Yesterday, I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Jordan Sestak Bruce because I was so impressed with the treatment of my left leg which she administered. Before meeting with a doctor, her nurse was so friendly. Staff in the neurology department were friendly.
The doctors are generally fine and seem knowledgeable, but you absolutely should not count on their offices helping you with prescriptions or paperwork or any request you might have.If you can get anyone to talk to you, theres no way to know if theyll follow through with what they say. Im not sure if this is a staffing issue or a competency problem, but either way, its a nightmare to deal with. Good luck!
These nurses and secretaries are some of the rudest people I’ve ever come into contact with. Just called a minute ago. Asked to set up a appointment for a check up and proceeds to get snippy and rude asking me which doctor I needed to see. You work at the hospital I told you what I needed. Stop asking me questions. Will do everything I can not to get checked out here and I recommend the same for everyone
My first visit was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
