would need if the lab called me for anything. She asked if I had any questions, and then said I was free to go. She told me to have a great rest of my day. This staff member was extremely pleasant to work with, and left me with a great feeling as I left the building. I would highly recommend this location for any of your testing needs! Not a single complaint here!
I scheduled an appointment online for 4:30p and received an e-mail conforming my appointment. When I got to the front desk at 4:30p, I announced that I was here for a test and three women sitting behind the desk looked at each other quizzically. I assume it was to decide who would tell me that I was an idiot for thinking that 4:30p would allow them enough time to run the test. They really need to update their hours and appointment system to say they close at 4p. By the way, that gives no one that works from 8a-5p an opportunity to come in without scheduling time off from work.
If it says the are open, they probably are not. Took off work early and drove an hour and a half for a drug test just to fine out they closed early. Walk in anytime they say. Yea right
This is the worst drug test place ever! Sent a driver here to take a DOT drug test and they gave an expired chain of custody!
Went for a varicella titer. Staff was very nice, price was decent, and quick in and out.
Ok if u need a quick test done. Not the friendliest front desk staff.
Wait time was ridiculous.
